The Current Address of the Evangelist

November 24, 2024: Immanuel Church – Sunday 2nd Service
Scripture Reading: Philippians 4:10-20

Thank you. We now need to take hold of the practical things related to receiving answers.

While I was on my way to Bali, I watched a video — it was about meditation. Since those people practice meditation so much, they showed about 30 minutes of how they meditate in special places.

I also once watched a broadcast about meditation in Jeungsanism; it lasted about an hour and a half. It was boring, but I watched it all the way through.

In the three major organizations, they also practice meditation. And Muslims — even while walking down the street, they will spread out their mats and pray.

And everywhere, there are Freemason halls, and inside those places, they perform rituals involving spirits and Nephilim. When I saw all of that, I actually found it amusing, and I wasn’t afraid at all.

“The Current Address of the Evangelist”
(Philippians 4:13, John 15:7, 1 Corinthians 3:16, Philippians 2:13)

You must remember this. We do not go to such places to do those things. But many church members don’t know this well. Going to a special place to do something? That itself is wrong. Not only does it lack power, but it will also lead you into spiritual problems.

Right now, you are living in this reality: “I can do all things through Him who gives me strength.” This is an extremely important statement.

We go to the sanctuary because we receive great guidance from the Word there, following a greater flow. That’s why we go — but we can pray anywhere. Some people say, “Pastor, I went to school, but there’s no church there.” It’s okay even if there isn’t one. Start a local church there. If you worship alone, that place becomes a local church. When you help others, that becomes evangelism. Many people don’t really understand this.

“In Him who gives me strength” — this is our address. This is a tremendous address. Where do I live? I live “in Him who gives me strength.” If you don’t understand this part, your walk of faith will not go well. But once you understand it, you will enjoy the real power of prayer. Go and pray in Jesus’ name for someone completely possessed by demons — you will see a complete difference.

In John 15:7, Jesus says, “If you remain in Me and My words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.” Even more astonishing, in 1 Corinthians 3:16, it says, “Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?” In Philippians 2:13, it says that God works in you to will and to act according to His good purpose.

▣ Introduction – Christ and the Triune God

Now, what does “in Him who gives me strength” mean? It means “in Christ.”

Being “in Christ” means, as in Genesis 3:15, that the offspring of the woman crushed the serpent’s head. That’s where we are — in Him.

On the day the lamb’s blood was applied, we were set free. No one can understand this. But I live in that.

A virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and you shall call His name Immanuel. I am in that.

“You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Jesus said, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven.”

In this Christ, the Triune God is invisibly with us through the Holy Spirit.

1. Problems, Conflicts, and Crises (Light vs. Darkness)

That’s why, when problems come, we don’t just pray because there are problems. No — you will surely face problems, conflicts, and crises, but you must enter them already carrying the answer. You must believe this. Because you carry the light of Christ, darkness will collapse wherever you go.

Many people don’t believe this and try to depend on other things — but there is nothing else. The Bible is not written just to help you live an “okay” life. Jesus did not die on the cross just to cure your cold. You can buy medicine at the pharmacy for that.

God called Christ so that those trapped in darkness could be called out into the light. That’s why Paul said, “I know how to be content with little, and I know how to live with plenty. I can do all things through Him who gives me strength.” Whether in lack or abundance, it doesn’t matter. He learned the secret of contentment.

This is the faith you must carry with you.

2. The Bartizan, Journey, and Guidepost of the Throne (300%)

This is astonishing. The Triune God’s power works through the Spirit, and even just shining His light is enough to give thanks — but God went even further: He established the bartizan of the throne inside you, called you into its journey, and set the guideposts for you to follow.

Do you realize how amazing this is? On the day you build this reality through prayer, history begins to change. How does this happen?

3. 24 (Enjoyment)

It’s simple: live in 24. This is not meditation like the world practices. That level is nowhere near enough. Live in 24.

“I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” It doesn’t say, “I’ll come when you’re breathless” or “I’ll show up when you’re in trouble.” It says, “I am with you always.” That’s 24. This is completely different.

25 (Waiting)

As you enjoy this, one day, changes will start happening around you. That’s called 25 — the kingdom of God. This is waiting. From that moment on, wherever you go, the works of saving life begin.

Eternity (Challenge)

This is challenging for eternal works. Some people say, “I don’t know how to evangelize.” You don’t even have to worry about that.

There was an RT in Busan who had gone to America. He came to me saying he got a job, but the area was full of heavy drinking. He said, “So I took your message with me and decided to practice it.”

He started helping drunk coworkers — running errands, carrying them home when they couldn’t walk. He didn’t drink, but he served everyone faithfully. People were so shocked: “Wow, is this guy real?” They became grateful and started coming to him one by one for counseling.

Unbelievers are watching you closely. They look into your face and think: “Can I trust this person or not?” If they sense you’re a fake Christian, they’ll never open up to you. But they know when someone is genuine, even if they’re unbelievers.

Don’t worry about evangelism. God will surely establish His kingdom through you. That’s what you’ve received.

So then, my current address is this: I live in Him who gives me strength.

▣ Main Message

Why must it be this way? There are three things you must remember.

1. The Path of the Pilgrim

From now on, you must walk the difficult path of the pilgrim.

2. The Path of the Healer

You will also encounter many sick people, and because our own strength is weak, we must walk the path of the healer.

3. The Path of the Watchman

Although many people seem to be living well, they are trapped in darkness, so we must walk the path of the watchman, shining the light. That’s why it’s so important where you are positioned.

1. The Path of the [Pilgrim]

1) John 14:16
Jesus gave us this promise. In John 14:16, He said, “I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Advocate to help you and be with you forever.” He clearly said this. Today, believe this and begin your prayer.

2) John 14:26
“When the Holy Spirit comes upon you, He will remind you of everything.” This is your current address. This is not mysticism — when you pray, the Holy Spirit makes you understand.

3) John 16:13
In John 16:13, it says, “The Spirit will guide you into all truth and show you what is to come.” That’s right.

4) Acts 13:1-4
In Acts 13:1-4, Paul went to the field and was completely led by the Holy Spirit.

5) Acts 16:6-10
When the doors closed, he didn’t despair or rush; instead, he received perfect guidance from the Spirit, being led to Macedonia.

6) Acts 19:1-7
In Acts 19:1-7, right from the beginning — even before the lecture hall of Tyrannus — the same power of the Upper Room of Mark’s house came upon them.

[ My 100% ]
This is what we call “my 100%.” You must believe this. Today, pray about this — especially the final, most important prayer. Because you are pilgrims on a journey, you are in Him who gives you strength.

2. The Path of the [Healer]

1) Mark 16:15-20
On your path, you will meet many sick people who must be healed. In Mark 16:15-20, Jesus said, “In My name, you will drive out demons and lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” He also said, “Even if you drink deadly poison, it will not harm you.”

2) Acts 1:8
In Acts 1:8, Jesus says, “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, and you will be My witnesses to the ends of the earth.”

3) Acts 13:5-12
Holding onto this covenant, Paul entered a city covered in deep spiritual darkness — and he healed it completely. Pray and believe this during your worship.

4) Acts 16:16-18
I pray that this will be the time when all darkness in your homes collapses. Do not miss even one opportunity — write it down and pray. In Philippi, a whole city was enslaved by fortune-telling and evil spirits, but Paul healed the possessed girl who was suffering.

5) Acts 19:8-20
In the lecture hall of Tyrannus, even incurable diseases that doctors couldn’t heal were healed through God’s power. Paul declared, “I can do all things through Him who gives me strength.” Remember — Paul wrote this while in prison.

[ Field 100% ]
This is called “field 100%.” Never forget this. But there’s even more.

3. The Path of the [Watchman]

1) Acts 17:1, 18:4, 19:8
You are not only called to heal; you are also called to be watchmen who establish bartizans and shine the light. Paul strategically entered the synagogues to save influential figures.

2) Acts 19:21, 27:11, 27:24
In Acts 19:21, God directed Paul toward Rome. In Acts 27:24, during the storm, God said, “Paul, do not be afraid; you must stand trial before Caesar.”

3) Romans 15:23
In Romans 15:23, Paul says that the gospel must go all the way to Spain. Hold onto this covenant and pray accordingly today.

▣ Conclusion

[ Conqueror ]

You are conquerors — but not conquerors of people. You are called to conquer the darkness.

[ Authority ]

Use the prayer of authority. Especially during worship — even when you’re alone. It might sound strange, but when you pray by yourself, use the prayer of authority.

Acts 3:1-12
The first person who tried this was Peter. He said, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk.” That wasn’t a polite suggestion — it was a command of authority: “Get up and walk.”

Do this prayer of authority this week in Jesus’ name. You may doubt at first, but one day, answers will come without fail. Use the authority of Jesus’ name to break the power of darkness in your homes.

Acts 8:4-8
In Samaria, when they prayed in Jesus Christ’s name, evil spirits left and diseases were healed.

Acts 16:16-18
In Philippi, Paul prayed deeply for three days and commanded, “In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, I command you, spirit, come out!”

Philippians 3:21
In Philippians 3:21, it says: “In His name, all things are brought into submission.”

Next Sunday, we will worship in the U.S. as part of the worldwide worship service, and we’ll be focusing on the book of Colossians.

Why Colossians? Because people keep believing the wrong things. Paul, deeply frustrated, wrote Colossians to explain the truth more clearly. It speaks even more powerfully than Philippians.

John 14:14
In John 14:14, Jesus says: “You may ask Me for anything in My name, and I will do it.” You no longer need to sacrifice lambs. There’s no need to apply the blood of the Passover anymore. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, there is healing, deliverance, and power. You must understand this: the Old Testament has been completely fulfilled.

A missionary once shared his testimony. He was evangelizing in a very difficult region. The tribal chief’s son had received grace and began following him around everywhere. But one night, the boy suddenly collapsed. They rushed him to the hospital, and the doctors said there was no hope.

The missionary said that in that moment, a thought struck him: “This is Satan’s work. How could a young man receiving the gospel suddenly be struck down like this?” He felt a strong conviction rise up inside him.

At the hospital, he found the boy at the edge of death. Without shouting, he quietly prayed, “Satan holding this young man, I command you in the name of Jesus Christ — leave him now! In the authority of the Lord Jesus Christ, I command you!”

The evil spirit left, and the boy recovered.

When I heard this testimony, I realized something: we cannot even imagine what happens inside unreached tribes among the 5,000 people groups. Many missionaries have said they’re too afraid to enter those places. That shows how far we still are from true missions.

Another testimony comes from Missionary Park in Panama. He said that when he first entered the area, he was terrified. The level of occult power there was beyond imagination — people could transfer “spiritual energy” to harm or even kill others.

Inside such regions, incredible spiritual battles are happening. Everyone is completely trapped in darkness. That’s why Christ came as the Light:

“To those who received Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God.”

This week, pray in the name of Jesus Christ so that all darkness, curses, unbelief, and the authority of Satan may be completely bound. If you truly believe, you must do this.

Our gospel is not a theory, not a religion, not just another book. It’s real. That’s why real works happen.

Go to the evangelism field, and you’ll see this clearly. But most church members don’t go, so they don’t know. Those who’ve experienced it firsthand are often shocked.

They’ve never seen how powerful the name of Jesus Christ really is. Through that name, may you receive the blessing of saving all generations. I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ.

I’ll be going to the U.S. this week to participate in RCA, and I ask for your prayers.

Prayer. Father God, we thank You. Today, may the works of breaking the power of darkness happen in the name of Jesus Christ. Bind every force of unbelief around our families, our surroundings, and our church before the name of Jesus. We pray in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

Present Your Requests to God with Thanksgiving

November 24, 2024 – Immanuel Church, Sunday First Service
Scripture Reading: Philippians 4:1-7

Introduction
Thank you.

1. Representative biblical figures who were most thankful in the midst of hardships
1) David
In the Old Testament era, perhaps the person who received the most answers was David. But David also suffered the greatest pain. The amazing thing is that David gave thanks the most.

2) Paul
If we pick one figure in the New Testament who had the greatest impact, it would be Paul. Paul endured tremendous hardships. However, thanksgiving came out of Paul’s mouth more than anyone else. So, what is the answer we must receive today? In such great hardships and pain, how can thanksgiving come out? Paul sincerely said, “Rejoice.” He said again, “Rejoice.” “Do not worry about anything.” Then he gave us an important word: “By prayer and petition present your requests to God.” But he didn’t stop there; he said, “Present your requests to God with thanksgiving.”

3) Daniel
This kind of statement also appears once with Daniel. Daniel was about to die, yet without any hesitation, he knelt down three times a day, facing Jerusalem, and prayed before God. At that time, what word appears? It says, “He prayed and gave thanks to God.”

Now, this is where we must receive the real answer today. How was it possible for Paul to rejoice, give thanks, and live like this? Was it because his faith was exceptionally great? Today, we must discover the true answer of the entire Bible here.

2. The reason they gave thanks – They discovered God’s accurate and certain covenant and blessing
They discovered God’s precise and unchanging covenant and His blessings. A person can endure anything when they have a firm hope. In every situation, the most important thing is this: you must confirm what God’s accurate, unshakable covenant is, and what the true blessing is. I pray today becomes that day for you. You must find God’s answer today that turns your problems and hardships into true blessings.

