Despair Indicates a True Start
(1 Kings 19:1-8)

Summary

You who are offering the 237 Mission Association Dedication Service are in the ranks of Romans 16. Satan fears evangelism and missions the most. So he hinders by all kinds of methods. 2. Preparation of 7000 Disciples A certain future is prepared.
1) God prepared 100 prophets. Obadiah was in this rank.

Thank you. Many people try to succeed. So they do succeed. Still, they succeed only to the degree of barely eating safely. They cannot resolve the spiritual problems that follow. Much less can they do world evangelization. Because the Bible did not teach that way. In the Word of God, it says to come into God’s preparation that can overcome the world. That is the bartizan of the throne that Obadiah made first, which we must make at today’s 1st service.

Many worldly people go out and try to compete and fight. The Bible says to win with spiritual power. So Obadiah was used in spiritual warfare. And he stood out as a witness. Many people try to win within competition, but Obadiah was a witness who prepared 300%. That is today’s 1st service message. You must enjoy it all week long.

As you do the method all week long, if you check the message at the Tuesday meeting for what to do, an answer that will surprise you will come out. You will see answers coming. When you go to the core service, that flow gets organized. Then the Sunday service will again grasp that important flow, the mission. It must be shown naturally like that, and when it becomes like that, I will be in the position of doing world evangelization.

The first one is this: it is not that Satan dislikes it, but that he fears it. This Satan, the forces of darkness, fears evangelism and missions the most. So he hinders by all kinds of methods. So every time there was an evangelism movement, there was victory, but every time persecution burst in. It was like that almost without a single exception. Strangely, whenever an evangelizing group came out, the church blocked it. It is evidence that appears in history. Satan is smart too. Why? Because he has to use it that way. Because he spoke of the gospel in the church, they branded Martin Luther a heretic. Originally there was no such thing as Catholic and Protestant. Originally the church was one. After that, when people like John Wesley or Moody came out and evangelized, they unconditionally made them heretics. So they almost dropped them into despair. You must keep this in mind.

「Despair Is the True Beginning」(1 Kings 19:1-8)
However, despair is the beginning. It is the true beginning. So now in places like China and Muslim nations, they hinder the gospel a lot. Still, it is okay. Rather, it is good that it continues. Only then do true disciples arise in China and in North Korea. When I heard someone’s story, this is the work of the Holy Spirit; even though they cannot receive the Word, they say there are true disciples inside North Korea. So they say they carry around our gospel letter, from wherever they got it, right now. They say they read it, passing it around like a treasure. So they said they saw someone in China holding one that was all worn out. And then what they said was, “Pastor, there are true disciples in China, in North Korea.” That’s what they said. Of course. Because this is completely God’s doing. So when you preach the gospel even to Muslims, not just anyone receives the gospel, but true disciples receive it. Those people do it even while being prepared for martyrdom, don’t they?

▣ Introduction
1. Genesis 40:1-23
So it looks like despair, but it is when Joseph was in prison in Genesis chapter 40 verses 1 to 23. But this is exactly the beginning of becoming prime minister. Because he had to become prime minister to do world evangelization, that was the beginning.

2. Exodus 3:1-20
It is when Moses was tending sheep on that mountain and abandoned. It was the time when, although he had the covenant, he said, ‘I can’t do it anymore.’ God called him at this time.

3. 1 Kings 19:1-8
In the text read today, we read 1 Kings chapter 19 verses 1 to 8. Despite having won, Jezebel said she would completely kill Elijah. When you ask how determined she was, it came out to this extent: “If I do not kill Elijah, the gods will punish me.” So Elijah, too, as it became too urgent, ran away. He ran away to Beersheba and collapsed under some tree. In the Bible it says ‘broom tree.’ There he says, “God, take my life.” How hard must it have been for him to say that. “Take my life.” And then he says, “I am no better than the ancestors who have been until now.” That was the moment. When he collapsed and was like that, God sent the angel of the Lord and touched this Elijah. And He gave him water and bread and told him to eat. It must have been completely in a vision, right? But He touches him again and tells him to eat. He says he must walk 40 days and nights to Horeb. And then it is the content of arriving.

1. Angel of the Lord
Now, God completely sent the angel of the Lord to Elijah, who was in despair. It is something that happens only to people who evangelize and do missions. Today you worshipped, and our elder led the service, and the elder prayed, you see. At this time God is sending angels of the Lord who are not visible to the eyes at all.

[ Work of Evangelism ]
In the work of evangelism, God definitely sends this. When it becomes accurate that you are the person who will truly evangelize, God sends the angel of the Lord to your business.

1) Exodus 14:19
If you are the person who will not listen to people’s words and will do the gospel movement until the end, God sends the angel of the Lord whom He sent to Moses in Exodus chapter 14 verse 19. This angel is not a being that dies. That’s why it is still alive and working now. It runs errands where God works.

2) 2 Kings 19:35
If you are truly a servant of the Lord who will go to the end of evangelism and missions, God even now, when you face a crisis, sends the angel of the Lord whom He sent to King Hezekiah. There’s no need to send people. There’s no need to send an army either. He sends the messenger who brings and takes human lives. This is an exact fact. When you go to heaven, it’s not that someone, a friend, comes and takes you. Right? When it’s about time for you to go to heaven, you know, it’s not that someone who was closest to me comes and takes me. God’s angel of the Lord comes and takes you. To those who will do the evangelism movement, the mission movement, God definitely sets this in motion. You must believe.

3) Daniel 6:20-22
In Daniel chapter 6 verse 20, verse 22, God sent the angel of the Lord when Daniel was in urgent danger. So it says He shut the mouths of the lions.

4) Acts 12:1-25
In Acts chapter 12 verse 1, verse 25, it says that when Peter, who absolutely had to do this gospel movement, was about to die, God sent the angel of the Lord that night. A miracle happened. No one can interpret it, what happened. But the historically important fact is that that night God took King Herod. He took King Herod, and what is recorded is that he was eaten by worms; the angel of the Lord himself struck him, and he was eaten by worms and died.

[ Work of Evangelism ] – Transcendent Power
So God gives you transcendent power when you work. It’s okay even if you have no strength. It’s okay even if you are old. It’s okay even if you have no background. If you truly enjoy this blessing, this happens.

2. Preparation of 7000 Disciples
It’s not just that. A second thing follows. It’s not my many skills and abilities, and He didn’t just send the angel of the Lord, but 7000 disciples are prepared.

[ A Certain Future ]
This goes beyond this transcendent power, and a certain future that God prepared is prepared. It’s the fact that to you who are offering the 237 dedication service today and to all servants of the Lord, God sends the angel of the Lord and is now accomplishing God’s important work.

1) 100 Prophets
God prepared, made ready, the 100 prophets I spoke about this morning. Now, the person who was in this rank of blessing is Obadiah.

2) 7000 Disciples
But neither Obadiah nor Elijah knew. God had prepared 7000 disciples, I’m telling you. It’s tremendous. It didn’t end with that.

3) Dothan Movement
If you just hold this covenant, as I told you at the 1st service today too, the Dothan movement arises. It’s a story ordinary people can’t even understand, but at Dothan, you see, it says God sent the heavenly army and surrounded it. The person who knows this blessing wins without fighting. Our Remnants must go out to the whole world and win without fighting. If you prepare 300%, they come to fetch you like this Obadiah. And you enter the field of darkness and win without fighting. It’s certain. This kind of blessing is prepared in 237 missions. It’s not just that.

3. Disciples of the Age
[ Elisha ]
God has prepared disciples of the age who will save the age behind the work you do. God has prepared everything. This person is Elisha.

[ God’s Timetable ]
Now then, you can enjoy three blessings: God’s transcendent power; a certain future you don’t need to worry about; and, among many important things, God’s timetable, the most important. You will enjoy these three answers. Otherwise, you cannot do world evangelization.

A transcendent power that people simply cannot understand will appear. These are the contents the Bible speaks of as most important. Even among pastors and theologians, there are many who don’t believe. There are many who don’t believe. You don’t know well, but these days there are many strange theologies. Some theologian even came out and said this: “The Word of God is also in the Bible.” A person named Karl Barth said that. He is a famous theologian. What did some theologian say? “The stories in the Bible are just legends. No need to believe them.” There are theologians like this. It’s called liberal theology. There are many odd things. There’s political theology too. “We should go out and demonstrate and fight; will sitting still do? Is that God’s will?” This is political theology. So they don’t believe these facts.

When the Korean church picked a quarrel with me, the top theologian in Korea asked me a question. “Why do you talk about angels?” He asked like this. So I answered like this. “It’s in the Bible.” I said that. “It’s there at every important event in the Bible.” I answered like that, you see. But this theologian made a mistake. “It’s in the Old Testament but not in theology.” He said that. That theologian said it, I’m telling you. So he’s ignorant, in a word. So there was even a time when a pastor in the audience raised his hand and shouted, “There is such a thing in theology, in the Bible.”

What does this mean? They don’t know the spiritual world at all. How would they believe in the Holy Spirit? How would they believe in the invisible God? Then what becomes of my invisible spirit? So every day they fight, and what they talk about is only physical things. It’s a big problem. You must believe the Word of God.

At this time of worship today, God sends angels of the Lord to your work, to the places you must go, and accomplishes God’s work. If you don’t know this fact, there’s no need to pray either. Right? No need to worship either. Even less need for a dedication service. No need to go to the church building either. Then what? You should do nothing. Since it’s not needed? That’s wrong. So what’s evangelism, every day? They can’t evangelize at all. So the churches of the world began to close their doors. We are spiritual beings, so we must know God, and since we are spiritual beings, we must know the spiritual world. Without knowing this, how would you know Satan? And how would you know the demons that become enemies of spiritual beings? So it comes out like this: “Why do you talk about demons?” It’s serious.

1) 1 Kings 19:19-21
A disciple who knew this spiritual world came out. In 1 Kings chapter 19 verse 19, verse 21, he was called, abandoned everything, burned it, and followed.

