Title / Scripture: The Temple Where You Can Eat the Bread of Life (John 6:26-40)

Summary

Prayer is spiritual breathing. If you cannot pray, you are not breathing spiritually. Those who are cancer patients or have had cancer, when you receive the message and pray, breathe comfortably and deeply. Pray all day long. Those who have depression, do not try to fix it, but keep praying until strength comes. If Remnants do this, they will gain dozens of times more ability in their studies.

It is praying to find the meaning of why God had me sit here. In the morning, pray to gain strength, and at night, get the answer and then sleep. Then great power will arise. You must hold on to the important prayer answer through the Word. With that, do not think about the answer, but pray for one week. If you remain in it for one week, the next Word becomes visible. There are answers we receive without knowing, and there are disasters we receive without knowing. That is more important (Matthew 27:25).

▣ Introduction_ Temple, Shrine
▷ David prepared the temple construction, and Solomon received the greatest blessing. Some people build idol shrines and are ruined for 3-4 generations.

▣ Main

1. Shrine of destruction (Healing) – You must block the disasters and curses that come out of the shrine of destruction.
1) Great powers – They build idol shrines and are ruined, but do not know the reason they are ruined.
2) 1, 2, 3 Temple – They disappeared because there was no gospel and no three courtyards.
3) 5 loaves 2 fish – They saw the miracle and tried to make Jesus king, so Jesus withdrew. Even the disciples were shaken.
4) Medieval church – A church without the gospel is the same as an idol shrine.
5) Modern church – American and European churches have no gospel, so they are idols.
▷ If you build a temple of life, blessing cannot help but come to your descendants.

2. Temple of life (Preparation) – You must prepare a temple where you will enjoy life.
1) Food of eternal life – Prepare a temple where you will eat the food of eternal life (verse 27).
2) The work of God (Christ) – Believing in Christ, who promised to remove all curses, is the work of God (verse 29).
3) Heaven – True bread – Eat the true bread of life that God gives from heaven (verse 32).
4) Life (verses 55-56) – You must obtain life (verse 33). “My flesh is real food, and my blood is real drink” (verses 55-56)
5) John 6:63 What gives life – “The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing.”
▷ “Let the Spirit of the Triune God come upon me. Let the power of the throne come upon me. Give me the strength to change the age.” While continually praying, you hold on only to what is important in the 1st and 2nd service messages.

3. Temple for future generations (Future) – You must prepare a future temple that will save the future generations.
1) John 6:15 (Rest) – Our future generations need a place to rest spiritually.
2) 3 courtyards (24) – A church where multi-ethnic people can come and enjoy 24; prepare 24 what Remnants can come and properly see. Prepare a 24 system where the sick can come and receive grace.
3) 12 apostles, 70 – A church that prepares a system that will save the whole world, the field, and the nation
▷ Here (Main 1-3) many blessings and answers of God come. If you know these three things, answers come even while you stay still. If you do not know them, disaster comes even while you stay still.

▣ Conclusion
1. Ministers
1) Great parish – A great parish that moves the world. You have received the answer that will move the 12 ages.
2) 70 Disciples – Start the 70 Disciples Movement that can influence 70. You have received the answer that will move 70 regions and nations.
2. Church leaders (70 times) – God has promised to give you answers 70 times over.
3. Romans 16 – All saints and women church leaders are bound to receive the Romans 16 answer.
▷ No matter how excellent a church leader is, they receive grace before the work of God. Ministers, do not be deceived.

A long time ago I went to Daegu, and I had to go from Daegu Airport to Seoul. But someone knew that, and on purpose, since I had no time, said they wanted a meeting and took a seat next to me on the plane going up and waited. So when I got on the plane and we talked, this person couldn’t breathe. It was almost just “uh uh uh” like this. When I asked, “Why are you like this?” they said it was terminal lung cancer. ‘Ah, I see.’ So, ‘Pastor, I want to meet you just once and receive prayer.’ That was it. I said okay.

Prayer is spiritual breathing. Everyone, if you cannot pray, you are not breathing spiritually. So perhaps there may be people here who say, I have cancer, or I have had the experience of having cancer. You don’t know when you might get cancer, right? On Sunday when you receive the message and pray, breathe comfortably and deeply, like this. Pray like that all day long. Those who have a bit of depression, since the brain lacks a little oxygen, don’t keep trying to fix it, but keep praying until strength comes. Just do it like that. If Remnants do this, they will gain dozens of times more ability in their studies than others. At times like this, you don’t just pray, but at any time, God, there must be an important meaning in why You had me sit here, right? Wherever it is. You pray to find that. In the morning, pray to gain some strength. At night, you shouldn’t just go to sleep. You must get the answer and then sleep. If you do that, great power will arise in you.

「The Temple Where You Can Eat the Bread of Life」

The temple where you can eat the bread of life. Because you must eat this. This week, from today’s 1st service to 2nd service, it is what you must pray about. You must firmly hold on to the important prayer answer through that Word. Likewise, now with that, for a week, you can’t always memorize the whole Bible, right? So you pray. Don’t think about the answer and try it. And do we memorize all the sermon titles? We can’t memorize them. You should pray for at least a week, like this. That is not praying with a sermon. It is the Word of God. The reason pastors don’t hold on to their sermon and pray is because they think, ‘I preached the sermon.’ That’s right, but it’s a mistake. If God had me do it, I must also listen to that sermon. And if you remain in it for a week, the next Word becomes visible. You must not miss it.

There are answers we receive without knowing, and there are disasters we receive without knowing. Right? That is more important. When they nailed Jesus to the cross though He had done nothing wrong, the people of Israel said this. “If executing that Jesus on the cross is wrong, let His blood be on our future generations.” They said that. They said a terrifying thing, without fear. That’s how confident they were. “We nailed Jesus to the cross, and if that is wrong, let His blood be on our future generations.” In Matthew 27:25, they said it like that. Precisely, for nineteen hundred and some years, not quite two thousand years, the descendants of Israel shed blood and truly fell and died throughout the whole world. If you look at history. Having done nothing wrong, because of their parents, having done nothing wrong.

Everyone, there are curses and blessings that come without my knowing, I’m telling you. You can’t ignore it. A grandmother who went to Seoul for the first time went because her daughter had married. So it was her first time going, to Seoul. Now she went shopping with her daughter. Her first time in Seoul. That day the department store collapsed. It’s dumbfounding, isn’t it? It doesn’t collapse for people who always go, but grandmother went for the first time. That was the Sampoong Department Store, right? It’s something rare in the world. A bridge, you know, stretches out long. But there’s no reason for just one part of that bridge to fall off. The Seongsu Bridge fell like that, I’m telling you. So the cars kept driving, and when it snapped and fell, the people who went in there fell and died.

Many things are happening in the world. But today there is one thing you must know.

▣ Introduction_ Temple, Shrine
There are many cases where future generations keep receiving curses though they did nothing particularly wrong, right? But what is the representative one among them? There are cases where God keeps blessing though they did nothing particularly good. What is it? There are many, but it is temples and shrines. David built and prepared the temple, and Solomon received a greater blessing than all the kings in that region combined. Isn’t that so? Some people build idol shrines and are ruined up to 3, 4 generations. They don’t know. They don’t know why they are ruined. They built a big idol shrine, and after building it, when they built it they didn’t know. It was good, but disaster comes upon that house up to 3, 4 generations. Even among those listening to the message now, there was such a person who gave me a testimony like that. They said their family set up many idols and built many Buddhist temples. Suddenly one day things collapse in the house. Later on, they said they became afraid. Every day the business collapsed, every day accidents broke out, things happened. Now they have realized the truth, but at first they came to church because they were afraid, they say. Because they were so afraid. People don’t really know.

▣ Main
So looking at today’s text, you must pray for three things this week.

1. Shrine of destruction (Healing)
You must block the disasters and curses that come out of the shrine of destruction. You must pray this prayer. Do it this week.

2. Temple of life (Preparation)
You must prepare a temple of life where you will fully enjoy life.

3. Temple for future generations (Future)
And what is more important is that now you must prepare a future temple that will save our future generations. Here God’s many answers and blessings come.

