God’s Power and the Answer of 25

2023.05.14 District Message
Scripture Reading: Acts 1:8

What is the fullness of the Holy Spirit? That is the question. Jesus promised this (Acts 1:8) at the very end. In a word, when we say “fullness of the Holy Spirit,” it means that God’s power has come upon me. We call it the fullness of the Holy Spirit when God’s power comes upon me. When this happens, though we live within 24 hours, after that the 25 answers come.

Many people ask, “How do you receive the fullness of the Holy Spirit?” What is even more important than that is the realization, “Ah, I need the fullness of the Holy Spirit.” Isn’t that right? No matter how I thought about it, I realized, “Ah, without the fullness of the Holy Spirit, it will not work.”

▣ Introduction – [ Only ]
So the words Jesus spoke—“Only”—came to be realized by me.

Right now, in the three organizations, on the contrary, they are filled with Nephilim, filled with Satan. That is what is dangerous. First of all, these people, being filled with Satan, are displaying power.

So while we are struggling because we have no money, Bill Gates, a New Age member, gives away tens of trillions in donations just like that. Watching that, I felt ashamed. “Ah, without the fullness of the Holy Spirit, it will not work.” Do you not understand? How to receive it is the next topic. How did you get your job? You got a job because you thought, “I must get a job.” Isn’t that right? If someone says, “I don’t want a job,” then they won’t get one. “Ah, I really need this”—you must come to that. “In my work, I must be filled with God’s power.” That is how it should be. If you say it has nothing to do with you, then it cannot happen. That is the problem.

[ Nephilim-filled ] – [ Fullness of the Holy Spirit ]
This is a twofold battle right now. Is it Nephilim-filled, or the fullness of the Holy Spirit? These people are dominating the world. But because the church does not particularly seek the fullness of the Holy Spirit, those people (Nephilim-filled) run wild. Believers have little real interest in the fullness of the Holy Spirit, which Jesus mentioned last. They say they care, but in reality they do not think it is important. Isn’t that so? They are filled with the Holy Spirit during worship, but as soon as they turn around, they are not. That’s how it becomes. Then how much do they lose? When I listen to people talk, I quietly observe and see their interest is elsewhere. So it’s heartbreaking. Although they can fully enjoy it, they are losing everything.

So I thought, “Ah, people—especially the church leaders—cannot overcome without this power.”

There is evidence. Steve Jobs, who went to the Freemasons and prayed every day, ended up completely dominating. And so it is. Michael Jackson, the busy singer who trained at the Freemasons twice a week—he said he went twice a week. In this way, they become filled with Nephilim. The word “Nephilim” means now being possessed by evil spirits. And if what these people do were right, we could help, but there is a problem—that’s the issue, isn’t it? Because of this, America will soon become a village of zombies. The whole of America is going to go strangely mad now. It’s a serious problem. In a sense, this is the aftereffect of that (Nephilim-filled).

For example, if you do not know this blessing (fullness of the Holy Spirit), you lose to a shaman. That makes no sense. Does a shaman have more power than we do? That must not be.

It is a battle between these two (Nephilim-filled and fullness of the Holy Spirit). Therefore, today, when you offer Sunday worship, even if you pray only this prayer—“Truly give me the fullness of the Holy Spirit all day long”—many changes will occur during the six days.

[ Ends of the earth – Witness – Power ]
When I truly prayed this prayer, Jesus said, “You will be My witnesses to the ends of the earth.” Before that, what did He say? “You will receive power”—He was speaking of this. When you receive power, your work naturally becomes a witness to the ends of the earth. Keep praying this every Sunday. So, to say that you cannot do this makes no sense. You don’t need to pay attention to anything else. Continuously.

Sometimes, when I come to church and conduct the session meeting and so on, I pull myself together to listen carefully. Why? Because I am so fixed on the Word and prayer that I don’t hear well. It’s true. “Get a grip; don’t make mistakes. They are reporting with effort.” I listen with focus. Sometimes when someone speaks next to me, it hardly enters my ears. Why? Because this (fullness of the Holy Spirit) is important. I may be abnormal, but if you are not careful, you will incur great loss. You will be overcome by this (Nephilim-filled). I am truly convinced that God’s Holy Spirit’s power must come upon your work and your studies. Isn’t that right? You must have no other interest. I’m not saying you must have no interest in anything else as a rule, but if you are truly enjoying this blessing (fullness of the Holy Spirit; ends of the earth – witness – power) all day today, you cannot be distracted by anything else.

So, Rockefeller devoted himself simply to holding onto the Word and praying on Sundays. Isn’t it hard enough to build one university? He built twenty-four. While we struggle even to build one church building, he built 2,000 church buildings. Power manifested like that. If you read a book about Rockefeller’s business, you know those old phone book–like volumes with tiny print—one whole volume is Rockefeller’s business locations. It’s dizzying. Of course, there are this and that said about his successors, but the first generation was originally people of prayer. At one time—now I don’t know—it was said that for someone to become president, they had to receive influence from Rockefeller’s business circle. To that extent. We don’t need the fullness of the Holy Spirit for such things, but at least the blessing of receiving power and becoming witnesses to the ends of the earth is yours. God has given it.

Thus, looking within my heart as I always do, I must prepare the 24 message, so I must pray—honestly. When I talk with or text those ordinarily important operatives, I do not feel this (fullness of the Holy Spirit) at all. At such times, prayer comes out and I become concerned—though the Bible says not to worry, I do worry. I sense that truly important people are not at all aligned with this (fullness of the Holy Spirit). Of course, I have not verified it. I just sense it.

So now they (Nephilim-filled) are defeating us. It’s not even just losing—nonsensical things are happening. If you go around to various neighborhoods, idol-worship sites seem to prosper, while churches quietly close their doors. It makes no sense.

▣ Main
1. Three things
The works of the Holy Spirit appear in three ways.

1) Indwelling of the Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit dwells in me. That is tremendous. You do not need to worry, “What should I do about my future?” That’s what unbelievers do. “Today I feel worthless.” That is our thought—Joseph went as a slave and was cleaning; he did not say, “Should I be doing such a worthless task?” Believers are different. The Holy Spirit indwells us.

2) Guidance of the Holy Spirit
Therefore the Holy Spirit guides us. Isn’t that right? How grateful this is.

3) Fullness of the Holy Spirit
Now this actually appears in my work and in my life as God’s power. This is called the fullness of the Holy Spirit. Where there is no guidance, there can be no fullness. If I am not saved, if the Holy Spirit is not in me, how could I be guided?

2. The platform
Therefore, the works of the Holy Spirit must become a platform. What do I mean?

1) Actual answers (strength)
We must do much study and much work, but this must become the platform of actual answers. Since we cannot see with our eyes, we say, “How do we receive actual answers?” But do these (Nephilim-filled) people see with their eyes? They don’t see, yet they receive and move the world. It’s a mess right now. In a way, we are all being deceived. Everything is in the smartphones Bill Gates and Steve Jobs made, and later everything will go wrong because of that. There is no way around it. Even now, people who know how to use advanced devices well can look into one of your phone numbers and go in and check everything. Even now. Isn’t that so? Then we end up being completely played with. So originally, God sent them as slaves to Egypt so that they would shine—thus there is no need to worry. Joseph and the seven remnants actually had this (actual answers) strength. This is important. And what else?

2) Resolution of spiritual problems
You ask, “If I have this (actual answers) strength, what answers come?” Spiritual problems are resolved. Where this (spiritual problem) is not solved, even if I receive answers, it is useless. It comes upon my life, my work, my field. What greater blessing is there? Today, as you pray, spiritual problems in your work, field, and circumstances will be resolved.

It’s just that when things do not go well, you may feel frustrated today. Isn’t that right? When things don’t go well, you don’t feel refreshed. When tests come, you feel heavy; you don’t feel good—that’s not how it is. That moment is important. The very moment you feel pressed and troubled is important. At that time, God is actually preparing the very best for you. Isn’t that so? When Moses was at his most difficult, God prepared the most important thing. When Elijah was in his greatest crisis, God was preparing His greatest work that even Elijah did not know. For a moment Elijah also misunderstood: “I can no longer continue.” We easily become like that. God has not even begun, but we say, “I can’t.” Today hasn’t even started. “Why?” “Everyone betrayed and left; only I am left.” People easily misunderstand like that. God said, “Besides you, I have left seven thousand—seven thousand who have not bowed the knee to Baal. And there is Elisha. Appoint him.” There are true disciples. “Appoint him. King Ahab? I will replace him.” If God replaces him, that’s the end. If God calls him away, that’s it—what is there to fight about, when God calls him away? In reality, we receive this blessing (actual answers, resolution of spiritual problems). And what else?

3) One who saves
Now you become one who saves. How good is that? Wherever you go, if someone says, “That person has a problem,” there is nothing special to do—you save them. They come to life. “That person is wrong.” Even if wrong, they come to life. “A strange guy has entered our company?” He comes to life. It must not be that a normal person goes in and comes out strange. There are many companies like that—normal people go in and come out weird. It should be that a strange one comes and becomes normal. That is the church. The sick come and are healed; the strange come and receive God’s blessing. Isn’t that right? That is the church. Why? Because the Holy Spirit works. You must remember this. This fullness of the Holy Spirit becomes our platform.

3. The experience
So what is the most important thing we must do every day? To experience this. How?

1) Personal answer
In the Bible today, it says that on Mt Olive they held onto the covenant, and as they continued in this prayer, a personal answer came. That was Mt Olive. No matter what anyone says, because the personal answer came.

2) Personal prayer experience
And then this personal prayer becomes an experience. Others do not know this. It is a happiness only I know. Personal prayer becomes an experience.

3) Only · Uniqueness · Re-creation
Then the third comes. One day, “Only” emerges in me, in my work, and in my studies. From that time, you become a witness. Only. Jesus said, “But only when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, you will receive power and be My witnesses to the ends of the earth.” No one can take it from you—uniqueness. Now, when it seemed you had no ability at all, because you are praying, now comes re-creation that gives life to people. Among you, some may be experiencing this to some degree. But when this continues to become yours, works take place.

▣ Conclusion [ 3·9·3 ]
Thus, your life and work—before the blessing of the throne—are the working of the power of the Triune God, the blessing of the throne, and saving the age.

1. Platform
So truly pray. This blessing becomes the platform. Because this blessing is upon you personally, upon your studies, and upon your work, it becomes the platform. When there is a platform, even if you tell others not to come, they will come.

2. Watchtower
Then you become a watchtower that shines the light and saves many. You set up the watchtower on the bartizan.

3. Antenna
Then, when you are within God’s power, you become an antenna that connects to the whole world. If you insert a chip into your phone, it connects worldwide, right? When the working of God’s Holy Spirit comes upon me, it communicates to the world—spiritually. This is prayer.

Finally, you must know this: there are many who say, “Why do I have so many difficulties?” Paul confessed, “We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed.” He did not say, “I am not hard pressed on every side.” He said, “Hard pressed on every side, but not crushed.” There will be things like being knocked down—“knocked down, but not destroyed.” Isn’t that right? That’s it. A problem seems to have come, it appears to have come, but disaster will absolutely not invade you. That is the power of the gospel. Some people suffer disasters though they have done nothing wrong. Isn’t that so? That is a person without the gospel. That is grievous. Though they have done little wrong, disaster comes. Even if ten thousand rise up against you, disaster will not come near you. The Bible says so. I believe that. This (main point) blessing is extremely important. Therefore, Jesus concluded that since nothing else works, “Only when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, you will receive power and be My witnesses to the ends of the earth.”

From now on, even while hymns are sung and even while you wait, simply pray deeply. During that time, three tremendous things are made: platform, watchtower, antenna. This is called the bartizan. It is made during the time of prayer.

Be sure to keep two Bible verses in mind.
Revelation 8:3–5
There is no prayer that does not receive an answer. All are placed into bowls—into the bowls at the altar before the throne of God.
Daniel 10:10–20
While you are praying now, God is sending His angels and archangels to accomplish God’s work—during the time of prayer.

