Abraham’s Life of Grace and Prayer For the Field

「Abraham’s Life of Grace and Prayer For the Field」
(Ge 18:1-33)

Genesis 18:1–33

1 The Lord appeared to Abraham near the great trees of Mamre while he was sitting at the entrance to his tent in the heat of the day.
2 Abraham looked up and saw three men standing nearby. When he saw them, he hurried from the entrance of his tent to meet them and bowed low to the ground.
3 He said, “If I have found favor in your eyes, my lord, do not pass your servant by.
4 Let a little water be brought, and then you may all wash your feet and rest under this tree.
5 Let me get you something to eat, so you can be refreshed and then go on your way — now that you have come to your servant.” “Very well,” they answered, “do as you say.”
6 So Abraham hurried into the tent to Sarah. “Quick,” he said, “get three seahs of the finest flour and knead it and bake some bread.”
7 Then he ran to the herd and selected a choice, tender calf and gave it to a servant, who hurried to prepare it.
8 He then brought some curds and milk and the calf that had been prepared, and set these before them. While they ate, he stood near them under a tree.
9 “Where is your wife Sarah?” they asked him. “There, in the tent,” he said.
10 Then one of them said, “I will surely return to you about this time next year, and Sarah your wife will have a son.” Now Sarah was listening at the entrance to the tent, which was behind him.
11 Abraham and Sarah were already very old, and Sarah was past the age of childbearing.
12 So Sarah laughed to herself as she thought, “After I am worn out and my lord is old, will I now have this pleasure?”
13 Then the Lord said to Abraham, “Why did Sarah laugh and say, ‘Will I really have a child, now that I am old?’
14 Is anything too hard for the Lord? I will return to you at the appointed time next year, and Sarah will have a son.”
15 Sarah was afraid, so she lied and said, “I did not laugh.” But he said, “Yes, you did laugh.”
16 When the men got up to leave, they looked down toward Sodom, and Abraham walked along with them to see them on their way.
17 Then the Lord said, “Shall I hide from Abraham what I am about to do?
18 Abraham will surely become a great and powerful nation, and all nations on earth will be blessed through him.
19 For I have chosen him, so that he will direct his children and his household after him to keep the way of the Lord by doing what is right and just, so that the Lord will bring about for Abraham what he has promised him.”
20 Then the Lord said, “The outcry against Sodom and Gomorrah is so great and their sin so grievous
21 that I will go down and see if what they have done is as bad as the outcry that has reached me. If not, I will know.”
22 The men turned away and went toward Sodom, but Abraham remained standing before the Lord.
23 Then Abraham approached him and said: “Will you sweep away the righteous with the wicked?
24 What if there are fifty righteous people in the city? Will you really sweep it away and not spare the place for the sake of the fifty righteous people in it?
25 Far be it from you to do such a thing — to kill the righteous with the wicked, treating the righteous and the wicked alike. Far be it from you! Will not the Judge of all the earth do right?”
26 The Lord said, “If I find fifty righteous people in the city of Sodom, I will spare the whole place for their sake.”
27 Then Abraham spoke up again: “Now that I have been so bold as to speak to the Lord, though I am nothing but dust and ashes,
28 what if the number of the righteous is five less than fifty? Will you destroy the whole city for lack of five people?” “If I find forty-five there,” he said, “I will not destroy it.”
29 Once again he spoke to him, “What if only forty are found there?” He said, “For the sake of forty, I will not do it.”
30 Then he said, “May the Lord not be angry, but let me speak. What if only thirty can be found there?” He answered, “I will not do it if I find thirty there.”
31 Abraham said, “Now that I have been so bold as to speak to the Lord, what if only twenty can be found there?” He said, “For the sake of twenty, I will not destroy it.”
32 Then he said, “May the Lord not be angry, but let me speak just once more. What if only ten can be found there?” He answered, “For the sake of ten, I will not destroy it.”
33 When the Lord had finished speaking with Abraham, he left, and Abraham returned home.

Summary

Past / Present / Future
Guidepost — Bartizan (Holy Trinity) — Bartizan — Me / Journey — Future

▷ God is originally seated on the throne answering us, and even now is fulfilling His word, so

we look carefully at the word. From this throne He raises the bartizan within me, and sends me on this journey, and the guidepost stands. So I need only be within this. There are also many things happening. There is our past, present, and future as well. Bringing all of this to the throne is prayer. One day Abraham came to realize this, and this is called grace. With this, prayer toward the field began. Within God’s word and promises, amazing things happen. When you come to understand this, it becomes our calling.

▣ Main
1. Way – Strength Because the covenant people hold the covenant, the way that was invisible to Abraham before becomes visible, and He gives the strength to walk that way. Abraham kept making mistakes because he could not wait, but he received it as he waited.
1) Altar (Genesis 18:1) — He builds an altar under the oak trees.
2) Genesis 18:2–7 Angels — A guest came, and it was the angel of the Lord sent by God.
3) Genesis 18:9–15, 16–21 Word — He sent these angels and God gave the word that would be fulfilled and departed.
▷ This is the answer and blessing we will receive. Just live according to the word.

2. Reason for the destruction of the field
1) Sodom – Gomorrah — In Pilgrim’s Progress, the world is the City of Destruction, a city that will perish in the future. Within it you came to buy the goods of truth, but they are not there. Yet it is so nice there that you cannot leave. This is the parable. So you must not look at the world too lightly or too pessimistically — you must see it accurately.
2) John 8:44 — Jesus spoke to the people of the world, saying their father is the devil.
3) Genesis 3:15, Isaiah 7:14 — So from the beginning God gave the gospel. The offspring of the woman will crush the serpent’s head. A virgin will conceive and give birth to a son and will call him Immanuel. Abraham saw this.

3. Lamentation – Prayer Abraham looks at the field and lamentation and prayer arise. Abraham did not actually disbelieve God’s covenant, but he kept taking different paths and went through near-death experiences several times before he completely found the answer.
1) Saving — Our calling is the evangelism that saves people in the field facing destruction. Not by our own strength, but by giving the gospel and shining light.
2) Heart — Those who have seen the reality of the field must have God’s lament, that heart, contained within them.
3) Intercessory prayer — Intercessory prayer for the field arises.

▣ Conclusion — 300%
So we prepare 300%. Our work must become 300% in order to save people. So the blessing of world missions. Hold firmly to this line and enjoy the blessings of Romans chapter 16.

[Throne (Holy Trinity)]
God is originally seated on the throne answering us. Even now He is fulfilling His word, so we look carefully at the word.

[Bartizan]
From this throne He raises the bartizan within me.

[Journey]
And so He makes us go on this journey.

[Guidepost]
In the end the guidepost stands.

[I]
So I need only be within this. Many people make things hard and difficult, but do not do that — just be within this. Then let God handle everything else.

Work
There are also many things happening.

Past
We also have a past. We try to forget it but it does not go well.

Present
We also have our present.

Future
We also have our future.

All of this is to be brought here (to the throne, bartizan, journey, guidepost). This is prayer. Our past, present, future, and all our work must all be brought here (to the throne, bartizan, journey, guidepost). There is no way but to be victorious.

“Abraham’s Life of Grace and Prayer Toward the Field” (calling)
One day Abraham came to realize this. When he saw this, what did he say? I came to understand this. I see it and I call it grace. Oh, God has given this to me. Grace. He began to live this life. Now with this, prayer toward the field began. Then it becomes easy. Many people offer you many words of help, but the accurate thing is not what they say. We must be within God’s word and promise like this. Then somewhat astonishing things happen. That is grace. Now that we have realized this and are speaking of it, it becomes our calling. We received it without knowing — that is grace. Now that I know this fact, a calling has been born.

▣ Main
What kinds of roads open up?

1. Way — Strength
When you hold this covenant, first a way that was invisible to Abraham before becomes visible. Do not be discouraged — when you are praying because you cannot see it, the way becomes visible. He gives the strength to walk this way. If the answer does not appear quickly, do not be discouraged or flustered — just wait. Abraham kept making mistakes because he could not wait, but he received it as he waited.

2. Reason for the destruction of the field
At that time the people of the field did not know before, and before they were even envious — they now come to know why the field is facing destruction. Before, the world seemed so frightening. But now knowing the reason the world faces destruction — are you afraid? We must save it. Before, not knowing, we just followed the world. But now looking at it, the field is one that cannot help but face destruction. We have come to know this reason.

3. Lamentation — Prayer
The more important thing is that lamentation and prayer arise from looking at this field. Abraham was completely transformed. Before, he kept doubting. And strange things kept happening because of that. Before, he kept escaping to strange places. It is not that he disbelieved God’s covenant, but he kept going down different paths. And so he narrowly escaped death several times. But now Abraham has completely found the answer. You may have expectations. If you remain in this — in the Holy Trinity throne God — and keep doing this prayer, you will see the way. So I am worried about our sharp Remnant — they need to live diligently, but they go outside, see the worldly people, and think there is something to learn from them. It is obvious. They study to death. You have to study, right? Someone I know studied to death. And then he got into Seoul National University, which others cannot get into. That would be some comfort. And then he studied to death again and passed the bar exam, which others find so hard to pass. It seems remarkable. But then when he actually got to the field, he was just living as he always had. Fighting constantly, dominating others, constantly trying to win, constantly. And so accomplishing nothing all the while. He got sick relatively early. That is how most people live. I am worried about our Remnant living that way. I want them to do world evangelism with the relaxed power of the throne. Right? Your descendants must live that way. Take the blessings of the throne — the bartizan, journey, and guidepost — 300% fully, and do world evangelism and save others. Today at the morning session I gave this message — but as you get older you need more strength. The way becomes clear.

1. Way – Strength
What kind of way became visible?

1) Altar (18:1)
He was building an altar under the oak trees. That is Genesis chapter 18 verse 1. Before, he would not have done that. He kept worrying about things, but he builds an altar in front of the oak trees.

2) Genesis 18:2–7 Angels
At this point something remarkable happened. Something people simply cannot believe happened. He sent people, but they were not ordinary people — God sent the Lord’s angels directly. A guest came, and it was the Lord’s angel sent by God. Right? Satan attacks you, but does Satan come like that? No. He enters into people and comes, doesn’t he? This Satan entered into the serpent and tempted Eve. And here he is receiving a guest, and it is an angel. An angel sent by God.

3) 18:9–15, 10–21 Word
At that point — what did God do when He sent these angels? He gave the word that would be fulfilled and departed. This is the answer and blessing you will receive. Do not listen to other words. In my case, being a somewhat lazy type, I wait until I can see it before doing anything else. Not so much lazy as someone who finds things bothersome. Originally. I always say unnecessary things and find things bothersome. Once I went to a restaurant and it was very busy. They did not bring soup. I had gone alone, and what kind of personality do I have? I just let it go. Because it was bothersome, I thought, it is fine without soup. They were too busy. As I was leaving I casually mentioned it. I said I could not eat because they did not bring my soup. They were so startled they said they would not charge me, going on and on. So having that kind of personality I like being led (in point 1), I do. Some people are so busy and diligent they immediately go off and do something else. There is no stopping them. They just do nonsense things. And it is bothersome even to verify things. You check and it turns out to be wrong. They say things with no basis at all. And it is astonishing. People really live strange lives. Just live according to the word. Without a doubt. Especially young adults, do not be startled when you go out into the world. It is nothing special. Do not be afraid. Do not be envious. And do not be dismissive. Hold the covenant and go.

2. Reason for the destruction of the field
Then you now know the reason the field faces destruction. No need to tremble before it.

1) Sodom — Gomorrah
Sodom and Gomorrah. They are going to perish. He prophesied their destruction. How can you look at that with envy? They are going to perish. In Pilgrim’s Progress, the pilgrim enters a certain city and the name of this city is the City of Destruction. That is what he saw. What is it? A city that will perish in the future. You need to come out quickly. People do not come out because it seems so nice in there. Inside there — the goods of truth came to buy but are nowhere to be found. A friend of mine went there and found it so nice he would not come out. This is a parable. You must not look at the world too lightly or too pessimistically — you must see it accurately.

2) John 8:44
Jesus said something. He said something terrifying. To the people of the world He said, “Your father is the devil.” That is what He said. It is a terribly unpleasant thing to say, but it is the truth. Even so, we cannot go to unbelievers and say “You are the children of the devil, your father is the devil.” We can’t. Right? Jesus said it to the Jewish people. How remarkable. Because He is Jesus.

3) Genesis 3:15, Isaiah 7:14
So from the very beginning God gave the gospel. You cannot do it with your own strength. “The offspring of the woman will crush the serpent’s head.” The offspring of a human being will not do. Right? That is why it is the offspring of the woman. “A virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.” Abraham saw this.

3. Lamentation — Prayer
1) Saving
So lamentation and prayer began. So our calling is the evangelism that saves the people in the field facing destruction. To save them. And not by our own strength but by giving the gospel there and shining light.

2) Heart
And those who have seen the reality of the field — what they need inside them is God’s lament. That is the heart that needs to be there. If a person doing evangelism and missions goes without this, it is pointless. I would like to ask all the pastors and churches across the country and the world — the mindset of doing evangelism in order to grow the church is not bad in itself, but it is of no help. That is a merchant. You need to have a heart of genuine compassion for them. Right? To me it looks like a desperate cry. It looks like groaning. How much suffering they must have experienced. We must shine light on them. So right in front of apartment buildings, inside buildings, on doors — churches stick things up everywhere. That is fine. How can you look busy and eager? Come to our church, right? I once saw the most moving evangelism tract of my life. A piece of paper this small, folded up. Just one line of text. What did it say? “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, thou and thy house.” And then one more line of text. “Come to me, all ye who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Nothing else. No other text at all. And then, go to the nearest church, like that. In some sense aren’t those the very people with this heart?