2) 2 Kings 2:9-11
What does it say in 2 Kings chapter 2 verse 9, verse 10, verse 11 about Elisha, who knew this spiritual world? “Pioneer at Bethel.” All the prophets: “No, Jericho is better. We have to eat and live from now on, don’t we? Gilgal over there is better.” There were only prophets like this. So at this time Elisha, who knew the spiritual world, came out.

3) 2 Kings 6:8-24
“I don’t need any of that; give me a double portion of your spirit.” Now he knew. This person spread the Dothan movement. This is Dothan. God has prepared everything for the person who will do the evangelism movement. So tremendous power began to appear in Elisha. So when the Aramean army invaded, he knew all of their coming. So there was a commotion in the nation of Aram. “No, how does he know where we go and block it all like that?” When they said that, a certain servant spoke. “It’s because of a man named Elisha. Elisha knows all our movements.” So the king of Aram gives an order. “Capture Elisha alive and bring him.” Fearlessly, a huge army came down and surrounded Dothan. They came down at night and surrounded it without anyone knowing, so when he opened his eyes at dawn, the Aramean army was surrounding it. Then it comes out again. A seminary student who didn’t know the spiritual world: “Teacher, big trouble. The Aramean army is surrounding us outside now.” Same story. Then Elisha: “Lord, open the eyes of this servant. Those who are with us are more.” So when his spiritual eyes opened and he looked, more heavenly armies than the Aramean army were surrounding them. You probably won’t understand.

It’s okay even if you don’t understand. The armies of heaven are all unemployed right now. There’s no one for them to help. Because people don’t believe. This angel who helped Elisha is still active now. Right? The angel of the Lord who went before Moses and guided behind Moses is still there, I tell you. They don’t believe. If you don’t know the spiritual world, you can’t do world evangelization. Why? Because I reach my limits with the physical world.

▣ Conclusion
1. Mission
Because it’s an infinite spiritual world, today you must confirm your mission while offering this dedication service. ‘Ah, what prayer should I pray now? What prayer will I actually pray regarding 237?’ Someone who had been doing 237 and quit asked me, “How can I do 237 well?” I know that heart, what it means. He wants to just make a big splash and become famous. “Just meet multiethnic people.” I said that. “If I were someone doing 237, I would meet multiethnic people every week. If necessary, I would bring them to my house, have a meal, and talk with multiethnic people. Start with that.” I said that.

2. 6 Days
Precisely realizing our mission, second, it must come out in prayer for 6 days. How important is 237? The covenant you grasped today must come out as something in prayer for six days, I’m saying.

3. Three-Day Weekend Witness
Then you become a witness of the three-day weekend. If there is content in which I received grace, there’s no need to worry, ‘What should I say?’ Because you just talk about the grace you received. I can again grasp a shocking covenant about 237. Then I can’t help but speak. When we have something so good, we want to talk, I tell you. Right? Look at women. If they have something good, they tell their friends. Men do it a little less, but women, if they have something good, they talk, don’t they? Telling it everywhere. If they have a nice ring, they want to show it off, so they touch their hair. Why? Because they want to show it off. If we have the covenant in the gospel we have, we want to boast. Right? Boasting is not wrong. Witness.

Obadiah’s Bartizan
(1 Kings 18:1-15)

What should we do when we face crisis, difficulty, or illness?

▣ Introduction_ Obadiah saw crisis as an opportunity for blessing in the age of darkness.
1. Obadiah, who appeared in the age of darkness of idol worship and killing prophets, in the time of crisis

God sent an angel to Elijah, gave him water and bread, gave him strength, and made him walk 40 days and nights to Mt Horeb. There He gave the answers that He had left 7 thousand disciples, that He would change King Ahab, and to find Elisha.
3) Dothan – God dispatched more armies to Elisha, who had the power of prayer, and made him win over Aram without fighting.
▷ Evangelism – Doing spiritual warfare and gaining spiritual strength comes first.
1 John 3:8, Mark 3:13-15, Luke 10:19 As he came to believe that Jesus Christ came to destroy the works of the devil and gave the authority to cast out demons and the power to control the power of the enemy, prayer began. Doors began to open to the whole world.

1. Joseph being taken by human traffickers was the timetable for going out to the world.
2. Joseph going to prison was the road to success.
3. Joseph, who knew this fact – confessed that God sent him.

▣ Introduction_ Obadiah, who saw crisis as an opportunity for blessing in the age of darkness
What should we do when we face crisis? Also, what should we do when we face difficulty? What should we do if perhaps I face illness? It’s something that can happen to anyone. Also, here we have important multiethnic people too. What should you do about the difficulties of your nations?
Today you must take a certain answer with you. There’s a part to think about briefly in the introduction.

1. Obadiah, who appeared in the age of darkness of idol worship and killing prophets, in the time of crisis
King Ahab brought as many as 850 false prophets into the palace and began idol worship. If it were just that, it would be okay, but he kills the prophets. Now, this level is serious. A king with such spiritual problems has now created a great age of darkness. So crisis came to Elijah too; crisis came to everyone. At this time one church leader appeared. That person is Obadiah.

2. Obadiah, who hid 100 prophets
There’s a part you must think about in the introduction. It’s that Elijah and Obadiah and these prophets did not face a crisis now. Rather, it was King Ahab who faced the crisis. Right? You must open these eyes first. You have a serious illness? You haven’t faced a crisis. If God wants to call you home, He calls you even without giving illness. Then why did you get the illness? That is not a problem, but there is God’s amazing opportunity for blessing.
You know what Obadiah did at this time. He did something unimaginable. They said to kill the prophets, but he hid the prophets. And not just one or two, but as many as 100. No, if you hide 100, it gets complicated and becomes known, doesn’t it? And on top of that, it was the king’s command. So he hid them separately, 50 by 50, hiding as many as 100 prophets. For us it’s hard even to help one prophet, but as many as 100.

3. The disciple who helped Elijah, whom King Ahab hated the most – Obadiah, who accomplished God’s work to the end
It’s not just that. Who is the person King Ahab hates the most? Elijah. This Obadiah is a disciple who helps Elijah. He’s an amazing figure. He accomplished God’s great work to the end. Now, it’s a paper-thin difference. If you were him, when such death approached, would you do that? No, if you calculate first, then you’d die, it’s big trouble, so would you do it, I’m saying. Obadiah did not think this was a crisis. Looking at the actions he took, he saw it as God’s golden opportunity. This is important.

▣ Main_ The way to receive Obadiah’s answer
Now then, problems come to us too, and many things, right? How can we now receive answers like this Obadiah?

1. Hold the bartizan of the Lord first and go to meet the crisis.

Because this bartizan of the Lord was within him, what kind of thing came out? It looked as if he was working in the palace, but he was going on the journey of the throne. You must remember.

3) Guidepost of the throne – Because he found a value worth staking his life on, he was convinced this work would become a guidepost of the throne.
And what? It’s not just that. Some plan, something for himself, it’s not this. ‘This thing I am going through will become God’s guidepost of the throne.’ He was convinced. So he found a value worth staking his life on. You must do that. Don’t just go out into the world; go on the journey with the bartizan of the throne. The many things in front of you are setting up guideposts of the throne.

2. Do spiritual warfare first and win first.
At this time God gave the second command. That’s important. What must we do second? What was first? Make the bartizan of the throne first and go to meet the crisis. What’s second? Win in spiritual warfare first. It’s invisible, you know? Win in spiritual warfare first. God instructed this to Elijah, and we read today the scene where Elijah is now asking Obadiah. You must keep it in mind. The secret you enjoy is not physical. Win in spiritual warfare first, I’m saying. No one can take it away either. Because they don’t know. And there’s no competition in this either. Because they don’t know. So Paul’s secret of victory was also doing spiritual warfare first, firmly. It wasn’t that he did evangelism first.

1) Battle of Mt Carmel – He completely broke the darkness.
How? He told King Ahab and waged a spiritual battle at Mt Carmel over who the fake prophets and the real prophet were. You know that content well. He completely broke the darkness. The false prophets, the very evil prophets, all of them are destroyed.

2) Mt Horeb – He gave strength to do more spiritual warfare. The answer came out in the Word.
Then it didn’t end there, right? Later God leads this Elijah to Mt Horeb. There He gives strength to do more spiritual warfare. Spiritual warfare comes first. God sent an angel to Elijah, gave this water and bread, and made him get this strength, and he walked 40 days and nights. If you pray, you can get physical strength too. He got spiritual strength, but you know walking 40 days and nights isn’t easy. So he went to Mt Horeb. When he went to Mt Horeb, there was no need to experience anything else. In the Word of God, the answer came out. “Do not fear. Besides you, I have left 7 thousand disciples. I will change King Ahab. Do not fear. Find a new disciple, Elisha.” The important commands all came out at Mt Horeb.

3) Dothan – The work of defeating Aram without fighting. He dispatched more armies to Elisha, who had the power of prayer.
It didn’t end there. This spiritual warfare goes all the way to Dothan, and the work of defeating the nation of Aram even without fighting happens. This is content you must take with you. True victory is done without fighting. I set out with the bartizan of the throne of the Lord. What will I do when I go? I will first gain spiritual victory. This is the message to receive through Obadiah.

