Mark 8:31-38 (NIV)

31 He then began to teach them that the Son of Man must suffer many things and be rejected by the elders, the chief priests and the teachers of the law, and that he must be killed and after three days rise again. 32 He spoke plainly about this, and Peter took him aside and began to rebuke him. 33 But when Jesus turned and looked at his disciples, he rebuked Peter. “Get behind me, Satan!” he said. “You do not have in mind the concerns of God, but merely human concerns.” 34 Then he called the crowd to him along with his disciples and said: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. 35 For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me and for the gospel will save it. 36 What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? 37 Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul? 38 For whoever is ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him will the Son of Man also be ashamed when he comes in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.”

Summary

Today’s text is a message that Jesus gives directly to his disciples. Many ministers must understand it well, and church leaders must hold onto it and pray about it.

Great powers, Europe, America – the gospel entered the great powers, but they could not receive the gospel well. It was because the Lord’s servants kept listening to what the politicians demanded. That is why Europe shut its doors. Satan then targeted America. Because church members wanted it, ministers stopped preaching the gospel properly and kept doing other things instead.

Mental patients – the world became full of them.

“The Living and the Dead” – the sick and the demon-possessed kept coming forward, and Jesus only healed them. Afterward, with a sorrowful heart, he asked his disciples who they said he was. When Peter confessed, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God,” Jesus was overjoyed, blessed him, and then spoke of being crucified and rising again after three days. When Peter absolutely refused to accept this, Jesus said, “Satan! Get behind me. You are not thinking about the things of God but only about the things of man. Whoever wants to follow me must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me. Whoever tries to save his life will lose it, but whoever gives up his life will live.”

▷ Stand before the Word and look at history. In truth, people block the gospel because they do not know it. The Lord’s servants must hold to “the gospel alone,” and even if church members oppose it, still “the gospel alone.” Otherwise your descendants will become mentally ill.

▣ Introduction – a prophecy about the “two kinds of people” that would appear after the crucifixion

▷ Almost all of the sick who had been helped by Jesus and had seen his miracles ran away. Only 120 people remained.

Age of Concentration – what we must concentrate on

1. Ministers – the throne, transcending time and space, 237 – it is accomplished when you truly know how to pray (Matthew 28:18-20).

2. Church leaders – 70 regions, 70 nations – this is what we must concentrate on.

3. Remnant – 237 talents – you must find the talent that will save the 237 nations.

▣ Main

1. Apostles – he promised in advance the answer he would give to the apostles.

1) Authority – he gave the apostles authority that comes down from above. Matthew 28:16-20 “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth, and I will be with you.” Mark 16:15-20 “Drive out demons in my name. Lay hands on the sick, and they will get well.”

2) Power (1, 3, 8) – he turned this authority into power and gave the apostles Christ, the kingdom of God, and the Holy Spirit alone. Speak of nothing else. If you do anything else, it will be a disaster.

2. Church leaders – he spoke in advance of the answer church leaders would receive, and they received it.

1) The 70 disciples (influence) – he gave the blessing of the 70 disciples first of all. This means God answers by giving influence to revive 70 regions.

2) Acts 11:19 – when great persecution broke out, he gave the highest blessing to the church leaders. Acts 12:1-25 – when the greatest crisis came, God heard the prayers of the church leaders and saved the church.

3) Acts 13:1-4 – mission work – everywhere they went, they first raised up solid church leaders and then sent out workers.

▷ Because it is promised, if you say “amen” you will receive the answer. If you do not believe, you cannot receive it.

3. Remnant – the answer the Remnant will receive is written in Scripture.

1) Acts 17:1-3 “Necessity” – he explained to the Remnant, with a great future set before them, in the synagogue, why the world must be saved. He explained why it had to be Christ, the cross, and the resurrection.

2) Acts 18:4 “Worship, prayer” – “every Sabbath” – the Remnant must know what worship and prayer are before going out into the world.

3) Acts 19:8 “Kingdom” – the Remnant must know what the real answer is before going out – the kingdom of God.

▷ No matter how much you succeed in the kingdoms of this world, if you fail to grasp the gospel, you will end up running errands for the kingdom of Satan.

▣ Conclusion (verses 36-37) – the age of the field

“If America and Europe gain the whole world yet are ruined by mental illness and spiritual problems, what good is it?”

What the church must do from now on – open up an age of the field that actually saves people.

1. Spiritual festival – idols, shrines, Temple Stay

Hold a spiritual festival at least once a week. That is how you will save the people who are dying at idols, shrines, and Temple Stay.

2. Spiritual DNA healing – cults, alternative religions

You must bring healing that changes spiritual DNA. Cults and alternative religions go to sick people every single day and give them a message. You must create a way for sick people to come every day and receive grace.

3. Spiritual upper room – meditation

The meditation movement has spread even into the schools. Hold an upper room in every home.

▷ This is the church’s responsibility. We must pour our prayers into this. This is the real future.

Great powers, Europe, America

Today’s text is a message that Jesus gives directly to his disciples. Many ministers must understand it well, and church leaders must also hold onto it and pray about it. The gospel had entered the great powers. But this gospel could not be received well. Going forward, our Lord’s servants must remember this, and our church leaders must remember it too. It’s not that the people of Europe, all those in England and Spain and so on, were ignorant. The gospel had gone in. It had gone in, but there is a reason why it did not take hold there. Let me put it simply: Rome ruled the world, and Rome received the gospel. So then the Roman emperor would come to worship, wouldn’t he? An enormous thing happened. And then, to put it in our terms, all the ministers, all the enormous generals, would come to worship one after another. These people had demands. The Lord’s servants kept listening to what they said. They couldn’t not listen. Going forward, in this age of gospel work, our church leaders and ministers must understand this well. Isn’t there a famous story about an English philosopher? A famous scholar who joined a church. This man was a scientist. This pastor saw that a famous scientist had registered at his church. So what should he do? Shouldn’t he preach the gospel? The pastor kept trying to preach scientifically, using science that was wrong. And he kept praising the scientist. Being excessive like that. You must be careful. So then he kept trying to get the man to give a testimony — was there really a testimony to give? He had only just come. And then, after a few months had passed, this scientist came to see the pastor. He came to thank him for everything up to that point. And this scientist said something startling. “Pastor, I have one request.” “What is it?” the pastor asked. “Is there no church that will tell me about Jesus?” he asked. The pastor was shocked. “I want to hear about Jesus. And pastor, you talk so much about science that I’ve already heard plenty of science, so I don’t need any more of it.”

Church leaders, this is a point our ministers who will save the world must be careful about going forward. That is why Europe shut its doors. And so this Satan went on to target America. No matter what you say, it won’t get through to their ears. There’s nothing to be done. Still, those who will listen must listen. They stopped preaching the gospel and started doing other things instead. Why? Because church members wanted it. “Give us something fun, something powerful, something that will draw in talented people.” And the pastor said, “All right.” And that is how they began preaching a message that would shake the world but was different from the gospel. What was that word? “Nothing Is Impossible,” by Robert Harold Schuller. It shook the world. “If you try, you can do it.” It really shook the world. “See?” I’m sorry to say it, but that is when America began to collapse. That church shut its doors.