3) Intercessory prayer
So of course intercessory prayer for the field arises from us. Now, we have already received blessings. And we will receive more. And we have come to know the reason the field faces destruction. We will save it. That is why we also do our work and study.

▣ Conclusion — 300%
So we are going to prepare this 300%. Think carefully. Your work must become 300% before you can save people. Otherwise just surviving is difficult. When you receive 300%, you can save others. The Remnant must absolutely be like that. 300% is not greed. There is much opportunity in the field. Even if you run one restaurant and become 300% prepared, restaurants like yours will multiply. It is not about unconditionally opening more places. Right? The blessing of world missions. I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ to hold firmly to this line and enjoy the blessings of Romans chapter 16.

If possible for the rest of today — praise, and if you can, raise your voice in prayer as you praise, and you need to confess many things before God and gain strength today. Even when just singing hymns today, since it is Sunday, clap as well. On weekdays you would get strange looks if you walked around clapping. But on Sundays it is wonderful. What an opportunity. All your senses come alive. Spiritually alive, physically alive. From now on when you lead praise, pray as you lead — do it together like this. Everyone comes alive. Especially men, do this. You need to live a long time, but men tend to sit there frowning. Not that they are actually frowning — men just sitting quietly look like they are frowning. I heard this myself. Others did not tell me I had a frowning face, but our granddaughter told me grandfather always looks like he is frowning. I wasn’t frowning. “Oh, I see.” Please relax your faces and I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ to receive grace all day long. Let us pray.

Prayer. God, thank You. Let today be a day of grace. Let it be a day of healing. Please let us gain the new strength that only You know. Let the Lord’s Holy Spirit visit the sick. If there are congregation members facing difficulties, please give them new strength, God. Please open the spiritual eyes of the Remnant. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

God of the Covenant

2026.07.05 District Message Week 27
「God of the Covenant」
(Ge 17:1-19)

Genesis 17:1-19

01 When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to him and said, “I am God Almighty; walk before me faithfully and be blameless.
02 Then I will make my covenant between me and you and will greatly increase your numbers.”
03 Abram fell facedown, and God said to him,
04 “As for me, this is my covenant with you: You will be the father of many nations.
05 No longer will you be called Abram; your name will be Abraham, for I have made you a father of many nations.
06 I will make you very fruitful; I will make nations come from you, and kings will come from you.
07 I will establish my covenant as an everlasting covenant between me and you and your descendants after you for the generations to come, to be your God and the God of your descendants after you.
08 The whole land of Canaan, where you now reside as a foreigner, I will give as an everlasting possession to you and your descendants after you; and I will be their God.”
09 Then God said to Abraham, “As for you, you must keep my covenant, you and your descendants after you for the generations to come.
10 This is my covenant with you and your descendants after you, the covenant you are to keep: Every male among you shall be circumcised.
11 You are to undergo circumcision, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and you.
12 For the generations to come every male among you who is eight days old must be circumcised, including those born in your household or bought with money from a foreigner – those who are not your offspring.
13 Whether born in your household or bought with your money, they must be circumcised. My covenant in your flesh is to be an everlasting covenant.
14 Any uncircumcised male, who has not been circumcised in the flesh, will be cut off from his people; he has broken my covenant.”
15 God also said to Abraham, “As for Sarai your wife, you are no longer to call her Sarai; her name will be Sarah.
16 I will bless her and will surely give you a son by her. I will bless her so that she will be the mother of nations; kings of peoples will come from her.”
17 Abraham fell facedown; he laughed and said to himself, “Will a son be born to a man a hundred years old? Will Sarah bear a child at the age of ninety?”
18 And Abraham said to God, “If only Ishmael might live under your blessing!”
19 Then God said, “Yes, but your wife Sarah will bear you a son, and you will call him Isaac. I will establish my covenant with him as an everlasting covenant for his descendants after him.”

Summary

Gospel of salvation – Answer of the throne – Prayer, 7·7·7
Within this covenant lies the gospel of salvation. Within the gospel of salvation lies the answer of the throne – and this is prayer. The prayer being done now is not ordinary; it works even to future generations.

Genesis 37:11 What happened when Jacob held something in his heart and prayed? The prayer about the gospel of salvation and the gospel of the covenant – Abraham at first did not know, so he kept praying wrong prayers, but when he began to build an altar, different prayer, 7·7·7 prayer began. The Bible from the beginning spoke of the bartizan, journey, and guidepost of the throne.

Exodus 2:1-10 The prayer Jochebed prayed brought about something 80 years later. The timetable is in God’s hands.

1 Samuel 1:9-11 Hannah kept going on about grievance rather than prayer, then one day she realized and began to pray.

Daniel 6:10 Daniel always prayed as a habit, and God gave him wisdom to change the world. Though sentenced to death, a person who knows prayer does not fear.

Acts 1:14 Holding this covenant, the church leaders and congregation members devoted themselves to prayer.

Acts 2:1-4 When the day of Pentecost had fully come. That is the answer.

Revelation 8:3-5 – Our prayers are stored at the throne. Don’t be deceived, don’t be shaken, just hold the covenant.

Daniel 10:10-20 – From the first day you knelt, the sending has occurred.

Psalm 103:20-22 – You angels who carry out his commands, who heed the voice of his word, praise the Lord. You his servants who do his will, praise the Lord. Praise the Lord, all his works everywhere in his dominion.

▷ The sick should not worry and experience what 24 is. Experience what prayer 25 creates. Experience what the commemorative work called eternity is like. If Remnants know what prayer is, they succeed academically and 300% comes out. Adults come to know, like Moses, Elijah, and Hannah, what the answer is. If you know this prayer, morning time becomes time to conquer the universe, daytime becomes time to conquer what is visible and what is spoken and the world, and as the day passes it becomes time to conquer the future where 300% is built.

▣ Introduction_ The God of Covenant

God is the God of covenant. There is no more certain evidence than this. In John 1:1, “the Word is God.” He is the God of covenant. More than 7,000 great events have been fulfilled. Now only one remains: Christ will come as the returning Lord.

▣ Main
1. Fulfillment of the covenant – God gives the covenant and fulfills it.
2. He accomplishes all things centered on the covenant.
3. If you are enjoying the covenant – If you do not miss God’s covenant, it will surely be fulfilled. He even changed their names. This means “do not forget.”

Genesis 17:1-2 God acts in all things to fulfill the covenant.
Genesis 17:3 He acts with power toward those who hold this covenant. He gives us the identity, authority, and background through which God’s power is manifested. The covenant we hold will surely save the next generation.

▣ Conclusion
1. My covenant – Today God still gives me my covenant.
2. Bartizan, journey, guidepost – This covenant will surely accomplish the bartizan, journey, and guidepost of the throne.
3. Brain, soul, throne – This covenant is surely imprinted in your mind, thoughts, and brain. It is imprinted in the soul, which is the center of your mind and thoughts. And this is imprinted in the throne.

▷ God’s Spirit dwells in our souls. Even when our soul departs, it dwells there. So when the soul departs, people say “passed away” rather than “died.”

Next week’s district study is the God of Covenant.
“The God of Covenant” → [Gospel of Salvation – Answer of the Throne – Prayer]

Within this covenant lies the gospel of salvation. This is important. Within this gospel of salvation lies the answer of the throne. This is prayer. People who don’t know this don’t realize the significance of sitting here. Many people in the Bible – the elders, older men and women – were praying, right? They didn’t know how important that was. The prayer you are doing right now is not ordinary; it works even to future generations.

Genesis 37:11
Genesis 37, verse 11. Jacob held something in his heart and prayed – you know what happened, don’t you? This is prayer. So the prayer you offer today is extremely important and also a new grace.

(Genesis 17:1-19)
Genesis 17, verses 1 through 19.

Abraham at first did not know what prayer about the gospel of salvation and the covenant of the gospel was. So he was praying but kept praying wrong prayers. He was so anxious. He was praying things like “how are we going to eat and live?” Later, when Abraham began to build an altar, a different prayer began. True prayer began.

[7·7·7]
Jesus completed it, but the Bible from the beginning speaks of the bartizan, journey, and guidepost of the throne. Other prayers become wrong prayers.

Exodus 2:1-10
What did this prayer of Jochebed create? Nobody knows. It happened precisely. One day it happened, 80 years later. Sometimes it happens immediately, but sometimes it’s after sitting and waiting 80 years. The timetable is in God’s hands.

1 Samuel 1:9-11
At first Hannah kept going on about grievance rather than prayer. She kept talking about her bitterness. That’s not prayer. It’s grievance. Right? One day she realized and began to pray. You know what happened, don’t you? This is prayer. This is prayer that enjoys the gospel. So a person who knows this – worshiping on Sunday is the greatest time. People who know this set aside everything else and still worship. How thankful is that?

Daniel 6:10
A person who knows prayer. Daniel prayed as a habit. Daniel knew this and always prayed habitually, and God gave him wisdom to change the world. Problems do arise. He was sentenced to death. A person who knows prayer does not fear. Rather, he prayed with thanksgiving. Though sentenced to death. Right? What happened afterward, the whole world came to know. So today, you are truly praying the prayer that contains the gospel holding the covenant, which is what God wants.

Acts 1:14
Holding this covenant, the church leaders and congregation members continued right through to “they devoted themselves to prayer.”

Acts 2:1-14
Today is our Harvest Thanksgiving Festival. “When the day of Pentecost had fully come” – that’s what it said. That is the answer.

[Revelation 8:3-5]
In Revelation 8, verses 3 and 5, your prayers are stored at the throne. Don’t be deceived, don’t be shaken even if answers don’t come quickly, just hold the covenant.

[Daniel 10:10-20]
Daniel 10, verses 10 and 20 – there is an important record in the Bible. It’s what the archangel said. He said it to Daniel. “From the first day you knelt, the sending has occurred.” People in the world absolutely can’t know this.

[Psalm 103:20-22]
David, who received the most prayer answers of any king, said: “Praise the Lord, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word.” And further it says “Praise the Lord, all his heavenly hosts, you his servants who do his will.” And verse 22, “Praise the Lord, all his works” – this combines what was said before about angels and heavenly hosts. “Angels, heavenly hosts, praise the Lord.” David in fact had the authority to command the angels. Praise the Lord.

Prayer is something immense. If you could spend an entire day in prayer comfortably, so many things in the world around you would look different. Right? Our deaconesses, elders, senior members – spending a comfortable day in prayer, you need to recover much strength. The sick should not worry, and experience what 24 is. Experience what prayer 25 creates. Experience what the commemorative work called eternity is. Simply put, it’s not about “doing prayer” – simply put, it’s being inside an enormous happiness.

In one sense saying “let’s pray” – “let’s do prayer” – may not even be the right expression. Right? The only reason it’s expressed that way is because there’s no other way to put it; but to be precise, that’s not it. It’s dwelling in God’s greatest power. Right? That’s what’s needed. Prayer as an act is not what’s needed; that is what’s needed. We cannot evangelize the world, but world evangelization must be done. So it was said “I will be with you through the throne’s power.” Right? That is knowing through prayer. “Give him no rest” – that was the expression used. How does the Lord rest? Are we waking him up? That’s not what it means. That’s how it was expressed. To put it precisely, this is what it means: the Lord does not rest, so enjoy that blessing.

If you know what true prayer – the prayer that really gains strength – is, our Remnants succeed academically and 300% comes out. If adults know prayer, like Moses, Elijah, and Hannah, you come to know what the answer is. If you know this prayer, morning time is time to conquer the universe – holding all authority in heaven and earth, I will be with you. Daytime, the many visible things, spoken prayer is time to conquer the world. To the ends of the earth you will be my witness – that’s the process. Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria. As day after day passes, it becomes time to conquer the future where 300% is being built. A person who knows this said even death is fine. Right? Even death is fine, they said.

I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ that today too will be the greatest new day through the power God gives.

▣ Introduction_ The God of Covenant

Why? Because God is the God of covenant. There is no more certain evidence than this. The extent of it? John 1:1: “the Word is God.” He is the God of covenant. More than 7,000 great events have been fulfilled. Now only one remains. Christ will come as the returning Lord. That’s all that remains. Everything has been fulfilled. All according to God’s Word. “Why are those difficult nations like that” – all prophesied in the Bible. Egypt, Persia – all prophesied.

▣ Main

So God’s Word has three important characteristics.

1. Fulfillment of the covenant
God gives the covenant and fulfills it. That settles it.

2. All things centered on the covenant
Second thing to know. He accomplishes all things centered on the covenant.

3. If you are enjoying the covenant
Third. If you do not miss God’s covenant, it will surely be fulfilled. You just need to not miss the covenant, right? If you hold this covenant without forgetting. This is what today’s district study is saying. God gives the covenant and fulfills it.