Because people do not believe this, they live carnally every day and one day a problem suddenly comes. They don’t even know why it came. Some people live in the house of a very rich family, yet in a hellish torment. A senior I know—she married into a very wealthy, not quite a conglomerate but a family with many businesses. She divorced after a year and fled to America. She had once been Miss Busan and was a decent person, and she married—but she married not a believer but an unbeliever. She was two or three years ahead of me, and from the start she said she hated poverty because she was so poor. That seems reasonable. But then, she met a rich man who had absolutely no relation to faith and just married. When I went to speak in America, somehow she found out and came to the meeting. We only brushed past and greeted. She was a completely different person. When I asked, “Why did you become like this?” she said, “Just because.” Gaining weight wasn’t the issue—her face had become strange. She had suffered. We had been close long ago, so I asked what happened, and she said, “Hell.” In a single word. That rich, wealthy home was hell—hell. How hard must it have been for her to say that? People who do not know the spiritual thing suffer terribly and do not know why it came, nor the solution.

May today be a day of blessing to set up the bartizan all day long, in the name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray.

Prayer. God, we give You thanks. Let today become an important day. Truly, by the power of God that blocks the Nephilim, let it be a day to set up the bartizan. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

God’s Method and the Answer of 25

2023.05.07 District Message
Scripture Reading: Ephesians 1:1-3

What is the important method of God that we must know? If we know this, we receive the 25 answer. It is extremely important, right?

Long ago in Busan, when we were worshiping at Immanuel Church, someone kept stealing people’s bags. Watching like this, when they saw a bag that looked a bit nice, they would think, “There is probably some money,” and take it during prayer. So such things kept happening. In Busan we realized, “Ah, there is a thief.” So we used our broadcast cameras and caught them—it was a child. I must have rebuked them and such, but from then on they didn’t steal bags anymore. Also, on the path up to the place of prayer, since the forest and mountain were nice, shady bad people kept hiding there. So I gave instructions, “Unconditionally cut all the small trees and grass, and install electric lights everywhere.” Then there was not a single strange person. If you do not know, thieves keep coming; but the moment you know, from then on they do not come. What do I mean by this? We have to know why God gave us God’s method.

▣ Introduction—Satan’s Method
It is only in the Bible. Because it is only in the Bible, other people do not know. Since universities cannot teach it, even after graduating from college, spiritual problems are not solved.

1. Eden (Genesis 3:4-5)
It is three things. In Eden, Satan completely collapsed humankind—Satan’s method. It is in no book, only in the Bible. This is Genesis 3:4-5. Knowing that humans care only about themselves, he came and said, “If you eat it, you will be like God.” That is what he said.

2. The Nephilim Incident (Genesis 6:4-5)
Then came the time of Noah’s flood—the Nephilim incident. Satan knows well that humans care only about themselves and only about what is theirs. Knowing that, he attacked. So without even realizing it, people were seized by Satan. They themselves do not know. Many people who do religious life and idol worship do not realize that they become demon-possessed. Even Japan’s prime minister still does not know that if you keep bowing to something that has been set up, that neighborhood becomes a demon neighborhood. Because it is only in the Bible, they cannot know. Shamans are not wrong about that part—when a shaman pounds the drum, demons come. That is what we call the Nephilim incident.

3. The Tower of Babel Incident (Genesis 11:1-8)
The third thing is the Tower of Babel incident. People, when their name is made known, gain strength. Even when there is no benefit, they feel empowered. If someone recognizes me, I feel so good. Whether it is right or wrong, if someone recognizes me, I feel so good. If I did something right and someone does not recognize it, I feel bad. Satan knew this and attacked: “Let us join our strength and make a name for ourselves.” That is the Tower of Babel. They were completely ruined, and because of this, world problems began. Satan is still doing this today. As the days go by, the earth keeps getting more difficult—the more science develops, the more difficult it becomes.

Christ
Therefore, God gave His method, and that method is Christ. You must catch this quickly. If you know this, the darkness is bound to flee. “Ah, but it did not flee for me.” Do not worry—another answer comes. People do not really know what is what. “Ah, I pray, so why am I not healed?” Paul was not healed. “Ah, is it because he had no power?” Paul healed others, so he had power, but he himself was not healed. Because of that, Paul’s eyes were opened to world evangelization. There is nothing that “does not work.” Because we are in God, we must not miss this. Even if this follows you, it is fine—because you have been saved.

(1 John 3:8) “The Son of God, Christ, appeared to destroy the works of the devil.”
(John 14:6) “I am the way and the truth and the life.” Because we must come out of this, He said it. Who can understand such words? They cannot, but you must. Because they do not understand, their faith life never works. It is frustrating, and when you look at church members’ worries, they are all the same—always. Why does a mentally ill person keep saying the same thing? It is the same. Someone is like this, someone is like that—it is all nonsense. If you just come out of this, it does not matter.

(Mark 10:45) This is what has driven us into disaster until now, but He came as a ransom to abolish every disaster. This is God’s method. If our church leaders know this well, you can really give an answer to those you meet. If you do not know this (Christ; 1 John 3:8; John 14:6; Mark 10:45), you cannot give a true answer, no matter how long you go to church. The one who knows this is fine whether an answer comes or not. The one who truly knows this actually says the opposite. Blind Fanny Crosby said, “Ah, now I am fine even if my eyes do not open.” “Formerly, my prayer topic was that my eyes would open, but now it is not—I do not need to see.” From that time on, messages came out that moved the world. Her hymns—“Even if I walk all day through a parched land, I am not weary,” and “All the way my Savior leads me”—were born from that realization. She truly realized it. Crosby’s hymns will not disappear until the earth disappears. We keep thinking that only what we “get” is the answer. It is not. That is just our beggar mentality from the old days of poverty—beggars must get something to eat first. Many people practice faith that way. Even if answers do not come, it is fine. The fact that you are within God’s covenant—that is the answer. The fact that you exist—that is the blessing.

This time, the speaker of Vanuatu’s parliament had a heart problem and was completely healed. I thought, we must save that region and nation. To accomplish evangelization, God prepared a person of great blessing. Just then, our country caught on and everyone started seeking him—it is important. There was a big stir. We were going to pay the hospital bill, but they came and said they would do it. I told the staff, “You don’t have to, but if you do, we are thankful.” That is not what matters; what matters is that he lived. Why? Because we must save the fourteen island nations. Our country is competing with Saudi Arabia to host the Expo this November at the UN, and those fourteen pure countries of Oceania hold votes that matter. They have now caught on. But we are not about politics—we believe God prepared those people to be used preciously for the evangelization of fourteen nations, and that is why He is answering now. It is completely God’s guidance and answer.

With this (Christ; 1 John 3:8; John 14:6; Mark 10:45), it is finished. God’s method is Christ, and how is it presented today? We cannot solve this (the introduction): original sin. Because of this, personal sins come out, and we cannot solve them. Christ solves this—it is tremendous. We cannot come out of darkness unless we are saved. Therefore, God sent Christ to break this and pull people out. What is promised in the Old Testament, even when they held only to the promise, works arose. What recorded the fulfillment of the promise is the New Testament. From this came the twelve problems, and He ended them all.

▣ Main
1. Faith
First, know Christ and believe. You must not believe without knowing. If someone rings your bell, you do not open the door unconditionally—you first check who it is. You believe knowing. Christ before eternity resolved even your family line’s problems. That is not just words; the problem of the family line comes to you, but He ended it. The incarnate Christ saved me; that is why we use the word “receive.” When we pray in the name of Jesus Christ, the darkness collapses. The resurrected Christ—when we pray in that name, Satan trembles. The coming Lord—He ended even our worries about the future. The Judge—your background will never change. Christ came to resolve that completely. No matter how kind, the child of Satan must go to hell; a citizen of Satan cannot be issued a visa to heaven.

2. The Platform
If this blessing is simply believed, what happens? It becomes a platform for me, and fruits of evangelism begin to arise. (Matthew 4:19) “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.” In Genesis 12:1-10, no matter how Abraham struggled to believe God, it did not work—until one day he realized he was in this state. From Genesis 13:14-18, history began; he began to build altars. Then, from Acts 5:1-10, the unbelief like that of Ananias and Sapphira that always followed him completely collapsed. They were struck not just because of the offering but because at that crucial timetable they did it before people and were seized by Satan. They were completely cut off from the Early Church, but through it came great blessing.

3. Constitution—Conquest
Eventually, this becomes your constitution. When Christ becomes your constitution, conquest begins. It is not that someone has no faith; it is that it has not yet become their constitution. Do not judge but wait for them. Having lived in the old way all their life, when one day this disappears, it becomes their constitution. From Genesis 22:1-20, though God had given the covenant from Genesis 3:15, only when it became Abraham’s constitution did God test him: “Take Isaac to that mountain and offer him as a sacrifice.” It was baffling for both Abraham and Isaac. But God provided a ram; Isaac lived after being completely shocked. If you almost die and live, you never forget. Isaac came to have a definite gospel constitution. From Genesis 26:10-24, when he farmed, he received a hundredfold; when his well was taken, new springs appeared; when he suffered, the blessing of Rehoboth arose. Why? Because only then can world evangelization be done. Hold to the covenant. You may think, “I can barely eat—how can I do world evangelization?” but the blessing is already there; we just missed it.

In Exodus 3:18, Moses already knew, but one day he experienced it on Mount Horeb. From then on, the darkness of Egypt began to collapse. In Isaiah 7:14, “When there is complete destruction, I will give the blessing of Immanuel.” “The virgin will conceive and bear a son. Believe. You will call His name Immanuel.” In other words, “Christ, not a mere man, will come and break all darkness. Believe.” Among those who believed was Daniel—he moved the king. In Matthew 16:16, Peter, though unlearned, said, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God,” but later collapsed. Yet by the covenant of Christ, beginning from the Mark’s upper room, he experienced it. From then on, God gave Peter power to move the world. That is why the pope’s miter and staff today symbolize Peter’s image—that was Peter’s level.

▣ Conclusion—Christ—The Key
Because this is important today, I spoke at length. I will finish quickly. Christ is the key that opens the door of the Throne—not just any key, but the key that opens the Throne itself. Test it today by prayer. The darkness, curses, and disasters that topple you will be bound in the name of Jesus Christ during worship today. (Acts 1:1, 1:3, 1:8) This is the conclusion of the Bible. The rest are just answers—Christ, the kingdom of God, only the Holy Spirit. When difficulties come, no one can understand you, but with this key you can move the Throne. May you receive this answer all day today. There is no need to hold to useless, false forms of faith. Hold to the words Jesus spoke.

Prayer. We thank You, God. Let Your kingdom be accomplished all day today. Because of even one person who attended worship today, let the region, the field, the family, and the nation live. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

God’s Absolute Sovereignty and the Answer of 25

2023.04.30 District Message
Scripture Reading: 1 Chronicles 29:10–14

What do you think is the most important thing for you to receive answers to prayer? Those who believe in God’s absolute sovereignty receive the 25 answer to that. What is this?
[ Absolute Answer ]
It is the absolute answer. You must always ask. You must ask this (absolute answer) about everything. That is the best way to receive answers. Since you have already been saved, there is an absolute answer in every part of God. Even pastors, when preparing their sermons, must confirm, “What is it that God absolutely wants?” Then when the congregants worship, they must also find, “What is it that God is surely trying to answer me with today?” Therefore, you must not just work hard unconditionally. God clearly has an absolute plan.