[ Mental patients ]

The world became full of mental patients. Our Remnant in America must remember this, and our professors in America must remember it too. Of all people, one of the top conductors leading American music committed suicide. Up to now, reading conscientiously through the public ministry of Jesus in Matthew and Mark, what keeps coming up again and again? What keeps appearing? The sick. The demon-possessed. They keep appearing, don’t they? Jesus only healed them. This morning too — a blind man, he healed him. And afterward, Jesus asked his disciples with a sorrowful heart, “Who do people say I am?” He asked, and they said all sorts of things. That’s how churches are. They say all sorts of things. Jesus said, “Then who do you say I am?” He asked. If his answer had matched what Jesus had in mind, they should have said, “That’s right, that’s it.” “Who do you say I am?” he asked. The disciples could hardly answer. Peter answered, didn’t he? “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” When he made that confession, Jesus was overjoyed and said, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah,” and blessed him greatly. So Jesus thought, “Now it’s settled. The apostle who will preach the gospel from now on has reached this level.” Isn’t that so? And so Jesus brought up the subject. Up until then, he had only healed, helped, and fed people. Why? Because that’s what made them follow him. Then, finally, Jesus said something shocking. “Now my end has come. I am going to be crucified.” Jesus said, “I am now going to be crucified. And on the third day I will rise again.” When he said this, who was it that came forward and said, “Absolutely not”? Who was it? Wasn’t it Peter? “That must never happen.” Just before, he had said, “You are the Christ,” and then, “That must never happen.” What did Jesus say then? He didn’t say “Peter.” What did he say? He said, “Satan.” Now think about it — if an elder said “Satan” to a deacon, would that even make sense? If a pastor said “You Satan” to an elder, what would happen? Jesus said to Peter without mercy, “You Satan, get behind me. You are not thinking about the things of God, but only about the things of man.” That’s what he said. And having said that, he gave this teaching: “Whoever wants to follow me must deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. Whoever tries to save his life will lose it, but whoever gives up his life will live.” That is the context in which this teaching was given.

“The Living and the Dead”

To all the churches across this nation, all denominations, please do not hear this as my sermon. Stand before the Word of God, and without all sorts of other thoughts, look at history. Look, I tell you. In truth, people block this gospel because they don’t understand it. Isn’t that so? And this is where the Lord’s servants make their mistake. “Ah, this means Rome will be evangelized. England will be evangelized. Germany will be completely evangelized. Kings will come to church.” These priests, these servants of the Lord, have gone half mad. “Ah!” That must never happen.

The Lord’s servants must preach the gospel alone, and even if church members oppose it, still the gospel alone. Otherwise your descendants will become mental patients. It’s certain. Go check in America. Those of you in America, something serious is happening right now. This morning I saw — was it Elder Kim Sang-beom? — he sent materials, and among ten of our children in America, one has already committed suicide. Drugs, violence — it’s beyond words right now. Look at Japan yesterday. They just shot and killed the prime minister, Abe. Simply put, that’s a mental patient. There was hardly any reason at all. He just shot him dead. “Why did you kill him?” “I just didn’t like him.” That’s it. They just shoot and kill. Jesus gave an extremely important teaching here, right now.

▣ Introduction – “Two kinds of people” after the crucifixion

To put it simply, this is it. After the crucifixion of Jesus — and the crucifixion was an enormous event, wasn’t it? — two kinds of people would emerge. This is a prophecy about that. Almost all of the sick who had been helped by Jesus up to that point ran away. They couldn’t survive otherwise. Even after seeing the feeding of the five thousand and the four thousand — that astounding thing — even after eating and having food left over, they ate and still ran away. Even people with incurable diseases whom he healed — even they, after being healed, ran away. And in the end, only 120 important people remained.

[ The Age of Concentration ]

We must prepare right now. What must we do? Our church must now open an age of concentration. What kind of age of concentration is this?

[ 1. Ministers – the throne, time and space, 237 ]

Ministers must, exactly as Scripture says, receive the answer of the throne, of transcending time and space, and of 237. If you truly know the power of prayer, you gain the power of the throne, and once you gain that power, time and space are transcended, and 237 is fulfilled.

[ 2. Church leaders – 70 regions, 70 nations ]

Church leaders must concentrate on the answer of 70 regions and 70 nations. Otherwise you will just be eating meals for nothing.

[ 3. Remnant – 237 talents ]

The Remnant must find the talent that matches the 237 nations. You understand, right? Even in the past, seven Remnant did this. I’m telling you to concentrate on this.

Ministers must completely transcend time and space — this power of God was clearly promised, wasn’t it? “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth, and I will be with you.” That was the promise. Many of our associate ministers, don’t be deceived. Don’t go looking at whoever happens to have a lot of money, and don’t go looking around at who is impressive or not — preach the gospel alone. God has prepared true blessing for church leaders. Through the 70 regions and 70 nations from that small church in Antioch, and through the Remnant born afterward, God has set aside talent enough to save all 237 nations completely.

We must concentrate on this.

1. Apostles

So God promised in advance the answer he would give the apostles.

2. Church leaders

He told church leaders in advance the answer you would receive. And you received it.

3. RT

The answer the Remnant will receive is written in Scripture. You must receive it just as it is.

1. Apostles

1) Authority – Matthew 28:16-20, Mark 16:15-20

Knowing that the apostles were unlearned, God gave them authority handed down from above. How did he give it? “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth, and I will be with you.” “Cast out demons in my name. Why? Because everyone was dying possessed by demons — lay hands on the sick and they will be healed.” That’s what he gave the apostles.

2) Power (Acts 1:1, 3, 8)

He turned this authority entirely into power — “Christ, the kingdom of God, the Holy Spirit alone” — and gave that to the apostles directly. Speak of nothing but this. All associate ministers, speak only of this. If you do anything else, it’s no good. If you do anything else, it’s a disaster. That is exactly how the church, worldwide, shuts its doors. Do not be led astray. It’s fine even if people call you ignorant. You are not ignorant. People will tell you that you have no future. That’s fine. History has proven it. History has proven it and will go on proving it. It is happening even now.

2. Church leaders

God has prepared for church leaders.

1) The 70 disciples (70 regions)

He gave the blessing of the 70 disciples first of all. This means God answers by giving influence so that you can save 70 regions. This is the blessing church leaders receive.

2) Acts 11:19, 12:1-25

In Acts 11:19, great persecution broke out, and God gave the highest blessing to church leaders. Isn’t that right? Look at the record in chapter 12. When the greatest crisis came, God heard the prayers of church leaders and saved the church.

3) Acts 13:1-4

Look at Acts 13:1-4. This is not mission work the way it’s done now. It is mission work in which church leaders were established first. Everywhere they went, church leaders were established first. Isn’t that right? Look closely — everywhere Paul went, before sending out missionaries, he first raised up church leaders who would receive solid blessing, and only then sent out workers. Your blessing is this great. If you say “amen,” you will receive the answer. Why? Because it is promised. If you do not believe, you cannot receive it. You will simply struggle in vain and be ruined. Look at the great powers — Europe, America. Not a single great power has come out victorious. Look at history right now. Even now, terrifying wars remain, right now.

1) Acts 17:1 “Necessity”

God set a great future before the Remnant in the synagogue. Didn’t he explain the necessity of why you must save the world? Why did it have to be Christ? Why did he have to bear the cross? Why did he have to rise from the dead? He explained it at a very high level. Why? Because if he spoke too plainly, they wouldn’t understand. He explained it to the Remnant.

2) Acts 18:4 “Worship and prayer”

Acts 18:4. “Every Sabbath he reasoned.” What does that mean? You truly need to teach what worship and prayer are. The Remnant must know what worship is and what prayer is before going out into the world. Never, ever be deceived.

3) Acts 19:8 “Kingdom”

The Remnant must know what the true answer is before going out. “The kingdom of God.” No matter how much you succeed, it is only “the kingdom of this world.” If you fail to grasp the gospel, it becomes “the kingdom of Satan.” You end up running its errands. “The kingdom of God” — he spoke boldly about this for three months straight. You must remember this.