Now look at the district study. Genesis 17, verses 1 and 2. God acts in all things to fulfill the covenant. In verse 3, he acts with power toward those who hold this covenant. He gives us the identity, authority, and background through which God’s power is manifested. The covenant you hold will surely save the next generation. That’s what it’s saying. And when looking at all things, there’s no need for misunderstanding. It all centers back on the covenant. So the initial “do not eat of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil” is a covenant. It’s the covenant of “I will be with you.” Because it was broken, God opened the way of salvation. Because recovery was impossible, He opened the road of recovery. “The offspring of the woman shall bruise the head of the serpent.” So even in Noah’s age, build an ark to avoid being cursed. In today’s text, be circumcised – this means do not forget. Imprint it.

3. If you are enjoying the covenant (name)
Now, what is it here? He changed the name. What does that mean? “Do not forget.” That’s what it means. It’s not that all of you need to change your names. “Do not forget.” That’s it. The identity you received and the background and authority God gave – “do not forget.”

▣ Conclusion

Then this conclusion comes out.

1. My covenant
Today God still gives me my covenant.

2. Bartizan, journey, guidepost
This covenant will surely accomplish the bartizan, journey, and guidepost of the throne.

3. Brain, soul, throne
This covenant is surely imprinted in your mind, thoughts, and brain. It is imprinted in the soul, which is the center of your mind and thoughts. And this is imprinted in the throne. When you tell children about Jesus and ask where God is, they say “in my heart.” To repeat: that’s not exactly right. It’s correct in that it’s there, but it’s not. God’s Spirit dwells in your soul. Even when your soul departs, it dwells there. So when the soul departs, they say “passed away from the world” rather than “died.” It comes out. It stays as it is. So this answer will inevitably go on a path that will surely be fulfilled.

Today’s time of worship is the greatest time God has given. If you believe now, when will it be fulfilled? You can’t know. If you despair now, when will the curse come? You can’t know. That’s where you are being deceived. It will surely come. I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ that today may be a day of covenant.

Prayer. May today be a day of drawing on the power of the throne; may the prayers of your servants become times of God’s kingdom coming upon all things; may the work of God’s kingdom be fulfilled in our descendants and in the 237, 5,000 tribes. May today be a day of healing in spirit and body. May all darkness around us be bound. May all curses be bound. May the peace of the gospel of the power of Christ be witnessed throughout all the earth. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

Strangers in a Country Not Their Own

「Strangers in a Country Not Their Own」 (Ge 15:7-21)

Genesis 15:7-21
07 He also said to him, “I am the Lord, who brought you out of Ur of the Chaldeans to give you this land to take possession of it.”
08 But Abram said, “Sovereign Lord, how can I know that I will gain possession of it?”
09 So the Lord said to him, “Bring me a heifer, a goat and a ram, each three years old, along with a dove and a young pigeon.”
10 Abram brought all these to him, cut them in two and arranged the halves opposite each other; the birds, however, he did not cut in half.
11 Then birds of prey came down on the carcasses, but Abram drove them away.
12 As the sun was setting, Abram fell into a deep sleep, and a thick and dreadful darkness came over him.
13 Then the Lord said to him, “Know for certain that for four hundred years your descendants will be strangers in a country not their own and that they will be enslaved and mistreated there.
14 But I will punish the nation they serve as slaves, and afterward they will come out with great possessions.
15 You, however, will go to your ancestors in peace and be buried at a good old age.
16 In the fourth generation your descendants will come back here, for the sin of the Amorites has not yet reached its full measure.”
17 When the sun had set and darkness had fallen, a smoking firepot with a blazing torch appeared and passed between the pieces.
18 On that day the Lord made a covenant with Abram and said, “To your descendants I give this land, from the Wadi of Egypt to the great river, the Euphrates—
19 the land of the Kenites, Kenizzites, Kadmonites,
20 Hittites, Perizzites, Rephaites,
21 Amorites, Canaanites, Girgashites and Jebusites.”

Summary

Genesis 3, 6, 11 – Darkness, disaster, plague
Darkness covers the whole earth and continues even now. Darkness, disaster, and plague have completely erupted. Having been tempted by Satan, people departed from God and fell into Satan’s grip. From this point came “let us do this,” and idols, ideologies, and philosophies all emerged. This Tower of Babel collapsed, yet people keep trying to build it still. So the earth is prophesied to ultimately face its end. Light was given here, and it was given to Israel. Israel was meant to receive the gospel from the beginning and was told to spread this truth, but Israel never spread it even once. So it was prophesied that “they will be strangers in a foreign land.” They will become a people wandering in foreign lands. Is this a curse or a blessing? It is natural. So we must find the inevitable and establish the absolute.

▣ Main

1. Suffering (natural) – Suffering came upon them, and what came was the natural consequence.
1) Egypt – 400 years – They were supposed to save Egypt but did not, so they had to be in Egypt for 400 years.
2) Assyria – captivity – They were supposed to save Assyria but did not, so they were taken captive.
3) Babylon – captivity – They only needed to shine light on Babylon but did not, so they were taken captive.
4) They became a vassal state under Rome.
5) Wanderers – Later, something even more natural happened. Since Israel, who had received this light, did not shine it, they were sent out as wanderers to the whole world.

2. Recovery (inevitable)
God desires to restore. It is inevitable.
1) Gospel
2) Living Word
3) Prayer
4) Evangelism
5) Mission must be recovered.

3. Reason (absolute)
1) Jeremiah 33:1-9 (Look) Let go of everything and look to the Lord. “Call to me, the Lord who acts, the Lord who forms and fulfills, the Lord whose name is the Lord. I will answer you. I will tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know…” And then He spoke of recovery.
2) Isaiah 40:18-31 (Let go) Truly let go of what is not God, of idols.

4. Foundation (mission)
1) Faith – Faith that rejects unbelief, faith that believes exactly, faith that believes God’s Word and not demons, faith that believes God’s power and not people – recover this.
2) Christ – There are things we cannot do by our own strength. We cannot change our destiny and cannot overcome Satan and the background of hell. So take hold of Christ.
3) Worship – Once worship is recovered, evangelism and mission are naturally recovered from that point.
4) Power – God’s power comes. We have limits, but God’s power has no limits.
5) We become witnesses.

▣ Conclusion – Mission
Today for the entire day you must realize a clear mission. You only need to find that. It is okay if you cannot find it. The fact that you asked the question is the same as having found it.
1. Answer – It is finding the answer through the Word in what you see.
2. Also finding evidence.
3. Watchman – It is starting out as a watchman of prayer who guards it.

I hope that as you look at today’s Word, you receive a new answer.

3, 6, 11
Darkness covers the whole earth and continues even now.

[Darkness, disaster, plague] – Light
Darkness, disaster, and plague have completely erupted. People don’t realize it. It is happening in a terrifying way. Having been tempted by Satan, people departed from God and fell into Satan’s grip. From this point came “let us do this, let us do that.” Idols. Ideology. Philosophy. All of it emerged. This Tower of Babel collapsed. People keep trying to build it still. So the earth is prophesied to ultimately face its end.

Light was given here. Where? It was given to Israel. Israel was meant to receive the gospel from the beginning. So the message was to quickly spread this truth. This is the answer.

But Israel never spread it even once. Remarkable, isn’t it? It was spoken from the time of Abraham, and yet not once. Then what about us? Israel never did it even once. Strange, isn’t it? Think about it carefully. The churches today that are not receiving any answers from prayer – that’s how they are. What about you? Even Jonah – God forcibly sent him saying, “Go and preach. The most powerful nation in the world, Nineveh, is doing these things (darkness, disaster, plague), so quickly go and speak.” “I can’t go,” and he fled. So the ship he boarded capsized. He barely survived from inside the fish and went to Nineveh. He preached the gospel and a repentance movement arose. You know what Jonah said? He should have said, “God, thank You, I’m sorry,” but instead: “God, didn’t I say so? Didn’t I say this was why I wasn’t going?” Funny, isn’t it? “Is it alright for those people to repent?” What a truly funny nation Israel is. But this is not a separate story. This is how funny we humans are. Right?

“You will be a stranger in a foreign land”
Unavoidably. I do not see this as a disaster. “You will be a stranger in a foreign land.” This was prophesied. Seeing Abraham sitting quietly, God said: “You will be a stranger among foreigners.” What does this mean? You will become a people wandering in other lands. You need eyes to see this. What is this? Is it a curse or a blessing? I see it as natural. So you need to find the inevitable. And you must establish the absolute. I’ll say it honestly and plainly. Living the life of faith is not difficult, yet we make it too difficult and too wrong. We exhaust ourselves mentally and then suffer for it.

1. Suffering (natural)
So suffering came upon them. I don’t see this as suffering either. We always need to have eyes to see – yes, this is suffering, but what came was the natural consequence.

1) Egypt – 400 years
They were supposed to save Egypt but didn’t, so they had to be in Egypt for 400 years.

2) Assyria – captivity
They were supposed to save Assyria but didn’t, so they were taken captive. Quite remarkable, isn’t it? Looking at the Bible, the answer is so clear, yet people still don’t realize it – Israel still hasn’t realized it today.

3) Babylon – captivity
They only needed to shine light on Babylon but did not. So southern Judah was taken captive too. Northern Israel was taken captive, and southern Judah was taken captive.

It is not difficult at all. I attended church from a young age. When I was young I didn’t understand much. Then I got to the age where I could think about things. So I began looking at the church. I quickly understood. Why? Because they were only doing things that don’t work. They were only choosing things that don’t receive answers. Wow. When you go to church, have you ever heard members talking about receiving God’s grace, about God’s work? I never heard it. Have you ever heard about God’s kingdom in Christ, the secret, the throne? I never heard it. Every day they were immersed in the world and then talked about worldly things again. Of course they couldn’t receive answers. But I understood easily. “Right. Of course they can’t receive answers. They need the power to overcome the world, but they don’t have it.” I do not see this as suffering. It is natural.

2. Recovery
Why? Because it needs to be recovered. This week’s lesson has been made somewhat difficult and complex. Do it as I say.

1. Suffering (natural)
4) Rome
They became a vassal state under Rome too.

5) Wanderers
Later, something even more natural happened. Since Israel, who had received this light, did not shine it, they were sent out as wanderers to the whole world. Of course, in history and in the process, there was much more to it.

2. Recovery (inevitable)
God desires to restore. It is inevitable. You can simply pass it on exactly as it is.

1) Gospel
What is it? You must quickly recover the gospel.

2) Word
After recovering the gospel, you must recover the living Word.

3) Prayer
You must be able to pray. You must recover prayer.

4) Evangelism
And what must you do? You must recover evangelism.

5) Mission
If you have this power that God has given, you must recover mission. It is natural.

3. Reason (absolute)
There is a reason. That is the absolute. I am speaking of these two things.

1) Jeremiah 33:1-9
2) Isaiah 40:18-31 (Let go)

Jeremiah chapter 33, verses 1 through 9, Isaiah chapter 40, verses 18 through 31. Two things. “Let go of everything and look to the Lord.” “Call to me.” Please don’t worry and just try it. It may look like extreme suffering. “The Lord who acts. The Lord who forms and fulfills. The one whose name is the Lord says this: Call to me. I will answer you. Great and unsearchable things that you do not know.” And He spoke of recovery. Do you know what this (Isaiah 40:18-31) is? Truly let go of what is not God; let go of idols.

(Look)
This (Jeremiah 33:1-9) is to look to the Lord.

What we must absolutely realize is that we need to quickly catch what to look at and what to let go of. And then do we go back to worldly standards? No. Look to the Lord. Let go of the idols that spread darkness. Hold on only to the Word. This came out here. “Is what was made by hands God? That was asked, wasn’t it?” What foolishness. “What? You carve wood, make something out of it, and then bow before it – is that God?” That is the reason that was heard.

This is the reason. The same applies to our lives.

4. Foundation (mission)
In the end, God wants to give us what is foundational. This is our mission. Natural, inevitable, absolute, mission. You must recover the foundation and pass it on.

1) Faith
Faith that rejects unbelief. Faith that believes exactly. Faith that believes God’s Word and not demons. Faith that believes God’s power and not people. That is what we are going to recover. In some ways, your suffering is not even suffering. God truly desires to bless you. You need to quickly realize that. Right? We shout “suffering,” but it is not. Isn’t this what the Bible says?

He is telling you to quickly recover.

2) Christ
There are things you cannot do by your strength. Christ. You can earn money through effort. But you cannot change your destiny. Christ. You cannot overcome Satan. Christ. You cannot overcome the background of hell that is destroying your household. Christ. This is what He is saying to take hold of.

3) Worship
And what is it that comes alive after that? Worship. I hope that during today’s worship, this becomes a time of power in which even the diseases you don’t know about are healed. Once worship is recovered, from that point evangelism and mission are naturally recovered as I mentioned.

4) Power
When this happens, God’s power comes. We have limits, but God’s power has no limits.

5) Witness
This is how we become witnesses.

This week’s district lesson was made too complex by those who edited it. Just do it exactly as I said.

▣ Conclusion – [Mission]
What is the conclusion? You cannot memorize everything while receiving the Word today. Right? So today for the entire day, realize a clear mission. You only need to find that. Then even if you forget, you can hear next week’s sermon again. During today’s worship, what is the clear mission I will realize? You only need to ask that. It is okay if you can’t find it. The fact that you asked this question is the same as having found it. Right? This is important.

