ROME 24, 25, Eternity

Prayer Journal: November 15, 2025

Scripture Reading: Matthew 28:16-20

300% Answer – The Ends of the Earth
We must urgently tell our future generations what the true conditions of success are. We must actually revive the church and do missions, right? Then what are the conditions for that success? It is this (Romans 24/25/Eternal), and the answer is this: it is not 300% preparation but 300% answer. I hope you begin anew.

For example, to do 300%, you only need to see accurately. At that time, we had no church building and nothing, so we could not do anything. So we spread the evangelism movement in the place God desired, and we chose many locations. To explain 300%, I prepared 100% about what content I would deliver when I went there. And I prepared 100% for the field. I met so many wonderful people there. All of them were people I knew, even though I did not know they lived in that region. It was a miracle. When I arrived, there was someone who had fallen with me when I lived in corruption long ago—he was the son of an elder. But there was a certain connection, because he was the son of an elder and I was a believer. He always called me “hyungnim” and followed me around. That person had become the president of the merchants’ association in that town and was running a huge restaurant. It was enormous. I still remember the name today—Daebok Restaurant. And there I met the owner of a huge building—my classmate. When I told him what I was doing, he told me to use an entire floor. I met an elder who had already built a church building. I completely grasped the field.

Now the question was, Where should we go? The rest was the system. The system is about who is sent. That is the system. When I looked, Baek Woon-Kyu and those rascals—completely not instructed by me—were sent, but Baek Woon-Kyu even got a job at the industrial complex. A great work arose. Then chaos erupted in Busan. They went into someone else’s district, so the pastor of that region was in chaos. I was in Saha, and I sent people into Saha to do evangelism, so of course that would cause issues. It was no small uproar. That is when I realized something: there is such a thing as territory (region). That is why it happens. We will do this in the future. Now you must do this. If you establish one absolute bartizan someplace, the issue of self-supporting churches can be solved quickly. Truly. So you must do it this way.

Then why must it be this way? Because God commanded us to go to the ends of the earth. You must have strength to go, so God will surely give it. God will surely give you 100% of your professionalism, field-strength, and system. That is what I said.

① Church leaders (helping evangelists) – What is the “ends of the earth” for church leaders? It is helping the evangelists in the church, in the field, and in the mission field. There may be other things, but…

② Remnants (future preparation) – What is the “ends of the earth” for remnants? It is seeing the future. That is the ends of the earth.

③ Evangelists (healing) – What is the “ends of the earth” for evangelists? It is healing.

④ Scattered disciples (the 5,000 tribes) – For scattered disciples and TCKs, what is the ends of the earth? It is the 5,000 tribes. That is why there are quite a few people who do missions with this viewpoint of the ends of the earth. People from our Panama region and Africa all go toward the 5,000 tribes. This is why we say the United States is Rome—because the 237 nations and 5,000 tribes are gathered there. And the ones who can work are also there. There are intelligent people there. If we simply change their motivation, they become complete disciples.

Introduction – The Beginning of the 300% Absolute Bartizan
So today’s introduction is everything. Establish the absolute bartizan of 300%. Do not simply do things—establish the absolute bartizan. Look carefully at the beginning of the absolute bartizan. This is the path of revival.

1) Absolute impossibility – Absolute bartizan (Calvary)
First: inside absolute impossibility, establish the absolute bartizan. This is called the Calvary bartizan. It is absolute impossibility. (1)Matthew 28:16-20 – This is why Matthew 28:16-20 was given first. “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me; go; go to all nations; make disciples; I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Inside absolute impossibility, establish this absolute bartizan. (2)Mark 16:15-20 – He said the same thing. “Pray in My name; lay hands on the sick in My name and they will recover; cast out demons in My name.” It says that the Lord seated on the throne worked. (3)Acts 1:8 – Go to the ends of the earth.

2) Bartizan of disciples who will bring absolute change (Mt Olive)
Next: the word “absolute” is used only for God. You must establish the bartizan of disciples who will bring absolute change. You do not need many. We do not even know how many gathered at Mt Olive. It says that after they came down and began, 120 people gathered, but we do not know. This is the standard. The disciples who will establish the absolute bartizan do not shake. They do not listen to people’s words. They do not follow their emotions. They are the ones God has firmly held. These are the ones who held the covenant of Mt Olive. Establish bartizans one by one. This is how.

3) Absolute bartizan of church revival (Mark’s upper room)
Establish the absolute bartizan of church revival. We usually try to do things that cannot work—that is Mark’s upper room. This is how the 300% begins. To you, this may sound like a dreamlike story, but it is the easiest. It is very important. There is nothing to worry about. It varies by location. When I was an associate pastor, it was different. When I was an associate pastor, matching the church was correct. Right? Serving the senior pastor well was correct. And as I looked, I saw that there was even more to do. It worked.

Then when I arrived in Yeongdo, there was nothing, so what did I begin with? I first announced to the church members the content of what evangelism I would do. If I simply announced it, it would not work, so I labeled it as a revival meeting. The church was DongSam First Church, so I called it “DongSam First Church Revival Meeting,” and I was the speaker. We did two weeks. The church had few members. After finishing the revival meetings, our elder joked, “I think we named the church wrong.” “Why?” I asked. “It’s not DongSam First Church but World First Church.” And do you know what happened? Field-strength: not quite 300 places, but I opened about 270 places for Bible study. That is field-strength. How did I make the system? At that time, not only smart people—everyone participated. If we divided them, it would not work. It would be chaos. Do not worry; this word “300%” is extremely important. You must find all the answers in this introduction. Then what appeared here? The three feasts—very important. What appeared? In verses 9-11, the multiethnic. Simply put, in verses 17-18, the courtyard of children, the 3,000 disciples—everything appeared here. The courtyard of the 3,000 disciples, the economy of light—everything appeared. That is Mark’s upper room. And we received answers exactly. Our members gave offerings and served even though we were a small church.

4) Absolute bartizan of evangelism
Fourth: now it appears. If you have established the absolute bartizan for the church, then establish the absolute bartizan for evangelism. That is already this.

(1)Acts 9:15 – The message had already been given to Paul. And Paul met Barnabas. They communicated in the Word.

(2)Acts 11:25-26 – Now this was prepared.

(3)Acts 13:1 – The team that could evangelize was formed. Even two or three people did this.

You must establish the absolute bartizan. Always remember: do not simply do things—absolutely establish the bartizan that receives answers to prayer. We cannot be without our own motives. We have motives. So establish a bartizan that removes our motives—“Only.” In Yeongdo, that is the only thing I did. The strategy was fine because I prayed holding the strategy God gave, but I kept having personal motives. So I did this. When Busan exploded, what did I realize? I had done wrong. I had thought, “I will overturn Busan; I will make the biggest church.” I had such motives. A bad motive. Then my eyes could not see anything correctly. I repented. Now I must raise disciples and evangelize together with all of them. Now the 7 guideposts are coming forth. You must find the absolute bartizan in that. Try establishing one. This is more important now, because evangelism is included.

5) Absolute bartizan of missions
Do not simply do missions. Establish the absolute bartizan of missions.

(1)Courtyard of the Gentiles – Establish the courtyard of the Gentiles in the field.

(2)Courtyard of healing – Establish the courtyard of healing.

(3)Courtyard of remnants – Establish the courtyard of remnants.

This is everything. In Acts 13:1-5, Paul, guided by the Holy Spirit, discovered the courtyard of the Gentiles. Going to Macedonia and Rome was discovering the courtyard of the Gentiles. Acts 13/16/19 are healing. Anyone can do healing. The courtyard of remnants is the synagogue. This is everything. If you dig into this, works arise regardless of revival, and revivals arise regardless of works, so you must do this professionally.

That is why when I went out for camp, I never simply went. I told the church members and focused on the sick. Exactly like this. When we first said we would evangelize in rural areas, I did not make the plan—the associate pastors suggested a location. I said, “Okay, I will go too,” and then I gave instructions: “Gather the sick people in that town.” Many gather. There we delivered the accurate gospel and healing works arose, and it became a commotion. Even in personal evangelism, I never simply went. There was a chairman in a village who had cancer. Easy. One of our young adults worked under him. I said, “Tell him the pastor wants to meet him. Ask if I may come.” Of course he would say yes—he was near death. I delivered the clear message and explained the method. What happened? That man was the chairman of several factories. He welcomed us with honor. His entire family received grace. When only a few such places open, works arise. That is how I worked. Then I went to schools. At that time I had to go. Exactly as the Bible shows. At that time, I only established absolute bartizans. Among our members, if someone said, “I will open my house,” hardly anyone responded, because it had to be an absolute bartizan. You must remember this.

6) Absolute bartizan of the 237 (Acts 16:6-10)
Then what is the sixth? Establish the absolute bartizan of the 237. That is Acts 16:6-10. It centered on Asia, but now God said, “Go to Macedonia,” meaning go to the 237. How many absolute bartizans were needed? Lydia. Right? Jason. Priscilla and Aquila. That was enough. We do not have the ability to do big things. God must work. God unconditionally blessed Lydia, Jason, and Priscilla and Aquila, who helped Paul. If you create the absolute bartizan, God will unconditionally use you. Therefore, the condition to create the absolute bartizan: do not ever use humanism. Even now, I keep examining myself. The huge church building in Busan—I do not speak about what was inside. I repented. When I repented, what came? Answers inside the Word—the three courtyards, the three-day weekend age, the TCK age, the 5,000 tribes—everything came. I had prayed for this before, but now it became concrete. God not only works on you but blesses those who support your heart.

7) Absolute bartizan of the 5,000 tribes
Finally, what is the goal? Establish the absolute bartizan of the 5,000 tribes.

(1)Acts 19:21 – To do this, it must be Rome.

(2)Acts 23:11 – Here the 237 is gathered, and the people enslaved from the 5,000 tribes are here.

(3)Acts 27:24 – “Paul, do not be afraid; you must stand before Caesar.”