1. Absolute Sovereignty
So then, what kind of absolute sovereignty does God have?
1) Creation
First, the God who created—creation. This means He is the Creator God who governs our life. No matter what anyone says, being born, when one dies, departs—all are in God’s hand. Even an unbeliever who does not believe in God is called by God. Whatever I do, I should not just try to do it; I must ask, “What is God’s absolute plan?”
Many people just, just try to work hard. So many people just want to make a name for themselves; some people do it to make money; there will be various reasons. When you look at many who come to do politics, they just seem to have political dreams and some hopes. That would be so. And those who become doctors have the hope, “Ah, I want to become a doctor,” do they not? Usually it ends there.
A person like Lincoln asked, “Why must I do politics?” He found God’s absolute plan. The Bible verse he found was Galatians 3:28. “In Christ there is neither Greek nor Jew, free nor slave; all are one.” So he cast an immense message. What was that message? The emancipation of slaves, of Black people. Would it be accepted? Would White people, who had captured slaves and made money and all that, set them free? That is human thinking. God’s absolute plan was in it. To this day there is no president as respected as that man, is there, now?
2) Predestination
And to bring that about is called providence. The Creator God who created all things has predestined everything. Well then, if you are sick in body, think about it. You must ask, “As God sends me and calls me, what is God’s absolute plan?”
3) Providence
Then what is called providence is that God brings to pass what was predestined.
4) Decree
Then there must be purpose and a timetable. This is called decree. So Acts 13:48 says, “All who were appointed for eternal life believed.”
5) Life and death, misfortune and blessing
And God governs our being born, dying, suffering hardship, and receiving blessing—life and death, misfortune and blessing. If you do not believe, the one who does not believe is at a loss. I said to a certain doctor: We are evangelizing so diligently, and I saw that this person, how shall I say, was a bit less cooperative. This was when I was an associate. I said, “If there is no God and we live as we please, that’s another matter; but if God invisibly lives and governs our life, what then?” “Doctor, because you do not believe in God, you are holding on to something tremendously wrong. You are taking a tremendous loss. If He does not exist, what you are doing is right. But if He does exist, what will you do?” That doctor thought about it deeply. Though very busy, he followed me out to the door to greet me as I left. This was when we were evangelizing in hospitals quite a bit.
6) Heaven – Hell
And there most certainly are: heaven and hell. It would be nice if they did not exist, but they do. The Bible promises so. More important: not only is going here (heaven – hell) important, but during our life this (heaven – hell) is the background, and so it is more important. If you have Korean citizenship—if you are Korean—then your background is Korea.
7) World Evangelization
And most certainly, doing world evangelization—this is God’s absolute plan. Right? If so, what matters is how much I am included in this.
80%
Now, when we speak of world evangelization, usually about 80% are those for whom it feels far from themselves—among believers. “It has nothing to do with me. I am not in a position to do that right now. I am busy just living day to day. My life is hard now. My finances are hard. I worry about the future.” About 80% are like this.
10%
Then there are about 10% who believe in an overly excessive way.
10%
And about 10% are those who have properly held to the covenant to do world evangelization.
Then you can check where you are. Therefore, what you are doing right now—that is not what is important. What is God’s absolute plan—knowing this is important. History then begins after that.

2. Three Things
Then within God’s absolute sovereignty, there are three things He carries out.
1) Fulfillment of the Word
What is it? Right now He is fulfilling the Word. He is fulfilling the Word.
2) Answers to prayer
And He is answering our prayers.
3) Work of salvation
And He is certainly accomplishing the work of salvation. Therefore we are within this.

3. Absolute Answer
Now then, sometimes God places you in difficulties, and sometimes in such circumstances, and we judge everything by looking at that. And if there is something that can make us stumble, we struggle greatly. And, for example, when great difficulties come, we feel difficulty. There is nothing we can do. Each time, seek it. God’s absolute answer. Seek that. Then it is exact. Then even if you remain still, answers come to you; they are bound to come exactly.
1) Faith – Absolute Sovereignty
The faith we believe is faith in God’s absolute sovereignty. Those who know this were not afraid even of death—because they knew absolute sovereignty. Even a pastor has no choice. In the days of the Japanese occupation, those who worshiped at the shrine were spared, and those who did not were taken away. The pastors, out of fear, decided to perform shrine worship. In history, the records show it. A general assembly moderator named Hong Taek-gi made the decision. He was the moderator. And then the vice moderator led them to bow at the shrine. And among them, as you know, a person like Pastor Ju Gi-cheol said, “That is nonsense. If I die, I die.” He believed in God’s absolute sovereignty. I mean, it is not as if we die twice. If you were to die three or four times, you might try dying this way and that way; but will you live trying to avoid shrine worship and then die—when you only die once? This is how the difference appears. And afterward, did those who did shrine worship live well anyway? They all died. The issue is, who is the person that remains in history?
2) Question – Absolute Plan
Regarding this, we call the act of asking “seeking the absolute plan.”
3) Answer – Absolute Covenant
And when you then find the answer, what is it? The absolute covenant.
4) Way – Absolute Journey
Then for us, the way now clearly appears, right? This is called the absolute journey. Even without using big words, you go this way simply.
You must surely receive this answer. For some years I have always asked, “Why must we build the sanctuary? What is God’s absolute answer and plan?” The answer that came from there is the three courtyards. It is an absolute plan. Without the three courtyards, it is not a church. If you do not make the three courtyards, there is no answer. The Jerusalem temple that knew this—it collapsed. The one who restored that with his very body was Paul. God gave everything to Paul.
5) Life movement – Absolute Goal
Now then, in that case, we are doing the life movement, are we not? This is the absolute goal.
So even if you do not memorize many things largely, believe this (absolute sovereignty). Even now, God is doing these three (fulfillment of the Word, answers to prayer, work of salvation). No matter what anyone says. If so, the answers I will receive are not just answers. They are absolute answers.
You must always ask. You must ask every day. You must ask in everything. You must ask with your work. Right? You must ask with your vocation. You must ask regarding your life. If you sit every day worrying, your life will become like that.

Always
So what is it that we are to enjoy always? I only expressed it like this as something I made, but it is in the Bible.
Triune God
3—this means the Triune God. Always believe and enjoy. He is working in us invisibly.
Throne
For forty days He explained the power of the throne. This you enjoy always.
Age
And He gave the covenant to save the world, to save the age. This is the summary of the Bible. If you hold to it as it is and pray, the answers are bound to come.

Therefore today is Sunday; do not just worship, but truly resolve and worship. What? “God, let this (Triune God, throne, era) power come upon me so that I may do world evangelization.” You must pray earnestly. If you only do it properly on Sunday—if you pray earnestly—what you must enjoy starting Monday will come out exactly. Do at least that much.
Then you will have no time to look at other things and no time to listen to people’s talk. You hold to the covenant firmly. During the waiting time in worship, during the time you receive the Word—at such times—enter today into deep prayer, and I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ that this may be a precious day of receiving God’s absolute answer. Let us pray.

Prayer. We thank You, God. Let today be a new day given by God; let it be a day to gain new strength; let it be a day to hold to a new covenant. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

The Ten Foundations and the Eternal Answer

2024.09.22 District Message
Scripture Reading: 1 Chronicles 29:10–14

The most important thing in our life of faith—yet something we can miss.

[ Hell ] – darkness
[ Heaven ] – [ throne ]

We hear a lot of talk like this (hell, heaven), don’t we? It is often taught that if you believe in Jesus, you go to heaven. That is correct. But what we must surely know is this: it is not merely that a person who is not a child of God goes to hell—while living on this earth that person is already in darkness. Before they ever go there, life becomes hell. The moment one becomes a saved child of God, it is not only that one will go to heaven; during one’s life on this earth there is the blessing of the throne in which the works of the kingdom of God are accomplished.

This (heaven) is our home. For example, what happens if a Korean abroad has an accident? What if they are kidnapped? It doesn’t just become news and get ignored—Korea immediately dispatches officials. They are sent at once to negotiate and speak. The reason is that the person is Korean. Americans do even more—you’ve heard the story of a single private; if one person is in trouble, the nation mobilizes fully to find him.

Background
It is because this (hell, heaven) is our background. You must believe this. People often don’t believe what is important and keep believing what isn’t.

[ (Kingdom) works ]
Because this is your background, Jesus promised that the kingdom of God would come and that the works of the kingdom of God would be accomplished. “The kingdom of God will be accomplished”—this means that every time you worship today, it is accomplished. Every time you pray, it is accomplished. That is tremendous. At a glance it may look as if answers are not coming, but it is not so.

As I mentioned last week, I have never had the experience of praying and then an answer “suddenly arrived.” When we pray, does a bundle of money drop from the ceiling? Of course not. But from 30 years ago until now, God has answered precisely. Astonishingly so. He has answered exactly according to the Word. You must believe this.

Children
You are children of God. Because you are saved children of God, you have this blessing. In this way the (throne (kingdom) works) are accomplished.

「Ten Foundations」
Among these, there is a great blessing God has given us: the Ten Foundations. These are certain. What is the first foundation?

1. Absolute sovereignty
God’s absolute sovereignty. Why were you born in Korea? God’s absolute sovereignty. When were you born? God’s absolute sovereignty. When will you and I depart this earth? Within God’s absolute sovereignty. Among these, your salvation is within God’s absolute sovereignty. You must believe this. Whatever happens, there is no need to be shaken. God’s absolute sovereignty.

2. Absolute method – [ Christ ]
And within God’s absolute sovereignty there is a method He used. What is that method? Christ. He sent Christ to save us and to let us enjoy this blessing in His name. It is God’s absolute method. Therefore we do not merely believe in Jesus; we believe in Jesus Christ. The word Christ is a tremendous term. It is the name that has shattered disaster, darkness, and the hellish background. This becomes the foundation.

In my life of faith up to now, I have seen many who stopped attending church—right? Many do not receive answers. I cannot know every reason, but that is what they say. And I have seen countless people move from church to church. In a word—what does that mean? They are shaken. There is no need to be shaken. Today you have received the name that, by God’s absolute sovereignty and by God’s method—Christ—has resolved all things.

So what did the people in Scripture who truly received answers do? They were taken to Babylon and faced death. How did they respond? “Even if we die, it’s fine.” That cannot be stopped. Darkness collapses there. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who were on the verge of death, said, “We cannot bow to idols. God will deliver us.” The next words are fearsome: “Even if He does not, it’s fine.” That is where works arise. Do not be shaken. Being shaken is what causes the greatest loss. Even students cannot study well if they are tossed about while growing up. In the life of faith, though we are shaken, we overcome.

Who saved Korea? Japan dominated our nation—changed names and did many things. Among the most absurd was this: “Bow at the shrine.” For idol worshipers, that may seem acceptable since it is the same to them. The problem was they demanded that the church do it, too—remarkable, isn’t it? They installed a shrine in the church and said to bow. Most pastors were afraid. The pastors gathered and passed a resolution. The presiding moderator then was a man named Hong Taek-gi. He declared that bowing at the Japanese shrine was not idolatry but a state act. Because they were afraid—afraid of death.

Do not fear. They passed it, struck the gavel three times, and it was done. The vice moderator then led pastors to commit idolatry. At that time, as you know, Pastor Ju Gi-cheol said, “No!” He insisted it was absolutely impossible. The phrase he left was “determination unto death.” “We die once. We are born once and die once. How can I bow to an idol and live?” So the Japanese arrested him—imprisoned him and tortured him severely. He died in prison. People then must have thought in fear, “What should we do?” But after that, the Korean church was transformed into a church that evangelized the world. After liberation, figures like Pastor Ju Gi-cheol became heroes of faith. God’s absolute method.

3. God’s work – the Holy Spirit
Third: God’s work—indeed, we can call it His absolute work. What is it? One word is enough: by the Holy Spirit. God works invisibly by the Holy Spirit.

1) Absolute sovereignty – the Father
2) Absolute method – [ Christ ] – the Son
3) God’s work – [ the Holy Spirit ] – the Holy Spirit

Then what terms emerge? The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. In that order.

4. Guarantee – the Word
God has given us a guarantee. What is it? God’s Word. Therefore, there is no need to be shaken.

5. God’s temple [1 Corinthians 3:16]
Next, what is it? He promised something important—the fifth. He called us God’s temple. The reason is that God’s Spirit dwells in you. That is what it means to be saved. I’m sorry, but you can never be ruined. “Do you not know that the Spirit of God dwells in you?”