1. Answer
So for reference, I find the answer in what I see. Through the Word.

2. Evidence
Not only finding the answer. Also finding evidence. While reading the Bible, while worshipping.

3. Watchman
And you firmly decide. You start out as a watchman of prayer who guards it.

I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ that throughout today and over the coming week you will experience God’s work. Let us pray.

Prayer. Thank You, God. Let us receive the strength God gives throughout this day. Grant us the power of the throne that the world does not know – the power that saves the world. Let us experience the work of a God who is full of the Holy Spirit even today. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

After Abraham’s Victory in Battle

「After Abraham’s Victory in Battle」
(Ge 15:1-7)

Genesis 15:1-7

01 After this, the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision: “Do not be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your very great reward.”
02 But Abram said, “Sovereign Lord, what can you give me since I remain childless and the one who will inherit my estate is Eliezer of Damascus?”
03 And Abram said, “You have given me no children; so a servant in my household will be my heir.”
04 Then the word of the Lord came to him: “This man will not be your heir, but a son who is your own flesh and blood will be your heir.”
05 He took him outside and said, “Look up at the sky and count the stars — if indeed you can count them.” Then he said to him, “So shall your offspring be.”
06 Abram believed the Lord, and he credited it to him as righteousness.
07 He also said to him, “I am the Lord, who brought you out of Ur of the Chaldeans to give you this land to take possession of it.”

Summary

Abraham initially kept repeating between unbelief and faith. Abraham thought he was thinking correctly, but when he looked according to his own thoughts, God’s word was not being believed.

Lot, the king of Sodom, Mt. Moriah

Abraham continued in unbelief, then made a resolution and sent Lot away. Also, when the king of Sodom offered him much wealth, he refused. He said that since God would bless him, he did not need the king’s wealth. After that, when tested on Mt. Moriah, God greatly blessed Abraham.

Though difficulty seems to come, that time can be the most important time. When my thoughts do not align with God’s word, one must be careful. At such times, Satan attacks at any moment.

Genesis 3:1-5, 6:4-5, 11:1-8

In Genesis 3:4-5, Satan tempted with something greatly appealing to the heart. “You are important. You are becoming like God. You need to gain power. You need to gain your strength.” This is the Nephilim movement and the Tower of Babel movement. Paul, who conquered the world, said, “My thoughts are not needed. I have been crucified with the cross and died.” We must receive enough answers that our own thoughts are not needed, and receive enough of God’s blessing that our own assertions are not needed.

▣ Introduction

1. Being swept away by Satan’s temptation.
2. Becoming Satan’s children. The Nephilim.
3. Building Satan’s product — the Tower of Babel — thus creating a complete product of Satan.

Christ — God promised Christ. Through Christ, He caused the restoration of the foundational things.

▣ Main

1. Conflict – ?
Because they could not realize, they kept conflicting. So failure and success were repeated over and over. Because there was a famine in Canaan, he went down to Egypt. And since there were no children, he took his nephew Lot along. He even went to Egypt and, fearing he might be killed, told his wife to say she was his sister. Through Hagar he produced Ishmael. The two nations currently at world war in the Middle East are both descendants of Abraham. Here, Abraham gained nothing.

2. Resolution (Genesis 13:14-18) — After Abraham won this battle, he completely made a resolution. Abraham built an altar, refused to accept the wealth given by the king of Sodom, and met Melchizedek and gave a tithe.

3. Blessing – righteousness
“You will become a source of blessing. I will be your shield and your reward. And your descendants will receive the great blessing of evangelizing the world. Your descendants will rise up as numerous as the stars of heaven and the sand of the sea.” When Abraham believed God, God counted Abraham’s faith as righteousness.

▣ Conclusion_ Altar, Genesis 13:18

Abraham began to build an altar to God, and God’s history began to happen. When God’s history happens, my own thoughts become unnecessary. That is the true answer. It is not that there are no thoughts of my own — it is that when God answers, there is no need to worry about the future. When the gospel is grasped, in the midst of every field’s problems, God’s blessing is seen. When prayer is grasped, you go carrying the power of prayer. When evangelism is grasped, three camps arise in our work, studies, and careers. We must go carrying the power of the gospel, the power of prayer, and the power of evangelism that evangelizes the world. Especially our Remnants must study while holding onto that covenant.

Transcript

Abraham initially kept repeating between unbelief and faith. We easily become the same way. Why did that happen? Abraham thought he was thinking correctly, but when he looked according to his own thoughts, God’s word was not being believed. There are many times we are like that. My position is not that, but God’s word says this. And in the Bible there are many parts we cannot understand at all. That is why Abraham kept going through unbelief at first. And then Abraham makes a few important resolutions.

– Lot, the king of Sodom, Mt. Moriah

He sends Lot away. At this time God greatly blesses Abraham. Also, something happened when he fought with the king of Sodom. The king of Sodom offered much wealth and he said he would not accept it. Now, that is a difficult thing. He said he would not accept it. The reason is that since God would bless him, he did not need the king’s wealth, he said. After that, God greatly blesses him. Also, when he is tested on Mt. Moriah, God greatly blesses Abraham at this time too.

[Difficulty]

So for us, though difficulty seems to come, that time can be the most important time. So you must look carefully at my thoughts and God’s word. The reason that living by faith is difficult is that my thoughts do not align with God’s word. At such times you must be careful. And so at such times Satan attacks at any moment.

Genesis 3:4-5, 6:5-6, 11:1-8

In Genesis chapter 3, verses 4 and 5, this Satan tempts. And he tempted with something greatly appealing to the heart. God’s word seemed too misaligned with me, but this Satan speaks as though it is perfectly aligned. What was the very first most important thing Satan said? “You are important. You are becoming like God.” That is what he said. Everyone falls for it. “You need to gain power.” All correct statements. “You all need to unite and get strong.” All correct statements. Right? Here we must be careful. When we see many things, when we do many things, they seem right, but very often they are the complete opposite of God’s word. We are still doing this now. “Hero, you need to gain strength.” You look into it and this is the Nephilim movement. It is the Tower of Babel movement.

So Paul, who conquered the world, said this: “My thoughts are not needed. I have been crucified with the cross and died.” You must receive enough answers that your thoughts are not needed. Right? You must receive enough of God’s blessing that your own assertions are not needed. When God’s history truly happens, those things become unnecessary.

“Abraham After Victory”

Today is about the content of God’s blessing on Abraham after he won in battle.

▣ Introduction

1. Satan’s Temptation

So what happened is that humans fell — even though they did not need to fall — they fell for Satan’s temptation.

2. Satan’s Children

Eventually they became the Nephilim. They completely became Satan’s children.

3. Satan’s Product

Not even to that degree. They said they would build the Tower of Babel — they completely created Satan’s product.

It cannot be resolved. No matter how much you try, you cannot win.

[Christ]

So God promised Christ. You cannot win. And after that, through Christ, He caused the restoration of the foundational things completely.

Now, understanding this (Introduction) part may not be easy for you today. But if you understand this (Introduction) part, tremendous answers follow. “I cannot do it and God can do it” — in a way, this may seem like a strange statement. It is not saying I will do nothing. It is not saying we just stay put and go as God leads. Absolutely not that. Only by God’s power can I be saved and can others be saved. Study while carrying that power — that is what it means. It is not saying do not study. Go into the world carrying that faith. Go to evangelize the world with that faith, Abraham.

▣ Main

1. Conflict

Not having realized that, what kept happening? Conflict. So failure and success were mixed all over the place. He was told to go to the land of Canaan and went, but when he arrived there was a famine. Right? Because there was a famine he immediately went down to Egypt. We easily become like that. Even, as it appears in today’s Bible study, he was told to leave his country, his people, and his father’s household, yet he brought Lot along. In a way, that seems like a natural thing. Well, there was a famine in Canaan so he went down to Egypt. I have no children, so I took my nephew Lot. Even further, he went to Egypt and was about to perish. Fearing for his life, he told his wife to say she was his sister. Things went to this degree of conflict. And even further, as you know, he was promised a child, but through Hagar, Ishmael was born. Still now the two nations at war against each other — Israel and the opposing side — are all descendants of Ishmael. The two nations currently at world war in the Middle East are all of Abraham’s lineage. They were raised the same way and yet divided into something so great. And then Abraham was told to leave Chaldea and left. He continued doing these things.

2. Resolution

After this Abraham won in battle and he completely resolved. At that time what did God say? Abraham built an altar, then refused the wealth given by the king of Sodom entirely, and met Melchizedek and gave a tithe.

3. Blessing – [righteousness]

God promises a blessing. “You will become a source of blessing. I will be your shield and your reward. And your descendants will receive the great blessing of evangelizing the world. Your descendants will rise up as numerous as the stars of heaven and the sand of the sea.” At that point God believed Abraham. When Abraham believed God, God counted Abraham’s faith as righteousness.

Now, next Sunday as well as today, when you worship, you must hold onto the complete word of God.

1. Conflict
?

In this section, Abraham gained almost nothing. The truth is, God worked on Abraham after the resolution of faith was made.

2. Resolution
(Genesis 13:14-18)

This section was the most important.

▣ Conclusion

So eliminating my thoughts and grasping God’s will? That may be difficult.

[Altar]

So that is when Abraham began to build an altar to God.

Genesis 13:18

Then God’s history begins to happen. Now, let me say this accurately. When God’s history happens, my own thoughts become unnecessary. Right? That is the true answer. It is not that there are no thoughts of my own. When God gives the answer, there is no need to worry about what to do next. Right? When God has worked on you, there is no need for me to be anxious about how to handle the future. This is the very moment Abraham encountered.

During your all-day worship today, you must gain strength in holding onto the grace God has given. Then He will certainly show you tomorrow and open the path.

Here right now there are many precious multi-ethnic peoples. You need to go knowing fully what the power of the gospel is, what the power of prayer is, and what the power of evangelism is. When the gospel is grasped, in the midst of every field’s problems, God’s blessing is seen. When prayer is grasped, you do not go there to pray. You go carrying the power of prayer. When evangelism is grasped, three camps arise in your work, studies, and career. You must go carrying those. Multi-ethnic peoples absolutely must remember. Without those three things, it will not work. What is the power of the gospel? What is the power of prayer? What is the power of evangelism that evangelizes the world? You must go carrying them. Do you understand? Especially our Remnants must study while holding onto that covenant. Now, many of our church members, church leaders, and older members who are facing the last opportunity — in your lifetime, you must build this bartizan.

May today also be a day of victory, I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ.

Prayer. We thank God. May today become a day of receiving new grace. May those who are sick gain strength today. May it become a day of receiving God’s grace all day long in deep prayer. May even the diseases we do not know about be healed. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

The Result of Faith and Unbelief

2026.06.14 District Message Week 24
「The Result of Faith and Unbelief」(Ge 14:1-24)

Genesis 14:1-24

01 At this time Amraphel king of Shinar, Arioch king of Ellasar, Kedorlaomer king of Elam and Tidal king of Goyim
02 went to war against Bera king of Sodom, Birsha king of Gomorrah, Shinab king of Admah, Shemeber king of Zeboyim, and the king of Bela (that is, Zoar).
03 All these latter kings joined forces in the Valley of Siddim (that is, the Dead Sea).
04 For twelve years they had been subject to Kedorlaomer, but in the thirteenth year they rebelled.
05 In the fourteenth year, Kedorlaomer and the kings allied with him went out and defeated the Rephaites in Ashteroth Karnaim, the Zuzites in Ham, the Emites in Shaveh Kiriathaim
06 and the Horites in the hill country of Seir, as far as El Paran near the desert.
07 Then they turned back and went to En Mishpat (that is, Kadesh), and they conquered the whole territory of the Amalekites, as well as the Amorites who were living in Hazezon Tamar.
08 Then the kings of Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, Zeboyim and Bela (that is, Zoar) marched out and lined up for battle in the Valley of Siddim
09 against Kedorlaomer king of Elam, Tidal king of Goyim, Amraphel king of Shinar and Arioch king of Ellasar—four kings against five.
10 Now the Valley of Siddim was full of tar pits, and when the kings of Sodom and Gomorrah fled, some of the men fell into them and the rest fled to the hills.
11 The four kings seized all the goods of Sodom and Gomorrah and all their food; then they went away.
12 They also carried off Abram’s nephew Lot and his possessions, since he was living in Sodom.
13 A man who had escaped came and told Abram the Hebrew. Now Abram was living near the great trees of Mamre the Amorite, a brother of Eshcol and Aner, all of whom were allied with Abram.
14 When Abram heard that his relative had been taken captive, he called out the 318 trained men born in his household and went in pursuit as far as Dan.
15 During the night Abram divided his men to attack them and he routed them, pursuing them as far as Hobah, north of Damascus.
16 He recovered all the goods and brought back his relative Lot and his possessions, together with the women and the other people.
17 After Abram returned from defeating Kedorlaomer and the kings allied with him, the king of Sodom came out to meet him in the Valley of Shaveh (that is, the King’s Valley).
18 Then Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine. He was priest of God Most High,
19 and he blessed Abram, saying, “Blessed be Abram by God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth.
20 And praise be to God Most High, who delivered your enemies into your hand.” Then Abram gave him a tenth of everything.
21 The king of Sodom said to Abram, “Give me the people and keep the goods for yourself.”
22 But Abram said to the king of Sodom, “I have raised my hand to the Lord, God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth, and have taken an oath
23 that I will accept nothing belonging to you, not even a thread or the strap of a sandal, so that you will never be able to say, ‘I made Abram rich.’
24 I will accept nothing but what my men have eaten and the share that belongs to the men who went with me—Eshcol, Aner and Mamre. Let them have their share.”