Establishing this absolute bartizan is easier. Do not think, “How do I make it?” Pray and wait—God creates it. That is the absolute bartizan. Should you not succeed in the gospel movement in your remaining life? Pastors, you must remember this. There are many people coming to church for worship. Some come because they have received answers and succeeded. Some need religious life. Many like that. But all that is fake. There are people who want to hear the Word that lets them fully enjoy the gospel of God. Those people come without name or credit. Ninety percent of our Darakbang is composed of such people. You must see correctly. Those who worry and chitchat are 10%, but it does not matter. You will have many people like the ones who come here. Message? They listen continuously. If someone hears the sermon only once on Sunday, that person is not a disciple. Right? They must hear this message repeatedly. That is how true disciples are formed. That is Darakbang. It does not mean other groups are wrong and we are right.

Pastors, you must truly remember the message. Someone graduated from Seoul National University and graduated from RTS of Darakbang. He is talented and knows much and studied theology, but the congregation is going crazy. The congregation is not trying to hear those things. They are crying, “Please give me the gospel that can save me.” Pastors do not realize this. That is why people move to another church. Do not resent it. They will move. Ultimately, they move. Why? Because their soul is thirsty and wants to live. Who is the person God desires? Who is the person God wants? Someone who says, “Because I have such-and-such academic background, I must receive blessing at church”—that is a good thought. But someone who says, “Without God’s Word I cannot live; without the gospel I cannot live”—who does God desire? The answer is clear. This person becomes the absolute bartizan. For 30 years until now, this has been the movement. This is the movement arising today. Therefore the 7 guideposts are the guideposts for establishing the absolute bartizan.

Main Message – Then naturally certain things arise.

1. Bartizan of your work – 300%
Your work must be the 300% blessing. Your evangelism bartizan must be like this. Your missions bartizan must be 300%. What does this mean? I will confirm with Scripture.

1)Acts 9:36-43
Tabitha. A woman who sewed. But she was prepared in this way. While sewing, she lived as a disciple. “A female disciple named Tabitha.” Right? She saved many people in the field. The people in the field cried and begged for Tabitha to save them. Right? What was the rest of the system? It was the time when Peter would pass by in Peter’s era. That is the system.

2)Acts 10:1-45
Who? Simon the tanner. He was a leatherworker. Not just anyone can do that job. He was a professional in his work. And what did he have? What field did he possess? His occupation allowed him to meet high-ranking people. Some occupations require meeting those in low positions, but this one required meeting people in high positions. What system did he build? A place where Peter could rest and pray. At that moment, God attached Cornelius. Look. God is doing the work. Your work must be 300%.

3)Acts 16:10-15
I am introducing evidence from the Bible. Lydia. Her specialty—she was a seller of purple cloth. Simply put, she dealt in royal fabrics. She went in and out of the palace and the homes of ministers. Right? She came and went from very wealthy homes. When needed, she followed kings of other nations and spread fabrics for them. She had specialty and field-strength. What system did she build? “If you consider me a believer in the Lord, come to my house and stay.” This became the church in Philippi. And what happened in Philippi? Great works arose. So please pray this in your heart now. You know all these Scriptures. The work of the believers must be 300%. They were ordinary people.

4)Acts 17:6
Jason—the same.

5)Acts 18:1-4

6)Philemon 1:1-25

7)Romans 16:23
Priscilla and Aquila, Philemon, Gaius—the same.

2. Bartizan of evangelism – 300%
Now begin praying from here. The 3,000 disciples arose. Make the system. You have the message. You only need to analyze the field. Build the system. The 3,000 disciples will arise. You may think you cannot do it because you have never done it before—it is fine. Although 3,000 disciples seem many to you, when seen from the world’s perspective, it is small. When seen from the perspective of those who do nothing, the church has many church leaders; but for those who see the field, there are not enough church leaders. The evangelism bartizan must absolutely be built like this.

1)Acts 2:41
Then 3,000 disciples arose. The people who gathered in Mark’s upper room had already received the answer regarding evangelism. People from 15 nations began gathering. They connected to the field. And this connected to the 3,000 disciples.

2)Acts 6:7
Look carefully at Scripture. A great number of priests returned to the faith.

3)Acts 8:4-8
As you know, look. The absolute bartizan. The door of Samaria opened, and such works began to occur.

3. Bartizan of missions – 300%
Missions is the same. I already said it earlier. The absolute bartizan of missions already appeared in the introduction. It is three things.

1)Guidance of the Holy Spirit (300%) – Acts 13/16/19
Establish the bartizan that is 300% prepared through the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Heal them. Save the future generations. Number 1 is most important. Acts 13/16/19 come out from here.

2)Healing
Within this, all healing appears.

3)Future generations – Synagogue
The rest is the synagogue. This is how it is. Hold to the covenant and create all of this through prayer.

Conclusion: Background of the Absolute Bartizan
The background of the absolute bartizan—today’s lecture is something you know well, but you must enjoy it through prayer so it becomes reality. Who can stop this?

1)Romans 16:25
What was hidden before the ages is now being given to you. This is not arrogance. This is why we must become humble. What was hidden before the ages is given. Not something to boast of, but something to give thanks for.

2)Romans 16:26
Even now, what is hidden in the world is abundant.

3)Romans 16:27
What is hidden in the future—God will give what He has absolutely stored. Begin anew. Do not do things by your level. Do it through prayer. You will not even need to think. Do not do it by your thoughts. Do it by prayer. Do it by the Spirit of God. Just change your thinking a little and you will be surprised. “How can such things happen?” You will be astonished. Because you are the protagonists of world evangelization, God will give to you. Truly begin anew. I will pray.

Prayer. May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, King of kings, the love of God, and the working of the Holy Spirit be with all evangelists who will save this age, from now to eternity. Amen.

Just Say the Word

Matthew 8:5-13. When Jesus had entered Capernaum, a centurion came to him, asking for help. “Lord,” he said, “my servant lies at home paralyzed, suffering terribly.”

Jesus said to him, “Shall I come and heal him?”

The centurion replied, “Lord, I do not deserve to have you come under my roof. But just say the word, and my servant will be healed. For I myself am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. I tell this one, ‘Go,’ and he goes; and that one, ‘Come,’ and he comes. I say to my servant, ‘Do this,’ and he does it.”

10 When Jesus heard this, he was amazed and said to those following him, “Truly I tell you, I have not found anyone in Israel with such great faith. 11 I say to you that many will come from the east and the west, and will take their places at the feast with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven. 12 But the subjects of the kingdom will be thrown outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

13 Then Jesus said to the centurion, “Go! Let it be done just as you believed it would.” And his servant was healed at that moment.

You are in the covenant of God. That is why your confession of faith can move the throne of heaven. Your prayer is powerful and effective (James 5:16). When you speak in faith, the kingdom of God comes and the things pertaining His kingdom will appear. When you act in obedience, the Holy Spirit changes everything by His power. Through you, Christ brings life, healing, and restoration to the mission field He has entrusted to you.

In Today’s Word, a Roman centurion approaches Jesus with a burden he cannot solve. His servant is paralyzed and suffering terribly. But unlike many in Israel who doubted or questioned Jesus, this Gentile officer displays a faith that astonishes Him.

What made his faith so remarkable? First, He recognized Jesus’ divine authority. As a commander, he understood authority. When he spoke, soldiers moved. When he gave an order, it was carried out. So he reasoned: if human words carry human authority, then the Word of Jesus—God in flesh—carries divine authority. He saw Jesus not merely as a healer or rabbi, but as the One whose Word commands disease, demons, and creation itself.

The centurion also believed that Jesus is the Word who transcends time and space and knows no limits. So he exclaimed, “Lord, I am not worthy to have You under my roof… but just say the word and my servant will be healed.” He believed that the Word of God accomplishes what God desires and achieves the purpose for which He sent it (Isaiah 55:11). It is not limited by location, conditions, or human constraints. And the centurion believed this wholeheartedly. This is pure, childlike faith that amazed Jesus.

Acknowledging the absolute impossibility of man and the absolute possibility of God and the Word is true humility. Though a man of significant authority, he humbled himself before Christ. His humility opened the door for God’s power. Scripture says that God gives grace to the humble, but opposes the proud (James 4:6).

When Jesus heard this, Scripture says, “He was amazed.” What could possibly amaze the One who spoke galaxies into existence? Faith—simple, pure faith. Faith that takes God at His Word. Faith that trusts His authority above circumstances and human understanding. This is the kind of faith that moves the throne of the Triune God.

Your situation today may seem impossible. You may feel as helpless as the centurion’s servant, trapped in circumstances you cannot fix. But when Jesus speaks, everything changes. His Word is living and active. His Word carries the Creator’s authority. So rise today with renewed confidence in the authority and power of God’s Word.

Prayer. Father, give me childlike faith in Your Word. Help me overcome my unbelief. Let the power of Your Word fill, heal, and restore every part of my life and every place You send me today. Fulfill Your Word in me and through me, that Christ may be known. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The 9 Flows and the Eternal Answer

2024.09.29 District Message
Scripture Reading: Philippians 1:9-11

Sunday must be the day when you concentrate and receive the greatest strength.

〔Me〕 〔Church〕 〔Field〕 〔World〕 〔Age〕
First, you must cultivate the strength that saves yourself. As you grow older and as your work increases, you need strength. So today must become the time when you yourselves receive the greatest strength. Then you gain the strength that saves the church. If you go out with this, because you now have strength, you will save the field as well. It will naturally become so. When you go out and save others, you gain the strength for world evangelization. Now, if this continues to be connected, you gain the strength that saves the age. This is the message given at this Remnant Conference. You must take this strength with you. Then, when we go to the field, there are many things there. But you will end up winning without fighting. If you have no strength, you lose even when you fight, but if you have strength, you win even without fighting. Joseph was the representative example in reality. As you know, Joseph was in difficulties where no one could help him. And he was not in a situation where he could fight. But Joseph had this strength. That is why he won. 「The 9 Flows and the Eternal Answer」 So today, regarding how we win, you must look carefully at the 9 flows and the eternal answer.

