The Ten Secrets and the Eternal Answer

2024.09.15 District Message
Scripture Reading: 2 Timothy 4:1-5

In the blessing of the throne, one of the greatest blessings is the 10 secrets. These secrets connect to the eternal answer.

I served as an assistant pastor for a long time. That gave me the opportunity to learn from about seven different churches. Just like in the United States, churches in Korea are in situations where it’s impossible to expect results. Most of them are in circumstances where it’s actually impossible to receive answers. And trying to persuade people in that situation to do anything is even more impossible. As an assistant pastor, people have no reason to be persuaded by me—and I didn’t have the power to do so either. But it’s simple. When you serve in a church, you’ll find that usually there’s just one or two people who actually evangelize. Not many—just one or two. You persuade these one or two people. That’s how the evangelism movement starts. While serving the church, I did evangelism like that—without name, without any recognition. But that became the spark. It was shocking. That small spark affected the entire church. It looks like nothing, but when you light a tiny fire, it spreads and ignites everything. That’s how I did it in six places. The seventh church I went to, I was the senior pastor, so I could do it long-term. That allowed for a broader reach. And that’s what connected to world evangelization.

Actually, this is the message that will mainly come out in this conference and has been coming out recently. But the truth is, experiencing the gospel properly is not happening easily.

[Covenant of Calvary – John 19:30]
The covenant of Calvary—when truly experienced—“It is finished.” If you actually experience in your heart that “the gospel is everything,” the forces of darkness are broken. Before that, they won’t break.

At the upcoming public servant conference, I’ll speak about how God could not use Peter—despite his important training—for Roman evangelization. In fact, Peter interfered with the gospel Paul preached. That was the Galatian church. Peter kept insisting on doing Jewish customs, kept talking about circumcision, and said it was wrong to eat at the house of a Gentile. This is what Peter said. He was a problem. James came and said similar things. That’s Galatians 2. Even Barnabas was influenced. Paul, so stunned, publicly rebuked them: “Isn’t that wrong? Are you really living like a Jew? Then why do you force others to live like Jews? You should live as a Christian.” He also said, “I have been crucified with Christ. Christ lives in me.” That’s when the forces of darkness truly collapse. If the darkness doesn’t collapse, no matter how hard we try, nothing works.

[Covenant of Mt Olive – The Throne]
We must truly experience the covenant of Mt Olive. Only then can we enjoy what the power of the throne is. That’s what was explained over 40 days. And then what came?

[Covenant of Mark’s Upper Room – Experience]
We must experience the covenant of Mark’s upper room. This was truly experienced. After this, the evangelism movement began to rise greatly.

[24·25·Eternity]
If this becomes 24·25·eternity, then that’s it. If you enter into 24… People say there’s a problem in the church, but it shouldn’t matter—it’s 24. Why shouldn’t it matter? Because it’s not actually a problem. Once it passes, you’ll realize it wasn’t a problem—but people keep calling it a problem. If you keep calling something a problem when it isn’t, that becomes a real headache. You must call a problem a problem to find the answer, right? If you call a non-problem a problem, there’s no answer. Even when God gives a blessing, people call it a problem. “Because of the persecution of Stephen…” That’s not a problem. How is that a problem? But most of us say it is. “A problem has come.” But an incredible blessing is happening because of that—it causes history to arise. Without that, how can a church even exist?

▣ Introduction

1. Bartizan
Within this important covenant, God gave several tremendous things—without a bartizan, a watchman cannot function.

2. Journey
Our bartizan is not stationary. It’s a bartizan that moves world evangelization. That’s why Jesus spoke of a journey.

3. Guidepost (Absolute Bartizan) (300%)
And there are guideposts that set up absolute bartizans in various places. You don’t even need to ask, “What should we do?” Just establish absolute bartizans.

So people may think I’m really diligent, but actually, I’m not. I don’t do things unless they’re necessary. Why should I do something that, in worldly terms, isn’t even profitable? Who does business with no profit?

Establish absolute bartizans at strategic points. How do you know it’s a bartizan? Keep going until you sense it is. This is how we should study, evangelize, and do missions. I call this 300% preparation—professionalism, field, and system. When you do evangelism this way, it’s incredibly graceful.

In Korea, Jang David is working hard—he must begin preparing 300% from now. When evangelizing, you can’t just go blindly. You must prepare 100% what content you will bring. Then prepare 100% the environment where evangelism must naturally take place. And what system will carry it? That’s the camp.

If a few churches and fields like this are made, churches will grow so fast it becomes overwhelming. Truly. I experienced that in Busan. To put it simply, I found where the golden fishing ground of Busan was. Back then, the largest place was the Saha Industrial Complex. Great. So we decided to go into the Saha Complex. What to do there? Set up certain Bible studies tailored to the workers. First, I looked for where we’d hold the Bible study. When I went to scout the area, I was shocked. First time in Saha—and I was stunned. Our assistant pastors didn’t know. But I found it. I ran into a college friend—his family turned out to be wealthy in that area. He had a building, a center. When I said I needed to hold Bible studies, he told me to use an entire floor. Someone who used to follow me around calling me “hyungnim” (older brother) was now the chairman of the local merchants’ association. I asked to use their hall—“Of course, anytime.” I met an elder who was a businessman. He had built a church inside his factory. When I asked why, he said he once promised God to become a pastor but felt guilty for not doing so, so he built a church instead. I told him, “Don’t ever become a pastor. There are already too many like me. Don’t do it.”

Everything was perfectly prepared for ministry in the complex. Then, who to send? The team is key. So we sent Baek Woon-Gyu. When everything was prepared, even he was shocked. Hundreds repented and returned in one sweep. Pastors in Saha went on high alert. Especially Kim Chang-Soo, the one who gave me the most trouble—his church was right in front of Saha. He tried to crush me. I thought, “I see. I’ll have to pause this. If pastors are reacting like this, I need to take it slower.”

If you think of this (introduction) as evangelism, it’s more than joy—it’s thrilling and exciting. That’s why we must do camps. God’s blessing is visible and overwhelming—why? Because we see this. This is what it means to create this (introduction). Business must be done this way too. If your professionalism isn’t even at 30% and you start something, fail, and keep complaining, that’s not right.

▣ Main – Secrets
As we walk this path, God gives us several secrets. What are they? Ten secrets.

1. Independence
God ensures that under any circumstance, we do not die but survive alone. Right? We survived.

2. Spiritual reality
We do not only look at reality. If we only look at reality, we are deceived. We look at spiritual reality. Why? The U.S. and Korea have different cultures. But spiritual reality is the same. Korea and Japan have different cultures—but the spiritual problem is the same. That’s how we dig in. Whether Korean or Japanese, people get hungry if they don’t eat. Right? I thought Japanese people ate little, but it turns out they eat a lot at buffets. They’re the same. If you can’t see this sameness, you can’t evangelize. If you really dig in, everyone is the same—sinners with spiritual problems. You cannot overcome the darkness.

3. Counter-thinking
Almost all answers are in the place we least expect. Joseph was falsely accused and sent to prison—but the greatest answer was prepared there.

4. Synergy
As evangelists, we give life to others wherever we go. So no need to fight. If there’s something worth fighting over, just don’t do it.

5. Crisis
We choose the path of crisis. There are no competitors there.

6. Non-competition
We don’t compete—we win. Who competed with Joseph? With David? Daniel had no competitor.

7. Recreation
What is another secret? Recreation. These are the secrets they held.

8. Summit
So what happened? They reached the summit. After first being spiritual summits, they were lifted to summit positions. I was persecuted and resented for 30 years, but those people all collapsed. I’m still preaching the gospel today.

9. Wilderness
So we go to the wilderness and desolate places. We go to the abandoned. To the sick. It cannot be stopped.

10. Absolute
We seek God’s absolute plan.

This is our secret. It looks like ten, but it’s really one—establishing the absolute bartizan.

▣ Conclusion

1. Fixed time (3 focuses)
So fixed-time prayer—this is actually very hard. Just do the 3 focuses. Morning—when you open your eyes, it’s morning. Just pray. At night, after work, return home and discover God’s blessings and answers. The issue is daytime. You meet people, work—it’s a lot. During the day, turn everything into prayer. Try it. You’ll gain immense strength. In my case, if I don’t turn everything into prayer, I might truly die. Because from all sides, people keep saying nonsense. If I listened to all of it, I’d die. Around me, there are good people, bad people—but they bring so much nonsense. That’s why I must pray. That’s why we must enjoy 24 through prayer.

2. Continuous (24) (3 settings)
What does “continuous 24” mean? It means setting up three things. Once you have a bartizan, everything comes. If there’s a platform, people will come. They come, see the light, see the watchtower, and receive healing. If they find and enjoy many secrets with God there—if the antenna is raised—they will come. The three courtyards and the three-day weekend age are the gospel movement of this age. In America, this must be done clearly. Don’t run programs—enjoy.

3. Concentration (3 answers)
When important events arise—or good things happen—we concentrate. What is the key to concentration? The three answers. Problems contain answers. Conflicts require renewal. It’s about progressing. There’s something to fight over? Don’t fight—progress. Crises are opportunities.