The Bartizan of the Throne
(Absolute Bartizan – Journey – Guidepost)

| Faith | Unbelief | Wrong [Bartizan] |

▷ The results of faith and unbelief differ. Faith has heaven as its background. Whenever there was a great answer in scripture, a message about God seated on the throne appeared. Unbelief has hell as its background. The nations of the world built bartizans out of what is wrong. Also, faith means God has breathed the breath of life into us, and falling into unbelief means being in the grave. The faith that believes in God is hope, and unbelief is despair. Invisibly, bartizans continue to be built. The terrifying darkness bartizan, the strong fortress (2 Cor. 10:4-5), must be torn down by the word. We are building this bartizan of the throne. If we can pray, this becomes the absolute bartizan. Then without fail, the answer of world evangelization comes (absolute journey). Your work connects all the way to saving the world, reaching the 237 nations and the 5,000 peoples (guidepost).

▣ Introduction

1. Ps. 50:20-22 Those who forget God have no one to rescue them. Humans are spiritual beings, yet they have lost God.

2. Ps. 7:1-17 Without God, the enemy, Satan, tears like a lion.

3. 1 Sam. 2:1-10 Everything is in God’s hands.

▣ Main_ Result

1. Lot – Lost God
1) Chose the city of Sodom out of unbelief
2) Captive – War broke out and he became a captive. Humans don’t know their own future. Lot’s heart had no place for God at all, and he thought worldly things were the best.

2. Abraham – Built an altar. This is a new beginning for his life.
1) Gen. 13:18 After sending Lot away, he built an altar.
2) 318 men – Abraham brought 318 trained men born in his household and rescued his nephew Lot.

▷ The result of faith is completely different. The result of faith — what fruit does it bear? We must confirm this in scripture. Then today’s worship becomes an extremely important time.

3. Blessing – Faith
Spoils – Having won the war, the king of Sodom offered the spoils, but Abraham did not accept them. Because he knew God would bless him with worldly things.

4. Melchizedek – Tithe
Abraham gives a tithe. If you grasp the precise covenant, God Himself accomplishes the history.

▣ Conclusion

Watchman’s Prayer
Worship Prayer

▷ This alone is enough. We are watchmen. So, watchman’s prayer. Also, worship alone is enough. Worship prayer. So today, during worship, many invisible bartizans will be erected. During this time of worship and prayer, the power of the throne will come, and invisibly the Kingdom of God will come.

Transcript

We know well that the results of faith and unbelief differ.

[ Faith ] [ Unbelief ]

Our faith has heaven as its background.

[ Heaven (Throne) ] [ Hell ]

Jesus explained a great deal about the throne. Whenever there was a great answer in scripture, a message about God seated on the throne appeared. The opposite of this is hell. Because we always carry this background, it’s actually terrifying. When you think about it, these two things are what you must be careful about.

– Wrong [Bartizan]

Many of the actions of the nations that have existed in the world until now are, in fact, wrong. This has been built up as a bartizan, I’m telling you. Don’t be deceived by this. Until now, great powers used their great strength to oppress other nations. Is that right? Those nations all collapsed. But we keep thinking the way the world thinks — if you fight and win, you’ve won. That’s now the hell, Satan’s bartizan. It’s wrong. Joseph’s brothers tried to kill Joseph and sold him. They thought of Joseph as an enemy. Because he kept “tattling” to their father, they tried to kill him like that. They thought they had won. A mistaken assumption. Potiphar’s wife, when Joseph wouldn’t do as she wished, framed him and threw him in prison. Do you think she won? That’s mental-illness level. We shouldn’t be shaken by seeing things like that. King Saul kept pursuing and tormenting David. He thought he had power and had won. He had completely lost. The world teaches things wrongly like this, I’m telling you. How to defeat and beat your opponent. They teach things like that, don’t they? The Art of War. Acting like some kind of hero. Because we’ve learned only these kinds of things, church members live this way too. While you’re living within the covenant, what looks like a loss is not a loss. So the world keeps building bartizans out of wrong things.

[ Breath of life (Gen. 2:7) ] [ Grave ]

This faith means God breathes the breath of life into us. From the beginning, in Genesis 2:7, He breathed the breath of life. In Ezekiel, falling into this unbelief is described as being in the grave.

[ Hope ] [ Despair ]

This faith that believes in God is hope. This (unbelief) speaks of despair. So you are not just enduring. You are enjoying God’s covenant.

So invisibly, bartizans continue to be built. This cannot be ignored.

2 Cor. 10:4-5

2 Corinthians 10:4-5 explains that this terrifying darkness bartizan, this terrifying fortress, has been built. No one knows this. Scripture explains it as a tremendous bartizan. It calls it a strong fortress. It says to tear this down with the word.

– Bartizan of the Throne

We are building this bartizan. The bartizan of the throne.

(Absolute Bartizan – Journey – Guidepost)

If today, as you pray, you can pray, this becomes the absolute bartizan. The answer is guaranteed to come. The answer comes all the way to world evangelization. That’s the absolute journey. Your work connects all the way to saving the world and reaches the 237 nations, the 5,000 peoples. The guidepost. Why? Because God is even now accomplishing the work of salvation. Invisibly, God is working now according to the faith that believes in God’s mighty power.

▣ Introduction

1. Ps. 50:20-22

Psalm 50, verses 20-22. What does it say here? Those who forget God have no one to rescue them. They have lost God. Only humans are meant to believe in God, yet they have lost God. Humans are spiritual beings, yet they have lost God. Most people. So we try to preach the gospel. Most people actually fail and are here (in the “wrong” category). This must open our eyes. So for those whose eyes are opened, worship becomes important.

Especially, you’ve been working outside for six days. I tell police officers this. You really need to be filled with the Holy Spirit. Why? Because all you do all day is chase criminals, so 24 hours a day your eyes are trained to look for criminals. So you need to be filled with the Holy Spirit. I tell newspaper reporters the same. You really need to receive grace. All you do all day, every day of the year, is deal with incidents and look for problems. Serious spiritual problems come. Right? I tell doctors the same. All day, all year, you meet sick people. This isn’t easy. Then, you yourself don’t realize it. This condition changes you. You especially need to gain spiritual strength. Right?

Even so, those who have lost God have no way. Animals aren’t spiritual beings — they don’t need to believe in God or be saved.

2. Ps. 7:1-17

Psalm 7 says what? Without God, the enemy attacks me like a lion. Who is the enemy? That’s Satan.

3. 1 Sam. 2:1-10

1 Samuel 2:1-10, Hannah confessed that everything is in God’s hands. Everything is in God’s hands.

▣ Main

So there’s something we must absolutely refer to today.

1. Lot – No God

This is the story of Abraham and Lot. Lot greedily took everything worldly for himself, but he lost God. That’s the only thing he lost. So what happened?

1) Sodom
Naturally, out of unbelief, he chose Sodom.

2) Captive
Later, because of this, war broke out and he became a captive here. Humans don’t know their own future. This Lot’s heart had no place for God at all, and he thought worldly things were the absolute best.

2. Abraham – Altar

At this time, as you know, Abraham built an altar. Listen, building an altar isn’t just words. Your life is newly begun. You must build that altar.

1) Gen. 13:18
He sent Lot away, gave Lot every advantage, and Abraham began to build an altar. Important.

2) 318 men
At this time, his nephew Lot became a captive here, but Abraham became a household with the great blessing of raising 318 trained men. Listen, having 318 household soldiers in a household is truly no small thing. Didn’t I tell you this story before? I went on a retreat with 100 children. I brought three deaconesses with me — to cook. Feeding these 100 people — breakfast, lunch, dinner all had to be provided. These three deaconesses worked all day long. Wow, this is no small task, I thought. We tend to take housewives’ work at home for granted. It’s no small task, looking at it. With 318 men, there would be their families too — that’s over a thousand people. With these 318 household soldiers, Abraham rescues his nephew Lot.

Result

The result is completely different. If you have faith today, the result of faith is completely different. Though insufficient, I started out that way from the beginning. Ah, if I were to be a minister, do evangelism — did it really need to depend on people’s help? When we started in Yeongdo, did the church really need to have so many important people and so much money? Other people, those of us who started it — these people had good faith. The issue is the result. What fruit does the result of your faith bear? You must confirm this in scripture. You must confirm it in history. You must confirm it with actual evidence. Then today’s worship becomes an extremely important time.

3. Blessing – Faith

God believed He would bless Abraham. What did this Abraham do? How much faith did he have? Abraham, who at first made excuses and ran around avoiding things — how much faith did he have?

〔Spoils〕

Having won the war, the king of Sodom offers spoils. Listen, when you go to war, there are conditions attached, and when it ends, there’s that. The king of Sodom gave Abraham an enormous amount of wealth. Because he had lost the war. At that time, what did Abraham say? “I will not accept even a single thread from what you give.” That’s what he said. He didn’t accept it. Why? Because he knew God would bless him with these worldly things. “Otherwise you’d say later, ‘I made Abram rich.'”

4. Melchizedek

And then he meets Melchizedek. Melchizedek is written as a priest, a shadow of Christ.

〔Tithe〕

Meeting him, Abraham gives a tithe. We can think about many things here. Actually, for our young adults and Remnants, our life isn’t a joke. You must have a definite plan and grasp the covenant of receiving economic blessing too. If you grasp the precise covenant, God Himself accomplishes the history. Without fail.

▣ Conclusion

So this alone is enough.

[ Watchman’s Prayer ]

You are watchmen. Watchman’s prayer.

[ Worship Prayer ]

Worship alone is enough. Worship prayer.

So today, during worship, many invisible bartizans will be erected. During this time of worship and prayer you do today, the power of the throne comes. Definitely. Invisibly, the Kingdom of God comes. To King Saul, who would be destroyed, this is a laughable story. Right? “What throne? What Kingdom of God? Angels helping? Are you crazy?” That was King Saul’s faith. So he dies. King Saul ultimately killed himself. Because he was caught by Satan. So when King Saul looked at David, this guy was crazy. “Where the word of the Lord comes, powerful angels of the Lord serve. Where the Lord is present, the armies of heaven work.” That’s what he said. So he said this guy was crazy. The result was history happening on a scale nobody could stop.

I hope you build this bartizan today. Why? This isn’t an old story. Our parsonage used to have a big yard. And church members would give us dogs. As I recall, there were five, six, seven dogs, quite a lot, anyway. I’m not exactly someone who dislikes dogs, but I’m not really fond of that sort of thing. The whole house was a mess, just like that. Noisy, smelly, chaotic, anyway. How smart are these dogs? They knew I disliked it. Wow, I was surprised. When I arrived, they all go into the rooms, into the house. When my daughter comes, they all come out. Astonishing, from my perspective. Once, one got lost and found its way back. I thought then, “Wow, are dogs really this clever?” But I’ve never seen a dog worship. Right? A dog is a dog. Only humans can worship. Right? You enjoy this today. Be thankful for it.

I bless you that today will be a day of great grace, in the name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray.

Prayer. We thank You, God. Let today be an important day of grace. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

God at Work

2026.06.07 District Message Week 23
「God at Work」(Ge 13:1-18)

Genesis 13:1–18

01 So Abram went up from Egypt to the Negev, he and his wife and all that belonged to him, and Lot with him.
02 Now Abram was very rich in livestock, in silver and in gold.
03 He went on his journeys from the Negev as far as Bethel, to the place where his tent had been at the beginning, between Bethel and Ai,
04 to the place of the altar which he had made there formerly; and there Abram called on the name of the Lord.
05 Now Lot, who went with Abram, also had flocks and herds and tents.
06 And the land could not sustain them while dwelling together, for their possessions were so great that they were not able to remain together.
07 And there was strife between the herdsmen of Abram’s livestock and the herdsmen of Lot’s livestock. Now the Canaanite and the Perizzite were dwelling then in the land.
08 So Abram said to Lot, “Please let there be no strife between you and me, nor between my herdsmen and your herdsmen, for we are brothers.
09 Is not the whole land before you? Please separate from me; if to the left, then I will go to the right; or if to the right, then I will go to the left.”
10 Lot lifted up his eyes and saw all the valley of the Jordan, that it was well watered everywhere — this was before the Lord destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah — like the garden of the Lord, like the land of Egypt as you go to Zoar.
11 So Lot chose for himself all the valley of the Jordan, and Lot journeyed eastward. Thus they separated from each other.
12 Abram settled in the land of Canaan, while Lot settled in the cities of the valley, and moved his tents as far as Sodom.
13 Now the men of Sodom were wicked exceedingly and sinners against the Lord.
14 The Lord said to Abram, after Lot had separated from him, “Now lift up your eyes and look from the place where you are, northward and southward and eastward and westward;
15 for all the land which you see, I will give it to you and to your descendants forever.
16 I will make your descendants as the dust of the earth, so that if anyone can number the dust of the earth, then your descendants can also be numbered.
17 Arise, walk about the land through its length and breadth; for I will give it to you.”
18 Then Abram moved his tent and came and dwelt by the oaks of Mamre, which are in Hebron, and there he built an altar to the Lord.