▣ Introduction_ 〔Thought〕

  1. Genesis 3 – 〔Me〕
Without realizing it, if you continue with worries and the world, you fall into Genesis chapter 3. If you think without praying, you fall into Genesis chapter 3 without knowing it.
  2. Genesis 6 – Nephilim
If you fall into Genesis chapter 3, you naturally fall into this (Genesis 6). Many people, without knowing, visit fortune tellers or perform shamanistic rituals. Without being aware, they fall into the Nephilim. Without realizing it, they come under the influence of evil spirits.
  3. Genesis 11 – Tower of Babel
This is why people collapse like the Tower of Babel in Genesis chapter 11 today. In Genesis chapter 3, because the issue of “me” is touched, everything shakes. While you pray today, you must go to the level where you no longer need to worry about “me.” Why is that?
  4. Genesis 3 – 〔Me〕 – With (Triune God)
Because God is with us. Clearly, although invisible, the Triune God works spiritually by the Holy Spirit, so we enjoy something important. This is why the Bible says, “God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and in truth.” What is invisible is extremely important. If it becomes like this (Genesis 3, 6, 11), it collapses. Unbelievers—since they have not received salvation—must at least think. Right? That is why thought is most important. We say, “Why do you have no thought?” But for saved people, you must realize something else. If answers truly keep coming, you have no time to worry. Right? If sure evidence of God comes into your work, you have no reason to struggle. That’s something you do before the answer comes; but once it comes, why struggle? There is nothing but thanksgiving. You must absolutely have this strength.

▣ Main
Now, then how do we win?

1. Width, Height, Depth
We look at this distinctly. We see the width, height, and depth of God.

1) Transcending time and space
How wide is God? We cannot, but because God is spirit, He transcends time and space. If you do not know this, then worship becomes meaningless. At the time we worship today, spiritually, works that transcend time and space occur. Conversely, if you receive wounds in this direction, you become like this (Genesis 3, 6, 11). If you gain great strength, you become like this (width, height, depth), but if you lose strength, you become like this (Genesis 3, 6, 11). As you grow older, you must be careful. If you lose strength as you age, you will become like this (Genesis 3, 6, 11). But if you receive strength, you enjoy the blessing of God who transcends time and space.

2) What is supremely good
What is the height? God possesses what is supremely good. It surpasses human common sense. This is the width (transcending time and space) and the height (what is supremely good).

3) Absolute timetable
What is the depth? God absolutely has a timetable for us. This is why He tells us to pray. Today, especially on Sundays, do not worry about anything; enter into concentrated prayer. You must do this. Why? So you can discover this (Main 1). This answer is bound to come to you. Otherwise, you become the same as unbelievers. After being saved, you still follow your own thoughts, your own worries, your own standpoint—because the answer does not come. Without realizing it, you become like this (Genesis 3, 6, 11). It is frightening. This has continued from the past to now. What uses this (Genesis 3, 6, 11) is idolatry and religion. So no matter how weak you feel, do not be discouraged. No matter how sick you are, do not be discouraged. Begin this prayer (Main 1).

2. Above, Beside, Below
Now, then, there are also relationships with people. There are those above, beside, and below. Because we are people, we must keep this in mind.

1) Blessing
God blesses us from above, so we must view those above us with that perspective.

2) Answer
There are many beside us. These people are related to answers.

3) Future
Those below us—what are they? They are related to the future. Right? People only look at others’ faults, but there are important things: through the one above, God’s blessing is delivered; through the one beside, answers are confirmed; and through the one below, we see the future.

3. Life
What is even more important? There is a flow in our life.

1) Past – Platform
What must we do with the past? We must completely make it a platform. If a remnant says, “My family background is too bad, it’s difficult,” if they do not completely make it a platform, they will become the same. If your mother had spiritual sensations and you take it lightly, later you may become the same. (Wounds) Especially wounds—each person is slightly different, but wounds prevent spiritual growth. If you received a wound at age seven, when a spiritual problem comes, you return to age seven spiritually. That is what happens. That is why when a spiritual problem arises, a normal person suddenly becomes like a child. You must thoroughly discover blessing here. It is real. Otherwise, as you age, strangely, you return to the past. I did not receive wounds in childhood, but if you see certain things, it can become a wound: “Why must we be so poor, sick, powerless, and live like this?” I held firmly to the covenant with that. I decided to become a witness. Today, you must make that decision. Make the past completely into a platform of blessing.

2) Today (Future)
What is today? The future is inside today. If you receive grace during today’s worship, that becomes your future. If you are discouraged and shaken today, that becomes your future. This is why Sunday is extremely important. And biblically, it makes sense—“do nothing on the Sabbath”—meaning, experience this.

3) Future (Throne) – Eternity
What is our future? Through the blessing of the throne God gives, we see eternity. Once you receive this answer, things change. You will change your family, and you will change your field. It is certain.

▣ Conclusion

1. The Word
Then today you must confirm God’s Word. Unless you write down everything you heard in the sermon, you cannot remember. Even if you remember, you cannot memorize everything. Then what must you do? You must imprint today’s Word of God. It is okay even if you forget—it is different once it is imprinted. You must imprint, “What was confirmed today in God’s Word?” You must imprint what important message God has given today. Last week during the second service the message was “The one who sows to the Spirit.” This must be imprinted. You cannot memorize everything. Even when people worship every week, children cannot memorize everything. Yet during worship and during the Word, something gets imprinted. This is important.

2. Answer (Question)
Then throughout the six days, you come to have an answer to enjoy or a question to hold. I found myself asking: Why is the world church closing its doors? Why are the next generations collapsing and facing mental difficulties? As I asked those questions, answers came. You will have such things today.

3. Fulfillment
Then from this point on, you go to gatherings or to the field. Because I hold the answer, when I go to the field, I see fulfillment. This is when you gain strength.

4. Conclusion
Then after finishing one week and going to the core meeting where we gather worldwide, a conclusion comes. This is normal. There are remnants overseas who, despite being busy, listen to both the core message and the pulpit message. These people amazingly always win. And when they come to Sunday worship, they receive something different.

5. Evidence (Thanksgiving)
They hold to this evidence and give thanks. It is simple. Everything is included inside prayer. What prayer? The prayer in which you receive strength today. If you do not receive strength, no one can help you. You must receive the strength God gives today. There is no need to think about the past. The Bible says, “Believe that you have received what you asked for.” Long ago, I did not understand that. “How do I believe I received something I did not receive?” I did not understand it. “Believe that you have received what you asked for?” I do not know whether I will receive it or not. But then my eyes opened to God’s Word. Joseph believed and went forward, and not one answer failed to come. Right? When Moses did not believe and wandered, not one answer came, but when he believed and went forward, everything was answered. “Ah, that is what it means.” When speaking to Joshua about the land of Canaan, God did not say, “I will give it,” but “I have given it.” Today you must receive this grace. I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ that today will be the day when you receive answers that break down all disasters, all curses, and all diseases around you. Let us pray.

Prayer. Grant that Your power may come upon the families throughout the nation and world and upon the people of the Lord worshiping here today. Bless so that all past things become a platform. May today become the future, and may this be the beginning of the eternal blessing of the throne that comes into the future. Let the sick be healed during today’s worship, and let the kingdom of God come upon our field during today’s worship. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

Throne 24, 25, Eternity

Prayer Journal: November 14, 2025
27. Aug. 2024 237 Tuesday Disciple Training, Lecture 2
Scripture Reading: Isaiah 6:1-13

You don’t have to clap. If you force it, it’s tiring, right? And if you clap too zealously, it can look like North Korea. Let’s offer a round of applause of glory to our God. Hallelujah!

Newcomers often don’t know how to pray. If you understand why you should pray, you end up praying. To be honest, even church leaders are often not praying well. It’s hard to generalize, but if a few church leaders become people of prayer, the session will be completely different. If even one or two church leaders pray as in the Bible, the people around you cannot help but become like Gaius or like the couple Priscilla and Aquila. If pastors know the secret of prayer, there’s truly nothing to worry about. The Jews had set-times of prayer, yet they did not know the background of prayer nor what prayer is. So we must know what prayer actually is. Of course, we say, “Prayer is to God”—that’s right; but is there any religion that has no prayer? They all do. Therefore we must know the true substance of our prayer. Why should we pray? Where is the place where human destiny is decided? Who is the true subject that moves history? Once you know that, you understand how you must proceed. That is why Jesus explained for forty days. Knowing and doing this—this is prayer. Next time I will speak about revival; it will certainly happen. Now you must make a new start.

Introduction – Check (Assurance)
Then first we should check and have some assurance.

1. General blessings
Concerning the throne, the Bible also speaks in general terms. We should note these.
(1) King (1 Kings 10:18–21) – Why is it precious? Because in Scripture the seat on which the king sits is also called a throne. It is to enjoy this blessing. 1 Kings 10:18–21 calls it the place of the throne.
(2) Governor (Nehemiah 3:7) – In ancient times, Nehemiah 3:7 describes even the seat where the governor sat as a throne. It is that important a seat.
(3) Priest (1 Samuel 4:13) – In 1 Samuel 4:13 the seat on which the priest sat is also described as a throne. Isn’t that right? The seat you are enjoying is a throne.
(4) Honored guest (2 Kings 4:10) – In 2 Kings 4:10 even the seat for a special honored guest is called a throne. Scripture expresses it this way.

2. The true throne
But we know the true throne. This is more important.
(1) Where God is enthroned (Psalm 9:4; Isaiah 6:1) – It is where God is seated. If so, prayer is tremendous. To say that prayer moves the throne means you know prayer. Psalm 9:4. And in Isaiah 6:1, when God appeared to Isaiah, He first showed him the throne. He showed God seated in power on the throne and the angels.
(2) History (Isaiah 66:1; Matthew 5:34) – Whenever God surely works, He shows this aspect. Isaiah 66:1 shows the work of the God seated on the throne becoming present. Matthew 5:34 records likewise.
(3) The temple (Ezekiel 43:7) – And the power that comes upon the temple is said to be the power of the throne. Therefore worship is everything. Apart from this time, the power of the throne cannot come. Ezekiel 43:7. Such is the immense power of the true throne.

