Hymn
10,000 Reasons (Bless the Lord)
Matt Redman and Jonas Myrin

Bless the Lord, O my soul,
O my soul, worship His holy Name.
Sing like never before, O my soul.
I’ll worship Your holy Name.

The sun comes up, it’s a new day dawning;
It’s time to sing Your song again.
Whatever may pass and whatever lies before me,
Let me be singing when the evening comes.

You’re rich in love and You’re slow to anger,
Your Name is great and Your heart is kind;
For all Your goodness I will keep on singing,
Ten thousand reasons for my heart to find.

And on that day when my strength is failing,
The end draws near and my time has come;
Still my soul sings Your praise unending,
Ten thousand years and then forevermore.

Confession of Faith
The Apostles’ Creed

I believe in God, the Father Almighty,
Maker of heaven and earth;

And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, Our Lord,
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
Born of the Virgin Mary,
Suffered under Pontius Pilate,
Was crucified, dead, and buried.
He descended into hell.
The third day He rose again from the dead.
He ascended into heaven,
And is seated at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty;
From thence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit,
The holy universal Church,
The communion of saints,
The forgiveness of sins,
The resurrection of the body
And life everlasting. Amen.

Message
Prayer – Throne, Kingdom, and Works
Pastor Ryu Kwang Su

Daily (3 Concentrations, 3 Settings, 3 Answers)
Every hour – checking, exercise
In everything – 300%
Sunday – healing, summit

▷ When we pray, because the Triune God works, the power of the throne is revealed, and the kingdom of God and its work are accomplished.

Matthew 1:10: Pray for the kingdom of God to come. Even at the very end, He explained about the kingdom of God for forty days. Therefore, every day we must gain strength and be restored in the morning through prayer. In the daytime, we confirm answers and blessings. At night, if we pray quietly while breathing, we see many fulfilled answers.

Then a platform is formed, a watchtower that saves people, and an antenna that enables them to receive answers is set up. When problems come, if we pray, answers become visible, and conflicts and hardships must be renewed into blessings. Illnesses or difficulties are opportunities to experience God’s power.

“Every hour” means checking the flow of how God’s answers come and exercising. Then “in everything” becomes 300%. And then Sunday becomes the day of healing and becoming the summit.

▣ Introduction: Prayer 300%
1. Bartizan of the throne – God has given us the background of the throne; set it up as a bartizan.
2. Journey of the throne – Go on your journey by the power of the throne.
3. Guidepost of the throne – Set up the guidepost of the throne in our work, occupation, and work.

▣ Main: Priscilla and Aquila
1. Acts 2:10 Mark, the three feasts – The place of the greatest answers was Mark’s upper room, and they were there. They came down from Mt Olive with a clear mission and devoted themselves only to prayer. The greatest thing that happened in Mark’s upper room was the three feasts. “When the day of Pentecost had fully come” means that those who had received the blessing of the Passover were praying and came to meet Pentecost. Its background is the Feast of Ingathering—the throne. We must always enjoy this.

2. Acts 18:1-4 Meeting – Having been expelled from Rome, the Priscilla and Aquila couple were there and met Paul. Here, the important incident, work, and mission all emerge. The greatest blessing—the blessing of the meeting—took place.

3. Acts 18:24-28 Apollos – Meeting the remnant Apollos, they explained what had taken place in Mark’s upper room. History began to arise.

4. 1 Corinthians 16:19 Absolute bartizan – If we set up the absolute bartizan that saves our region, it will surely come to life. Therefore, set up the absolute bartizan also in work and studies; pray, wait, and enjoy.

5. Romans 16:3-4 Rome – They participated in the evangelization of Rome. Their lives are perfect.

▣ Conclusion
1. What is hidden – There are things God has hidden. You must be able to see them. Go on my absolute journey.

2. The three ages – In the midst of many journeys, set up not just anything but the church’s absolute bartizan: the three courtyards, the three-day weekend age, and the holy meditation age.

3. Reproduction – Set up the absolute bartizan in the field. Then reproduction will continue to take place.

▷ If we receive answers, we can save the field. If we receive the answer of power, we can save work. Do not be deceived; you must gain this strength. Especially, remnants must not be deceived and must save the world. We must respect parents and teachers, but we must not simply follow them. We must prepare for world evangelization. This is the path to the spiritual summit.

Hymn
Joyful, Joyful, We Adore You
Henry Van Dyke

Joyful, joyful, we adore You,
God of glory, Lord of love;
Hearts unfold like flow’rs before You,
Op’ning to the sun above.
Melt the clouds of sin and sadness;
Drive the dark of doubt away;
Giver of immortal gladness,
Fill us with the light of day!

All Your works with joy surround You,
Earth and heav’n reflect Your rays,
Stars and angels sing around You,
Center of unbroken praise;
Field and forest, vale and mountain,
Flow’ry meadow, flashing sea,
Chanting bird and flowing fountain
Praising You eternally!

Always giving and forgiving,
Ever blessing, ever blest,
Well-spring of the joy of living,
Ocean-depth of happy rest!
Loving Father, Christ our Brother,
Let Your light upon us shine;
Teach us how to love each other,
Lift us to the joy divine.

Mortals, join the mighty chorus,
Which the morning stars began;
God’s own love is reigning o’er us,
Joining people hand in hand.
Ever singing, march we onward,
Victors in the midst of strife;
Joyful music leads us sunward
In the triumph song of life.

Psalm 142

Leader: I cry aloud to the Lord;
People: I lift up my voice to the Lord for mercy.

Leader: I pour out before him my complaint;
People: before him I tell my trouble.

Leader: When my spirit grows faint within me,
it is you who watch over my way.
People: In the path where I walk
people have hidden a snare for me.

Leader: Look and see, there is no one at my right hand;
no one is concerned for me.
I have no refuge;
People: no one cares for my life.

Leader: I cry to you, Lord;
People: I say, “You are my refuge,
my portion in the land of the living.”

Leader: Listen to my cry,
for I am in desperate need;
People: rescue me from those who pursue me,
for they are too strong for me.

Leader: Set me free from my prison,
that I may praise your name.
People: Then the righteous will gather about me
because of your goodness to me.

Savior, More Than Life to Me
Fanny Crosby

Savior, more than life to me,
I am clinging, clinging close to Thee;
Let Thy precious blood applied,
Keep me ever, ever near Thy side.

Ev’ry day, ev’ry hour
Let me feel thy cleansing pow’r;
May Thy tender love to me
Bind me closer, closer, Lord, to Thee.

Through this changing world below,
Lead me gently, gently as I go;
Trusting Thee, I cannot stray,
I can never, never lose my way.  Refrain

Let me love Thee more and more,
Till this fleeting, fleeting life is o’er;
Till my soul is lost in love,
In a brighter, brighter world above.  Refrain

Scripture Reading
Acts 13:1-4
Pastor Francis

Now in the church at Antioch there were prophets and teachers: Barnabas, Simeon called Niger, Lucius of Cyrene, Manaen (who had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch) and Saul. While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, “Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.” So after they had fasted and prayed, they placed their hands on them and sent them off. The two of them, sent on their way by the Holy Spirit, went down to Seleucia and sailed from there to Cyprus.

