Theme: The Watchman Who Prepares in Advance (Isaiah 62:6–12)
Message 3: “The Watchman Who Prepares for the Future – Young Adults of the Age of Crisis (The Early Church)”
Introduction: Prepare for what comes after success (300% completion)
24, 25, eternity, execution, secret → three courtyards
▶ At last, God has prepared for the future and has set you up as watchmen. So let me state the title from the start: “Young Adults of the Age of Crisis.” In the future, an age of crisis will come. That is why we must prepare for the future. You must remember Lectures 1, 2, and 3 well. Because an age of crisis will come, you must be young adults of the age of crisis. Here are a few things you must certainly take note of. This (Lecture 3) is about the early church. The previous one (Lecture 2) was about the era of the monarchy.
▶ Prepare for what comes after success (300% completion) → 24/25/eternity/execution/secret – three courtyards
Here’s something you must think about. What did the older generation miss? This is how you must pray. It is about preparing for what comes after success. Success is not our goal. That is a given, but we prepare for what comes after success. That is the difference. If you prepare for what comes after success, you will be 300% ready. This is not difficult at all. Why is that? Here it is again: 24/25/eternity and execution are the very completion of 300%. You must not just hold onto this secret; you must make it into something. Make it so that you become the main figures of the three-day weekend age. There are three things this time. The second is the three courtyards, right? The first one (Lecture 1) was about firmly establishing the prayer bartizan and the movement of holy meditation. That is how it must be done.
▶ If you pray with the three courtyards as your goal, God will certainly complete the 300% for you. I have experienced this for over 30 years. I was very poor and had no background. Others were in a better position than I was. I wanted to study more, but I was in no situation to do so. My friend went abroad to study, but I couldn’t go. At that time, I discovered something important. If God does not let me go, then I will not go; I will go somewhere better. Where did I go? Two places. At that time, riding the bus was wonderful for me—it was books and the field. Every day, fortunately, on my way home from school, our church was in the middle. I would drop off my bag and go to the field every day, carrying my books. I received tremendous grace. That’s when I saw this (300%). So it’s possible. It’s never difficult. While I was between university and graduate school, this was my target. This is what Christ promised—not just 24, but the three courtyards: the courtyard of the Gentiles, the courtyard of children, and the prayer and healing courtyard. You must find this.
▶ Introduction – The Three Stages of the Bartizan of Light
Now, an important answer comes. What is it? A three-stage bartizan of light will emerge. Are there really stages? No. Why does Pastor Ryu have so many terms? Sorry, but when you have many children, you must give them names. If no one is born, there’s nothing to name. When you go to many fields, you need to know the names of those places. What does this mean? You must do your best, work hard, challenge yourself, and study. That is the first stage. Right? That is stage one. But don’t get stuck there. You should not live your walk of faith like that. That, too, is God’s grace, but it is still the first stage. What is the second stage? Our thoughts, ideas, and convictions. These are important, right? But this is not the ultimate answer either. It is the second stage. You must see this.
When you see this, the third stage of the bartizan of light emerges.
- The seven remnants (young adults)
▶ This is what the seven remnants saw. They surely saw it. When these remnants became young adults, they saved the world. - Mt Olive (Acts 1:1–14)
▶ But Jesus summed up this blessing and delivered it on Mt Olive. - Paul (Philippians 3:1–21)
▶ Who caught this the best? It was Paul. That’s why God entrusted the world to him. In Philippians 3, he made his full confession. He spoke about his upbringing. None of it was wrong. He also explained how he had joined Judaism and had a deep life of faith. But that’s not the main point here; it’s about this third stage. From there came the statement, “Our citizenship is in heaven…”
▶ So now, even when you worship, you must make it a habit to enter into deep prayer and deep breathing for your health. If you do that, it’s amazing. When I read a book, I’m looking down. I’m also looking down at my phone and my computer. The tremendous aftereffects of this were revealed in a paper by a certain doctor. As long as your lower abdomen is engaged, it’s okay to read even in this position. If you always pray and, for older people, keep the lower abdomen engaged, your blood pressure may rise a bit. For younger people, it doesn’t rise. So it’s fine. Always gain strength and enter into the level of prayer. Don’t worry about the future; it’s certain.
Main Message – At This Time, Three Things Will Come
1. Standard for your work
▶ The bartizan of light will come upon your work. It will be connected like this. This is very important; it will come upon your work. Then the five secrets will begin to appear. This work will also have standards.
1) 237 nations – It must align with the 237. This will be even more so in the future.
2) 5000 tribes – It must align with the 5000 tribes.
3) Kings – It must align with kings.