1) God desires to bless you
Satan wants you to perish. People want you to fail. But God wants to bless you. That is the difference. That is why God can give you things even your parents and siblings cannot give. David confessed this: “Though my father and mother forsake me, the Lord will receive me.”

2) “But in everything, by prayer and petition” – When you understand prayer, the peace of God will guard your heart and mind
This is why you must confirm this again today. Paul said, “Do not worry about anything.” That much we know, but the next part is critical. He said, “But.” This “but” means “only.” “But in everything, by prayer and petition.” The reason many don’t enjoy God’s peace is that they don’t understand prayer. But when you know what prayer is, “the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

3. How to find God’s accurate covenant and blessings – The three things God has prepared
So then, how do we discover God’s accurate blessings and covenant? Normally, we try to find them using our own thoughts. But that is why God said, “The peace of God will guard your heart and mind.” God has prepared three things for you. You must discover them. Jesus Christ gave us the complete conclusion regarding these.

1) God has prepared 100% the bartizan of the throne within you (John 14:16, 26)
What is the first promise? “I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Counselor to be with you forever.” “The Spirit of God is within you and will teach you all things.” Do you see how clear this is? Unbelievers are not interested in this at all, so you have no competitors. Even most church members don’t believe this, so you still have no competitors. What do we call this? God has prepared 100% the bartizan of the throne within you.

2) God has prepared 100% your journey ahead (Matthew 28:20, Acts 1:8)
Yet we still worry uselessly, thinking, “What am I going to do about my future?” The Christ, the King of kings, said, “I am with you always, to the very end of the age. You will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” What does this mean? It means God has prepared your journey 100%. That is what you must discover. It’s not 99%; it’s 100%. If you keep doubting, that is unbelief. It’s 100%.

3) Your hardships are the guidepost to establish evidence – God has prepared the system and future 100%
Then why are there so many difficulties? Because that is the guidepost. It is the guidepost where you will establish evidence. God has prepared your system and your future 100%.

※ Jesus told us to pray only this prayer (Matthew 6:33, Acts 1:3). Then the accurate covenant will become visible.

Take this and pray with it today. Whenever I prepare the message, I only pray this prayer. Jesus clearly said, “But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness.” He explained about God’s kingdom for forty days. When you pray this prayer, the accurate covenant will become clear. In our church, I saw that our deaconesses formed a 24-hour prayer team. That is very important. That’s what the Romans 16 people did. Today, I feel we must briefly gather and explain how to do 24-hour prayer.

Main Message

1. Remnants and young adults – Prepare 300% for your studies
First, to the remnants and young adults: prepare 300% for your studies. That’s all you need to do. If Bill Gates could do it, why can’t we? Bill Gates is actually a New Age member. Through demon-possessed meditation practices, he prepared 300%. When he was still a university student—before even graduating—he had already prepared the content, the global field, and the system. Our remnants must rise up.

1) Prayer makes it possible – We are limited, but with God, all things are possible
Prayer is the key. The problem is that we don’t know how to pray. If you don’t know prayer, you’ll end up talking too much. Women, in particular, tend to talk three times more because God created them that way. That means, when women receive grace, they become prayer generals. Everything is finished through prayer. Jesus said, “This kind can come out only by prayer.”

Bill Gates flipped the entire 20th century upside down. Look at the Freemason members—the ones who invented the smartphone. They built it while they were still students! On our own, we cannot do this. But with God, it’s possible. That’s why our remnants must learn prayer when they’re young. Otherwise, they will constantly struggle as they grow older, always limited by their own level. No matter what they achieve, they will never surpass the level of their friends or their parents. They will struggle endlessly. Life becomes hard—hard when you succeed, and hard when you fail. That’s how you end up living your entire life without true rest.

2) Completely prepare the bartizan, journey, and guidepost that God has given you
Remnants, before going out into the world—or even as you go—completely prepare the bartizan, the journey, and the guidepost that God has given you.

3) Role models
I’ll introduce two types of role models:

(1) Those who realized this early – Joseph and Samuel
Joseph is a prime example. He understood this early and did not panic. If it were us, we would have said, “Joseph is finished—he’s been sold as a slave.” That’s what happens when you don’t know prayer: you end up taking the wrong path, like Joseph’s brothers did. They lived a cursed life of poverty because they didn’t know God’s plan.

But Joseph understood. When he was falsely accused and sent to prison, he didn’t even flinch. The Bible records no sign of resentment or despair. And what happened? Even there, God’s works arose. When he later met his brothers, he said, “It was not you who sold me.” But they did sell him! If it were us, we’d have said, “Even though you sold me…” But Joseph said, “You did not sell me. God sent me ahead of you to preserve life.” That’s Joseph’s bartizan.

Another example: Samuel, who realized God’s plan early, and David as well. About Samuel, the Bible says, “During Samuel’s lifetime, there was peace,” “Not one of Samuel’s words fell to the ground,” and “Everyone who saw Samuel knew that he was attested as a prophet of the Lord.” When this foundation is established early, it changes everything.

Be careful not to burden your children with endless activities while neglecting to teach them the true things. I recently saw a family visiting before taking their child abroad, and they were going together, so I thought it was fine. But many children are collapsing today because of parental pressure. In America, statistics show that 40% of children end up on psychiatric medication because of extreme stress. It’s not that parents had bad intentions—it’s that they never taught them what truly matters.

※ Remnants, begin praying today. Then the bartizan, the journey, and the guidepost of the throne will arise in your life 300%.

Start today. Just five minutes in the morning, five minutes at night. If you do this and properly worship on Sunday, the bartizan, the journey, and the guidepost of the throne will arise 300%.

(2) Those who realized this late – Moses
Who realized it late? Moses. He struggled tremendously. For 40 years in the palace, he tried using human effort and failed. Then he fled to Midian, but still nothing worked. It wasn’t until he was 80 years old that he finally understood. Age doesn’t matter. I’m saying this especially to remnants: prepare 300%. When you pray holding onto the bartizan, the journey, and the guidepost, the answers will come.

2. Believers and church leaders – Prepare 300% in your work
Second, to all believers and church leaders: prepare 300% in your work.

1) Abraham – After surrendering everything, he began building altars
Nothing was working out for Abraham—failure upon failure, betrayal from his family, and even threats of death. But one day, Abraham made a decision. He gave up everything, including his rights, and even allowed his nephew Lot to choose the better land first. After that, God said, “Lift up your eyes and look from where you are: north, south, east, and west. All the land you see I will give to you and your descendants forever.” From that moment, Abraham began building altars, and God prepared his specialization, his field, and his future for saving the age.

2) Jochebed – Through the 300% mystery of prayer, she discovered the way to save Moses
There are so many examples of church leaders in the Bible, but one of the most important is Jochebed, Moses’ mother. In the face of crisis—when all the baby boys were being killed—she discovered the way to save Moses. Inside her actions, we find the 300% mystery of prayer and true specialization.

3) Rahab the prostitute – By hearing only the rumors, she confessed the Lord as the true God, delivered information, and became an ancestor of David
Rahab is an amazing example. She said, “I have heard the reports.” She only heard rumors of God’s works but confessed, “The Lord your God is the true God.” She declared that the Israelites would surely enter Canaan, and she even shared inside information: “The hearts of our people have melted, and our leaders have fled.” Rahab was saved, entered Canaan with Israel, and later married and had children—among her descendants came David. Incredible!

4) Obadiah – A royal official, Elijah’s disciple, who hid 100 prophets and became the bridge in the spiritual battle
Look at Obadiah. He was a royal official, yet also Elijah’s disciple—serving the very prophet the king wanted to kill! Obadiah had such great specialization that even the king couldn’t ignore him. He hid 100 prophets in caves and provided for them. Not only that, when Elijah faced the great spiritual battle on Mount Carmel, it was Obadiah who prepared the bridge for it. That’s 300%!

※ Prepare through prayer. Pray holding onto the bartizan, the journey, and the guidepost of the throne. You prepare with prayer. Not just any prayer, but prayer holding onto the bartizan of the throne, the journey of the throne, and the guidepost of the throne. I bless our church in the name of Jesus, that church leaders who truly pray will arise and lead works that save the world.

3. Pastors and church staff – Restore 300% evangelism and missions
Third, to pastors and church staff: when difficulties come, restore 300% evangelism and missions.

1) The answer must come only from Christ – That way you can give the true answer to your members
The most important thing is this: Paul had his complete answer in Christ. A believer who does not have the answer in Christ suffers the most. You’re saved, so you can’t escape, yet without the answer in Christ, you live a lifetime of unnecessary suffering.

This is also true for pastors. If you don’t resolve everything in Christ, you’ll struggle all your life, even while serving. Satan knows this and continuously attacks invisibly, like a roaring lion seeking someone to devour. But Paul had his complete answer in Christ. Pastors must also have this answer. Only then can they give their members the true solution.

※ Apart from “Only Christ,” everything else is “anti-Christ.” What Satan fears most is “Only Christ.”

Pastors, take this seriously. Anything besides the gospel is anti-Christ. It’s only the gospel. Only Christ. What Satan fears most is not your effort, not your methods, but Only Christ. That’s why God used Paul in ways no emperor, general, or conqueror could compare.

2) Be completely led by the Holy Spirit
Paul never acted carelessly. He was completely led by the Holy Spirit. This is the 300% preparation for pastors. Don’t just rush into evangelism. Be completely led by the Holy Spirit, and life itself will revive. Even when the doors were shut, Paul followed the Spirit’s guidance completely.

3) Paul went to those the world could not change and brought healing
Paul deliberately went to those who were broken, wounded, and incurable by worldly standards—and they were healed. This will happen wherever you go. Believe it.

4) Paul entered the synagogues – Explaining the necessity of Christ, worship, prayer, and God’s kingdom; those raised in synagogues later transformed Rome
Paul’s final focus was the synagogue. He explained why Christ is necessary, what true worship and prayer are, and what God’s kingdom is. Those who grew up in the synagogue later became the ones who transformed Rome. It’s astounding.

Take Emperor Nero as an example—the worst persecutor of Christians. He constantly wept, carrying a jar to collect his tears, and once asked his servant, “Why do Christians keep increasing no matter how many we kill?” The servant replied, “I don’t know, my lord.” Nero said, “It must be because we haven’t killed enough.” For 250 years, Rome persecuted Christians brutally. Yet after 250 years, Rome was nearly evangelized. When numbers grew, politicians had no choice but to kneel.

Pastors, remember this: prepare 300% for evangelism and missions, and then move forward.

5) Paul’s confession (Philippians 3:7–21) – Being taken hold of by Christ, the reward from above, and heavenly citizenship
Paul said, “I consider everything loss compared to knowing Christ.” People boasted so much about themselves, but Paul said, “I have not already obtained all this, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me.” He considered all earthly things “rubbish” compared to Christ. He pressed on for “the prize that comes from above.” And when others boasted of Roman citizenship, Paul declared, “Our citizenship is in heaven.”

Conclusion

Today, you must receive a great answer—instantly.

1. To discover God’s special plan and blessing
You must firmly hold onto the fact that in every problem, big or small, God’s special plan and blessing are hidden.

1) Covenant, not calculation
It’s not about calculating; it’s about holding the covenant. Those who calculated all died in the wilderness because the numbers didn’t add up.

2) Relationship with God, not profit or loss
This isn’t about personal gain or loss—it’s about your relationship with God.

3) Not today, but the future
We do not live for today but for the future. When we look at our remnants, we shouldn’t judge them based on today but envision them through God’s plan for the future.

2. Our faith is the budget; God’s blessing is the settlement
Priscilla and Aquila spent their entire lives helping Paul’s ministry. I once researched them and found their burial site in Rome—they had become enormously wealthy! That day, I realized: some people spend their whole lives helping evangelism and become wealthy, while others neglect God’s work and remain impoverished. That’s when this truth came to me: our faith is the budget, but God’s blessing is the settlement. Without God’s blessing, nothing works.

3. Always give thanks (1 Thessalonians 5:16–18)
Finally, the most important conclusion: Paul always gave thanks. Not just in good times—he gave thanks in everything. “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, and give thanks in all circumstances.”

※ When you find the answer and hold onto the covenant, the answer will come.
I pray today becomes the day you find that great answer. The moment you discover it—even before you do anything—the answer begins.

The 5,000 tribes will gather in the three courtyards. The remnants and the sick will be drawn into the three-day weekend age. The entire global culture will kneel before the age of holy meditation. I bless you in the name of Jesus that today will be a day of healing.

Prayer. God, we thank You. Open our spiritual eyes so we may see the future, today, and the past. Make us disciples who save the age through the gospel movement. In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

The Tragedy of a Worldly Life

1 Corinthians 3:1-3. Brothers and sisters, I could not address you as people who live by the Spirit but as people who are still worldly—mere infants in Christ. I gave you milk, not solid food, for you were not yet ready for it. Indeed, you are still not ready. You are still worldly. For since there is jealousy and quarreling among you, are you not worldly? Are you not acting like mere humans?