How Great Thou Art
Carl Boberg · Worship Team

Oh Lord, my God
When I, in awesome wonder
Consider all the worlds Thy hands have made
I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder
Thy power throughout the universe displayed

Then sings my soul, my Savior God to Thee
How great Thou art, how great Thou art
Then sings my soul, my Savior God to Thee
How great Thou art, how great Thou art

When through the woods and forest glades I wander
And hear the birds sing sweetly in the trees;
When I look down from lofty mountain grandeur
And hear the brook and feel the gentle breeze

And when I think that God, His Son not sparing
Sent Him to die, I scarce can take it in
That on the cross, my burden gladly bearing
He bled and died to take away my sin

Message
The First Life Camp
Pastor Ryu Kwang Su
Full Transcript

If the first life camp that God gives you does not take place, you become fixed in your own thoughts, and the whole Word of God remains disorganized in you. The Word, prayer, and evangelism feel distant, and life becomes challenging. Since God has given us light, that itself is the camp.

▣ Introduction – When the first life camp that God gives takes place
1. The entire Word becomes visible.
1) Genesis – The true problem of mankind and its answer are revealed.
2) Exodus – You must come out of darkness.
3) Leviticus – If you know prayer, you can overcome.
4) Numbers – The mission of the one who has been saved.
5) Deuteronomy – The Word you have heard up to now must be imprinted.
6) Because this did not take place, even though judges, kings, prophets, and priests appeared, it did not work, and they became slaves and captives.
7) The Gospels – Therefore, the answer is Christ.
8) Acts – It becomes the way.
9) The remaining books – They are the evidence.
10) Revelation – In the last days, there will be great confusion, but do not worry.
2. Prayer becomes happiness and strength.
3. You will see the absolute bartizan called “300%.”

▣ Main – The content of the first life camp
1. The first promise of Jesus – Imprint deeply that the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, will be with you forever.
1) John 14:16 “I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Counselor to be with you forever.”
2) John 14:26 “The Counselor, the Holy Spirit, will teach you all things and remind you of everything I have said to you.”
3) John 16:13 “When the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all truth and will tell you what is yet to come.”
4) The 24-hour prayer that imprints (Ephesians 6:18, the watchman) – When you enjoy 24, the 25 will come, and the eternal masterpiece will be created.

2. The last promise of Jesus – Take root in the mission of Christ, the kingdom of God, and only the Holy Spirit.
1) The bartizan of the throne
2) The journey of the throne
3) The guidepost of the throne becomes visible.

3. God’s urgent and actual promise – To have the nature formed through the indwelling, guidance, and working of the Holy Spirit.
1) Indwelling of the Holy Spirit (Acts 13:1) – You are the temple of God where the Holy Spirit dwells. The Holy Spirit has sealed you. The Holy Spirit leads you according to His desire. Do not be deceived (1 Corinthians 3:16, Ephesians 4:30, Philippians 2:13).
2) Guidance of the Holy Spirit (Acts 13:2) – The guidance of the Holy Spirit is the standard. The one in whom the Holy Spirit dwells receives the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
3) Working of the Holy Spirit (Acts 13:4) – The work of the Holy Spirit arises in the path you walk.

▣ Conclusion
1. Prayer that enjoys the first life camp
1) John 20:22 “He breathed on them and said, ‘Receive the Holy Spirit.’” Pray with every breath you take.
2) Ezekiel 37:9–10 The time of enjoying this covenant is the time of receiving the breath of life from God.
3) Genesis 1:3 This light is the light of creation.

2. Only
1) Every day in my life, I must concentrate through prayer.
2) With the Triune God and the power of the throne, I must establish the bartizan, the journey, and the guidepost.
3) Daily, hourly, and in every task.

3. Begin the first life camp.
1) Do not worry. Persecution is a new challenge, and death is a new beginning. Those who were scattered accomplished world evangelization.
2) “The Holy Spirit dwells in you” – There is only one difference between the one who is saved and the one who is not.
3) Make 300%.
4) Save the 237 nations and the 5000 tribes and block the plague of darkness.

True Prayer
Jang-hee Lee

Jesus, You are my salvation
And You are the hope for all the world
Lord, would You guard my heart
Let me know Your heart and make it mine

Jesus You are the song that I sing
And You are the answer for the world
Lord, would You guard my mind
Let me know Your thoughts and realize

Let Your Spirit guide my way
Let Your Spirit fill me with Your strength
How I want to see the desperate souls for You
Help me stand for them in the field

Breaking forces of the darkness
Praying for Your kingdom to come
O Lord, take me into the secret
Place where I can find Your heart

Fighting powers of the curses
Praying for Your glory to shine
O Lord, renew my life with Your power
This is my true prayer to You

Prayer · Lord’s Prayer

Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name;
thy kingdom come;
thy will be done;
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation;
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
the power and the glory,
forever and ever.
Amen.

We Will Keep Our Faith Alive!
Don Besig · Nancy Price

Gathered here, within this place,
We can share in God’s redeeming grace.
There’s no room for doubt or fear;
We can feel His presence here.
As we face each passing day,
We will serve and honor and obey;
And if hope should start to dim,
We will know our trust is in Him.

And we will keep our faith alive,
God will always be our guide.
Through the darkest night,
We will see God’s light.
We will keep our faith alive!

We will live as God has planned,
Though at times we may not understand.
Many things we may not see,
But our faith will help us believe.
From His Word we learn the truth;
Through His love we all are born anew.
With His help, we will not fail
For we know our God will prevail.  Chorus

Benediction

Hymn
Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing
Robert Robinson

Come, Thou Fount of every blessing;
Tune my heart to sing Thy grace;
Streams of mercy, never ceasing,
Call for songs of loudest praise.
Teach me some melodious sonnet,
Sung by flaming tongues above;
Praise the mount! I’m fixed upon it,
Mount of God’s unchanging love!

Here I raise my Ebenezer;
Hither by Thy help I’m come;
And I hope, by Thy good pleasure,
Safely to arrive at home.
Jesus sought me when a stranger,
Wandering from the fold of God;
He, to rescue me from danger,
Interposed His precious blood.

O to grace how great a debtor
Daily I’m constrained to be!
Let that grace now, like a fetter,
Bind my wandering heart to Thee.
Prone to wander, Lord, I feel it,
Prone to leave the God I love;
Here’s my heart; O take and seal it;
Seal it for thy courts above.

Scripture Reading
Acts 11:1-18

The apostles and the believers throughout Judea heard that the Gentiles also had received the word of God. So when Peter went up to Jerusalem, the circumcised believers criticized him and said, “You went into the house of uncircumcised men and ate with them.”

Starting from the beginning, Peter told them the whole story: “I was in the city of Joppa praying, and in a trance I saw a vision. I saw something like a large sheet being let down from heaven by its four corners, and it came down to where I was. I looked into it and saw four-footed animals of the earth, wild beasts, reptiles and birds. Then I heard a voice telling me, ‘Get up, Peter. Kill and eat.’

“I replied, ‘Surely not, Lord! Nothing impure or unclean has ever entered my mouth.’

“The voice spoke from heaven a second time, ‘Do not call anything impure that God has made clean.’ 10 This happened three times, and then it was all pulled up to heaven again.

11 “Right then three men who had been sent to me from Caesarea stopped at the house where I was staying. 12 The Spirit told me to have no hesitation about going with them. These six brothers also went with me, and we entered the man’s house. 13 He told us how he had seen an angel appear in his house and say, ‘Send to Joppa for Simon who is called Peter. 14 He will bring you a message through which you and all your household will be saved.’