That’s the conclusion. In Korea and globally, you must now begin anew. What should you start? We’ll check that in the American gathering. Many people aren’t receiving answers—why? Because they don’t have the condition to receive. How do you receive? When you have the condition to receive, answers come. People who fail have a method of failing—they just don’t know it. There is a know-how to gain much. Some may gain without knowing—but that’s because the system is already in place. Are you sick? You’re sick because the conditions for sickness were met.

So now, we must quietly and seriously prepare the condition to save America, to save our church. The regional cell study materials are centered on our church leaders nationwide. What is the real problem? The real conflict? The real crisis? We need sincere forum. From what I see, 90% of the things members call problems are not actually problems. Then they can’t receive answers. Why? Because they’re calling non-problems problems. If a teacher gives a wrong test question, there’s no answer. Right? If the question is wrong, how can there be an answer? The problem must be correct for the answer to be correct. If you keep calling something a problem when it isn’t, there is no answer. You must think about this carefully.

When I counsel students, I often question deeply: “Is that really a problem?” And most respond, “No, I guess it’s not.” “Right. You’re calling something a problem when it’s not.”

When someone keeps seeing something as a problem that isn’t—what kind of person is that? If someone says something isn’t a problem when it is, that’s a mentally unstable person, right? But if someone insists something is a problem when it isn’t, that’s a mental illness. Right? Mentally ill people scream that someone is coming even when no one is. No one’s coming—but they say it’s a fire or an emergency. That’s mental illness.

If we’re living a life of faith in church, we should obviously receive answers. I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ that this will become a blessed opportunity.

Prayer
God, we thank You. Let this be a new beginning where we gain new strength within Your plan. We thank You for being the God who protects us with the power of the throne through the 10 secrets. May the true gospel movement begin.
In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Spiritual Independence (the Word) and the Answer of 25

2023.07.09 District Message
Scripture Reading: Genesis 12:1-4

This is what you must absolutely experience at least once in your lifetime. Only then can you explain it to the next generation.

Genesis 12:1–4
In Genesis 12:1-4, God instructs Abraham to leave Chaldea. The Bible says, “Leave your country, your people and your father’s household.” This means to leave completely, which may sound simple today, but back then, people thought doing so would lead to ruin. And God didn’t even say exactly where to go—He said, “Go to the land I will show you.” Then He said, “No one will be able to stand against you.”

Even more puzzling was the statement, “All nations will be blessed through your seed.” Abraham couldn’t understand this. He didn’t even have a child—what seed would bless the nations? It didn’t make sense. It’s not that he didn’t believe in God, but it didn’t sit right with him, so he hesitated. And while he hesitated, a tragedy struck his family—his older brother suddenly passed away. Aren’t we all similar in that way? That made Abraham afraid: “I need to go now.” So he left.

But still, how can you survive without making money? He was told to leave his relatives and father’s household and go to the land God would show him, and that somehow his seed—though he had no children—would be a blessing to all nations? It was incomprehensible.

Frankly, we could also be in that situation. God’s Word might not make sense or fit us. We could face the same. We need to survive right now, and God says, “You will be the source of blessing.” How can that be a source? He couldn’t understand. Abraham was desperate and didn’t even know where to go.

So he made two mistakes. Since he just couldn’t believe it, he went down to Egypt. Why Egypt? He thought, “Maybe I can make some money there. It’s a wealthy place.” So he went. There he faced a big problem. Back then, there weren’t laws like today—might made right. So he came to the verge of losing his wife. That happened. By God’s grace, he escaped that crisis.

Then a second problem came—he had brought his nephew along. God had said to leave his country, relatives, and his father’s household, but he brought a relative. From the outside, it may have seemed reasonable—his older brother had died, his father was gone, so it made sense to bring his nephew. But Abraham wasn’t thinking spiritually. He had gone to Egypt because he was worried—how would he survive? And he thought, “I don’t even have a child. I should at least raise my nephew well.” That was his reasoning.

So, concerning God’s Word, Abraham was completely in the wrong. Right? But to speak of the conclusion: every word of God was fulfilled to Abraham once he realized it. In Genesis Chapter 13, after a dispute arose, he sent Lot away. But he didn’t just kick him out—he said, “You choose first. Take the best for yourself.” As expected, Lot chose the wealthy area of Sodom and Gomorrah. So Abraham chose the mountain.

Genesis 13:18
From that point, answers began to come to Abraham. “Abraham sent Lot away and began to build an altar.”

“Spiritual independence and the 25 answers”
Many Christians today fail to experience this spiritual part. Because it’s invisible, it’s hard to experience. But if you believe and receive answers, you will experience it. Spiritually, you can survive anywhere. Spiritual independence means having the spiritual strength to survive anywhere. This is the blessing and answer God will give you this week.

▣ Introduction – The Word
Because the spiritual is invisible, the best answer is to hold onto the Word. The spiritual doesn’t come by experience—it comes as an answer. It can’t be experienced, because it’s spiritual. When you hold onto the Word and receive answers, then you know.

1. The wrong things (Genesis 3, 6, 11)
Because people don’t believe, they choose things based on their own thoughts, leading to incorrect decisions. That’s Genesis 3. Satan knew this and said, “Don’t trust God. You’ll be like God.” And they fell immediately. Genesis 6 is about Noah’s flood. People thought, “If I just do this, I’ll gain power,” and so today people go to shamans and such—they fall into those traps.

Then comes the Tower of Babel—Genesis 11—“You can succeed. If you unite, you’ll be powerful.” There’s a famous con artist named Cho Hee-pal who once said, “All I have to do is say, ‘I’ll make you rich,’ and people will come running.” That’s how Satan works: “Be like God (Gen. 3). Gain power (Gen. 6). Succeed (Gen. 11). Build your tower.”

This is the Bible’s clearest answer as to why people face problems. So even if you simply get rid of your “self,” great answers will begin to come. This is hard to understand, but not really difficult. When problems come, just let go of your thoughts and ask, “What does God’s Word say?” That’s enough for God’s works to begin. At the time, it may seem small, but later you’ll realize, “Wow, I was really guided well.”

2. The wrong actions (idolatry)
People hold onto the wrong things, so they end up doing the wrong things. And it turns out, the area Abraham went into was full of idols. He got trapped.

3. The wrong decisions (Genesis 12:10)
Because he hadn’t realized yet, even Abraham made wrong decisions, though he was a person of God. God said, “Go to the land I will show you,” but in Genesis 12:10, he went down to Egypt. That can happen easily. But once Abraham held tightly to the Word, God’s work began.

▣ Main Point

1. God – the Word
In some ways, this is simple. When problems come, don’t think based on your thoughts—ask what the Word says. Then amazing spiritual works happen. Some people simply ask, “What is God’s will?”—and that alone brings answers. Because it changes your spiritual world.

You need to receive the same answer Abraham received: no matter what problem comes, hold firmly to the Word without relying on people. This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t talk to people—we listen to family and friends, of course. But don’t depend on them. Hold to the Word you believe comes from God. That’s what it means.

1) People (Genesis 37)
Most people believe what others say. It’s hard to believe God’s Word. But Joseph in Genesis 37 believed only God’s Word. To what extent?

2) Dreams (verses 6–9)
He held onto God’s Word so firmly that it even appeared in his dreams. Now, dreams aren’t the standard, but our thoughts can appear in dreams. Dreams are often nonsense, but they reveal our current state. Some people say, “I had a dream about an accident, so it must happen.” But it’s really just showing how anxious you are. That’s why it appears in a dream.

For example, I just remember, “My sister’s husband is sick—I should contact them.” But I still haven’t. Thankfully, they understand. As for me, I always dream about being late for worship. And in those dreams, close people like Pastor Hwang Sang-bae appear, and I’m asking him, “What do I do?” This shows that I’m completely immersed in giving this kind of message in real life. That’s the kind of dream I mean. Joseph held onto God’s covenant so firmly that it even came out in his dreams. That’s verses 6–9.

3) Heart (verse 11)
He also treasured God’s Word in his heart. That’s all it takes. If God’s Word is clear, comes in your dreams, and is stored in your heart, then He will absolutely work. You’ve probably experienced this already, but you must have that experience to be able to speak to others about it.

2. Life (within)
But it’s not enough to just store the Word. It must be inside your life.

1) Crisis – opportunity
Then there’s no need to fear. Even when a crisis comes, it becomes an opportunity. That was true for Abraham and Joseph.

2) Fear
Then fear of the world disappears—because you’re inside the Word.

3) Satan
And while you don’t fear the world, you also don’t take it lightly. Why? Because Satan continues working through it. You don’t dismiss it, but you don’t fear it either. This is the Word you must hold firmly.

3. Success (witness)
And it doesn’t end there. When you enjoy this blessing of “God with me,” you will succeed, not just with success, but as a witness. Then what comes?

1) The throne
The work of the Triune God and the power of the throne become yours. How can we understand that? But if you do understand, then you fear nothing. But people don’t know this well. Because you’re in the Word, wherever you go—even your difficult workplace—the blessing of the throne comes. Others say it’s hard, but for you, it becomes an opportunity. It comes. Our remnants go abroad and into the world, and God has already prepared everything. That’s a witness.

2) Identity – authority
You’ve received the blessing of being a child of God. You have that identity and authority. That’s the witness you become.

3) Background
And it doesn’t end there. The throne, your identity, and your authority become your background.