Though many believers have received salvation, far too many fail to experience the fullness of life in Christ. Why? Today’s Word shows us that they are still worldly.

They may have a form of godliness but deny its power (2 Timothy 3:5). They attend church, sing hymns, and even know the Bible, but they wander through life living no differently than unbelievers. Their hearts are consumed with the same worries, ambitions, and desires as the world.

Nicodemus was an accomplished scholar of the Law, a respected Pharisee, and a member of the Jewish ruling council. Outwardly, he had achieved everything a religious man could desire. Yet when he encountered Jesus, he could not recognize the One who came to save him. Jesus spoke to him about the necessity of being born again—of experiencing a spiritual birth from above—but Nicodemus could not comprehend it (John 3:1-3).

Here was a man well-versed in the Law, yet he could not understand the heart of the gospel. Highly religious but spiritually empty, he came to Jesus in search of answers for his life. This is a warning to us: it is possible to know Scripture but miss the Savior. It is possible to attend church but never experience the abundant life Jesus promised (John 10:10).

If we remain worldly, we will wander aimlessly through life—never fully tasting the joy, peace, and power God has promised us through Christ. Tragically, many choose the things below instead of the things above (Colossians 3:1-2). But the truth is this: we have been born from above through our Lord Jesus Christ. We belong to heaven.

Jesus has given us the keys to the kingdom of God. He declared, “Whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven” (Matthew 16:19). Why, then, do we exchange the eternal inheritance of heaven for perishable, temporary things on earth? If you fill yourself with godly sorrow, which brings life and leaves no regret, you will be able to turn your heart away from worldly sorrow, which leads only to death (2 Corinthians 7:10).

Stop being a lover of yourself, money, or pleasure. Become a lover of God and the good (2 Timothy 3:1-4). If you love Him, you will desire to obey Him (John 14:15). You will not grieve His Spirit by doing what He does not want you to do (Ephesians 4:30). You will not dismiss the Spirit by ignoring what He calls you to do (1 Thessalonians 5:19). You will not silence His voice when He leads you to people and places where Christ is not known. You will not quench the Spirit by chasing after the things of this world that will not last.

Invest your life in the things above, focusing on what is eternal rather than temporary. The treasures of this world will fade, but the inheritance in Christ lasts forever. Make Him the center of your life, the greatest choice of all, surrendering your plans to His will and seeking His kingdom first.

Why is it so dangerous to live a worldly life? Listen to what Scripture says:

Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God” (Romans 8:5-8).

In other words, the minds of believers who follow the world are controlled by their own desires. Though they are not enemies of God in status, they live as if they were. People may hear the Word of God, but their hearts are far from it, resisting obedience. Their entire lives, they will please their bodies rather than the One who loved them and died for them.

Thus, we must live by faith, not by sight. Faith pleases our Father (Hebrews 11:6). Whatever does not proceed from faith is sin, and the greatest sin of all is unbelief (Romans 14:23). We have every reason to live by faith: “For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed—a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: ‘The righteous will live by faith’” (Romans 1:17).

Let us be like Paul when he said, “May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world” (Galatians 6:14). Paul considered himself dead to the world. At one time, the things of the world were important to him, but he came to realize that they were worth nothing compared with the greatness of knowing Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:7-8).

The more you know Jesus, the more you will realize that you possess the greatest treasure of all. You will cherish Him, love Him, worship Him, and obey Him.

Prayer. Lord Jesus, I cherish, love, and worship You. I will leave the world behind and follow You. Take me to a place where Your name is not known. In Your mighty name, Amen.

Confession of Faith
The Apostles’ Creed

I believe in God, the Father Almighty,
Maker of heaven and earth;

And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, Our Lord,
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
Born of the Virgin Mary,
Suffered under Pontius Pilate,
Was crucified, dead, and buried.
He descended into hell.
The third day He rose again from the dead.
He ascended into heaven,
And is seated at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty;
From thence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit,
The holy universal Church,
The communion of saints,
The forgiveness of sins,
The resurrection of the body
And life everlasting. Amen.

Scripture Reading
Isaiah 62:6-10

I have posted watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem;
they will never be silent day or night.
You who call on the Lord,
    give yourselves no rest,
and give him no rest till he establishes Jerusalem
and makes her the praise of the earth.

The Lord has sworn by his right hand
    and by his mighty arm:
“Never again will I give your grain
    as food for your enemies,
and never again will foreigners drink the new wine
    for which you have toiled;
but those who harvest it will eat it
    and praise the Lord,
and those who gather the grapes will drink it
in the courts of my sanctuary.”

10 Pass through, pass through the gates!
Prepare the way for the people.
Build up, build up the highway!
    Remove the stones.
Raise a banner for the nations.

Message
Raise the Bartizan
Pastor Ryu Kwang Su
Full Transcript

Many remnants face difficulties because of family and surrounding circumstances. However, when they go outside, they may encounter even greater challenges. Moreover, many people also carry wounds. In such times, what should we do? Jesus gave us the answer.

“Secret Bartizan” – Evidence
Build the secret bartizan. Once this bartizan is established, problems disappear. When light enters, darkness leaves. If you build this bartizan, you won’t need to worry about the future. Whatever problem comes, it will be okay. A secret bartizan can easily be built through prayer and the Word. Why should we do this?

▣ Introduction – Nephilim

Without realizing it, a Nephilim bartizan is already standing.

7 Bartizans (It is finished – The Throne)
This is why we speak about the important 7 bartizans. The key to the 7 bartizans is “It is finished.” For forty days, Jesus explained how the background of the throne would be with us. Those with special traumas need special concentration because those traumas can become their bartizan. Our bartizan must be the 7 bartizans.

7 Journeys (Lifelong Camp)
Among the 7 journeys, the most important is the camp where we enjoy the answer for our entire lifetime. Camp is where we shine the light. It saves others and saves ourselves because it is light.

7 Guideposts (Rome, 237, 5000)
The most important answer within the guideposts is Rome. When you go there, the 237 nations are connected. And from the 237 nations, you reach the 5000 tribes. The TCKs we meet are the pathway to the 5000 tribes. In the future, the greatest crisis will be pandemics. The root cause of all these issues comes from the 5000 tribes. At the same time, the vast majority of resources are also within the 5000 tribes.

1. RT 7

The 7 remnants already had this answer. By holding onto this, they went toward the 237 nations and the 5000 tribes.

2. Jochebed and Hannah

Women like Jochebed and Hannah also saw this answer.

3. 1 Samuel 7:1–15, 16:1–13

Samuel and David also saw this.

1 Samuel 17:1–47
This is why David had the power to overcome Goliath. But more importantly, it was not just about defeating the giant warrior of the Philistines. Goliath cursed Israel and David in the name of the gods he worshiped. His challenge was directed against “those who believe in the Lord.” That’s why David declared, “I come in the name of the Lord whom you have defied.” Then he said, “I will prove that your life belongs to the Lord and that salvation is not by sword or spear, but in the hand of the Lord.”

▣ Main Message

When we enjoy this covenant, three blessings come:

1. Platform

A platform will be established where others naturally gather — both personally and industrially.

  1. 7 Bartizans – The most important part of this platform is the 7 bartizans. Without bartizans, people won’t come.
  2. 300% – God gives answers of 300% that save myself, others, and the future.
  3. Monument – A blessing comes to establish monuments that will save the future generations.

2. Watchman Bartizan

From this point, you begin to save others. It’s not just about people coming to you — you go to them.

  1. 7 Journeys – Light is necessary for the journey. You move forward while shining the light.
  2. Healing – When this light shines, it heals those living in darkness.
  3. Summit – Because you shine the light to save others, you become a summit.

3. Antenna of the Throne

Finally, an antenna is raised that communicates directly with the throne. Only when you understand this will you truly know what prayer is.

  1. 7 Guideposts – Through this antenna, you walk the path of the 7 guideposts.
  2. Absolute Bartizan – From Calvary to Rome, you establish absolute bartizans.
  3. MH, Regional Church, RUTC – This is why my home, myself, and our field become a mission home, a regional church, and an RUTC.

▣ Conclusion – 237, 5000, TCK

When you build this bartizan, the blessings of the 237 nations, the 5000 tribes, and the TCKs will come. Just like the tiny chip inside our smartphones connects us to the entire world, the light of life inside us is designed to communicate with the entire world.