15 “As I began to speak, the Holy Spirit came on them as he had come on us at the beginning. 16 Then I remembered what the Lord had said: ‘John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.’ 17 So if God gave them the same gift he gave us who believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I to think that I could stand in God’s way?”

18 When they heard this, they had no further objections and praised God, saying, “So then, even to Gentiles God has granted repentance that leads to life.”

Message
Those Who Can Evangelize and Do Missions
Pastor Ryu Kwang Su

Genesis 37:11, Genesis 45:1–5 – When Joseph spoke about world evangelization, Jacob kept it in his heart. One day, Joseph became the governor and fulfilled world evangelization.

Exodus 2:1–10, Exodus 14:19 – This was the covenant that Moses heard from his mother. On Moses’ path, the angel of the Lord went before him and protected him from behind.

1 Samuel 1:9–11, 1 Samuel 7:1–15, 1 Samuel 17:1–47 – Hannah prayed holding onto this covenant, and this covenant arose in Samuel through the Mizpah Movement. Also, it arose through David when he destroyed Goliath and gained victory over the Philistines.

Daniel 3:8–24, Daniel 6:10–22, Esther 4:1–15 – Those who held onto the covenant that Isaiah gave testified of God’s work in Babylon. Upon Daniel, who held this covenant, God’s work arose so powerfully that he even saved the king. Through Esther, who held this covenant, the nation was saved and the door to world evangelization was opened.

Acts 13, Acts 16, Acts 19 – These same works are still taking place today.

Those who can evangelize and do missions – Because our ability alone cannot accomplish world evangelization, it is enough to simply hold onto the covenant. Those who hold and believe in this covenant are the ones who can evangelize and do missions.

▣ Introduction – Acts 11:1–18 People Who Cannot Do Missions
The Jews’ way of thinking and our own abilities cannot accomplish world evangelization (Matthew 28:18–20, Acts 1:8). 1. They are bound by the past. 2. The current atmosphere. 3. Public opinion. 4. Systems. 5. Customs. 6. Following traditions cannot lead to world evangelization. Remnants must quickly recognize this and overcome it. 7. The Law blocked the entire gospel.

▣ Main Message – Acts 11:19–30 People Who Accomplished World Evangelization

1. The Scattered Ones (verse 19) – Those whose destinies were changed and who changed the destinies of others.

1) Genesis 13:18 – From the day Abraham understood the Word God had given (Genesis 12:1–3), his destiny was completely overturned.

2) The 7 remnants – Their destinies were changed because they held onto this covenant.

3) The sent ones – Though they seemed like scattered ones, they were those sent by God.

▷ Remnants may seem abandoned, but they are the remaining ones. They may appear as wanderers, but they are conquerors. The gospel is what blocks the spiritual epidemic across the world.

2. Grace (verse 23) – Eyes: “He saw the grace of the Lord.” His eyes were opened. 1) Past, present, future (blessing) – The gospel transforms the past, present, and future into blessings.

2) Problems, conflicts, crises (answers) – The gospel turns problems, conflicts, and crises into answers.

3) The throne (restoration) – The gospel restores the bartizan, journey, and guidepost of the throne that Christ gave. The background of the throne is our background. Believe this.

3. Disciples (verse 26) – 24, 25, eternity – A great number of disciples arose. They were those who had seen 24, 25, and eternity.

1) Matthew 28:1–20 – “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

2) Mark 16:15–20 – Wherever you go, those possessed by demons and the sick will be healed.

3) Acts 1:1–14 – Persecution will become the beginning of the work.

▷ Those who opened their eyes to this were the people of the Antioch Church. They could not help but carry out world missions. Pastors must have no reasons, motives, or worries. If they hold to only the gospel, everything will be resolved.

▣ Conclusion – The Answers to Come

  1. Acts 27:24 – Go to the place that faces crisis, give the Word, and calm the storm.
  2. Acts 28:30–31 – No one can block the gospel.
  3. Romans 15:23 – You will go as far as Spain. 4. Romans 16:25–27 – God will reveal to you what He has kept hidden.

▷ Wait with the strength that God gives. Only! “Only” is the word that revives everything.

When I See the Blood
John G. Foote and Elisha A. Hoffman

Christ our Redeemer died on the cross,
Died for the sinner, paid all his due;
Sprinkle your soul with the blood of the Lamb,
And I will pass, will pass over you.

When I see the blood,
When I see the blood,
When I see the blood,
I will pass, I will pass over you.

Chiefest of sinners, Jesus will save;
As He has promised, that He will do;
Wash in the fountain opened for sin,
And I will pass, will pass over you.   Refrain

Judgment is coming, all will be there,
Each one receiving justly his due;
Hide in the saving, sin-cleansing blood,
And I will pass, will pass over you.   Refrain

O great compassion! O boundless love!
O lovingkindness, faithful and true!
Find peace and shelter under the blood,
And I will pass, will pass over you.   Refrain

Scripture Reading
Acts 10:1-6
Pastor Francis

At Caesarea there was a man named Cornelius, a centurion in what was known as the Italian Regiment. He and all his family were devout and God-fearing; he gave generously to those in need and prayed to God regularly. One day at about three in the afternoon he had a vision. He distinctly saw an angel of God, who came to him and said, “Cornelius!”

Cornelius stared at him in fear. “What is it, Lord?” he asked.

The angel answered, “Your prayers and gifts to the poor have come up as a memorial offering before God. Now send men to Joppa to bring back a man named Simon who is called Peter. He is staying with Simon the tanner, whose house is by the sea.”

God’s True Plan Is In a Different Place
Pastor Ryu Kwang Su
Full Transcript

▣ Introduction: What should we do when we meet hardship, crisis, and failure?
1. God’s plan is in a completely different place.
1) Prayer is finding God’s plan.
2) God has prepared something better, something unimagined, something great.
2. Those who discovered God’s plan
1) The seven remnants
(1) Joseph (family problem) – From the beginning he held the true plan of God (the concrete answer of world evangelization) (Genesis 45:5).
(2) Abraham and Moses who realized late, and Joseph, Samuel, and David who realized early
2) The people of Hebrews chapter 11 – “Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
3) John Bunyan (16 years of imprisonment) – Came to carry out a work that changed the world through the book The Pilgrim’s Progress.
▷ If you do not find God’s true plan, you will continue to fall into wounds and difficulties.

3. How do we find God’s plan?
1) The Early Church – Though they faced hardships like the label of heresy, social severance, imprisonment, being chased, and execution, they overcame the Jews, Macedonia, and Rome.
2) Do not be wounded by difficulties, and do not just let them pass.
3) Do not be discouraged, do not take reckless courage, but find the answer within God’s covenant; that is why we worship and pray.

▣ Main: Where is God’s plan?
1. The place where the original covenant is restored – the house of Simon the tanner
1) Restoration of the original gospel
(1) Genesis 3:15 Enter into the Christ who will break the authority of Satan.
(2) Genesis 6:14 “Make an ark for yourself.”
(3) Exodus 3:18 “Offer a blood sacrifice.”
(4) Isaiah 7:14 “Immanuel” – the greatest answer, the most necessary answer, the true success.
2) Restoration of the glory given to Abraham – It ended with building an altar while holding the covenant that through you and through your seed the nations will be blessed and none will be able to stand against you.
3) Establish a secret bartizan and live as a witness.