An incomparable background + an ever-present background + an eternal background
– Heavenly / Thronely / Eternally
Jesus explained this for forty days. The power of this throne is an incomparable background. There is no background greater than this. On the day we die—our destiny at the end of life—is decided at the throne and worked out from there. And this background is an ever-present background. So there is no need to worry further. It is an eternal background. Jesus did not explain a blessing that appears and disappears; He explained this for forty days. This includes all. So we use the words Heavenly , Thronely , and Eternally . I heard someone say “Eternally” is an incorrect word, and that someone got scolded by a linguistics expert. As you know, “eternal” is an adjective; add “-ly” and it becomes an adverb; then a verb should follow. If it’s used poetically in song with “-ly,” the action can be implied without being stated. We chose to use them together like this. More importantly, when you enter a tremendous spiritual stage, we can even coin words. Isn’t that so? A poet creates. In calligraphy, those who don’t know just scribble. Those trained write in established styles. But those who have gone higher write freely as they please. It’s that level. Music is the same. I showed a composition; our expert Jin-Uk Jung said, “This key doesn’t match.” Of course—he’s a pro. He’s the one who balances everything backstage when the (formerly) city choir conducted by Maestro Myung-Whun Chung performs. That’s his level. He listened and said, “The key center doesn’t quite fit.” Exceptionally outstanding people can do such things. So last year I entrusted him with our piece. We auditioned submissions this year, but the lyrics didn’t match; though the melodies were all good. We were in a rush, so I asked Jin-Uk to compose within a week; he delivered in less than three days. That’s the song we’re singing now. I’ve digressed explaining this far.

3. The believer’s crisis
More importantly, when a believer faces crisis, this aspect is always present and also recorded.
(1) Isaiah 6:1 – When Israel faced a great crisis, God seated on the throne explained to Isaiah.
(2) Acts 7:54–60 – In Acts 7, with one message Stephen left an eternal answer. At that scene, the Lord Jesus stood at the right hand of the throne—this is the weight of our background.
(3) Revelation 8:3–5 – In Revelation 8 the Apostle John met an extreme situation. Imagine being isolated alone on a rocky island—what a circumstance. At that time, God seated on the throne appeared. He showed that all your prayers are stored in bowls. He showed that those who carry them are not ordinary people but the Lord’s angels. It’s a tremendous realm. That is prayer. Prayer is everything.

Main – Enjoy prayer completely
Therefore, what must we teach the saints? And what must you also do? Enjoy prayer completely. Enjoy it to the point of overcoming everything. Enjoy that which cannot help but be answered.
How do we “enjoy”? We know this well, but knowing this background, works are happening even now. If you know: ① Within me —what you must most enjoy is the power of the throne coming upon me, 24 . Just enjoy this. In my case, I don’t have fixed-hour prayer now; I just pray. I used to pray at set times, but I couldn’t keep it well. I don’t always rise at the same time; trying to fit prayers in between made prayer feel like a burden. If prayer becomes a burden to me, isn’t that wrong? It must be the happiest thing. And remember: this is the field standard . ② Upon the field —it must be the journey of the throne coming upon the field. We call this 25 , and we confirm it. It’s prayer. It’s real. You wait for God’s working. Once you taste it, it is uncommon happiness and uncommon power. You will come to know it. You will see your disciples, your church, and our evangelism teams carrying out world evangelization before your eyes. And then, what is it? It comes upon the church . ③ It becomes the guidepost of the throne coming upon the church. I will speak about this in the second hour. This is that “it cannot help but happen.” This is eternity . We must teach this.

1. The power of the throne coming upon me – 24

1) Spirit
24—the Triune God works by the Spirit . So it is exact. “God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” This is prayer that enjoys the throne.

2) The work of the kingdom
And what is it? God comes to me by the work of His kingdom . Within me—remember this.

3) Three destinies
It is power that overturns the three destinies . What three? Your past, today, and future do not disappear. We often have more problems; then our past problems, today’s problems, tomorrow’s problems—these cannot be removed by us. Only the power of the throne removes them. Enjoy this by prayer.

4) Five strengths – 300%
To enjoy with the five strengths so that it becomes 300% —that is prayer. Throne-prayer: I will explain shortly in the next session.

5) The ruler of the air
More important—the Satan . We don’t merely “win.” We overcome the ruler of the power of the air .

6) CVDIP
From then on, CVDIP —to see the future in advance—becomes visible. This comes upon me. Then you need not worry, “What should I do going forward?” Joseph was working as a slave, but this answer came upon him. That’s enough. Prison is a hard place, but there this power came upon him—upon Joseph personally. The trait of this is that others will come to perceive it, but at first no one knows .

7) Three courtyards
And at last, three courtyards are established—in your person, home, industry, and church across the world. Not just any courts. When these are formed across the world, we call that missions . We must enjoy this prayer.

2. The journey of the throne coming upon the field – 25
Now when this power comes upon me and I go on the journey, it cannot be done without the power of the throne. This is then the journey .

1) Three roads
There are three roads by which this Spirit comes. Do not miss them: fulfillment of the Word , answers to prayer , and the work of salvation . Follow these. These three are being accomplished even now—surely fulfilled. Can we miss this? To “wait” means to see this.

2) Footing of the throne
At this time, what emerges for us? The footing of the throne is formed. These are the ten footings .

3) Secret of the throne
The secret of the throne appears in the field—these are the ten secrets .

4) Assurance of the throne
The assurance that descends from the throne appears. Not merely assurance— the background of the throne . Simply put, God gives it .

5) Flow of the throne
And what then? There is no need to fight at all, nor to be discouraged. It is the flow of the throne . With this, overturn the flow. Wait.

6) Answer for life
Then what arises? What is the greatest mission I can receive and give? Especially, what is most important for pastors—what must I receive and pass on? It is this sixth point: the answer for a lifetime . “I met a pastor and found the answer for life”—that is normal. The biggest problem in the church now is that elites and capable people do not find answers from the pulpit but go outside to find them. That is the problem. No— we must receive the answer from the throne and rule the world ; otherwise we can only follow the world. They don’t say it, but they suffer. They excuse it as “the church doesn’t fit me,” or “the church level is low,” but those are excuses, not answers. We truly must do this. It’s not the same old talk. We go step by step.

7) Throne-camp
Then what? Every field of yours is a camp of the throne . Not just any camp. Unbelievers also run “camps,” but camp is originally a biblical term—going forth to shine the light . Go like this.

3. The guidepost of the throne coming upon the church – Eternity
From now—though I will speak more next time, I will introduce only the title—you must now make important guideposts . What guideposts?

1) John 19:30
John 19:30— make this . “It is finished.” Yet we are looking for something else. If Christ really is not your answer, you wander here and there. If Christ really doesn’t help you, why wander so with theology? Theology exists to live the Christian life well. Theology exists to explain Scripture well. Scripture exists to explain the gospel. If you cannot get the answer there, it’s a problem. Settle the answer early. As for me, how did I settle it? “It is finished” yet there are problems— that is the blessing . I’m sorry to say, all those answers came. Truly. Our family had no ability—we were poor, sick— all of that came to me as answer. In one church I saw such humanism at work—I found all my answers there. In another church the elders were so overbearing— they will all collapse —I found my answers there. In another church the pastors did whatever they pleased—I found my answers there. Why? Because it is finished ; and when I’m shown what is not good, that itself is the answer . If there is a lock, then there is a key. Is there any lock in the world with no key? You begin to see this.

2) Acts 1:1–8
Next, what guidepost do we make? The absolute mission —Mount of Olives, the absolute experience .

3) Acts 2:1–47
Here we see everything. The Mark’s upper room —everything starts there. There’s nothing more to seek.

4) Acts 11:19
Then what? Antioch appears—not just any Antioch, but those who were scattered gathered. Not just any scattered people—those scattered because of Stephen’s event. That settles it. Let’s take a short break and continue next hour. The next hour relates to revival , because we must save .

5) Acts 13:1–4
Something very, very important—Acts 13:1–4. Do everything like this. Start here. The guidance of the Holy Spirit. Do all professions like this. Do every field like this. Do every camp like this. Do all missions like this. It is certain. No matter how smart or accomplished, because we are in God’s Word, we must follow the Word. Yet, unexpectedly many do not receive the Spirit’s guidance; they receive the guidance of their own thoughts . Unexpectedly, many elders—precious people—keep receiving other guidance. We must receive the guidance of the Holy Spirit. The precious Remnants must be led by the Spirit; if they receive other guidance, it cannot be. What is the best way to be led? We do not know. Young adults ask me to officiate their weddings; some say, “I will wait for any date you choose, Pastor.” Then I feel burdened, right? Without realizing, I schedule them first. The best Christian life is: “I will go by God’s guidance.” “I will stop until God gives a sure answer.” Then nothing can stop you. Paul did this—he held on even with fasting. Because it was the first mission field, the Spirit worked completely— work, place, people . Many don’t do this. It’s truly regrettable. If you just receive guidance once, you can keep going; but if you go the wrong way in the opposite direction, you keep going—and the farther you go, the greater the loss.

6) Acts 16:6–10
What then? We always need renewal and turning points . So God entrusted Macedonia to Paul—in fact, He entrusted everything. This is our guidepost.

7) Acts 19:1–7
And what? Going to Rome is important, but more important is this: simply put, he experienced all the works that had taken place at Calvary / Mount of Olives / Mark’s upper room . He could not but win.

Conclusion: The Throne
Now, what happens when you go with the throne ? What happens when you enjoy this blessing? Exactly one thing— this happens.