Forum & Prayer

Call to Prayer – Billy Graham

Ladies and gentlemen, if you are listening to this message right now, it is not by accident. It is not by
coincidence. It is because God himself has appointed this very moment in your
life to speak directly to your heart. There are things happening in your life that no one sees. There are forces
working behind the curtain of your reality, behind the smile you wear, behind the pain you hide, behind the
confusion you wrestle with every night. You may not be able to put your finger on it, but deep down you know something
is fighting you. Something invisible is pulling at your progress. Something dark
is trying to stop your destiny. Let me tell you plainly, there is an evil plan
against your life. But there’s also a holy power greater than every wicked scheme. And today, we’re going to
unleash that power through prayer. I’m not here to tickle your ears with sweet words. I’m here to tell you the truth.
We are in a spiritual war. A war that doesn’t play fair. A war where the enemy
doesn’t come to scare you. He comes to kill, to steal, and to
destroy. He uses people. He uses circumstances. He uses doubt. He uses
fear. He uses betrayal. But the word of God declares in Isaiah 54:17, “No weapon
that is formed against thee shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment, thou
shalt condemn.” That is not a wish. That is not a hopeful thought. That is a promise
sealed by the living God. And when God makes a promise, you can stand on it
like a rock in the middle of the storm. That evil plan against your life was written in hell, but heaven has already
declared your victory. The enemy tried to use your childhood to ruin you. He
tried to use abuse, neglect, loneliness, and fear to break you. He thought if he could wound you early, you would never
rise up to your purpose. But here you are still standing, that is proof that
God has preserved you. That is evidence that the plan of the devil has already
begun to fail. And if God has kept you this far, then he is not finished with you yet. I need you to understand
something deep, something urgent, something eternal. There are prayers you pray that move mountains, but there are
also prayers you pray that make demons flee. There are prayers that open doors,
but there are also prayers that shut the mouth of lions. There are prayers that invite
peace, but there are also prayers that strike down every curse that’s been
spoken over your life. And today, we are not praying polite prayers. We are not
whispering words into the wind. We are praying with authority, with boldness,
with fire, and with holy power. Because when you rise up in the spirit of God
and declare war against the plants of darkness, all hell begins to shake. The
enemy fears a praying child of God. He doesn’t fear your money. He doesn’t fear
your education. He doesn’t fear your connections, but he fears your prayer. Why? Because when you pray, you connect
directly to the throne of heaven. When you pray, you invite the commander of
angel armies to intervene. When you pray, chains break, curses are
shattered, darkness trembles. Don’t you dare underestimate the power of your prayer. You say, “But
I don’t feel strong.” Good. It’s about God’s strength in you. You say, “But I made too many
mistakes.” That’s exactly why you need to pray. You say, “I prayed before. Nothing happened.” And let me tell you
something. Every prayer you’ve ever prayed in faith is the seed planted in
the soil of eternity. And just because you haven’t seen the harvest yet doesn’t
mean the roots aren’t growing beneath the surface. Hey, let me speak to the weary soul listening to me right now.
You’ve been under attack and you didn’t realize it. People have turned on you.
Finances have dried up. Your sleep has been disturbed. Your spirit has been restless. You’ve questioned your faith.
You’ve doubted your worth. But I’m here to tell you that the battle is not your battle is the Lord. And today, we’re
going to go before the throne of grace and we’re going to call down heaven’s fire upon every evil plan that’s been
set against your life. The devil doesn’t want you to pray this kind of prayer. He
wants you to stay silent. He wants you to feel powerless. He wants you to feel ashamed.
But you must rise up. You must open your mouth. You must stand in the authority
of Christ Jesus and declare war in the spirit. You are not a victim. You are a
warrior. You are not defeated. You are more than a conqueror. You are not alone. The angels of God encamp around
those who fear him. And greater is he who is in you than he who is in the
world. I know there are generational curses that have followed your bloodline. I know there are people in
your family who bow down to darkness, who open doors to evil, who made
covenants that still speak. But those covenants can be broken. Those chains
can be destroyed. Those spirits can be cast out. And it doesn’t require a
thousand people. It doesn’t require a famous preacher.
It only takes one person. One person filled with the spirit. One person with
a mustard seed of faith. One person who refuses to bow to fear and instead bows
to the King of Kings. So right now I invite you to join me in this prayer. But not a quiet prayer, not a soft
prayer, a dangerous prayer, a holy prayer, a prayer soaked in the blood of
Jesus and empowered by the fire of the Holy Ghost. Father, in the name of Jesus
Christ, the name above every name, I come before you with boldness. Not by my righteousness, but by the righteousness
of your son. I come covered in the blood that speaks louder than any curse,
louder than any lie, louder than any demonic accusation. I declare in the spirit that every evil plan against my
life be destroyed right now. Every snare, every trap, every hex, every
spell, every spoken word, every hidden agenda, let it be consumed by the fire of the Holy Spirit. I rebuke every demon
sent to distract, to destroy, to deceive. I cancel every assignment from
hell. I render every attack null and void in the mighty name of Jesus. I
break the power of witchcraft. I destroy the grip of manipulation. I silence
every lying tongue. Let confusion fall upon the enemy’s camp. Let every arrow
set against me return to sender. I call upon the God who delivered David from
Goliath. The God who closed the mouths of lions. The God who parted the Red
Sea. Do it again, Lord. Show your power. Show your glory. I declare that no
weapon formed against me shall prosper. I declare that I am hidden under the
shadow of the Almighty. I declare that I walk in divine
protection, divine authority, divine peace. Every demon that has touched my
life without permission, I cast you out in the name of Jesus. You will no longer
torment me. You will no longer torment me. You will no longer oppress me. You
will no longer steal from me. I reclaim everything that was stolen. My joy, my
health, my mind, my purpose, my destiny. I take it back right now, my friend.
Something is breaking. Something is shifting. I feel the chains falling. I
see the prison doors opening. I see God sending angels on your behalf. You are
not alone in this battle. Heaven is backing you. The spirit of God is
fighting for you. You don’t have to live in fear. You don’t have to accept
defeat. You are a child of the most high and the enemy has no legal right to torment your life. It is time to
rise. It is time to walk in victory. Don’t be deceived. There will still be
battles. But now you know how to fight. You fight in prayer. You fight in faith.
You fight with the word of God on your lips and the fire of the Holy Ghost in your bones. You don’t run from the
enemy. You make the enemy run from you. Because when you stand in Jesus, you
stand in power. Yes, there will be moments of doubt. Yes, there will be days when the warfare feels heavy. But
don’t you give up. Don’t you back down. Don’t you let go.
The God who started a good work and you will finish it. The God who raised Lazarus from the dead can resurrect
every dry place in your life. The God who silenced the storm with the word can silence every storm in your soul. You
may not see it yet, but God is working. He’s overturning every evil plan. He’s
exposing every hidden enemy. He’s lifting you out of the pit. He’s restoring what was lost. And he’s
preparing a table before you in the presence of your enemies. Yes, they will
see it. They will watch as God blesses you. They will watch as God vindicates
you. They will watch as God elevates you. Because what the devil meant for
evil, God will turn for your good. Keep praying, keep believing, keep declaring.
You are not fighting for victory. You are fighting from victory. Christ already
won. The cross is your proof. The resurrection is your evidence. The empty
tomb is your guarantee. So rise, child of God. Rise
and pray. Rise and war. Rise and destroy every evil plan
that dares to rise against your life. Because when God is for you, no one and
nothing can stand against you. And hear me now. When you walk in
prayer, you do not walk alone. You walk surrounded, surrounded by the presence
of the Almighty. Surrounded by angels assigned to your path, surrounded by the
blood of Jesus that covers, defends, and redeems. You are not abandoned. You are
not forsaken. You are covered from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet. And when the enemy looks at you,
he does not see weakness. He sees the mark of God, the
seal of the spirit, the fire of heaven burning in your soul. Child of God, you
were born for battle. You were never meant to live a life of compromise or cowardice. The same spirit that raised
Christ from the dead now lives in you. Not a lesser spirit, not a diluted
spirit, the same spirit. That means when you pray, resurrection power flows from
your lip. When you speak the word, it carries eternal authority. When you command darkness to flee, heaven backs
your words with fire. So do not walk with your head down. Do not cower like a
victim. You are a royal priesthood. You are a holy nation. You are a chosen
generation handpicked to trample on serpents and scorpions and to dismantle every evil force that rises against you.
Let the fire of God burn in your bones today. Let his truth thunder in your
spirit. Do not be silent. Do not be passive. The days of lukewarm
Christianity are over. This is a time for holy aggression. This is a time for
spiritual violence, not against people, but against the kingdom of darkness that
has tormented God’s children for far too long. The devil has been attacking your
mind, trying to convince you that you’re not enough, that your prayers don’t matter, that your voice is small, that
God is igniting something within you right now. a holy fire, a righteous
rage, a fearless spirit that says, “I will no longer live under the weight of demonic plans. I will not let fear write
my story. I will pray until something breaks.” And something is breaking right
now. The lies are breaking. The generational chains are
breaking. I speak in the authority of Jesus. Every demonic delay that has kept
you stagnant is being shattered. Every wicked plan that was formed in secret places is being exposed and overruled by
the justice of God. Every plan of sabotage, of sudden destruction, of
spiritual assassination. It is canled in Jesus’ name. You’re not going to die
prematurely. You’re not going to live in confusion. You’re not going to miss your purpose.
The plans of God for your life are still alive. And no devil in hell can stop
what God has declared over you. There is a reason the enemy has
fought you so hard. There is a reason the attacks have been
relentless. Because he sees what you do not yet see. He sees your potential. He
sees your calling. He sees the light inside you. And if you can’t destroy
you, he’ll try to distract you. He’ll try to discourage you. He’ll try to make you forget who you are. But I declare
over you right now, your identity is not in what you’ve been through. Your
identity is not in what others say. Your identity is in Christ. And if Christ is
in you, then you are unstoppable. You are the answer to someone’s prayer. You
are the breakthrough someone else is waiting for. You are the light in someone else’s darkness. And the enemy
knows that if you ever step fully into who God made you to be, his grip will be
broken. Not just in your life, but in the lives of everyone connected to you. So rise up. Shake off the fear. Cast off
the guilt. Stop agreeing with defeat. Start agreeing with the word. Declare
the promises of God louder than the lies of hell. Because when you pray in faith,
you don’t just protect your life, you reclaim it. And hear me now. There is an
anointing that comes upon those who pray like warriors. A divine covering, a
supernatural boldness. You may not have a title. You may not have a platform. But if you have
prayer, you have power. God is raising up hidden warriors. People the world has
overlooked. People who have been rejected, broken, forgotten. But God has not forgotten
you. He’s been watching in the secret place. And now he’s calling you
out cuz there are altars that must be torn down. There are strongholds that
must be broken. Mhm. There are curses that must
be reversed. And you are the one he’s chosen to do it. So do not be afraid.
You are not given a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. Your
prayers are not empty words. They are weapons. When you open your mouth in
faith, heaven moves. Hell shakes. Angels are dispatched. Principalities retreat. You
may not see it with your eyes, but the spirit realm responds to your authority when you pray in the name of Jesus. Not
in your name, not in your strength, but in the name that is above every name. There is a realm of prayer that
terrifies darkness. It’s not emotional. It’s not ritual. It’s spiritual
authority. And when you enter that realm, your prayers don’t just ask, they command. Your words don’t just hope,
they legislate. You declare the will of God on earth as it is in heaven. And
when you declare that every evil plan against your life is killed, heaven agrees and the earth must obey. Child of
God, you are not cursed. You are covered. You are not broken. You are
being rebuilt. You are not forgotten. You are chosen. And no witch, no
warlock, no demonic altar, no cursed bloodline can stop the move of God in
your life. You may feel like you’re in a battle, but don’t forget God has already
written the end of your story. And the end is not defeat. The end is not
despair. The end is victory. The evil plans against you may be detailed. They
may be detailed. They may be ancient, but they are no match for the blood of Jesus. They’re no match for the name of
Jesus. They are no match for the word of God. For every dark blueprint written in
hell, there is a divine plan written in heaven. A plan to prosper you, not to
harm you. A plan to give you hope and a future. And when you align your prayers
with that divine plan, every lie of the enemy begins to crumble. Let the spirit of God stir you
up today. Let the roar of righteousness rise within you. No more silent
suffering. No more private torment. No more walking in fear. The time to pray is now. The time to war is now. The time
to stand in your authority is now. God’s placed his word in your mouth like a sword. Use it. Speak it. Declare it. The
enemy has no defense against a praying believer who knows who they are in
Christ. The hour is urgent, but warfare is real, but your God is greater. He is
the same yesterday, today, and forever. And if he delivered Daniel from the lion’s den, if he rescued the three
Hebrew boys from the fire, if he potted the sea from Moses, if he broke the chains for Paul and Silas, he will
destroy every evil plan against your life too. Not someday, not one day. But
now, if you will believe, if you will pray, if you will stand in faith and refuse to bow to fear, you are not at
the mercy of the enemy. He is at the mercy of your prayers. You are not weak.
You are dangerous to the kingdom of darkness and your prayers are not in vain. Keep praying, keep wearing, keep
declaring because God is with you. God is for you and every evil plan against
you is already defeated in Jesus’ name. There are moments when heaven waits for
a voice, one voice to break the silence and declare war on every demonic force
trying to steal, kill, and destroy. That voice might be yours. God is not looking
for perfect people. He is looking for yielded vessels. People who may be trembling but
are willing. People who may have scars but still say, “Here I am, Lord. Use
me.” There is no evil plan too dark that the light of God cannot expose it. There
is no curse too strong that the blood of Jesus cannot break it. There is no generational bondage too old that the
name of Jesus cannot uproot it. But you must rise. You must stand in the gap.
You must open your mouth and pray like someone who believes that heaven is listening and hell is shaking. Enemy
doesn’t fear church attendance. He doesn’t fear a memorized verse. He fears
a believer who walks in intimacy with God. He fears the one who prays not just
out of desperation but out of revelation. Revelation of who they are
and whose they are. He fears the one who has spent time in the secret place. Who
has touched the hem of Christ’s garment. Who has died to self and risen in the fire of the Holy Spirit. The one whose
knows they are seated with Christ in heavenly places far above all principality and power. the one who no
longer begs but commands in the authority of the one who defeated death in the grave. You are not praying for
victory. You are praying from victory. You are not striving to overcome the
devil. He has already been overcome. You are enforcing a verdict that was declared at Calvary where Jesus cried
out, “It is finished.” The blood spoke then and it still speaks now. The blood
does not fade. The blood does not weaken. And the blood still shouts in the courtroom of heaven. Redeemed,
delivered, protected. And when the blood speaks, every demonic tongue must be
silenced. When the blood is applied, every evil assignment must be voided.
When the blood covers your house, every shadow of death must pass over. The