If you know these three, God’s answer comes even while you stay still. If you don’t know these three, a curse comes even while you stay still, I’m telling you. You don’t know why it comes.

1. Shrine of destruction (Healing)
1) Great powers
Even now the great powers have built many idol shrines and have all been ruined like this. They don’t know why they are ruined. They are all smart people now, but the Japanese people, they build shrines and go there and keep bowing like this, and they don’t know that this brings great difficulty to the nation. You must tell them that. They can’t help but not know, because the only place that says don’t do that is the Bible. Everywhere else says do it, so they do it. Everywhere else, they build them and hold rituals, I’m telling you. The Bible says don’t do it. Why? Because it is death.

2) 1, 2, 3 Temple
Ultimately, the gospel must be testified there where the great powers collapse, so you must hold on to it. Why did the 1, 2, 3 Temples disappear? You must have the answer to that. You know, right? There was no gospel and no three courtyards. This is why they were ruined. Look at it once, going down through today.

3) 5 loaves 2 fish
They completely followed Him because of the five loaves and two fish. “Let’s make our Jesus king.” They followed like this. Jesus withdrew and went somewhere else, right, toward the mountain. They followed Him even there. It appears in today’s text. Jesus said, “You didn’t follow Me because you saw signs, but you came because of the bread, didn’t you?” And even the disciples began to be shaken. Isn’t that what Peter said then? When He said, “Will you go too?” he said, “The truth is here, where shall we go?” That word came from here. These shrines of destruction, continually.

4) Medieval church
The medieval church. A church without the gospel is unconditionally the same as an idol shrine. If you build a temple of life that has the gospel, God’s blessing is unconditionally bound to come to you and your future generations. You must remember this. They did this, and disaster comes though they did nothing wrong.

5) Modern church
Representatively, the modern American church and European church. They have no gospel. Without the gospel, it is an idol. It is the same. They give offerings until they die, so they will be destroyed until they die. What can you do? You must remember this. I feel sorry for the churches of the world. You must remember this.

This time, a little, looking at church news, a certain scholar said something like this. Since the Korean and world churches are fearlessly giving, now ‘we must speak much centered on Christ.’ Words like this came out. ‘Did this person hear the message?’ I said. That’s right.

(3 groups)
Now, what came out representatively here in the modern church is the 3 groups, right? They were defeated by this. You must prepare to be able to block this (Main 1. Shrine of destruction). Do it. Our church, and many churches that do Darakbang in the future, prepare to be able to block the disasters that come out of the shrine of destruction.

2. Temple of life (Preparation)
1) Food of eternal life
Today Jesus speaks. He spoke from verse 26. Jesus speaks like this. “Jesus answered, ‘Very truly I tell you, you are looking for me, not because you saw the signs I performed but because you ate the loaves and had your fill.'” In verse 27, “Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. For on him God the Father has placed his seal of approval.” It came out in verse 27 today. “Eat the food of eternal life so that you may have eternal life.” We are not talking about the five loaves and two fish bread. Prepare a temple where you will eat the food that gives eternal life. When Jesus taught important things, He didn’t teach them in the temple, He taught outside, I’m telling you. It’s not that Jesus couldn’t go to the temple. He went to the temple and had many discussions, right? He went to the temple and cleaned it too, right? But when He taught important things, He didn’t do it in the temple, I’m telling you, but outside.

2) The work of God (Christ)
In verse 29, “Jesus answered, ‘The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.'” When they asked, “What is the food of life?” “The work of God is to believe in the one God has sent.” What is it? Believing in Christ, who promised to remove all curses, is the work of God. Nothing else is needed. Today you must firmly hold on to this covenant. Then it becomes the eternal covenant between God and you. The one God sent, simply put, Christ, is speaking of Himself. To believe in Him is the work of God.

3) Heaven – True bread
In verse 31, “Our ancestors ate the manna in the wilderness; as it is written: ‘He gave them bread from heaven to eat.'” That’s what they said. Then Jesus in verse 32 said, “Very truly I tell you, it is not Moses who has given you the bread from heaven, but it is my Father who gives you the true bread from heaven.” Everyone, this week, today, eat the true bread of life that God sends down from heaven. The Jews could not understand it at all. “What are you talking about?” they said. The Pharisees, those highly educated people, there were only 60 Pharisees, in the whole country. They couldn’t understand. That’s why they were ruined. The Sanhedrin council had 70 members, and they were great. Those people were tremendous people, but they couldn’t understand. Even those who followed Jesus were so shocked because of the five loaves and two fish that they followed Him again like this. How dumbfounded Jesus must have been.

4) Life (55-56)
It keeps coming. In verse 33, “For the bread of God is the bread that comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.” You must obtain this, that’s it. What? “You must obtain life.”

5) John 6:63
And Jesus spoke an important Word in John 6:63. Many disciples heard it and left. “My flesh is real food and my blood is real drink,” He said this. In verses 55 and 56. He gave a tremendous message. Many important things come out in John chapter 6. So many disciples who followed Him left. There is a Word He spoke at that time. In John 6:63, “The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing.”

What gives life
What gives life to the world? “The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing.” Don’t be deceived, and pray. Keep praying. “Let the Holy Spirit of God, the Spirit of God, the Triune God, come upon me.” Pray that. There’s nothing else to do. “Let the power of the throne come upon me.” “The age must be changed. Give me the mission and strength to change it.” And while doing so, if needed, you firmly hold on to only what is important in today’s 1st and 2nd service messages. Just try it for one week. A tremendous work is bound to happen.

3. Temple for future generations (Future)
This is the third. Everyone, what must you prepare here? A future temple, a temple for future generations must be prepared, I’m saying.

1) John 6:15 (Rest)
What is the first? Today in John 6:15, it said, “Jesus sought a quiet place.” Our future generations need not another program, but truly a place to rest spiritually. Now it must change. The saints must do a lot of work, but you need true rest.

2) 3 courtyards (24)
So prepare the three courtyards. It’s what we always pray about, but you must prepare it. You must pray for these things. Our church must have the three courtyards here. Make a church where multi-ethnic people can come to Immanuel Church and enjoy 24. Prepare 24 so that when Remnants come here, they can see properly. The sick have nowhere to go. Make a 24 system where the sick can come and receive grace. This is what you do.

3) 12 apostles, 70
You must remember. Why did He leave twelve tribes and twelve apostles? Why did He leave 70 for the church leaders? This is important. In this church, make it a church that prepares a system that will save the whole world and a system that will save the field and the nation. You must pray. Answers will come.

▣ Conclusion

1. Ministers
All ministers, start praying from now. Not before people.

1) Great parish
2) [ 70 Disciples ]
All ministers, start the great parish that moves the world and the 70 Disciples Movement that can influence 70. Now the world’s churches have become too corrupt. As for why they have become corrupt, corruption is nothing else. Being a minister is not a job. Right? And many church leaders have difficulty because they have to run the church. So it becomes strange. It’s not that we’re doing this (great parish, 70 Disciples) because of that. All associate ministers, from now on, receive blessing like this. You have received the answer that will move the 12 ages and the answer that will move 70 regions and nations.

2. Church leaders (70 times)
Especially this part (70 Disciples) is the covenant that church leaders must hold on to. God has promised to give you answers 70 times over. This is the answer church leaders will receive.

3. Romans 16
All saints, especially our women church leaders, are bound to receive the Romans 16 answer. You pray with this.