For 30 years of evangelism I have faced all kinds of threats, fraud, and intimidation. Those people perished; I am alive. One by one they each fell. When I heard the news—perhaps my character isn’t ideal—I felt a bit of joy. You know that feeling when you think, “Serves them right.”

Do not be shaken. The Word does not change. “Cry out, ‘The word of the LORD stands forever’”—that is Isaiah 40:6, 8. “Not the smallest letter or stroke will by any means disappear from the Law”—that is Matthew 5:17–18. Exactly so. The Ten Foundations are tremendous.

6. Mission field [ the place you are ]
The sixth foundation: whatever you face, it’s fine. The place where you are is the mission field. Do not be deceived. “What about my home?”—that’s deception. The remnant says, “Because of my parents.”—that’s deception. It does not matter. If someone born into a bad home, with a poor background, holds to the covenant, that person will succeed even more greatly. The place I am is the mission field.

7. Life and death, prosperity and adversity
Seventh—understand each point simply. God governs our life and death, prosperity and adversity. He has been responsible for your life thus far and will be responsible for what you will live. So in Psalm 119 it says He watches over all our sitting and rising.

8. God’s providence – a life with an appointed time
The eighth foundation is God’s providence. All of us live on this earth until the date set for us to go to God’s kingdom. Every one of us has an appointed time. It is certain. Therefore there is no need to worry about whether we should live or die. It is set.

9. Throne
The ninth foundation: for you who are saved, as mentioned before, God has promised this (the throne). One day you will go there. We enjoy this blessing and then go. What is worship? Worship is enjoying the blessing and power of the throne. And then later we go there (to the throne).

10. Reward
Then the tenth foundation emerges. For everything you do for evangelism and to save people, you will not lose your reward—not even a cup of cold water will lose its reward. It is clearly stated so. These foundations are certain.

When we began the evangelism movement—it was 30 years ago; more than 30 now, nearly 40. I was in Yeongdo for 37 years alone. Before that, while I was an associate pastor, I trained our young adults. During many evangelism trainings, I discovered these Ten Foundations. They are certain—even if 7 billion people deny them, they are true. Many people say things like, “If you speak well, blessings will come.” That doesn’t matter. You are already included here (the Ten Foundations). Some people have a bad temperament, others a good one—no matter. “We need the blessing of meetings with people.” It sounds right, but it is not so. You are here (in the Ten Foundations).

▣ Conclusion – [ Faith ]
These (Ten Foundations) are given by God’s grace. How then do we receive them? By faith. “Abraham believed God’s word, and that faith was credited to him as righteousness.” You must believe. Do not believe what is false—you must believe the Word. Believe the spiritual reality. Then today’s worship time becomes an extraordinary time. This (throne (kingdom) works) is accomplished. Because during the time you pray and worship, this (throne (kingdom) works) is accomplished, this (darkness) is broken. It will surely be so.

I have seen the children of parents who truly pray. There is a common thread—they are surely used. Some people lived their lives of faith in odd ways, but because their parents prayed much, later I saw that they were used. A certain elder and deaconess couple I know are truly people of prayer. They had three sons, and none of the three believed. But the elder and deaconess continued to pray—praying for the three sons. The elder passed away first, and we went to his funeral. Remarkably, during the funeral service, all three sons received grace in the same way. They were turned around. We thought, “How amazing. Can a person change like that?” But they did.

I bless you in the Lord’s name that this Sunday will be a Sunday when you gain great new strength. God gives new grace every day. Let us pray.

Prayer. God, we thank You. Thank You for letting us see the Ten Foundations. Grant us the waiting that enjoys the kingdom of God in any circumstance. Make us witnesses who accomplish the works of the kingdom of God. We pray in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

Absoluteness and the Blessing of 25

2023.08.27 District Message
Scripture Reading: Acts 9:15, 19:21, 23:11, 27:24

Through your prayers, the President of Vanuatu successfully came through a dangerous surgery. We thank all who labored much, and we ask for your continued prayers so that he may be completely restored to even greater health.

We have many things to do, but what you must always remember is that we must do the things that must be done.

Acts 9:15
Paul became successful because he did what God specifically commanded him to do. Now, for your remaining life, and for our starting remnants as well, you must find what must be done. That is why we pray. And that is why we keep confirming God’s Word. It was delivered, “He is a chosen instrument to carry My name before Israel and many kings.” Therefore Paul had no reason to hesitate about what more he should do.

Acts 19:21
So he found that answer: “I must also see Rome.” This is what Paul said. But he said it according to God’s Word.

Acts 23:11
He had to stand in court. At that time God encouraged what Paul had said: “Take courage.” When he stood in court, “You must also testify in Rome.” This is the life of faith. When we accurately hold to God’s things within the Word, God confirms it.

Acts 27:24
On the way to Rome he met a storm. Even then God sent an angel and gave a word, “Paul, do not be afraid.” Because it was so dangerous, “Do not be afraid. You must stand before Caesar.”

This (Acts 9:15, Acts 19:21, Acts 23:11, Acts 27:24) is accurate life of faith. Therefore, until you receive an answer, it is fine not to act. You must keep asking questions. This is the flavor of the life of faith. At times you may need to ask pastors or others, but more important than that is that I keep praying and receive the answer. At that time, this (Acts 9:15) is what you will first see. When that is seen, age does not matter, region does not matter, academic background does not matter.

Absolute (answer)
Then what on earth did he discover? He discovered this: the absolute answer. When I look at most who live the life of faith, they do not seek this (absolute answer) but are zealously doing things that are not very important. Thus, in Korea, 44% of churches are churches where members do not gather. Your life must not turn out like that. No matter what you hear, it is of no use unless you hold to the covenant within God’s Word; and 60 to 70% are non-self-supporting churches. Shamefully, pastors are being poured out while the number of church members is decreasing. They have not seen this (absolute answer).
When you worship, put everything else aside, hold to the covenant accurately, and find this (absolute answer). Moses was 80 years old—he had already lived his life. “I cannot do it anymore,” Moses said. At that time God commanded the absolute answer. And when one ages, this tends to happen. Elijah also did so. “I cannot do it anymore.” He was so weary that he said, “Now take me.” On Horeb, God commanded him to do what must be done. And it took place accordingly.

Answer of 25
Therefore, at all times in order to receive this (absolute) answer—the very answer becomes the 25 answers. This means it is not our timetable. In fact, although you could despair, there is no need: by your strength you cannot do world evangelization. By our strength even workplace life is hard. Therefore He said He would give another power.

▣ Introduction

1. Content
It is enough to firmly hold only to the important covenant God gives. Then what is the content by which we receive the absolute answer? There must be this content. There must be content in order to accomplish the absolute answer.

2. Method
And what is the method?

3. Power
And what power must it be? Jesus explained this at the very end.

4. Content (Acts 1:1 — the resurrected Christ)
Not simply Christ, but Christ whom they met risen. Even now what you must be assured of is this: if you pray in the name of Jesus Christ, answers come. Why? Because He is living even now. What Jesus asked most at the end was, “Pray in My name.” In the Gospel of John He says, “My name is the Father’s name.” It is an astounding statement. So Peter said, “What I have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” Surely answers come. You must believe this.

5. Method (Acts 1:3)
What is the content? The kingdom of God. No matter how much difficulty you face, it is all right. Answers come. This (Acts 1:3) comes. He went as a slave, yet the kingdom of God came upon him. Right? He went to prison, yet the kingdom of God came upon him. This is our method. Because God does not change, it is the same then and now.

6. Power (Acts 1:8)
What power is it? Only. It is not possible by anything else. “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you.” This is extremely important.
What is called “absolute” exists only with God. Therefore we pray to God.

▣ Main
Then we must briefly summarize five items.

1. Absolute sovereignty — Covenant
Because we are not the absolute one, we believe in God’s absolute sovereignty. You must believe. God has set the date of your funeral. Right? Why were you born in Korea? It is God’s absolute sovereignty. Why was the President born in Vanuatu? It is God’s absolute sovereignty. Right? Therefore, what comes out within absolute sovereignty is the covenant called Covenant. When you hold to this covenant, one answer comes.

“Preview”
It is shown in advance. “Ah, when I held to the absolute covenant, from that time it was shown to me in advance.” How good is this! This faith—you must surely restore it. You believe God’s absolute sovereignty and hold to the covenant, and when you hold to this covenant, it is shown to you in advance. This is what Paul said in advance: “I must also see Rome.” This is what Paul said—not spoken casually, but a statement that came out within the covenant. Therefore now you need to succeed for the sake of the gospel.

2. Absolute plan — Vision
Then the absolute plan is seen. This is what we call Vision. It is different from what worldly people call vision. It means you have seen the absolute plan. This is vision. Some, I see, go out and evangelize with great zeal. Because of my gentle disposition, I cannot do so. I do not go out until I find God’s absolute plan. You must find this.

“Possess beforehand”
When it becomes so, what answer comes? You come to possess beforehand. You must go out having already possessed; if you have not possessed it, you must search for it.

As I have said before: whom do I most respect? Not a president—the one I most respect. Not professors. On the bus—the one selling goods. Wow. I truly come to feel respect. Why? I can absolutely not do it. I do not know—no one would offer this, but if someone said, “Would you like to try being president?” I might be willing. Right? But if someone said, “Would you like to be a peddler on the bus?” I could never do it—because of embarrassment. In one sense my personality is poor, but it fits Scripture well—like this (“preview,” “possess beforehand”). You must have it (“possess beforehand”) in order to go; if not, you cannot go.

A term of today—bartizan. If you do not know the word “bartizan,” you will not know what “24” means. Right? Therefore, at the 237 Center we will not “just evangelize.” We graduate only those who set up the absolute bartizan. From what I see, when I look at the evangelism reports you bring up, most are not the absolute bartizan. Thus how much you suffer! Then look carefully. Have you seen Acts 13:1–4? When the evangelism door was completely shut—Acts 16:6–10—“Go to Macedonia”—have you seen it? Before the movement of Tyrannus, in 19:1–7, what took place was exactly what happened in the Mark’s Upper Room, right? Start with that.

You must do business this way as well. When I see close friends who do business, I say, “Do not start unless you are prepared 300%.” I say, “If you start (without it), disaster.” What is 100%? My expertise. What is another 100%? The system. What is another 100%? The field. Then you receive answers even as you start. Especially our young adults must remember.

3. Absolute covenant — Dream
When the absolute plan is seen, then the Word comes to you each time—absolute covenant. We call this Dream. Unbelievers call a vague aspiration “dream,” but not us. It is God’s absolute covenant. Joseph held to the covenant so surely that it even appeared in his literal dreams.

“Enjoy beforehand”
We call this enjoying beforehand. I am convinced that among our remnants there will arise figures who will move the world in various places. They will arise. We are merely the platform. Your prayer becomes the platform. When, one day, remnants who move the world begin to arise here and there, it is different.

4. Absolute journey — Image
Now, when the absolute covenant is seen, from then you can go rightly. We call that the absolute journey. If you go this absolute journey by our own strength, you will be similar to others. You must go by the Spirit of creation that God gives, by that power. This was called Image. We often use the word “image.” God originally created man in His own image; that “image” word is this (Image) term. Then what happens?

“Conquer beforehand”
Before you even go, you have already conquered beforehand. You must surely enjoy this blessing.

5. Absolute goal — Practice
Then you will reach the goal that God made—the absolute goal. We call it Practice because we must actually enjoy it. Because we must produce the actual work, we use the term Practice.

“Fulfilled beforehand”
It is already said to be fulfilled beforehand. He did not say, “I will give you the land you tread,” but, “I have given (it) to you.” That is right. Those believers without faith grumbled in the wilderness, but those with faith said the land of Canaan had already been given to us by God. Yes. This is the important covenant. It has been fulfilled beforehand.

We call this (Main Point 1–5) CVDIP; it is the absolute answer that comes out within God’s sovereignty. All of this (Main Point 1–5) is the absolute answer. Have composure, and know that you have the qualification to receive such blessing.