※ Evangelism – Doing spiritual warfare and gaining spiritual strength comes first.
Actually, in the old days, I couldn’t do things like evangelism because I was shy. To put it simply, I have a somewhat shy personality. Even now I do it by the grace of the Lord, but I have that kind of personality. Asking others for a favor even once? I can’t do that. And I’m also not good at refusing when others ask. So with my personality, how could I evangelize? I can’t. When I was young, among the words that came up in church, ‘Evangelize’ was the hardest. Now they don’t do it that way, but in the old days people carried their goods around and sold them. Looking at those people, this was a thought I had when I was young: ‘Wow… if they told me to live like that, I couldn’t live.’ The world was hard.
How could I evangelize? One day, by God’s grace, I realized it while reading the Word. It’s doing spiritual warfare first. Otherwise, I can’t. It’s gaining spiritual strength first. Don’t worry; arm yourselves spiritually. Start with spiritual warfare. The best fight is winning without fighting. Right? Since this Elisha had the power of prayer at Dothan, what happened? God dispatched more armies than the Aramean army to where Elisha was. It’s a spiritual story. Even starting wars, it’s not that war happens first from people. Spiritual problems come first. Right? So they start wars. You must win spiritual warfare first. We must save those who commit suicide; before that person commits suicide, a spiritual illness came first. Right? Those who know the gospel can do missions. You must look closely at verse 14. Verses 1 through 13 are important content. So when they gather, “You were wrong. No, that person was wrong. No, that thing was wrong.” That’s all they’re doing. Jesus said, “Don’t look at the speck in another’s eye, but take the plank out of your own eye.” That is Matthew 7.

And then He took the disciples again and talked to them. “Do you know what the gospel is? Do you know what evangelism and missions are?” He explained that. They thought it was receiving some big blessing. At that time Jesus said, “Do you know a mustard seed? It seems invisible, but this becomes a tree and forms a forest.” “Do you know yeast? It’s not visible at all, but it spreads through all the flour.” “Do you know the person who walks those roads as a peddler? That person has the most valuable pearl in the world.” “Do you know the person working in the field? He seems to be toiling and sweating, but underneath is treasure that can be eaten for generations.” These are words the Jews couldn’t even think of. So the Jews can’t do world evangelization.

And He took the disciples along. He didn’t say “You” but asked differently from the beginning. Why? Because that way the answer comes out easily. He asked, “Who do people say I am?” It’s an important time, when it was almost wrapping up. People say “people say this,” but that’s their own words. For example, a person who has a complaint about the company goes to the president and says this. He can’t say, “I have a complaint about the company.” What does he say? “People have a lot of complaints about the company.” That answer came from the disciples, “They say You are like Jeremiah, they say You are like Elijah, they say You are like a prophet.” That’s what came out. He said, “Who do you say I am?” Then no one could answer, but Peter said, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” At that time Jesus said this. “This was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by My Father in heaven.”

Also, He took Peter’s team to the mountain. Elijah, Moses, and Jesus appeared. Immediately Peter again talks nonsense. He says he’ll build three houses. At that time Elijah disappeared and Moses disappeared, and only Christ remained. This is the part Jesus kept teaching.

That’s what it means. And wait for what the Father promised. Then it won’t work with other things. Only when you receive the Holy Spirit you receive power. You will be witnesses. That’s enough, then, right? I’m telling you these are the words Jesus said. At this time, there’s one answer left that comes to you. This is not boasting, not stubbornness, there’s one answer left that only you can do. That is called unprecedented and unrepeatable. Moses said, “I can’t do it now.” “I’m too old, I can’t.” God was leaving this for Moses. He hadn’t even started yet. Elijah also said, “I can’t do it anymore.” He hadn’t even started yet. Even some person says he will make sure we meet the French president and asks us to share the gospel. There’s even a person like this. Because that country was a former colony of France. Like this, the world’s doors keep connecting. What you don’t need to worry about is, “I don’t have anything,” then you just don’t need to do anything. “I don’t have anything,” then just don’t use it. No worries. You must wait for this.

Didn’t Remnant from several island nations come and go now? It was their first time riding an airplane and their first time brushing their teeth. So our Elder So said we should send toothpaste and toothbrushes. If you go out to the outskirts there, they don’t even have shoes. We live so well that we don’t even know we live well. There’s no water. When we ride in a car and take out a bottle of water and drink it, those kids look at us with envious eyes. Then how about America? It’s a country that eats well and lives well. It’s a bit sorry to say, but in my view about 40% are mentally ill. How about Japan? In my view it’s over 50%. But a Japanese person said it’s 60~70%. I saw it as around 40~50%. A frightening age has come. So it can’t be without the light of this gospel.

3. Blessing – ambassador

Just holding to the covenant is enough. Right? While just holding the covenant and praying, everything changes into blessing. Right? Only then can you save those people. So you, as ambassadors of Christ. You must believe. Elders, female deacons, ordained deacons, what is it that you received the anointing? It means you received the blessing of Christ. You understand? When establishing a king, oil is poured. When appointing a priest, the high priest pours oil. When establishing a prophet, oil is poured. So Christ, who completely fulfilled three things, is the true King who broke Satan, the true Priest who broke all curses, and the true Prophet who opened the way to meet God. ※ Just worshiping well, you succeed. You win just with worship that changes thoughts into prayer.

What does it mean that just worshiping well, you succeed? You were elsewhere for six days and have now come to worship. You moved around for six days and are sitting here now today. If you’re not careful, many stray thoughts come in. The thoughts I had come rushing in. Also, what I was worrying about pops up. While worshiping, ‘What will I do tomorrow?’ pops up like this. It’s the same as not worshiping. At this time today, you win just with this worship that completely changes your thoughts into prayer.

1. Ask a question about military mission just once. If you do this 24, 25, eternity, you change the world.

You must ask a question about military mission just once today. Asking just once is enough.

When my child was born and going to school, late in life I got a call from the military to come. I went, and it was a unit that made us train a lot. The hardship was okay, but I couldn’t find who I was. It became a situation where I didn’t want to do it and it was hard. I asked a question just once. ‘Isn’t there God’s plan in my coming to this unit? There must surely be a hidden disciple in here.’ It was a question I asked during a 10-minute break during training. But God opens the door through some incident in there. The commander received Jesus Christ as Savior through me. Also, some incident happened, and they gathered the whole military and I came to lecture every week.

Today you must think about military mission once. I only thought about evangelism once, but God changed my life. It’s true. In my case it was like that. If you do this 24, 25, eternity, you change the world. Even just for today, you must ask sincerely.

2. Military mission message

This time, up to today, five messages were given to military mission. We must all know and pray.

1) Open the age of military mission for all church members.

The very first thing Satan attacks most is the military. If Satan enters the leaders in politics, war breaks out. So nothing is as important as military mission.

So open the age of military mission for all church members. That was the first message.

2) The age of Remnant military mission – Train the Remnant who will become soldiers in advance.

People like David are needed. Train the Remnant who will become soldiers in advance. The second message of the age of Remnant military mission was given.

3) Find people like Cornelius among active-duty soldiers and make them a secret society.

To break through the iron curtain, there is nothing but military mission. Rome is the iron curtain. It’s called the iron curtain. In Korean, it’s completely an impregnable fortress.

3. Remnant who broke through the impregnable fortress

There are Remnant who broke through this impregnable fortress.

1) Joseph who broke through Egypt with Genesis 3:15

The one who broke through Egypt with Genesis 3:15, received from the time of the ancestors, is Joseph.

To what extent? I’m weak? It doesn’t matter. I don’t have anything? It doesn’t matter. I may die? It doesn’t matter. You must hold it to that extent. Even if I go into the fire and the Lord doesn’t rescue me, it’s okay. That’s how you must hold the covenant. Even if I can’t come out of the lions’ den, it’s okay. Even if I go before the king now and die, it’s okay. The covenant is certain. These people brought down the iron walls.

▣ Main_ Journey – To whom does He entrust Cornelius and Rome?

But in this process from Cornelius to Rome, very difficult things happened a lot. What difficult things were there? This is a journey now, so the title is journey, you must know the journey. There are three things you must know.

1. True disciples who come out amid false accusation

First. God put false accusations on them in order to establish true disciples. They weren’t heretics, they shared the gospel, but they were falsely accused of being heretics. True disciples come out here. He entrusted Cornelius to these people. He entrusted Rome to these people. You must not be ignorant of this. People don’t know when things are good. When people are living well, “Let’s go on a picnic, let’s go play.” They don’t know then. They know when this and that happens and comes crashing in. At this time it’s completely the age of dictatorship, isn’t it? Once it’s set by law, it’s over. Who allowed this? It wasn’t the emperor who allowed it. Who? God. Right? You must catch on to this. Only true disciples come out amid this. Calculating people won’t do. People who put a measuring stick on their future won’t do, I’m telling you.

3) They went to Samaria and caused works to happen.

They went to Samaria, where one must absolutely not go, and caused works to happen. You must remember. To whom does God attach Cornelius, and whom does He make go all the way to Rome, that’s the point.

2. True disciples who have nothing to do with persecution

Second. These are those who survived amid persecution. Rather than the word ‘survived,’ true disciples have nothing to do with persecution.

1) Stephen who shared the accurate gospel and died

Finally they carried out the execution. That place was a place for carrying out executions. Whose, I ask? The place on the day Stephen died. When executing a person, they ask one last thing, I’m telling you. “Is what has happened until now true? Make your statement.” That’s how it went. At that time, if Stephen had twisted his words just a little, he wouldn’t have had to die. There’s something you’re all good at, right? Twisting words. If you just twist it a little, you live. Stephen said, “You who have persecuted those who share the gospel and the prophets from long ago until now crucified Christ. Because He is the Christ, He rose and now stands as King of kings and Lord of lords. I am a witness to that.” The Jews didn’t realize it, but “gnashed their teeth.” It says that. “Really gnashed their teeth.” Have you ever seen someone gnash their teeth? I saw it in the dorm when I was a student a long time ago, a guy who gnashed his teeth came, and it’s a good thing he really changed, I couldn’t live with that. They all gnashed their teeth together to kill Stephen. At that time it says the gate of heaven opened. He showed Stephen Christ standing at the right hand of God.

2) The Antioch Church that came about because of this

Because of this the Antioch Church came about. Right?

3) He broke Paul and sent him here, sent out world missions, and made them evangelize Rome.

At this time whom did God send? He broke Paul. He sent out world missions. These people evangelized Rome. I’m now talking about the journey.