▣ Conclusion – Mark 8:36-37 – the age of the field

There is a teaching in verse 36: “What good is it for you to gain the whole world yet lose your life?” Hurry and evangelize America. If America dominates the whole world yet is ruined by mental illness, what good is that? If Europe dominates every culture yet dies from spiritual problems, what good is that? This is exactly what Jesus was saying. You have gained everything. What good is it?

I called Kim Hyung-gil over and said, “Here — this is the key to the house I live in. Take it.” Wouldn’t that feel good? “Take the car key.” Wouldn’t that feel good? “Take that bankbook and card.” Wouldn’t that feel good? “There’s one condition. Give me your neck.” Would you say yes, or no? No, of course. None of it means anything then. That is exactly what Jesus is saying right now. You may speak carelessly about this, but what happens when you’ve raised that child of yours with everything you had, and then a spiritual problem comes? You are experiencing this yourselves. What good is it?

[ Spiritual festival ]

So it is good to begin, even a little, from now on. Our churches should. A true, comfortable all-night prayer meeting is not just about staying up all night. About once a week, hold a truly spiritual festival. Hold it fully as a forum too. A time to ask questions of faith, to learn, to pray — like this. It’s fine even if it falls on a Saturday. You must hold spiritual festivals.

[ Idols, shrines, Temple Stay ]

That is how you can save people now — those who are dying at idols and shrines. Because you don’t offer this (Temple Stay), several million people went on Temple Stay retreats last year alone. Why can’t we do this? Because the church cannot give spiritual power, because people keep looking for something else, because those whose souls truly thirst don’t come to church — why would they? They went on Temple Stay, and because of COVID it was restricted, yet several million people still went.

[ Spiritual DNA healing ]

And you must now undergo healing that completely changes your spiritual DNA.

[ Cults, alternative religions ]

Right now, alternative religions have sprung up alongside cults. Cults and alternative religions besides. Why do people go to cults? Our traditional, conservative denominations just keep cursing them, but we need to understand why people go. I was shocked. These groups go to sick people every single day and deliver a message. I was truly shocked. Every single day. The church must make it possible for these people to come and receive grace every single day. But they are sick. We cannot avoid dealing with this in earnest anymore. No matter how you look at it, that is exactly the kind of age we are in right now.

[ Spiritual upper room ]

Even just once a week, in every region, look at Scripture for real. This upper room must be restored.

[ The meditation movement ]

What has finally happened? This meditation movement has spread all the way into the schools. If it were making these people genuinely better, we would have no reason to be jealous — we should help. But it’s a disaster. This meditation movement — it’s frightening, because we haven’t held our own upper rooms. Do it in every home. Parents who have children, call your children’s friends together and hold an upper room. Just doing that much will bring about real change.

You must remember what was boxed off (the content in the square). We have finally entered a truly evil age. A frightening age has come. Open an age of concentration in our church. Open an age of concentration in our upper room.

The age of the field

Now, from our upper room, open an age of the field that truly saves people. No matter how much you have, it is useless if you die — that’s what I mean. No matter how enormous what you’re holding onto is, there is nothing to say if it collapses. That is exactly what has actually happened now. Because of whom did it come? Did it come because of Buddhism? Buddhists don’t know any better. It is not Buddhism’s responsibility. The three organizations bear no responsibility. They don’t know. “Do not worship idols” is found only in Scripture and nowhere else. So it is not their responsibility. It is the church’s responsibility.

Now every church leader and every minister must pour everything into this (the whole message). Our prayers. That is the real future. What future is there in ruin? The real future. When someone comes with a mental problem, no matter what you do, there is no future in it. Is your leg a little sore? That’s fine. Did we make some kind of mistake? Realizing it is enough. Isn’t that right? But once a mental problem sets in, there is no remedy. Look at the parents raising such children. They are burning with anguish.

Even on my own phone, with no names attached, I get more than ten “please save me” messages every single day. I don’t even know who they are. “Save me.” We must know what God truly wants — an important schedule has come to us. And we must understand how the powers of darkness are being brought down. If any of you are offended by my sermon, go check the field for yourselves. Check the Korean church. Doors are closing everywhere. Check the numbers of psychiatric hospitals. Check the number of depression patients. They have risen at an alarming rate. So in America, some organization set up a program to help mental patients, and people came flooding in — yet they aren’t being healed. There are so many people like this, so pitiful.

You must listen carefully to what Jesus is saying today. There will be the greatest answer of your remaining life. Let us pray.

Prayer

We give thanks to God. Open our spiritual eyes to see what God desires most. Do not let us gain everything and yet lose our lives. Pass this secret on to our descendants so that they may save the world. We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

22 They came to Bethsaida, and some people brought a blind man and begged Jesus to touch him. 23 He took the blind man by the hand and led him outside the village. When he had spit on the man’s eyes and put his hands on him, Jesus asked, “Do you see anything?” 24 He looked up and said, “I see people; they look like trees walking around.” 25 Once more Jesus put his hands on the man’s eyes. Then his eyes were opened, his sight was restored, and he saw everything clearly. 26 Jesus sent him home, saying, “Don’t even go into the village.”

Summary

▣ Introduction_ A Terminal and Incurable Disease That No One Can Help (The Blind Man)

1. At this time, there is a difference between the one who goes forward with the strength of God being with me, and the one who gives up

2. Those who are sick, who have problems, and who are in impossible difficulties must find the important answer.

1) At the crucial moment, worldly things are not the answer.

2) The answer that Joseph, who became a slave and went to prison, and David, who met great difficulty, arrived at – they clearly knew that there was no one to help them. This is important.

3) The fact that no one can help me is also a reason to be discouraged, but it is the best timetable. It is the time when I can discover the highest value in life.

3. Healing comes when I make a timetable to exchange, for God’s own, the things inside me that are wrong, that Satan has given, misunderstandings, wounds, experiences, worldly things, my own things, and what is filled with greed. – At this time, incompetence, the greatest disease, is healed, and I am changed into a person who evangelizes.

▣ Main

1. The Blind Man Whose Spiritual DNA Was Completely Changed by Meeting Christ

1) Verse 22, “I want the Lord to touch me.” The blind man who came and earnestly pleaded – simply put, this means throwing away all the garbage.

2) Verses 24 and 25, Jesus, who took the blind man’s hand and led him outside the village, put spit on his eyes, and laid hands on him again – the work that is overturned when God’s power is imprinted.

3) The blind man who had the conviction that if he went to Jesus he would be healed – this is called CVDIP, a picture of the answer. We must throw away the garbage of unbelief and pray while drawing a picture with the covenant.

4) Verse 26, Jesus who told him not to go into the village but to go straight home – this means not to listen to people’s words, so that the power of the throne may come upon him completely.

▷ If we experience God changing all the garbage in my body and thoughts, and working with God’s power, we will be changed.

2. The Disciples (Peter) Who, Seeing This Scene, Began to Revive the Israel Field – a Representative Example Is the Healing of the Lame Man (Acts 3:1-12)

1) Acts 3:1, Peter, who always saw the lame man while going to the appointed time of prayer

2) Acts 3:4, Peter, together with John, looked intently at him – looking at him with concentration

3) Acts 3:6, “In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” – This word was delivered into the lame man’s soul, body, and heart, and a work that the people of the world did not know took place.

▷ If the many words of the world and people do not enter into me, and God’s power truly enters into me, a work will happen before long.

3. This Work of Christ Is Passed On to the Church Leader (Philip) – Representatively, Samaria

1) People in Samaria with paralysis and those possessed by demons

2) Philip, who spoke to them with one mind, and the Samaritans who listened with one mind (concentrated in one place) – here a work took place.