1. Exodus 14:19
The angel of the LORD went before Moses—and not only that—the angel of the LORD went behind Moses; front and back, left and right . When a foreign president visits, it’s important—he must not be harmed—so he’s guarded front and back. Guarding only one side won’t do. He is guarded on all sides. If a president visits and dies in an accident, that’s no small problem. Right? On your journey, God sends His angel before and behind. You may not believe, but you must believe. If you don’t, you say absurd things: “It would be better to go back to Egypt than die in the wilderness.” Ninety percent agreed with such nonsense; all the people trembled. Why were they shaken by such words? “We chose the wrong leader”—they grumbled against Moses. They agreed. It’s lamentable. If even one person were clear-headed, they wouldn’t do that. Even without faith, if at least one righteous person stood up: “Even if we die here, our descendants must step on our backs and go to Canaan!” But they said, “Isn’t it better to eat a little and die in Egypt than to die here?”—hard to answer that. There are many such church members; it’s truly lamentable. Raise disciples. Disciples who follow God’s Word —not a pastor. Disciples who follow the Word. Is there really so much problem? Those who have never done evangelism or missions can never accomplish world evangelization in a single church. Remember this.

2. Psalm 103:20–22
Look at David. To David who enjoyed the power of the throne, this happened: “You His angels, mighty in strength , who perform His word… bless the LORD… all you His hosts… all you works of His in all places of His dominion—bless the LORD.” Indeed. Things like this—other things—happen. If you truly believe now, as you sit in this important seat and offer this important Lord’s Day worship, when you hold the important covenant this happens. Only believers don’t believe; but Scripture says so. Pastors and elders don’t believe; but Scripture says so. Why don’t they believe? Because they cannot see it. If you will not believe what is unseen, what then? You might as well pull out your mind and soul—because they’re unseen. If you deny the unseen at that level, humans will live like beasts. Beasts do that.

3. 2 Kings 19:35
“That night”— this night —when King Hezekiah faced the wall and prayed. Why the wall? Scripture says so—because it cannot be done looking at people. “That night”—that is, at the time Hezekiah prayed—God sent His angel . Simply put, He sent the angel who “takes lives”—the same angel who will bring us home. He sent the angel, and he took all their lives.

4. Daniel 10:10–20
When Daniel prayed—during his 21-day set prayer—the archangel later said, after fighting and overcoming the resisting powers, “From the first day you set your heart to pray, I was sent .” Once you begin, you are sent. These are spiritual matters.

5. Acts 1:11
Even see Acts 1:11—an important scene. As they came down from the Mount of Olives—now something must begin. At that time, the men in white said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into the sky?”—at the time Jesus ascended. “What is this?” “This Jesus whom you saw will come in the same way .” They planted assurance.

6. Acts 12:1–25
Acts 12:1–25— at such a time . You’re not here to earn money, right? You’re not here to seek votes by politics, right? You came here to find the Word in order to carry out world evangelization. We came to unite our strength in prayer. At that time , God sent His angel. He even took Herod away—the ringleader of persecution. Such things also happen.

7. Acts 27:24
A familiar passage—when they were about to die in the storm; 276 lives faced death. God sent His angel . Right? “The angel of the God to whom I belong and whom I serve stood beside me .” Why? Not because of 276 people. Even if there were 2,000 on board, it wouldn’t be because of that. Not “because of Paul,” either—pastors can die when it’s time. Why then? “ Do not be afraid, Paul; you must stand before Caesar .” As long as your mission remains, there is no problem. As long as there remains the work of preaching the gospel. “The 5,000 tribes” is not a word anyone can casually use. Because you can do it, God makes us understand. Because this is a place where multiethnic peoples can gather, God speaks.

I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ: may the mission to restore prayer and to restore others to prayer arise in you. Let’s rest ten minutes and then speak about what true revival is—we need to discuss it. A ten-minute break.

Called to Save

1 Thessalonians 5:12-15. Now we ask you, brothers and sisters, to acknowledge those who work hard among you, who care for you in the Lord and who admonish you. 13 Hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work. Live in peace with each other. 14 And we urge you, brothers and sisters, warn those who are idle and disruptive, encourage the disheartened, help the weak, be patient with everyone. 15 Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always strive to do what is good for each other and for everyone else.

Every circumstance in life is a blessing from God for those who belong to Christ Jesus. Because of this, we walk by faith, not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7). God has called us to live for the gospel—the power of God that saves—and through it, He reveals His righteousness that comes by faith (Romans 1:17).

As we enjoy the gospel in our daily lives, God will begin to heal and restore those around us—our families, our church, and even the field of our everyday living. When we see our families through the lens of the gospel, we begin to understand that each difficulty and relationship is an opportunity to manifest Christ’s love and His power to heal. The restoration of our homes begins when we take small, deliberate steps to bless, forgive, and yield to one another in love.

We are also called to save and restore the church. Sadly, many have grown weary or even wounded by the church. Yet God’s heart is to renew His church so that His glory may shine once again. When Christ is exalted as the center of the church, the gates of hell will not prevail against it (Matthew 16:18).

Stand firm in faith and not in unbelief. Become a source of joy and strength to your pastor and your congregation. Let your life become a model of the gospel, prayer, and evangelism for the next generation.

God has given you a heavenly mandate in His plan. Wherever you are—at home, in your workplace, in your community—you are the light of the kingdom of God. Every encounter and every relationship is a divine appointment prepared by Him.

So, bring hope in Christ to those around you. Encourage the weary, strengthen the weak, and pray for everyone entrusted to your care. As you do, you will see your field come alive with the power of the gospel. You will realize that the very place you stand is your mission field, and through you, God will save your family, your church, and your world.

Prayer. Lord, I thank You for the privilege of worship and prayer. Thank You for revealing Your righteousness through the gospel of Christ. Help me choose faith over unbelief in every situation today. Let me become Your instrument to restore my family, strengthen my church, and bring Your salvation to the world. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Christ 24, 25, Eternity

Prayer Journal: November 13, 2025
27. Aug. 2024 237 Tuesday Disciple Training, Lecture 1
Scripture Reading: Hebrews 13:8

From Caesarea Philippi to Rome, we are confirming the covenantal flow. Among these, today I will imprint a few things that we must surely engrave in ourselves and in our disciples. The most important word, the word we must most deeply imprint, is “Christ.” Most people think they know the word “Christ” because they attend church. When Joseph confessed the covenant, what did his brothers say? They called him arrogant and said his character was bad. When David said he would fight Goliath, his brothers said the same thing: “You’ve been arrogant from the beginning.” Then consider Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego—when the king’s command came, they refused it. They faced a death sentence. Were those three men arrogant? The biggest reason the Pharisees persecuted the early church was that they preached the gospel; but when they held to “only Christ,” the Pharisees said they were wrong. Were they wrong? You all “know” Christ. The devil knows even better; precisely because he knows, his goal is to confuse you so that you won’t truly know. It makes no sense for Christians to not truly know Christ. This must become 24/25/eternity. Then every problem will truly be resolved. There is no way answers won’t come. But this (24/25/eternity) is what is not happening. Paul had a reason he could be used. “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever”—you cannot help but be used. So, when you read Romans 16 where Paul wrote, he introduces person after person; and for every single one he adds—almost tiresomely—“in Christ.” He never just lists a name without that nuance. He could have simply said, “Esther in Christ,” and then moved on to just the next person’s name, but he keeps repeating “so-and-so in Christ.” This is different. If we do not form our congregation like this, we will surely fail. How simple and good this is—and yet how often we miss it.

▣ Introduction

1. Christians who lost Christ
So you must check this: there are actually many Christians who have lost hold of Christ. Let me give a few examples.

(1) The Jews (Acts 4:1–12) – Especially the Jews. They had no choice but to be struck by disaster—from the slavery in Moses’ time all the way to 1948—because among them were those who possessed the gospel, and God had to drive them to that point. To what extent did it go? When the name “Christ” was mentioned, they grew furious—without even knowing why. Acts 4 records the evidence: they put Peter on trial—supposedly because a man lame from birth was healed. Does that make sense? He wasn’t tried because of the healing; they were forbidding the mention of Christ. Even in court they said, “Never speak of Christ again.” Who told them to say that? Not the king. The high priest? I believe Satan did. It’s terrifying. Then Peter said, “There is no other name under heaven given to man by which we must be saved.” He spoke too boldly. So the officials remarked, “Aren’t these uneducated fishermen? Something has changed.” They missed the point. We think we know Christ—of course our minds must first know—but in reality many do not truly know.

(2) Peter’s associates (Acts 11:1–18) – Look at the brothers around Peter. They said absurd things. Many church people say absurd things. Don’t go to church and talk absurdities. What happened? Salvation arose in Cornelius’s house; the Holy Spirit came; Peter ate a meal there. They quarreled with him over that, because Jewish law said not to associate with Gentiles. If it were me I might have said, “Are you crazy? Didn’t Jesus command us to the ends of the earth?” Peter instead explained, “In a vision the Lord told me to go; they believed and were saved—how could I refuse? They served me a meal, so I ate.” Beneath this is the same mindset as Jonah’s: “I won’t preach in Nineveh—if I do, they’ll repent, and I don’t want to see that.” The same idea. Why eat there? And then, in Acts 11:19, those scattered because of Stephen—this became the Antioch church. Personally, I see the lampstand being moved. Without Christ, the lampstand is moved. Know this. No matter how great the theology or learning, church members need the gospel. Without the gospel’s moving and wonder, church members die. Remember this. We are in an important timetable; don’t miss it.