plans against your life may have been woven in wickedness, but they unravel in the presence of God. You may not have
known what was being planned against you in secret rooms and whispered conversations and hidden hatred, but God
saw it. God heard it. And God already made a way of escape before the trap was
even set. You don’t serve a God who reacts. You serve a God who prepares.
While they were plotting your downfall, he was preparing your comeback. While they were digging pits, he was raising
you up. While curses were being spoken, he was writing blessings in his book
with your name on them. But you cannot remain silent. Heaven is voice
activated. You must open your mouth. This is not the hour for passive
believers who whisper prayers under their breath while demons shout in the streets. This is the time for warriors
who cry out with boldness, who declare with fire, who pray with faith until
chains break, until doors open, until evil plans burn in the presence of God.
Prayer is not your last resort. It is your first weapon. It is the battle cry
of the righteous. It is the roar that releases angels into warfare. It is the
trumpet that sends confusion into the enemy’s camp. It is the divine earthquake that breaks prison walls and
shattered satanic structures. Some of you have been too quiet for too long.
You’ve let the enemy walk through your house, torment your mind, steal your peace, and disrupt your destiny without
resistance. But now is the time to say no more. No more sleepless nights ruled
by fear. No more manipulation by people carrying demonic assignments. No more
tolerating spiritual oppression. Take your rightful place. Stand in the authority of the
King of Kings. Lift your voice in holy defiance. Push back the darkness. Pray
with fire. Pray with tears. Pray with passion. But pray because prayer changes
everything. You are not an ordinary person. You are a spiritual gatekeeper.
The enemy can’t enter unless the gate is unguarded. But when the gate is covered
in prayer, when the threshold is marked with truth, when the house is saturated
with the word, when the air is filled with worship, the devil cannot stay. He
may knock but he won’t enter. He may attempt, but he won’t
succeed. He may form the weapon but it will not
prosper because a praying believer is a walking fortress. A
praying believer is a divine alarm system in the spirit. A praying believer doesn’t just resist evil. They reverse
it. I speak now to every life spoken over your life be broken in Jesus’ name.
Every curse uttered in secret nullified by the blood. Every wicked dream sent to torment you, scattered by the fire of
the Holy Ghost. Every spirit of infirmity, lack, depression, confusion, addiction, it must bow to the name of
Jesus. No evil plan shall prevail. No enemy shall conquer. No darkness shall
endure because the one who fights for you is the Lion of Judah. He does not
lose battles. He does not retreat and he does not forsake his own. If you could
only see the angels encamped around you. If you could only glimpse the war being
waged on your behalf in the heavenly realms. You are not vulnerable. You are
surrounded. You are not defenseless. You are defended. You are not at the mercy of fate. You are in the hands of the
sovereign God who counts the hairs on your head and holds every tear in his bottle. He is not late. He is not
absent. He is working even when you can’t see. He is moving even when you
feel stuck. He is listening even when heaven feels silent. Keep praying. Keep
standing. Keep believing. The time is now. Not
tomorrow. Not when you feel more holy. Not when you’ve cleaned yourself
up. Now. Pray now. Declare now. Break the assignment
now. Cancel the plan now. The power is in your mouth. Life and death are in
your tongue. Use your voice to speak life. Use your authority to bind and loose.
Bind every spirit of sabotage, every manipulative force, every demonic trap.
Loose the promises of God. Loose the joy of the Lord. Loose divine
protection. Speak it until you see it. Declare it until you walk in it. Because
the word of God does not return void. Some of you have been waiting for
a prophet to come confirm your breakthrough. But God is saying, “You are the prophet of your house. Speak
life over your children. Declare freedom over your mind. Rebuke the devour off
your finances. Pray the fire of God through your walls. You don’t need a
stage to carry power. You just need the spirit. You don’t need applause to be
effective. You need anointing. You don’t need titles to move mountains. You need
faith. So rise not in your name, but in his. Rise not in your strength, but in
his. Rise not in fear, but in fire. And when you do, every evil plan
formed against you will be met with holy resistance. Every demonic agenda will be
confronted by divine intervention. Every stronghold will meet the crushing power
of the rock of ages. You are not made to hide. You’re not made to blend in. You
were born to rule in the spirit. You were born to pray with
thunder, to worship with warfare, to speak with heaven’s authority. And when
you do, keep pressing, keep prophesying, keep believing, keep praying, cuz the
victory isn’t coming. It’s already here. And your prayer is the key that unlocks
the next chapter of your deliverance. Stand firm. Speak boldly. Pray
dangerously. You’re not just protecting your life. You’re establishing God’s kingdom in the earth. Let the fire fall.
Let the glory rise. Let every evil plan be broken. For the king is with you and
his word will never fail. And let me tell you this, with the fire of heaven burning in my bones, when you begin to
pray, really pray, with a kind of faith that shakes the heavens and disturbs the realms of darkness, you are no longer
merely a participant in life. You become a warrior in the spirit. You become an
intercessor whose words echo in eternity. You become the kind of person
that hell dreads to see wake up in the morning. Because when you open your
mouth, atmospheres shift. When you bend your knees,
strongholds break. When you speak the word, angels are dispatched. You are not
just talking into the air. You are commanding the attention of heaven and
declaring war against hell. Prayer is not weak. Prayer is not
passive. Prayer is not religious chatter. Prayer is violent in the
spirit. Prayer is fierce. It is powerful. The Bible says the effectual
fervent prayer of a righteous man avaleth much. That means prayer works.
It moves things. It changes things. It exposes the works of darkness. It silences the accuser. It crushes the
serpent. When the early church prayed, prison doors opened, chains fell off,
earthquakes shook the foundation, and that same power is still alive today.
That same spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you. So why are you
silent? We are not to sit idly by while the enemy runs rampant through our homes, through our marriages, through
our minds. Well, child of God, you have been given power and authority to
trample over serpents and scorpions. That means every spirit of
confusion, every manipulative whisper, every oppressive force has no legal
right to stay when you stand in prayer. But you must stand. Don’t
negotiate with demons. Don’t entertain wicked thoughts.
Don’t tolerate spiritual stagnation. Wage war in prayer. And not just any
prayer, but prayer that is anchored in the word, driven by the spirit, and declared with faith. There are evil
plans that were set in motion long before you were born. Generational curses, family patterns, demonic
assignments passed down through bloodlines. But God in his infinite mercy has raised
you up in this hour to break what others bow to. You are the interruption. You
are the cycle breaker. You are the one called to reverse the verdict. But not by might, not by power, by his
spirit. Through prayer, through far peeled intercession, through declarations soaked in the blood of the
lamb. Some of you have wondered why the battle has been so intense. Why every
step forward feels like a war. Why doors close before you can knock. Why
relationships fall apart without warning. It’s because your life carries weight in the spirit. The enemy is
threatened by what you carry. He knows if you ever discover the authority you
have in prayer, you’ll destroy every blueprint he’s tried to build. That’s why he wants
to keep you distracted. He wants to keep you bitter. He wants to keep you
silent. But today, the veil is being lifted. Today, God is awakening
warriors. Not Sunday Christians, not religious talkers, not but spiritfilled
intercessors who walk with heaven’s fire in their eyes. Your secret place is your
battlefield. That quiet room where no one sees you. That’s where nations
shift. That’s where bondages break. That’s where destinies are recovered.
Don’t underestimate your prayers in the midnight hour. Don’t belittle those tears you’ve cried in silence. God saw
every one of them and he stores them in his bottle. Not one wasted. Every cry,
every groan, every whispered plea. It is built an altar. And at the
appointed time, fire is going to fall on that altar. And when it does, the evil plans will scatter. The traps will
collapse, the curses will backfire, and you will rise in victory. Let me say it plainly. There
are some battles that will not end until you pray them out. You can’t counsel
demons. You can’t ignore witchcraft. You can’t numb spiritual
warfare with entertainment or distractions. After all, you got to face it in prayer. You’ve got to grab the
horns of the altar and refuse to let go until heaven moves. That’s what Jacob
did. He wrestled with God. He said, “I will not let you go until you bless me.” And God changed his name. He changed his
destiny because desperate prayer leads to divine encounter. Some of you are
still living under names that were never yours. Labels from your past, accusations from others, lies whispered
by the enemy. Tonight, if you dare to pray, if you dare to cry out with all
your heart, God is ready to change your name from victim to victor, from
rejected to redeemed, from fearful to fearless, from broken to
beloved. But you must contend in prayer because identity is reclaimed in the
presence of God. And no evil plan can override what God has
renamed. The enemy works through deception. He weaves lies into your
thoughts. He plants seeds of fear. He sends distractions to keep you out of
the secret place. Because he knows once you enter, once you truly dwell under the shadow of the Almighty, he loses
every foothold. Psalm 91 wasn’t written for decoration. You’ll stop praying as
someone who’s under siege. You stop praying as someone taking territory because the devil’s in
attacking your past. He’s terrified of your future. He’s terrified of your
potential. He’s terrified of your voice lifted in prayer. When you pray, you
remind the enemy that his grip is temporary, but your calling is eternal.
Then I want you to understand this. Every evil plan against you was seen by God before it was ever considered.
Nothing catches him by surprise. That witch’s curse, God already knew. That
betrayal, God already saw. That trap set in secret, heaven already mapped out
your escape. God is not pacing the floors of eternity wondering how to
protect you. No, he’s already placed you in the palm of his hand. And the moment
you pray with the authority he gave you, you enforce his victory on earth. Not
trying to win. You’re enforcing a victory that was sealed at the cross. You see, the blood of Jesus
didn’t just wash away sin. It destroyed every legal right the enemy had to your
life. The blood speaks louder than the lies. It speaks louder than the
accusations. It speaks louder than the curses. When you pray, plead the blood.
Don’t just ask for protection. Invoke the blood covenant. Say, “By the blood of
Jesus, I command every demonic interference to bow. I rebuke every evil voice. I cancel
every word curse. I reverse every generational pattern. I seal my home, my
mind, my future under the blood.” That is not superstition. That is power.
That is how you fight. And don’t just pray when you’re in trouble. Don’t just pray when the
darkness is thick. Build an altar in your life. Be a person of constant
communion. Let your life be a sanctuary of praise and intercession because the
devil is looking for openings. He’s prowling. He’s probing. He’s watching for moments of spiritual
slumber. But when your life is saturated in prayer, you become a fire the enemy
cannot touch. He can form the weapon, but it won’t prosper. He can send a storm, but it won’t sink you. Why?
Because you dwell in the presence of the Almighty. You are hidden in Christ. You
are covered, shielded. For some of you need to stop praying to your fear and
start praying through your faith. Stop rehearsing the size of your mountain and
start declaring the size of your God. Jesus didn’t teach us to cope with
evil. And he taught us to conquer it. I give you power to tread on serpents and
scorpions and over all the power of the enemy. And nothing shall by any means
harm you. That is not metaphorical fluff. That is divine
reality. And if you believe it, if you claim it, if you walk in it, you watch
the enemy flee. The devil doesn’t respect tears. He doesn’t respect pity.
He respects power. And power comes through prayer. Don’t let unanswered
prayers become the breeding ground for unbelief. Just because the enemy delayed it doesn’t mean God vented it. There’s a
difference between delay and defeat. Some things are being worked out in realms you cannot see. While you pray on
earth, angels are raring in the heavens. Demons are being driven out. Assignments
are being dismantled. Don’t stop. Don’t grow weary. Keep praying because persistence is proof of faith. And when
your prayers are anchored in God’s promises, they will produce divine results in his timing. Have you ever
noticed that in scripture, every time someone cried out to God with their whole heart, something
moved? When Elijah prayed, fire fell. When Hannah prayed, her womb opened.
When Daniel prayed, lion’s mouths were shut. When Paul and Silas prayed and sang praises in prison, the foundation
shook and the doors flew open. That’s not just history. It’s your inheritance.
The same God who heard them is the God who hears you. If you will rise in faith, if you will cry out with boldness
and purity, your prayer will send tremors through hell and rip the veil that evil has tried to place over your
death. Some of you are fighting battles that started before you were born. Ancestral spirits, occultic covenants,
secret altars raised by forefathers. And you’ve been wondering why the warfare is so intense, why every
step forward is met with resistance. It’s because the enemy thinks he still has legal ground through the bloodline.
But when you come into the kingdom of God, you are no longer bound by your earthly lineage. You are grafted into the
bloodline of Jesus Christ. That means every ancestral curse
has to bow. Every generational altar has to fall. every demonic chain has to break.
But you must pray like someone who knows their authority. If you want to break the evil plans against your life, you
must pray prophetically. Don’t just ask God to rescue you. Declare your freedom.
Speak the word. Command the darkness to leave. Declare that your children will
not inherit fear. Speak life over your mind. Prophesy victory into your finances. Declare restoration over your
marriage. This is not wishful thinking. This is the language of spiritual
authority. This is the kind of prayer that silences witches. This is the kind of prayer that drives demons to tremble.
This is the kind of prayer that pulls heaven down into your situation. Let your house become a house of prayer.
Anoint your doors. Saturate your rooms with worship. Declare the promises of
God over every square inch of your dwelling. Make it so uncomfortable for
demons that they flee at the sound of your footsteps. The enemy should know
that your home is off limits. He should know your children are covered. He should know your marriage is sealed. And that confidence doesn’t come from emotion. It comes from a consistent life of prayer and surrender. Stop negotiating with spiritual terrorists. Some of you have tolerated things that God never intended for you to accept. You’ve allowed fear to sit at your table. You’ve allowed bitterness to dwell in your heart. You’ve allowed compromise to steal your strength. But enough is enough. It’s time to rise in holy death. It’s time to
say, “Devil, you don’t belong here. I break every agreement I made with fear.
I renounce every lie I believed. I take back the territory I surrendered. I tear
down every altar of darkness. I reclaim my mind. I reclaim my joy. I reclaim my fire in the name of Jesus. This kind of prayer doesn’t come from comfort. It comes from hunger. Hunger for God. Hunger for righteousness. Hunger for freedom.
When you get desperate enough, you won’t care who’s watching. You won’t care how loud you cry. You won’t care how long it takes. You’ll press in. You’ll seek him
until you find him. And when you do, the anointing that destroys the yoke will fall. The glory will fill the room. The power will surge through your bones. And every evil plan that was crafted in secret will be shattered in the light of
his presence. You don’t need more opinions. You don’t need more motivation. You need the presence of the Holy Spirit. You need to get alone with God and cry out from the depth of your soul. Not polished words, not religious performance, just raw, honest, spiritual intercession. Because that’s the kind of prayer that touches the heart of God and releases heaven’s hand against every plot of the enemy. So I ask you today, are you ready to become a threat to darkness? Are you ready to step into the fullness of your authority? Are you ready to pray with such conviction that chains break, curses reverse, and doors swing open?
Then don’t wait another moment. Don’t give the enemy another inch. Today is the day. Now is the time. Let your voice be heard in the throne room of heaven. Let your spirit rise. Let your faith roar. And let every evil plan against your life be broken, dismantled, and destroyed by the power of your prayer.