3) We must know the gospel and prayer and go out into the world in order to conquer the world.

▣ Conclusion_ The Church That God Needs Is a Church That Practices the Bethsaida Movement

▷ We must exchange the 237 nations, the spiritually sick, and the Remnants for God’s own, for the throne’s own.

Thank you. When we get sick, doctors and family members help us a lot. But when we get a terminal illness, there is no one to help. No one at all can help. So we end up giving up. Everyone goes through it once, but going through it with the strength of God being with me is different from giving up. Also, when an incurable disease strikes, there is no one to help.

2. Those who are sick, who have problems, and who are in impossible difficulties must find the important answer.

Today Jesus arrived at Bethsaida, and a blind man appeared and is praying right now, asking to be saved. Since he is a blind man who cannot see, there is no one who can heal him.

1) At the crucial moment, worldly things are not the answer.

Bethsaida means “house of the fisherman, fishing village.” Even so, this means nothing to this man. I don’t know the original name, but it is said that it was named “Bethsaida” after the wife of a Roman emperor. If that is so, this is a region with a great deal of significance. Also, as you know, this is the hometown of Peter, Andrew, and Philip. And as you know, this is the place where the five loaves and two fish fed five thousand with leftovers remaining. That is Bethsaida. But for this blind man who cannot see, none of that helps him at all. At this point, this blind man’s name is not even given. How difficult it must have been for him. Though he could not see, he went and knelt down at the exact time Christ arrived at Bethsaida. What matters is that he did not give up saying, “I am a person who cannot see.” In fact, how hard must it have been for him to time it to when Christ was coming? He appeared right there. Today, for those of you who are sick, I hope that today becomes the day you find the important answer. I have another problem now too – it must become the day I find the important answer. At a truly crucial moment, worldly things are not the answer.

2) The answer that Joseph, who became a slave and went to prison, and David, who met great difficulty, arrived at – they clearly knew that there was no one to help them. This is important.

Joseph was sold as a slave, and there was no one to help him. As you know, he was falsely accused of that terrifying, dreadful crime and thrown into prison. No one at all could help Joseph. Joseph knew this well. He knew, “I have now entered prison in the midst of this great difficulty, but there is no one who can help me.” That is extremely important.

3) The fact that no one can help me is also a reason to be discouraged, but it is the best timetable. It is the time when I can discover the highest value in life.

It’s not that you have no reason to be discouraged, but it doesn’t have to be that way. You can make the very best timetable. When an impossible, unsolvable difficulty comes upon you, it becomes a reason for discouragement. But you can discover the truly most valuable thing in your life. Many people do not realize this and end up dying in the midst of great difficulty at the end. This must become the time for you to find this. Isn’t it the same for David, who enjoyed the greatest answer? There was no one to help him. You must catch that quickly. It cannot help you.

There is a man in America named Alexander Loyd. This man is a pastor. But he could not do ministry. His wife suffered from depression, and whenever she felt bored she would get angry, like this. And she would shout, and sometimes she would have outbursts. Constantly. She would be fine for a while and then it would happen again. How could he do ministry like that? When this woman’s depression got worse and she had an outburst, she would always say, “It’s because of you.” And this pastor had nothing to say in response, because it was true that they were living together. This illness is serious. No matter how good a place he went to for help, it could not be solved. It would stabilize a little and then happen again, stabilize and then happen again, and it kept on going, and meanwhile they had two children. Now that the children were growing up a bit, they too became anxious because of their mother. It was beyond words. The household was hell, absolute hell. She had so many outbursts. She would even injure herself, to the point of bleeding. This pastor had tried everything there was to try. He went to psychologists and everything else… nothing worked no matter what he did.

This pastor began to truly pray to God for the first time. This is an actual event. And great grace from God came upon this man. And so he tried on his wife the very answer he had received, and an unbelievable healing took place. According to this man’s records, there was one slight outburst after that, but since then, for eight years up to now, there has been nothing at all. Because there were so many people like this, the pastor and his wife began to seek out such people together and help them, like this. When he did exactly what he had received, many people began to be healed. Aren’t there many people like this among you? As the days go by, there will be more and more of them. Such people sometimes cause accidents and even commit murder. Because of this, since there are so many such people, they set up centers, places for healing, across 50 states in America. Since there are so many such people and it kept spreading more and more, they have now established this in 90 countries. Since one pastor couple alone is not enough, they are training about 200 coaches who are able to help in this way.

So although I never met him, I looked through his book to see what this man does. If you really believe it, it is simple, and it isn’t wrong. It cannot help but heal. Because his wife’s struggle was so hard, this man kept trying and trying until he finally found this. It seems to have been developed by some group of three organizations, and it is a medical device that tells you, like this, how much stress your body currently has. Try praying a little. What happens? It goes down. Actually, try being thankful like this, like that. It goes down. It’s nothing at all, but people won’t believe it unless they see it. Watching this, ordinary people are typically healed within 50 to 60 days. And as this happens, this person keeps on praying. Right? Because they believe and pray. In fact, if you believe this, none of that equipment is even necessary.

3. Healing comes when I make a timetable to exchange, for God’s own, the things inside me that are wrong, that Satan has given, misunderstandings, wounds, experiences, worldly things, my own things, and what is filled with greed. – At this time, incompetence, the greatest disease, is healed, and I am changed into a person who evangelizes.

If you believe and pray today, this time of worship can become an amazing time. Simply put, we are full of all sorts of wrong things, garbage, and things Satan has given us. We are filled with all kinds of misunderstandings, wounds, and experiences. No one is even responsible for it. What we learned in school, what we heard in books, much of our knowledge – there is a lot that is wrong in it. All of it is inside us. What is more of a problem is that we don’t even know about the forces of darkness that Satan gives us, right? This is what fills us up. So to put it simply, this is what that pastor showed. Those who saw it were amazed. “Oh, so that’s it.” Once he realized that and prayed for several dozen days, the Holy Spirit must have truly worked. Actually, it’s a simple story.

I have experienced this myself. I have studied this continuously for about 40 years. Why? Because when I go out to the mission field, there are so many sick people. How am I supposed to help these people? Looking at the Bible, it shows healing happening like this. I have never personally been sick. But when I asked what the greatest sickness I had was, it was that I had no power. This isn’t an ordinary sickness. I have to save unbelievers, but I have less power than the unbeliever. No, I have to save my neighbor, but I have less power than my neighbor, that’s how it was for me. I went to church and tried to work, but it didn’t work. One day I realized it simply. It was realized so simply. I realized that what belongs to God was not inside me. What belongs to God was supposed to come upon me through the power of the gospel, but I realized it wasn’t there.

Actually, though I never told people this, I was full of other things – wrong things, worldly things, greed, my own things. Of course it wasn’t going to work. I served as an evangelist for a while at the beginning. I did it in a strange way, that evangelist work. My thinking was, “If I do this well, won’t it be very beneficial?” That’s how my mind worked. What’s beneficial about it? So I had no real plan, no real answer. So all my standards were about people. “If I do it this way, won’t the people above like it? If I do it this way, won’t the elders like it? If I do it this way, won’t people like it?” That was my level. I was ashamed. “Can a fellow like you really change the children by teaching them?” I realized that I had nothing of God in me. It’s true. That is the only thing I realized.