▶ Right now, there’s no need to meet kings. In the age of the internet, that will come naturally when the time comes. This is the standard for your work. Without a doubt, it’s true. A certain female student once sent a letter to the Queen of England long ago, saying, “I love England, I want to go to England, and I want to study in England.” Usually, such letters don’t reach the Queen, but it reached her hand. The Queen was moved and sent an invitation, instructing her staff to help this girl study in England. Why? Because the Queen was pleased—if we love God and love the gospel, this will surely happen.
2. Church (the three-day weekend age)
▶ Then this comes. The light will now come upon the church, and you will begin to carry out ministry. This is called the three-day weekend age. In the three-day weekend age, you must have the answer, right? That’s the church. In the three-day weekend age, what comes from here?
1) Synagogue, lecture hall, marketplace
▶ Why did Paul go to the synagogue? Here’s another thing. Why did he go to the lecture hall? That’s a slightly higher level. Why did he go to the marketplace? These important points emerge. The marketplace is related to the economy.
2) Healing, summit, flow
▶ What must you do during the three-day weekend? Healing, raising remnants as the summit. What about Sunday? Ride the flow of saving the 237 and the 5000 tribes. This is the answer you will receive. In a sense, it will be confirmed.
3) Works (heritage)
▶ If you try to do this properly in the church, it’s hard, right? There are elders above you, so you can’t do as you please. If young adults try to do everything, they’ll say, “Why are these kids acting up?” So you can’t do it. And you don’t have a lot of money prepared. Nor do you have remnants following you. But you are in an important position. That’s why I say—create works. Then it’s over. This is what you must make into your eternal heritage. Turn works into heritage.
▶ You can do this now. If a musician has great works, no one can stop them. So if you truly create works in prayer, they will go global. You just haven’t seized this part, but it can be done easily. In a way, because the older generation has all missed this, you must not miss it. Our older generation couldn’t help it; they had to succeed. That’s unavoidable, right? But you must not be like that. Prepare for what comes after success. People may not understand this well, but you must. Right now, I’m preparing for how to carry on this movement when the first generation steps back. Right? When the first generation steps back, how will you young adults and our future generations carry on this movement? I’m preparing for that step by step. You must prepare for what comes next.
3. Future
▶ From this point, this emerges. The economy of light and the three stages of the bartizan will come before your future. If you fall too far behind, you can’t catch up. Through prayer, God promised to show you what is to come. If I truly pray, I can see the future. This is the future Paul saw.
1) Christ
▶ In the synagogue, he explained why this term “Christ” was the answer.
2) Sabbath
▶ In the synagogue, he explained what the Sabbath truly meant—true worship and prayer.
3) Kingdom
▶ In the synagogue, he explained what the Kingdom of God was. This began to spread worldwide to the scattered peoples.
▶ If you are enjoying this answer, you will go out to the world. It’s certain. You must be doing this even now. You can do it when times are hard and also easily when times are good. Because this is missed, many important people spend their 24 hours worrying about the world, and then when problems come, it’s too late. When a serious problem comes and I face destruction, then it’s too late. Of course, even then, through prayer, you can change it by God’s power. But unbelievers collapse at that time. Since you already have all the answers, you must be different from middle and high school students. You are already people of the field.
Conclusion: Always
▶ What is the conclusion? It goes back to the same point. Always—this is the conclusion. It’s the start and the conclusion. It’s something you do always.
- Prayer 24/25/eternity
▶ Always—no one can take it from you. If you are doing it now, that’s enough. If it’s taken away, it’s because you let Satan take it. But otherwise, it won’t be taken. Always do it. - Healing 24/25/eternity
▶ Healing of myself and the field—24/25/eternity. This must be done always. - Globalization/Evangelization – 24/25/eternity
▶ Globalization—possible through prayer. Evangelization—these two must be combined for world evangelization. You can’t have world evangelization without globalization, and you can’t have globalization without evangelization. The combination of the two is world evangelization. Always—one day it will come. “I, the Lord, will do it swiftly in its time” (Isaiah 60:20–22), “The least of you will become a thousand, the smallest a mighty nation. I am the Lord; in its time I will do this swiftly!”
▶ This is the covenant that you young adults must seriously hold onto. You must not fail to hold it. If you don’t, later in life you will end up working errands for unbelievers. That must not happen, right? After all the messages you’ve heard and after you’ve guarded the gospel, if later in life you end up running errands for unbelievers or Satan, does that make sense? Because of you, churches will be revived. Because of you, evangelists will gain strength—that’s the Romans 16 people. Because of you, future generations will gain strength—that’s the three-day weekend age. Because of you, the multiethnic peoples of the world will gain strength—that’s the three courtyards. Let us give a round of applause to glorify our Triune God. Let us pray.
Prayer. May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the King of kings, the infinite love of God, and the working of the power of the Holy Spirit be with all our young adults who will fulfill 24/25/eternity, with the young adults who will save the world, with the young adults who will revive the church and future generations, now and forevermore. Amen.