My Past and Wounds That Must Be Removed

2024.07.09 New Family On-Site Minister Training
Lesson 3 – God’s Plan for the New Family, Lesson 8
Scripture Reading: Galatians 2:20

Introduction

What is the most important thing you need right now? And what is the most essential thing new believers need in order to truly receive answers? It is “me” — understanding one’s true self. You must help new believers realize this deeply. Because of this, wounds naturally arise. That’s understandable, but the bigger issue is that many are unable to enjoy God’s answers because of it.
This is why you must deal with these wounds through the gospel.

In this introduction, there are five key areas that must be addressed.
During Jesus’ ministry, tens of thousands of people followed Him. But when problems arose, they thought everything had fallen apart. In the end, only 120 people remained. The rest ran away, thinking, “I must have been wrong… Jesus was executed on the cross… I must have been deceived for three years.” They believed the Pharisees were right.

The teaching of the Pharisees was this:

> “How can anyone receive salvation by faith alone?”

That was the core conflict between Jesus and the Pharisees. Jesus declared, “Your faith has saved you. According to your faith, it shall be done” — but the Pharisees were enraged:

> “Then what about all our traditions? What about the laws we’ve been keeping for generations? This man is a blasphemer and a heretic!”

But here’s the truth: the Pharisees had religion, not the gospel. Salvation comes only by faith in what God has provided — nothing else works. Without this, real problems cannot be solved, and real answers will never come.

1) The Fundamental Wound – Disobedience (12 Problems: “Me”-centered life)

The very first thing you must teach new believers is about the fundamental wound. Where did it begin? It began when humanity was no longer satisfied with what God had given. God provided perfection, yet people were not satisfied. Even the Garden of Eden wasn’t enough, so they disobeyed God — and as a result, the 12 problems given by Satan entered.

If you truly want to receive answers, you must realize this:

> “If I am truly enjoying God’s answers, then I no longer need ‘me.’”

Every person used by God in the Bible lived by this standard — their focus was not themselves.

Take Daniel as an example. He knew he would be thrown into the lions’ den, but he still knelt three times a day facing Jerusalem and gave thanks in prayer. That’s not ordinary faith — that’s the power of someone who no longer lives for themselves.

After Jesus’ resurrection, the 120 members of the early church all lived this way. Even in Mark’s Upper Room, there were still some who struggled with self-centeredness, but among all teams, Paul’s team completely let go of “me.” Yet even Paul’s team sometimes faced these wounds — a clear example is found in the Corinthian church:

> “We follow Paul!”
> “We follow Peter!”
> “We follow Apollos!”

This division grieved Paul deeply, so he said:

> “Who is Paul? Who is Apollos? We are only servants. I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God is the one who makes it grow.”

It was during this time that God raised up Priscilla and Aquila, and through them, an incredible work began — including the building of three major churches, which we’ll discuss next week.

You must teach this to new believers.
Many people come to church but eventually leave without ever experiencing real answers. Some leave when the pastor says something they don’t like. But listen carefully: we do not believe in the pastor — we believe in God.

If the pastor makes mistakes, pray for him. Help him. Support him. Don’t let human issues block your faith.
If you do not solve this “Christ problem,” everything else falls apart. That’s why God showed Peter the vision: Elijah disappeared, Moses disappeared — only Christ remains.

Jesus asked, “Who do you say I am?” But people answered, “Some say you’re Elijah… some say you’re Jeremiah… some say you’re John the Baptist.” Many people today still treat Christ like one of the prophets. That is why they cannot experience true answers.

When a new believer finally understands Christ, everything ends — and from that moment, answers begin to overflow to the point where they can’t contain them.

2) The Actual Wounds

The second area is real, personal wounds. These arise because of the fundamental wound. Even when nothing major happens, people carry inner wounds because their standards are misplaced:

1. Heart – “If I like it, it’s good. If I don’t, it’s bad.”
2. Thoughts – “If I think it’s right, it must be right.” But God’s Word must be the standard, not human reasoning.
3. Brain – Eventually, these wounds become deeply imprinted in the brain and start controlling a person’s responses.
4. Spirit – Over time, the wounds become engraved in the spirit, shaping one’s identity.
5. Body – Finally, they manifest physically, often resulting in sickness or fatigue.

3) Hidden Wounds (Cultural)

There are wounds people carry without even realizing it, often shaped by culture.
For example, strong nations, developing nations, and underdeveloped nations all carry different cultural scars. Many immigrants come to Korea or move to the U.S. and bring unseen wounds from their backgrounds.

This is why when we minister to different people groups, we must see their hidden scars through the lens of the gospel.
Missionaries especially face this challenge: they travel the world but often only deal with surface wounds, leaving the root wounds untouched. Without addressing these, people may leave church unexpectedly, unable to endure conflict or disappointment.

4) Wounds from Life Experiences

Another type of wound comes from past life experiences — things we often try to hide:

Family lineage wounds
Home environment wounds
Personal failures and regrets

If not healed, these become deep chains that control a person’s future.

5) Physical Wounds (Sickness)

Finally, there are wounds that manifest as illness. Among the 5,000 unreached people groups, almost 100% suffer from physical problems. During mission trips, we discovered that nearly everyone had some form of sickness. Without understanding healing ministry, world evangelization becomes nearly impossible.

Main Point: Healing and Spiritual Restoration

True healing is not only about medicine or surgery — doctors handle the physical, but the gospel heals the before and after:

The wounds caused by sin before the illness.
The spiritual restoration needed after.

New believers especially need this kind of holistic healing to enjoy God’s answers and restore their spiritual identity.

1. We must know the root of our past wounds and uproot the bitter root

If you understand the source of your wounds, you can finally help others uproot theirs. The root is found in Genesis 3, 6, and 11 — the three chapters that reveal humanity’s separation from God.

1) Genesis 3:1–20 – The cause of all problems (The fundamental root)

Humanity’s disobedience began here. Adam and Eve left God by choosing their own way, and as a result, sin entered the world, bringing death and curses.

2) Genesis 6:1–20 – Families striving but collapsing

People worked hard, built families, and pursued success — but without God, it resulted in the age of the Nephilim, where spiritual chaos and destruction entered families.

3) Genesis 11:1–8 – Societies advancing but falling

Humanity appeared to be progressing, building the Tower of Babel in pride and independence, but without God, everything collapsed. What looked like success ended in confusion and division.

When you explain this to new believers while praying, the Holy Spirit Himself will open their eyes to see the true root of their wounds and problems.

2. If we do not heal our wounds, they become Satan’s foothold

This is very important. Unhealed wounds don’t just remain personal struggles — they become Satan’s access point into your life.

Areas where wounds open doors to Satan:

1. Family and generational problems – Broken homes, conflicts, generational curses.
2. Serious or rare diseases – Physical weakness becomes an entry point for fear and despair.
3. Idolatry and resulting mental disorders – Spiritual oppression always follows false worship.
4. Relational conflicts – Wounds make it difficult to forgive, deepening division.
5. Environmental and situational problems – Poverty, injustice, and oppression leave lasting scars.

These unresolved wounds cause ripple effects — families break down, mental problems intensify, diseases worsen, and conflicts deepen.
That is why healing is not optional — we must cut off Satan’s foothold so believers can live in God’s freedom.

3. We must know the spiritual background that deceives us

Satan’s primary strategy is deception. He rarely appears directly but works subtly to confuse and mislead God’s people.

1) Satan deceives through lies (John 8:44)

> “You belong to your father, the devil… when he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.”

Satan’s lies make us believe we’re fine when we’re not, or convince us we’re hopeless when God has provided a way.

2) Satan deceives by appearing as an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14)

Sometimes deception comes disguised as “good things.”
For example, someone might cause division in the church, win an argument, and walk away thinking, “I’ve defended the truth. I’ve won!” But in reality, they’ve been used by Satan to attack the body of Christ.

3) Satan manipulates unseen powers and authorities (Ephesians 6:12–20)

Paul discovered the reality:

> “Our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, and powers of this dark world.”
> Your real battle is not with people — it’s spiritual. The enemy manipulates structures, governments, and environments to block God’s work.

4) Satan deceives through idolatry (Exodus 20:3–5; 1 Corinthians 10:20)

Idol worship is not harmless; Paul says it’s communion with demons.
Horoscopes, fortune-telling, reincarnation, and shamanism — these are all satanic traps. Many church members still secretly visit fortune-tellers because they’re anxious about their future.

You must teach new believers firmly:

> “In Christ, your future is secure. You don’t need to seek answers elsewhere.”

4. Our thoughts must change first

When you truly receive the gospel, your entire thought system shifts.

1) Galatians 2:20 – Identity transformation

> “I have been crucified with Christ, and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.”
> You no longer belong to yourself — your life now belongs to Christ.

2) Philippians 4:6–7 – Peace that transcends understanding

> “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”
> God commands us to give thanks even in difficulty. Why? Because His peace — which surpasses human understanding — will guard our hearts and minds.

5. Restore a life of thanksgiving

God has called us out of sin, curses, and darkness into His marvelous light.

> “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession…” (1 Peter 2:9)

When new believers truly understand this identity, thanksgiving naturally overflows. Healing, joy, and spiritual power begin when we recover gratitude for God’s grace.

Conclusion

When these truths become clear, the conclusion for receiving answers becomes simple and powerful.

1) Right now

Right now, as believers worship God, this is the most important time to receive spiritual strength.
Even when you face persecution or hardship, Paul reminds us:

> “We are hard-pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair… struck down, but not destroyed.” (2 Corinthians 4:8–9)

Why? Because although we are jars of clay, we carry the treasure of Christ within us. That treasure is your strength.

2) Waiting on God’s kingdom

The second key to teach new believers is waiting — receiving power while anticipating God’s perfect timing.
We don’t rush ahead; we align with the work of God’s kingdom and receive strength through prayer.

3) The pattern of discipleship and answers

Jesus Himself modeled a spiritual system of power and answers:

3 years → Jesus taught His disciples to let go of everything, even their own lives, and carry the cross.
40 days → After His resurrection, He taught them about God’s kingdom and instructed them to wait for the Holy Spirit.
10 days → The disciples obeyed, praying together in one accord, and at Pentecost, the power came.
Acts 2:42 → They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, fellowship, breaking of bread, and prayer.
Acts 2:46–47 → Daily worship restored their spiritual life and overflowed into evangelism.
Set times of prayer → Establish rhythms of daily connection with God.
24 + 25 + Eternal →

24 → Living in constant fellowship with God.
25 → Experiencing heavenly power beyond human limits.
Eternal → Leaving behind everlasting spiritual works that impact generations.

Teach new believers this spiritual flow. When they connect God’s Word, worship, and their field, daily answers will follow.

These three lectures are essential for all new believers.
Before you can help others, you must first receive healing and answers yourself.

It’s not about your standards.
It’s not about your opinions.
It’s not about human thoughts.
It’s about God’s Word and His will.

When you restore gratitude and prayer, you will naturally live within God’s perfect plan.

Prayer. “May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the One who solved every problem; the infinite love of God the Father; and the mighty work of the Holy Spirit be with every servant of God who will save this generation, and with every new believer who will save the field, from now and forevermore. Amen.”

How Great Are the Blessings Believers Have Received

2024. 07. 09 New Family Field Worker Training
Lesson 2 – God’s Plan for the New Family, Lesson 7
Scripture Reading: Philippians 3:20

♠Introduction:
In our first session, I spoke about the work of the Holy Spirit that takes place when you pray and when you worship. The answer comes afterward, so you must help people realize the value of enjoying this first. Today, the second session is about the important “blessings of the believer” that you must actually hold onto.

Here the most important thing is this: are we not living within eternity? Past, today, and future. But if you use those as your standard, you will feel anxious. You remember things from your past, and if things go well today, then you feel anxious about the future. That is why you must see all three (past, present, future) within the eternal things of God. If you do this, it may sound similar but it is completely different. We have not only received salvation, but we have also received eternal life. That means we do not die, and this is very important. Unbelievers think that when they die, it is the end. But we know that is not the case. Therefore, you must see your life within eternity, and this is the ministry you must absolutely do for new family members.

1) Past – platform
The past.
(1) Hardships (Word + works) – Everyone has hardships in their past. You may think elites don’t, but they have even more. In fact, many elites come to faith strongly because they have deep spiritual problems. When such a person understands the gospel, they receive tremendous answers. That is why when you look at hardships in the light of God’s Word and His works, there is a message that strikes their heart. For example, if a family has a disabled person, you must not just leave it at that. What does God’s Word say? You must explain the whole picture. And there are people with disabilities who influenced the world. When people see this, they are struck. That becomes a tremendous work of God. At that time, it truly becomes a platform. You must do this for them because they may not be able to do it themselves. Did not Jesus say the same thing? “Whose sin is this?” That is the way people in the world think. But Jesus said that the works of God might be displayed. Simply put, Anne Sullivan saw this. We often do not. Everyone has different hardships.

Or take a person who graduated from Seoul National University and passed the bar exam—aren’t they considered outstanding talent? He became a lawyer. Outwardly, it seemed like he went to church because of his wife. He was a good man, polite, capable, lacking nothing. “Does he really need faith?” That’s how it looked. But then his children began having spiritual problems. He had no one to talk to. While listening to messages, he finally understood the Word. His children began to change. He came to believe, “Truly, this is God’s work. How could this be possible?” He received grace and understood the gospel. “Ah, this is the gospel!” And the Word began to take root in him. Such problems don’t come overnight or because of one person. They are long-standing. And when the gospel hits that problem, the answer explodes. That is why, when we say the gospel was given before eternity, yes—that means it was always necessary.

(2) 237 (long-standing problems) – We must go one step further. People coming from the 237 nations carry long-standing problems. You must help them discover the answer.

(3) 5000 tribes (imprints) – Now, people from the 5000 tribes are also coming. It is not enough to just skim the surface. These people are imprinted with things from long ago. It has taken root and become their nature. So although it sounds simple to say “the past is a platform,” unless this is dealt with, it will take a very long time and no answers will come.

