The Bartizan of Obadiah

Thank you. About once a month, I feel that we should have a gathering where we pray for one nation, for the 237 nations and the 5,000 tribes. If possible, if preparation is made, I think it is also necessary to communicate with those teams through Zoom. This is because we must actually achieve “field-actualization” for the 237 nations and 5,000 tribes.

Today is a day where we pray all day for Vanuatu. Vanuatu is a field that currently possesses a great possibility of opening the door to the 5,000 tribes. Therefore, works are occurring to the point where the things God is doing are mysterious. Every time those people come to Korea, a significant illness is discovered. Also, there are those who actually came to Korea thinking, “This is my last [chance],” but they were almost completely healed. Korean medical technology is outstanding, but many works are occurring because they gained the strength of prayer. So these people make a resolution to preach the Gospel with their lives on the line.

Now, what kind of person is needed to save a nation like Vanuatu?

A person like Obadiah is needed. Since we cannot meet Obadiah right now, we must create this “Bartizan of Obadiah.” Because the theme of this year is the Bartizan, we must understand it well and create it. 1 Kings 18:1-15. The record of this Obadiah appears here.

To receive answers, the question is whether we can truly become like Obadiah. You can do it if you do five things.

1. The Bartizan of the Throne

First, like this Obadiah, it is enough if the Bartizan of God’s throne is created. A person who intentionally kills others already has a “bartizan of murder” created within them. It cannot be stopped. Even the person themselves cannot overcome it. A person who commits suicide doesn’t do it just because they feel bad. A “bartizan of death” has already been created. This Obadiah was a person for whom the Bartizan of the Throne was created.

2. [Must] Rightful, Inevitable, Absolute

And he found what he must do. There are people who work a lot pointlessly, but you must do what must be done. The things that are rightful to do. The things that must inevitably be done. The things that must absolutely be done for the sake of the future.

Have you ever felt ignored somewhere? If you do things this way (Rightful, Inevitable, Absolute), you will absolutely never be ignored. If you don’t do what is rightful and keep doing random things, you get ignored. Right? That is unavoidable. Even between family members, it’s unavoidable. Even between couples, it’s unavoidable. Between parents and children, it’s also unavoidable. Why? If you don’t do what is rightful and keep doing random things, you get ignored. Right? You must do what is strictly necessary. Then no one opposes you. I mean, who opposes you when you are doing what is necessary? Other people receive grace. They receive grace, thinking, “Oh my, how can they do that?” What must certainly be done is what must absolutely be done. Obadiah found this.

3. Choosing Crisis

As he did this, he chose crisis. This isn’t just a common dangerous thing, is it? You receive blessings when you do the Lord’s work now, but this was not just any dangerous matter. He chose this.

4. Absolute Impossibility

He challenged absolute impossibility. It had to be done, but it was absolutely impossible. How could one overcome King Ahab? It was absolutely impossible. He challenged it.

5. Nobody, Nothing

You must challenge Nobody and Nothing.

4. Absolute Impossibility (Word)

Have you ever thought about what “absolute impossibility” is? We usually give up on this. What must we do? For example, it’s all difficult when you start, isn’t it? Of all places, I went to a pioneering church in Yeongdo, and as I saw it, it was absolutely impossible. There were no conditions whatsoever to be able to do anything. Because of that, a tremendous answer came to me: “I must completely listen to the Word.” I knew there was no other way but this. I grasped the covenant that way, and in the book of Acts, the path began to be seen.

5. Nobody, Nothing (Power of the Throne)

There is no background. For example, there are no wealthy people, and when I tried to go out for medical missions, there wasn’t a single doctor; there was no one in the church. There are many now, but it was like that at that time. You must not give up here. The important thing—I saw the important thing. Within this, the only thing we can do is God and the power of the throne.

As I continued to pray for this, I received the answer this way: the 7 · 7 · 7 answer.

If you do it this way, it won’t be late. I must make the final bartizan of my life.