2. The place where what Christ has given is restored
1) The platform of the throne came into being – bartizan
2) The watchtower of the throne came into being – journey
3) The 300% answer of the throne arose – guidepost

3. The plan that saves the age
1) Why was God’s plan for Cornelius? – Because God’s plan was for Rome.
2) Why Rome? – Because within it are the 237 nations.
3) Why the 237 nations? – Because within them are the 5,000 tribes.

▣ Conclusion: The promise given to the people who will proclaim the gospel and to the church
1. The ten secrets
1) Survive under any circumstance – Total depravity: human beings have no condition by which they can be saved. God gave the Christ. This salvation cannot be blocked. Those who are saved cannot be destroyed.
2) Spiritual eyes that overcome the physical things
3) Since we go to the summit, there is no competition
4) Go into what is absolutely impossible and do it by God’s power

2. When you find God’s absolute plan, that is when the work begins – The reason churches in the world are closing is because they are in a place that is not God’s plan.

3. Job, who found the answer within hardship
1) “The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away. Let me not blame the Lord for this.”
2) “My Redeemer lives, and when I meet the Lord I shall meet Him outside of my flesh.”
3) “God’s purpose is unchanging; He has many such things with Him. After He has tried me, I shall come forth as gold.”

4. While worshiping, find God’s plan.
1) Wounds are spiritual cancer; there is an answer in the problem.
2) Spiritual sickness – when you gain strength, you become a spiritual person of mission.
3) Remnants use the past as a platform; the sick must believe in God’s power. There is another world.

Hymn
Calling
Kwon Jung Min

Lord, hear my prayer as I look back,
Upon my past and see my life today.
Would You open my eyes to see
Your plans for me?

Lord, as I hold onto Your covenant,
And pray in faith with Your Word,
Would You give to me the blessing of meeting
In my every step?

O Lord, in the trials help me to see
Your plans for me,
And give thanks unto Your name.
O Lord, pour Your grace into my heart and let it flow,

Let my love be renewed once again.
Let my heart break from within,
As I look out on this world.
Would You show me the only thing they need
Is Your Gospel, Lord?

And for all of my life,
Let my will be tied to Your desire.
Let me raise up the remnant,
To answer their calling.

Prayer · Lord’s Prayer

Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name;
thy kingdom come;
thy will be done;
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation;
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
the power and the glory,
forever and ever.
Amen.

We Will Keep Our Faith Alive!
Don Besig · Nancy Price

Gathered here, within this place,
We can share in God’s redeeming grace.

As we face each passing day,
We will serve and honor and obey;
And if hope should start to dim,
We will know our trust is in Him.

And we will keep our faith alive,
God will always be our guide.
Through the darkest night,
We will see God’s light.
We will keep our faith alive!

We will live as God has planned,
Though at times we may not understand.
Many things we may not see,
But our faith will help us believe.
From His Word we learn the truth;
Through His love we all are born anew.
With His help, we will not fail

Hymn
When I Survey the Wondrous Cross
Isaac Watts

When I survey the wondrous cross
On which the Prince of glory died,
My richest gain I count but loss,
And pour contempt on all my pride.

Forbid it, Lord, that I should boast
Save in the death of Christ, my God!
All the vain things that charm me most,
I sacrifice them through his blood.

See, from his head, his hands, his feet,
Sorrow and love flow mingled down.
Did e’er such love and sorrow meet,
Or thorns compose so rich a crown?

Were the whole realm of nature mine,
That were a present far too small.
Love so amazing, so divine,
Demands my soul, my life, my all.

Scripture Reading
Acts 2:1-18

When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.

Now there were staying in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under heaven. When they heard this sound, a crowd came together in bewilderment, because each one heard their own language being spoken. Utterly amazed, they asked: “Aren’t all these who are speaking Galileans? Then how is it that each of us hears them in our native language? Parthians, Medes and Elamites; residents of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, 10 Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya near Cyrene; visitors from Rome 11 (both Jews and converts to Judaism); Cretans and Arabs—we hear them declaring the wonders of God in our own tongues!” 12 Amazed and perplexed, they asked one another, “What does this mean?”

13 Some, however, made fun of them and said, “They have had too much wine.”

14 Then Peter stood up with the Eleven, raised his voice and addressed the crowd: “Fellow Jews and all of you who live in Jerusalem, let me explain this to you; listen carefully to what I say. 15 These people are not drunk, as you suppose. It’s only nine in the morning! 16 No, this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel:

17 “‘In the last days, God says,
    I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy,
    your young men will see visions,
    your old men will dream dreams.
18 Even on my servants, both men and women,
    I will pour out my Spirit in those days,
    and they will prophesy.

Message
The Three Courtyards
Pastor Ryu Kwang Su

This week, what we must pray for are the three courtyards. But Jesus became angry when these three courtyards were missing. Then why did the Jews abolish the three courtyards?

One characteristic of the Jews is that they are extremely frugal. “Why should we build them when they cost money? No one even comes! Why make a courtyard for the Gentiles? Let people pray inside the temple—why make another courtyard of prayer? Children can play at home—why let them play here?” In short, it was all about money.

As we near the end of the year, churches across the nation and especially in America and Europe could easily fall into difficulty if they are not careful. But that is the time to receive blessings. We must never ignore the methods given in the Bible; we must follow the biblical way.

▣ Introduction – The Life Camp (John 14:16, 14:26, 16:13; Acts 1:8)
Begin the life camp that God has given you. Our life camp is what Jesus promised: “I will ask the Father, and He will send you the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, who will be with you forever. He will remind you of everything. He will show you what is to come. You will receive power and go to the ends of the earth.”

1. The First Camp (Guidance of the Holy Spirit)
Acts chapters 13, 16, and 19 show it clearly. Be completely led by the Holy Spirit—for He is with you.

2. The Second Camp (Work of the Holy Spirit)
The Nephilim were healed. Evil spirits were cast out, and the sick arose. Follow completely the work of the Holy Spirit.

3. The Third Camp (Fruit of the Holy Spirit)
The fruit of the Holy Spirit that reveals the future—this must surely be borne.

▣ Main Message – The Three Courtyards

1. The age of 237
Build the courtyard of the multiethnic people. The nations that thought this was wasteful became underdeveloped. Those that seemed to spend recklessly became advanced nations. “Go and make disciples of all nations.” To the Early Church that had no money, He said, “Go into all the world,” and even explained the method: “I am with you always. I will be with you with the power of the throne and the power of the Holy Spirit. All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.” He clearly said so. Therefore, raise multiethnic church leaders and ministers, and establish multiethnic schools.

2. The age of healing (the root)
Healing must begin from the root that changes the past, the present, and the future.

3. The age of the remnants (the talents)
We must help the remnants fully discover their talents. As much as possible, let the remnants be exposed to many things. The best way is reading. Reading many books means encountering many people. Then, we must give them answers through the Word. Remnants should study many great figures and find the answer in Christ. Every nation has its own feasts; likewise, we must know the three feasts. The world keeps them on certain days, but we must keep them always. Then remnants will understand what worship and prayer truly are. From that come “only,” “uniqueness,” and “re-creation.”

▣ Conclusion

1. Every day (Three Concentrations)
Do the three concentrations every day. When you wake up in the morning, pray a prayer of concentration; during the day, a prayer of confirmation; at night, a prayer to find the answer.

2. Every hour (7·7·7)
Hourly prayer is very important. There are times to focus on 7·7·7 prayer, but throughout the day, pray deeply in rhythm with your breathing.