You need to experience this at least once. I’ve often heard people say, “That pastor is great, but he only cares about money.” He’s a great person with no problems, but people say he only cares about money. I’ve heard that a lot. It’s not that he really only cares about money—if you don’t receive and enjoy the answer concerning this message, you end up like that. That’s how it is. It’ll happen to you too. If you don’t receive and enjoy this answer, you’ll become the same.

I’ve mentioned this before: once in Japan, I had some time and decided to do some research on my own, so I made arrangements through the Darakbang travel agency and went with just a camera. I went alone—no staff. But the hotel situation wasn’t what I’d heard. They required full payment up front to reserve a room, so I paid it. But I had no money left for food for the three days. I only had Korean money in my pocket, which is useless in Japan. I could have called missionary Kang Myung-joo in Tokyo, but I felt that would be a burden. I had ten 100-yen coins. I went out and found a place where you put in a coin and get a meal ticket. I ate like that for three days, counting my coins. I saved one coin. That’s when I thought, “This is how a person can end up.” Just three days, and I became like that. Shaking, holding that one coin, still trying to live with dignity.

You see, even if you’re holding to God’s Word, if you haven’t received the answer concerning this message, you can’t see it. From now on, start enjoying this blessing and praying.

▣ Conclusion

1. WITH
Then what result comes? You receive the evidence that God is with you. That’s enough. From then on, Abraham could see the world and everything else. Just pray even during this worship. Even just today, if you hold onto God’s Word and pray on Sunday, that’s enough.

2. Immanuel
The blessing of Immanuel comes.

3. Oneness
If you’re inside the covenant, aware of the spiritual, all your past problems and hardships turn into answers. That’s certain. That’s what we call oneness. Later, you’ll realize, “What I thought was unanswered wasn’t actually unanswered.” Back when I was a student, I thought, “Money!” because things were so hard. Looking back, that was such a foolish prayer. God was preparing everything.

Today, just hold onto the Word all day and pray deeply. During the weekdays, just confirm how that Word is being fulfilled. That’s certain. God has given us this opportunity, and in the capital region, I don’t think there’s any other church that can build the three courtyards. God prepared our church for that. It’s not just about the building—we have members who can establish the 237, healing, and summit courtyards. Our church is already prepared through you. It’s an amazing answer. For someone like me who sees the future, it’s shocking. How can God work like this?

What’s even more amazing is how, when these messages are shared, such as at the dedication service, the elders grasp onto them as their covenant and move with them. I’m just amazed, “How can they do this?” Today again, I felt that. “Wow, our elders are truly led by the Holy Spirit.” It’s reassuring and something to be thankful for. How can people move so precisely with God’s Word?

I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ to hold onto the covenant today, enjoy it throughout the week, and wait upon it.

Prayer. God, we thank You. We thank You for giving us the true covenant. Now let us enjoy the blessing that Abraham restored through choosing the covenant. Let spiritual healing arise during this day-long worship. Let all my problems be turned into answers from God. Let all my weaknesses and illnesses be healed by God’s power. Let the remainder of my life be a life that fulfills God’s covenant. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray, Amen.

Jesus Watches Over His Saints

Hebrews 10:23-25. Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. 24 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, 25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

Our Lord Jesus Christ loved His church and gave Himself up for her (Ephesians 5:25). He promised to guard His church from the evil one (Matthew 16:18). Throughout history, He has been transforming the world through His church. To this end, He promised to strengthen His church to stand firm on His covenant and watch over His saints—those who have received and believed Him as the Christ.

Are you living in despair? Still trapped in the patterns of this world? God did not call you to live like that. You are a child of the King. He is watching over you with eyes like blazing fire (Revelation 2:18). He is leading you to the ends of the earth to be His witness (Acts 1:8).

After Peter’s denial, Jesus asked him, “Simon son of John, do you love me more than these?” (John 21:15). Jesus came not to condemn Peter for his failure but to restore him. In the same way, even when we fall into temptation, our Lord does not break His relationship with us. Rather, He comes to us again and again with words of love, grace, and encouragement. His death on the cross and His resurrection are the ultimate proof of His relentless love for us.

In our moments of despair and hopelessness, Jesus draws near and revives our hearts through His Word. “They asked each other, ‘Were not our hearts burning within us while he talked with us on the road and opened the Scriptures to us?’” (Luke 24:32). When the two disciples met the risen Christ on the road to Emmaus, everything changed. They returned to Jerusalem and proclaimed that He was alive (Luke 24:33–35).

Our Lord works with us when we pray. “One day Peter and John were going up to the temple at the time of prayer—at three in the afternoon” (Acts 3:1). As they devoted themselves to prayer, God raised up a crippled beggar and opened the door to the gospel in Jerusalem. In the same way, when we pray in Jesus’ name, we will witness God’s perfect timing and His work of salvation.

Those who understand the heart of God and pray will be used in His plan for world evangelization. When the church in Antioch worshiped and fasted, they were led by the Holy Spirit. “The Holy Spirit said, ‘Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.’ So after they had fasted and prayed, they placed their hands on them and sent them off” (Acts 13:2–3). It was through this church that God accomplished world missions in Asia, Macedonia, and eventually Rome.

Why did God use Paul? Because he was a man of prayer. “On the Sabbath, we went outside the city gate to the river, where we expected to find a place of prayer” (Acts 16:13). The answer to Paul’s prayer came as “The Lord opened her [Lydia’s] heart to respond to Paul’s message” (Acts 16:14). That was the beginning of the church in Philippi.

Through Paul, God also set a slave girl free from the power of an evil spirit. “Once when we were going to the place of prayer, we were met by a female slave who had a spirit by which she predicted the future. She earned a great deal of money for her owners by fortune-telling” (Acts 16:16). Again, it happened at the place of prayer—God’s perfect time.

Even when Paul and Silas were thrown into prison, they fixed their eyes on God in prayer. “About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them. Suddenly there was such a violent earthquake that the foundations of the prison were shaken. At once all the prison doors flew open, and everyone’s chains came loose” (Acts 16:25–26). God’s plan went beyond freeing them from prison. That night, He saved the jailer and his household (Acts 16:30–31).

Even today, Jesus watches over His church. Today’s Word reminds us of the vital importance of the church. The Lord’s presence among His gathered people strengthens the church and helps us remain steadfast in the Word, prayer, and evangelism. Through fellowship and mutual encouragement, the church becomes the vessel through which Christ works powerfully in the world.

But just as Jesus warned the early church, Jesus warns today’s church against idolatry, deception, and false prophets (Revelation 2:20, 3:1). In particular, He gives a grave warning to those who maintain a form of religion without true life. A church that does not know the mystery of Christ may look godly outwardly but denies the power of the gospel (2 Timothy 3:5).

We must take these warnings to heart, especially as we see many churches around the world bound by traditions and legalism, while lacking the true life and power of the gospel. Through the proclamation of His Word, He rebukes, corrects, and restores His church.

When the gospel is preached in all nations, He will return just as He promised (Matthew 24:14). So let us lift our eyes beyond our current situation and approach the throne of God with boldness in prayer. Let us continue gathering as His church to pray for our communities, our nation, and the world.

Prayer. Lord Jesus, thank You for watching over me with eyes like blazing fire. Thank You for encouraging me through Your Word. I believe You will guard me from the evil one. Make me a person of prayer. In Your precious name I pray, Amen.

Hymn
Are You Washed in the Blood?
E. A. Hoffman

Have you been to Jesus for the cleansing pow’r?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?
Are you fully trusting in His grace this hour?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?

Are you washed in the blood,
In the soul-cleansing blood of the Lamb?
Are your garments spotless?
Are they white as snow?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?

Are you walking daily by the Savior’s side?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?
Do you rest each moment in the Crucified?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?  Chorus

When the Bridegroom cometh will your robes be white?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?
Will your soul be ready for the mansions bright,
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?   Chorus

Lay aside the garments that are stained with sin.
And be washed in the blood of the Lamb!
There’s a fountain flowing for the soul unclean.
O be washed in the blood of the Lamb!   Chorus

Confession of Faith
The Apostles’ Creed

I believe in God, the Father Almighty,
Maker of heaven and earth;
And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, Our Lord,
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
Born of the Virgin Mary,
Suffered under Pontius Pilate,
Was crucified, dead, and buried.
He descended into hell.
On the third day, He rose again from the dead.
He ascended into heaven,
And is seated at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty;
From thence, He shall come to judge the quick and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
The Holy Universal Church,
The communion of saints,
The forgiveness of sins,
The resurrection of the body
And life everlasting. Amen.

We must absolutely pass this on to our remnants.
– Genesis 3:15 – “The offspring of the woman will crush the serpent’s head.”
– Exodus 3:18 – “Go and offer the blood sacrifice. I will be with you with My mighty hand.”
– Isaiah 7:14 – “The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.”
– Matthew 16:16 – “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
– 1 John 3:8 – “The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work.”

▣ Main point: What we must give to the remnants

1. Acts 17:1–9 – The sure gospel: Christ – the age of the three courtyards
“Why did Christ have to die on the cross? Why did He have to resurrect?” From before the ages—
You must clearly explain: Christ, the preexistent One; Christ, who came in the flesh; Christ, who resurrected; Christ, who will return as the Lord of the Second Coming; and Christ, who will return as the Judge. So that the remnants may return and open the age of the three courtyards.

1) 0.1% understood, but it saved 99.9%.