 ▣ Intro_ The Final Bartizan

Obadiah probably thought this: “This is the final bartizan. It’s okay even if I die. I must save the prophets.” He made this decision. No one would have known that such a great history would appear from this. You can do it this way too. Wherever you go, you must absolutely do it this way (Introduction).

 ▣ Main  _ Today 300%

Then an important answer arrives. Since you enjoy this, you can make “Today” 300%. This is important. Isn’t it usually Specialization, Field-actuality, and Future-actuality? It is exactly 300% when these are done. Specialization, Field-actuality, and the System—that is 300%.

Today, as I saw Pastor Kim Hyung-gil, who leads the praise, next to me, I said to him: Go to Vanuatu, or call those people, and try having a concert together. Together. Then all the answers will come out. That is what you call “the field.”

Everyone, you keep thinking of “the field” as just a physical field or going somewhere, but that’s not it. I believe it is still possible to apply for this, but in the past, distinguished individuals became prosecutors. Or they became judges. Among them, the smart ones—and you can still apply for this—went into prison wearing prisoner clothes. For a week or a month. What do they do there? They are with the prisoners. They eat their food and since they are also prisoners, they are together like that. What did that person see? They saw the field correctly. Only then can they serve as a judge or prosecutor.

We keep missing things because we just think “field, field.” You must be able to make “today” 300%. I can provide the evidence.

He hid 100 prophets whom King Ahab commanded to be killed. It is a tremendous thing. The question is how this is possible.

1. The official of King Ahab 〔Occupation〕 300%

For this Obadiah, his occupation had reached the 300% answer. King Ahab could not push Obadiah out. Even when they fought at Mount Carmel, who was the one who did the introductions? Obadiah did. That means he [Ahab] knew he was Elijah’s disciple, right? Yet, though he should have cut Obadiah, he didn’t cut him. 300%. He will absolutely never be cut. Wherever you go, don’t say you are being pushed out. It is 300%. Even if you graduate at the top of the best university, if you don’t create this, it’s hard to even eat. If you create this (300%), it becomes easy.

2. The disciple of Elijah 〔Prayer〕 300%

He is a disciple of Elijah—what does this mean? Prayer 300%. Wherever I go, I ask: “What is the thing I must strictly do right now?” Me—Rightful. Then, “What is the thing strictly needed in that field?” Inevitable. “What is the thing strictly needed for the future?” Absolute. Even if you just ask these questions, 300% begins. Right? Because God provides the answer. What matters is whether what we grasped is correct or not. Businesspeople and elders are rightfully destined to receive answers. Because God has prepared them. I’m saying God has prepared the bartizan. You just need to find it.

3. Hid 100 prophets 〔Evangelism, Missions〕 300%

The fact that he hid 100 prophets means that 300% regarding evangelism and missions was prepared. You know the content well.

If you just find this (Main Body), it will unconditionally work. God’s work is bound to occur. So specialization is understood to an extent, but the field is continually missed. The field. It is that way with everything. You must not miss the field. How you see the field is everything. Only when there is a field is there a future, and only when there is a field is there preparation; if you cannot see the field, you cannot see anything.

Therefore, a person who correctly does healing ministry must go to mission regions. Paul was like that. Not the healing that a doctor does. It goes much further beyond that. He healed spiritual things and healed the root, didn’t he? It’s what the Nephilim healed. Paul saw the field correctly. And where did he go? To the synagogues. What is this? He saw the future. Even when he went to evangelize, he didn’t go for a “big” evangelization at all. He always went after receiving guidance through fasting. Right? Always. Even when the door was closed, he prayed. To Macedonia. In Acts 19, before going to Rome, what appears in verses 1 through 7? Up to verse 8. It comes out exactly as it was done in Mark’s Upper Room. He enjoyed 300% like this. It cannot help but work.

Then the conclusion emerges. What kind of things happen when you enjoy this 300% and pray?