3. In everything (300%)
In everything, make it 300%. Every person in the Bible who received answers to prayer practiced this. It’s all in Scripture: scheduled prayer and continuous prayer. Then in everything, God’s power will be revealed.

I Will Worship You
Seok Jin Oh · Ha Young Yoo

In the Spirit Lord, I will worship You.
And in truth alone I will worship You.
With the gospel of life, I will worship You.
For You are worthy of all glory, Lord.

Father, Son, and Spirit, I will worship You.
With the covenant, I will worship You.
With the blessing of the throne, I will worship You.
Lord, let your power be revealed through my life.

Come, Thou Almighty King
Anonymous

Come, Thou Almighty King,
Help us Thy name to sing,
Help us to praise.
Father, all glorious,
O’er all victorious,
Come, and reign over us,
Ancient of Days.

Come, Thou incarnate Word,
Gird on Thy mighty sword,
Our prayer attend:
Come, and Thy people bless,
And give Thy word success;
Spirit of holiness,
On us descend.

Come, holy Comforter,
Thy sacred witness bear
In this glad hour:
Thou who Almighty art,
Now rule in every heart,
And ne’er from us depart,
Spirit of power.

To Thee, great One in Three,
Eternal praises be
Hence evermore.
Thy sov’reign majesty
May we in glory see,
And to eternity
Love and adore.

Scripture Reading
Numbers 14:1-10
Pastor Francis

That night all the members of the community raised their voices and wept aloud. All the Israelites grumbled against Moses and Aaron, and the whole assembly said to them, “If only we had died in Egypt! Or in this wilderness! Why is the Lord bringing us to this land only to let us fall by the sword? Our wives and children will be taken as plunder. Wouldn’t it be better for us to go back to Egypt?” And they said to each other, “We should choose a leader and go back to Egypt.”

Then Moses and Aaron fell facedown in front of the whole Israelite assembly gathered there. Joshua son of Nun and Caleb son of Jephunneh, who were among those who had explored the land, tore their clothes and said to the entire Israelite assembly, “The land we passed through and explored is exceedingly good. If the Lord is pleased with us, he will lead us into that land, a land flowing with milk and honey, and will give it to us. Only do not rebel against the Lord. And do not be afraid of the people of the land, because we will devour them. Their protection is gone, but the Lord is with us. Do not be afraid of them.”

10 But the whole assembly talked about stoning them. Then the glory of the Lord appeared at the tent of meeting to all the Israelites.

Amazing Grace
John Newton · Worship Team

Amazing grace! how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch; like me!
I once was lost, but now am found,
Was blind, but now I see.

’Twas grace that taught my heart to fear,
And grace my fears relieved;
How precious did that grace appear
The hour I first believed!

The Lord hath promised good to me,
His word my hope secures;
He will my shield and portion be
As long as life endures.

When we’ve been there ten thousand years,
Bright shining as the sun,
We’ve no less days to sing God’s praise
Than when we first begun.

1. The direction God desires – Key words of the Bible
1) Remnant – Those who remain holding the Gospel.
2) Watchman – Those who guard and save others.
3) Spy – A special unit that secretly carries out its mission.

2. Spies seen through three passages of the Bible
1) The two spies who reported according to the covenant, and the ten spies who reported according to atmosphere and public opinion (Numbers 14).
2) Rahab, who said that the God you believe in is the true God, and that the hearts of the seven tribes have melted (Joshua 2).
3) Caleb, who, standing before the hill country of Anak, testified that the Word had been fulfilled and said, “Give me this hill country” (Joshua 14).

3. Spies – 24
1) Those who can pray 24 hours see the 25 and see the masterpiece called eternity.

(1) Egypt – 7 people
(2) Philistia – 4 people
(3) Aram – 3 people
(4) Babylon – 3 teams
▷ Only by receiving the thousand-year answer from God can world evangelization be fulfilled. I am the remnant, the watchman, and the spy who rescues nations fallen into darkness.

▣ Main – How?
1. Those who saw the three darknesses and possessed the light – The reason for spies
1) Those who saw the darkness
(1) Egypt – Darkness of slavery
(2) The 237 nations and 5000 tribes – Slaves of Egypt
(3) Israel – Servants of idols
2) The power of light, the thousand-year answer given by God – It can block every disaster and save nations.
3) What was taught to the spies
(1) The three feasts – Passover (the blood of the lamb – liberation), Pentecost (survival in the wilderness), Feast of Ingathering (the background of the heavenly throne).
(2) The tabernacle – Protected by the pillar of cloud and the pillar of fire.
(3) The ark of the covenant – The Word of God, the jar of manna, and Aaron’s budding staff (worship).

2. Those who saw the thousand-year answer – The faith of spies
1) The 12 tribes, 12 spies, 12 apostles.
2) In the world parishes, large regions, and local areas rescuing those fallen into darkness, the thousand-year answer has been prepared.
3) If you believe you have the light, wherever you go darkness will flee, and the mystery of the 12 tribes that save the world will be revealed.

3. Those who saw the absolute bartizan – The timetable of spies
1) The direction of my life must align with God’s absolute plan of world evangelization.
2) If you do not know God’s absolute plan, you cannot endure hardship.
3) Every affliction becomes a testimony – They thought they suffered for forty years in the wilderness, but it was the trembling of Satan (the seven tribes and the thirty-one kings).
▷ Believe in the Word of God. Darkness will collapse, and world evangelization must arise. World evangelization—God can do it.

▣ Conclusion – Resolution
1. Five missions
1) Those who can support military missions 24 – Prayer 24.
2) Those who raise remnants.
3) Establish domestic evangelism bartizans – Watchmen.
4) Build military mission bartizans overseas – Bartizans are those who do 24, those who know prayer.
5) Go forth as spies.

2. Shine the light.
1) “You are the light of the world.”
2) “The light of the glory of the Lord has risen upon you, so arise and shine.”
3) “To deliver the light, He has called you a royal priesthood and a holy nation.”

3. Resolution for 24 prayer
1) Poverty – Resolved through prayer; read the Word and went to the evangelism field.
2) Those who speak much unbelief – Resolved through evangelism and world evangelization.
3) Worship – Even now, you are destroying darkness. The doors of world military missions are being opened.

Hymn
Onward, Christian Soldiers
S. Baring-Gould

Onward, Christian soldiers,
Marching as to war,
With the cross of Jesus
Going on before!
Christ, the royal Master,
Leads against the foe;
Forward into battle,
See His banner go!

Onward, Christian soldiers,
Marching as to war,
With the cross of Jesus
Going on before!

At the sign of triumph
Satan’s host doth flee;
On, then, Christian soldiers,
On to victory!
Hell’s foundations quiver
At the shout of praise;
Brothers, lift your voices,
Loud your anthems raise!  Refrain

Like a mighty army
Moves the church of God;
Brothers, we are treading
Where the saints have trod;
We are not divided;
All one body we,
One in hope and doctrine,
One in charity.  Refrain

Onward, then, ye people,
Join our happy throng,
Blend with ours your voices
In the triumph song;
Glory, laud, and honor,
Unto Christ the King;
This through countless ages
Men and angels sing.  Refrain

Scripture Reading
Isaiah 6:1-13, 1 Corinthians 3:16

Isaiah 6:1-13. In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord, high and exalted, seated on a throne; and the train of his robe filled the temple. Above him were seraphim, each with six wings: With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they were flying. And they were calling to one another:

“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty;
    the whole earth is full of his glory.”