3. Those who survived amid tribulation – Those who have the gospel are not shaken.

Third. You must keep this in mind. A great tribulation happened. It’s not just persecution. Tribulation happened. At this time they are people who survived without anything wrong. People who have the gospel are not shaken amid false accusation, threats to life, persecution, and tribulation. Looking until now, in our long time of doing the evangelism movement, the one least shaken is military mission. Almost everyone is complaining about money, but over there they don’t even complain about money. Looking into it, they don’t even have money. Yet they’re not even discouraged. Amazing. God is doing it. That’s not something they’re good at. It’s natural. Right? Disciples are originally like that. Disciples standing on people’s side and calculating, that’s not a disciple. God allowed this journey, I’m telling you. Right? I mean, they bind it with law so you can’t do it. So for me, China now is a good timetable. If China’s door is opened, fakes rise up and there’s chaos. I went before Russia’s door opened. Fakes came in and there was chaos. Because persecution arose and they killed people. Real disciples don’t care. They went all the way to Rome.

1) Cornelius the soldier – hidden card, secret society

At this time, the person who appeared like a secret was Cornelius, that’s the point. In a way, not an ordinary public official. He was Cornelius the soldier. This is completely the hidden card, the secret society. It doesn’t even show.

2) The reason we must pray for military mission – Because Satan moves rulers, authorities, evil spirits, and lawless ones, He told us to arm ourselves (Ephesians 6:12).

Our military mission team takes these five things, and you must pray.

There may be some who came today not knowing it’s the military mission service. Right? Even if they find out, there may be people who say, ‘What does military mission have to do with me?’ You must pray. No one knows what will happen with North Korea there. 3) The power of the 3 camps (the secret of going all the way to Rome amid tribulation) – Holy Spirit’s guidance, Holy Spirit’s work, Holy Spirit’s fruit

The places these people work are difficult fields. Don’t worry. They’re now groaning. Right? They’re struggling desperately. So I’m telling you they’re having a hard time and struggling desperately. Are you afraid of those who attack us? They’re struggling desperately. Satan is struggling desperately, what’s there to fear? You must understand. You must have pity on them. You must not worry at all.

2. The age of storms is an opportunity. Since we must go to save, do not fear false accusation, persecution, and tribulation.

But how should we hold onto it? Don’t be shaken in the age of storms. That’s more of an opportunity. People don’t listen to God’s word. They even listen to a demon-possessed person’s words but don’t listen to God’s word. While praying, Paul said they would meet a storm, but they didn’t listen. Then they met the storm. When they met the storm, they were about to die. At that time they must have done everything with all their strength. Disaster is not something resolved by effort. They threw away all the equipment they had. Why? Because they had to lighten the ship. Disaster isn’t resolved by scientific methods. That storm had to be stopped by God. At that time Paul stood up and spoke. “Do not be afraid. Last night the angel of the Lord spoke to me. He said, Paul, do not be afraid, you must stand before Caesar.” After delivering that word, since they believed that person, the storm calmed down.

We must go to save the age that has met storms. But if you fear some small false accusation, tribulation, or persecution, you can’t even go at all.

3. Three things to do

In the remaining time today, try doing three things.

1) I must receive answers so that what I do becomes an evangelism movement. Agonize over that (2 Corinthians 7:10).

In 2 Corinthians 7:10 there’s this word. “Worldly sorrow leads to death. Godly sorrow leads to eternal life.” Have sorrow. Godly sorrow.

A certain female deacon was very old and couldn’t even walk well. It was back when we were doing that, and this person heard a sermon about having to evangelize. This grandmother had no money and couldn’t go anywhere. What was this grandmother’s main task? Babysitting her grandchild. But if you ask the question, the answer comes. ‘Ah, I, this old me, I’m too old, what evangelism can I do?’ She had these thoughts. She was playing with her grandchild, and where does the grandchild go to play? He goes to the children’s playground and plays. There are many friends there. The female deacon had rice and barley, right? She popped these into snacks. That doesn’t cost much money. She took that and gave it to the kids. The kids found it so delicious and liked it. With the kids, the door of the gospel began to open. Not only that, the door began to open to their parents.

Agonize today. I mean, what I do must be used for the evangelism movement, right? Before saying that, I must receive answers so that it becomes an evangelism movement, mustn’t I? Right? You must agonize over that. What I do is useless, I just eat and go, we’re not animals or something.

2) The answer to make during worship – Mt Calvary (It is finished), Mt Olive (mission), Mark’s upper room (Only)

And while having sorrow, you must come to an answer. What is that? First, the answer you come to every Lord’s Day is basically Mt Calvary, Mt Olive, and Mark’s upper room. At Mt Calvary He said it is finished. Then what did He give at Mt Olive? The mission. How do you hold the mission? He explained about the kingdom of God for 40 days. And when they came down to Mark’s upper room, they came down holding the Only. That’s the answer you receive when you worship today.

3) Engraved in my soul (textbook), in my life (handbook), in my future (notebook)

And what? While praying all day today, this word is engraved in my soul. In English that’s called a textbook. This comes out in my life. Now it comes out while working. Prayer comes out even while in military life. That’s called a handbook. This now begins to be made in my future. That’s called a notebook. Those words are important words. Like this, you spend today, the Lord’s Day.

Long ago, when I was an associate pastor, I led the early morning prayer. After leading the early morning prayer, I come down and pray, right? A certain elder was writing something down. I couldn’t ask, and I thought, ‘What’s he writing like that,’ and that too until the day became bright. He didn’t pray and kept writing. So I went over quietly and looked. What was he writing? He was writing down the topics he had to fight about and argue about on the Lord’s Day today. It’s absurd, right? Record the word all day. See what happens. Don’t worry about anything. If you’re going to worry, worry about not being able to do this. Right? You must not worry about the Philistines invading. You should worry about not having ability. The Age of Eldership and Its Role
(1 Samuel 16:1-13)

Summary

We must ask what is most important in this age. It is asking what the church leader’s role for the age is. When a new believer comes to church, what they must enjoy most is the blessing of being God’s child. Only then does prayer also work. 「The Church Leader’s Role for the Age」 – 3 communications
What is the church leader’s role for the age? Most people, when they become elders, come to ask the question, “What should I do?” It’s not a bad question. But when a new believer comes to church and says, “What should I do?” that is not a good question. When a new believer comes to church, what must they enjoy first? It’s the blessing of being God’s child. If that isn’t sorted out properly and they keep going here and there and so on, that person loses out. “Ah, this is the blessing of being God’s child.” Only when you know this does prayer also work.

「Anointing」 – King, prophet, priest
Now then, without needing to talk at length now, when you become an elder like this, what must you do? Before that, you are an anointed servant. These words are not just words. “He anointed,” these words mean that when you become an elder, there’s the elder ordination prayer and you are established as an elder. Becoming king isn’t done by someone one day saying, “I’ll become king.” That’s when the important organization of the nation recognizes him as king and holds a coronation. Only then does that person become king. When establishing a prophet, it’s not done by saying, “I’ll be a prophet.” They anoint him as a prophet. And priests too, the tribe of Levi becomes priests, but when becoming a priest, they are anointed. So the meaning of having been anointed, the meaning of the anointed one, is Christ.

Christ – Ambassador (1 Peter 2:9)
Jesus Christ is the King who overcame Satan. He is the Prophet who completely broke the background of hell. We cannot block disasters. He is the Priest who blocked disasters. That’s how it is. Then He called you as ambassadors of Christ, called king, prophet, and priest. So 1 Peter 2:9 said a royal priesthood.

[ 7·7·7 ]
The way to enjoy this blessing is that Christ completely gave the bartizan, journey, and guidepost. Then answers begin to come out from here. Now, this bartizan, journey, and guidepost were only completed by Christ; they originally existed. Now, this blessing must always be enjoyed and become deeply moving. Why? Because there’s nothing better than this. It’s not just a bartizan, I’m telling you. The bartizan of the throne. The bartizan of the Lord. The guidepost of the kingdom of the Lord. The journey and guidepost of the throne. This is tremendous.
Honestly, after I discovered this, there’s no need to pray for anything other than this. What’s needed? Nothing. Jesus spoke directly. “Do not ask for this and that. That is what the unsaved Gentiles, the religious people, do. You, seek first His kingdom and His righteousness.” And in the last message, He explained about the kingdom of God for 40 days. For example, think about enjoying this every day. This is important. Conversely, think about worrying every day. Think about getting angry every day. It’s obvious, that. But think about enjoying this every day.

Platform, Watchtower, Antenna
Until when? Until the platform is made. Now, I’m telling you this gets made. When the platform is made, people come.
Over there they call Busan Station a platform. If it’s not a station, why would they go there to ride trains? Because Busan Station is a platform, people come. Also, they go to Gimhae Airport over there. That is a platform. Because planes take off from there, they go there, that’s it.
If there’s a well in a village, people come to draw water. Even if you tell them not to come, they come. You have to cross this river and sea, but if there’s no boat you can’t cross, right? Someone built a bridge. That’s called a platform. People come even if you tell them not to come.
If you don’t know this word, you suffer to death. Before this is made, you do something else. Do something else again. If you only do other things, that’s still okay. Then do wrong things. If you only do wrong things, that’s still cute. Do things that will ruin you. This line is everything.
Elders throughout the country and the world must know. You are anointed servants. Please don’t marry twice, but even if you marry twice, you don’t have the elder ordination ceremony twice. It’s over with once. With once, it’s for eternity.
Then you become able to help other people. Why? Because you have power. This is called a watchtower. Why is this there? It’s to see so as to save other people. Watchtower, like this.
Then those people come and realize the same blessing. That’s called an antenna. Actually, in the old days that bartizan communicated with everything even in far places, like this. Now they do things like phones, but back then, something did it all, I’m telling you. This is everything. Actually, all saints must enjoy this blessing.
You must tell this to new family members first of all. New family members aren’t church leaders, right? You must tell them the identity and authority of being God’s children.
You must tell the Remnants. “You are the remnant. What you study is to become one who remains. Building your strength is to become one who will remain. The reason you conquer the future is to become one who will leave behind. That word is Remnant.” So you must tell them precisely, like this.