When I went as an evangelist, at Busan Central Church, a big church, there even to hire an evangelist the session gathers. I thought that was good. So there were questions the elders asked. Among them, the one that stayed in my heart the most was Elder Kim Kwang-il’s question. He asked so precisely, so professionally, so worldly, me. At that time I felt something great. ‘This is the minister’s fault.’ No matter how young an associate minister is, if they explain the work of God, the elders are bound to receive grace, right? Isn’t that so? No matter how young a minister we are, if they see God working, they are bound to be moved. Our goal is not to be respected, right? The work of God must be explained. At that time I firmly held on to God’s covenant. ‘Yes, it’s the minister’s fault. I must show God’s evidence.’ For the first time since that church began, Elder Kim Kwang-il called me, an education evangelist, directly himself and said he would invite me to his house for a meal, come, he said. He was not that kind of person. What does that mean? It means no matter how excellent a church leader is, they receive grace before the work of God. Don’t be deceived. Our ministers, don’t be deceived. Wherever you go, people will be revived and the work will happen, right? Isn’t that so? It’s natural. Our elders, church leaders, you must receive 70 times blessing. Then you establish the 70 regions. Why did He establish twelve apostles? While filling in what is lacking. It’s to take over the 12 ages, He’s telling the ministers. Keep praying this week. God’s new grace will surely come this week. Let us pray.

▣ Introduction_ A person who knows the gospel comes to know prayer, and a person who knows prayer changes the world.

1. There must be the experience of praying continually and receiving answers
1) Jochebed, who decided to send Moses to the palace and prayed continually → Through Moses, the work of defeating Pharaoh and liberating the people of Israel took place.
2) Hannah, who sent her son to the temple and prayed continually → Through Samuel, the Mizpah Movement arose and the work of war ceasing in Israel took place.
3) Daniel, who had become a captive, made up his mind and prayed → The work of moving four kings took place.
4) The Galileans prayed → Something that changed the world happened (the early church).
5) While living one week, there must be the experience of prayer. It does not work because there is no faith.

2. The man who had been sick for 38 years (Text)
1) When it was a feast of the Jews (verse 1) – The feast is of no use to this sick man.
2) The Sabbath (verse 10) – The Sabbath is of no use to this sick man.
3) There is no one to help this sick man who cannot even stand.

3. Jesus who appeared to this sick man – Healing the root
1) When I faced great difficulty, alone, worship and prayer at set times three times a day
– At this time, while singing praises, I held on to the Word of Jeremiah 33:3 and continued praying, and God changed my life to do world evangelization. He went on changing it to raise Remnants to do world evangelization. From then on, I came to know what the gospel and prayer are.
2) Praying during worship is the most important – At this time, pray for what is most important to me
3) What happens when you pray
(1) The Triune God works through the Holy Spirit
(2) The work of darkness being broken
(3) Angels are mobilized
(4) The blessing of the throne works

▣ Main

1. Transcendent grace that came – Christ who came to the sick man
1) The time that completely broke the superstition that whoever enters the pool of Bethesda is healed (verse 4)
2) The time that broke powerlessness
3) The time that fundamentally broke impossibility

2. Transcendent answer that came – Five principles
1) Christ came and completely broke darkness
2) “Do you want to be healed?” (verse 6) – When Christ’s Word comes upon me, my spiritual state is overturned
3) “Pick up your mat and walk” (verse 8) – Christ’s command and authority appear, so even the environment is overturned
4) “He was healed, picked up his mat and walked” (verses 9, 11) – Believing the Word, healing took place
▷ Because I believe that Word of God, what happens to me? The work of my soul being overturned takes place.
5) My Father is working, and I too am working (verse 17) – At last the power of the throne appeared
※ During the week, hold on to what is important in the Word and pray, and experience these five things.

3. Transcendent faith that is needed
1) Jesus said, “I am equal with God.” (John 5:18, 1:1, 10:30) – “Who in the world is Jesus Christ?” It must be this transcendent faith
2) Before the name of Christ the forces of darkness tremble, and you must have this experience and answer
3) The Jews who did not know Christ, held on to nonsense, and suffered
(1) They mistakenly thought that if they memorized the whole Bible and kept the whole law, they were doing well in their life of faith
(2) As a result, the Jerusalem temple collapsed
(3) Their future generations suffered the miserable disaster of being massacred everywhere

▣ Conclusion_ The prayer of one person who has the gospel is the time that moves the throne and the universe
▷ The covenant and prayer you have held on to will not disappear.
1. Night – Pray intensively with the message
2. Day – Pray intensively as things come to mind, with problems
3. Morning – Pray intensively so that I gain strength
▷ There will be the work of heaven, earth, sea, and the nations shaking.

1) Jochebed, who decided to send Moses to the palace and prayed continually
Israel was about to all die. Pharaoh ordered that all the Israelite boys be killed. At this time, a woman named Jochebed began to pray about sending her son Moses to the Egyptian palace. It’s amazing, isn’t it? Your prayer must have such a decision. She saw the precise will of God and decided to send her son that way. She would have prayed continually, right? If it were you, wouldn’t you do it? Christians must have the experience of praying continually and receiving answers. If you do it for just a few days, you will come to know. You don’t do it because you don’t believe. This Moses defeated Pharaoh and liberated the people of Israel.

2) Hannah, who sent her son to the temple and prayed continually
When the greatest crisis of the nation of Israel came again, a woman named Hannah sent her child, Samuel, to the temple. She would have kept praying, right? This Samuel started the Mizpah Movement, and it says that while Samuel was alive there was no war.

3) Daniel, who had become a captive, made up his mind and prayed
Also, when they became captives, Daniel made up his mind and began to pray before God. Something happened where great wisdom was given to the king. He moved four kings. It’s tremendous, isn’t it? People who know prayer are like that. Tremendously important things happen to you.

4) The Galileans prayed
Even though they were Galileans, as they prayed, they changed the world.

5) While living one week, there must be the experience of prayer. It does not work because there is no faith.
During one week, while you live, you must have this experience. The experience of praying. Isn’t that right? This is not difficult at all, it doesn’t cost money, and it doesn’t take time or anything. There is just no faith.

The church I attended when I was young is over in Sujeong-dong. This church always fights. But there was one ringleader who started the fights. As for who founded that church, as you know, the Australian missionaries came and built Ilsin Hospital. That hospital built our church. From Australia. So, taking the name of that hospital, it became Ilsin Church. Among the deaconesses, there was one who cleaned at Ilsin Hospital. So she would carry news of the hospital to the church and news of the church to the hospital, right? Thinking that was some kind of power, she made the whole church noisy, that woman. Just a cleaner, yet thinking that was power, she found fault with all the ministers and drove them all out. And she fought with those who opposed her. She received a strange spirit. One time when I was young, I was worshiping, and her husband threw a cushion at the evangelist who was preaching. If I had been just a little older, with my personality, I would have dragged him out, but I just watched. Faith didn’t come. I had no faith, so I fell into temptation because of that. Because the church was always like that. Because of this, I quit church and wandered around and suffered a huge loss.

2. The man who had been sick for 38 years (Text)
Today Jesus saw the man who had been sick for 38 years.

1) When it was a feast of the Jews (verse 1) – The feast is of no use to this sick man.
In verse 1, it says it was a feast. It was probably Passover or Pentecost. This was of no use, to this man. The Passover feast, the Pentecost feast, the Feast of Tabernacles, the Feast of Ingathering, right? Those feasts had no meaning for this man. If we have no faith, this happens, if things go wrong.

2) The Sabbath (verse 10) – The Sabbath is of no use to this sick man.
In verse 16, it was the Sabbath that day. It was of no use. The Sabbath is the day when the Israelites do nothing and worship. But for this man sick for 38 years, it was of no use. As you know, he cannot move. So now, once in a while, an angel comes down and stirs the water of the pool of Bethesda, and whoever goes in first at that time lives. But he cannot go in.

3) There is no one to help this sick man who cannot even stand.
On the Sabbath there are laws to keep that run as long as 164 pages. It’s enormous, for the Israelites. That is of no use. Especially now the cripple, this man sick for 38 years who cannot stand, has no one to help him.

3. Jesus who appeared to this sick man – Healing the root
At this time, Jesus appeared. He healed the very root. As you listen to this Word today, I hope you will have an important schedule this week.