2) Today – throne
Then comes today. You must explain clearly what today is. Once the past becomes a platform, what is today? Jesus explained it. It is the throne’s (1) bartizan, (2) journey, and (3) guidepost. This is not just symbolic—it is the throne. Jesus first said, “Pray for His kingdom to come.” At the end He said, “Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness.” And finally, He spoke of the works of the kingdom of God. This is the today that we enjoy. Even if no answer comes, this itself is the answer. You are already enjoying it. You must help people escape from the wrong understanding here.

3) Future (CVDIP)
And what about the future? This is where CVDIP comes. Out of the covenant comes Vision. From within this comes Dream. By the image of God, the power of creation is fulfilled. So the future is (1) the eternal inheritance, (2) the works that remain forever, (3) the eternal legacy. This is the year’s theme, but in fact it is the eternal theme. You must teach this.

Main – So then, what is the blessing we must truly enjoy? ①Our identity. It has changed. Do not listen to the lies of evil spirits. Your identity has changed. From your new identity comes ②authority. From there comes ③life. This must be taught clearly to new family members.

1. Your identity has changed. Remember this truth.

1) Your identity has changed into that of a child of God. God dwells within us. The king dwells in his palace. God dwells in the temple. Outwardly, nothing seems different before and after faith, but since God dwells in the believer’s heart, your identity has changed (Romans 8:2, 1 Corinthians 3:16).

You have become God’s child. Before, you were a child of the devil. People just don’t realize it. Many ask, “So are all unbelievers demon-possessed?” I believe they are. All cultures are demon cultures. Right? It is all Nephilim culture. They must be delivered.

2) The Holy Spirit always guides you (John 16:16–17). Unbelievers live by their own strength, but believers live being led by the Holy Spirit.

Since you have become God’s child, as I said in lecture 1, you are now one who is led by the Holy Spirit. Before, the Bible says, you followed the ruler of the kingdom of the air. Before, you were children of the devil. Naturally, life was hard. You must explain this clearly.

3) You receive the filling of the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8). Unbelievers live by their own will and hit limits, but believers live by the strength God gives.

That is why we need power, and so God promised the filling of the Holy Spirit. During worship you can receive the filling of the Holy Spirit. In your set time of prayer you can receive the filling of the Holy Spirit. A scientific explanation can help. “What happens if you spend three hours in a shaman ritual?” What happens? Tremendous things. But destructive things. What happens if Muslims pray at set times daily, even while walking? Their brain is deeply affected. And it penetrates their spirit. Then it shows in their life. That is why problems and works both come. You must help people understand this, so they realize, “Ah, so I must pray continually. Even when it looks like no answers are coming, that is not true.”

2. What blessings has God given to believers?
From here, amazing things begin to happen.

1) He sends His heavenly armies of angels to guard you. (See textbook p. 20 for details.)
God invisibly sends His heavenly hosts to help and serve you. This is completely spiritual. It is happening even now. Some people wonder why answers don’t come, but it is not so.

2) In the authority of Jesus you can break all the forces of Satan. Therefore you no longer need to rely on fortune-telling, shaman rituals, or ancestral rites (Acts 13:1–12, Acts 16:16–18, Acts 19:8–20).
This is the authority given to defeat Satan and darkness. It is tremendous.

3) You can enjoy all blessings as a citizen of heaven who has eternal life (Philippians 3:20, Acts 1:3).
As a citizen of heaven with eternal life, you can enjoy this blessing. Philippians 3:20—you must enjoy this.

4) You have received the blessing of world evangelization. (See textbook p. 20 for details.)
Not only that, but He has given the blessing of world evangelization. The Lord promised to be with you with all authority in heaven and on earth. The Lord seated on the throne is working. The Lord explained the things of the kingdom for 40 days and promised this. That is the mystery. Therefore He said, “Go to the ends of the earth.” This is the authority we have received.

3. How can you enjoy these blessings?
You must explain this life. This life is the ambassadorial calling of Christ’s threefold office. Indeed, since Christ came as the True King, Prophet, and Priest, He gave us the same calling and authority.

1) Since Jesus dwells in you, when you entrust everything and believe fully, all problems are solved (Galatians 2:20).
He said, “Christ lives in me.” Today you must believe this power. When do answers come? They come tomorrow and they come even now.

2) When you pray with thanksgiving, God guards your heart and mind (Philippians 4:6–7).
As Philippians 4:6–7 says: “Present your requests with thanksgiving.” Carry your worries and yet give thanks. Daniel faced death, yet prayed with thanksgiving. Can you understand that? From this came tremendous works and evidence. “Believe that you have received what you asked for…”

3) Whatever you ask in faith, you will receive (Mark 11:24).
Even now as you hold onto the Word and say “Amen,” the Spirit of God is working and answering. If you don’t teach this to new family members, it is a disaster.

4) When you pray in the Spirit on all occasions, you will receive answers on all occasions (Ephesians 6:18).
So don’t be burdened. Pray in the Spirit at all times. I once told this to a parent of an autistic child. I had been invited to briefly lecture at an autism retreat. Afterward, a parent came up and said, “This is the day I look forward to the most—because for a short time, I can entrust my child and just pray.” I thought, “Yes, that must be so.” Even for me, just spending a short time there was exhausting. How much more for the parents? So I told that deaconess, “You have been given a unique opportunity—an opportunity for 24 prayer.” Later, the child changed, went to school, received awards. For new family members, this teaching is essential.

♠Conclusion
This is what must be explained.

1. Heart – the three todays
Even without outward action, you must hold the three todays in your heart each day: today’s prayer, today’s Word, today’s evangelism. It may seem like nothing, but your heart must be in it first.

2. Faith – answers
Then simply believing that the Holy Spirit is working is itself the answer. We often think answers must show up visibly. Of course they do, but believing itself is the answer.

3. Absolute covenant
And then, even for the new family, one day they will see this. The absolute covenant will be revealed. Simply put, there is a covenant given uniquely to that person. From the day they discover it, everything changes. For me, the moment I held onto “only the gospel, only evangelism, only prayer,” change began immediately. For new family members, this is absolutely important.

Now let’s take a 10-minute break and continue. During that time, recover your strength in prayer. I will pray.

Prayer. May all my diseases be healed at this time. Heal also the unknown diseases. Heal the spiritual diseases. May the works of God’s kingdom be fulfilled in all places connected to me. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ I pray. Amen.

How Do You Walk with Christ?

Philippians 2:5-11. In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus:

Who, being in very nature God,
    did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage;
rather, he made himself nothing
by taking the very nature of a servant,
    being made in human likeness.
And being found in appearance as a man,
    he humbled himself
    by becoming obedient to death—
        even death on a cross!

Therefore God exalted him to the highest place
and gave him the name that is above every name,
10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
11 and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father.

How do you walk with Christ in this twisted and crooked generation? To walk with Christ in such a world requires both inner transformation and outward testimony. It is not simply about outward morality but about living in union with the Lord Jesus Christ—sharing His mindset, taking up His cross, and standing in His victory.

First, you must walk with the mind of Christ (Philippians 2:5). What does this mean? It means you invite Him as Lord and King to the throne of your heart and mind. Make His will your will. Make His plans your plans. Make His purpose your purpose in life. Let giving Him glory and honor become the greatest joy of your life.

To do this, approach your Father’s throne with an attitude of total submission, just as Jesus did to His Father (Philippians 2:5–8). Only then will you begin to understand the heart of “God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth” (1 Timothy 2:4).

When you have this mindset, your prayer life will change. You will pray not for selfish needs but according to His will. You will seek the greatest blessing of all—His kingdom and His righteousness (Matthew 6:33). You will pray with the heart of an evangelist: “Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should” (Ephesians 6:19–20).

God will read your heart, hear your prayer, and open a door for your message so that you may proclaim the mystery of Christ (Colossians 4:2–3). Knowing this, Paul prayed on all occasions (Ephesians 6:18), did not stop praying for the believers (Colossians 1:9), and always prayed with joy (Philippians 1:7). This is a mark of those who walk with Christ.

Second, to walk with Christ you must fix your eyes on the cross with humility (Philippians 2:8). We have been saved by grace. Only when we acknowledge that there is no hope apart from the cross of Christ will we be set free from the curse of sin. We cannot overcome sin by repentance alone or by trying harder to live a godly life. The burden of our sin is impossible for us to carry. That is why “the Lord laid on Him the iniquity of us all” (Isaiah 53:6). When you kneel before the cross and confess that Jesus is your True Priest who gave Himself as a ransom for your life, you realize that He has already canceled your sins by the blood He shed.

The same is true in our battle against Satan. On your own, you cannot overcome the powers of darkness. But when you acknowledge Jesus as your True King, He fights the battle for you. The devil has already been utterly defeated when Jesus died on the cross and rose from the dead. Victory in life cannot be expected apart from the cross of Jesus. That is why Paul confessed, “The cross of our Lord Jesus Christ is my only reason for boasting. Through Jesus’ death on the cross, the world is dead to me, and I am dead to the world” (Galatians 6:14).

Finally, you must live with the assurance of victory for tomorrow. God has given us the name of Jesus that is above every name, in heaven and on earth and under the earth (Philippians 2:9–11). You may be weak, like a jar of clay, but the all-surpassing power is from God and not from you (2 Corinthians 4:7). When you pray in Jesus’ name, God promises to shake the heavens and the earth, the sea and the dry land (Haggai 2:6).

Walking with Christ means conversing with Him throughout the day, in every situation, seeking His will. When you do, He will give you clear answers in your conscience, strength in your weakness, and victory in your trials.

Prayer. Lord Jesus, I thank You for walking with me today. Help me fix my eyes on the cross, put on Your mindset, and live with the assurance of victory that came through You. In Your mighty name, Amen.

5 Grant me the very work that took place in Asia, Paul’s first mission field, where all the answers were discovered.
6 Help me find the life-turning point that Paul’s team discovered [Macedonia].
7And, allow me to see Rome.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Who is the Holy Spirit?

July 9, 2024. New Family Field Worker Training,
Lesson 1 – God’s Plan for the New Family, Session 6
Scripture Reading: Acts 1:8

♠Introduction:
This is a time for the new family retreat, for the new family. I grew up in a Christian household. And I served as a minister for 40 years. There has always been a concern in my heart: “When a new family goes to church, can that person really understand the gospel? And can that person truly receive answers to prayer?” You probably have felt that too, but I worried about it a lot. When a new family goes to church, they should be able to know the gospel properly, receive grace, and receive answers to prayer, but aren’t there obstacles to that inside the church? Of course, there are none in God’s church itself, but among us there are many. We must help the new family receive grace and receive answers. Of course, it is not us who make it, but we are the ones who run errands so that the grace can be there.

Since they are a new family, there are three things that must first be made clear.
① Your salvation was received by the grace of God. There were no conditions, but faith is the condition, and even that faith is what the Holy Spirit made you realize. Beyond that, you cannot receive answers through your own realization. “I believed in Jesus because of this,” “I became like this because of that,” that is not the case. That is why it must be taught properly. Then what’s next?

② “How should we live?” The new family does not know this either. Each denomination emphasizes different things, right? Some insist that you must be baptized. Some insist on holiness. Some emphasize experience. All those things that emphasize one aspect are not wrong. However, now that you are saved, you are to become Christ-like, to follow the teachings of Christ, to follow what God desires. That is sanctification. And though we will be fully transformed in eternity when we go to heaven, that is our goal. That is glorification. The new believers must understand these basics.

③ Then, what is the secret of answers in the life of faith? Earlier, we asked questions such as, “Who is Christ, who is God, and who am I?” In order to receive answers to prayer, today’s sixth lecture is important. Jesus said, “Believe that you have received what you have asked in prayer.” Before I understood prayer, I could not understand this word. “I have not received, but believe that I have.” One day, I came to understand prayer, and when I did, this word became everything. Right? When Joseph held onto the covenant, he had already received it. The rest was simply fulfillment. Right? When Moses received the covenant from his mother, he had already received all the answers. Then isn’t all of Scripture like that? “Ah, I see, this is prayer. This is worship.” Right? Then, if you don’t know that prayer and worship are important, you end up dying spiritually. Right?

So the word that came out of this is “Who is the Holy Spirit?” When you hold onto the covenant, the Holy Spirit works. That means you have already received the answer. When believers hear the pastor’s sermon and receive grace touched by the Spirit of God, that is already the answer. Of course, it will come to pass later, but “When the day of Pentecost came,” that means it had already come. So when believers receive strength during worship on Sunday, that is everything. Right?

And this is scientifically proven. One of my friends went to the Vietnam War and returned. He was traumatized in Vietnam. One day, while eating with us, he collapsed. He collapsed while eating, and that was the first time I saw epilepsy. It was so painful to watch him convulsing. We didn’t know what to do. After some time, he became fine. He was very apologetic, and as friends, we encouraged him and talked. His mental shock had turned into epilepsy. That is science. The thoughts you have now will surely turn into your body. We think that only what comes into our bodies is the answer. But when you receive the grace of the Holy Spirit and the Word comes upon you, surely later your life will change.