(3) The medieval church (John 2:1–11) – The medieval church was still “church,” having grown out of the early church. But was Christ there? No. In John 2:1–11 Jesus attended the wedding at Cana; when the wine ran out and trouble came, Mary—Jesus’ mother and a sound believer who knew He was conceived by the Holy Spirit—asked Him. Knowing that if she asked, He would act. On that basis the medieval church insisted we must pray in Mary’s name, since Jesus performed His first miracle at her request. Does that make sense? It went further: in the medieval church, Mary functionally became “lord”—in art and culture Christ is small below and Mary is exalted. Thus, on the same continent, South America fell under a curse while North America saw revival; because the gospel was proclaimed in the North, and Mary was proclaimed in much of the South. In Russia too, Mary is centered. I would ask any well-trained priest: why? Where is Christ? They made culture and music centered on Mary. That was the medieval church.

(4) The 237 nations (museums) – I’ve visited many of the great powers among the 237 nations. I used to go first to the museums—like the Pushkin in Russia, the Louvre in France—same story: everything centered on Mary. Nobody coordinated that; yet Russia and France look the same. Satan has no “made in USA” or “made in Japan”; the pattern is the same. As evangelists you must have eyes to see and imprint the congregation properly. Don’t be theologically wrong, but also know: people don’t live the Christian life because they studied much theology. Whatever your gifts emphasize, nothing may be above Christ.

(5) The 5,000 tribes (Nephilim) – Globally among the 5,000 tribes we haven’t visited, but we can sense it: it is rife with Nephilim culture. So we must carefully watch the missionaries evangelizing the 5,000 tribes and support them in prayer. The headquarters must help in a better way. Missions isn’t “support when we feel good, drop when we don’t,” nor swaying with church mood. Missions is far more. I saw this in Korea: while we lived in huts, a large mission house in the village sustained the whole town—boiling corn into gruel for us, ladling milk into bowls because we had none. Now I realize: we have made missions too light and strange. We say “the Japanese church is weak,” but not necessarily; in Japan, upon ordination, the pastor assumes total responsibility, and they don’t ordain lightly. In some respects their standard is higher. Numbers may be small, but that’s not the measure. Korean baseball players go to Japan to learn and earn; Japanese players do not come here to learn. Think carefully.

2. The Answer
Therefore the answer must be Christ.
(1) Need nothing else (John 19:30) – Those who truly have the answer of Christ do not “need” everything else, because they know they already have all. “It is finished.” Many ruin themselves because they are restless for what they “need.” Evangelists and pastors must not do that. We must prepare 300% and move 300%. Later in Lecture 2 I will explain that phrase. It is written: “It is finished.” For example, I told our elders: “Build as offerings come in; nothing special—if about 70 billion won comes, do that much.” Our elders said, “No, it must exceed 100 billion,” but that’s not the point. If Christ is not the answer, we die. History gives proof—though not always immediately visible. Did the medieval church that had its greatest outward ‘boom’ actually preach the gospel? On the contrary, they opposed Christ.

(2) Nothing else should be seen (Matthew 17:1–9) – Elijah needed? Moses needed? If so, you have not been saved. Only Christ must remain. Because they could not grasp this, the global church is sinking into darkness. Do memories of your hardest days bother you? Lingering problems? What should you do? I discovered this: our nation and my home were simply under darkness; Korea itself was under darkness. Africa needs light. The great powers are under darkness. The answer is Christ. Thus we must have true thanksgiving and a real evangelism movement must arise in the church.

(3) No religious insistence (Matthew 16:13–20) – Stop insisting on religious things in church—that kills. At Caesarea Philippi Jesus asked not for a poll, but because after three years of training He needed to see what His disciples had grasped. When He asked, “Who do people say I am?” the disciples answered—and that answer revealed their own faith: “John the Baptist… Elijah… Jeremiah… one of the prophets.” That was their confession! Then Jesus asked, “But who do you say that I am?” Most could not answer. Peter’s confession is astounding: “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah; this was revealed by my Father in heaven. You are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church; the gates of Hades shall not overcome it. I give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven.” This does not change; it continues even now. This is not about “doing something”—it is that nothing else should be seen.

3. Romans 16
So, as noted, in Romans 16 Paul introduces everyone as “in Christ.”
(1) 3 concentrations – With what Christ gave, we carry out the three concentrations. If we do, something is formed; because this is not happening, answers lag.

(2) 3 settings – If we truly do the three concentrations with what Christ gave, three settings are established. This is true in Lecture 2 as well—God has given you something special to save the congregation; you must do it.
(3) 3 answers – And we go with three answers.

King/prophet/priest – the way, the truth, and the life; Philippians 3:21
Then, what answer must we draw early? “Christ” means “the Anointed One”: the true King, the true Prophet, the true Priest. Jesus Himself said He is the way to the Triune God—the word “Christ” means the way, the truth, and the life. “No one comes to the Father except through me.” We can say clearly to religionists: “There is no other.” You cannot solve your problem by cultivating your way—dangerous self-deception. When evil spirits enter, people think they have attained—but they have not. Even a monk of great discipline may gain phenomena—that is not the answer. In the book published at the death of the renowned Seongcheol, the first line of the foreword was, “Why did I choose Buddhism?” The next: “Because I could not find the way.” The third: “If I find the way, I will leave Buddhism.” He even mentioned Satan: “Shakyamuni was a disciple of Satan.” It’s in the book—check it. So Paul not only held the answer in Christ but held the proof: “At the name of Jesus every knee bows”—all things obey His name.

From this introduction, you must truly seize the answer, and the saints must find it. We must now enter a sober time to receive true answers—your members must live. Many events are God shaking to separate. If trials come to your church, do not worry—God is distinguishing.

▣ Main – John 14:14 (prayer)
By what shall we do this? Jesus left one crucial word: We are not saved now by slaughtering lambs and offering blood—that was a symbol pointing to the covenant. Now He says, “Pray in my name.” God-given name. John 14 records it clearly. “Pray in my name; do not slaughter lambs or oxen; pray in my name. Do not perform shamanistic rites to defeat Satan—you cannot. Pray in my name.” A tremendous message. I was shocked and said, “Ah—then everything truly ends in Christ.” Then it must truly end. Pastors who served with me can attest: I did not micromanage, nor say “Use this person.” God takes 100% responsibility and carries it forward. What are we? Those who shine light to people dying in darkness. Why don’t we? Because we have so much—ironically that prevents us. The Jews boasted: “We defeated Egypt and Philistia; we are God’s children”—but stripped out the substance.

Look also at the medieval church—tremendous power, but they thought it was the gospel when it was not. After Rome made Christianity the state religion, the world was in upheaval. Kings now “had” to believe; whether they truly did or not, they had to attend worship. Where would the king attend? Wherever he went, chaos followed: thus the pope stood at the center, clashing with kings. Where is Christ in that? With such power, if a king attended a church, business magnates flocked there. Cathedrals went up easily—“Let’s build here”—and massive shrines were raised, thought to be “answers.” They removed Christ. If Christ is removed, the church inevitably falls into darkness. Then world evangelization is impossible. So “pray in my name” is explosive—an answer, yet to the Jew it sounded insane. But the proof stands: as the name of Jesus Christ was proclaimed worldwide, the medieval church eventually knelt. God openly blessed the nations that preached Jesus Christ—above all, the United States. America became proud, forgetting God’s blessing, but God poured so much that Europe combined cannot match it. Officially the US still sends the most missionaries. Some even observed that as missionary-sending increased, so did GNP.

1. By status
First, enjoy Christ by your status.

1) John 1:11–12
He came as the light; let this light come into you. “To all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.”

2) Matthew 5:13–16
Jesus did not say, “Become the light”; He said, “You are the light of the world.” Because you believe, you are light. Do not lose this. You are those who shine the light.

3) 1 Peter 2:9
More: you were called to proclaim that light. The whole world lies in darkness—often in proportion to its “prosperity.” Evidence? The richest, strongest nation has the most mental illness. The earth can change at any time. By status.

2. By authority
More important: by authority—the authority of God’s child. Pastors have authority to bless and heal. Deuteronomy 21:5 shows three given to the Levitical priests: the authority to bless, to judge, and to officiate worship. You have authority. What authority?

1) Acts 3:1–12
“In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk.” Peter added the more important word: “Silver and gold I do not have”—not meaning he couldn’t give coins, but “That is not what you need. Even if you get coins, you remain lame. I will give what you truly need—in the name of Jesus Christ, walk.” This is prayer that uses authority. Jesus taught and concluded with prayer.

2) Acts 4:12
“There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” The name of Christ.

3) Acts 8:4–8
They proclaimed Christ intensively, and the people gave undivided attention—works arose. In your fields and from your pulpits, if you deliver with one heart and your people hear with one heart, destinies are overturned. If you worship properly on Sunday, even bodily illnesses can be healed—I have reasons for this. God may have purposes in affliction (Paul was ill), but living namelessly under constant sickness is not ideal. Be strong—it is more God’s will that you be strong to preach. He gives much grace in weakness, but that is for root-healing, not the norm. Nothing else will do.

4) Acts 16:16–18
“In the name of Jesus Christ I command you: come out!” Immediately it left. Of course. He gave us such a crucial thing.

5) Philippians 3:21
“By the power that enables him to bring everything under his control.” Not only demons; all darkness, disease, disasters, and even your anxious future—under the name of Jesus Christ.

3. By life
Not only this—enjoy Christ by status and authority, and by life. In a sense, this is even more important. How?

1) 24 (enjoyment)
24—enjoyment. Nothing is greater. There are two lifelines in prayer; here we enjoy the power of life. To our Remnants we must explain: prayer-happiness 24 surely revives me; prayer-power 25 revives the field; prayer-completion eternity surely saves the world. With this, create 300% “works” that save the age.

2) 25 (waiting) – the whole covenant
When you build works holding the covenant, this becomes an eternal secret. Wait for 25… See the whole Bible—the whole covenant. Joseph did not “just wait.” He waited enjoying the covenant and receiving blessing in it. He did not file an application to meet the prime minister; the king summoned him. It surely comes. Church members miss this. Without enjoyment, waiting is impossible; with enjoyment, waiting is natural. If you have hope, you can endure; without hope, endurance is impossible. When hope is sure, even waiting becomes happy. (If someone promised you ten trillion won for one year in prison, you’d go gladly.) The entire Bible is like this. This is what Jesus meant by the kingdom of God—enjoy Christ as 25; wait. Since this fills Scripture, I won’t elaborate more. Abraham waited 25 years; Joseph about 10+; David around 20 between Goliath and kingship—and they waited receiving answers.

