After this, Paul left Athens and went to Corinth. 2 There he met a Jew named Aquila, a native of Pontus, who had recently come from Italy with his wife Priscilla, because Claudius had ordered all Jews to leave Rome. Paul went to see them, 3 and because he was a tentmaker as they were, he stayed and worked with them. 4 Every Sabbath he reasoned in the synagogue, trying to persuade Jews and Greeks.

1. That I am within God’s historic errand of raising up the Lord’s servants – this is the path of life for me, for the next generation.
2. Three people who were within God’s historic errand of raising up the Lord’s servants
…1) Elder Jethro – was within God’s plan for the Exodus.
…2) Obadiah – was within God’s plan to rescue Israel from Aram and save the world.
…3) Priscilla and Aquila – were within God’s plan to leave Rome and evangelize the world.
3. Laymen must demonstrate through evidence and pass it on.
▣ Main: Five Kinds of Communication
1. Mission communication (Acts 2:10)
…1) Coming down from Mt. Olive and joining the disciples in the upper room – if you take the 7·7·7 exactly as it is in the Bible and start from the 40 days, the mission emerges.
…2) Communication of the three feasts
……On the day the lamb’s blood was applied, they escaped from death.
……During the wilderness journey, He led them by the power of the Holy Spirit.

…3) The 3,000 disciples – this naturally occurs.
2. Communication about work (Acts 18:1-4)
…1) After meeting Paul and becoming a church leader, Priscilla and Aquila changed their primary occupation. The tentmaking business became their secondary occupation.
…2) David – his primary occupation was as an evangelist building the temple, his secondary occupation was king
…3) Remnant – switch your primary occupation and secondary occupation. Even if you succeed, that is your secondary occupation.
3. Spiritual summit communication (Acts 18:24-28)
…1) He helped Apollos.
…2) “Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?” – this referred to the baptism of the Holy Spirit at the upper room.
…3) Remnant – because we must go through the age of wandering people, we must first become a spiritual summit, a spiritual emperor.
4. Evangelism communication (1 Corinthians 16:19)
…1) Corinth – a region absorbed in idols
…2) The Corinthian church that kept doing only useless things
…3) Priscilla and Aquila who created a branch church of evangelism that saves the church and the region – “Priscilla and Aquila and the church that is in their house”
5. Missions communication (Romans 16:3-4)
…1) A clear hidden covenant – it was clear why he had to do this work and what the goal was.
…2) It fit with the evangelization of Rome, where 237 nations had come.
…3) He knew he was the hidden card in this work (Romans 16:25-27).

▷ A seminary that properly teaches evangelism – if you do not know how to evangelize, everyone will die. That means you do not know Christ, and it means you have not seen the field.
▷ “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.” (1 Peter 2:9).
▷ When you properly grasp the covenant, the door of the throne opens, and the kingdom of God and the work of the kingdom of God are accomplished.
▣ Conclusion: “They risked their lives for me.” (Romans 16:4) – It’s fine to die doing this work.