▣ Introduction_ Mission of the age
When it becomes like this, the mission of the age is seen. Mainly when?

1. Exodus
At important times. Israel coming out of Egypt is important, right? At this time God spoke to Moses. He said, “Go to Pharaoh and ask him to let My people go.” And tell the people. Tell them they will leave Egypt. “If I go and speak, will Pharaoh listen? If the people ask who sent me, what should I answer?” He said, “I am the Lord.” The Lord, this word means I am who I am. It means not a creature. Say that I sent you. When they did that, He said something important. “Tell this fact first of all to the elders.” That is Exodus 3:16. “Pharaoh will not let you go. Then I will raise My mighty hand and strike him,” He said. “That is the sign.” That’s that. If He strikes, you can just leave again. That kind of thing really happens.

2. Philistine age
Look at each age. The Philistine age. They were always attacked by the Philistines and the nation was now in a situation where it couldn’t possibly survive. At this time, two church leaders came out. One is a woman and one is a man. The woman is, as you know, Samuel’s mother, Hannah. That is the blessing our female elders and kwonsas must have. One is Jesse. So they produced a person of the age. So you must know what the blessing of an elder is.

3. Assyria, Aram age
Finally the age of the nations of Assyria and Aram came. Like this, powerful nations are bound to keep invading. But if you have no power, you suffer it. At this time, one church leader came out. Who is it? It’s Obadiah. When this one person came out, even the Dothan movement arose, I’m telling you. They defeated the nation of Aram without fighting.
Humans miss the gospel again. We have the instinct to miss the gospel. Why? Because other things seem to have a lot that’s good. Because rather than doing only Jesus Christ, getting money is much more convenient, like this. So we forget, like this. When doing only Christ, “What does that mean? I don’t really know that.” Getting promoted is good, right?
Now, “We defeated Assyria.” “We defeated the nation of Aram.” It’s so exciting. Then they forget again. What? They forget this again. This is the gospel. Because they forget this again, they became captives again, I’m telling you. Why? Because they had to go to a big nation and do missions. They say they became captives, but God sent them. From there came people who realized.

4. Babylon
In Babylon. People who realized there, the three young adults, Daniel, Esther, such people came out. So they come to return. They returned, but they go back to the old ways again. We just need to not go back to the old ways. They keep going into this background of Satan, disaster, and darkness.

5. Rome
So finally they became a vassal state of Rome, right? At this time God poured out church leaders, people in large numbers. Their names are recorded in Romans 16. That’s it.

▣ Main_ Jesse
But today, first, I selected one representative person. Because the elders must keep seeing. I selected one representative person, and it’s Jesse, who raised the person of the age, who raised David. There’s a reason to look at this person briefly. If you want to look at this person, you must look at about three places in the Bible.
It’s Psalms 78:70 to 72. You know where it is, right? The main occupation of the people of Israel is tending sheep. To whom did this Jesse entrust all his property of tending sheep? He entrusted it to David. It’s about what David did here. He didn’t only tend sheep. David wrote a tremendous one-third of the Psalms.

The church leader’s role for the age – 3 communications
Simply put, elders must know three communications within this blessing.

1. Psalms 78:70-72 [ Communication with the throne ]
First, what is it? It’s communication with the throne. David went and did this. While doing what? While he was a shepherd.
1) Skill
First, there’s no need to talk about skill. Tending sheep, he didn’t lose even one sheep.
2) Spiritual recovery
What’s more important? He completely recovered the power of the throne through praise and the Word. Spiritual power.
3) King
At that time already, if you look at Psalms 78, it was predestined that he would become king. When? When he was young.
Jesse did this role.

2. 1 Samuel 16:1-13 [ Communication with the high priest ]
It’s the second one, the text you read today. It’s 1 Samuel 16:1 to 13. Now Samuel has grown up and is old. He’s the high priest. The word high priest is the highest office in Israel. When the high priest appears, that nation is stirred up. This person came to find Jesse.
It’s communication with the high priest. You must communicate with the throne, but this means you must be able to see the flow of the Word. At least elders must be able to see the flow of the Word and the flow of the age. It’s not difficult. He gave that blessing, I’m telling you. So today’s scene is the high priest coming to find him.
1) Anointing
He came there and poured on David the oil that was poured on you. And he delivered an important covenant to David. When anointing, “You will become king in the future.” That’s it.
2) Covenant
And then he gave an important covenant. What did he give? The ark of the covenant and the temple. So David regarded the ark of the covenant as so precious.
3) Power
At this time, “From this day on, he was greatly moved by the Spirit of the Lord.” It became like this.
The person who enjoys and communicates this blessing is Jesse. It didn’t end with that.

3. 1 Samuel 17:1-47 [ Communication of world evangelization ]
It’s 1 Samuel 17. As you know, Goliath, the giant whom the whole world knows, came attacking. He came attacking, but he didn’t just come attacking. He said, let’s not waste manpower and property, let’s do it 1:1. So, “If you defeat me, I, completely, the Philistines will surrender. If you can’t defeat me, surrender. There’s no need to fight. Hand over all of Israel.” It became like this. He warned for 40 days. So now it became the last.
At this time Jesse sends David. What did he send? He sends him on an errand. “Take this to your brothers, this to the commander of a thousand, this to the king. Deliver it and bring back a token.” But this is something we just don’t know, but originally in the Bible, the custom of that nation is to educate children through errands.
What is this already? How did he see that place? If Goliath is brought down, world evangelization happens. Not just knowing the word world evangelization, but a person who communicates with this. Isn’t it content you know well?
1) War
No, war broke out, and he should have said be careful and not sent him, but he sent him there.
2) Token
Token. Go and deliver the items and bring back the token, the evidence. It’s remarkable, Jesse. He knows he will become king. He knows, right? Then he should make him be careful, but he says definitely deliver this and bring back the token.
So David now goes, and Goliath keeps hurling curses, and no one can go out because they’re scared, that’s it. First, he told his brothers. “Wouldn’t it be okay if I fight Goliath?” he asked like this. The brothers’ answer. “You were always a crazy kid. An arrogant kid.” Then David answered like this. “Why would I not have a reason?” he said.
Remnants must not do rebellion without a cause, but must do rebellion with a cause. When puberty comes, they do rebellion without a cause. So then he gave bread and food to the commander of a thousand? He told the commander of a thousand. “Let me fight Goliath.” David was certain. So the commander of a thousand said, “Ah, that’s not right. Ah, that’s not right, still.” The commander of a thousand is a captain who commands 1000 people. This person introduced him to the king. Here’s what the king said then. “You can’t because you’re a boy. He’s a general. And he’s a giant. Do you think you can fight?” That’s right. As an adult, wouldn’t you say that? Then David answered. “The Lord delivered me from the lion and the bear. I believe He will deliver me from the one who insults the Lord.” So he was more mature than the king, completely.
So he goes before Goliath, right? He didn’t go, he ran. When Goliath looked, a little kid was running toward him, so he was just staring. So he came and stood squarely in a fighting stance. Goliath was so dumbfounded. There was a stick on that stone-throwing sling. He uses that stick to throw. Goliath was dumbfounded, “Hey, do you think I’m a dog right now? Why did you bring a stick?” That’s it. That was the last word of Goliath, the general of the age.
David broke him down at once. “You came with spear, sword, and javelin, but I came in the name of the Lord whom you insult. Life is in heaven, not in the sword. I will prove that the Lord is the true God.” These are the things David said. “Today the Lord has delivered you into my hand.” That little teenager David spoke boldly. Why? Because he already had this kind of power, I’m telling you. The covenant already works, right? There’s power, right? He already enjoys the things of the throne, right? He did it confidently.
But actually, even humanly, Goliath is no match for David. Everyone, a bear or a lion would carry off a sheep in its mouth, I’m telling you. Then it dies being bitten bit by bit, like this. Then how well does David throw? Even throwing this stone, you can’t just throw it. He hit the vital point of the lion’s head. So the lion faints. Since it fainted, then he tore its mouth and took out the sheep. Hitting Goliath’s head is a simple story. No matter how much armor Goliath wore, he held the spear himself, so he has to see with his eyes, right? He held a spear and held a shield, I’m telling you. So he can’t come doing this (covering his eyes) with the shield. He came doing this (not covering his eyes). He hit that gap. At once, just like that. No, he took care of a lion too. He took care of it at once. Shouting and saying it hurts means it doesn’t hurt enough. If you’re really hit hard, you don’t even make a sound. A friend of mine was hit by a bus and flew about 20m but lived. That’s my friend’s expression. He said it didn’t hurt at all. That’s right. If you collide that hard, it doesn’t hurt at all. It was finished.
3) Rumor
This is exactly when it began to spread as a rumor to the whole region. This is exactly the role church leaders do. It’s the role elders do.

▣ Conclusion
So, if there’s a greatest blessing in the lives of elders now, what should they do?

1. New family members
To new family members, you must truly give them what the problem of life is and what the answer is. Other things are of no use, I’m telling you. They’ll figure other things out themselves later. You must tell them what the true root problem and answer of life is.
1) Identity
2) Authority
Other places don’t use this. You tell them identity and authority.

2. RT (300%)
What must you tell Remnants? You must tell them what 300% is while enjoying this bartizan, journey, and guidepost. That’s how world evangelization happens.