1) When I faced great difficulty, alone, worship and prayer at set times three times a day
Long ago, I went through a great difficulty due to an accident. Because it was so hard, I didn’t know what to do. At that time I continually, now I do 24 prayer, but at that time I formally worshiped three times a day, by myself. Worshiping alone, when I sang a hymn, that hymn I sang then was incomparable to any song in the world. It was so full of grace. Since it was so hard, there was no need to hold on to many verses, so I held on to Jeremiah 33:3. It’s easy to memorize, just 333. I kept praying alone. “Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.” I kept praying three times a day. Honestly speaking, God completely changed my whole life. He met you and changed me to do world evangelization. Now He has changed me to raise Remnants and do world evangelization. It’s amazing, isn’t it? It didn’t end there; the work kept happening, and from then on I knew what prayer is. ‘Ah! So this is what the gospel is and what prayer is!’

2) Praying during worship is the most important – At this time, pray for what is most important to me
Everyone, worship is very important. During worship time, don’t you sing praises? I sing praises together with you. During the elder’s prayer time, I pray together. These times are very important times.

3) What happens when you pray
You can pray to God about what is most important to me.

(1) The Triune God works through the Holy Spirit
When you pray, the Triune God is bound to work, right? Isn’t that so? That means when you pray, the Holy Spirit is bound to work.

(2) The work of darkness being broken
When you pray, darkness is bound to be broken.

(3) Angels are mobilized
When you pray, angels are bound to be mobilized.

(4) The blessing of the throne works
When you pray, the blessing of the throne is bound to come. Right? It’s something enormous. That is what you pray for. God is bound to work.

▣ Main

1. Transcendent grace that came – Christ who came to the sick man
This is the first. Today Christ came to this man sick for 38 years. He met him, like this. What is it? It is transcendent grace. Christ came to that patient. Looking at this man’s earnestness, Jesus asked, “Do you want to be healed?” He asked that first. “Do you want to be healed?” When he said yes, He said, “Pick up your bed and go home.” He could have just said “Go,” but He said, “Pick up your bed and go home.” There, believing Jesus’ word, when he picked up his bed and got up, he was able to get up. That man was healed.

1) The time that completely broke the superstition that whoever enters the pool of Bethesda is healed (verse 4)
Jesus completely broke the idea that ‘if you go into that water, you’ll live,’ He completely broke that superstition. That is all superstition.

2) The time that broke powerlessness
And, there was no one with the ability to help. It was the time that broke powerlessness.

3) The time that fundamentally broke impossibility
For this man it was impossible. It is the time that Christ fundamentally broke impossibility. Have you ever thought about how the early church worshiped? The early church. They didn’t do it like us now; have you ever thought about the early church worshiping, I’m asking. Whenever they gathered, there was something they always did. What did they do? There was something they did every time they gathered. It was communion. Every time they gathered, the body of Christ, the blood of Christ. Every time they gathered. This means the early church was in a state where their spiritual state had been completely changed by Christ. Put simply, it is a state in which darkness had been completely broken by Christ. The work happened. Now there’s no need to do communion or anything. You need to pray this prayer in the name of Jesus Christ.

2. Transcendent answer that came – Five principles
What is this second? The transcendent answer came. Transcendent grace came. People can’t do it. Transcendent grace came, and from then on transcendent answers came. There are five principles there.

1) Christ came and completely broke darkness
What is the first? Christ came upon me and completely broke darkness.

2) “Do you want to be healed?” (verse 6) – When Christ’s Word comes upon me, my spiritual state is overturned
This is what Jesus said second. “Do you want to be healed? Pick up your bed, pick up your mat, and go back home.” What principle is this? When the Word of God came upon me, my spiritual state was completely overturned. What we must take note of is that we are not Christ. Right? Christ can heal at once, since He is the Creator. But we are not the Creator. That is why we pray in the name of Christ.

When you pray in the name of Christ, you must take note of five things.

So that Christ is completely experienced. What is the second? As the Word comes upon me, my spiritual state is overturned. In verse 6, it says, “When Jesus learned that he had been in this condition for a long time, he asked him, ‘Do you want to get well?'” Jesus already knew it had been a long time and said, “Do you want to get well?”

3) “Pick up your mat and walk” (verse 8) – Christ’s command and authority appear, so even the environment is overturned
What is the third? This command of Christ appeared. “Pick up your bed and go.” He said this. That is the third principle. As the Word of God came, and the work of Christ, the authority of the name appeared, the environment was overturned.

4) “He was healed, picked up his mat and walked” (verses 9, 11) – Believing the Word, healing took place
In verse 11, he confessed, “The one who healed me told me to pick it up and go, so I picked it up and came,” later on. As I believe that Word of God, what happens to me is that the work of my soul being overturned takes place. The Word came into the soul. What is first? ‘It came upon me.’ That Word of Christ came upon me, and then what? That Word came into my spiritual state, and later it came into my soul.

5) My Father is working, and I too am working (verse 17) – At last the power of the throne appeared
In verse 17, “My Father is working, and I too am working.” Jesus said that, right? At last the power of the throne appeared. Experience it for a week. Don’t just do it; you must firmly hold on to the Word.

What was last week’s 1st service message? He gave an important answer to Nicodemus, didn’t He? “You must be born again to know the kingdom of God and receive its blessing. You will soon perish, so you haven’t succeeded.” Right? ‘Your future generations will all be taken captive.’ He didn’t say that, but Jesus knew it and said it. “You must be born again to enter the kingdom of God. You haven’t succeeded.” That is what He meant. Nicodemus didn’t understand at all. “The Holy Spirit must come like the wind for it to be true power.” Jesus said this. “Right now you and the whole nation of Israel and your future generations are in darkness. Light must shine there.” It’s amazing. I hold on to that and pray. The blessing of the throne, the blessing of the Triune God comes, but I pray so that the blessing of that Word comes upon me. Try praying for a week. And it gets conveyed. What is it? The Samaritan woman. There were wounds of the age, personal wounds, all of them. Religious wounds. He overturned them. How perfect is God’s Word? You forget the sermon from last week.

I hold on to what is important in the Word and pray. Try it. Others will probably be surprised looking at you. ‘Wow, that person is someone who believes in God!’ they will know. That has to happen for evangelism to happen. I mean others look at you, unbelievers look and say, ‘Wow, God is with that person, I must believe too.’ That is evangelism. People running difficult businesses, while doing business, look at your business and say, “Wow, you really believe in God. God is with your business.” That’s what Potiphar said. That is evangelism. Is there true success apart from this? “The Spirit of the Lord is truly full in you. How about taking on the role of prime minister?” He pleaded, the king did. Isn’t this true success? It wasn’t something he tried to do himself. The king asked him to do it, so what could he do? It actually happened. You must experience this prayer.

3. Transcendent faith that is needed
What is the last? Transcendent faith. First, meeting Christ is transcendent grace, and the answer Christ gives, this change, is transcendent answer, but we need transcendent faith.

1) Jesus said, “I am equal with God.” (John 5:18, 1:1, 10:30) – “Who in the world is Jesus Christ?” It must be this transcendent faith
Do you know what it said in verse 18 today? “I am equal with God.” John 1:1, “The Word was God, and Christ is God.” That’s why the work happens. Right. That’s why darkness is broken. John 10:30, “I and the Father are one.” He spoke that Word today. Why did He say this? It’s really ridiculous; when Christians go wrong, it becomes like this. A man who couldn’t use his body carried his bed, and that day was the Sabbath. “Why did you carry a load?” that’s what they said. The Jews, on the Sabbath, didn’t even let women wear a heavy brooch, saying it was labor. If you wore a necklace or something, you’d all have to be kicked out, according to the Jewish way. That’s how it was. So since he carried that bed, when they picked a quarrel, Jesus said, “Because God is working even now.” Shouldn’t the work of saving be done? “I too am working.” Last time, “I am Lord of the Sabbath.” Today, “equal with God.” The Jews were shocked, “What on earth is this talk?” They failed to recognize Christ. So Israel, for 2,000 years, as their future generations suffered miserable deaths shedding blood, the world was evangelized. You must remember this.

2) Before the name of Christ the forces of darkness tremble, and you must have this experience and answer
Ordinary people do not know. You must truly believe in Jesus. Transcendent grace. Your body, illness, and work must truly receive God’s answer. Transcendent answer. Who in the world is Jesus Christ? It must be transcendent faith. It’s different. So when you speak of the name of Jesus Christ, the forces of darkness tremble. You must experience this. Right? You must receive this answer. Then it will be completely different.