At the sound of their voices the doorposts and thresholds shook and the temple was filled with smoke.

“Woe to me!” I cried. “I am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the Lord Almighty.”

Then one of the seraphim flew to me with a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with tongs from the altar. With it he touched my mouth and said, “See, this has touched your lips; your guilt is taken away and your sin atoned for.”

Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?”

And I said, “Here am I. Send me!”

He said, “Go and tell this people:

“‘Be ever hearing, but never understanding;
    be ever seeing, but never perceiving.’
10 Make the heart of this people calloused;
    make their ears dull
    and close their eyes.
Otherwise they might see with their eyes,
    hear with their ears,
    understand with their hearts,
and turn and be healed.”

11 Then I said, “For how long, Lord?”

And he answered:

“Until the cities lie ruined
    and without inhabitant,
until the houses are left deserted
    and the fields ruined and ravaged,
12 until the Lord has sent everyone far away
    and the land is utterly forsaken.
13 And though a tenth remains in the land,
    it will again be laid waste.
But as the terebinth and oak
    leave stumps when they are cut down,
    so the holy seed will be the stump in the land.”

1 Corinthians 3:16. Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst?

Message
Three Kinds of Strength
Pastor Ryu Kwang Su
Remnants must have three kinds of strength. Why? Because in Isaiah 6, God promised that “remnants will arise” in the future. Isaiah saw the power of the throne. This power of the throne connects with us. It says, “You are God’s temple.” Therefore our remnants must cultivate three kinds of strength.

▣ Main Message
1. Watchman Power (300%) – We must cultivate the strength of a watchman. Make it 300% unconditionally. Whenever you go somewhere even now, if you discover what I must absolutely do, what is absolutely needed here, and what will absolutely be needed in the future, 300% begins. And though I am doing work now, I must prepare 300% for the future. That is for a lifetime. When Joseph went as a slave, he did cleaning at 300%. His original talent was not cleaning, but he did what he had at 300%, and without needing to submit a résumé, people came to fetch Joseph. They came to fetch him from the prison, and they came to fetch him from the palace.
1) 7 Bartizan
2) 7 Journey
3) 7 Guidepost
▷ Keep praying over these. When a remnant wakes up in the morning, do it even for 10 minutes.

2. Tacit Power – invisible strength.
1) Spiritual Power – When you pray, the most important spiritual power emerges.
2) Intellectual Power – It must be the intellect that comes out from within spiritual strength. If the order is reversed, it becomes a serious problem.
3) Physical Power – Physical health also arises.
4) Economic Power – Economic blessing follows. In particular, the threefold economy must follow.
5) Man Power – Human resources follow naturally.

3. Future Power – You must absolutely have strength regarding the future.
1) Acts 13:1–4, 13:5–11 As it is in the Bible, God leads perfectly, and this work arises.
2) Acts 16:6–10, 16:16–18 Though the door seems blocked, He leads to a greater door.
3) Acts 19:1–8, 19:8–20 If you can see this—boldly explaining the kingdom of God—this work arises.

▣ Conclusion
Do not be deceived. If remnants hold firmly to the covenant and wait, this strength is bound to come. Only then will you win. The word “Christ” is a word of life to those who are to be saved, but it is a fearful word to Satan. Remnants must have this strength. Then it is even more urgent for the adults. Therefore we must do it as they concentrated in the Mark’s Upper Room.

In the Spirit Lord, I will worship You.
And in truth alone I will worship You.
With the gospel of life, I will worship You.
For You are worthy of all glory, Lord.

With the covenant, I will worship You.
With the blessing of the throne, I will worship You.
Lord, let your power be revealed through my life.

Confession of Faith
The Apostles’ Creed

I believe in God, the Father Almighty,
Maker of heaven and earth;

And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, Our Lord,
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
Born of the Virgin Mary,
Suffered under Pontius Pilate,
Was crucified, dead, and buried.
He descended into hell.
The third day He rose again from the dead.
He ascended into heaven,
And is seated at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty;
From thence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit,

The communion of saints,
The forgiveness of sins,
The resurrection of the body
And life everlasting. Amen.

Hymn
Down at the Cross
E. A. Hoffman

Down at the cross where my Savior died,
Down where for cleansing from sin I cried,
There to my heart was the blood applied;
Glory to his name!

Glory to his name,
Glory to his name;
There to my heart was the blood applied;
Glory to his name!

I am so wondrously saved from sin,
Jesus so sweetly abides within;
There at the cross where he took me in;
Glory to his name!  Refrain

Oh, precious fountain that saves from sin,
I am so glad I have entered in;
There Jesus saves me and keeps me clean;
Glory to his name!  Refrain

Come to this fountain so rich and sweet,
Cast thy poor soul at the Savior’s feet;
Plunge in today, and be made complete;
Glory to his name!  Refrain

Scripture Reading
Acts 8:4-8
Those who had been scattered preached the word wherever they went. Philip went down to a city in Samaria and proclaimed the Christ there. When the crowds heard Philip and saw the signs he performed, they all paid close attention to what he said. For with shrieks, impure spirits came out of many, and many who were paralyzed or lame were healed. So there was great joy in that city.

Yet Not I, but Through Christ in Me
Jonny Robinson, Rich Thompson, and Michael Farren · Worship Team

What gift of grace is Jesus, my Redeemer
There is no more for Heaven now to give
He is my joy, my righteousness, and freedom
My steadfast love, my deep and boundless peace

To this I hold, my hope is only Jesus
For my life is wholly bound to His
Oh, how strange and divine, I can sing, “All is mine”
Yet not I, but through Christ in me

The night is dark, but I am not forsaken
For by my side, the Savior, He will stay
I labor on in weakness and rejoicing
For in my need, His power is displayed

To this I hold, my Shepherd will defend me
Through the deepest valley, He will lead
Oh, the night has been won, and I shall overcome
Yet not I, but through Christ in me

No fate I dread, I know I am forgiven
The future’s sure, the price, it has been paid
For Jesus bled and suffered for my pardon
And He was raised to overthrow the grave

To this I hold, my sin has been defeated
Jesus, now and ever is my plea
Oh, the chains are released, I can sing, “I am free”
Yet not I, but through Christ in me

With every breath, I long to follow Jesus
For He has said that He will bring me home
And day by day, I know He will renew me
Until I stand with joy before the throne

To this I hold, my hope is only Jesus
All the glory evermore to Him
When the race is complete, still my lips shall repeat
“Yet not I, but through Christ in me”

The Gospel That Blocks Curses and Disasters
Pastor Ryu Kwang Su
Full Transcript

▣ Introduction
Because they do not know what they have received, they ask what they should do.
1. Be assured – Wherever you go, curses and disasters collapse and are bound in the name of Jesus Christ.
1) Hebrews 11 – The characteristics of those who overcame darkness, curses, and disasters: Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.
(1) Faith grows and takes root.
(2) The result of unbelief rooted in those who do not know God is the continual increase of murders and suicides.
2) Faith that knows the Gospel correctly
(1) Believe in Jesus Christ, the name that removes curses and disasters.
(2) “Arise, shine, for the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.”
3) If you do not believe this fact
(1) You remain at the same level as unbelievers.
(2) You cannot evangelize and end up serving unbelievers and Satan.
(3) There is no way to block curses and disasters.