3. Ministers (seminary)
More important. You must have the bartizan that saves ministers. You must have the bartizan that saves not only all prophets and priests but also these many students.
Our church is a somewhat special church. It’s a place that does world evangelization and where many world figures come. Then the elders must quickly renew now. Toward globalization, like this. What that means is, originally the person who established Sarang Church in Seoul is Pastor Ok Han-heum. He was from Geoje Island, and this person was a very outstanding person. So when he looked at Seoul, Seoul has a characteristic, right? He raised many servants, associate ministers. And at the same time he also raised special ministers. What a special minister is, is that Sarang Church is in Seocho-dong. Right next to it there’s one big building. There’s the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office, like this. It faces that. It was there before too, but now too they built it there and it faces the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office like this. So there are plenty of prosecutors’ wives and judges’ wives. So this Pastor Ok Han-heum is smart, right? He established judges’ wives, prosecutors’ wives, or professors’ wives as evangelists. He established them as special-region evangelists. Still, they’re judges’ and prosecutors’ wives, so these people don’t ask for honorariums like this. They don’t receive even that and do it spending their own money. That kind of thing is also necessary. Now, these many students who come for training like this, that is fundamentally important. But you must see the age and prepare.
Why am I saying this? A shaman returned? This is Acts 13, 16, 19 bursting open. Those people don’t have to do a lot of work. That person’s very existence is important. If you don’t know this, those people hide and suffer to death. They just live by that grace of being saved, and their circumstances are much worse than before. Last time too, and this time too, a head Buddhist monk came, I’m telling you. You must help those people completely shine light at the level of ministers. They don’t have to do a lot of work. That very existence is light. You must know that. Seoul, Busan too, somewhat large churches must open such eyes wide.
Also, elders must definitely know. The associate ministers we are raising here are the future. When these futures study, how it works is, which school they graduated from? Not important. Which university they graduated from? Not important. That’s basic. But even pastors don’t know it well, I’m telling you. There is a course you study to become a pastor. That is called the seminary course. So RTS is Remnant Theological Seminary. So these elders must definitely know. It’s a seminary course, I’m telling you. Then who enters to get into this seminary course? They must be appointed as a minister of our church. And they must be serving as a minister. Then our church reports to the presbytery. “Ah, there’s an evangelist like this.” Then sometimes the presbytery takes that evangelist and gives an exam. Then they request, since this person is someone who will become a pastor of our church in the future, please educate them. If there are those three things, the seminary must accept them. So the seminary only makes them study and graduates them. Then where is that ordination given? It’s not given by the church. It’s given by the presbytery. Now, then to enter the seminary course, there must be an affiliation, there must be an affiliated church, and there must be an affiliated presbytery, right? That’s how Shincheonji or cults can’t get in.
Now, then why am I saying this? Currently, people like Professor Peter Yoon and Professor Park Eun-ju have studied theology. Those people are not people who say, “I need to do this to make a living.” Then those people are people who are so necessary for university ministry. Then quickly catch on, they themselves don’t know. Quickly catch on, and our church, the session, must recognize the three things. Actually, that Professor Yoon, in his ministry in America, he was called an elder but did more of a minister’s role. Currently, people like Professor Park Eun-ju also are active beyond a minister. So, they are ministers affiliated with our church. And report to the presbytery too. Then those people become squarely legitimate in receiving ordination. There are standards like having done it for several years, but in special cases it’s not necessary. Because if the session recognizes it, it’s fine. All legal decisions of the church are made by the session. If the session says of a perfectly fine person, “Ah, if we use this person as a minister, it will benefit the church. Right?” then they can appoint them as a minister. Catch these kinds of things quickly, is what I’m saying.
Many people, for example, talented people from other countries over there, when they say, “Ah, if I study theology and go there and get ordained, I’ll do it,” that’s a chance. So the basis of all seminarians and all pastors is where? It’s the seminary course. It doesn’t matter where the university is. Academic background doesn’t matter.
For example, if Elder Kim Kyung-su became my senior in the seminary course and I became his junior? Then I’m the junior. The standard is the seminary course. Then where this (seminary) comes from is what’s important.
Then in the Presbyterian church, what is taught in the seminary course? Presbyterian doctrine is taught. In the Methodist church, Methodist doctrine is taught in the seminary course. You understand what I mean, right? So when a Presbyterian pastor tells a Holiness pastor to come to the Presbyterian church, there’s one condition for accepting them. Go study here, that’s it. Instead, since you’ve already received pastoral ordination, we’ll let you do it for just 1 year, that’s the rule. That’s called a transferred pastor. For pastors, the presbytery gives ordination, and the moment they’re ordained they become a member of the presbytery. Elders must decide and promote everything in the church. But they are not members of the presbytery. Elders are members of the session. I’m talking about legal things now. Because people don’t know so much, I’m talking about legal things. A church without session members is called an unestablished church. If there are no session members, you can’t become moderator of the session. It’s the law. There are no session members, so. So you can’t become an installed pastor either. So the word that came about is senior pastor. There are these kinds of important things. In some ways these contents all look strange and stiff, but it’s greatly respecting the church. The reason I’m doing it intentionally during the message is that in America too and so on, they don’t know the proper way at all. They just do it any old way. Then it’s not right. Ordination must definitely be received from the presbytery of the affiliated church. So what elders must now think about is, since elders are all in charge of administration, when they think, “Ah, there are people in this kind of situation,” they just need to quickly permit the seminary condition. There’s nothing to create. “Ah, the session appointed them as our minister.” So today they appointed Professor Yoon as an evangelist of that church. It’s nothing much of a story, but since it’s the Elders’ Association dedication service, elders must know these things.
I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ that this week will be the beginning of perfectly restoring the blessing of the anointed servant.

The Mizpah Movement and the Global Bartizan
(1 Samuel 7:1-14)

Summary

▣ Introduction
1. Hold on to the spiritual, covenantal han (deep longing).

2) When Hannah harbored the covenantal han called the Nazirite and prayed, she gained Samuel.

2. Throw away all idols and return to the Lord.
1) Throwing away all idols is the beginning of world healing.
2) Idol worship is the beginning of spiritual problems.
– Idols made by human hands all turn into spiritual problems.
3) Throw away all idols, return to the Lord, do the invisible root healing, and solve spiritual problems.
▷ The answer that comes at this time is Only. Because it said to return only to the Lord, the answer called Only comes. Then Only, Uniqueness, Re-creation come out.

3. Save all the people with the blood covenant.
1) The Philistines, knowing that the Israelites had gathered at Mizpah, came attacking with their army.
2) At this time, Samuel offered a burnt offering to the Lord at Mizpah (gospel recovery).
3) When he offered a burnt offering to the Lord, thunder came down from heaven.
▷ God gathered Israel at Mizpah and did gospel recovery.
Hold on as covenant to the work of God that restores everything with the blood covenant.

1. Restore worship. – The words “gather at Mizpah” mean restore worship.

1. Hold on to the spiritual, covenantal han.
1) If you harbor fleshly han, spiritual problems come.
If you have a grudge, you end up committing crimes. But if we harbor han, many answers come, but spiritual problems also come.
2) When Hannah harbored the covenantal han called the Nazirite and prayed, she received Samuel as an answer.
The woman called Hannah at first just prayed with a simple han. She prayed like this: “Why do I not have a son?” But one day, this Hannah came to harbor a spiritual han. She realized, “There is no man worthy to pray for Israel.” So she prayed to be given a Nazirite, that son. This prayer is surely fulfilled. That son is Samuel.
When Samuel was young, he saw Israel being ruined. So it says that Samuel never ceased praying. Through this Samuel, great works came to happen now.
Today, you must hold on not just to anything, but truly to a spiritual, covenantal han.
3) Hold on to covenantal han within the reality of suffering hardship.
So it’s a small thing, but this that we do, answers to prayer happen. I didn’t realize it from reading too many big books, and I didn’t realize it from meeting some great person either. I just saw our elders and the church suffer so much. I saw them suffer a lot needlessly. And I saw them unable to evangelize and suffering hardship. It’s not that it’s difficult; it’s that it’s visible realistically. I went to several churches. They were all suffering the same hardships. So, unless I’m a fool, I held on to this as covenant.
God surely answers your prayers. Right now, just as it is, the door of world evangelization that no one can block is opening. Here there are Remnants. You must discover that. “I must receive this kind of answer toward our region, my parents, my family, and many people suffering hardship.” You must hold on to that covenant.
Even now, people are listening to the covenant, the Word, together online or around the world. What you must especially be careful of is that you must not listen to my sermon. You must hold on to God’s Word in today’s text. There are many fields that are the same as ours. What covenant did they pray with? You must hold on to that. Just by changing this thought, God brings tremendous works.

2. Before praying, change the thoughts you have.
1) In small moments, we are trapped in what is called “I.”
First of all, before praying today, there are thoughts you have. You must change them. “I can’t do it.” You probably know these parts. You must change those thoughts.
Starting from coming out of Egypt, they didn’t hold on to the exact covenant, and “Ah, we overcame Egypt and came out.” They’re talking only about this now. When I was young and going to school, we went to see movies at school, right? I saw a movie about Moses twice. And it was a movie that had nothing to do with the covenant at all. Something like, they were oppressed in Egypt and came out, that’s it.
But the real covenant is not that. It came out on the day the people of Israel forgot the blood covenant and then recovered it.
So today, when you hold on to the covenant, what’s most important first is this thought; you must change the thoughts you have. With the level I have, I can’t do world evangelization. Because of this, in these small moments we are trapped in what is called “I.” Today, to truly receive answers, you must not be trapped in what is called “I.”
2) The characteristic of the 7 Remnants was that they were not trapped in what is called “I.”
So what is the characteristic of the 7 Remnants who received answers? Joseph had his brothers and his family’s situation, right? With that, he can’t do world evangelization. He wasn’t trapped. You just need to change this alone. Then God is bound to work.
Look at the 7 Remnants carefully, I’m telling you. The people of Israel were serving as slaves in Egypt, eating to get by, and not realizing at all that there was a problem there, and with those people you can’t save the world. God called Moses, who had the covenant. Moses already held on to this covenant and heard it when he was young. For us, no matter how much, no matter how much I pray and worship, if I’m trapped in my own thoughts, it doesn’t work. With David’s brothers, nothing can be done. So it’s the difference of one sheet of paper. If you truly believe God’s power. What did David’s brothers say? “We can never fight Goliath and win.” They couldn’t go out to battle and were frozen stiff. Even though David had expertise in throwing stones, when David said he would go out and fight, they cursed him. David’s brothers cannot do world evangelization. You must hold on to that as covenant today. David held on to this covenant.
3) Even if you pray and worship, if you are trapped in your own thoughts, nothing works.
So if we don’t change this thinking, no matter how much we pray, it doesn’t work. “No, even today’s work is hard, how can I make a world bartizan?” Look at today’s title. Look at the text too. “I can’t even travel abroad freely, how can I make a world bartizan?” “I’m a student, how can I make a world bartizan?”