3) The Jews who did not know Christ, held on to nonsense, and suffered
The Jews are completely holding on to nonsense, wasting time and suffering, now.

(1) They mistakenly thought that if they memorized the whole Bible and kept the whole law, they were doing well in their life of faith
They think they’re doing well in their life of faith. We’ve memorized the whole Bible, kept everything the Pharisees keep, and we think we’re doing well in our life of faith. We keep all the law. This is the Jews.

(2) As a result, the Jerusalem temple collapsed
Not long after doing this, Israel is destroyed. Jesus knows, doesn’t He? He speaks with a heart of sorrow. Led by a general named Titus, they tear down the Jerusalem temple.

(3) Their future generations suffered the miserable disaster of being massacred everywhere
From then on, everyone, read Israel’s history. Their future generations are massacred everywhere, scattered. Even, some German, while practicing shooting, would shoot a Jew if one passed by. While practicing. It was to that extent. Jews were not even considered people. It went this far. Dying in gas chambers, drowning, those were basic; it completely became like that.

Today you must truly hold firmly to this covenant. ‘God has given me transcendent grace that the people of the world do not know.’ What is the reason? He gave transcendent answers because I must be saved and the world must be saved. What on earth is the background spoken of in the Gospel of John? It is that Christ is the Triune God, is God. Have this transcendent faith.

▣ Conclusion_ The prayer of one person who has the gospel is the time that moves the throne and the universe
Our environment was difficult back then, but our home was a little more difficult. But I didn’t know prayer, I didn’t know it, when I was young. Those who know will all know. Without missing a single day, my mother, work, home, church. Without missing a day. Work, home, church. Even when we moved, she moved to a place near the church. Right next to it. And she would say, “I don’t have time to worry. That’s something people with a lot of time do. I don’t have time.” She said she had no time to worry. Why? “I have to feed you all, I don’t have time to worry.” That’s what she said. After finishing work, she’d come, cook for us, and go to church. And she’d pray all night. Then she’d come back after dawn prayer. She’d come and pray for us. Then cook for us again and go to work. Without missing even a single day. The power of prayer, for me, everything that happened when I was young turned into a stepping stone of blessing. You must know the prayer of one person who has the gospel. There’s nothing hard about it, prayer. Does it take time? It takes nothing. Worshiping on the Lord’s Day is a tremendous time. Right? Isn’t it the time that moves the throne and moves the universe?

Because they miss all of this, they become nonsense churchgoers, and at church they just fight, speak ill of others, and live like this. Aren’t they nonsense? I saw fighting when I was young, I’m telling you. I didn’t understand why they fought, but now I understand. They have no choice. Because they don’t believe in God, they know nothing spiritual, so what else can they do but fight? No graduation, people you see every day. So they have no choice but to fight.

Through that one person’s prayer, God made me learn a lot of evangelism when I was a young adult. Right? Now, together with you, I’m doing an unimaginable Remnant future generation movement all over the world. I don’t worry about Remnants who have collapsed. They will rise up. It’s full of Remnants who receive more answers than adults. To a surprising degree. There are many children holding on to the message precisely. Adults fall into temptation and say strange things, but children who aren’t like that, there are many children holding firmly to just the Word. How amazing is that? It’s shocking. I don’t judge or get discouraged at all about Remnants who temporarily collapse or face difficulty. No one knows what God will do. Right? The covenant and prayer you have held on to will not disappear.

1. Night – Pray intensively with the message
Experience it this week. Try praying continually with one thing. What prayer will you pray? You can decide that yourself. At night I mostly pray with the message, continually.

2. Day – Pray intensively as things come to mind, with problems
During the day, you can pray intensively as things come to mind, as problems come up. You can’t help it. That’s comfortable, it’s good.

3. Morning – Pray intensively so that I gain strength
What do you do in the morning? Because I need to have strength. Isn’t that so? You pray intensively for that. What answer will come? You don’t even need to know. God just has to give it. And also at any time, while going about, you build it up and pray intensively. There will be the work of heaven, earth, sea, and the nations shaking. Be sure to experience it. Let us pray.

Thank you, God. This week, let us experience the blessing of being God’s children. Let us experience the power of God’s children. Let us save the world with the blessing of the throne. Let my job, studies, and work bring world evangelization. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Summary

Evangelism is not that difficult. If you do it sincerely, from the heart, it keeps opening. When doing evangelism and missions, what must you know first?

▣ Introduction_ Wounds are covered over.
▷ You must not try to evangelize for church revival or by using it for events. Whether revival happens or not, you must share the gospel.
▷ Wounds are spiritual cancer, so if you get them they keep taking root. For the people you meet, you must first remove this within the gospel. If you hold on to wounds, spiritual growth stops.
1. RT 7(TCK) – The characteristic of the 7 Remnants was that they were TCKs, and they had nowhere to go. There was no one to help them. That great wound became a stepping stone, and they were changed into tremendous evangelists.
2. Hebrews 11(Death) – The characteristic of the people of Hebrews 11 was almost death. If this becomes a wound, you die.
3. Early Church(Cut off) – The early church was cut off from all of society for the reason of believing in Jesus, but they conquered even Rome.

▣ Main_ Samaria Evangelism
1. Tearing down the barrier of the age (Samaria) (verses 4-15)
1) 722 BC – Assyria invaded and sold the men of Samaria as slaves throughout the world, and brought men from each nation and placed them in Samaria, so intermarriage occurred. In the eyes of the people of Judah, they were seen as mixed breeds.
▷ If you don’t know evangelism and missions, you become miserable because of darkness. There is something you don’t know. You yourselves are the light that tears down darkness. You are the light that overcomes Satan (Matthew 5:14, Isaiah 60:1). God gave that.
2) 606 BC – Because they didn’t share the gospel, Southern Judah was taken captive to Babylon.
3) 450 BC – When Israel returned and rebuilt the temple, the people of Southern Judah blocked the Samaritans from participating for the reason that they were mixed breeds, so the Samaritans obstructed them.
4) 129 BC – In the Maccabean era, the temple on Mt. Gerizim in Samaria was completely destroyed.
5) Enemy(Cut off) – They had completely become like enemies and were cut off.
▷ Jesus went there. It is a gospel movement that completely tore down the wound of the age.

2. Jesus, who tore down personal wounds (verses 16-19, 25-30)
▷ The gospel tears down the wound of the age and personal wounds. Jesus said, “I will give you living water, so bring your husband.” Then the woman said she had no husband.
1) Five – The five husbands you had before are not your husbands.
2) Current husband – Your current husband is also not your husband.
3) Witness – The moment the woman knew that Jesus is the Christ, she was changed into a witness.
▷ It must get to the point where the other person will bring out their wound. Otherwise evangelism and missions become in vain. If you keep giving messages through which these things are continuously healed, people are bound to be connected, all be revived, and come. Here, 237, healing, and summit must become 24. If children don’t know how to pray and go out, they die. You must know what the fulfillment of God’s word is. A person who knows the secret of God being with me speaks differently when facing problems. Children must be able to find the answer and overcome in any situation. You must know that wounds are the greatest blessing. If done wrong, this makes things difficult.

3. Religious wounds must be washed away (verses 20-24)
1) Mt. Gerizim, Jerusalem – Isn’t it that we worship on Mt. Gerizim and you worship in Jerusalem? Many people think they must go somewhere to pray in order to be answered, but that is wrong.
2) To God – It is not this mountain nor that mountain, but worshiping God.
3) Spirit and truth, spirituality and sincerity – “God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit (spirituality) and truth (sincerity).” Wherever you are, God is set to invisibly bind evil spirits and work. If you worship God anywhere, God works by the Spirit.
▷ For those who do lay missions, in that nation there is something old that kills the person. It must be released. There are personal wounds. They grow and one day do something strange. They all have wounds from wrong religion that prevent proper worship.