God’s people come to church – would my own things or worldly things be of any help to them? I need to give them what belongs to God, but I don’t have it. Really. It isn’t difficult at all. Once I realized that, I began to pray. I only prayed before God. Once I realized that. That was about 35 years ago. Since no one could stop me in the early morning hours, I would finish my dawn prayer alone and pray by myself. “God, give me the power of the gospel. Give me the power of God.” Only with that could I serve the members and serve the church – how else could I serve the church with anything else? My surroundings and environment could not help me at all. Not at all. I prayed honestly. “God, please send me to a church where I can really do this work well.” After about 40 days, an answer came, and what was the answer? “Your thinking is completely wrong.” That’s right. I realized it. “God, not to a good place, but what is it that You want from me right here?” At that time, an answer came that I could enjoy for my entire life. “This darkness that is happening within the church must be stopped, but though there are ministers, the church has ended up like this because no prayer movement or evangelism movement has been raised up.” Even those with long-standing faith collapse completely before the wind of darkness within the church.

At that time, I made a proposal to my senior pastor. “Pastor, because the church is where God’s people gather, there are many good people. I will truly pray and carry out an evangelism movement. If you advertise it in the church and set up an evangelism school and allow those who want to do evangelism work to come, I will do it.” I was sincere about it. That very thing is, up until now, the beginning of the evangelism school that has come to preach the gospel to the whole world.

God changed incompetent me. I was truly incompetent. Everyone who knew me back then knows this. What is evangelism – even what I had didn’t work. God is the one who changed me. It wasn’t something I did. I had nothing of God in me at all, and I was completely full of wrong things, filled with worldly things. It’s simple.

▣ Main

1. The Blind Man Whose Spiritual DNA Was Completely Changed by Meeting Christ

This is the first point today. This blind man who met Christ had his spiritual DNA completely transformed. That is the first point. It is possible.

1) Verse 22, “I want the Lord to touch me.” The blind man who came and earnestly pleaded

Looking at verse 22 to see how this blind man came, he came earnestly and pleaded, saying, “I want the Lord to touch me.” Simply put, is there anything he had not already tried up until now? He had thrown away all the garbage. As you know, it is a difficult thing for a blind man to come and seek out Jesus.

2) Verses 24 and 25, Jesus, who took the blind man’s hand and led him outside the village, put spit on his eyes, and laid hands on him again

Looking at verse 24 today, Jesus takes his hand and leads him outside separately. And what does He do? It says He put spit on his eyes and laid hands on him. When He asked, “Do you see anything?” the man said he saw something, even trees. Looking at verse 25, it says, “Once more, Jesus laid hands on him.” It is the same principle. When the power of God is imprinted upon us, it completely overturns everything.

3) The blind man who had the conviction that if he went to Jesus he would be healed

Although this man could not see with his eyes, he had the conviction, “If I go to Jesus, my eyes will be opened.” “If Jesus touches me, I will be healed.” He held that conviction. This is called CVDIP. You must have it. Simply put, this is called a picture of the answer. Try it starting today. Truly throw away your unbelief, your garbage. We keep putting garbage into ourselves. Throw it away, and pray while drawing a clear picture with the covenant God has given you – that is what I am saying.

4) Verse 26, Jesus who told him not to go into the village but to go straight home

Looking fully at verse 26, once his eyes were opened, it says, “Do not go into the village, but go straight home.” What does that mean? It means, do not listen to what people say, so that the power of the throne may come upon you completely.

You must have this experience. Right? When God changes all the garbage in my body and in my thoughts, and I experience Him working with His power, I am changed. Many people find this difficult, but right now, it is possible through prayer, for all of you. If you truly believe it. What that pastor did – this person with depression, whom no one could heal – when he believed that and did it, she was changed. This does not end here.

2. The Disciples (Peter) Who, Seeing This Scene, Began to Revive the Israel Field – a Representative Example Is the Healing of the Lame Man (Acts 3:1-12)

What is the second point? The disciples, having seen this, now begin to completely revive the Israel field.

1) Acts 3:1, Peter, who always saw the lame man while going to the appointed time of prayer

A representative example is Acts chapter 3. Peter was not the kind of person to do this before. He saw the lame man sitting at the Beautiful Gate of the temple. It says, “at the ninth hour of prayer.” Peter always went at the appointed time of prayer, and he saw this lame man. You must understand this well. He always saw this lame man while going at the fixed ninth-hour time of prayer that he had set for himself. And then a definite timetable came. This is what Peter said.

2) Acts 3:4, Peter, together with John, looked intently at him – looking at him with concentration

It says, “Peter, together with John.” It also says, “looked intently at the lame man.” In Greek, the word is atenisas (ἀτενίσας), which means he looked with extreme concentration.

3) Acts 3:6, “In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.”

And this is what he said: “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I have I give you: in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” This word was completely delivered into the soul, body, and heart of this lame man. As you know, it was overturned by a work that the people of the world do not understand.

Looking at some material someone sent recently – you may have seen it – there is a certain person who looks at Tokyo just once and then goes and draws the entire scene from memory exactly as it is. It’s amazing – even the signs. Not a single mistake. Isn’t that a genius? Right? Even down to the cars passing by, all of it. Even the license plates match. He only looked once. How can that be possible? Also, there’s someone who heard the piano once as a child, and by around age twelve was playing the piano to a level that astonished the entire world. There’s another person I introduced – who started, by chance, at age nine, and creates world-class works.

But looking at that material, what is the characteristic of these people? Something like Asperger’s. They are autistic children, autistic. I think that is correct. Do you know why? It is because they became completely cut off from all people and all of society. So they focused on only one thing. This is when the enormous abilities God has given began to change and manifest. This is something that actually happened.

Try changing that statement a little. This does not mean that we are to ignore many things in the world, or many people. If those (people, world) words do not enter into me, and I truly concentrate on the power of God, a work will happen before long. It is science. Spiritual science. What Pastor Alexander Loyd did is scientific. It is correct. He said, “Rise up and walk in the name of Jesus of Nazareth,” and that is scientific. Does this mean we will absolutely never die and live long here? That is not what I mean. But it means that whether we live or die, we must do so holding on to this blessing of God’s power being with us.

3. This Work of Christ Is Passed On to the Church Leader (Philip) – Representatively, Samaria

It does not end there. Seeing this work of God, which is Christ, it was passed on to the church leader. Simply put, it is passed on to our elders. These elders are the ones present in the field. Right?

1) People in Samaria with paralysis and those possessed by demons

Here, an amazing thing happened. What is it? Samaria. A church leader named Philip went to Samaria, and there were those who had paralysis, and those possessed by demons who could not even control their own bodies.

2) Philip, who spoke to them with one mind, and the Samaritans who listened with one mind (concentrated in one place) – here a work took place.

An important word appears here. It says, “Philip spoke to them with one mind, and they listened with one mind.” This is where the work happened. “Peter looked intently at the lame man” – this is where the work happened. People dismissed him as an autistic child, even his teacher dismissed him. He was dismissed as an autistic child, but this young man concentrated on one thing. That is where the work happened. You must know that the abilities God has given us are stored up in tremendous amounts.

3) We must know the gospel and prayer and go out into the world in order to conquer the world.

You must know what prayer is. If our Remnants do not know the gospel and do not know prayer, how can they win when they go out into the world? You must know what the gospel is and what prayer is in order to conquer them. If our young adults go out into the world to do business without this power? You can do it to some extent by your own strength. But there will inevitably come a day when you reach a limit. Then you will not be able to save them, will you? Today, all of you must hold firmly to this covenant. Meeting Jesus Christ is not unconditional. It has been transformed into an extremely important condition of God.

Today, through your faith and prayer, your spiritual DNA can be changed. Today, through your prayer, all the garbage in your body, your thoughts, and your soul can be changed into what belongs to God. Only when it is changed will a work take place.