1. Throw away all excuses and return to the Lord.

They’re realizing it wrongly. “The Lord is the God of our Israel.” That’s wrong. “The Messiah who is coming is the Messiah who will crush all other nations and save our country.” That’s an idea that would get you beaten to death. Israel is realizing it that way. To us, “You are Gentiles, we are the chosen people.” So they can’t enjoy the gospel at all. Only suffering continues to come upon the nation of Israel.
At this time, a person who realized the gospel came out. “Throw away all excuses and return to the Lord.”
3) When you meet a problem, think of 3 things.
Remnants too, and all of you, today, when you meet a problem, you must think of three things. What are they?
(1) Natural
Natural. What came now, this is natural. What had to come has come. What had to come has come. “Why am I so poor?” What had to come has come.
(2) Inevitable

Return from all Satan, darkness, and curses. Because everything made by human hands brings spiritual problems, return from there.
3) Do the invisible root healing and solve spiritual problems.
These religious books are very bad books. They make people get ruined, precisely. Only God’s Word gives the answer. Perhaps you all listen to my sermons, right? If there’s an objection, if some religious organization has an objection, come and see me. I’ll explain it to you. “You go into that mountain, make some shape, and sit there, right? You’ll die. You’re in big trouble.”
And such nations around the world now have problems. If Japan just realizes that, it’s the best nation. All over Japan, idols. All over Taiwan, idols. I went to a conference in LA in America and something like that happened, right? We rented a venue for the conference, and I was the speaker, and many people gathered. But in that church they had collected idols to a shocking degree, in the church. There was no way this was okay. So I talked about it when the conference ended. So, as I was coming out after the conference ended, this associate pastor came at me as if to fight. But what he said was funny. Well, “We lent you the church, so you must not say such words officially.” That’s it. So I asked, “Why did you put idols there?” I told him where my lodging was and to come find me. To talk. He didn’t come. The world is actually serious.
Throw away all idols and return to the Lord. Simply put, do the invisible root healing. Solve spiritual problems.
At this time there’s an answer that comes. What is it? Only. This comes. Because it said to throw away everything and return only to the Lord, the answer called Only comes. You who are living the life of faith, don’t do it halfway, but if you do it for real, really before God, Only is seen. Never be discouraged, and one Remnant can save like that.

3. Save all the people with the blood covenant.
There’s a third thing you must not miss. What is it? Save all the people with the blood covenant. Do you know what they did at this time?
1) The Philistines came attacking with their army.

Summary

Why does disaster come upon humans?

Satan’s message, you, your own (Nephilim), and the Tower of Babel, is still continuing now.

You yourself will know what does and does not work in your life. You must obtain a serious answer to that. No religion is teaching it, and no politician is teaching it. Even the church is not teaching it. It is only in the Bible. Why does disaster come upon humans? The more we develop. Now it is a developed age, so everyone carries a cell phone, right? Mental patients have doubled compared to when there were no cell phones. Last year alone, more than 1,000 people committed suicide in the state of California in the U.S. According to statistics, 1,200-some people committed suicide. Why does disaster come like this? I’m telling you, only the Bible has explained this part.

Do you know what the very first message Satan gave was? Satan threw three messages.

That first message is an extremely tempting message. It is a message anyone falls for. Do you know what he said? “You are important.” That is the first message. The words that follow are more frightening. “Don’t believe in God. Just become like God yourself.” That is how it came out. And “None of it is needed. Your own is more important.” This is religion now. All religions teach like that. “You.” I’m telling you, only the Bible does not teach it that way. As a result, you were caught by Satan without even knowing it. Without knowing it, you have to go get your fortune told. Without knowing it, if the date is just a little off, problems come. If you skip an ancestral rite a little, problems come. As disaster continues completely, you get trapped right inside Satan’s background. You must receive a god.” The same message. It is frightening. Isn’t that what the New Age organizations that are moving the world from America are teaching? “You become like God.” And what do the Freemasons teach? You find it hard to come to church even once a week, right? They gather every day, those people. Then what do they go and do? They do a spirit-possession movement. It is frightening. Once you are caught in that, you can’t get out. You gradually sink in, and you only come out when your mind and spirit become strange. It is continuing.

They think it ends when you die. That’s not it either. They all know it wrong. Your soul comes out of your body. I’m saying it goes somewhere. All the spiritual problems you had go straight to the future generations? This is no ordinary problem, is it? So you were caught right in the curse of Satan’s 12 strategies.

Paul only did three things. Raising Remnants, the future generations, goes without saying. He only did three things. Healing shamans. Healing demon-possessed fortune-tellers. Healing people who became sick while worshiping idols. Right? That’s all he did. God gave everything. Those of you who were shamans and came back are people who went through many experiences you don’t know about and suffered. This time, those people who were head monks at temples and came back seeking the truth. People like this must be given guidance almost at the level of a minister, like Paul did.

Then the people who didn’t give are embarrassed and can’t stand it. They have to give. Is that right?

「Wilderness – Rome」

We must look carefully at how the church and the temple went from the wilderness all the way to Rome. And you must truly receive lifelong answers. Shouldn’t you really think and do it that way?

At this time, what would the Israelites who came out of slavery have? They took everything, all they had. It wasn’t anything special. While being slaves, they would have had a little something, right? Things like that. They gathered that, and it became the tabernacle.

2) Life-Centered – Door

And these people made their lives, all of their lives, tabernacle-centered. They even made their doors face the tabernacle. It was to this extent. So when it says Daniel knelt toward Jerusalem and prayed three times a day, it’s not telling you to do that. It’s talking about this center.

3) Pillar of Cloud, Pillar of Fire

And because they lived in the wilderness, this tabernacle moved. Then God protected them with the pillar of cloud and the pillar of fire.

This was the tabernacle. The tabernacle that enjoys these (blood covenant, three feasts, ark of the covenant, tabernacle-centered) answers. Got it? This must be in place.

2. Early Church

And what did the temple of the early church enjoy first?

2. 24, 25, eternity

What about other things? Even though I didn’t do them, all the answers had all come. I have never prayed like, what if I get sick, I have to be healthy. This (25) comes.

This time you must hold onto the covenant. For someone who is to become a pastor, when evangelism isn’t working, what else would they pray about? Right? That is conscience before mission. How can you talk about doing world evangelization when you don’t even know evangelism and evangelism isn’t working? Then an important church leader, while living in the world, must do world missions, but I have no money? You must place that and do 24. It’s not about money, is it? You must pray so that God’s 24, 25 comes. How do you do it? There’s no need to even ask people. While you pray, you must receive what God gives.

When I meet important Remnants, I tell them this. “Don’t learn prayer from people. You may refer to mine, but you mustn’t just copy it. You must receive it from God by grace. Receive comfort from people? Never do such a thing.” It doesn’t comfort. It’s not knowing anything at all. You received people’s comfort and talked all night? That creates more spiritual problems. Isn’t this embarrassing?’ That’s how it went. So they pledged to give an offering and deceived. Because it was such an important timetable, the two people were put to death. Now, usually people aren’t killed. Otherwise, everyone would have to be killed. If people who skimmed off tithes because of money were killed, then everyone would have to be killed. So as I look at this, ah, there are couples who fight because their faith doesn’t match, right? That’s a blessing. You should fight. When Ananias said let’s deceive, Sapphira should have scratched him mercilessly. Right? I mean, the future generations must know the tremendous things that happened before, and they must enter the land of Canaan, but they don’t know. At this time, it is the important thing God gave. What our church leaders must know comes out, and what our saints must know is, “All officers, rise and let the people know this fact.

2) The covenant ministers must hold

2) Eyes – Philip’s eyes for seeing the field were different.

3) One heart – He was of one heart toward Christ and focused. Works occurred.

3. Value of the origin of missions – [Eunuch] – The value of the origin of missions came out through the ordained deacon.

1) Eunuch – God joined a powerful Ethiopian eunuch to Philip, an ordained deacon.

2) Worship – The eunuch who had come to worship bought the Scriptures and was reading the content about the prophecy of Jesus Christ.

3) Eternity – An eternal message was delivered. “The Spirit of the Lord to Philip, the Holy Spirit of the Lord to Philip”

The apostles quoted that and said it like this. “Appoint important ordained deacons. We will devote ourselves solely to the Word and prayer.” It becomes the same word, doesn’t it? Today I will confirm the blessing that the ordained deacons must find. And all church leaders must receive it.

「Leading Figures of the Early Church」

In particular, the ordained deacons took charge of the role of leading figures of the early church. We need to confirm today what they took charge of. But first you need to know what blessing all of you church leaders have received.

▣ Introduction_ 24 – Anointing – Ambassador

So first, you need to know what to do 24.

The word 24 means that you simply always enjoy it within that. The greatest thing for the ordained deacons and the servants of the Lord is that they have been anointed. Ambassador (Triple Office)

Simply put, it is the ambassador of Christ’s triple office. This. You must not forget it. You must not forget it even when you are sad, and you must not forget it even when there is no answer. When you pray 24 at this time, three answers came first. What came?

1. Filled with the Holy Spirit

“They chose people filled with the Holy Spirit.” So it said.

2. Filled with wisdom

And “they chose people filled with wisdom.”

3. Filled with faith

And it said “filled with faith.”

That is how it was said. This blessing will come, right?

1. Filled with the Holy Spirit – [ 3 Camps ]

In other words, the Holy Spirit is guiding the ordained deacons, our church leaders. Then the Holy Spirit works in your field and darkness is destined to be broken. This is the first blessing that our ordained deacons and church leaders enjoy.