So then, especially when I look at Koreans, why do we lose to other nations? Because we let trivial things steal our entire life. Foolish, is it not? We let trivial matters steal all of God’s blessing; therefore we cannot enjoy what is ours—foolish. If you are to repent, you must repent of that first. Many do not even know the meaning of repentance; the greatest word of repentance is “Return to God.” It is the greatest word. I was zealously holding to what was not God’s… That is a crime among crimes, a mistake among mistakes. You must know that you are not such a being. It is written that God called you before the creation of the world. Right? Already. How could it be “before creation”? With our minds it is impossible, but with God’s mind it is possible. How does He choose all people before creation? Because He is God—thus He is God.

▣ Conclusion — [ The throne, prayer, the Word ]
Therefore such a conclusion comes to you: the power of the throne. Enjoying this is prayer and the Word.

These must be connected. When these are connected, you come to enjoy many covenants. At that time, within prayer, you come to enjoy God’s covenants. And when you see the flow of the covenant, you come to follow the flow of the Word. Is that not so? Therefore the reason we come each week to worship is to follow the flow of the Word. You must surely do this. It is not that you are listening to a pastor’s sermon—you are following the flow of God’s Word. Then the absolute blessing is continuously seen, and answers that transcend time and space arise.

From now on such things will take place in our church. From now on that power will come upon our church leaders. From now on those works will come out through our posterity. Therefore, even if at times your children are a little shaken, do not push them too much—encourage them. And there are times when children deviate. I do not see that as “deviation.” Simply put, they are trying a personal challenge once. Right? One can also call it deviant behavior, but it is a release of a certain amount of energy. They themselves do not know, and we do not know well, but those teenagers around their early teens—they contain infinite energy. We must not restrict that.

From now on, regarding the three courtyards, when the remnants gather we must change our thinking a bit. We must make it so that the children truly find their own, reveal their own before God, and discover and enjoy what God has given. Why? They themselves do not know. How would they know? They do not know. If our parents, church, and adults restrict that, it must not be so.
A child visited a wealthy home and, seeing a very expensive organ, kept touching it. The parents kept scolding him: “Do not touch things in others’ houses.” The owner saw this—called the child—and taught him the organ. Who was it? Handel. We keep restricting many things by our own thinking. Long ago in school, someone saw an old computer monitor—back then we did not have them in our country. The one who saw it was Bill Gates. He exclaimed, “Wow!” As a child he saw it and said, “Wow!” That turned the 20th century upside down—with help even from the Nephilim. What a ridiculous sight.
In the church we restrict everything. We appear to live the life of faith well, but we keep restricting. When remnants come, we must lead them to discover themselves infinitely, to speak their own stories, to receive God’s grace—set their direction this way. But we keep restricting.
God has a plan for our posterity. I bless you in Christ Jesus’ name to enjoy the greatest blessing of laying down the platform for this. Let us pray.

Prayer. God, let today be a day when, by Your mighty hand, we can challenge toward the things that are Yours. Grant our remnants the spiritual strength to enjoy what is Yours without limit. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

Wilderness (Nobody) and the Answer of 25

2023.08.27 District Message
Scripture Reading: Deuteronomy 6:4-9

Immanuel Seoul, Busan, and now Ulsan and Changwon, which we are also seeking to build—each has in common that the air is good. In truth, because you worship every week, it is hard for all these words to be memorized and imprinted in you. Therefore, on Sunday, you must firmly hold to the Word and enter into prayer. Nowadays, there are many illnesses, and in this situation, after you worship and finish the first service, it is good to go between the mountain paths near us. There, enter into deep prayer and practice breathing. Please do this.

Why did God lead the people of Israel into the wilderness? It was a road that could be traveled in a week, yet they were in the wilderness for forty years. In truth, the wilderness is a place where there are no people. A place without people may be difficult for you, but it is an even better opportunity, because there you can receive the true answer.

▣ Introduction: 40 years
So God kept the people of Israel in the wilderness for forty years. In reality, it takes only a few days. Why then did He keep them forty years in the wilderness? He had several purposes for doing so.

1. [Engraving] – root, nature
Change what had been engraved during the time they lived in Egypt. Only then can the root and nature be changed. What is today’s worship for you? It is to change this (engraving).

2. Preparation for Canaan
And keeping them forty years in the wilderness was to prepare them to enter Canaan.

3. Preparation for world evangelization
More than that. During the forty years in the wilderness, many extremely important contents came out—everything needed for world evangelization. Therefore, when you worship on Sunday, you must find very important things. You must find that by which you will gain tremendous spiritual strength today.
(Deuteronomy 6:4-9)

Among them the most important is Deuteronomy 6:4–9. It is a famous Scripture passage. The Jews suffered massacres. Some were even put into gas chambers and killed. It is said that those who died were holding something in their hands. How miserable it must have been, dying like that. When their hands were opened to see what it was, this (Deuteronomy 6:4-9) was in them: “Hear, O Israel.” The content is, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And pass on everything that has been until now to your children.” Hence, the famous words, “Bind them on your wrists; write them on your walls; whether you walk along the road or sit”—this means to imprint completely. When the Word of God’s power is imprinted, it will surely take root and change your nature. So although it seems long, your waiting and your suffering seem long—it is complete preparation.
[Wounds]
And the most important among these: throw away all the wounds that have been until now.

▣ Main
So what was there in the wilderness? What happened that made those forty years so important?

1. The three feasts
In the wilderness, the three feasts were regarded as most important.

1) Passover – liberation
Passover—you know this. It speaks of the blood covenant of Christ. On the day they applied the blood of the lamb, they came out liberated. Do not forget this.

2) Pentecost – power
More importantly, Pentecost—the power of God.

3) Feast of Ingathering – background
The Feast of Ingathering—the background of the throne. In fact, this alone is everything. Today you enjoy this all day long. Then it is not that some particular answer comes—that is not the important thing—but as time passes, this (Introduction) is fulfilled exactly. “This answer came, that answer came”—those are important, but what I mean is that you truly possess great power, the fundamental power. This is extremely important. We are often shaken by this or that happening, and we enjoy such things too much, but though those are important, there is a greater flow. Yes, doing business well and doing your work well is important; yet the great flow of God’s blessing must flow to you for works to arise.

2. Preparation
What was prepared there?

1) The 237 vessel
Though it seemed like forty years merely passed, in reality, He prepared the “237 vessel”—the 237 vessel that can do world evangelization.
Now you must open your eyes quickly. The multiethnic people who have come to our church—many of them do not know how important they are. Because this age keeps opening. A time is coming when the entire world will communicate faster and faster. Before long, where I live as a nationality will mean little—it will all be integrated. Therefore, we must share together—how they worship, their lives after worship, and their cultures. This is what we call preparing the 237 vessel. No matter how loudly you shout, if the vessel is not prepared, it cannot contain anything.

2) Healing – entrenched dispositions
And now in the wilderness—slave mentalities and all wounds. The multiethnic people, we ourselves, and everyone, all have longstanding entrenched dispositions. These must be completely healed. There is nothing more important than this.

3) Summit
And though it seemed like it was merely forty years, it was not just that. They were made into summits who can survive anywhere. Many churches do many good things, and those are important, but you must become a summit. Then you will survive anywhere.

3. Nobody, Nothing
And the third point is very important. The wilderness is Nobody. And there is Nothing in the wilderness. There, you must completely find the answers for world evangelization. There are ten important items.

1) Independence
To pass through forty years in the wilderness means to survive anywhere. Cultivate this strength.

2) Spiritual facts
And as you go through the wilderness, do not merely look at the land of the wilderness. See first the spiritual facts. This is extremely important.

3) Reverse thinking
The real answer is elsewhere. Reverse thinking means it is on the opposite side. It may look like the way is blocked, but the answer is not there—it is on the other side. You must see well.

4) Synergy
Many people fight and kill each other, but not so for us. Wherever you go, others must all come to life.

5) Crisis (answer)
When many encounter hardship, they run away. We choose the side of crisis—because the answer is there. This is what was trained in the wilderness.

6) No-competition
And you will win without fighting. When they circled Jericho, Jericho collapsed; the Jordan was parted. If you truly possess God’s power, you will win without fighting. Of course, there are many physical matters, but it is surely so.

7) Re-creation
Why the wilderness? So that at last the power of re-creation may come to you. Do not ever lose hold of this.

8) Spiritual summit
Before becoming summits in the world, become spiritual summits in the wilderness. This is the wilderness.

9) Wasteland
And what then? Choose the wasteland. Make flowers bloom there.

10) Absolute
Lastly, find the absolute things. This is extremely important. Cultivate this strength now and cultivate it during worship.

▣ Conclusion: The throne – reality
How is this possible for us? Because we have the background of the throne. Is this an illusion or a reality? For those not saved, the throne is an illusion. Right? Even if one goes to church, if one does not know the secret of prayer, this (the throne) is an illusion—forever an illusion. Therefore, there are no answers. Did not Jesus speak directly, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me”? And lastly, He explained the things concerning the kingdom of God for forty days. For those who cannot save the world, all this is an illusion. But if you know prayer today, this becomes reality. Truly pray.

Therefore, you must save your region and your nation—this is what you must do. By now, in our church, the contents entrusted concerning the 237 nations should be rising up—rumors should spread. “Which elder has taken responsibility for which nation?”—such things should circulate. We must build that kind of bartizan in the church—such a construction. And you must pass this on to other disciples so that it can continue. This is how it must be done. Such vessels must be prepared firmly.

Then today’s worship will surely result in tremendous fruit. Wherever you go, the kingdom of God will come. Today, throughout the whole day as you pray, set up a great bartizan. I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ that today will also be the best day. Empty time is the best—hold to the covenant and enter deep prayer. There is a long interval between the first and second services on Sundays—enter deep prayer. This is the key. That is why people like Rockefeller came an hour before worship and entered deep prayer. He moved the world. Onassis, at first, was not a believer. He was a dock worker. What power does a dock worker have? Yet after finishing work by the seaside, while others left, he entered deep prayer for an hour. Later, he became the shipping king of the world. The bartizan contained within you is extremely important. I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ to enjoy this spiritual blessing today. Let us pray.

Prayer. God, let today be the day when a spiritual bartizan is set up in us. Let the bartizan of darkness collapse. As we pray today, let Your kingdom come upon our fields, our workplaces, our schools, our jobs, and our places of labor. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

The Summit and the Answer of 25

2023.08.27 District Message
Scripture Reading: Acts 1:8

One of our ministers once asked me in a counseling session, “There are so many church members who are struggling mentally—what should we do?” The truth is, you must first realize that it is impossible to fix this by ordinary means. Knowing that is the beginning of true healing. Why is it impossible? Because the problem is what has been imprinted. If the imprint is changed, the person can be healed—but they don’t have the time, nor do they choose to change. Wrong things are already imprinted. This must be replaced, but instead, they keep worrying about other matters, filling their minds with other concerns. As a result, their condition worsens day by day. Some ask, “Why doesn’t prayer work?” But in truth, nothing has been changed in their imprint. If you understand this, the solution is actually simple.

In the past, there were many cases of soldiers being beaten severely in the army. There was a man from my town—he was older than me, so we called him hyung. Before he entered the military, whenever he drank alcohol, he would lose control of his mind. Apparently, one day in the military he drank and caused trouble. He was beaten so severely he almost died. He was hospitalized and then discharged. But strangely enough, his mental illness disappeared after that. What does that mean? It means he let go of the thoughts that had captured him. This shows that beating is not the solution—the true healing must come through the Holy Spirit. The same applies today in worship.

This is what you must truly understand.

▣ Introduction – Spiritual [Summit]
In order to experience the 25 answers, you must first become a spiritual summit. A summit means being raised to the highest position. People even call a president a summit. Or when someone reaches the top of their field, we say they have become a summit. But unless you first become a spiritual summit, even after reaching worldly summits, you will still face hardship. As I mentioned earlier, even a little genuine prayer will bring this answer.