Summary

What is supremely important to human beings is not visible. What is more important than a finger is the mind, and when the mind goes, everything goes wrong. Our soul leaves the body and we die — but even going to the hospital, they can only examine the body; they cannot see the soul. So the things in Scripture that are truly answers, the truly important things, are all invisible to the eye, and people have no interest in them. They do not know the work of the Holy Spirit, the work of God, the background of the throne, the help of angels. So tell the Remnant: know the spiritual things and pray while studying. If a household fights every day, disaster will certainly come; if there is a household always giving thanks, blessing will certainly come.

4. A small difference makes a great result.
1) Sodom — Lot with eyes bright to the flesh chose Sodom. That is expensive land.
2) Altar — Abraham chose the mountain and began building an altar.
▷ A decision of faith creates what people cannot foresee.

▣ Conclusion_ Relationship
No need to worry, no need to calculate. What Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego, Daniel, and Esther did was not that they calculated well — it was their relationship with God. Paul said worry about nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving make your requests known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds. Today when we make our decision of faith, the darkness collapses.

“God Who Works”

The title of this week’s district material is “God Who Works.”

Fortunately, what is important is invisible to the eye. Most women these days have a lot of plastic surgery, right? The reason they do it is because it’s something visible. But what is supremely important to human beings is not visible to the eye. What is more important than a finger is the mind, you see. When the mind goes, everything goes wrong. But this is not visible to the eye. Our soul leaves the body and we die — that’s what people say. But even going to the hospital, they only examine the body; they cannot see the soul. So the things in Scripture that are truly answers and truly important are all invisible to the eye, and people have no interest. The work of the Holy Spirit, the work of God, the background of the throne, the help of angels — they don’t know these things. Fortunately, right? If they knew, wealthy people would take it all. If people knew “God’s work is this important,” members of the National Assembly would take it all. Fortunately they don’t know. So they struggle and die.

I speak to the Remnant. “Know the spiritual things and pray while studying.” Without doing that, what is it that parents and school teach? Give it everything you’ve got, do whatever it takes — that’s what they teach. That’s right. So later when they go to companies they do whatever it takes. Even if others die — do whatever it takes. Even when they become politicians — do whatever it takes. Even if others die. Even if the country loses. Why? Because that’s what they were taught. So they don’t know the truly important things.

If, say, there is a household in your home that fights every day. Disaster will certainly come, right? Then there is a household that is always giving thanks. Then blessing will certainly come. Spiritual things that are invisible to the eye are tremendously important like this. So God is even now doing works of salvation, fulfillment of the Word, and answering prayers — but because it’s invisible to the eye, people don’t know its value.

▣ Introduction

1. Salvation
He is still saving people today.

2. Answer
He is still answering prayers today.

3. Fulfillment
The Word is still being fulfilled today.

These are the key things, but not knowing they are important, people grab hold of other things. So this is a chance. There are no competitors. If you receive blessing, you can save everyone else, so there is nothing to compete over.

▣ Main

1. Spiritual strength — God’s work

So those who know this spiritual strength are set to let go of unbelief. God’s work happens to those who know this, you see. People don’t understand it very well.

1) The Red Sea
At that time, through those who knew this, when unbelief was abandoned, the Red Sea split. Completely incomprehensible.

2) The Jordan
Carrying the ark of the covenant, the Jordan split.

3) Jericho
As you know, going around in faith, Jericho fell.

4) Canaan
And though many people were in unbelief, the small number who had faith entered the land of Canaan. Because it’s certain.

5) Mt Carmel
That so-powerful King Ahab should have seen God’s work at Mt Carmel and come to understanding, but he came out more shocked and went in the opposite direction.

6) 2 Kings 19:35
People don’t know. Assyria kept pressuring and taking from Israel, on and on. In the old days, China did that to us. They came to our country and interfered. Why would they interfere with us? They interfered. They even interfered with choosing the crown prince. Ridiculous. Hezekiah became king. He sent word to Assyria: “In my father’s day your nation received taxes from us, but there is no reason for us to pay taxes. So from today we will not send tribute to Assyria.” That’s natural, isn’t it? “Is that so?” Assyria came attacking with 185,000 soldiers. Naturally from their perspective — they would conquer and kill them. At first King Hezekiah wavered a little. He sent envoys. He sent some silver and gold. Didn’t work. So now they intended to eliminate Israel. King Hezekiah knew. 2 Kings 19:35. He staked his life and prayed through the night. In 2 Kings 19:35 it says “that night.” “That night” it says. All 185,000 Assyrian soldiers died. Scripture says “God sent His angel.” That’s right. Our lives and souls are all carried away by the angel of the Lord on His errand. King Hezekiah knew this secret. Ordinary people don’t know. Don’t be discouraged — pray.

7) Daniel 6:10
In Daniel 6:10, Daniel was not only skilled. “He knelt three times a day toward the temple and prayed as before.” That’s what it says. Ordinary people don’t see any value in this, you see. Daniel knew this. So he gained wisdom enough to guide kings. Right? You need to know this. That is why you are worshiping. What answer has come? Even if none comes, this itself is blessing.

2. Unbelief — Awakening

When unbelief is abandoned, amazing things happened. Abraham came to realize something late. What is it?

1) Lot — Excuse
He relied on his nephew Lot. But this is not an ethical sin — it’s a great sin. God said your seed would bring blessing to the nations, and he did not believe that Word. So to anyone looking from the outside, nothing looks wrong. Oh, what could be wrong with an uncle raising a nephew? Another person sees it that way. Abraham also has a good excuse. “Ah well, I have no children, so I should raise my nephew well.” The problem is not that. He didn’t believe God. He didn’t believe God’s promise. Think about it. Is that right? That’s how we do our faith life. So he kept making excuses.

2) Strife arose.

So strife eventually began to arise. At this point Abraham makes a decision.

3) Decision
He completely abandons unbelief and chooses faith. (Genesis 13:1–13)
So from this point, this passage is Genesis 13:1 through 13.

3. Faith — Decision

Now from this point, it is God — the very act of making a decision of faith is your beginning of blessing. When will the answer come? You don’t need to know that. Making a decision of faith is the blessing.

1) Genesis 13:14
“After Lot separated from Abram.” That’s what it says. This word means: after Abraham made his decision of faith. That’s what it says.

2) Genesis 13:15
What did He say? God said: “Lift up your eyes and look north, south, east, and west. I will give this to your descendants, to you forever.” That is Genesis 13:15. God did that.

3) Genesis 13:16
And what did He say? “Your descendants will be as numerous as the dust of the earth.”

4) Genesis 13:17
And what did He say? “Walk through the land lengthwise and crosswise. Wherever you set your foot, I will give it to you.” After making a decision of faith, things like this happen.

You may be sick and in pain. Whether you are healed or not, leave it to God, and make your decision of faith. Right? Like the three young men — even dying is fine, even living is fine. Nothing can stop this. The three young men said exactly that. Daniel said the same — even dying is fine. So what is this? It means: I will hold onto God’s covenant. Then from this point God began to work in Abraham.

4. Difference — Result

A small difference makes a great result.

1) Sodom
Full of greed, eyes bright to the flesh. Lot chose Sodom. That is expensive land.

2) Altar
Abraham chose the mountain and began building an altar. This small beginning makes a tremendous result.

Today your decision of faith creates something people can recognize. Right? Korea is a nation that needs to do world evangelization. There was a missionary named Thomas who came here with a Bible to evangelize, and was killed without being able to preach the gospel. He was seized upon entering Korea. But he said Korea must certainly receive the gospel, is a nation that needs the gospel, and is a nation that will do world evangelization. The result has changed tremendously. Your decision of faith today is exactly that.

▣ Conclusion

Now, for the conclusion.

[Relationship]

No need to worry. No need to calculate. What Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego, Daniel did, what Esther said — it was not that they calculated well. It is not a matter of “will this way work better, or that way” — that’s not it. It is a relationship. A relationship with God. It is not calculation.

“Do not be anxious about anything,” Paul said. “But in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving make your requests known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds.” Today when you make your decision of faith, the darkness collapses. Right? That decision must be made. “If I perish, I perish.” A decision was made. At that very moment the darkness had already collapsed. While on the desert path there was much complaining, but there were people there making decisions of faith. All of that was conveyed as power and evidence into the land of Canaan. Without even fighting, their hearts melted. When you face difficulties, you must hold the covenant in faith and make your decision. The forces of darkness are set to collapse right then. But the answer is set to come on the exact timetable.

I bless you that you enjoy this blessing all day today, in the name of Jesus Christ.

Prayer. We thank God. Please make today a day when the darkness collapses. Please let us make decisions of faith in the midst of difficulties. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

Abraham’s Unbelief

2026.05.31 District Message Week 22
「Abraham’s Unbelief」(Ge 12:10-20)

Abraham’s Unbelief

Introduction
1. Original sin – destruction
2. No condition for salvation
3. Christ
4. Grace – no one can stop it
5. Together to the end

Main
1. Know the reason (children) – God is invisibly with you by the Holy Spirit
2. Abandon unbelief – God’s work begins
3. Hold the covenant – eternal response comes
1) Future generation evangelism
2) Israel evangelism
3) World evangelism

Conclusion
1. Thought + Heart = Brain (imprinted)
2. Imprinted in the soul
3. Imprinted on the throne (Revelation 8:3-5)

Those who have received salvation have the Holy Spirit dwelling with them. Those who have not received salvation do not have the Holy Spirit with them. So they are completely different. Rather, in Ephesians 2:2, we see that they are led by the ruler of the power of the air, by Satan. So naturally they are anxious, naturally they fight, and such things happen.

“Abraham’s Unbelief”

Abraham also had a moment of thinking that way. Looking at this, we should receive a different kind of answer.

▣ Introduction

The Bible teaches five things.

1. Original sin – destruction

The Genesis chapter 3 event, original sin. It records that humanity has been completely destroyed. Because they departed from God, they have completely fallen into darkness now.

2. No condition for salvation

Humans cannot save themselves, anyone. Pursuing spiritual disciplines – that is all false. You cannot be saved. Because they have departed from God, no matter how hard they try they cannot be saved. The Bible explains this.

3. Christ

So God made a promise. He promised Christ. He gave the Word so that through faith in Christ, people could come out of darkness, come out of destruction. The statement that there is no condition means even having a lot of money cannot save you. Even having great ability cannot save you. This is something unbelievers completely do not understand. Because you cannot be saved, God promised Christ – that is the Old Testament. The fact that Christ came is the New Testament. The evidence of that continues from Acts all the way through Revelation.

4. Grace – no one can stop it

God decided to give us grace and save us. This no one can stop. God is giving grace and saving us, and it cannot be stopped.

5. Together to the end

God is with the saved saint forever, to the very end. So we say someone has died, but they have not died. The saved soul comes out of the body and is with God forever. So there is not much to grieve over. We do not live for hundreds of years. We are bound to come out of the body. Even now, while our souls are in our bodies, we are with God; but when we depart, we will fully understand. He is with us. So “we have received eternal life” – that is what that means.

So Abraham kept falling into unbelief at first. So although it appeared he was following the Word, he went down to Egypt. There he also faced great hardship.

▣ Main

1. When you know the reason, that is enough

Today there are several things – when you know the reason, that is enough. Because God is invisibly with you through the Holy Spirit, when you know the reason, that is enough. So how long do we face hardship? Until we grasp it. Abraham grasped it and then history began.

2. When unbelief is abandoned

At that point Abraham understood the reason and abandoned unbelief. When unbelief is abandoned, God’s work begins to take place. That moment seems like nothing, but at the moment of abandoning unbelief, God fulfills what He promised to Abraham. Worship time is most important. You may be too exhausted to sleep and face situations like that. Or if work is too hard, you may come to church on Sunday and feel drowsy – that can happen. But on Sunday, because it is your worship time, all the responses are being formed. Abraham, when he believed, God counted it as righteousness, it says.

3. When you hold the covenant, eternally

So through Abraham, a few things – when you hold the covenant within that, the response comes eternally. So now, what is the most dangerous thing? You know how during worship time you cannot worship and keep dozing off? That is the most dangerous thing. First it means there is a health problem. There is also a problem with spiritual health. Of course, when you have not slept and have been working all night, even then you will feel drowsy when you come on Sunday. What I am saying now is not about that. There are people who cannot not come to church, and they come and keep dozing off. Something has grown weak right now. From the moment of holding the covenant, the eternal response begins.

4. Everything is a process

Abraham had unbelief and there was plenty of it, but because God called Abraham, everything is a process. This is content to pray about this week, together. Everything is a process.

5. Cannot be destroyed

Abraham absolutely cannot be destroyed. Why?

1) Next-generation evangelism
The reason Abraham cannot be destroyed is because next-generation evangelism must be done. “Through your seed all the nations of the earth shall receive blessing.”

2) Israel evangelism
Through the lineage of Abraham, Israel must be evangelized.

3) World evangelism
What else? “The nations will receive blessing.” World evangelism must be done. He cannot be destroyed.

So the response is not what is visible. “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Right now it is not visible to my eyes, and that is why it gets missed. Abraham was told to believe when nothing was visible. No, you have to say something that makes sense. There are no children. His wife cannot bear children. And yet your seed will save the nations. Abraham was not a strange person – it was absolutely unbelievable. So now he comes out with his nephew, and that becomes a problem, and things keep arising. Going through all of this, one day Abraham made a firm decision of faith. From then history began. This must be remembered today.