1. Now

Now. This means you accurately grasped God’s covenant. If it isn’t 300%, it isn’t accurate. He grasped this accurately. What happens when you grasp it?

 Trinity: The Triune God works. He has no choice but to work. Because you possess the covenant accurately. You don’t even need to do big things. You just need to possess the covenant accurately. Whether I am good at it or bad at it isn’t needed. You must be a person who has grasped the covenant accurately. Whether I have ability or not doesn’t matter. You must grasp the covenant accurately.

 Darkness: At this time, the opposite thing happens. Darkness is broken.

 Throne: What is this? We said Heavenly, Thronely, Eternally, but the blessing of the throne descends. Now. It is happening that way now. If the covenant is accurate. From the moment you find the accurate answer one day, something is being done. Right? Even when a problem comes, the covenant must be accurate.

2. 3 Concentrations, 3 Settings, 3 Answers

Then what is being done? You are grasping the covenant and praying right now—what is being done when you pray? If 3 concentrations occur, you are healed first. Then, even if you just stay still, God’s answers come. 3 settings. I’m saying these are the things happening now for the person doing this (300%). The answer comes in advance. 3 answers. These are being created now.

3. Bartizan, Journey, Guidepost

Then, you are grasping this covenant now, and the bartizan is continuously being created; because the bartizan is being created, you go on the journey, and eventually, you leave a guidepost.

In the first service sermon, Joseph went as a slave, but he became the household manager. That is the guidepost. He went to prison, and he became the manager there as well. He met the king and became the Governor. This is the guidepost. It remains in the record. It is created exactly like this.

4. Benefit – Trials, Conflicts, Crises

In a way, should you do nothing? That is also okay. Because God is with you, if the covenant is accurate, trials, conflicts, and difficulties in many matters become a benefit to you. “Oh no, a trial came to us today.” It is a benefit. Conflicts come, problems arise, and a crisis arrives. That is a benefit. Right? Because of that, I come to find everything.

5. Imprint – Absolute Answer

It doesn’t end there. If you grasped the Word today, it is the same for tomorrow; on the day you grasped that Word, you must imprint that Word. Most people just pass it by. They might not even know: “What sermon did I hear last Sunday?” Those people, such people do not know. “What did I do?” It isn’t imprinted to this extent. Something must be imprinted, shouldn’t it? Then you can forget everything else. Do we memorize everything if we write it down? We can’t. The moment it is imprinted, my spirit lives with just that, and everything is revived. Then what is being done today? “I must truly grasp the accurate covenant like Obadiah.” That is 300%. Then the work has no choice but to occur. If this is imprinted, you take root with it. Right? Because it becomes your nature with that, eventually, an absolute answer that no one can block arrives.

Then what kind of decision must you make? Within the church, and for the individuals you meet, help the people who have met a crisis. It is a very big thing. Right? If a crisis comes to the church, or a difficulty arrives, I devote myself there. Like Obadiah. That is a true church officer. A difficulty came to the church? You go “all-in” there. Even if an individual saint suffers difficulty? You help that person. We do the opposite. We make things difficult for the person having a hard time, and we flatter someone if they are “good.” Right? Go visit the people who failed. Elders, try visiting the sick. That person gains immense strength. A minister can go, but people think it’s natural for a minister to go. Right? If a problem arises for a saint, the minister naturally goes. However, when church officers, businesspeople, and elders go, it is different—this is different. Even for a new family member, if the elders visit, what happens? They get the feeling: “Ah, I am a member of that church.” This is how important you, as a church officer and businessperson, are.

When one person, Obadiah, who grasped the accurate covenant emerged, what kind of things happened? It didn’t end with this (Main Body). 7,000 disciples remained. Right? He gave influence to all of them. It didn’t end with that. The Dothan movement occurred. He defeated the nation of Aram without fighting. It happens like this.

I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ that today becomes a day where you grasp the covenant and grasp the accurate covenant. I will pray.