2) They will receive the blessings of Only, Uniqueness, and Re-creation.

3) They will create a 300% masterpiece for world evangelization. From Jerusalem to the ends of the earth—all problems of the past, present, and future have been resolved.

2. Acts 18:1–4 – The sure journey: to open the three-day weekend age. Help them go with the power of prayer.

1) Every day (Morning – Psalm 5:3, Day – Psalm 23:1, Night – Psalm 17:3) – In the morning, receive strength from above; in the day, confirm the work of God’s kingdom; in the night, find answers.

2) Every hour (strength) – Must receive strength from God.

3) Every task (masterpiece) – Create the 300% masterpiece.
▷ Prayer is not something you do when problems arise. You do your work within prayer. If you properly understand prayer, you can do everything. Meet all time inside prayer.

3. Acts 19:8 – The sure background: to open the age of holy meditation

1) Power of the throne (source) – This is our background. Without this, world evangelization is impossible. Heal the source. You must have fundamental strength.

2) Kingdom (imprint) – This is our background. As you pray, darkness collapses, and God’s kingdom is established. That’s when the imprints are healed.

3) Work (re-creation) – Jesus explained the work of God’s kingdom for 40 days. When the work of the kingdom is fulfilled, it is re-creation.
▷ Without these three, true healing is impossible.

▣ Conclusion_ Spiritual summit – Make every remnant into a spiritual summit.

1. Deuteronomy 6:4–9 – Imprint on the next generation everything that has happened.

2. 1 Samuel 7:1–15 – Mizpah movement – At the time of the lamb’s blood sacrifice, the forces of darkness collapse.

3. 2 Kings 6:8–24 – Dothan movement – Victory without fighting. 100% preparation for the remnant’s path.

4. Isaiah 62:6–12 – “I have set watchmen on your walls. Give Him no rest day or night. Build up the highway. Raise a banner for the nations.”

5. Synagogue – Revive the age of sojourners.

▷ If you lose hold of this, a few types of suffering will follow. You will always lose in competition out in the world. You’ll be tormented by problems of food, clothing, and shelter your whole life until death. The remnant must prepare for world evangelization. You must know who Christ is, what the gospel is, and enjoy happiness through prayer. Wherever you go, God’s kingdom will come. After that, the work of God’s kingdom will be fulfilled.

Jesus Reigns His Church

1 Corinthians 3:16. Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst?

The primary concern of our resurrected Lord Jesus Christ is His church. This church is not merely a building or a weekly event—it begins with you. You are the temple of the living God, and the Holy Spirit dwells within you, as it is written in Today’s Word. This indwelling presence makes you unique, holy, and set apart for the work God prepared long before the foundation of the world.

The Holy Spirit did not promise to be with you only for a moment—He promised to be with you forever (John 14:16). He fills you with the power of His throne so that you may carry the gospel to the ends of the earth (Acts 1:8). More than that, He reveals truths you do not yet know, guiding and helping you in all things (John 14:26-27, 16:13).

When you come to understand that you are the church of God, everything imprinted in you begins to change. The imprint of the world and your old nature is replaced with Christ and the DNA of the gospel. Your thoughts will shift. Your nature will be renewed. You will begin to enjoy prayer throughout the day, not as a burden but as a source of life and power. The work of the Holy Spirit will be made visible through your life, touching everyone you encounter.

Wherever you go, the church goes. When you gather with even one or two fellow believers, Jesus promises to be in your midst:

Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” (Matthew 18:19-20)

This is the essence of the church Christ desires—a people who gather in His name, united in faith and prayer, seeking His kingdom to come through world evangelization. When the church prays in His name, nothing is impossible. The gates of hell will not overcome it.

The believers of Early Church devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, to fellowship, to the breaking of bread, and to prayer (Acts 2:42). When the church is restored to its true foundation in the gospel, a life-changing work of God will follow:

All the while praising God and enjoying the goodwill of all the people. And each day the Lord added to their fellowship those who were being saved” (Acts 2:47).

Find someone who understands the mystery of Christ and begin to pray together. You will see the glory of God fill that place. God will establish His church among you, and no force of darkness can prevail against it.

Pray for your church. Pray that it would be filled with the gospel and the power of the Holy Spirit, ready to bring salvation to those afflicted with spiritual problems, family curses, and generational disasters. Through the church, God’s light can block the darkness that has come upon our nation and the world.

A church without the gospel, without spiritual essence, will not last. Herod’s Temple, though magnificent, was destroyed in 70 A.D., just as Jesus had foretold. But the church built upon the foundation of Christ will never fall. Only the church that lives for one purpose—to proclaim the gospel to all nations—will endure every hardship and persecution that comes.

The world will hate the church of Christ. Their own families will even reject some. But this will become the greatest opportunity to testify about Christ. Those who are filled with the Holy Spirit will rise above all circumstances and overcome with God’s power.

God has given your church the solution to the fundamental problems of the world. He has entrusted it with power to overcome the forces of darkness. He has given it the key to block disasters, heal broken families, and restore the land. Pray that your church may rise again with the glory and power of the true church of Christ. Pray that it may be used to advance God’s kingdom here on earth.

Do you know where your primary mission field is? It is the very place where God desires to establish His church—where you live, where you work, where you study. Aquila and Priscilla realized God’s plan in their tentmaking business. They partnered with Paul to plant a church in Corinth (Acts 18:1–3). They opened their home for worship and supported many evangelists. Paul mentioned them in his letter to the Roman believers:

Give my greetings to Priscilla and Aquila, my co-workers in the ministry of Christ Jesus. In fact, they once risked their lives for me. I am thankful to them, and so are all the Gentile churches. Also, give my greetings to the church that meets in their home.” (Romans 16:3–5)

In the same way, God wants to establish His church in and through your life, that others might see the light of Christ shining through your work, your relationships, and your faith. A church with three courtyards for all nations (Matthew 28:18-20), prayer and healing (Mark 16:15-18), and children or remnants (John 21:15-17).

Prayer. Father, may Your church be established where I am today. May the light of Christ shine through me and my work by the power of the Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ name, amen.

The Work of the Triune God and the Eternal Answer

2024.09.08 District Message
Scripture Reading: Acts 1:1-8

▣ Introduction
Only in the Bible does it say not to worship idols.

1) Idol worship (Exodus 20:1–5)
Foolishly, all other religions do it. That’s why I firmly believe they are not God’s Word, nor the truth. In Exodus 20:1–5, it says that if you worship idols, disasters will come upon you for three or four generations. Even in advanced nations like Japan, without knowing, they follow the Prime Minister in idol worship events. And nearly all citizens worship idols. Taiwan is next after Japan. In Taiwan, even in front of houses, they set things up and burn incense. Somewhat surprisingly, though many Japanese are here, Japan has the highest rate of depression and mental illness in Asia. In places like Taiwan, already over half the children are afflicted. The Bible doesn’t tell us not to do it without reason—this is God’s Word saying not to do it.

2) Ancestral rituals (1 Corinthians 10:20)
Many people value ancestral rituals. But the Bible clearly says not to do them. In 1 Corinthians 10:20, it says that when you do this, it’s not your ancestors who come but demons.

3) Temporary effect (John 8:44) (2 Corinthians 11:4)
Then why do people do it? There’s a reason. It has a temporary effect. For a short time, power seems to arise. Everyone falls for this. But in John 8:44, these demons are said to be directed by Satan, who is the deceiver. So it’s deception.
There was once a businessman involved in politics who followed everything a fortune teller said—and strangely, the business worked. If you go to a fortune teller, they’ll get it right. But later, even that fortune teller gets deceived. This man was so extreme that he succeeded in areas he had no experience in. But eventually, the nation itself was affected. When that problem came, it was revealed that he lived not in a nice house but in a room by the front gate. Even that was in the news. Why? The fortune teller told him to live in the entryway. So his entire work collapsed.

They deceive while giving temporary results. Sometimes, according to 2 Corinthians 11:14, they appear as angels of light. Where is the real problem? It’s the mistake of Christians. God gave Christians the power to save (as explained in the introduction), but they have no interest.

“The work of the Triune God – The eternal answer” (Acts 1:1–8)
What is the answer? It’s the work of the Triune God. Christians don’t treasure this. They don’t enjoy it. Instead of trying to receive answers, enjoy this secret of the Triune God. Then what comes is the eternal answer. This is what Jesus spoke of last on Mt Olive. So when you hold onto this covenant and begin praying, eternal answers come.

To be honest, for me, it was understanding the gospel and understanding prayer. After I understood prayer, not a single visible answer came to me—and that’s important. Shouldn’t answers come? Some people talk about experiences. Experiences? I’ve never had any. Some say they faint while praying. I don’t faint—I get clearer when I pray. Never once fainted. Some speak in tongues and share all kinds of stories. I used to be very curious—“What is this experience?” So I closely observed pastors who talked about this. But none of them received answers or led evangelism movements. Though they testify that they received answers, I’ve never had a single one like that.

That’s important. In fact, after praying a lot and doing evangelism, I even shrunk 1cm in height. Still, for 30 years I was persecuted but continued world evangelization without any problem. I was slandered and criticized from the start. An older pastor once told me, concerned I’d be troubled, “Don’t worry about it. That power is already within you, Pastor Ryu.”
Another elderly pastor said something similar. “Is that so?” I replied. That’s an eternal answer.