2. The reason curses and disasters come
1) The 12 problems
(1) The Garden of Eden (leaving God and trying to become like God), the Nephilim (the strength that comes from idol worship), the Tower of Babel incident (success without God).
(2) Struggling—idol worship, fortune-telling.
(3) Because they became children of Satan, spiritual problems began; their background is hell and Satan, and greater problems come to the next generation.
2) A church that does not know Only the Gospel cannot overcome curses and disasters.
(1) Acts 11:1–18 – They emphasized Jewish tradition over the Gospel and criticized Peter for eating at a Gentile’s house.
(2) Galatians 2:10–20 – They emphasized Jewish law over the Gospel.
(3) Matthew 12:26–30 – Jesus said, “Satan is building a house in your household.”
▷ A church that does not know Only the Gospel is no different from idol worship. It cannot block disasters.

3. The background of the passage
1) The reason curses and disasters came upon Samaria
(1) During Solomon’s reign, idols spread and the nation became divided.
(2) The men of Israel were taken captive by Assyria, and the women of Israel married Gentiles.
(3) Because they did not understand the Gospel, Judah regarded Samaria as a cursed land.
2) The time when Jesus was crucified and believers were legally ostracized.
3) One man, Philip, destroyed the darkness, curses, and disasters in Samaria. Believe this.
▷ Only the Gospel can solve curses. Only the light can overcome darkness.

▣ Main – How were curses and disasters blocked?
1. When hardships come, discover God’s great blessing.
(1) The believers scattered due to Stephen’s death and great persecution (verses 1–3).
(2) The blessing Philip discovered – He went to Samaria to proclaim the Gospel (verses 4–5).
(3) The Gospel is life-giving.

2. One heart, whole heart, continuation – Miracles that change the world
(1) Those who were scattered preached the Gospel and testified to Christ in Samaria (verses 4–5).
(2) They listened to Philip’s message with one heart (verse 6).
(3) Miracles that changed the field took place (verse 7).

3. There was great joy in that city (verse 8)
When the light shone, darkness collapsed. When they prayed in the name of Christ, demons fled.
(1) Nobody → Everybody – No one could solve it, but it changed to everybody.
(2) Nothing → Everything – Nothing could be done, but it changed to everything.
(3) No way → Everywhere – There was no way in Samaria’s curse, but it changed to everywhere.
▷ During worship, pastors must convey what God desires, and you must find the answer. Once you find the answer, pray with one heart. Then you will see God’s plan, and there will be great joy.

▣ Conclusion – What happens when you pray
1. Your prayer is imprinted in your brain.
2. It is imprinted in your spirit.
3. It is delivered to the throne (Revelation 8:3–5).
▷ Prayer is everything. Nothing else works—Only!

Hymn
Jesus Is My Way, Truth, and Life

Jesus is my way,
And He is my truth,
Jesus is the life in me
Since I met the Lord,
Asked Him in my heart
My life’s never been the same

When I am in Him,
And He is in me
He will answer all my prayers
What I have is something
That the world can’t offer
What I have in Jesus is true peace

In this life, I live for Jesus Christ
With His covenant rooted in my heart
When the Lord gives me His power
He will use my life to share
His gospel to the world.

Prayer · Lord’s Prayer

Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name;
thy kingdom come;
thy will be done;
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation;
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
the power and the glory,
forever and ever.
Amen.

We Will Keep Our Faith Alive!
Don Besig · Nancy Price

Gathered here, within this place,
We can share in God’s redeeming grace.
There’s no room for doubt or fear;
We can feel His presence here.
As we face each passing day,
We will serve and honor and obey;
And if hope should start to dim,
We will know our trust is in Him.

And we will keep our faith alive,
God will always be our guide.
Through the darkest night,
We will see God’s light.
We will keep our faith alive!

We will live as God has planned,
Though at times we may not understand.
Many things we may not see,
But our faith will help us believe.
From His Word we learn the truth;
Through His love we all are born anew.
With His help, we will not fail
For we know our God will prevail.  Chorus

Hymn
Fairest Lord Jesus
Anonymous

Fairest Lord Jesus, Ruler of all nature,
Son of God and Son of Man!
Thee will I cherish, thee will I honor,
Thou, my soul’s glory, joy, and crown.

Fair are the meadows, fair are the woodlands,
Robed in the blooming garb of spring:
Jesus is fairer, Jesus is purer,
Who makes the woeful heart to sing.

Fair is the sunshine, fair is the moonlight,
And all the twinkling, starry host:
Jesus shines brighter, Jesus shines purer
Than all the angels heav’n can boast.

Beautiful Saviour! Lord of the nations!
Son of God and Son of Man!
Glory and honor, praise, adoration,
Now and forevermore be thine.

Scripture Reading
Acts 6:1-7

In those days when the number of disciples was increasing, the Hellenistic Jews among them complained against the Hebraic Jews because their widows were being overlooked in the daily distribution of food. So the Twelve gathered all the disciples together and said, “It would not be right for us to neglect the ministry of the word of God in order to wait on tables. Brothers and sisters, choose seven men from among you who are known to be full of the Spirit and wisdom. We will turn this responsibility over to them and will give our attention to prayer and the ministry of the word.”

This proposal pleased the whole group. They chose Stephen, a man full of faith and of the Holy Spirit; also Philip, Procorus, Nicanor, Timon, Parmenas, and Nicolas from Antioch, a convert to Judaism. They presented these men to the apostles, who prayed and laid their hands on them.

So the word of God spread. The number of disciples in Jerusalem increased rapidly, and a large number of priests became obedient to the faith.

Disciples Who See Problems as Blessings
Pastor Ryu Kwang Su
Full Transcript

Make every problem into a blessing. God has never once failed to turn problems into blessings.

Only, Uniqueness, Re-creation — 300%
Because we are the people of God who have been saved, there is a reason God has sent us. We must find what we absolutely must do. When something is entrusted to us, we must bring it to life. The secret of revival is found when we discover “only.” Then comes the answer of uniqueness that others recognize, and then comes re-creation. For the part entrusted to me, I must prepare 300%. Then many works will arise.

I found this easily. I asked, “How can children listen to the Word?” and I discovered Darakbang. When I was entrusted with middle and high school students, the only way was to go to the schools—I discovered team ministry. That was uniqueness. Then re-creation came. The 5000 tribes.

7∙7∙7 Prayer enjoying power, healing, summit
We must pray enjoying the 7∙7∙7 that Christ has given us as our background. From this, power appears, fundamental healing takes place, spiritual problems disappear, and we become the summit. At this time, every problem, every incident, every crisis becomes a blessing.

▣ Introduction: Eyes that see blessings
1. Remnant 7 – Going as a slave was the way to Egypt; going to prison was the way to promotion. David, who suffered greatly, was always thankful. Not a single thing failed to become a blessing.
2. Hebrews 11:38 – It looked like they were suffering, but they were not deceived by the world.
3. Paul – He suffered the most, yet wrote the most about Christ and thanksgiving.

▣ Main: Church leaders appointed in the age of crisis (Acts 6:1-7)
1. Agitation – Powerful people who could change the age incited others that the Early Church was a heresy, but God gave the answers that changed the age.
1) Extreme executions
2) Legal decrees – “Do not preach the gospel. Do not speak of the resurrection of Jesus or of Christ. Do not call Jesus Lord.”
3) Persecution from religious people
4) Persecution from merchants
5) Persecution from Rome
▷ Yet the gospel was never blocked, and the Word never stopped. It changed the age and conquered Rome.