Yet many scientists, politicians, and great people do not believe this. Why? Because it seems abstract. It is not something visible or tangible. Scientists demand visible proof. Politicians say, “We must deal with what is realistic—why hold onto something unseen?” But human beings are, in reality, spiritual beings. That is why they miss it. If you simply worship sincerely, you become a spiritual summit. But if you neglect worship and mix it with other things, you miss it. Even a little prayer will raise you as a spiritual summit.

[Environment – Field]
Only then can you change the environment and save the field. Unless you become the summit, you cannot save others. This (spiritual summit) is invisible, so no one can take it from you. But because it is unseen, people do not believe it or value it. When visible problems arise in the environment or the field, people treat those as important. But God, who holds our very life, is unseen, so people disregard Him. Yet if you know this truth and pray, God will use you to transform the field.

▣ Main Message
How, then, can we hold onto this reality that few believe?

1. [Imprint · Root · Nature]
People suffer because they do not know this. The only way to change my imprint, root, and nature is through becoming a spiritual summit. Sickness means that something vulnerable to disease has been imprinted. In the first service I will also mention this: the number of people with mental illness is skyrocketing. I saw a report yesterday that said the number of psychiatric patients has increased tenfold in just one year. The root cause lies in the imprint, root, and nature.

1) Worship (Imprint)
So how do we change the imprint into that of the spiritual summit? Through worship. That is why worship is so crucial. Look at the terms “tabernacle,” “tent of meeting,” “sanctuary”—they all center on worship. Only worship can change imprints.

2) Personal concentration (Root)
After receiving grace in worship, you can engage in personal concentration. This is how roots are planted. If the imprint is wrong, then those wrong things will also take root.

3) Unceasing prayer in the field (Nature)
When you practice unceasing prayer in the field, it becomes your nature.

This is why, with patience, when you help family members or those who are sick, you must help them in this (imprint, root, nature) dimension. Even now, without realizing it, your own imprint is being changed through this message. If you hold onto it and pray through the week, roots will be planted, and as you continue unceasing prayer, it will form your nature. Then the answers of the spiritual summit begin.

2. Three Blessings
When this happens, three blessings will naturally come.

1) Gospelization
As much as you pray, the blessing of enjoying the gospel becomes gospelization. The power of Christ begins to manifest. People do not believe this—especially unbelievers. That is why disasters and spiritual problems multiply in the age.

2) Thronization
As you continue to enjoy this, the blessing of the throne becomes yours. This is thronization.

3) Summitization
Even without trying, the blessing of the summit comes upon you. This is summitization. Some are at the summit without the blessing—that is not summitization. Some know of the throne but it is not theirs—that is not thronization. Do not be deceived. Your prayer matters greatly.

I knew a man whose father was a devout elder. The father prayed much for his son, and the son was a decent man, yet he never attended church. We assumed he had no faith since he avoided worship. But at his father’s funeral, he showed up, and afterward he completely changed. Eventually, he believed even more firmly than his father had. How could that happen? It was the fruit of his father’s prayers. Even that elder had worried constantly about his son’s lack of faith. But just as Moses’ prayers were fulfilled even after his death, so the prayers of this elder bore fruit in his son after he passed away.

3. Summit Movement
The blessing of the spiritual summit does not end with you—it brings about a movement.

1) Position – It is important that you are in the position of a spiritual summit.
2) Timetable – Because you are destined to receive God’s answers, you are within His summit timetable.
3) Posture – Since you will surely receive answers, you must take on the posture of a spiritual summit.

The people you meet are imprinted with worldly things, no matter how good they seem. You must help them change that imprint. This is the greatest ministry. But for that, you must first enjoy this blessing of imprint, root, and nature. When Joseph became a spiritual summit, he changed the thinking of kings wherever he went.

▣ Conclusion
So when we speak of the summit movement, there are always three conclusions:

1. The Triune God – The unseen working of the Triune God begins in your soul. This is where the imprint, root, and nature are changed. Even cancer doctors who truly heal know that healing means changing what has been imprinted in the body. Spiritually, it is the same. The Triune God changes our imprint.

2. The Power of the Throne – This becomes imprinted. The world does not know this, but without it, there can be no true healing.

3. The Age – Though we are powerless, God’s work arises, and through it, the age is changed.

That is why you are important. Today’s worship is important. Do not listen to human words—understand that you are important. Answers are already coming. The standard is this (imprint, root, nature). If this is formed correctly from youth, there is no doubt you will change the world.

From this moment on, may the great power and grace of God be spiritually imprinted upon you. I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ.

Prayer. God, grant us the blessing of enjoying Your mystery throughout this entire day. May every difficulty imprinted in our lives be changed into power through You. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

Re-Creation and the Answer of 25

2023.08.20 District Message
Scripture Reading: Acts 1:8

When we compare our childhood with today, there are many differences. However, the principle remains the same. Things keep developing, so naturally, there are differences, but the principles have not changed. For example, there were exams back then and exams now — that has not changed. Today’s remnants cannot even imagine it, but when I was young, exam papers weren’t printed as they are now; they were made with mimeograph machines. Because they were copied with mimeograph ink, the letters were never perfectly clear. Sometimes words showed up, and sometimes they didn’t. That was the technological level of Korea back then. Since the ink used for mimeographing soaked through, you couldn’t print on both sides of the paper.

Later, when I repented, set my heart right, and started attending church properly, I noticed there was no church bulletin. I wanted to make one, but it wasn’t easy. So I began studying how to make it better. I researched how to print clearly on both sides. Eventually, I found that printing shops had machines that could handle double-sided printing. So I learned it and, for several years, I personally made all the church bulletins. The church appreciated it because suddenly we had properly printed bulletins. It might sound simple — writing the content, copying it, and carefully printing both sides — but it was actually a lot of work.

Then suddenly, I was drafted into the army. In the military, it’s not easy to avoid field training and be assigned to headquarters, because there are many soldiers more qualified than I was. Yet, surprisingly, they called for me to come to the administrative office. There were many high-ranking officers, including the commanding officer. My job involved preparing reports and documents, but the papers made with their mimeograph machine were a complete mess. Since I had been making church bulletins for years, I cleaned up their process and prepared perfect reports. When they saw the new quality, the entire administrative office was shocked — even the commanding officer. It wasn’t really anything extraordinary, just clean documents, but when the reports reached the headquarters, even the top staff reacted with surprise. Something so small had such a great impact.

This is why I share this story: re-creation. I didn’t create anything new; I simply found a better way using what already existed. That’s re-creation — and it leads to the 25 answers. Today, foreigners are coming into Korea in great numbers, and this will only increase. Although Korea is a little late, the government is now introducing policies to help foreigners study, work, and settle here successfully. But I believe it will still be difficult for many of them to live comfortably in Korea — especially since even most churches have no proper measures in place. That’s why our church must prepare well. This is part of restoring the three courtyards, and especially for our foreign members, this is where you must discover the blessing of re-creation and the 25 answers.

Five Strengths
You must discover this blessing through the five strengths. In some ways, this is simple. If you can identify what people truly need most, it becomes much easier. You’ll find it everywhere, often in unexpected places. Personally, I discovered how to turn this into the blessing of re-creation. Wherever I went, I didn’t accomplish something huge; I simply found what was most necessary and met that need — and God’s works arose. I believe the same applies in companies, churches, and anywhere else.

When I became an evangelist, I was assigned to serve in a very prestigious church. The church was well-known, but in reality, there was so much work to do. For example, their membership registry was completely unorganized. So the first thing I did was to clean up the registry, because I needed to know the members in order to evangelize effectively. While doing this, I discovered hundreds of potential evangelism contacts hidden in the records. It may seem like a small thing, but it created a big impact. People began calling me, saying things like, “I was so discouraged, but I got a phone call from the new evangelist and I feel so thankful!” Something so small created great spiritual fruit.

I once met a foreign member who wrote this during a counseling session: “When I was in Seoul, the church treated me very well, but after moving to Busan, I feel disconnected.” This shows how important small details are. We often think we need to achieve something big, but the greatest answers are hidden in small things. Of course, we must attempt big works, but the secret is in taking care of the small needs. Most multiethnic members and many people in general are not looking for grand gestures — they are burdened by small inconveniences and personal difficulties. When those are resolved, the door to evangelism opens.

Necessity
Especially for you and for our multiethnic members, once you develop these five strengths and become a person who meets what is most necessary, you will have victory anywhere. Why was Joseph appointed as prime minister? Because he was needed. Why was Obadiah, who didn’t obey the king’s orders, spared instead of being executed? Because he was needed. Why did God choose to use the Galilean disciples? Because they were needed. God does not use those who are unnecessary. Become someone God needs by holding onto the covenant.

I call this the answer of re-creation. We are not here to compete. Of course, competition exists, but our goal is not rivalry; it is re-creation. We should strive to do our best, but our greatest focus is on discovering the values worth giving our lives for. The world teaches us to fight and seize opportunities, and while there is some truth to that, our greater calling is to save others. That is re-creation. Even if you think you lack ability, there is someone who needs you. Someone who may not excel in studies may still be needed greatly. Conversely, someone highly educated may not be needed at all. What matters is not your abilities or possessions, but whether you discover where God has placed your necessity. No matter where you go, there is always someone who needs what God has placed inside you.

Before coming here, I served as an associate pastor in a church where conflict was constant. Elders would come to church ready to argue, even preparing topics to fight over during early morning prayer! Naturally, the church struggled. Even when new believers came, no one paid attention to them because everyone was too busy fighting. It was tragic because many of these members had recently accepted Christ. Among them was a missionary named Son Se-man, whom I often praise. He had returned from abroad and quietly sat in the congregation one Sunday. I was leading a small group Bible study, and I noticed him paying close attention. That day, a new believer sat in the front, desperate to learn but didn’t even know how to find Bible passages. Within five minutes, Son moved over, helped him locate verses, explained them, and befriended him. After service, he continued sitting under a tree outside, spending the entire day teaching and helping him. That one day was more impactful than attending church for an entire year.

Receiving God’s answers and blessings is not difficult. Why? Because they are hidden in small things. But small things are actually the greatest things. Many tragedies happen because small things are ignored. Seventeen foreign workers died at their workplace simply because no one addressed minor safety concerns. Before the Seongsu Bridge collapsed, warnings about cracks were ignored. Before the Sampoong Department Store disaster, people reported structural weaknesses, but officials dismissed them. Even in recent floods, people warned multiple times about overflowing water levels, but nothing was done. These events remind us: re-creation is not inventing something new; it is discovering what God has already prepared for us.

▣ Introduction — 2 Corinthians 5:17

We are a new creation. We were once destined to perish, yet God has re-created us. We were under curses, bound to die in sin and disease, but God re-created us through Christ. We were unworthy of salvation, but God saved us anyway. That means unimaginable blessings are already hidden within us — but many do not realize it.

▣ Main Point

1. Freedom from the Old

First, re-creation means being set free from the old. It means escaping from the past. What is the old? The traps revealed in Genesis 3, 6, and 11 — Satan’s greatest snares. Re-creation begins when we are freed from these traps.

2. Power of the Throne

Second, re-creation means the power of the throne comes upon us. Where does this power work?
1) Genesis 1:27 — In your life.
2) Genesis 2:7 — In your spirit.
3) Genesis 2:1-18 — In your entire living environment.

This blessing is astonishing. Yet many waste their time focusing on negativity, criticizing others instead of giving life. Re-creation means God’s power begins working inside you.

3. Answers

How does this happen?

1) Only (1•3•8)

Re-creation comes when you hold onto only Christ, only God’s kingdom, and only the Holy Spirit. Especially for our foreign missionaries, this is the most important blessing.

2) Uniqueness

When you receive this, you’ll experience the answer of uniqueness.

3) Re-Creation

Finally, the most necessary answer comes: re-creation itself. You must remember this always.