▣ Conclusion
1. True gospel – Other things
The true gospel needs nothing else. Only then does it revive other things.
2. True prayer – All things
For a person who truly prays, nothing becomes a problem. Only then does it revive all things.
3. True evangelism – God’s sovereignty
True evangelism is within God’s sovereignty.
Morning (Quiet prayer) Day – Prayer of enjoyment Night (Deep prayer)
▷ You must gain new strength every day. Keep doing this prayer. An answer will surely come where you don’t need to ask how to do the future. That is normal. The moment a problem comes, God’s great grace and blessing are seen. Jesus also said at the end, “When you receive the fullness of the Holy Spirit, you will receive power. You will go to Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

Samaria Evangelism

Today, under the title “Samaria Evangelism,” we must do the evangelism movement. A long time ago, some elders invited me to a meeting. When I went, it was a good meeting that gives scholarships to boys and girls without parents. There they asked me to give a sermon. Several children who would receive scholarships had come. The moment I saw them, I thought, “This is not right!” It wasn’t just a few; about seven came, and all seven were very ashamed. They could hardly lift their heads. Even more, the people running the event showed it off too much. As if it were something great, they put on a big event like this, and the kids were there ashamed. I felt so sorry that I asked for their list and checked their phone numbers. Because I asked for it in order to share the gospel with them. So then I contacted them in my own way like this. Among them, one child gave me a book as a gift. I really cried while reading that book. It was about boys and girls without parents living diligently. “Wow, we adults are really too much.” You must not use children for such events that show off your face. Through them, the door of evangelism kept opening.

From then on, the director of a certain orphanage contacted me. Asking for some help at Christmas. I went. Of course, for the children, to put it simply, I brought some offering. I said this to the director. “Use this money for the children. At Christmas a lot will come from many places, so I will come next time.” That’s what I said. The director’s eyes lit up and she looked at me. “Ah, Pastor!” she said. It’s like, how did you know? When people come bringing something at events at Christmas and do it like this, she’s thankful, but she said it becomes a wound for the kids. Of course it would. After that, evangelism kept going into that orphanage.

When I started in Busan, our church said they were going to do prison evangelism, and the deaconesses prepared some food and went like this. At that time I was really tired, and honestly in my heart I thought, “Oh man, I wish the associate pastors would go,” but I had no choice and went. There was a person who wasn’t eating anything. So I went close and asked like this, “Why aren’t you eating?” and he just smiled like this. Such things aren’t visible to the eye. He had a prisoner number on, and the color was red. Red is a murderer. So I asked, “Why did you do it?” He was a really decent-looking man. He said he truly regrets it. He didn’t do anything severe, but while just arguing he hit her once, and his wife died. So isn’t that murder? So he said he is always thinking of dying. He has a daughter, and he said he can’t see his daughter with this face. I shared the gospel. This man accepted Christ in tears, and change took place.

Of course, I’m not saying don’t bring food, but would disciples who will truly receive the gospel do it because of food? Evangelism is not that difficult. If we do it sincerely, from the heart, it keeps opening.

A certain pastor introduced this. Coming over from North Korea seeking freedom, the river apparently wasn’t that deep. As she was coming over, she was crossing while holding her baby. But the baby kept crying, and the baby must not cry. Even though she kept telling the baby not to cry, the baby doesn’t understand well, you know. Still, because no sound must be heard, she held the baby tightly and crossed. So she crossed, and she had held the baby so tightly while crossing that it didn’t cry, but when she arrived and looked, it had suffocated and died. You can understand that mother’s heart.

We must know what we should know first when we do evangelism and missions now. When I started the industrial complex evangelism in Busan, I didn’t do anything else. The kids at the industrial complex were kids from poor families. I don’t know about now, but back then it was like that. They were kids around fifteen, sixteen. They couldn’t go to school and mostly came to work. And there were Busan kids too, but many came from places like Jeolla-do. I told them. “Study at night. It’s a challenge. You must not think you came to get a salary. How much would a salary be? You are to realize the gospel here, evangelize your family, revive your family, and become a disciple.” Why, at those words, the kids received grace and were moved. I didn’t go looking for them at first, but they kept bringing people. They have their own language, terms that only they understand. Whatever they say, they come.

▣ Introduction_ Wounds

Wounds. They are holding these things. We must not try to use those people for church revival. They have their wounds covered over tightly. We use them for some event to evangelize, we must not do that. Pastors evangelize in order to revive the church, that’s not it. Whether revival happens or not, we must share the gospel. Revival is something God does, not something people create, right?

Today, this (Samaria evangelism) evangelism is a very important evangelism.

1. RT 7 (TCK)

You probably know well, but first, take a look at the 7 Remnants. This wound is spiritual cancer. If you get it, it keeps taking root like cancer. You must not have this, and to the people you meet first, you must first remove this, within the gospel. Also, no matter how much you study, knowledge grows, but if you hold this wound, spiritual growth doesn’t happen. Spiritual growth just stops completely.

The characteristic of these 7 Remnants was that all of them were TCKs, and they had nowhere to come or go. I mean, Joseph goes as a slave, goes to prison, who helps him? There is no one to help. That great wound became a stepping stone, and he is changed into a tremendous evangelist.

2. Hebrews 11 (Death)

The characteristic of the people of Hebrews 11 was almost death. Now, if this becomes a wound, you die.

3. Early Church (Cut off)

For the early church, there was something worse than death. What is it? Dying would be better, I tell you. What’s worse than dying? Being cut off from all of society. This is no ordinary problem. Cut off from all of society. Why? For the reason of believing in Jesus. But they conquered even Rome.

See how much of a blessing you who do lay evangelism and missions are.

1. Barrier of the Age (Samaria)

Today, this Samaria evangelism tears down this thing that is the barrier of the age. Why?

1) 722 BC

It’s 722 BC. It’s 722 years before Jesus came, so it’s a long time ago. At this time Israel was split into two. The south was Judah, taken by Solomon’s son, and the north was Israel, which is Samaria. Now, in 722 BC Assyria invaded. How much was left? A miserable situation came; not only killing, of course, but they captured every last man of northern Israel, Samaria. So they sold them as slaves throughout the world. I mean, think about it. Your husband is suddenly dragged off somewhere and sold as a slave somewhere over there, think about it. Almost all the men of Israel became like that. Not realizing missions is this miserable. If you don’t know evangelism and missions, you become miserable. Why? Because of darkness.

There is something you don’t know. So much. You don’t know that you yourselves are light. You are light. Jesus said that. “You are the light of the world.” That’s what He said. “The light of the glory of the Lord has come upon you, so arise and shine. Shine the light.” In your heart you might think, “Oh my, what light could someone like me be.” That’s not so. It means you are the light that tears down darkness. You are the light that overcomes Satan. God gave that.

Because they didn’t do missions, this (722 BC) thing happened. Like this, they brought strange servants, men, from each nation and placed them in Samaria. What would happen, everyone? Naturally, intermarriage would occur, right? As I see it, it’s international marriage, but in the eyes of the people of Judah, they saw them completely as mixed breeds.

2) 606 BC

Now, so around 606 BC, because they didn’t know the gospel, didn’t share it, the south, Judah, was also taken captive. Where? To Babylon. There is this history.

3) 450 BC

It would be around 450 BC. It may not be exact. At this time Israel returns. When returning from Babylon, they were told to rebuild the temple, right? At this time, at first, though the Samaritans obstructed, the Samaritans said, “Let’s participate together,” in building the temple. “We will participate,” they said. So the nation of Judah said, “You are mixed breeds like this (722 BC), so you can’t participate,” and cut them off. From then on they began to obstruct. Everyone, when Samaria is mentioned like this, it seems like nothing, but there is this great history.

4) 129 BC

After that, in 129 BC, during the Maccabean era, they completely destroyed the temple on Mt. Gerizim in Samaria.

5) Enemy (Cut off)

Like this, the people of Israel’s Judah and the Samaritans did not have fellowship. They completely became like enemies and were cut off. It’s similar to South and North Korea now. They cut them off completely. So when going to Galilee they had to pass through Samaria, and it felt bad. So they went around by the Jordan, all the people of Judah. But Jesus went there. This is tremendous.