So in the introduction—when talking about the work of the Holy Spirit, we must tell the new family practical stories through events.

1) Genesis 1:27 (Us)
The Holy Spirit already existed. When creating mankind, it was not “I” but “Us.” From the beginning, the Triune God was with us, eternally, always present. If you don’t believe this fact, there’s no need to go to church on Sunday. Right? Though unseen, when you receive grace at church, later evidence will appear, later answers will come, and everything happens from there. So we must help them receive answers.

2) Exodus 24:14–17 (Wilderness)
In Exodus 24:14–17, the three feasts appear. The Jews misunderstood this. They thought it was about harvesting grain. That is not the case. Coming out of Egypt symbolizes salvation—that is Passover. Gathering into the storehouse refers to the heavenly background—that is, the Feast of Ingathering. Pentecost does include harvesting grain, but it is not just that. It is about the Israelites journeying forty years in the wilderness, following God’s power. That is Pentecost. Last Sunday’s sermon on the Feast of Harvest was about this. This must be understood in reality. You are on a wilderness journey, so you must go through the world by the Spirit of God, by the power of God.

3) Joel 2:28
This appeared again as an event in Joel 2:28. When was it? It was during the time of Elisha. When Israel had completely fallen into idolatry and was perishing, at that time, the prophet Joel gave the solution. God will pour out His Spirit on His servants, both men and women. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams. That was spoken then.

4) Zechariah 4:6
So, when in the deepest darkness, you cannot overcome by your own strength. That is Zechariah 4:6. Israel was rebuilding the temple, but had stopped and fallen into despair. Then God spoke through the prophet Zechariah: “Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit.” They held to this covenant, and fulfillment began. In between, very important words were given.

5) John 14:16, 16:13
Jesus spoke repeatedly at the end. Among many words, at the very end, He said, “It is to your advantage that I go away. The Counselor, the Holy Spirit, will be with all believers.” Do not forget this. The Holy Spirit will make you understand all things. Right? This is how pastors carry out their ministry—with this power. This is what pastors preach. It is the Holy Spirit who makes you understand what God has given. Why do believers pray? Because the Spirit of God is with us, He gives us understanding. That is why we are told, “Do not think too much, but pray.” If you think too much, you will certainly go the wrong way. You must turn your thoughts into prayer. These things must be explained.

6) Acts 1:8
And Jesus explained again at the end. “Will You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?” That is not for you to know. “You must wait for what the Father promised.” And He said, “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you.” This must be explained clearly.

7) Acts 2:17–18
How can you have this? When you hold onto this covenant and pray, amazing things happen. “Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.” The same word appeared again.

8) Acts 13:1–5, Acts 16:6–10, Acts 19:1–7 (21)
How was this covenant fulfilled? As history continued, Paul followed the covenant exactly as it was. Right? He fully followed the leading of the Holy Spirit. This must be explained: “You also must go that way. That is prayer. That is worship. The Spirit of God is with you more scientifically than science itself. ‘I feel wronged.’ That is not really an unjust experience. Yielding and losing is not really losing. Winning is not really winning. Our victory is in receiving this leading (the Holy Spirit). When the way is blocked, you receive the leading to see and receive what God has prepared. To evangelize the world, you must always relive the grace of the Upper Room of Mark. That is how Paul reached Rome.” This must be explained.

9) 1 Corinthians 12:1–11 (Gifts)
And the one who received this grace most abundantly was Paul. What is this? The Spirit is one Spirit, the Spirit of God, yet He gives you unique gifts. With those, you do everything. The gifts may differ. Right? There is no need to emphasize only one. This is what it means to live.

10) Romans 16:25–27
And how far does this go? To that which was hidden for ages past, which will remain forever, and God is with you in that. This is certain.

Whatever you think, you will receive answers according to that. Beyond that, you cannot receive. I don’t know your spiritual level, but you will receive only according to your level. Right? Effort has nothing to do with it. Your answers come according to your spiritual level. So the new family, and you as well, must enjoy this. That is why personal prayer time and worship time are very important.

Then two more things must be taught.
① The world (by the power of the Holy Spirit – the seven remnants) – Lead the world by the power of the Holy Spirit. That is the seven remnants. How did Joseph overcome? “Only a man in whom is the Spirit of God.” That was it. You too, your children too, must believe like that. After seeing the fire on Mt Horeb, Moses enjoyed. Right? To the young Samuel, the amazing voice of God was heard. “From that day on, the Spirit of the Lord came upon David in power.” Right? Elijah knew this, so he asked for nothing else but “Please let a double portion of your spirit be upon me.” The clever ones in Gilgal, Jericho, and Bethel were not used. Instead, Elisha prayed, “Let me have the spirit of God so that I may do it by His strength,” and he began the Dothan movement. In the end, Daniel, who always prayed holding to the Word, transformed Babylon. Right? He transformed the king. This must be remembered.

② Studies/occupation/work (Priority) – And lastly, this must be taught. Children will have studies, occupations, work, right? This must be taught. Change the priority. What is Priority? Change the order. Otherwise, it will not work. In everything, in every difficulty, in every success, you must first receive this grace. That is truly the end. Then the new family begins to receive answers. Right? If we teach them wrongly, then in fact, they will not receive answers. In some ways, we must not even teach them our own motives. We must even take that away. “I received grace because I was sick.” If they testify like that, we must change that too. “God originally called you. God called you, and that was only the occasion, not the condition. We can get sick while living, but even so, we are still God’s children. If I am sick, I am God’s child. If I am healthy, I am not? That is not true!” This is important. We must help them receive answers. When I gathered some young adults and taught them what the gospel really is and what prayer really is, history arose among them. Among those who received grace then, some are still testifying to answers today. That is not because they had something of their own. If they had something of their own, that would be a disaster. They saw the power of God within the gospel. So don’t attach conditions or reasons—just do it. Jesus said, “Only.” That means no matter how much you struggle with other things, it is all in vain. Why waste time on vanity?

Main
Here, it is good to look up the Bible together using this book (textbook). At this time, history begins again. When we look up the Word together, the greatest healing occurs for the new family, because usually we only listen to preaching one-sidedly. After giving this kind of introduction, when you look at the Word together, healing takes place. In my experience with healing ministry, memorizing Scripture and transcribing sermons brought tremendous works.

So then: ①Who is the Holy Spirit? Then ②what is the one thing we must do? Then ③how can we do it? Then ④what results come? Up to here, you must organize and explain for them to know. Without teaching them about the work of the Holy Spirit, answers to prayer, and the power of worship, most Christians do not receive answers, in my observation. They cannot evangelize. Those who go to church faithfully and follow the pastor’s messages with grace are simply continuing, but in reality, they do not know.

1. Who is the Holy Spirit?
Who is the Holy Spirit?

1) He is the Spirit of God (Joel 2:28, Acts 2:17–18).
He is the Spirit of God. Right?

2) He is the Spirit of Christ (Acts 16:7).
And He is also recorded as the Spirit of Christ in Acts 16:7.

3) He is the Spirit of truth (John 14:17).
He is called the Spirit of truth in John 14:17.

4) He is God Himself (John 14:6–17).
He is God Himself. Right? So when this work takes place, no one can block it.

5) This is the way God is with us. God’s dwelling place is the temple. Believers are the temple where God dwells. Receiving Jesus into your heart as your Lord is acceptance. Unbelievers are controlled by evil spirits inside them. Their status changes when they accept Christ. This is the way God is with us. So this must be explained. (1) “Don’t you know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?” This is tremendous. (2) “You could not be delivered from sin and death, but the law of the Spirit of life has set you free.” So show them this. (3) He will protect you, teach you, guide you, and make you understand. He is the Counselor…

Prayer is very important. Even during worship, there’s a difference between listening to the pastor’s sermon while praying and just listening. When the elder prays, if you just close your eyes and wait, it feels tedious. But when you participate in the prayer, it is completely different. Likewise, if you set aside specific times and pray, that is tremendous. You must first receive this power. “Will You restore the kingdom to Israel at this time?” That’s none of your business. Don’t lean on crutches. Don’t change the order. It’s not that restoration of the nation is unnecessary. But “Is that what you can do right now? Is that the order?” No. First, restore the gospel, and when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, you will receive power and then bear witness. Do not reverse the order.

2. Believers have only one thing to do. This is to be filled with the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8).
What is the filling of the Holy Spirit?

1) You must be filled with God.
2) You must be filled with Christ.
3) Power and witness will appear.
4) World evangelization will surely be fulfilled.

In the end, it is to be filled with God. Right? What is being filled with the Holy Spirit? It is being filled with Christ. It is being filled with the power of God. Then world evangelization will surely be fulfilled. “We were filled with the Holy Spirit, but the church closed down.” Does that make sense? It must lead to evangelization.

3. How can we be filled with the Holy Spirit?
How? There are important things.

1) Only the children of God can be filled with the Holy Spirit.
The qualification has been given. God’s children are qualified to be filled with the Holy Spirit.

2) He gives to those who are saved and who believe. The children of God need only believe this fact and pray. The very fact that the Word of God is believed is proof of being filled with the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:4–8). If you are not saved, you are not qualified to be filled with the Holy Spirit. This must be explained clearly.

3) When you pray, you can be filled with the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:13–15). If you pray at least once a day asking to be filled with the Holy Spirit, God will give you new strength and answer your prayers. When you are filled with the Holy Spirit, He gives you wisdom beyond your weakness and ignorance. The children of God need only believe this fact and pray. Since you have the qualification, you are not just believing anything—you are believing this fact and praying. This is truly the filling of the Holy Spirit. This is tremendous spiritual science.

4. When you are filled with the Holy Spirit, all problems are resolved.
Then what results come? Things happen in this world.

1) Acts 1:8
World evangelization takes place. This light shines throughout the world.

2) Acts 4:1–12
Especially in Acts 4:12 something important came out. It is a very important confession. This is what they come to realize: “There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” If you do not realize this, many other things will appear very important. Right? They are not wrong—Jeremiah, very important. Elijah, John the Baptist, very important. But if you don’t see Christ, you miss it. “Who do you say I am?” “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Now, what will happen to the whole world? Just wait and see. This tremendous confession was made by Peter.

3) Acts 3:1–12
This was after the healing of the cripple. It is the confession made afterward. It means Peter had assurance.

4) Acts 8:4–8
Politics cannot solve this. Theologians cannot solve this. Theologians are important. The reason theology exists is to make us see the Bible properly. The purpose of theology is to make us properly understand the grace of salvation. Beyond that, it does not help. The believers themselves must receive answers. You too must receive answers. It is by the grace of God that the church lives, people are saved, and the world is saved. Darkness is raging. “What will happen to my future?” Don’t worry about that. That is not the question of someone who is saved. Did Joseph ever ask, “How will I live?” Not once. Right? He simply went with God’s covenant, and God did the rest. People with spiritual problems worry a lot, but don’t. If you go into this covenant, you will surely stand as a witness. The reason God raises you is to raise you as a witness.

♠Conclusion: Ephesians 6:18 (Strength)
“Pray in the Spirit on all occasions.” This was said while explaining spiritual warfare. Speaking of Satan, Paul said, “Pray in the Spirit at all times.” Simply put, it means: Always receive this strength. Tell the new family: “Always” includes both good and bad. Always receive this strength. “Why is this happening to me?” That is temporary. Joseph, one day, was sold and almost killed. Temporary. But the history that remained was tremendous.

In the end, you must ask: “In every event, what does God want from you?” That must be asked. Also: “What does Satan want from you?” This must be applied to every new family. Especially to those with terminal illness: “What does Satan want from you?” The answer is clear. Then ask: “What does God want from you?” That is the answer. “In this extreme situation, Satan wants you to despair, be discouraged, fall into darkness, and die. But God has His highest interest in you. Then before whom must you stand?” This must be told especially to the truly sick. The sick are different from you. They waver back and forth. Some people say, “What’s the point of living long?” That is all a lie. When facing death, people desperately want to live. When a person faces death, their thoughts change. You must tell them: “At this last timetable, what does Satan want from you? What does God want from you? Therefore stand before God. Receive the strength that God gives!” To be “filled” means it appears in your body and your whole flesh. To be “filled with water” means overflowing with water. “Filled with food” means overflowing with food. The Bible uses this expression: “I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh.” Yes. While you live, during your life, this power will appear in your body and in your life. Believe this and pray. Then the new family will live. The best evangelism strategy is when the new family lives—they bring others. When they truly fight against darkness, then it is the cell, the team ministry. That is how real answers come.

Today, may this day be when the power of God comes upon you. I bless you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. One more important thing—at this time, even greater answers arise. When you hold onto the covenant, after worship most people just go back to worldly things, but if you pray holding onto the covenant after worship, that is what Rockefeller did. That way, what you heard in the pastor’s sermon, the grace you received, does not leave you all week long. That is true prayer. I will pray.

Prayer. God, we thank You. May this be a day of healing. Heal the unseen diseases of the body. Heal the spiritual diseases by the work of the Holy Spirit. May Your kingdom be established in every place. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.