3) Eternity (future)
Eternity—this speaks of the future, sustained into eternity. Many key verses:
(1) John 14:16, 26; 16:13 – “He will be with you forever”; “He will teach you all things”; “He will tell you what is to come.”
(2) Joel 2:28 – “I will pour out my Spirit on all people… your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.” Future.
(3) Acts 2:17–18 – Fulfilled and unfolding.
Even now these answers continue. Be in prayer, not just in thought. Animals live by instinct; humans by thought; but evangelists live in prayer. Thought can be dangerous. Enjoying Christ in this way does not merely save me; we must go beyond “I must live.” In Lecture 3 you will see: if you do just one thing properly, there is no need to worry about the church. Elders live in the world and their concerns are not “wrong,” but they are not the criterion. Our criterion is not “making a living,” nor “How to manage the church?” People will come. You must hold and communicate this so that all saints conclude, “We just follow the Word.” How? Not by reading the 66 books a hundred times and memorizing, but by holding the Word God is fulfilling now for me and for our church.

▣ Conclusion: The age / the church / me
How is Christ working now? This is crucial. How is the message of salvation being fulfilled in this age, in our church, and in me? You must check. When a car breaks, it must be serviced; nowadays even without a breakdown you get regular inspections. At least check this: how is the gospel being fulfilled in this age? What is the flow in our church? It’s not about “right or wrong”—there surely is a flow; find it. Where am I in it? Find that too. Where am I now? I used to be at a level where I couldn’t even give offerings; then I set my heart, and works arose. Where am I in evangelism now? Many say, “I don’t go to the field”—that’s an honest reflection. When churches grow, pastors should stop running everywhere and instead raise disciples who go—this is the “field.” We look to the 5,000 tribes; that is our evangelism field. Going in person is the conclusion and confirmation. Remember this.
So let me conclude again: people do not know who Christ is.

1. The Christ from eternity past
He is the Christ from eternity past. Without this, you will speak as the Jews did and remain bound to your past. In John 8:56 Jesus said, “Abraham rejoiced to see my day.” They could not understand—that the Triune God existed before us. “How old are you, then?” They missed it.

2. The incarnate Christ
This God, the Christ, came in the flesh to save humans—if He were to save dogs, He would have come as a dog; to save people, He came as a man.

3. The risen Christ
As proof He is the Christ, He died and rose as the Scriptures promised. Meaning: He is working now. When we pray in His name, darkness trembles; disasters depart. Why cling to other things and keep suffering? Only Christ—this is real. Study history. If you don’t grasp this, you cannot come out of darkness. The Jews kept pushing the law and drove the whole nation deeper into darkness—this is verified.

4. The returning Lord Christ
He will come again as the Lord of the Second Advent; every king will bow.

5. The Judge Christ
He is also the Judge. When you hold this word, great things happen. With this covenant, Satan is bound; he cannot touch you; sin, curses, and disasters depart. This must be overcome—and then the kingdom of God comes. This is it.

Today, all day in prayer, may you truly enjoy the blessing of healing, summit, and the opening of 237–5,000 tribes. I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ. I will pray.

Prayer. We give thanks and glory to God. We give glory to the God who gave us Christ. Thank You for the grace to know the mystery of Christ. By this name, let all darkness be overthrown. By this name, let the church be revived. Grant the power to save churches around the world. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

Communication of the Past, Present, and Future and the Answer of 25

2023.10.01 District Message
Scripture Reading: Acts 18:1-4, Romans 16:1-27

Acts 18:1–4 (lifelong)
This is the field of the meeting between the couple Priscilla and Aquila and Paul. We tend to think only according to what we see. But God leads you with the answer for your entire life already prepared.

Romans 16:1–27 (eternal)
In Romans 16:1–27, we may simply “do ministry,” but God views you and your ministry as connected to what is eternal.

Therefore, our past, present, and future are very important. This communication and the 25 answers have been given to you.

▣ Introduction: [God’s preconception]
We all have preconceptions. Because we have them, we judge and choose with them.
[先入見] Preconception means something that has “entered beforehand.” That becomes a problem.
[Before in View of God] If writing for non-Koreans: “before” means something already out in front; it has now entered us and becomes our view—our “me.” In a sense this is everything. Even when you hear today’s sermon or pray, you view it by the standard of what has already entered you. Sometimes this (preconception) becomes the problem—you cannot see beyond it.
So we must have God’s preconception. This is crucial. God desires to bless you. Look with that eye. God is blessing you to enjoy the future of world evangelization. When we look at a person, we quickly say, “He’s wrong,” and stop there. Then your prayer is in vain. God wants to change and bless that person. With that eye many things become visible; with that eye you see correctly. God is blessing your paths with important plans. With that eye you must look. To those of you advanced in years, God is blessing you to enjoy what is His in your remaining life. This (introduction) is the whole answer.
At a glance, many Christians seem no different from unbelievers—we judge lightly, “That person is like this, that person is like that.” God is not like that. God wants to change you, bless you, and use you to save others. This is God’s preconception. With that, view the past, present, and future.

This is extremely important. Among the elderly there are youthful people; among the young there are the aged. The criterion is not the face; it is that this (preconception) becomes hardened within. When teaching Remnants, do not teach by your level. Remnants must live when you are not there; teach them by viewing the age. Even if many problems have come to you, God has a tremendous plan within them. If you lose this (introduction), your prayer is in vain. What you do is meaningless. We need God’s view—not my preconception, but the saving preconception of God that seeks to save. Even some wise unbelievers say, “A person changes more than twelve times.” God is blessing you with a very important plan. Always look with that eye.

▣ Main
1. The past (a platform)
What is our past—and the past of many? In one word, the past is not a scar but a platform.

2. Today
What is our today? In reality there are many problems, difficulties, conflicts, and crises. In a way, our today can be viewed as the future.

3. The future – the throne
Our future can easily feel anxious. But our future is to enjoy the blessing of the throne of God.

2. Today (past, future, eternity)
In fact, our today contains the past, the future, and the eternal. Upon what platform shall we build it?

1. The past (a platform)
(1) Genesis 3, 6, 11 (the hidden background)
We can easily fall into Genesis 3, 6, and 11 regarding the past.

(2) Scars
We also end up carrying scars. Genesis 3, 6, and 11 are a hidden background, so people do not realize it. Suppose you have a family. Is it helpful if your husband revolves around you—or your wife around you? Anyone with a bit of sense recognizes that when you center on the other person, it benefits you. Is it better to act by my thoughts, or by God’s thoughts? The results are immense. Left unchecked, I think only centered on myself—falling into the terrifying Genesis 3, 6, and 11. Remember this well.

This applies to ministers too. Is it better to think centered on myself—or on the congregation? Even by calculation alone, centering on the congregation benefits me. At work, many ask, “What benefit do I get?”—that is a loss. Such a person is unnecessary to the company. Ask, “How can I benefit the company?”—then I live. I always say this: either have great faith, or a good mind, or good choices—at least one. If you lack faith, lack sense, and have a foul temper—this “trinity” harms others. Either have true faith or realize rightly. If centered on “me,” only scars remain—no thanksgiving. And Satan targets that.

(3) Family line
God wants all these things in your family line to become a platform for blessing. This is God’s preconception. It becomes very important.

2. Today (past, future, eternity)
(1) Problem – answer
As often said: problems are not matters for worry; they are God’s plan to lead us to the answer.

(2) Conflict – renewal
Recurring conflicts are God’s blessing to lift you a level—today is for renewal.

(3) Crisis – opportunity
Crisis is God’s amazing blessing to grant opportunity. Someone once said, “Crisis is opportunity.” The principle is right: God desires to bless us in this way (main 2).

Always, in work and in viewing people, throw away my preconception. Everyone has them—about “so-and-so,” about this elder or that person. Then when a problem comes, you interpret it only by your own lens—causing immense trouble.

Helen Keller’s main problem was not herself but her parents. The greatest obstacle to her healing was her parents’ preconception: “She cannot.” But Teacher Anne Sullivan said otherwise: “She can—because I did, by God’s power.”

Such preconceptions make tremendous differences and create different paths. Though our future seems anxious, it is not. God has prepared this (the throne) blessing for you. Believe firmly.

3. The future – [the throne]

(1) The kingdom of God
The kingdom of God has come upon you. This is your future. Going to the kingdom later is another story; for now, the kingdom has come.

(2) The work of the kingdom of God
After it comes upon me, it comes upon my work. “The LORD was with Joseph”—that is the kingdom. “Whatever he did, the LORD made it prosper”—that is the work of the kingdom.

(3) Throne-ization
Thus we enjoy the blessing of throne-ization. To enjoy the gospel, I must be gospel-ized; to save the world, I must be world-ized; to convey the throne’s blessing, I must be throne-ized.

I often travel abroad. I don’t even think of it as “going overseas.” I used to feel jet lag; now I don’t—since even in Korea I sleep little. Seniors say, “I can’t sleep.” Do not worry. Doctors speak from scientific and medical statistics—we ought to reference them—but every person differs. As we age, we tend to sleep with our mouth open; long sleep can be harmful. Shorter, segmented sleep with daytime dozing often helps more. One Japanese physician split cancer patients into two groups: one slept eight hours (the medical recommendation), the other only three. The three-hour group recovered faster. I’m not arguing medical doctrine—rather: do not be anxious.

Many elements around you feed anxiety—blood pressure rises with age; that can be normal. The “normal” standards were set largely by pharmaceutical companies; do not be ruled by fear.

God has reserved for you the blessing of the throne. Be assured. In this way, in your remaining years you will give greater glory to God, gain greater strength, and carry out world evangelization.