No matter where you are, this applies. One man moved into a messy, neglected neighborhood. Quietly, without telling anyone, he woke up early every morning to clean the streets. Eventually, the entire neighborhood was touched and transformed. Another example is “Sheeb,” a janitor at the largest steel company in the U.S. He cleaned so diligently that people thought the factory had been rebuilt. He kept getting promoted, not because of special skills, but because everyone loved having him there. Eventually, he became the personal secretary to the company president, and later, he was even entrusted with ownership. Why? Because, as the president said, “If I need technical experts, I’ll hire them. But the God inside you is what this company needs.”

Do not be discouraged. Wherever you go, God has prepared blessings of re-creation for you to uncover.

▣ Conclusion — Prayer

Through prayer, we enjoy the answers of re-creation. Open your spiritual eyes. Even if you work under someone else’s authority, live in a way where the company thrives because of you, not perishes because of you. Wherever the Immanuel family goes, life must arise. Wherever remnants go, healing and restoration must take place. That is God’s will. If, instead, your workplace or ministry weakens because of you, something is wrong.

These blessings are always hidden in advance. I once visited a church that had been stagnant for years. Nothing was happening. Instead of giving long lectures, I quietly found a handful of committed members and began evangelizing with them daily. Within months, revival broke out. Even the elders were amazed, saying, “I don’t know what’s happening, but our church is suddenly growing!” God’s works arise naturally when we uncover His prepared blessings.

Final Steps for Re-Creation

1. Organize the Word
Hold firmly to the Word and organize it daily. From there, true clarity comes.

2. Organize Prayer
When the Word is organized, prayer naturally aligns, and guidance begins to flow.

3. Organize Your Life
At that point, God’s blessings of re-creation begin to organize your life completely.

4. Build the System
This is where the system of only, uniqueness, and re-creation is established. Then God’s works naturally follow.

5. 237 • Healing • Summit
Finally, the doors open for the blessings of the 237 nations, healing, and becoming the summit. At first, it may seem like a dream, but as you walk in this covenant, you will see it fulfilled.

I bless you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ to discover the blessing of re-creation and the 25 answers this week.

Prayer. Father God, we thank You. Allow all of Your people across Korea and the world to restore the blessings of re-creation You have prepared for them. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

No Competition and the Answer of 25

2023.08.13 District Message
Scripture Reading: 2 Kings 6:8-23

A student who is soon going to the United States to study abroad just came to say hello.
You must go, having already taken hold of the covenant that can conquer the United States.
For the adults, that part hasn’t gone very well.
Our remnants must certainly discover that part.

At the Remnant Conference this time, which we held with the president of Vanuatu, the prayer topic I held onto was, “Ah, next year we must invite remnants from 14 nations.” That’s the prayer topic I took.

So the content you must always pray for is this: we must first hold onto the covenant.
Only then, just working hard unconditionally? That’s not it.
You were probably taught like this: you must work hard no matter what.
But the Bible does not say it like that.
From the time of Abraham, the Bible says something very important: “Go to the land I will show you.”

No competition and the Answer of 25

My greatest hidden concern is this.
When I look at many people, they try to work in the same style as unbelievers.
Ah… if you do that, you will lose.
True remnants—true people of faith—were in a state of no competition. Right?
That means they received the 25 answer.
24 is our time, but 25 is not our time.
In other words, this (25) is God’s time.
They secured that in advance.

▣ Introduction

So you must definitely remember this.

Covenant (C)
You must first hold onto the covenant—the accurate covenant. Right?
When you first hold onto the accurate covenant, it becomes the Covenant.

Disaster (V)
Then you must definitely see what the disaster actually is.
“I’m going to the United States.”? Do you know what the current disaster of America is?
A massive culture that completely makes people ignorant of Christ has taken hold of America.
People easily fall into strange cultures.
You must see this first in order to see what Vision is.

24·25·Eternity (D)
Then, what covenant should you have? From this point, you begin to see 24·25·Eternity.
When you can see this, that is what we call the Dream.
It’s not merely seeing the future—you have seen what is eternal, right?
If so, this is the true Dream.

Ruler of the Kingdom of the Air (I)
Now, there is a remaining battle, right? It is with the ruler of the kingdom of the air.
Your real battle is this (the ruler of the air).
It is not (about) this (Covenant (C), Disaster (V), 24·25·Eternity (D)).
So it’s not on the level of “How should I study when I go? How should I get a job? How should I do business?”
Because you can overcome by the Creator Spirit of God, this is called the Image.

Throne (P)
Now, as we already know, we enjoy the power of the throne.
A life that turns this into a masterpiece must come forth. Practice.

This is CVDIP. Adults must definitely remember this.
If you cannot remember this, the rest of your life will continually be difficult.

From what I see—though I am not a businessman—when I look at people doing business, they are holding onto many things that are very risky and won’t work.
One day, it will collapse.
Then they say, “Ah, is it because I didn’t pray?” That’s not it.
It is because they were holding conditions that could not help but collapse.
Remnants must remember this, and adults must remember it as well.

[Survival Competition]

So now, without even realizing it, we have learned what the world teaches—things like survival competition.
Even when you study history, it continually teaches such things.
The book The Art of War is a book about how to defeat others, right?
So you must kill and win. Because it’s taught like that all over the world, people do that.

But that is not for us believers.
We are not about this (survival competition). We have no competition.
And people also teach others like that—teaching them to keep fighting.
And when you go to the field, it’s the same; in reality, that’s how it is.
You must definitely remember this and teach it to the remnants.

▣ Main Message

1. Victory without fighting (Status)

God’s children have the blessing of winning without fighting.
This is truly the status of those who have received answers.
How can we say this?

1) The Triune God
Though unseen, the work of the Triune God is with us. Without a doubt.

2) The Throne (Status)
Therefore, according to our status, many blessings of the throne begin to arise.
This is status.

3) Authority
And when you have this status, there is no need to fight; authority follows.
According to your status, authority follows.

This part does not exist in the world and is not taught at school at all, so people, believers, don’t think it is important.
If you don’t consider this most important, you who are listening now will end up following unbelievers.
Then, inevitably, you have to do this (survival competition).
In the end, this (survival competition) seems to become the correct saying.
It’s wrong, yet this (survival competition) becomes accepted as right.
“Ah, so that’s it. I must survive within this survival competition.”
It sounds right. It has become like a truth. Absolutely not.

2. RT 7 (Loneliness)

Second: What kind of position were the seven remnants who received the answer of no competition in?
We can refer to this a bit.

In a way, the characteristic—the seven remnants had this characteristic of (loneliness) to a great extent.
Their characteristic was that they were in loneliness, with no one to help them, like that.
This is important.

Are you in a situation where there is no one to help you, and you have no strength?
Then the true answers came at such times.

1) Crisis – Independence
So it seems as if they encountered a crisis.
But these parts were the secret of being revived completely with God.
This became the way to discover spiritual reality.
Upon realizing it, God’s true answer was on the other side.
Then such blessings came forth, becoming opportunities to save everyone.
Look—Joseph seemed to be going to prison, but later he saved Egypt, saved the king, saved them all.
Therefore, remnants must pay the closest attention to this.

2) God’s Method
To make you know God’s method.
Driving you into crisis or making it look lonely is so that God may give you the answer to survive even when alone.

3) 24·25·Eternity
From this point, this begins to come out. Many think, “Ah, I’m ruined now,” right?
It won’t be so.
At this time, the answer of 24·25·eternity comes out.

I’m trying to preach briefly in the first service, and you probably learned in the world: “Do not be discouraged, do not give up.”
But the Bible does not say it like that.
There is nothing to be discouraged about and nothing to give up; what is unnecessary should be given up. Right?

Joseph went to prison—there was no need to cry out, “Please save me!”
There was no one to save him.
There was an enormous plan in it.

Many times you think, “Ah, why does failure come to me like this? I need to get out of failure.”
How difficult that is.
So people dislike it because it’s hard.

But if you truly know this and begin to enjoy this secret of prayer—if you possess this—you can win.
Not only to win, but there is something truly separate.
Always remember: it’s not that you are suffering; the real thing is separate.

Remnants in America and abroad, and those going abroad, must remember this.
It may look like you are facing difficulties, but the true answer is inside them.
That’s why a crisis is important.

3. The Power of the Throne

From this time on, you truly enjoy the power of the throne, with the Triune God being with you.
Let me give a few examples.

1) 2 Kings 6:16
This is 2 Kings 6:16. It is a power that ordinary people do not know.
Around Elisha, God had deployed the army of heaven.

2) 2 Kings 19:35
In 2 Kings 19:35, on the very night King Hezekiah was praying, God sent an angel from heaven and did something tremendous.
One hundred eighty-five thousand Assyrian soldiers died.
In their records, Assyria expressed it as, “They died because a plague spread.”
In any case, they all died.

That night, Hezekiah was praying.
Completely toward God—Scripture says he even turned his face to the wall.
But the Bible records it: “That night.”
“God sent the angel of the LORD and struck down all 185,000 of the Assyrian soldiers.”

The invading commander didn’t die; the rest all died.
Why didn’t the commander die? When he returned and reported to his country, he was stabbed to death.
The reason is simple: so that this (2 Kings 19:35) would be seen. He wasn’t killed, so he could go and report it.

Now, even those who believe in Jesus don’t believe in this kind of power.
So your prayers end up being pointless—since you don’t believe.
Then you spend your whole life doing errands for unbelievers and die—what an unjust thing.

If you just hold onto this covenant, it doesn’t matter if you’re attacked from all sides.
Even if 7 billion people in the world attack a remnant, it doesn’t matter.

3) Daniel 6:22
It’s the same story—Daniel 6:22.
Daniel said, “Last night, the angel of the LORD shut the lions’ mouths, and they have not harmed me.”
The lions could not bite Daniel. He was saved like that.

▣ Conclusion:  Spiritual Strength

You must first have spiritual strength.
No matter what anyone says, go forward now with faith and prayer.
If you are under shock for 24 hours over three days—you’ll die. Right?
So if the spiritual aspect dies, the body also dies.
If you are extremely joyful for 24 hours over three days, your body’s sickness will also be healed.
Therefore, gain spiritual strength first. It will surely come.

I am most thankful for our elders, our elders of the church, and deaconesses; I respect you greatly.
Why? In Busan, the city was revived because those elders prayed.
Once, I was passing by the church and saw the lights on, so I went down.
These elderly people had gathered and were praying.
At that time, I thought a lot: who would come and pray like this at church, when we were starting so small?
But God raised it up as a church that does world evangelization.

So our elders and deaconesses, especially, must gain great spiritual strength on Sundays.
I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ that today would be the day the greatest grace and strength overflow to you.

Prayer. We thank You, God. Let today be a spiritual day when the gates of heaven are opened. Today, send the heavenly army of God so that all unbelief and everything that blocks the Gospel may collapse. Let this be the day we gain new strength. As we pray together with today’s Word, let this be a time of power in which even unknown illnesses are healed. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Crises and the Answer of 25

2023.08.06 District Message
Scripture Reading: Genesis 39:1-6

Our church and all the workers in every church are very important people. Also, the pastors, ministers, and staff members in our church and in churches across the nation and around the world are, in fact, the most important people in this age. But how do you perceive that? Among pastors, workers, and leaders, there’s always a certain atmosphere or mindset. How do you feel about it?

Inside the church, there are many people who have been entrusted with important responsibilities. But what are they thinking as they carry out their work? This is extremely important because it is directly connected to the future.

Sometimes, you face problems. At times, you may even think, “There are so many problems.” If there are many problems and you are unaware of them, that shows ignorance. However, if you constantly view everything as a problem just because you see many problems, that borders on a mental issue. It’s close to being an illness. Not knowing there are problems when they exist, or imagining problems when they don’t exist — both are symptoms of the same sickness.

Genesis 39:1–6
What do you think? One day, Joseph was suddenly sold into slavery. It was something he never expected. Usually, we would call that a crisis, wouldn’t we?