2. Atmosphere of threats – True disciples arose.
1) Acts 11:19-30 – The Antioch Church was born.
2) Acts 12:1-25 – Church leaders became one and prayed together, and God called King Herod away.
3) Acts 13:1 – Paul was commissioned as a missionary.

3. Those being pursued – God entrusted them with the future and world evangelization.
1) The remnants – They looked like those abandoned, but they were the remaining ones. They looked like those who were chased away, but they were the scattered ones. They did not run away, they were sent. Through them, world evangelization arose.
2) Acts 13:1-4, 16:6-10, 19:21 – The Holy Spirit completely guided them, opening doors to Macedonia and Rome.
3) The diaspora (after A.D. 70) – The remnants were used to take the gospel to the whole world.
▷ Be thankful and entrust everything to God. God is the One who blesses (Luke 15). He knows your weaknesses and has promised the filling of the Holy Spirit.

▣ Conclusion: Do not be deceived
1. Reality (selfishness) – It is explained only for one’s self.
2. Fact (atmosphere) – It refers to the prevailing atmosphere.
3. Truth (frame) – The frame refers to what has already been set.
4. Spiritual fact (disaster) – We must save them so they will not be struck by disaster.
5. God’s plan (salvation) – It is to bring them to salvation.

▷ Come to the answer quickly. Every problem, incident, and opportunity is a blessing. This is the power of the gospel.

Holy, Holy, Holy! Lord God Almighty!
Reginald Heber

Holy, holy, holy! Lord God Almighty!
Early in the morning our song shall rise to thee.
Holy, holy, holy! merciful and mighty!
God in three Persons, blessed Trinity!

Holy, holy, holy! all the saints adore thee,
Casting down their golden crowns around the glassy sea.
Cherubim and seraphim, falling down before thee,
Who was and is and evermore shall be.

Holy, Holy, Holy! though the darkness hide thee,
Though the eye of sinful man thy glory may not see,
Only thou art holy; there is none beside thee,
Perfect in pow’r, in love, and purity.

Holy, holy, holy! Lord God Almighty!
All thy works shall praise thy name, in earth, and sky, and sea;
Holy, holy, holy! merciful and mighty!
God in three Persons, blessed Trinity.

Hymn
There Is No Name So Sweet
George W. Bethune

There is no name so sweet on earth,
No name so sweet in heaven,
The name before his wondrous birth
To Christ the Savior given.

We love to sing around our King,
And hail him blessed Jesus;
For there’s no word ear ever heard
So dear, so sweet as “Jesus.”

And when he hung upon the tree,
They wrote this name above him;
That all might see the reason we
Forevermore must love him. Refrain

So now, upon his Father’s throne,
Almighty to release us
From sin and pains, he gladly reigns,
The Prince and Savior Jesus. Refrain

To Jesus ev’ry knee shall bow,
And ev’ry tongue confess him,
And we unite with saints in light,
Our only Lord to bless him. Refrain

O Jesus, by that matchless name,
Your grace shall fail us never;
Today as yesterday the same,
You art the same forever. Refrain

Scripture Reading
Acts 4:1-12
Pastor Samuel

The priests and the captain of the temple guard and the Sadducees came up to Peter and John while they were speaking to the people. They were greatly disturbed because the apostles were teaching the people, proclaiming in Jesus the resurrection of the dead. They seized Peter and John and, because it was evening, they put them in jail until the next day. But many who heard the message believed; so the number of men who believed grew to about five thousand.

The next day the rulers, the elders and the teachers of the law met in Jerusalem. Annas the high priest was there, and so were Caiaphas, John, Alexander and others of the high priest’s family. They had Peter and John brought before them and began to question them: “By what power or what name did you do this?”

Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them: “Rulers and elders of the people! If we are being called to account today for an act of kindness shown to a man who was lame and are being asked how he was healed, 10 then know this, you and all the people of Israel: It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead, that this man stands before you healed. 11 Jesus is

“‘the stone you builders rejected,
    which has become the cornerstone.’

12 Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.”

※ Authority and prayer experience – When you worship in faith, pray, and proclaim Christ, the darkness is bound.
1. When the name of Christ was proclaimed, all the problems of the cripple were solved, and his destiny was changed.
2. During the time of worship and prayer, God called Herod the king away.
3. On the day the blood was applied, they came out of Egypt.
4. During the time of prayer in the name of Christ, the light shines and the darkness collapses.
5. Satan fears Christ and completely kneels before Christ. That is why he says, “Do not speak of Christ.”

▣ Introduction
1. When you have Christ, you have the light.
1) Vague Christ (no answer), mixed Christ (confusion), antichrist (disaster) – Only Christ (only answer), complete Christ (world evangelization)
If you have a vague Christ, there is no answer. If you have a mixed Christ, confusion comes. Antichrist brings disaster. However, when it is only Christ, only answers come. When it is complete Christ, world evangelization arises.
2) When you pray, the darkness is broken. This is because those who believe in Christ, who came as the light, were given the authority to become children of God (John 1:11–12).
3) Satan, whose goal is to destroy the next generation, knows Christ and knows those who have Christ.

2. The 0.1% who had Christ and those who did not know Christ
1) Abraham, who held onto the ram instead of his son, and Lot, who had no interest.
2) Israel, who did not know Christ, and brought seven great disasters upon the next generation.

3. Those who have the light of Christ – Just shine the light. Proclaim this light to all peoples (Isaiah 60:1, 1 Peter 2:9). Believe in your identity and authority and use it in worship.

▣ Main: What happens when this light shines?
1. Spiritual problems are resolved.
1) Christ is the King who destroyed Satan, who delivered the twelve kinds of darkness.
2) Christ is the true Priest who removed disasters.
3) Christ is the true Prophet who opened the way of salvation.
▷ During worship and set prayer times, confess, believe, and proclaim the name of Jesus Christ to break the darkness.

2. Destiny is overturned.
1) The cripple from birth – destiny.
2) Physical or material service cannot change destiny.
3) When the one who has the complete answer of Christ proclaims the name of Christ, destiny is overturned.

3. Our future and eternity are changed.
1) Bartizan
2) Journey
3) Guidepost were promised.
▷ When you do the 7·7·7 prayer every day, you will see the Word being fulfilled.

▣ Conclusion
1. You are the light of the world, so you only need to shine the light (Matthew 5:14, Isaiah 60:1).
2. Pray. Christ who overturns destiny, Christ who resolves spiritual problems, Christ who has resolved the future and eternity.
3. The 7 remnants who knew this
1) The exodus that naturally happened in the way of Joseph and Moses.
2) Paul’s team and the remnants of Babylon, who had no calculations because they were assured of Christ.

We can share in God’s redeeming grace.
There’s no room for doubt or fear;
We can feel His presence here.
As we face each passing day,
We will serve and honor and obey;
And if hope should start to dim,
We will know our trust is in Him.

And we will keep our faith alive,
God will always be our guide.
Through the darkest night,
We will see God’s light.
We will keep our faith alive!

We will live as God has planned,
Though at times we may not understand.
Many things we may not see,
But our faith will help us believe.
From His Word we learn the truth;
Through His love we all are born anew.
With His help, we will not fail
For we know our God will prevail.  Chorus

Benediction