Now, completely tearing down the barrier of the age, completely tearing down the wound of the age, is this gospel movement. So that’s the content. Jesus saw that woman and said, “Give me water.” But what this woman said was, “You’re a Jew, how is it that you ask me, a Samaritan woman, for water?” That’s this (Main point 1) word. At that time what Jesus said was, “If you knew who I am, you would have given me water.” Since He said this. So Jesus said, the woman said, “Don’t you not even have a vessel to receive water? I have to draw it and give it, so how will you receive water without a vessel?” “If you knew who I am, you would draw living water, living water with which you will never thirst forever.” Jesus said this, right? Who in the world are you?

2. Personal Wounds

Here Jesus completely tore down personal wounds. Everyone, the gospel tears down the wound of the age, and it is a complete barrier. It tears down personal wounds. What did Jesus say? “I will give you living water, so bring your husband.” He said that, right? So this woman was startled. “I have no husband.”

1) Five

So Jesus said, “You had five before, right? Those are all not your husbands.”

2) Current Husband

“Your current husband is also not your husband.” Jesus said this kind of thing. It’s a startling thing, right? So if you look at verse 28, this woman was so startled that she said, “Oh, who are you? You seem like the Messiah.” At that time Jesus said. He ends up saying, “I am the Messiah, I am He.”

3) Witness

At this time the woman was so startled; she was moved by the Holy Spirit. There is a record that she left her water jar and went and testified in the town. She is completely changed into a witness.

Those of you who do missions, there’s no need to intentionally ask, “What is your wound?” but you must become such that the other person will bring out their wound. You must remember this. Otherwise, evangelism and missions become in vain. Many people who came from foreign countries, people I’ve met, have old wounds they can’t speak of, I tell you. And everyone has personal wounds. These must be released. So many people think that if they make a big fuss the church will be revived, but that’s not so. If you keep giving messages through which these things (Main 1, 2) are continuously healed, people are bound to be connected and all come.

There are people who barely come out on Sunday, worship, and run away, but there are also people who worship all day, take the message, and keep listening. There are many. They are holding personal wounds they can’t tell anyone. Those people from Africa, from wherever, they all have wounds of the age. It’s not that we release this. When the gospel goes in, it gets released, right? But the environment must be such that the person can bring this (wound) out. People don’t counsel with just anyone; they listen, and they do it with a person where they think, “Ah, this person will listen to me.” Right.

Look. These TCKs are tremendous treasures, but they have tremendous wounds. That must be healed. So, we are attempting this for the first time in the world, but it must not become a church where people just worship and come and go. Here, 237, healing, and summit must completely be happening 24.

As I see it, it can fully happen. I threw out the message a bit, once or twice, and already our church’s organization is starting to move. Call the kids of the three-day weekend age, and you must help the kids properly. If the kids really don’t know how to pray and go out? They die. What is the fulfillment of God’s word? You must know that; otherwise, hearing this word they fall into temptation, seeing that they collapse. They’ll have to live like that all their lives, I tell you. Didn’t I talk to the university students earlier? The eyes with which a beggar sees problems and the eyes with which a rich person sees problems are different. Right? Even if they went on the same trip, what a beggar without a single cent sees tagging along and what a rich chaebol sees going are different. A person who knows the secret of God being with me meets a problem? The words are different, the speech is different.

We must make our Remnants like that. These kids must be able to find the answer and overcome in whatever situation they are in. But they have more wounds than you’d imagine. Today, everyone, at the moment of hearing the message, you all have wounds. You must know this is the greatest blessing. Because it’s a stepping stone. Isn’t that right? It’s the greatest blessing, but if done wrong, this becomes something that makes things difficult for you. If there’s an obstacle in front of me, that obstacle could be a stumbling block, but it’s not. If you look at it carefully, it becomes a stepping stone. It’s not just to that degree.

3. Religious Wounds

You just don’t know, but there are also many wounds in religion. In the old days, you know, they all have wounds from idol worship. They all have the shamanic rituals they did. This part must be completely washed away. Today, that Samaritan woman spoke first. “Then we worship on this mountain, but don’t you have to worship in Jerusalem?” That’s how it came out. She ends up saying a tremendous thing.

1) Mt. Gerizim

“We worship on this mountain.” This means worshiping on Mt. Gerizim.

Jerusalem

Aren’t you worshiping in Jerusalem? This is the problem. Many people think they must go somewhere to pray in order to be answered. That is already wrong from the start.

2) To God

At this time Jesus’s famous word comes out. “Not this mountain, not that mountain, but worshiping God.” That’s the word that came out then.

3) [ Spirit ] and truth

What does the emcee say every day? “God is spirit, and those who worship must worship in spirit and truth.”

[ Spirituality ] and sincerity

In the old days it was said like this. “God is spirit, and those who worship must worship in spirituality and sincerity.” It’s a very important word. Wherever you are, God is set to invisibly bind evil spirits and work. This wound (religious wound) must be healed. Where are Mt. Gerizim and Jerusalem? Wherever you worship God, God works by the Spirit. If you don’t understand this word, the whole world is now caught by evil spirits and all dying, but they don’t know. God is spirit, a very important word.

You who do lay missions, in that nation there is surely something old that kills the person. It must be released. And there are surely personal wounds. That grows one day and does something strange, I tell you. They all have wounds from wrong religion that prevent proper worship. You must remember this. You just need to hold onto this covenant.

▣ Conclusion

It must be concluded like this. You enjoy it too, and you must teach it to unbelievers and the saved.

1. True Gospel – Other things

The true gospel needs nothing else. Why? Only then does it revive other things.

2. True Prayer – All things

For a person who truly prays, nothing becomes a problem. Only then does it revive all things. You must make sure to let them know this.

3. True Evangelism – God’s Sovereignty

True evangelism is within God’s sovereignty. So you are bound to enjoy this blessing. No matter how storms and disasters come crashing in, they can’t touch you, and this movement is bound to happen. Just watch. No matter how much they attack from inside and out, Immanuel Church and our people who evangelize are bound to be victorious. Why? The road is set. So you must gain new strength every day. You must gain new strength every day.

So don’t I always say this? It’s okay to do just a little. Didn’t I tell you before? Do it from now.

[ Morning Prayer (Quiet Prayer) ]

For me, opening my eyes is waking up. The time isn’t set. Opening your eyes is getting up, right? Sometimes when I open my eyes it’s 3 AM, sometimes 2 AM, 5. It doesn’t matter. From the moment I open my eyes, morning prayer begins. Quietly. A truly quiet prayer. It’s really good.

[ Night (Deep Prayer) ]

At night, this is the biggest problem. At night I go into very deep prayer, mainly because I have to prepare the message. In the case of yesterday too, after organizing the message, if time passes, I can’t sleep. There are many such cases. Still, it’s really good.

[ Prayer of Enjoyment ]

Morning and night are my personal time, and here (daytime) is the time of activity, right? This is the day. Right? Because the day is the time you can be active. Prayer of enjoyment. Keep doing it. Without a doubt, questions like “What should I do?” won’t come out for you. An answer will come where they don’t come out. That’s normal. “Ah, what should I do about my future?” An answer where you don’t need to ask such questions will surely come. That’s normal. The moment a problem comes, God’s great grace and blessing are seen. It’s normal. The Remnants we send out, we must make them like this (Main, Conclusion) and send them out.

For once, they came to Korea from abroad like a miracle, I tell you. It’s a miracle. Such people have many wounds. We heal this. So Jesus directly showed the example. The evangelism of Samaria. And at the end He also said, “When you receive the fullness of the Holy Spirit, you will receive power. You will go to Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and the ends of the earth.” Even if you just hold onto the covenant this week, everyone, new grace will come upon you. ▷ The Daegu frog boys incident and the gun incidents in the U.S. are the doings of people filled with rage. Things that no one can resolve are happening all over the world.