1. When you know the reason, that is enough (children)

You are children of God. What did God’s children become? “Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?”

Unbelievers going to fortune tellers – I think that makes sense. Is that not right? They are children of Satan, so they should go find those who are demon-possessed. Do they predict accurately? I do not know about that, anyway. Hardly anyone predicts accurately. These days in our country some strange fortune tellers have become famous and they keep appearing on broadcasts. Ten people came out – what did all ten of them say? They said President Yoon will win. Boldly appearing on broadcasts and saying so. There are even reporters who go back to find those people. All nonsense. You are children of God. So from the moment of abandoning unbelief, history begins. From the moment of holding the covenant, the response immediately starts. That itself is the response. All kinds of things happen. It is a process. There can be a process. “Why does such great hardship come to our home?” It is a process. “Why does such great hardship come crashing down upon us?” There are people like that. It is a process. First of all, you are a great person. You are facing great hardship? You are a great person. They do not give difficult exams to elementary school students. They have just entered school, it is 1+1=2, and if you go and give them integration, differential calculus and all that – is that right? So because you must carry out world evangelism, you absolutely cannot be destroyed.

In the old days Pastor Park Ji-on – he is still alive, but there were several times when word came that he had passed away. So I thought I had better go see him at least once before he passes, and I would go, and he was not shaken at all. What he would say to me was, “Oh, if there is no one left to evangelize, then I should go.” That is what he would say. That is right. A while ago, since he is now old and it is hard for him, when I went, he came out to greet me there. He said he was going off to some mountain, to a convalescent home – it seems like this will be the last time. Well. He spoke calmly and I also calmly said, “I understand.”

God’s children are not afraid of such things. “Paul, do not be afraid. You must stand before Caesar.” From the very beginning I have said: “If we truly are people who preach the gospel, God will give us our church and make us do world evangelization.” I said this to the church leaders in Busan. If we truly are people who preach the gospel, God will open the door to the 5,000 tribes. Until all these doors are opened, you must fulfill your mission here on this earth.

▣ Conclusion

Today also, personally, you must pray with power even during worship.

1. Thought + Heart = brain

It is all imprinted in your thoughts and heart. The brain. What you pray is imprinted, I tell you. It is imprinted in the brain. With that we think and move our hearts, I tell you. This is important. Is it good to cry out loudly in prayer? Actually, yes it is. It is imprinted here (in the brain).

2. Soul

It is imprinted in the soul. It does not end there.

3. Throne

It is imprinted on the throne. Prayer. So “believe that you have received whatever you pray and ask for. And it will be so.” What does that mean?

Yesterday, after the core session finished, I attended a dedication worship service at a church that had newly moved in. The church only has the choir seating. When I started in Busan, I also only had that choir seating. Since we absolutely must do world evangelization, I unconditionally – no question about it – went around looking for large land. Do you have money? No. But now we have acquired tens of thousands of pyeong. We will build. There we will fully open the three-day weekend age, the three courtyards, and the holy meditation age.

(Revelation 8:3-5)

What is imprinted here (on the throne) will certainly receive a response. Revelation 8:3-5.

You can also pray for yourself in the name of Christ. Pray for diseases to depart in the name of Christ. Really try it. All day long. Pray for all incurable diseases to depart in the name of Christ. It is worth doing, right? If you seem to have caught a cold, you do not necessarily need to do it in the name of Christ. But if I have an incurable disease, I can pray in the name of Christ Jesus. Do it all day today. May today be the day of healing, the day of receiving strength, I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray.

Prayer. We give thanks to God. Let today be a day of receiving strength all day long, let it be a day of healing, and work in the saints who are facing hardship, God. Give great strength. Comfort by the power of God. Work in the many sick with the power of the Holy Spirit. Throughout today’s worship, let the Word of God be fulfilled. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

When God Called Abraham

2026.05.24 District Message Week 21
「When God Called Abraham」(Ge 11:27-12:9)

The Three-Day Weekend Age / Three Courtyards / Holy Meditation Age
[Abraham, the One Who Was Called]

Introduction – Confirmation
1. Word
2. Prayer (Power)
3. Evangelism

Main
1. The Reason for Calling (Destiny)
2. Unbelief (Circumstances)
3. Time of Failure
4. Preparation

Our church is now receiving many people from multiple ethnicities. There are also those who have come in search of the gospel movement, in search of the gospel from other churches. And among those, there are also many who originally had the gospel but have come to our church after moving up to Seoul from regional areas.

You will have many various thoughts. You do not need to do anything. The blessings you have never once done — what is in the Bible — must be restored. You must come to Immanuel Seoul Church and restore it. What to do and how to do it comes second. We keep changing the order, and that is why things don’t work well. When I am trying to go to sleep, I must start by taking off the outer layer — if I keep trying to take off the inner layer first, that doesn’t work. It would eventually work if you kept at it all the way through, but how difficult would it be to start by taking off the inner layer? So in receiving answered prayer, there is an order, isn’t there? What does the Bible say first? The people from multiple ethnicities who come to our church must absolutely experience this. Especially those who have come searching for the gospel — you must absolutely confirm this. It is even better when the family does it together. Because whatever children did together with their parents at a young age — they absolutely never forget it. You will have tried going out with your children to eat, and things like that. Going to a relative’s home together — you will have done that. That too remains as a memory. But the things that truly needed to be done were not done.

What did the Bible teach? That families did it together.

[Three-day weekend]

Focus on the three-day weekend. A church like ours — since it is a good season right now and it is spring and summer, we make it possible to pitch tents. We need to make use of the advantages of our church. The tents are simply lent out free of charge. Families come, pitch them, and do the prayer movement there. It is not a matter of pitching all the tents in advance and having them walk in. The children come and pitch them together. When Jewish people observe these three feasts, they pitch tents together. And in doing so, they hold important events.

In fact, Jesus Himself also bore the cross on Friday, entered into suffering on Saturday, and then rose on Sunday. You need to know that the dark organizations of the entire world make use of the three-day weekend. You need to know that many of the recreational activities happening right now are done during the three-day weekend. But young people do not like going around with their parents. That is your misunderstanding. Because they need to find their own world — it is not that they dislike their parents, it is simply that it does not fit. And because of that, they can end up meeting the wrong children. This is how it happens that drug parties in America are held on the three-day weekend. Almost all Americans are not at home on the three-day weekend. Where do they go and what do they do? It is obvious.

If we fail to dominate the three-day weekend, there will be serious trouble. People at church who have moved here, people from multiple ethnicities — gather just these people and try starting this gathering once. When first starting, even if it is just Friday, I will come and deliver the messages that absolutely must be known, and then go. I will tell you what needs to be done over the three days, and then go. You must do it. You cannot just listen passively. Because we have never once shown our next generation a truly proper spiritual blessing. Of course God will teach them, but there is an enormous difference between showing and not showing. Children who have seen their parents fighting a lot at home — they go out and fight. That’s right? And for their whole lifetime. Because what was seen and imprinted is that. So the Bible says — pitch the tents of the three feasts together with your children. Especially the three-day weekend. In fact, the Sabbath is Saturday, but these people start from Friday. You must do it.

[Three courtyards]

What is the content? Three courtyards. You must enable them to see the world. You must let them know what healing and the summit are. You must let them know what the Remnant is. You teach them everything else and fail to teach only this, and so they spend their entire lives as servants of money. No money — just serving. They should be commanding money but they cannot. They have to chase after it. That’s how people live and die in this world, I tell you. You must absolutely change this to 300%. This must actually be done, that is what I am saying. How do the children do prayer and academic work at 300%? Without being guided. The church must do this. How can a school make it 300%? At school, even if you come in first place, it is only 100%. You need to make it so that when the children go out into the world, they are able to win.

[Holy meditation age]

It was with this (the holy meditation age) in view that God called Abraham.

“Abraham who was called”

Abraham could not understand it. He thought, “I don’t even have children — what’s this about doing things together with children?” He thought, “No, I don’t even know where I am supposed to go and live — what am I supposed to do preparing three courtyards? I can barely afford to eat right now — how am I to do world evangelization?” It doesn’t add up. “Through your seed” — and he doesn’t even have a child. “Through your seed all nations shall be blessed.” It was not that he could not believe it — it did not fit, with himself. That is his mistake. The Word was fulfilled exactly as it said.

▣ Introduction — Confirmation

So when you worship today as well, you must always confirm things.

1. The Word

Right now I am gathered here — what is the Word saying? Doesn’t it come out? For me, the answer comes right away. The first worship gathering — the upper room in Mark. That is what this hour is today. That’s right? The spiritual world changes. Not trying to receive an answer — it comes. Not trying to find health — it comes. Spiritual strength comes, I tell you. Only when you receive the fullness of the Holy Spirit will you receive power. You will become witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. This is the field you have come to. You must confirm it.

2. Prayer (strength)

You must confirm prayer. Did you clearly come today having gained strength through prayer? You must confirm it. Then Jesus spoke of the throne, the bartizan, and the journey. Since I must always gain strength from this, it has been confirmed for me through the 7 bartizans, 7 journeys, and 7 guideposts. You don’t have to do it exactly that way. You must confirm the way in which you personally gain strength. Because Abraham could not confirm this, strange things kept happening.

3. Evangelism

In this way, other people are saved through you. That is evangelism. This must be confirmed. This week, an enormous door to 5,000 tribes has opened. I will say more during the message, but because I need to ask for your prayers — many important things happened. Someone who attended our mission conference came to me and asked for prayer, and I prayed for them. That person went back, and last week became prime minister. They sent a message pledging to pursue world evangelization. Tremendous things like this are continuing to open the door to the 5,000 tribes. It is being confirmed, isn’t it?

▣ Main

1. The reason He called (destiny)

Abraham did not at first understand well the reason he was called. He was told to leave Ur of the Chaldeans. Go to the land I direct you to. Go to the land I will show you. That is what it said. There is a tremendous reason here. Take hold of a timetable that will change your destiny.

2. Unbelief (circumstances)

This Abraham fell into unbelief. Because — there is such a thing as circumstances. A fortune teller talks about circumstances. God does not talk about circumstances. That’s right? The circumstances are difficult. But God speaks of the future. Not the current circumstances. He is telling you the most important thing you must do now that you have come here. So we, without this (destiny) being changed, keep following this (circumstances). And Abraham also fell into unbelief.

3. Failure

Failure keeps coming. Even when told to go at first, he did not go. His father passed away. His brother passed away. Famine comes. Only then does he go. But even after going, he could not believe, so where did he go? He went to Egypt. He nearly died there.

4. Preparation

What did God prepare? Not knowing that. It is not circumstances. God has what He has prepared, I tell you. It is that He will deliver you from curse, unbelief, and idols. And now He will guide you with God’s new grace and blessing. And He will make you the ancestor of faith and plant the seed of salvation. And more importantly — He will bless you and your offspring and family and save the world. He later came to understand.

5. Three decisions

At that point, what happens? Three very decisive decisions take place.

1) Genesis 13:18

He yields everything and begins to build an altar. This was the beginning.

2) Ishmael

And knowing that there would be no child, he fell into unbelief and a child was born. Who was it? Ishmael. Ishmael is not the problem — it is that Abraham fell into unbelief and fathered him. This offspring is the Muslim people today. This offspring is the enemy attacking Israel to this day. It is frightening, isn’t it? He sends Ishmael away. We as humans would ask how he could do that, but Abraham completely cast off his unbelief. It is a great decision. At that point Isaac is given.

3) Genesis 22:1-23

And then God tests Abraham again. He is asked to offer his son. At this point Abraham makes an important decision. He understood that what God was asking was not really that He wanted him to offer his son. That’s right? He answered like this. When his son asked, he said — “God will provide.” He waited for what God would provide. He had begun to build the altar.

Launch the three movements of the three-day weekend, the three courtyards, and the holy meditation age together with your children, their friends, and your relatives. The world will not do this. Even if everything else is done, this will not be done. Do this in our church. Do it here. That is why God sent people here. God sent people even to Busan to places where this can be done. It cannot be done elsewhere. Your next generation goes through life having never seen this once? I think that is a great misfortune. I think that means they met the wrong church. That is how I think. I think it means they met the wrong parents. Not knowing, and using the excuse that we did not have time, we could not show this (the three-day weekend, three courtyards, holy meditation age) together to our next generation. Hold it as a covenantal resolve and do it in the church.

▣ Conclusion — World evangelization

From this point on, the blessings coming to Abraham are tremendous. Without doubt, they were fulfilled. Through Abraham’s family, world evangelization that no one could have imagined took place. Before long, Abraham’s grandson Joseph went into Egypt and became prime minister. Of course along the way Isaac, Judah, Jacob, and many children came, but it was completely through Joseph that world evangelization took place.

Today you must confirm what word God is giving to you. That is all. Through that, answered prayer will keep coming. You need to have this experience. No other experience is necessary. There are words given to me throughout my lifetime, but today what word to me — just confirm that and pray for five minutes. You cannot memorize everything. But just by doing that, spiritual change begins to take place. What is happening when we worship and pray? I will explain that during the 1st service today. Let us pray.