“Crisis and the 25 Answers”
A crisis had indeed come. “Crisis and the 25 Answers” is the title of this week’s message. There are three things you must absolutely remember here.

[ 1. Crisis – The 7 Disasters ]
In reality, we face problems and crises. But there’s something important you must be careful about. It looks like a crisis right now. In fact, it is a crisis, but it appears even more like one than it really is. That’s why you need to have a little composure.

Many people fell into the seven disasters of Israel for this very reason.

When you explain the Bible, it’s about the Gospel — and aside from that, it’s also the story of how Israel faced seven disasters. You must realize this quickly. The Bible is not talking about something else. It’s the story of salvation, and it’s also the story of Israel’s destruction. But within that story, not everyone perished.

[ 2. 7 Remnants – Opportunity ]
The people who did not fall into crisis were the seven remnants. For the remnants, this was not a crisis. It was the greatest opportunity.

It’s always the same. The situation may seem like a crisis, and in one sense, it truly is a crisis. But if you misinterpret it, you’ll end up trapped in disaster. However, for those who refuse to see it as a crisis, it becomes their greatest opportunity.

Look at Joseph now. From one perspective, being sold into slavery in Egypt looks like the worst crisis. But in reality, it was the greatest opportunity. Isn’t that true?

[ 3. The Next Generation (Scars or Summit) ]
Now, how you view this reality becomes incredibly important for the next generation.

How the next generation interprets these events determines their future. Those who view these situations as crises end up passing down scars to their children. But those who see them as opportunities raise summit leaders. It’s the same situation, but the result is entirely different.

If you grow up poor, that can become a scar. Isn’t that true? But if you view it properly, it can become the greatest blessing.

I’ll explain this more during the short sermon at the first service, but I personally saw how my parents, the church, and everyone around me suffered because of poverty when I was young. I don’t know what your situation was like, but that was my experience. My parents struggled. Churches I visited struggled. Everywhere I looked, people suffered because there wasn’t enough money.

That’s why I held firmly to a definite covenant. I decided: “I will never fall into that trap.” If you get caught in it, it will ruin you. People like that, even if they succeed later, often face financial disasters.

Isn’t that what happened with a certain president? People asked him, “Why did you take so much money illegally?” and he confessed, “It’s because I grew up in such extreme poverty.”

If you remain stuck in poverty mentally, it will cause huge problems for your descendants.

Parents, you must never say to your children, “We can’t do this because we don’t have money.” Is money your god? If something is not in God’s plan, it won’t happen — no matter how much money you have. But if it is in God’s plan, then He will make a way, even making a path in the sea or rivers in the desert.

Instead of saying, “We can’t because we don’t have money,” you must ask, “What is God’s plan?”

Mothers sometimes speak carelessly. While managing the household, they may say things like, “We can’t afford that. Where are we supposed to get the money?” But children hear those words and they become engraved in their minds and even in their spirits. Those impressions don’t just disappear.

Without even realizing it, children start to believe, “Money is the most important thing.” And if that belief becomes extreme, they may even steal. And it doesn’t stop at stealing — some even take up weapons to rob others. These strange, tragic things happen when wrong ideas become deeply rooted.

This path divides the remnants: will you turn past hardships into scars, or into summit opportunities?

Joseph didn’t just “barely” overcome his crisis — he achieved complete victory. It wasn’t just that he “received answers.” He completely flipped his situation.

That’s why, now that the Remnant Conference has ended, I’m telling all of you remnants: turn every one of your problems into a perfect covenant. Don’t settle for a vague or shallow response.

I’ll discuss this more during the first service introduction, but I studied this topic extensively: “Why are we poor? Why is our nation poor? Why am I living in poverty?” I continued to research this deeply.

That’s why I’m telling you — remnants, if you face problems, difficulties, or crises, don’t just endure them. Turn them into your platform for God’s answers and completely overturn them.

You must not exaggerate or sugarcoat anything. Start with the raw facts, exactly as they are, and aim for the highest goal.

▣ Introduction
From this point forward, things will become even more difficult. In the future, five eras are coming.

1. The Age of Mental Illness
You must not rely on people’s words. An age of widespread mental illness is coming. In fact, we are already beginning to see it.

Don’t trust journalists blindly. Just because someone is a journalist doesn’t mean they are mentally sound — they can “lose their mind” and still write and publish things. Isn’t that true?

You also cannot fully trust politicians. Politicians can also lose their sound judgment. And when they do, they start wars. That’s why God commands us to pray.

The age of mental illness is coming.

2. The Age of Addiction
Since the world has lost its way, you must pay close attention. The age of addiction has already begun.

Children who fall into drug addiction can’t easily escape. This leads to endless cycles of conflict, chaos, and destruction.

3. The Age of Conflict
We are entering an age of constant disputes. The age of conflicts and wars is coming. Nations will rise against nations. Families will fight against families. People will live in constant division.

4. The Age of Ideologies
We are also entering an age of ideologies. People are forming rigid ideological systems — and once they’re set, they never change.

Without the true Christ, transformation is impossible. But experiencing the true Christ deeply is not easy, so people remain fixed in their ways.

5. The Age of Mixture
Lastly, people will increasingly seek to blend everything together to make money. We are entering the age of mixture.

People will say, “All religions are the same.” That’s mixture.

They’ll say, “We should all hold hands and walk together.” It sounds good, but it’s deceptive. There’s a huge difference between unity and mixture. Unity happens in the Gospel, but mixture destroys the Gospel.

We are already seeing this:
“Don’t claim that only faith in Jesus brings salvation.”
“Don’t preach that Christ is the only way.”

This is the reality of the world today.

▣ Main
So then, what covenant must you hold onto in this time?

1. The Triune God – Those Who Know Him Enter the Crisis
First, those who know the power of the Triune God are different. They are the ones who step into crisis instead of avoiding it.

They are not afraid of crises.

Joseph wasn’t afraid when he was thrown into prison. He wasn’t afraid when he was sold as a slave. In every crisis, Joseph did even better.

When you understand the Triune God, the work of the throne, and the kingdom of God, you realize that God’s work is fulfilled through crises. That’s why you don’t have to worry.

1) The Work of the Throne
This is something you must actually experience. For example, imagine God’s throne power begins working in your work field. Imagine miracles begin to happen there. Would you be afraid? Of course not. Fear comes only from not knowing this reality.

2) The Answer
Through all these crises, you will find your answer.

Every single situation —
1. Crisis and the 7 Disasters, 2. The 7 Remnants – Opportunity, 3. The Next Generation (Scars or Summit) —
all of these are connected to finding the answer.

Through crises and problems, God reveals everything you need to know.

3) Globalization
Eventually, you will realize that God placed you in front of kings and rulers to stand as a witness to the nations. God is calling you to world evangelization.

2. The Blessing of the Throne – Those Who Enjoy It
This isn’t just about knowing the blessing of the throne. You must enjoy it.

Enjoy it through prayer. For those who enjoy this blessing, every problem, conflict, and crisis turns into a blessing.

1) Problems → Answers
Every problem contains the seed of your answer.

2) Conflicts → Renewal
Every personal conflict you face is an opportunity for spiritual renewal.

3) Crises → Opportunities
Every crisis becomes your opportunity when you enjoy God’s blessing through prayer.

3. Those Who Relay It – Filled with the Holy Spirit
Third, you must become a person who relays this blessing.

Being filled with the Holy Spirit doesn’t just mean receiving power — it means knowing this mystery and delivering it to others. That’s why the Bible describes it as being filled with the Holy Spirit: you receive power, and you pass it on.

1) Joseph – Saving the World
Joseph, in the midst of his crisis, ultimately saved the world. Isn’t that true? That’s the kind of answer you can receive.

Don’t misunderstand your situation and think, “Oh no, we’re doomed. Our family won’t make it.” That’s a mistake. Things look bad, but that doesn’t mean they are bad. Look carefully — God is working.

2) Obadiah – The Dothan Movement
As you know, Obadiah saved many lives during a time of great crisis.

Because of one man, Obadiah, 100 prophets survived, Elijah and Elisha survived, and eventually the entire Dothan Movement took place.

Obadiah did not view the crisis as a disaster — he saw God’s plan in it. And God used him to prepare the foundation for His greater work.

3) Daniel – Setting His Resolve
Look at Daniel. He was taken into Babylonian captivity. In that situation, he could have been discouraged. He could have given up.

He could have also focused only on succeeding in Babylon, striving for position and wealth. But Daniel didn’t choose either of those paths.

Instead, Daniel resolved in his heart to follow God’s will. He understood God’s plan, and he set his resolve to live for Him — and God raised him up as a witness.

4) Mt Calvary, Mt Olive, Mark’s Upper Room
Through these three events, God’s work to save the world began.

At Mt Calvary, the most important event in history took place — Jesus, though sinless, was crucified for us.

At Mt Olive, the resurrected Jesus gave His covenant and final instructions before ascending.

In Mark’s Upper Room, the believers held onto that covenant and prayed, and the power of the Holy Spirit came upon them.

Through this, world evangelization began — and it started only through the early church that understood Calvary, Mt Olive, and Mark’s Upper Room.

5) The Throne, the Kingdom, and the Work
Jesus left us three promises:

The throne of heaven
The kingdom of God
The work of God

Pray for these three things above all else.

Stop focusing on temporary answers. Imagine wrecking your car completely and then demanding it to be fixed in a week. That’s unreasonable, right?

In the same way, when your life has been spiritually broken, you must allow God’s process to restore you. Don’t demand instant answers. God wants to give you something unshakable — something that cannot collapse.

Just pray. If you continue, without being deceived, God will surely establish it.

Remember this: the hidden scars and worries inside you will eventually steer your entire life if left unresolved.

If unbelief and fear are engraved in your heart, your future will follow that path. But if vision, faith, and assurance are engraved instead, God will lead you into His plan.

From your perspective, it may look like a crisis. But from God’s perspective, it is your greatest opportunity.

▣ Conclusion [God’s Timetable]
This is the moment when God’s timetable is fulfilled.

Moses spent 40 years hiding in the wilderness. During that time, God prepared the best answer for him.

When Elijah gave up and thought there was no hope left, God had already prepared something greater.

The early church lived during the greatest global crisis, but in the middle of that crisis, they accomplished the greatest work in church history.

Isn’t that certain? Hold onto this covenant and wait.

Waiting doesn’t mean doing nothing. It means enjoying God’s promise while you wait. If you don’t, you’ll keep missing God’s timing.

You must gain spiritual strength. Because God’s work is invisible, the answers seem to come from unexpected places.

Don’t try to force results yourself. That’s what unbelievers do — those without the Holy Spirit rely on their own efforts, even if they have to be cunning or ruthless.

But believers are different. We hold onto God’s eternal covenant and enjoy His answers, and through that, we save the world.

Today’s message is the closing message of the Remnant Conference. Remnants across the world must hold tightly to this Word.

To all church leaders and workers laboring for the next generation, your covenant will leave an eternal mark.

I remember when people questioned why I went on a mission trip to Vanuatu. They said, “Why Vanuatu? Why not another country?” But today, the president of Vanuatu has come, and the entire city of Seoul is buzzing. Full security operations are in place.

When we held assemblies there, the government even sent security officers to our event to clear seats and secure the area.

Why? Because they realized something: “This organization doesn’t seek recognition. They truly hold onto the Gospel of Christ.”

So, all workers — do not seek credit.

Missionaries, pastors, teachers — do not do ministry to receive honor. Give all glory to God, and work only for the benefit of others.

If you seek recognition, people will sense it immediately. They’ll feel used — and when that happens, everything ends.

But if they sense genuine prayer, sincere care, and true dedication, God opens doors — not only with them but with entire nations.

Even in the workplace, live and work sincerely. Work for the benefit of the company and for others. Do not focus on showing off or manipulating outcomes for your own gain.

To all remnants: I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ to become witnesses who discover what is true through prayer.

Let us pray.

Prayer. God, we thank You. Allow this time to be when Your covenant is confirmed in all remnants across the nation and the world.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