▣ Conclusion_ The Church That God Needs Is a Church That Practices the Bethsaida Movement

Let me bring this to a conclusion. What kind of church would God need? It is a church that practices the Bethsaida movement. Then answers come automatically. Honestly speaking, that church is blessed simply because people attend it, if that’s true. Right? If you help a murderer or a robber, you are cursed for having helped them. Right? If you give a cup of water to someone who saves lives, someone who saves people in the midst of crisis? That too becomes a blessing, doesn’t it? How much more should people from 237 nations come to our church and receive healing? With what? We must exchange it for what belongs to God. Otherwise, it absolutely will not work. We must exchange it for what belongs to God.

Even though no one in our church recognized her, a certain woman deaconess went out every single day to evangelize to foreigners. No one told her to do it, but she followed the message exactly as it was, going every day to the upper room. She even died in a traffic accident on her way back from evangelizing. Our church doesn’t particularly recognize her either. She wasn’t someone of any special status. But a foreigner who heard her message, who heard the gospel from her, was completely transformed. It’s like a miracle. He was from a family of leaders in a completely Muslim region, but after hearing about Christ, he was transformed. This man quit his job, studied theology, and became a pastor. This is the Pastor Salam I mentioned before.

Underneath him is Rony, who is an evangelist. These people are the real thing. Death came, but they were not afraid at all. Aren’t those Muslims vicious? They framed him and were about to kill him, but instead a letter of comfort came from that side. “Pastor, don’t worry. We are doing well. I am in prison, but I am fine. Because our country needs Christ, I am fine.” In my entire life, this was the first time I heard someone in the midst of difficulty say such a thing so sincerely. Don’t people leave the church even over hurt feelings? Right? Aren’t there people who change their faith just because they feel offended? I have seen far too many such people. This man, they were about to kill him in prison on false charges, and the government told him, “If you don’t believe in Jesus, we will spare your life.” “Pastor, don’t worry. I am not what matters. Our country absolutely needs Christ.” A work is bound to happen without fail. Don’t worry.

What kind of church is needed? The spiritually sick have nowhere to go. A church that heals, that transforms. That system must exist. The Remnants must not simply go out into the world as they are. They must be transformed before going out. With what? With what belongs to God, with what belongs to the throne. That is what our Remnants need. We must be transformed with that before going out – that’s what I’m saying.

I ask that you pray this today. You who are sick, there is no need to worry. Lay your hands on yourselves. You can be changed. You must truly pray. “God, change all my worldly things, all my wrong things.” It’s simple. “Let the Spirit of the Triune God truly come upon me. Let the blessing of the throne come upon me. Only then can I save my family, my field, and the many people in difficulty.” Pray that prayer for real. A work will happen. To all our members across the nation and around the world, do not be discouraged, and let this become the timetable for you to find and be transformed by this answer. Let us pray.

God, we thank You. Let this be a time when all the wrong things that tear me down and tear others down are changed. Let this be a time when all the bad things that cause sickness are changed. Let this be a time of being imprinted with what belongs to You. Through this prayer, let us become witnesses who save the world. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

Summary

The Pharisees came to Jesus and asked him to show them a sign. This is because if he showed a sign they could pick a quarrel, and if he did not show one they could mock him. Jesus firmly said he would not show a sign.

1. Wrong prayer (why?) – Why are the wrong prayers of those who are not saved answered?
1) Superpower – A great power sets up a great idol and prays before it, and an answer comes.
2) Shrine – They build a shrine and pray.
3) 237 – They are ruling over 237 nations.

2. 3 organizations – The 3 organizations stand behind this.
1) Satan
2) They pray prayers that call on spirits.
3) It is called Nephilim. So they cannot help but prosper, and they cannot help but be destroyed.

3. Spiritual state – the most important
The Three Persons – This blessing, that God is with me, must be within me (3).
Genesis 1:27, 2:7, 2:17 – This work of God must arise within me as life, as power, and as action within my life.
Enthronement, time and space, 237 – When enthronement occurs, the power to transcend time and space arises, and the door of 237 opens.
Unprecedented 3 – Unprecedented answers come to me, to my studies, and to the church (9).

▷ It is important that the power of the Three-Person God comes upon me. It shows no outward sign at all, and that is exactly right. The spirit is unseen, but it is real. Once the spiritual state is formed, the answer comes afterward.

3 eras – He fulfills and resolves the past, today, and the future (3).

▷ Remnants must be able to do this alone and must know it. If a Remnant lacks this power, he will lose to the 3 organizations, and so he must become their errand-runner. Joseph, David, and Moses obtained this power (3・9・3). Elisha knew this early and asked for it (3・9・3). Jesus’ final promise is also this (3・9・3). He spoke of Christ, the kingdom of God, and the Holy Spirit – that is, the Three Persons. What he spoke of during the forty days was engraved into this passage (Genesis 1:27, 2:7, 2:17). Power arises naturally once enthronement occurs. When they gathered to pray in the upper room in Mark, power came upon them and an event occurred that saved the age. Begin this prayer. When trouble comes, yield and wait. Everything that has happened at church, around you, and in the past is training for the Remnant.

▣ Main_ The reason he told them not to seek a sign

1. Take hold of the covenant already given.
▷ The Remnant is to build up spiritual power and go on to the spiritual summit, the functional summit, and the cultural summit.

1) Genesis 3:15 “The offspring of the woman will crush the head of the serpent that destroys you.”
Genesis 6:14 “You will live if you enter the ark.”
Exodus 3:18 “The day will come when you go out with the blood applied.”
Isaiah 7:14 “The virgin will conceive and bear a son, and his name will be called Immanuel.”
Matthew 16:16 “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
▷ Even without believing this, they ask him to show them a sign.

2) 7 plagues – This is the gospel that came forth each time the seven plagues fell.
3) RT – Each time, the Remnants were used.
▷ Jesus called the many scholars who kept people from realizing this “robbers,” who were trying to kill you and the next generation. Paul said he regarded the knowledge and the enormous things that kept him from realizing this as rubbish and as loss.

2. Evidence – There is already so much evidence that has occurred until now, so why leave it aside and seek a sign?

1) The sick, the demon-possessed, the incurably ill – Jesus healed them. It was thereby clearly proven that Jesus is the Christ.
2) Acts 17:1, 18:4, 19:8 – So Jesus called Paul and sent him out to the synagogue.
3) Acts 13, 16, 19 – Darkness – to rescue those fallen into darkness. Paul did these two things.

3. Future (next generation)
1) Luke 23:28 “Do not weep for me, but weep for your children.”
John 21:15-18 “Feed my lambs.”
Matthew 24:1-14 “In the last days many hardships will come, but the end will come after the gospel has been testified.”
2) TCK – Save the TCKs through our Remnants.
3) Acts 19:21, 23:11, 27:24 – “You must also see Rome. You must testify in Rome as well. You must stand before Caesar.” All these covenants have been fulfilled.
▷ No sign is needed. Take firm hold of the covenant.

▣ Conclusion_ Engraving

1. Prayer system – Build a prayer system within yourself.
2. Word system – Do not be shaken; build a Word system.
3. Life system – Build a life system so that this is carried into your life.

▷ Parents should not force this, but should engrave it into their children in the best way, whenever something happens in life. If Remnants are engraved with this now, then when they go out into the field and face hardship, they will put down roots. When trouble strikes, they become able to overcome it. A Remnant must be all right no matter what happens (Psalm 23:1, Daniel 3:16-18, 6:10). This is how we must raise our Remnants.