▣ Conclusion: Simultaneity
View the past, present, and future simultaneously—against God’s timetable from eternity past to eternity. Think as though filming the movie of a life. A film without thrill, problem, or crisis is dull. Your life is such a film.

Glory
Surely God will reveal His glory through you.
This week’s small-group lesson is very important. If this (introduction) is not established, worship, prayer, and the Word become vain. Now, with God’s preconception, view everything. See children with that eye—it changes. See adults with that eye—it changes everything.

In my village there was a man who behaved strangely; all pointed fingers. But a teacher with the gospel met him and smiled, saying, “I’m praying for you.” The young man was moved and asked, “What are you praying for me?” The teacher shared the gospel and added, “You can.” That one short word began his change.

People do change. Speak a word of blessing once a day to your children. Our language too easily curses—then how can they not fall?
May today be a day of great grace for you, in the name of Jesus Christ. Our Immanuel Seoul Church must be full—even on holidays. I will pray.

Prayer. God, we thank You. Today, let us discover ourselves within Your plan. Today, by the power unknown to people, heal me. Use us as witnesses who rescue those in many hardships. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

Confession of Faith
The Apostles’ Creed

I believe in God, the Father Almighty,
Maker of heaven and earth;

And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, Our Lord,
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
Born of the Virgin Mary,
Suffered under Pontius Pilate,
Was crucified, dead, and buried.
He descended into hell.
The third day He rose again from the dead.
He ascended into heaven,
And is seated at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty;
From thence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit,
The holy universal Church,
The communion of saints,
The forgiveness of sins,
The resurrection of the body
And life everlasting. Amen.

Scripture Reading
Isaiah 62:6-12

I have posted watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem;
they will never be silent day or night.
You who call on the Lord,
    give yourselves no rest,
and give him no rest till he establishes Jerusalem
and makes her the praise of the earth.

The Lord has sworn by his right hand
    and by his mighty arm:
“Never again will I give your grain
    as food for your enemies,
and never again will foreigners drink the new wine
    for which you have toiled;
but those who harvest it will eat it
    and praise the Lord,
and those who gather the grapes will drink it
in the courts of my sanctuary.”

10 Pass through, pass through the gates!
Prepare the way for the people.
Build up, build up the highway!
    Remove the stones.
Raise a banner for the nations.

11 The Lord has made proclamation
to the ends of the earth:
“Say to Daughter Zion,
    ‘See, your Savior comes!
See, his reward is with him,
    and his recompense accompanies him.’”
12 They will be called the Holy People,
    the Redeemed of the Lord;
and you will be called Sought After,
    the City No Longer Deserted.

Message
The 300% of the Watchman Remnant
Pastor Ryu Kwang Su

God has set you and the Remnants as watchmen. How must we prepare for this calling?

▣ Introduction – The Gospel and Prayer (300%)
If you know the gospel and prayer, you can begin forming this 300% system right now. Those who do not know it speak only from their own standards. The world today is in confusion—people live longer, but also grow weaker and more anxious. Yet, when you know the gospel and prayer, the older you become, the more successful you can be.

Moses began anew at 80 years old on Mt Horeb. Elijah began again past 80. Paul said, “I have not yet obtained it, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me.” Many scholars say he was over 75 when he said this. Even those who began in poverty found success through the covenant.

1. Bartizan, Journey, Guidepost – Find the bartizan God has given through prayer. Follow the journey and set up guideposts.

2. Professionalism, Field, Future – Within this system, professionalism arises—not to compete, but to save. You will gain strength in the field and prepare for the future. Since Remnants go out as watchmen, they must find the 300% power of the gospel and prayer.

3. 24, 25, Eternity – Live with 24-hour prayer, enjoy 25-hour answers, and hold to eternal things.

4. Only, Uniqueness, Re-creation – These follow naturally: Only, Uniqueness, and Re-creation. From long ago, there have been many who tried to block the evangelism movement, but you will see the evidence of world evangelization reaching the 5,000 tribes.

You already possess this power—believe it. Don’t be deceived by human words. Older believers, receive new strength. Those without academic credentials, know that those who possess this power have seen God’s works regardless of education. Remnants—do not be deceived. Remember this firmly.

▣ Main – What Cannot Be Changed
With this power, you can change everything. By our own strength, we cannot even change ourselves.

1. The 7 Disasters and the Remnants Who Stood
Look at the Remnants who appeared in the age of the seven disasters.

1) Genesis 41:38 – Pharaoh said, “Can we find anyone like this man, one in whom is the Spirit of God?” Joseph’s power brought world evangelization. Not believing in God’s power is the greatest sin. May unbelievers say of our Remnants: “You are filled with the Spirit of the LORD,” or “The God who is with you will surely deliver you.”

2) Exodus 2:1–10 – Moses already knew this power as a child, so even at 80 he could begin anew.

3) 1 Samuel 7:1–15 – As long as Samuel lived, there was no war—because he knew this power.

4) 1 Samuel 16:13 – The first thing that happened to David: the Spirit of the LORD came powerfully upon him. “Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,” says the LORD. You don’t create this fact—simply believe it. “The righteous will live by faith.”

5) 2 Kings 2:9–11 – Elisha asked, “Let me inherit a double portion of your spirit.” Without this, he could not overcome Aram. Without this prayer today, we cannot overcome the darkness. Begin today with this faith and power.

6) Isaiah 62:6–12 – God says, “I have set watchmen on your walls who will give Me no rest.” Build the highway, lift up a banner for the nations, and let the LORD’s power come upon you 24 hours a day.

7) Acts 1:3, 8 – Jesus explained the things concerning the kingdom of God for 40 days and said, “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you.”

2. Knowing the Gospel (7·7·7) but Not Prayer
The greatest danger is knowing the gospel but not prayer.

1) Acts 11:1–18 – Such people come to church and speak nonsense. They may be saved but have no power of prayer, knowing only the flesh.

2) Galatians 2:10–20 – Peter said, “Even believers must keep Jewish law.” God cannot use such people.

3) 2 Corinthians 10:4–5 – “The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world… we demolish strongholds.” Those strongholds are human thoughts. Without prayer, they never change.

4) 2 Corinthians 4:4–5 – They love the world and are blinded by the “god of this age.”

5) John 16:11–14 – They know nothing of God’s will and end up serving the ruler of this world.

Remnants, remember this—without prayer, you may live your whole life this way.

3. Paul’s Team
God used Paul’s team—those who knew the gospel and prayer.

1) Acts 13:1–4; 16:6–10; 19:1–8 – Bartizan
They built the bartizan of the LORD through the power of the Holy Spirit.

2) Healing – Journey
Wherever they went, darkness broke and healing arose—that was their journey.

3) Synagogue – Guidepost
Why did they go to synagogues and lecture halls? To set guideposts.

The answers God gave to them, you can also receive. When you believe, your bartizan is established. When the bartizan rises, darkness collapses, and visible answers begin to come—guideposts are set.

▣ Conclusion

1. Watchman’s Timetable – 24
The watchman’s timetable is 24 hours.

2. Watchman’s Answer – 25
The watchman’s answer is 25 hours—the works of God beyond time.

3. Watchman’s Work – Eternity (00)
The watchman’s masterpiece is eternal. It continues even now.

When you say “I believe” and “Amen” during worship, that already becomes your bartizan—though people do not realize it. Unbelief, worry, and doubt only block it. Faith itself is the start of the answer. “Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness.” “Whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” The bartizan is already built. Then you walk the journey, and visible answers appear—the guideposts.

To all multiethnic people sitting here: say, “I will surely go and evangelize my nation. Even while I am here, I will prepare for that. The method is God’s power—the work of the Holy Spirit alone. I will find such disciples.” That itself becomes your bartizan. Then you will walk that path.

Those who are sick—do not be afraid. If possible, at a quiet time, pray aloud. Command healing in the name of Christ. That becomes your bartizan.

According to Your Word

Psalm 119:107. I have suffered much; preserve my life, Lord, according to your word.

David cried out to God for revival, not according to his emotions but according to the Word. He understood that prayer without the Word is like a ship without a rudder—adrift, uncertain, and easily carried away by the waves of circumstance. The Word reveals the heart of God and provides direction for prayer, anchoring our petitions in the promises of God.

When we pray according to His Word, the throne of the Triune God moves. Jesus said, “If you remain in Me and My words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you” (John 15:7). Prayer aligned with the Word unleashes the power of the throne, not because of our eloquence, but because it reflects God’s will.

God is not impressed by programs, strategies, or outward strength. He is looking for hearts that submit to His Word and listen to His Spirit. He searches for those who know the mystery of prayer—those who long to walk with Him, not just work for Him. Without His direction revealed in the Word, our efforts will be useless. That is why prayer and the Word must become the two pillars of our lives.

Jesus modeled this perfectly. His life was a rhythm of prayer and obedience. “Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house, and went off to a solitary place, where He prayed” (Mark 1:35). Even amid His busy ministry, He often withdrew to lonely places to pray (Luke 5:16), and there were nights when He prayed until dawn (Luke 6:12).

To pray is not merely to speak—it is to be with God, enjoying and and communicating with Him. You don’t have to ask for anything. Your Father already knows what you need before you ask (Matthew 6:8). Prayer is the joy of being in His presence, the time of listening to His voice through the Word.

Prayer is surrendering your will to His, the moment you choose His kingdom and righteousness above your own desires (Matthew 6:33). As you make prayer your life, like breathing, you will begin to sense the living presence of the Holy Spirit guiding, renewing, and strengthening you in ways you could never have imagined. And others will see His presence reflected through your life.

So today, withdraw to your solitary place. Turn off the noise. Be still before God. Let His Word speak and His Spirit breathe new life into your soul.

Prayer. Father, draw me close to You today. Teach me to enjoy Your presence more than anything else. Let my heart be anchored in Your Word, and let prayer become my delight and strength. Renew me, Lord, according to Your Word. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