▣ Main Point
Then how does the Triune God actually work? We need to see that.

1) The Word
First, God the Father does all things, but He works through the Word. So, if you are guided by the Word, you are already receiving answers.

2) Salvation
God the Son, Jesus Christ, does all things too, but He is carrying out the work of salvation through His name.

3) Power
God, the Holy Spirit, is still working through power today.
When these things are built up within you, world evangelization takes place.

[Bartizan]
When this becomes a bartizan within you, world evangelization happens.
I’ve never been sick even once while doing world evangelization. I’ve never once worried about money. I’ve never once missed the blessing of the fulfillment of the Word or the evangelism movement.

Today’s important first service message asks: where is this evangelism movement problem attached? It is today’s first service—RTS Sunday. You must pray. The more pastors who know how to evangelize, the greater the benefit. The more pastors with no fruit of evangelism, the greater the loss. Isn’t that right?

Right now, churches in America and Europe are disappearing due to serious problems. Children gather with their friends starting Friday for drug parties. That’s why I easily held onto the covenant: “We must open the three-day weekend age.” At first, Korean kids wouldn’t join in. But the atmosphere makes them feel like fools. Almost everyone does it. So, by not going, they become loners. Little by little, they get drawn in. That’s human nature.

In the past, when I traveled abroad and stayed in hotels, sometimes they were terrible. But after three days, I didn’t notice. By the fourth day, I even grew fond of it. That’s human nature. Kids, without knowing, sneak into it and fall in. That’s why many Korean kids who go to America or Europe become drug addicts.

▣ Main Point

1) The Word
So what kind of answer must we receive and act upon now?
How does the Word mostly work?

1) Genesis 1:1–3
It is the Word of creation. In fact, your words also have power. Your words become seeds. So those who always speak unbelief end up only experiencing unbelief. You can’t help it—because that’s how they speak. Proverbs 6:2 says, “You are ensnared by the words of your mouth.” It becomes your destiny.
James 3 says a large ship is directed by a small rudder. “The words of your tongue move your destiny.” Then how much more is God’s Word—the Word of creation.

2) John 1:1–14
That’s why the Bible says in John 1:1–14, “The Word was God,” to that extent. “The Word became flesh.”

3) Hebrews 4:12
Hebrews 4:12 says, “The Word is living and active, sharper than any double-edged sword, piercing even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow.”
“To the marrow” means it even heals physical disease like cancer. It has the power to heal.

This place has such a great environment and air. On Sundays, spend the whole day in deep prayer. Do you remember last week’s Sunday message? You need to pray like that on Sundays. Even the preacher may forget the message after preaching. That means they didn’t hold onto the Word. When? During worship.
Why do we remember heartfelt conversations with friends? But after a bunch of idle chatter, nothing remains.

Last Sunday’s message was a very important verse—Galatians 2:20. Even Peter couldn’t enjoy the gospel. If you can’t enjoy the gospel, you die—so they couldn’t enjoy it. James and even Barnabas weren’t enjoying the gospel. Paul rebuked them with deep sorrow: “I have been crucified with Christ. I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.” This was Paul’s confession. That’s why he was able to evangelize the world and Rome. Peter couldn’t do it. “It is living and active.”
So this Word saves our soul and brings life. That’s why the second service message is Galatians 3:28—the Word that Lincoln held onto. Don’t just memorize it—hold onto it deeply in prayer. Because there’s so much every Sunday, you can’t memorize it all. But you can see the flow of the answer. By now, you should be thinking at home, “Which multiethnic talents should I invite next year?” That’s how answers come.

2) Salvation
The work of salvation is still happening today.

1) 1 John 3:8
“The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil.”

2) John 14:6
He is still working the same way. John 14:6 says, “I am the way and the truth and the life.”

3) Mark 10:45
As evidence, Mark 10:45 says, “He gave His life as a ransom for many,” cutting off all disasters.

3) Power
How does the Holy Spirit work?

1) Indwelling (1 Corinthians 3:16)
He dwells within us. Isn’t that amazing? That’s why the forces of darkness can never overcome you. You’re only shaken by yourself. People worry 24 hours a day by themselves. Some people have nothing to worry about, yet they make things up to worry about—it’s their nature. If they have nothing of their own to worry about, they borrow others’. If that’s not enough, they imagine problems that don’t even exist. That’s a mental illness. There’s nothing wrong, but they say there is. The Holy Spirit is dwelling within us. “Don’t you know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?”

When I used to take evangelism teams around, I always sent them first to the shamans. Why? To evangelize. A true shaman is one possessed by an evil spirit. The rest are frauds. But real ones can tell who you are the moment they see you.
“Don’t you know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?”

2) Guidance (John 14:16)
This Holy Spirit also guides us. In John 14:16, how does He guide us? Through the Counselor, the Holy Spirit.
‘Bo’ (保) means “to protect.”
‘Hye’ (惠) means “to give grace” and help in times of crisis.
‘Sa’ (師) means “to teach” and “to enlighten.”
“This Holy Spirit will be with you forever”—this is the promise of Jesus.

But if Christians don’t believe this, why even come to church? On a day like this, go out for a picnic instead—even if it ruins your life. Isn’t that so? Go to the mountains, the fields—then slip and fall to your death. Isn’t that pleasant?

You must go with certain strength. Otherwise, you can’t save people in hardship.
Don’t make excuses about your family. You have to live first for your family to live. It’s inevitable. Go to your workplace—people are only after their own gain and money. How could that produce justice? If something doesn’t align with their self-interest, they won’t accept it. That’s what they’re there for. Some people try to ruin others with slander and lies. That’s why you must carry this blessing and save them.

3) Filling (Acts 1:8)
Then what happens when this all takes place? You become filled. What is “filling”? It means to be full. “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you.” Just as John baptized with water, when the Holy Spirit comes upon you—this means when the Holy Spirit fills you completely—“you will receive power.” You will gain it. What kind of power? “You will be My witnesses.”
To what extent? “To the ends of the earth.” You must enjoy this blessing.

▣ Conclusion

1) House
So what must we do today? In reality, this force of darkness builds houses invisibly.

1) Matthew 12:28–30
Jesus said something shocking. In Matthew 12:28–30:
“Satan has built a house within you and taken control. As long as that remains, you can’t do anything.”
He gave a parable:
“When a thief enters the house, can you guard it?”

2) Matthew 12:43–45
They build a house, and it continues to grow.
Look at shamans—they keep needing to do bigger rituals.
What do you think will happen?

3) 2 Corinthians 10:1–5
In 2 Corinthians 10:1–5, it says they’ve built strongholds. This means they’ve fortified a castle. Tear it down—with the Word of God.

2) Bartizan, journey, guidepost
What does this mean? Establish the bartizan God has given you. Walk the journey God has given you. Raise the guidepost God has given you. Then it will work.

3) Absolute answer
Then one day, the absolute bartizan will be raised for you and your children. From that point on, everything is different. You win without fighting. Did Joseph compete? There was no need to—he was on a different level. You have the right to receive this blessing. You must absolutely teach this to the remnants.

Today’s second service will speak about missions—the missions we must do for the remnants. Today’s first service is a message about how important pastors are, and how we must pray for them.

From now, I hope this will be a day where you pray all day and are healed, even of the illnesses you don’t know about. I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ that during the time of prayer today, the work of God’s kingdom will first come upon your field.

Let us pray.

Prayer. May today be the day when the stronghold of darkness is destroyed and the bartizan of God is raised in us. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

What Happens When You Remain in Christ?

John 15:7-17. If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples. 9 As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. 10 If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands and remain in his love. 11 I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. 12 My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. 13 Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. 14 You are my friends if you do what I command. 15 I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you. 16 You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you. 17 This is my command: Love each other.

We were created to remain in God and His love:

So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them” (Genesis 1:26).

He gave us a unique identity as His children, loved with everlasting love. He entrusted to us a heavenly authority:

Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground” (Genesis 1:27).

More than just giving us life, God established a covenant relationship with us (Genesis 2:17). Our purpose was clear: to remain in Him and His love forever.

Tragically, we broke the covenant, just as Adam did (Genesis 3:1-6; Hosea 6:7). We fell into the deception of the devil and chose to walk away from the love of God. That was the beginning of all problems: sin, separation, death, and suffering.

Yet God, compelled by His great love, did not leave us in this state. He immediately opened the way of salvation from the hand of Satan.

And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel” (Genesis 3:15).

This was the new covenant God made with us. But this covenant came at a tremendous cost. It required God’s own Son. Jesus, the only Son of God, born of a virgin, came into the world to fulfill the covenant. He willingly died on the cross and rose again from the dead.

Jesus came as the True King to destroy the devil’s work (1 John 3:8). He came as the True Priest to die for our sins and break the power of curses in our lives (Mark 10:45). He came as the True Prophet to bring us back to God, because we were eternally separated from Him, living in the background of hell (John 14:6). He finished the work of the Christ for us (Matthew 16:16).

Jesus did not have to come, but He did because of His infinite love for us. He did not have to die, but He did because it was the only way to save us from our impossible situation. He rose again from the dead, crushing the power of death, hell, and Satan once and for all.

Jesus, though in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to exploit. Instead, He emptied Himself and took on the form of a servant, being born in human likeness. And being found in human form, He humbled Himself and became obedient to death—even death on a cross (Philippians 2:6-8).