Prayer. God, may today also be a day of gaining strength; may we gain not the strength of the world but the strength that God gives. Help us to pass on to our next generation the strength that overcomes the world. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

The Eternal Economy of Darkness and Age of 3 Economies

2026.05.17 District Message Week 20
「The Eternal Economy of Darkness and Age of 3 Economies」
(Ge 3:15, 6:14, 12:1-3)

Why did Christ come as light?
John 1:11, Isaiah 60:1-2

And why are we told to arise and shine the light? There must be a reason. The world’s people are not being taught this. People don’t know.

Darkness – Satan, background of hell, disaster
It is because they do not know what darkness is. The opposite word is light. Darkness is not simply the state of it being dark, of there being no light — spiritually it means completely, entirely the background of Satan. It is completely the background of hell. So it continually drives this earth into disaster for no reason.

Darkness culture – Nephilim culture
And then it doesn’t just end there — darkness culture emerges. Simply put, worldly people simply cannot understand it. Nephilim culture comes out.

Authority of light – John 1:12, 1 Peter 2:9
So Christ came as light. And you are the light of the world. Therefore he gave you, uniquely, the authority of light. Why? Because you received that light. In John chapter 1, verse 12: “To all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.” In 1 Peter chapter 2, verse 9, he gave the authority to shine, deliver, and proclaim this light.

Today you have the authority to pray. There are many forces that deliberately block the gospel. There are many forces that obstruct and hinder the gospel. All of those are now the forces of darkness. Because they hate the light. So they hate the gospel.

“The Eternal Darkness Economy and the Three-Economy Age”
Within this immensely important timetable, for you this week this will not go away. It is the eternal darkness and economy. That is why we pray and the reason you fight — it does not disappear. At this time we overcome with the three-economy age. Now, you might be able to do it without knowing this, just going along — but you know, giving offerings at church — this is a tremendous light economy. When you give an offering to some mission region to make missions happen, that is a tremendous light missions economy. And you simply support the servants of the Lord in faith and do such things, right? This is a tremendous light war.

▣ Introduction_ Eternity
So the first thing to understand is that this darkness economy exists forever.

1. Genesis 3:1-20
Because it began in Genesis chapter 3. And it continues to this day. So we must understand this and deliver this light, and we must use this authority of light.

2. Genesis 6:1-20
As you know, it began in Genesis chapter 6. The Eden incident, the Noah’s flood age, the Nephilim age. It came.

3. Genesis 11:1-8
Now they combine forces and come out. The Tower of Babel. It will ultimately fall, but they combine forces and come out in a collective economy like this.

This (the introduction) is not just something that happened in the past — it continues to this day. 100 years ago, three organizations said: “We will build a second Tower of Babel.” Even now: “There is no need to believe in God.” That is Genesis chapter 3. This is the New Age movement. Even now they promote spirit possession. Various shamans, Freemasonry doing it at a higher level — all doing it now. It will not disappear. The reason we must believe in Jesus and receive salvation is that our souls don’t disappear either. We say “we die,” but that’s just an expression — our souls go on living. Satan, angels — they are not beings that die. They exist eternally. So in Matthew chapter 25, verse 41, what is hell? Hell is the prison that eternally imprisons Satan.

So, given this state of things, when you are giving offerings, when you are working, when you are doing business — you truly must pray.

▣ Main_ 3 Economies
The three economies in this Main section are tremendously important.

1. The Light Economy
You must pray as you give. Giving offerings at church is the light economy among all economies.

2. The RT Economy
And then you all are out there doing missions and all kinds of things. And also nurturing the Remnant — this economy is different.

3. The Mission Economy
The mission economy that is always in prayer is different again. These blessings are each distinct.

You know, there is a nation in the world that gives the most church offerings. Which nation is it? The Jewish people. They earn the most and all of it goes into offerings. Such a large number of sacrifices — too many. And yet the nation that has the most money in the world is the Jewish people. Isn’t that remarkable?

So though you have always been doing this, from today onward when giving offerings you must pray enormously. In some ways, I see it as the most precious thing. Offerings are given to God. Once, a certain person gave an offering and then demanded it back. Why did they demand it back? For various reasons. “Didn’t you give it before God?” Yes. “Returning it would be unlawful.” So I said: “If you end up starving, I’ll give you the cost of a meal. But I cannot give you that church money.” Right? The church offering has been given before God. We cannot use it as we please, and we cannot give it and take it back as we please. Right? I said clearly to that person: “You gave an offering, so I cannot give it back to you. That is unlawful. If you are starving, I will give you the cost of a meal. I’ll give it personally — why should the church give it to you?” Truly thoughtless. The light economy.

With this — I’ve mentioned before — a certain family gave offerings and built a church. Later, world evangelization work happened there. Right? The light economy. Elders prayed and gave offerings, and trained workers inside the church. This later saved the world. There was a child from a poor family, and someone prayed for that child, educated them and helped them. That child grew up and saved the world. Fleming, who created penicillin. He was a child from a poor family. So you see. The light economy.

Why is it the light economy?

1. The Light Economy – Throne
Simply put, if you read the district materials you’ll understand, but this — it is given to God, and the power of the throne causes many people to be saved.

2. The RT Economy – Those who remain, those who are left over, those who will remain, those who will leave a legacy
Why is the Remnant economy important? Because the works of those who remain — those who have the gospel — take place. This is God’s power, right? Equipped with God’s power, you will rise as those who are left over. Going forward you will stand as those who conquer the culture, who will remain. You will stand as those who will leave a legacy raising up many future generations. This is the Remnant economy.

3. The Mission Economy – First, Last
And what else? What you do in missions is a tremendous economy that saves the world. In it is God’s greatest covenant. I’ve said it from the beginning. When he called Abraham: “Through you, all the nations shall be blessed.” Abraham couldn’t believe it. And Jesus said it as his final words in the Bible as well. How much blessing must you receive? What is the standard? Go to all peoples. To what level must the Remnant study? Go to all nations. How much blessing must the church receive? Go to the ends of the earth. That is how it is laid out.

That is what is happening for us now. God’s remarkable works are continuing to happen right now. This time the music team went and is now visiting the Oceania islands. Even the Prime Minister attended, and many received grace in the worship there. The doors are literally beyond imagination. When you hear it, you think, “Oh, I see” — but at that actual place, it is extraordinary. Imagine if you had gone there. The offering you give with that realization is the missions economy.

When Korea was on the verge of dying, missionaries came. When our nation was extremely poor and caught up in idol worship, when we were a strange country — that is when the missionaries came in. They gave our nation the gospel. They healed the sick. They built schools and let children study. Korea now is not a simple country. It may look like there’s nothing we do well, but no. Korea is different from the past. No nation can now attack our nation. We are a nation that does world missions. So we must do it for struggling nations as well. Therefore, the missions economy is enormous.

You must pray over these three things. Then one remaining blessing comes out.

▣ Conclusion_ 7 Points
7 points are waiting. What are the 7 points? Disciples God has hidden away. We will meet them. It is so important. So from today onward — you’ve always been doing this, but from today onward, when giving offerings, you truly must pray. You must consider it the most precious thing. That is how you receive economic blessing and can do world evangelization. “What about my circumstances? I haven’t learned much.” People think things like that. It doesn’t matter. When God works, none of that matters. So if you experience God’s power, there is no comparison with the things of the world. Right?

Throughout today, may you all be in deep prayer, gaining strength and receiving healing. I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ that this be a time of such power. Our believers and Remnant overseas must pray. Those who cannot attend worship and those who are ill in body must pray during the worship time. The work of the Holy Spirit rises together. Right? That is the work of the Holy Spirit. Ordinary people don’t know that. With that in mind, you must pray earnestly today. Let us pray.

Prayer. Thank you, God. May this day be a day full of the Holy Spirit. May it be a day when the Holy Spirit heals. May it be a day when your wondrous authority breaks darkness. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

The Prosperity of the Descendants

2026.05.10 District Message Week 19
「The Prosperity of the Descendants 」
(Ge 11:1-9)

After the time of Noah, God blessed Israel and their descendants prospered greatly. But there is something you must know. The Satan who brought down the people of Israel in darkness did not die — he is still alive.

▣ Introduction — Satan

The flood ended, but Satan is still alive. The people of Israel came out of Egypt, but Satan is still alive and following along. Do you understand?

[ Hebrews 11:1-2 ]

In Hebrews 11:1-2, there is this statement.

[ What is hoped for — substance ]
[ What is not seen — evidence ]

Faith is what is hoped for — this means it is not yet visible to the eyes. But this is not an illusion; it is substance. What is not seen — you cannot see it, but it is evidence. We believe this. Not believing an illusion, but substance. Not believing what is visible to the eyes right now, but evidence. So what must be remembered is: why do we worship today? Your prayers are presented before the throne, but during the time you pray, God’s kingdom is meant to come.

Now, Joseph was being dragged away as a slave. Being sold. “I absolutely cannot live like this. I cannot live this way at all.” If he said that, he would lose. At that moment darkness comes. Right? “I am on the path right now of accomplishing world evangelization.” At that moment God’s kingdom comes. You understand, right? That is the answer. The result comes later. So even though it is not visible, it is evidence, it is substance. “King Saul absolutely must kill that David. If that one makes a mistake, he will take my position.” That is what happened. So King Saul became possessed by an evil spirit. Seeing that, you can see kingdom came. Right? Satan also has a kingdom. David said, “Because the Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. Right now I am actually walking through the darkest valley, yet I will not be afraid.” Right? At that moment God’s kingdom comes. You must remember this.

And so worshipping is extremely important. When you hold the covenant, the answer comes a bit later, and God’s kingdom comes. When you hate others intensely and try to kill them — at that point what comes first? Darkness comes first. Right? You must always remember this. So some people pray their fill and then go home and say “My husband is hopeless.” Then darkness comes. God can do it. Right? You are what is important. And so scheduled prayer and these kinds of things — momentary prayer at every moment causes God’s kingdom to come.

How should we pray? He said to pray for God’s kingdom to come. “Do not ask for this or that. God knows. That is what unbelievers do. You seek first his kingdom and his righteousness. Then all these things will be given to you as well.” And in the last days, the secret of the answer — the work of God’s kingdom — was explained for 40 days. You understand, right? I do not even need to explain much — you understand. Right now in this moment, when you hold the covenant, God’s kingdom comes. When you pray, God’s kingdom comes. This is not what I am saying. It is what Jesus said. I believe this fact. You must always remember it.

▣ Main

The descendants of Israel kept prospering, but that is not the issue — Satan keeps following along. Continuously. So even now, what does Satan do? He keeps trying to bring down the many believers.

1. Satan

Satan is not dead, I tell you.

1) Opposing

So what is it doing even now? It opposes God. With no power at all, it opposes God.

2) No salvation

And it tries to block people from being saved.

3) No grace

And even when saved, it blocks them from receiving grace. And then later it blocks all of these.

4) Hell

Later it is not a matter of dying anymore; one is locked away in hell.

2. The Tower of Babel

Now, this must be remembered. Because people succeeded without believing in God, they begin building the Tower of Babel. So making a lot of money is not a blessing. Being healthy is also not a blessing in itself. A person who has received God’s blessing should have money and be healthy. Right? A person who has not even received blessing having a lot of money? That leads to death. Also, “being healthy is a blessing”? That is not necessarily so. A person who has received God’s blessing and covenant being healthy is a blessing; but someone wandering around strangely and always harming and killing people — is being healthy a blessing for them? Because they do not know God, Satan gets involved in all of this. That is how it goes. So the genealogy of Noah’s descendants is recorded at length, but what did they do?

1) A city

Let us build a city all the way to the top.

2) The top

Do not just build a city; let us build it all the way to the top. Let us challenge God’s dwelling place.

3) A name

And let us make a name for ourselves. That is what the Tower of Babel was. And in doing so it collapsed.

3. Christ

So God promised Christ. In the Old Testament, He said He would send Christ. In the New Testament, Christ came.

1) Blood — the curse

Through this blood sacrifice, we are freed from Satan’s curse. Right? This is the promise He gave.

2) Name — authority

In the New Testament age, we overcome Satan’s power through the name of Jesus Christ. He gave the authority to overcome Satan through that name. Until the second coming.

3) Binding

We bind Satan in the name of Jesus Christ.

You must remember. Satan is not dead. It keeps moving around. And because people do not know what prayer is that causes God’s kingdom to come, Satan gets in among people and makes this (the Tower of Babel) happen.

▣ Conclusion — [ Always ]

So from today, knowing this fact, you must always enjoy God’s kingdom. The visible answer comes after that. Right?

1. 7 bartizans — platform

What is it? Keep enjoying the 7 bartizans. If you keep this prayer going, it becomes a platform.

2. 7 journeys — watchtower

No need to do anything special. If you keep going the 7 journeys through prayer, a light-shining watchtower is built.

3. 7 guideposts — antenna

If you keep praying the 7 guideposts, an antenna that connects with God for world evangelization stands.

You must pray today. When a problem comes, what decision you make — that is what matters. If Joseph, having been unjustly sent to prison, had screamed and caused an uproar, darkness would have come upon him. There he prayed. “This will be an important place.” There he meets the politician. It truly was an important place. God’s kingdom came there. Some things are fulfilled after a long time. After quite a while, Pharaoh summoned him.

I pray that today will be a tremendous blessing of holding the covenant where God’s kingdom comes. Let us pray.

Prayer

Today, let the power of the throne be manifested all day, and let God’s kingdom come in the time we pray. Let the work of God’s kingdom bring life to many people. Give new strength to Your people who worship today. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.