This week in particular, the overseas international student teams have gathered. If your gospel is certain, this will become the greatest field of blessing. If your gospel is not certain, this will become the most difficult field. The reason you were called is that most of you, living overseas, are going through hardship.

So today, an important prayer has come up here. The title is different: the prayer of the one without qualification and the one with qualification. Remnants overseas must be sure to remember this.

Right now these people, the Pharisees, came to Jesus and spoke. They said, “Show us a sign.” The purpose is simple. It is not that they wanted to believe. If he showed a sign, they could pick a fight over it. If he didn’t show a sign, they could mock him. That was their purpose. But Jesus firmly said, “I will not show a sign.” “Why does this generation seek a sign?” So he said he would not show this (the sign). This is what he said. You all must remember this more, and Remnants absolutely must remember it.

1. [Wrong prayer (why?)]

The question now is, why are the wrong prayers of those who are not saved being answered? If Remnants don’t know this, they’ll get confused while studying at school.

1) Superpower

Now, let’s give an easy example. Superpowers set up a great idol and pray, and an answer comes, doesn’t it?

These superpowers now build enormous shrines and pray there, don’t they?

And they are ruling over the 237 nations, aren’t they.

2. [3 organizations]

Remnants absolutely must remember this. Very important here is that the 3 organizations are embedded within the superpowers, and there are also religions in there, right? But people only see this (Introduction 1) and don’t look at what’s behind it. Now, the reason Remnants are needed is that right now, in America, the next generation is in serious trouble, right now. So an era of mental illness and drugs, on an enormous scale, is coming now. Remnants must save this.

1) Satan
2) Spirits
3) Nephilim

These 3 organizations – what kind of prayer are they doing right now? Simply put, it is prayer that calls on this Satan and these spirits, simply put. This is called Nephilim. So they cannot help but prosper, and they cannot help but be destroyed, right? Even adults cannot catch this, and it’s hard for Remnants to catch it too. They cannot help but prosper, and they cannot help but be destroyed. Our Remnants are most numerous in America – America cannot help but grow larger, and cannot help but face hardship. Japan too must really come to its senses. Japan cannot help but grow, and cannot help but face spiritual problems. The same goes for you all. So Remnants, right now, as I look straight down the list of international students, ah, truly you all must not just pray in passing but truly pray for them, and they must truly take hold of the covenant. Right now we are losing to Nephilim. It is not that we have lost – it only looks like we have lost, like this (Introduction 1).

So, simply put, Remnants may not know this, but a figure like Bill Gates belongs to the New Age team among the 3 organizations. Look at all the famous singers – people like Michael Jackson all belonged to the New Age team.

3. Spiritual state

When Jesus looked at it, a sign was not necessary. Remnants must absolutely remember this. It is not which sign matters; the answer comes after this too. The spiritual state of you Remnants is the most important thing.

Three Persons

The phrase 3・9・3 is used. What is the 3? It means that the blessing of the Three-Person God being with me must be within me.

Genesis 1:27, 2:7, 2:17

Then what is the 9? It means that this work of God must work within me as my own life, right? It must work in me as power. It actually happens as an event in my life. That is how it is set up. Remnants, if you pray even a little – don’t be discouraged.

Enthronement

If you pray just a little, one day the blessing of enthronement will happen to you. Isn’t that right? You all, don’t try to fix people with spiritual problems yourselves. If you pray this way, one day the blessing of enthronement will come upon you. Those who are a little weak of heart and weak of mind – other people don’t understand them, do they? No matter how hard it is for you, others don’t understand. So you all must firmly take hold of this blessing and pray. This part within me (Genesis 1:27, 2:7, 2:17) is now sick. This is what causes the work of the Three-Person God to happen here.

Mostly it’s because it’s embarrassing – even someone with a spiritual problem feels ashamed. They can’t say “I have this,” and they just keep suffering hardship. It would be fine if other people knew it well, but they can’t know it, because it’s just seen as “that person is strange.” Remnants also suffer difficulty in this area. And children who study well and seem fine – these kinds of people can have a lot of spiritual problems. Right? Even more important is why Remnants are needed – right now, entertainers, singers, and actors almost all have spiritual problems. There’s no way they wouldn’t. This (Nephilim) has entered into them right now. So this (the power of the Three-Person God) must come upon me.

So when you look a little, there are decent people, our singers, who come hide in our church to worship. If you see them, don’t cling too closely to them – they won’t be able to come. I don’t know if they’re present right now, but those important actors and entertainers – those who know how to listen to the message come to listen. How can this part in the Bible (Main point 3) be told to them here (in the 3 organizations)? It can’t be given to them there. If Remnants know this, you all will gain tremendous power in prayer.

Time and space

When you become enthroned, what happens to you? At last, the power to transcend time and space arises, doesn’t it?

So now, to you all, the door of 237 opens. Because enthronement happens.

Unprecedented 3

So three things – unprecedented answers come to me, to my studies, and to the church, that’s what I mean. This is nine things, 9. You must remember this and must also do this together with your parents and elders during forums. Other prayers are not important. What matters is that the power of the Three-Person God comes upon me. Isn’t that right? You pray this way, and the Holy Spirit will actually work.

Shamans believe that evil spirits work. But we don’t believe the Holy Spirit works. No, you’ll spend all your time and money going to some fake shamanic ritual to have a spirit come down, and believe in that, but you don’t believe that God’s Holy Spirit will come upon you like that. Just because there’s no visible sign of it. The fact that there’s no visible sign is exactly what makes it real. Remnants – when the Three-Person God comes upon me, there’s no sign at all, is there? Isn’t that exactly right? “It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh is of no avail.” The flesh is visible but the spirit is not seen. This is what’s real. Then, after the spiritual state is formed, the answer comes later. How does it come?

3 eras

What is the most accurate answer? God fulfills and resolves the past, today, and the future. The 3 eras. No, my past becomes a complete stepping stone. That’s why it’s put as 3・9・3.

Some people, when they first come, think “what is this?” This is the most important matter in the Bible. Pray about this, I’m telling you. We Remnants. There will be times when you’re struggling and having a hard time. Say nothing and just pray. And in fact, Remnants cannot tell their parents everything that troubles them. So I’m telling you to pray. So we Remnants must go it alone in the end, and while it’s important that we take good care of you, you must be able to do this alone (Introduction 3) and you must know this (Introduction 1, 2). That’s why the covenant must be given to you properly.

No matter how well you’re cared for, if the Remnant lacks this power (Introduction 3), you will lose to this (Nephilim). These things have actually produced real works, I tell you. They have made them. You must absolutely remember this. Even those of you watching by video, not worshiping together right now, pray deeply and begin this prayer (Introduction 3). Otherwise you will lose here (Introduction 2) and have to run errands for this (the superpowers). There’s no choice about it. Doesn’t this seem strange to you? This is the most important promise in the Bible.

The figure who achieved this (Introduction 3) early was Joseph, wasn’t he? So Pharaoh, looking at Joseph, said this: “Ah, he is full of the Spirit of the Lord.” That’s what he said. What happened to David is this (Introduction 3), I tell you. The one who gave up and then realized late and gained power was Moses – Moses gained this power. Simply put, it was on Mount Horeb that God worked upon Moses with power. Elisha knew this early and asked for this (Introduction 3). Isn’t this (Introduction 3) Jesus’ final promise? Didn’t Christ already speak of the kingdom of God and the Holy Spirit? The Three Persons. What he did throughout those forty days was to engrave this into this part (Genesis 1:27, 2:7, 2:17). Wouldn’t that be so? So power arises naturally once enthronement happens. This is how, when they gathered to pray in the upper room in Mark, power came upon them and an event occurred that completely saved the age.