He did this because He loved us beyond measure. We did not deserve His love or mercy, but He poured out His grace upon us. On the cross, Jesus finished all of our problems—past, present, and future—once for all (John 19:30).

Now He invites us once again to enjoy the blessings of the covenant in Him: Remain in Me and My love. Jesus is not asking us to do something great or challenging. He simply wants us to rest in Him (Matthew 11:28). He wants us to find everything in Him (Colossians 2:2-3). He wants us to live by faith in Him (Galatians 2:20).

When you remain in Him and His words remain in you, you will naturally love to pray. You will come to believe that God hears your prayers and answers them. Whatever you ask for in Jesus’ name will be granted, for that is what a loving Father does for His child.

Prayer is the most incredible privilege you have in Christ. It is the channel of the power of the throne of the Triune God. But be aware—Satan knows what happens when you pray. That is why he will do everything he can to keep you from praying. He fears a believer who prays because prayer moves heaven and binds the forces of his kingdom of the air. As seen in Daniel 10:12-14, unseen spiritual battles begin the moment you start praying. This is why you must never give up prayer—it is where true victory begins.

When you remain in Christ, you will bear much fruit in faith and obedience. That will bring glory to the Father (John 15:8). People will acknowledge the work of God in your life. Remember Joseph?

The Lord was with Joseph so that he prospered, and he lived in the house of his Egyptian master. When his master saw that the Lord was with him and that the Lord gave him success in everything he did…” (Genesis 39:2-3).

When Joseph remained in God, even his pagan master witnessed God’s presence in Joseph’s life and work. The same will happen to you when you remain in Christ. Your family, your friends, your coworkers, and even those who oppose you will see the presence of God in your life.

Your life will be the life of a disciple of Christ (John 15:8). The more you remain in Him, the more you will become like Him. Your life itself will proclaim the gospel. God will bring the nations to your doorstep to hear the message of reconciliation from you. More importantly, God will gather His evangelism disciples to you so that together you may carry out the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20).

God will reveal His plans to you because He loves you. He calls you His friend. He delights in being with you and desires to include you in His eternal plan of salvation for the world. For this purpose, God has chosen you and appointed you. He will fill you with the joy of salvation and the love for the lost. He will make you like Paul:

However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace” (Acts 20:24).

God will bless you to the point where you will lay down your life for the sake of the gospel.

Prayer. Lord Jesus, thank You for calling me Your friend. Help me to remain in You and in Your love. Open my eyes to see Your plans. Let me walk with You every day, fulfilling the work You have entrusted to me. In Your precious name I pray. Amen.

▣ Introduction – What God has given

[Acts 1:3 (40 days)]
Acts 1:3 says, “He spoke about the kingdom of God for 40 days.”
It doesn’t mean we must pray for exactly 40 days. But the fact is, Jesus focused on His disciples for 40 days. He gave them many missions and promises, but why didn’t He just do it in one day? Why did He spend 40 days? This is mentioned in the first service sermon today, but this (Acts 1:3, 40 days) was an extremely important time.

(Past)
Simply put, the disciples were still trapped in their past— their power, their level, everything remained the same as before. It was a time to let go of all of that. We often get trapped in our own thoughts without realizing it. We see people fighting, and they’re caught in their own thoughts. We’re the same. We don’t know the tremendous power of God and get stuck in the past. That’s why Jesus kept explaining for 40 days.

He mainly spoke about two things:
“Is it at this time that you are going to restore the kingdom to Israel?”
And He said, “It is not for you to know.”
How could that not be their concern? It was important. But they were still completely trapped in the past.

Wait
So Jesus said, “Wait.” That’s an extremely important statement.

As you finish this year and begin the new one, you must have this (Acts 1:3, 40 days) time. Otherwise, as you grow older, more difficulties will come. The longer you live, the more hardships come. It’s not about whether hardships happen or not—they are bound to happen. But this is the timetable to hold on to God’s tremendous covenant.

[Acts 2:1–13]
Holding on to this, they came down and began to pray. That’s when this event (Acts 2:1–13) happened. You must surely have this time. You don’t need to think so much. If you think, it’s just your own level. We must do it with God’s things. That’s why this work took place. No one else can help you, and even if they try, it won’t work—because it must be from God. If it were something we could do ourselves, we wouldn’t need faith. But there are things we cannot do. So it’s about believing in what God has given. This is the timetable. God has fully prepared and called them to the Mount of Olives.

Don’t worry about anything—just start anew. You can do it alone at home, or during early morning prayer. Just check it daily. If you pray for the fulfillment of the covenant of Calvary, the Mount of Olives, and Mark’s Upper Room, you will surely receive this (Acts 1:3) answer. The biggest answer is realizing, “Ah, I’m thinking wrongly right now.”

When I started this prayer long ago, the answer didn’t come right away. I realized, “Ah, I’m currently in a situation where answers can’t come.” It couldn’t happen.

When I was a young assistant pastor going through a hard time, I began this (Acts 1:3) prayer. No matter how much I prayed, I couldn’t escape my level. The church was having conflicts and fights. I couldn’t join in the fighting, but what could I do? Just watching was hard enough. Especially since I was a pastor—not just a layperson—I had to look at the church situation and pay attention to it.

When I began this (Acts 1:3) prayer, the answer came: “You are also trapped in the same state.” That was the important answer I received. I completely changed my prayer topics. It wasn’t about where I should go or what I should do. I prayed, “Let me enjoy the kingdom of God right here where I am.” My prayer completely changed. That’s nothing special—it’s the Word of God—but it struck my heart.

So, since I was an assistant pastor, I quietly reported to the senior pastor. The pastor was struggling too. I said, “Pastor, there are many hidden disciples in our church.” That’s true. “These disciples must truly receive answers and begin the evangelism movement. If you allow it, I will open an evangelism school every day in our church. I’ll do the lectures.” Of course, the pastor agreed—it was such a good idea.

It was beyond my imagination. We set the schedule and started doing it twice a week. Surprisingly, people became interested and started gathering. I intentionally asked the pastor to teach one lecture, and I taught about evangelism. It’s nothing special, but God changed my life through that. That evangelism school is what I’m still doing to this day. Just by changing one thought.

My thoughts weren’t changing. “This elder is like this, that person is like that…”—that was my thinking. It had nothing to do with God. “Our church is struggling, they’re fighting like that…” That’s how I kept thinking. How could I do world evangelization like that? My level was trash level. So I started praying. I don’t know about others, but I believe I received more blessings in that church than anyone else. The elders who fought all the time, the pastors who took sides and fought—they all failed. I don’t even know where they are now. It’s hard to even find them.

God has opened the doors for world evangelization. It’s not hard at all—it’s about changing your thoughts. “Ah, I see.” I was thinking about things that had nothing to do with God. “Who did what, what’s going on, the situation is like this…” I was always thinking about things unrelated to God. And I called that prayer. But that’s not prayer. So actually, I wasn’t praying at all. From that time, I began to see the tremendous things (Acts 1:3, 2:1–13).

[Acts 2:42]
From then on, worship started happening. Acts 2:42. Wow, worship began to work for me. I began to receive grace. Same pastor, same church, but I began to have many realizations. Then the young adults started rising. The young adults heard my short message, and revival started happening. It wasn’t because they were special—the young adults just started rising.

Before I came here, I already had this definite answer: “Ah, this is God’s work. I’ve been living like an unbeliever. Though people saw me as an assistant pastor, I had the same thoughts as worldly people.” Of course, I had nothing to do with this (Acts 1:3, 2:1–13, 2:42). This is tremendous, but I was living with no connection to it. You are not people who should live like that. You must receive this (Acts 1:3, 2:1–13, 2:42) blessing.

When you go home, your family may give you a hard time. But you’ve received the blessing to pray for them. Right? It can’t be helped. When you go to work, there are always strange people. But you’ve received the blessing to pray for them. All of us—don’t we all think our opinions are right? But we’ve received the blessing to believe in God’s Word.

[Acts 2:46–47]
Eventually, this happens. Day by day, in the temple and from house to house. Then the Word is fulfilled in the pulpit, in the church, in the home, and in the field.

You must receive this blessing today. During today’s first service, you must pray a lot. Acts 1 is a completely different time. Right? You need to realize that. In the Gospels, Jesus was crucified and resurrected. But the time of Acts is a completely different time.

(Philippians 4:6–7)
So in Philippians 4:6–7, it says, “Do not be anxious about anything.” That means there are actually worries. So it says, “Do not worry.” What should you do? “In everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” Not just with prayer and petition, but with thanksgiving. That’s an important answer. Then it says, “The peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds.” What does that mean? The problem is your mind and your thoughts. Right? Your mind and thoughts are important. The Bible mentions this over a thousand times—guard your heart. Right? It says over 300 times that your thoughts are important. And God says He will guard us.

That’s why today’s worship is so important. In that short time, while praying, I thought, “Ah, this is God’s grace. I need to pray.” Even during prayer, I thought that. I don’t know what kind of prayer I used to do. But then, early in the morning, I decided to do this (Acts 1:3). I prepared my notebook and started praying. After I finished, I realized the true answer wasn’t just an answer coming down—it was that my thoughts were wrong. That’s what I realized first.