2. Filled with wisdom – [ 300% ]

Then what is being filled with wisdom? Finally, in evangelism and all work and such places, this (300%) comes out. It is not merely the words “filled with wisdom,” but the answer that God gives comes now. Because of being filled with faith, the work of even making the multitude of priests repent occurred.

3. Filled with faith – [ 3 Ages ]

What is it? It is the leading figure through whom the 3 Ages open.

These are the blessings that all the anointed servants in the introduction receive 24. You must not miss it. To say you missed it means you did something else. It is all contained here, so why do something else? Many people do something else. Perhaps they have nothing to do after eating; they keep doing other people’s things, something else. It’s just this that they don’t do. Strange, isn’t it? They do all sorts of things, but only this they don’t. Do it. What Jesus gave. “But you will receive power only when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. Do not leave Jerusalem.” It means do not do anything else. “Wait for what the Father promised.” Right? Here the important ordained deacons came out. Because of this they became the leading figures who revive the church. Our ordained deacons must now receive this answer. Originally the meaning of elder is “old person,” originally. So in the Bible when it says “Go and tell the elders,” in English it is Elder, Elder. The older people. Then what is an ordained deacon? They were a somewhat younger group and took charge of the church’s leading role.

You saw three values. Actually this is my first ordained deacons’ dedication service. Why? No one ever asked me to do one. So when I saw this come up, I said, “Wow, amazing!” I thought, these people have been completely led by the Holy Spirit. Because there is a message that must be given to ordained deacons, I tell you. But since you did not request it, I couldn’t do it. It’s like going to a restaurant every day and ordering only jajangmyeon; there is no way for them to make anything else. This is very important. After you receive this, as you grow older you can become an elder, or a missionary, whatever. First you must receive this blessing.

1. Value worth staking your life on

This is the first. Discover a value worth staking your life on. Why do you do something that you may or may not do? Right? “It’s okay to go to church and okay not to go.” A person like this is useless even if he is in that church. That is Satan’s plaything, isn’t it? Going to church or not going is all the same. Spiritually that is a truly ridiculous being. “Going to church is not allowed” is a completely different story. “Ah, it is okay to stake my life!” They discovered this. The representative figure here is the ordained deacon named Stephen.

[ Stephen ]

Very important, isn’t it? So I am not saying that you should stake your life as you live your life of faith. You must discover a value worth staking your life on. With this he gave the message, and it was a message given completely prepared to die. What kind of place was that? It was not an evangelism field. You know what kind of place this is. Stephen was caught while evangelizing. So a trial took place. In the trial they judged whether to kill this man or not. The judges who judge listen to the man’s last words, you know. When he spoke his last words, Stephen did not say “I was wrong, please spare me.” No. “Aren’t you the ones who were wrong?” Stephen, without distinction of Jews or judges, said, “Aren’t you the ones who are wrong? Haven’t you always killed the prophets whenever they appeared?” He laid out the historical proof all at once. “Haven’t you blocked the gospel whenever it appeared? Such people as you nailed Christ to the cross. Christ rose from the dead.” He gave that message. “The Jews gnashed their teeth.” That is what it said. They should have listened and realized, but they gnashed their teeth. As you know, at that time “Stephen’s face was full of the Holy Spirit.” That is what it said. “At the moment Stephen died, the door of heaven opened.” That is what it said. “Christ was standing at the right hand.” A tremendous message came out. What is it?

1) Jews

This message, although he was sentenced to death and died there, was an eternal message that influenced all of the Jews. That is what he told. It was more than that.

2) Paul

It was an execution site, I tell you. So this man had to be stoned to death. Then one witness came forward. A witness came forward who said it was fine to stone him to death. That witness was Paul. He stoned him to death, I tell you. Later the one who influenced Paul the most was Stephen.

3) Antioch

Completely, because of this the Antioch church that saves the world was born. Because of one ordained deacon. All the Jews had an uproar, it influenced the man named Paul, and because of this the Antioch church came to be. It is amazing. This was an ordained deacon of the early church. They saw a value worth staking one’s life on. More important, the ignorant Jews thought, “If we kill Stephen, it will be done.” The spiritually ignorant Jews thought so, but that is the beginning. Antioch. They thought it would end when Stephen died, but it is the beginning. It is a very important story. This is what happened through the ordained deacon Stephen, I tell you.

What are our ordained deacons praying for now? I am not saying that you should die. But a value that makes it all right even to die should come out, shouldn’t it?

2. Historical value

This is the second. Through these ordained deacons, what came out was a very historical value.

[ Samaria ]

Where did he go? He went to Samaria. This going to Samaria is a tremendous historical story.

1) Background

There is a historical background. Now, you also need to think about this. In 722 BC, God caused Assyria to come and take North Israel captive. Before that, because of Solomon’s idolatry, the nation was divided north and south like our country. The north was called Israel and the south Judah. The capital of Judah is Jerusalem. The capital of North Israel is Samaria. Why do you think that happened? Because they did not know world missions, God took the north of Israel and scattered them throughout the whole world. And then other tribes came in. So they came to intermarry with Gentiles. They had international marriages. How did Israel realize this? They said those are scoundrels. They realized it all backwards like this. Because they did not do world missions, He scattered them. He brought people in order to globalize. He caused international marriages. This is globalization. Those Jews, how spiritually blind they are. Because of that they did not treat Samaria as a nation. To put it simply, they should have said “That Samaria is an international city,” but “that Samaria is a place where mixed-blood people live.” It doesn’t make sense, does it? There the ordained deacon Philip went and preached the gospel.

2) Eyes

This Philip’s eyes for seeing were different. You must have eyes for seeing the field like this. In the place where God says one must go, they say Jews must not go. If you are in this (introduction) prayer, you don’t need to worry. The field is seen.

3) One heart

There was something he did with one heart when he went there. He preached Christ with one heart. He focused on Christ. Works occurred. During this week, pray so that answers come to your major problems. You must enjoy such blessing. Historical value comes out. It is more than that.

3. Value of the origin of missions

The value of the origin of missions, the complete beginning, came out through the ordained deacon.

[ Eunuch ]

Before Paul went, he had already joined the Ethiopian eunuch to the ordained deacon Philip, I tell you. It was the first mission field.

1) Eunuch

It said he was a powerful eunuch of Ethiopia. This man did not come to play and buy the Scriptures.

2) Worship

He came to worship but could not worship properly and bought the Scriptures. Since he was a man with money and authority, the Scriptures, that scroll, are expensive. He bought it and read it as he went on his way. Now, isn’t this a miraculous story? God sent Philip to that place. The part that the eunuch was reading at that time was the prophecy about Jesus Christ. So he asked. Then Philip explained Christ. If you do something else, you are in big trouble. Everyone is doing something else now. If you go to world mission fields, they do something else. An even more surprising thing, they said they heard about Christ for the first time. Does that make sense? I couldn’t believe it. With so many churches around, hearing about Christ for the first time? They really heard it for the first time. It’s astounding. Christ was testified there.

3) Eternity

So an eternal message was delivered. The Bible says this. “The Spirit of the Lord to Philip.” This is important. We do not know, do we? “The Spirit of the Lord to them.” It is like a dream story. To people who have not been saved, it is an abstract story. “What is that? Is it fantasy or abstraction?” Many people ask like that. “It’s abstract.” They say. Even theologians who are not saved look at that and say, “It’s an abstract story.” Inwardly, “You are the abstract human being.” This is a fact. Our soul is a fact. The Holy Spirit who guides us is a fact. If you still don’t believe, you get caught by Satan. That is a fact.

▣ Conclusion_ [ Eternity ]

The blessing that you and our ordained deacons will receive during this week, with this in hand, you find what is called eternity. Now, look carefully at the introduction. 24. This (Main) answer is not something we can do. 25. This (Main) all of it. It is not something that can be done on earth. Eternity. The conclusion comes out exactly like this.

Go find the sick. A healing team. You must do it.

Multi-ethnic Mission Team

And the ordained deacons should do what they did, I tell you. A multi-ethnic mission team. There is one at headquarters and at the church itself. You should make your own, in your own way, that can help them and connect with them.

Today we gathered with our senior elders. We confirmed what kind of works the older people in the Bible caused, in the message. Because the current age is lagging behind, they are failing to see something. They keep doing what is not in the Bible. In the Bible there are so many cases where older people turned the world upside down. Because they do not do it according to the Bible, what problem comes? It has become strange within the church now. Older people just retire and stay quiet, just like that. It would be fine if they died quickly, but they don’t die. What kind of situation is this? Even in the nation. They retire perfectly healthy people and leave them with nothing to do. It’s laughable. It’s the senior age.

So now specialists predict that when the AI age comes only eight things will survive, and the most important one among them is to utilize the senior age. That’s right. So I said, when the 3 Ages open, tell what you have experienced. That 3 Ages testimony team. Go find sick people, call them and comfort them, make a healing team. Also when people get a bit older, a change comes faster than for other people, so make a comfort team and do it. That doesn’t need instructions from anyone. You just go and pray.

In this way, you are missing all the precious blessings. What blessing ordained deacons will receive has come out clearly in the Bible today. You receive this. “I want to become a leading figure of the church.” You don’t need to say such a thing. If you receive the answer, you become the leading figure. Joseph did not say wherever he went, “I want to become your leading figure.” Because the answer came, they had to follow. If the ordained deacons receive the answer, the field lives, the church lives, the home lives, seniors and juniors all live. You must resolve this firmly. If you simply resolve and stay, the answer comes. I don’t know much. Maybe because I’m ignorant, if you wait without doing anything else, it comes. When I look at some people, they have too many talents. I have seen people who did all sorts of things and received not a single answer. You must not miss what is important.

Time management does not mean working hard. Right? It means doing what is important and doing what is not important loosely. Saving time does not mean working unconditionally like an ant. It means doing the urgent quickly and doing the important first. That’s it. “Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” What to focus on within the 7·7·7 prayer this week. It is certain. Many answers are prepared.