Remnants overseas, our Remnants, even five minutes a day is good. Try it. If you really don’t want to do even that, you can do it when you come to church on Sunday. If you have a bit of a spiritual problem? Such people can do it in earnest. If you have cancer? Such people should do it fully together with their breathing, because they need healing. And if you have somewhat of a spiritual problem, do it deeply. Or if you’re someone who says “I must save the whole world,” then do 24. That’s how it’s done. Then when trouble comes, just wait. Ah, so if trouble suddenly arises around you? Just wait. Yield and wait. Why? Because although trouble arises in places with many problems, God can also give trouble in very important places. Right? If your child grew up never having been tested even once? That could be a problem too. Because they need to overcome. Training must be in place. So everything that happens at church, around you, in the past – all of it is training for our Remnants.

1. The covenant given

Why did he tell you not to seek a sign? It means: take hold of the covenant already given. Leaving this (the given covenant) aside, try performing a sign while your spiritual state is not at all right. Don’t we pray like that too? “We’ll cram it all in at the last minute and somehow an answer will come.” Don’t we do that? Remnants, don’t be deceived by that. Doing this and that, somehow cramming to make quick money – don’t do that. You must not do that. You all must build up ability. Remnants must not do such things. Even if you have nothing right now as a Remnant, that’s fine, because if you build up sufficient ability and spiritual power and so on, it’s bound to come. I can’t say specifically what it will be, but don’t try to somehow do it just right and suddenly succeed quickly – I’m telling you not to do that. What, thinking one lucky break will make everything turn out? Don’t do that, that’s what I’m saying.

The Remnant is to build up spiritual power and go on to the spiritual summit, the functional summit, and the cultural summit.

1) Genesis 3:15

The Bible gave this each time, given from the very beginning, right? “The offspring of the woman will crush the head of the serpent that destroys you. The offspring of the woman – Christ – will come and destroy the authority of that Satan who darkens your household and the whole world.” It was spoken, wasn’t it? Even without believing this, the main character has now come. Without believing, they say, “Show us a sign.”

Genesis 6:14

“You will live if you enter the ark.”

Exodus 3:18

“The day will come when you go out with the blood applied.” It had already all been spoken, I tell you.

Isaiah 7:14

“The virgin will conceive and bear a son, and his name will be called Immanuel.” It was all already told, wasn’t it?

Matthew 16:16

“You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”

2) 7 plagues

When did this come? It is the gospel that came forth each time the seven plagues fell.

Each time, our next-generation Remnants were used. You must remember this.

If you realize this too late, right at the very end, you’ll feel wronged, so you must realize it now. Spiritual problems, too, must be dealt with to some degree while you’re still able to pray – it mustn’t get to the point where so much has piled up that you say “I can’t even find myself anymore.” So, now. What did Jesus call the many scholars who kept people from realizing this? He called them robbers. Jesus said it. “Those robber-like fellows.” Robbers trying to kill you and the next generation. The church must not become a robber, must it? Jesus said it, didn’t he – he looked at the Pharisees and said, “Those robber-like fellows.” These people got angry at that, because they couldn’t understand it, so they took offense. What did Paul say? “I regard my knowledge and the enormous things that kept me from realizing this as rubbish.” That’s what Paul said. It’s a shocking thing to say, and not something an uneducated person could say, but it was said by a learned man. “I regard it all as rubbish. I regard it as loss.” That’s what he said.

2. Evidence

Second point. We Remnants must remember this. Aren’t there already so many pieces of evidence besides the covenant already given? Isn’t that so? Leaving all this aside, they say, “Show us a sign.”

1) The sick, the demon-possessed, the incurably ill

Hasn’t Jesus healed the sick up until now? Hasn’t he healed the demon-possessed? Hasn’t he healed the incurably ill, whom no one else could heal? That should be enough – why ask for yet another sign? It has already been clearly proven that Jesus is the Christ.

2) Acts 17:1, 18:4, 19:8

So Jesus – God – called Paul, the most important one, and sent him out to the synagogue. This alone is enough. We Remnants must remember this.

3) Acts 13, 16, 19 [Darkness]

Why did he send you to each school? God sends this blessing here (the sick, the demon-possessed, the incurably ill), and so, in Acts 13, 16, and 19, he works to save those who have fallen. What is this? It is to rescue those who have fallen into darkness. So Paul did these two things [(Acts 17:1, 18:4, 19:8) and (Acts 13, 16, 19) darkness] – through the synagogue. Remnants only need to take hold of the covenant. You must absolutely remember this. Actually, it’s the same for adults too. If you all just properly take hold of the covenant, the answer comes. What is even more important?

3. Future (next generation)

Future and the next generation. What sign are you seeking now? Jesus said this, at the very end.

1) Luke 23:28, John 21:15-18, Matthew 24:1-14

“Do not weep for me, but weep for your children.” There will be things worth weeping over, won’t there? In John 21:15-18, Jesus does not say anything else to Peter but “Feed my lambs.” In Matthew 24:1-14, “In the last days many hardships will come, but the end will come after the gospel has been testified.” What is he telling you to do? The answer is already out, isn’t it?

2) TCK

So save the TCKs through our Remnants.

3) Acts 19:21, 23:11, 27:24

That’s why “You must also see Rome. You must testify in Rome as well. You must stand before Caesar.” All these covenants have been fulfilled. No sign is needed. An age of mental illness and an age of drugs are about to come. So our Remnants must not worry, and a sign is not what matters. Take firm hold of the covenant.

▣ Conclusion_ Engraving

1. Prayer system

I spoke of this earlier when we gathered, didn’t I? Starting now, build a prayer system, even just a little. A prayer system means building it within yourself. And then go study it further. It’s different.

2. Word system

You will not be shaken at all, and you will have just a little experience of it. Build a Word system. This is now the conclusion.

3. Life system

Build a life system so that this is carried, even a little, into your life.

Now, parents raising young children – do not force this on them (prayer system, Word system, life system) too much. If you do, the children will find it tedious, even though it’s such a good thing. You mustn’t do that. Do it gently, like this. It’s about engraving the best thing into them, at the moment when something happens. If Remnants are engraved with this now, when they go out into the field and face hardship, they will put down roots. Because it was engraved, right? Now they become able to overcome when trouble strikes. That’s why this matters.

Some people – even pastors – apply the message far too forcefully. Someone came to me and told me this story. When their pastor gave a message, he said, “We must build an RUTC.” Hearing that message, the pastor, even though our church’s circumstances right now don’t allow for it, said we must build an RUTC right away. So I said this to him: Isn’t the pastor’s prayer topic itself not a bad thing? If you pray and the answer comes, then you build it. That’s too hasty an application, that’s what I mean. Remnants, don’t do that – instead, this (prayer system, Word system, life system) – you all must have this engraved now, so that our Remnants win out in the world. You don’t know what will happen.

Our Remnants must be all right no matter what happens. Isn’t that right? A great trouble came upon Joseph, but it became an even greater opportunity instead. All the suffering David went through became opportunities. This is how you must be raised. So, as David confessed, “The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.” This is how we must raise our Remnants. Like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, “Even if we go into the fire and die, we are all right.” This is the kind of Remnant we must raise. “Even knowing the decree was sealed, simply put, even knowing they would die” – they were not afraid.

Today is a truly blessed day. I bless that this blessing be delivered exactly as it is to our Remnants, in the name of the Lord Jesus. Let us pray.

We thank you, God. We thank you for giving us this precious day. Please grant our Remnants a power the world does not know. So let them save the world. Let this be a day of blessing in which we build up the power to save the world now. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