I kept blaming and thinking about those poor people who don’t know this (introduction) blessing—the congregation, the elders—how hard it must be for them. But I kept thinking at their level. So I was living completely apart from God’s things. I realized that. It’s actually nothing special, but through that, a lifetime of answers came. You are qualified to enjoy this blessing.

〔Unceasing〕
When all of this comes together, what happens? You pray unceasingly. Prayer continues.

24·25·Eternity
This (24·25·eternity) is what happens.
Find this (introduction) and enjoy it. You must surely do so. Like Paul, who said, “Though outwardly we are wasting away, inwardly we are being renewed day by day.”

You must enjoy the true strength God gives you—that way you can save the difficult people around you. If you, precious ones saved to do world evangelization, lose strength, you cannot save the people around you. There may be many circumstances, but don’t make excuses—that’s deceiving yourself. You must unconditionally gain spiritual strength. That’s the timetable that opens in Acts. Last week we started Acts, and today it’s about the ascension of Jesus and raising a new disciple to replace Judas Iscariot.

▣ Main Message

1. Satan
Satan is still trying to control your mind and thoughts. That’s why God tells you not to be deceived. These days, there’s a lot of talk about “finding your heart” or “thought management,” but those things are still deceptions.

2. Holy Meditation (Age)
So you must create this holy meditation timetable. It’s fine to do it anywhere.

1)〔Altar〕
Wherever you are, start building a hidden altar. It may seem like nothing, but your work will come to life, and your life will truly come to life. Of course, you must experience this. Of course, you must receive God’s blessings. Many people don’t even know what it means to be filled with the Holy Spirit. You must first receive the filling of the Holy Spirit so that your spiritual state changes. Then, even your body comes to life without you realizing it. And you gain the power to save others. That tremendous answer is what Jesus has given.

2)〔12〕 – Liberation
What is it next? It’s holy meditation that completely liberates you from the twelve strategies of Satan.

3) Throne
Then what? The tremendous power of the throne that is eternally with you—that is yours. No matter what anyone says, it is yours. If you don’t know this (throne) word, your work and business cannot become global.

Transcending Time and Space
The blessing of the throne allows answers to come even while you are just sitting here. Why? Because it transcends time and space. You must enjoy this.

237
You must know the answer of transcending time and space so that your studies, work, career, and whole life can be for the 237 nations.

3. Deep Time
Simply put, the third point is this: Have deep time in prayer.

Food, too—you need deep food to be healthy. I wondered what “deep food” meant, and I found that chefs around the world use the same term. In English, it’s called “Slow Food.” I realized, “Ah!” We often eat instant food quickly, but that food is not healthy. It needs to be food that has been slowly and carefully prepared over time.

Prayer is the same. No matter how busy you are, you must have at least 5 minutes a day of deep time enjoying this blessing (main message 2). Otherwise, you’ll just wake up rushed in the morning. Without realizing it, you’ll think about many problems and worries as soon as you open your eyes. And because you have to live, you’ll end up running around busily. Wherever you go, you’re busy whether things work out or not. Even when you get to the field, it’s hard because of what people say and the various situations. After struggling through the day, you come home exhausted. Then you start thinking, “Is there anything fun?” Right? If you keep living like this, what will happen one day? It’s like driving a car without ever maintaining it. That’s why you must surely find and relay this (main message) blessing to the next generation.

▣ Conclusion –〔10 minutes〕
Even today, during worship, don’t listen to people’s thoughts or voices—enter deep prayer. That brings tremendous healing and power. At the time, you may not realize it. When I prayed, I just quietly said before God, “Deep…” but realization came. What conclusion comes?

The Word
Even if you just hold to the Word and pray for 10 minutes a day, it’s enough. Just wake up, hold onto the Word for 10 minutes.

Prayer
Pray for 10 minutes.

Breathing
While doing that, because you need to gain health, concentrate on breathing for 10 minutes. Breathing is life. This has been scientifically proven. It saves your body, mind, thoughts, and spirit. Just 10 minutes of this prayer is enough.

If you open your spiritual eyes a little, you’ll realize the air in your house is not good because you’re always living in it. What is COVID? It’s bad air. What is a cold? It’s bad air. We’re always breathing that without knowing. Statistics show that more women than men get lung cancer. Why? Because of the work they do—cooking, cleaning, and things pile up. We’ve never truly refreshed the inside of our bodies.

So take that time. In a place with good air, breathe deeply for 5 or 10 minutes and pray. On Sundays, during worship, hold to the covenant all day. Imagine the blessing of God’s kingdom coming everywhere you go. Right? That’s why it says, “He will guard your hearts and your minds.” Because it’s real, during prayer time you must think about this blessing (throne, transcending time and space, 237). During worship today, the power of the throne will come upon you. At that time, God’s work transcending time and space will take place. Spiritual works will arise. You cannot find this anywhere else. Only then can you influence the 237 nations. If your studies and work don’t influence the 237 nations, you cannot do world evangelization.

How thankful is this? He has given this to us by grace. Right? The world doesn’t know this, but He has given us grace. We must not fail to enjoy this. Try it today. After one week, one month, you’ll say, “Wow, this is truly God’s grace.” You’ll see it. “Ah, this is truly God’s power.” Then you won’t think, “This is good or bad.” Instead, you’ll realize, “Ah, many people are living without knowing this. I must serve as a messenger to them.” That’s a witness.

I bless you in the name of the Lord Jesus, that today will be a day of gaining the greatest power. Let us pray.

Prayer. God, we thank You. Let today be a day of great new grace. Let today be a day when deep time arises. Let today be a day when even unknown diseases are healed. Let all the sick be filled with the fullness of the Holy Spirit. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

The Reason for the Three-Day Weekend Age and the Eternal Answer

2024.01.07 District Message
Scripture Reading: 1 Samuel 7:1-15

▣ Introduction – 30 Minutes
「Holy Meditation Time」
This morning, I briefly shared a word with our standing committee members and our elder officers. Also, for all of you church leaders here today—because you are important figures—if you take just about 30 minutes of holy meditation time each day, it becomes an extremely important time. It’s not just any meditation time. Just about 10 minutes in the morning—like this.

1. Quietness
We always live in noise, so take time for quietness.

2. Depth
We always live busily, so take time for depth.

3. Peace
We always live with hardship, so take time for peace.

You must do this. Why did I call this holy meditation? Because it includes quietness, depth, and peace, and because you pray together with the Word—that’s why I call it holy meditation. You may not realize it, but you breathe about 20,000 times a day. If someone breathes about 25,000 times, they will start to get sick. So, pray slowly, as if you are breathing only about 10,000 times a day—like this. Do this for just one year. You’ve been breathing incorrectly for decades, haven’t you? That’s why you get sick. From what I see, Kim Jong-un in North Korea seems to breathe about 30,000 times a day. It gets serious. There’s a reason he keeps bringing his daughter with him. If you breathe 40,000 times a day, you’ll soon die. That’s how important it is to pray while breathing slowly.

[7·7·7]
What do you pray for in the morning? Slowly breathe like this and hold to the bartizan, the journey, and the guidepost. What God has given you.

[Only, Uniqueness, Re-Creation]
What do you do during the day? Pray so that your work becomes only. If you pray, it will come. But there are many people who live diligently yet lose hold of only. That’s foolishness. There are people who do everything but lose “only.” That’s called living foolishly. Then others will realize that you are receiving answers. That’s called uniqueness. Then you will save others. That’s called re-creation. Simply put, you pray regarding your work and your life.

[237·Healing·Summit]
Next, at night, pray for the church. Pray for the 237 nations to come to the church. Pray for them to be healed when they come. Pray for our remnants to become summit figures. That’s the prayer.

Witness (The Three-Day Weekend Age)
With this, you don’t just end personally—you become a witness. This is the greatest answer. You must experience this. Keep going through prayer. When will the answer come? You don’t even need to worry about that. It’s not like things go faster just because we try to rush. This opens the three-day weekend age. You must hold to this firmly.

「The Reason and the Eternal Answer」
So, this is the reason for the three-day weekend age and the eternal answer. You must surely remember this. What is the standard? To what extent should you receive answers? We all have our own thoughts, right? But receive answers to the point where you realize, “Ah, I don’t need my thoughts.” When you truly receive God’s answers, you don’t need your own thoughts. It’ll even be to the point of being surprised. Right? Either you’ll be surprised, or you’ll gain faith, or you’ll receive assurance. That is the answer. That is the standard of the gospel. Simply put, you don’t need anything else—because you already have it. If you truly have something good, you don’t need anything else. We all live according to our own assertions. But you must receive answers to the point where you no longer need your own assertion. Understand? That’s the standard. We inevitably live hearing people’s voices. But you must receive answers to the point where you don’t even need to listen to people’s voices. You are witnesses to that. You have many problems, right? But you must receive answers to the point where your problems don’t even seem like problems. Right? If they seem like problems, then you’ll have to live within problems. Even when crises come, they won’t seem like crises—they will seem like opportunities. That’s called being a witness. Then you’ll realize, even though it’s hard to come here to this church, if you receive the strength of prayer through this introduction, you are becoming a witness.

24
So, for me, there’s no distinction between morning, day, and night. I just do 24. You can just do 24. The best method is, as soon as you open your eyes, continue this journey (the introduction). Peacefully, quietly, deeply, with this kind of breathing. You must remember this. What happens if you do this for one year? Then you won’t even need a specific timetable. The answers in the Bible will come. That’s the standard. No matter how much you have, if you’re receiving answers not in the Bible, that’s dangerous. Even if you’re doing nothing, if you’re inside the covenant of God’s Word, that’s all you need.

〔Posterity〕
Especially, you must pass this down to our posterity. Why? Because the next generation doesn’t know how to pray, they are suffering greatly—like suffering in Egypt and in the wilderness. They can’t overcome problems, and it’s hard for them to live in the world.

▣ Main Message
So, what answers come when you start this prayer? Why is it the three-day weekend age?

1. Spiritual state
Your spiritual state changes first. “Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.” Some people tried to explain this as “threefold salvation,” but they probably meant it to explain it well. But it’s actually about order. If you truly gain spiritual strength, other things come alive. That’s called “all things going well.” You gain strength in both spirit and body. That’s what “good health” means. So why did the Bible mention the wilderness, mountains, deserted places, and the seaside?

1) Concentration
Those were times of concentration to gain this blessing and strength. (24, 25, eternity)
Even if you do this for just 30 minutes a day (the introduction), it changes you greatly. What if you do 24? Then the kingdom of God comes. It’s not even something you did—the kingdom of God has come. Then works of eternity come forth. You are qualified to receive this blessing. You are not unqualified to receive this blessing (the introduction). But not receiving it—that’s an imbalance. That’s unfortunate. You must first receive this blessing, but if you receive something else first, you suffer. We must imprint this into our posterity so that they won’t suffer outside anymore.

2) With
That’s why Jesus spent three years of public ministry, and then 40 days. What is that? Training camp. He taught while being with them. That’s the three-day weekend age. You must surely do this.

3) Synagogue
Why did Paul seek the synagogue? The three-day weekend age. If our remnants gain spiritual strength and study with that, they will succeed. If someone studies well without spiritual strength, that’s a problem too—they just don’t realize it yet. The three-day weekend age. You must become the main figure receiving answers in this.

2. Imprint, Root, Nature
Why open the three-day weekend age? To imprint the important things before it’s too late. Our remnants and children must truly be rooted and natured in God’s things. That’s how they receive answers. Those who receive answers are different. Those who receive answers don’t care so much about their own thoughts. Right? If you truly receive answers, you’ll be surprised more than once or twice at how God opens doors and gives answers. You won’t need your own thoughts anymore. So when our remnants face problems outside, they shouldn’t see the problem—they should see the answer. That’s it.

1) Wilderness
Why did they stay in the wilderness for 40 years? Of course—they had to enter Canaan. And once they enter Canaan, they have to do world evangelization.

2) Liberation
They had to be liberated from the place where they were bound to fail.

3) Spiritual summit
Before entering Canaan, they had to become spiritual summits first. That’s why. Do you understand? So let’s open the three-day weekend age and do this.

3. Actualization
What’s more important? Helping them enjoy actual things. Prayer that truly enjoys the gospel.

1) Gospel
Even if you think you know the gospel well, you mostly don’t. Because of your gospel, no one can destroy you.

2) Power
Prayer that enjoys the power of the throne. You must teach this.

3) Evangelism
What is evangelism? It’s saving the three ages—past, present, and future. You must have this and teach it.

4) Ruler of the air
More importantly, you must overcome the ruler of the air. Who is that? Satan. You must overcome him.

5) Five Powers
Finally, what is this? You gain the five powers. You gain spiritual strength. That’s all you need. With that, study. Then wisdom from above will come—that’s intellectual power. And you must be truly healthy. Especially our church leaders, elders, and seniors—you must be healthy. That’s physical strength from above. From then on, you gain financial power—not just any financial power but the economy of light. That’s economic power. And people will come to life—that’s manpower. These are the five powers. So organize what you must do in the three-day weekend age, pass it to our remnants, and enjoy it yourself.

6) Advance
What is CVDIP? Seeing in advance. You must see in advance—you can’t just go and wander around.

7) Courtyard
Ultimately, what is it? The three courtyards. This is opening the three-day weekend age. It’s natural to open it.

So here at our church, this is an opportunity right now. You must prepare to make people say, “Ah, I’m healed when I come to this church.” It’s possible here. Somewhere inside here, we need a summit room or summit center for our remnants. Because there are books that they must read. Our remnants don’t have time to study, so several people can each read one book and have a forum together. We must show them what to look at as we do the evangelism movement until now. We must help them gain real studying strength. This is important. So ultimately, you must receive these 24, 25, and eternal answers.

▣ Conclusion – Eternity –〔Strength〕, 〔Kingdom〕, 〔Masterpiece〕
This (eternity) is this year’s theme. He gives the eternal things so you can receive answers.
24 refers to gaining strength.
25 means the kingdom of God has come.
Eternity means the masterpiece has come forth. This is what we call studies, work, and occupation.

Start from today (the introduction). Sundays are the perfect chance. Don’t keep listening to people’s words—do this (the introduction) all day long on Sunday. That’s why our deaconesses and elders need health. Here, take very quiet, deep, peaceful breaths and continue in prayer on Sunday. What will happen? If you don’t do this (quietness, depth, peace), the things that torment you—depression—will never heal. You must do this. So, if you have cancer, that means your cells are causing problems. If you don’t do this (the introduction), problems will inevitably arise.

You must surely gain the spiritual strength that God gives. You are the witness of this. Then you can save everyone else. The greatest thing is what? Receiving the answers that are in the Bible. There are many churches in the world. What should our church do? We must do what Jesus told us to do. Right? What did the Bible tell us to do? We must do that.

Calvary, Mt Olive, Mark’s Upper Room
In the Old Testament, this (the introduction) was Calvary, Mt Olive, and Mark’s Upper Room—that was the answer. It was prophesied, and even though they were just holding to the prophecy, they still received answers. Jesus came and completed it. Then what about us? We go to fulfill it.

I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ, that today will be the start of a time of prayer to gain the strength that God gives.

Prayer. God, we thank You. Today, let it be the day we raise the bartizan. Let it be the day we find the journey. Let it be the day we see the guidepost of blessing. Let it be the day we restore the five powers. Let it be the day when all darkness and unbelief are broken down. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

How Do You Restore Fellowship with Christ?

John 14:21. Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.

The first step to restoring true fellowship with Christ is to receive and believe in Him. John 1:12 says, “Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.”

Before we can walk closely with Christ, we must first confirm and embrace our identity as God’s children. This is not just a title but a spiritual reality that changes the direction of our lives. We are no longer bound by sin or controlled by circumstances. We are heirs of God’s Kingdom, called to live as Christ’s witnesses in His presence daily.

To maintain this fellowship, we must invite Jesus into every part of our lives. How? By remaining in His Word. John 15:7 says, “If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.”

This requires a heart that yearns for His Word and obeys it. Only then will we understand the depth of His love and experience His living presence. His Word is not a burden but a lifeline that sustains us through every season.

We must also remember that our enemy, the devil, will continuously try to break our fellowship with Christ. First Peter 5:7-8 says, “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.”

The devil attacks by filling our hearts with worry and fear. When we fall into anxiety, we become vulnerable to his lies. In John 8:44, Jesus called him “the father of lies,” and his main tactic is to make us doubt who our Father is and what He can do.

That is why we must stay alert when problems come. Worry is one of the greatest obstacles to experiencing God’s grace. Jesus Christ is the Creator who gave us life and the ultimate victory over Satan. Receiving Him as Lord is not a burden; it is the greatest privilege and joy.

Galatians 2:20 says, “I have been crucified with Christ, and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” We must nail our selfish thoughts, ambitions, and anxieties to the cross and surrender fully to Christ. Only then will our hearts and minds be guarded against the evil one.

Until Jesus becomes the true Lord of your life, there will be no lasting joy or rest. John 2:1-10 shows that when Jesus turned water into wine, the true celebration began. Likewise, life begins when He reigns fully. Do not run ahead of Him. Do not lag behind. Walk with Him daily.

Run the race set before you.  Lay aside every weight and the sin that so easily entangles, and to persevere in the race of faith. Remove anything in your life that slows you down (Hebrews 12:1). Stop loving the world and its temporary pleasures. Instead, love the Father who lives in you (1 John 2:15).

We were bought with a price (1 Corinthians 6:20). Our bodies now belong to Christ.  Let us not offer the parts of our bodies to sin, but to offer them to God as instruments for righteousness. Sin is no longer our master; we now live under God’s grace (Romans 6:13-14).

As you enjoy deep fellowship with Christ, His heart for the world will become your heart. Jesus said, “Come, follow me, and I will send you out to fish for people” (Matthew 4:19). This is true success—not living for yourself, but living for the gospel—saving lives through the power of the gospel.

You will never regret going into the world with Christ to save the lost. When you align your life with His mission, you discover true joy and purpose. The world defines success by status and achievement, but God defines success as fulfilling His calling to share the gospel.

Living for this purpose is not a sacrifice—it is the life best lived. Every step you take for the gospel leaves behind an eternal masterpiece, an eternal inheritance, and an eternal legacy. This is the true victory and success that God desires for your life.

Prayer. Lord Jesus, I yield my life to You. Do whatever You desire with my life. Send me wherever You will. Use me for Your glory. In Your precious name I pray. Amen.