▣ Introduction_ The Answer Is in the Bible

1. Because my spirit is trapped in darkness (John 3:19, 20)

1) Whether there is thankfulness for God’s grace. Whether prayer is actually happening and answers are coming, the person himself knows better.

2) A person whose prayer is not happening has to say many words and has to listen to many people’s words. Then the countless cells in my body change that way. It cannot help but be difficult.

3) Today the people of Israel and their future generations will soon face destruction, and the reason is that they are trapped in darkness.

2. Nicodemus, who came to Jesus at this time

1) A rich man (John 19:39) – When Jesus was executed, he brought 100 pounds of aloes.

2) A Pharisee – The Pharisees, numbering 6,000 nationwide, must pledge before 3 witnesses to keep all the law.

3) A leader of the Jews – As a member of the Sanhedrin council (70 people), he holds religious judicial authority.

4) In the eyes of Christians who do not properly enjoy the gospel, he is a role model.

3. The purpose for which Nicodemus came and Jesus’ unrelated answer

▷ To Nicodemus’ words, “If God were not with you, these signs could not appear to you,” Jesus gave an unrelated answer: “Unless a person is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” He said, “Even if you went back into your mother’s womb and came out, you cannot enter the kingdom of God.” He said, “Just as the wind is not seen by the eyes but blows, so is the Holy Spirit.” He spoke of how the Son of Man must be lifted up just as the bronze serpent was lifted up in the time of Moses. And then He said that God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes shall not perish but have eternal life.

▷ It is not that Nicodemus, who had learned much and had ability, did not understand these words. The purpose for which Nicodemus came to Jesus was not to hear those words. We live our lives of faith that way. We are not trying to listen to what Jesus truly wants to say. Nicodemus did not ask Jesus that question. He did not want to hear that answer. The problem is here. You must catch this.

1) The real purpose for which Nicodemus came to Jesus was that he wanted to ask the question, “How can I have power and escape from my limitations?”

2) People’s interest is elsewhere! – This is the reason for the wars, destruction, and church problems of the Middle Ages. It is the reason churches are closing their doors today and the reason mental illness is rapidly increasing.

3) If the servants of the Lord are interested in other things, they die.

▣ Main_ The Way to Block Darkness

1. Unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God (John 3:3) – Restoring the true blessing

1) 1 Peter 1:3, 23 (born again with the seed of life), Galatians 2:20, 2 Corinthians 5:17, Galatians 6:15 (newly created) – It is saying to receive this blessing first.

2) Being born again with the power of being born from above as a child of God – The heavenly throne, the Triune God, and that tremendous power have come to me. You must hold on to this power.

3) When you open your eyes in the morning – Slowly, with your breathing, begin the prayer (3·9·3) in which the Triune God, the power of the throne, and the mission that changes the age come upon you. Then you will completely escape from darkness.

▷ Don’t just do it; pray slowly while breathing. This is because people suffering from depression have a slight lack of oxygen in the brain. If it continues like that, it absolutely will not work. Salvation is salvation, but the brain completely collapses.

▷ Originally, the mouth should be heavy and the heart should be light. If the mouth is light and the heart is heavy, you die. But when the heart is light and comfortable while the mouth is heavy, this person is a person of prayer. Pray that this blessing of 3·9·3 comes upon you when you breathe in, and deliver it when you breathe out.

4) The Jews who had no interest at all in this blessing – A horrific thing happened in which their future generations were beaten to death for 2,000 years.

2. Being with us and working through the Holy Spirit – Restoring the true power

1) People who have learned a little and think they are successful do not believe in this work of the Holy Spirit and regard it as worthless. That is why spiritual problems come.

▷ Nicodemus had everything, yet he himself was not at ease. He was trying to resolve something, but this person’s thoughts were elsewhere. Jesus pierced right into that. “You must be born again. You are not saved. You are a servant of Satan. You are caught in darkness. What sign are you seeking? Is being one of the 70 council members everything? You will die. Your future generations will soon be ruined, so you need to come to your senses.” That is what He meant. Yet he does not understand. And then He explained the work of the Holy Spirit.

2) Genesis 41:38 (the power that must be passed on to future generations), Zechariah 4:6, Acts 1:8 When you believe this fact, world evangelization happens.

3) A difficult world and workplace life – If you change everything into prayer, works happen.

3. Light is needed in the midst of darkness – Delivering the true light

1) John 3:20 People who do not come to this light and are in darkness

2) We need the light of creation

3) Receiving this light through prayer and delivering it through prayer – Come forward in the name of Jesus Christ and try healing the sick. “Heal me with the Holy Spirit and the light of creation.” Keep praying and see what happens.

▣ Conclusion_ Where Is the Last Mission Field?

1. ‘Israel,’ the main players of the three organizations, which will become the cause of World War III

2. ‘Christians’ who are interested in other things without the gospel

3. ‘Pastors’ who enjoy worldly things when they should be enjoying the gospel

▷ Pastors must receive the greatest grace before God when preaching, and believers must receive the best answers during worship time.

Thank you. They still haven’t caught the culprit, right? In Daegu, five children went out saying they were going to catch frogs, and they all died. Until not long ago, I saw on the news that they were analyzing the cause. How must those parents feel? Who killed them? What is clear is that someone filled with such rage did it, when there wouldn’t even be a reason to kill young children so horrifically.

Why do children in America shoot guns and kill people every month like that? It didn’t become that way from the beginning; inside them they are filled with rage. As time goes on, they become mentally deranged. Right now, no one can resolve it. These things are happening all over the world.

▣ Introduction_ The Answer Is in the Bible

1. Because my spirit is trapped in darkness (John 3:19, 20)

Today’s Bible reveals the answer. It reveals the answer in verses 19 and 20. It’s because we are in darkness. Everyone, even physically, how hard is it when it’s dark? Because my spirit is trapped in darkness, there’s nothing I can do.

1) Whether there is thankfulness for God’s grace. Whether prayer is actually happening and answers are coming, the person himself knows better.

Today you must truly get the real answer. Wouldn’t you know yourself? ‘I am thankful for God’s grace.’ Wouldn’t you know yourself? ‘I am actually praying and answers come.’ Wouldn’t you know yourself? Right? You must find it.

2) A person whose prayer is not happening has to say many words and has to listen to many people’s words. Then the countless cells in my body change that way. It cannot help but be difficult.

A person whose prayer doesn’t go well has to say many words. What’s more, they have to say and hear many people’s words. And the countless cells in my body change that way. It can’t help but be difficult.

3) Today the people of Israel and their future generations will soon face destruction, and the reason is that they are trapped in darkness.

The people of Israel now will soon face destruction. It actually happened, so think about it. Something happened in which all the future generations faced destruction. Jesus said, “Because they are in darkness.”

2. Nicodemus, who came to Jesus at this time

At this time Nicodemus came. Up until then, many people in difficulty had been met, but a tremendous figure came to Jesus. Whether it was to avoid people’s eyes or to talk seriously, he came at night. We need to check a little about this Nicodemus. Because it’s almost the same as the world now, we need to check.

1) A rich man (John 19:39)

First of all, this person is rich. If you look at John 19:39, when Jesus died, completely, aloes, you know, the thing used for anointing with oil. He is the person who personally came bringing a hundred (百) pounds.

2) A Pharisee

But looking here today, it said he was a Pharisee. Everyone, you must not take Pharisees lightly. There are 6,000 Pharisees nationwide. Before three witnesses they must pledge, “I will keep all these laws perfectly.” Amazing, right? They pledge, “I will thoroughly keep all the laws without breaking a single one,” and become a Pharisee.

3) A leader of the Jews

It also said ‘a leader of the Jews,’ right? Simply put, he is a member of the Sanhedrin council. Amazing, right? In terms of our country, it’s higher than a member of the National Assembly. There aren’t many in this Sanhedrin council. There are only 70. He is a person who completely holds religious law, who holds judicial authority. Amazing, right?

4) In the eyes of Christians who do not properly enjoy the gospel, he is a role model

When you look at him, he is a person you should greatly respect. Many people, in today’s terms, when this person appears, reporters rush over asking, “Do you have anything to say?” and take pictures; he’s a person of that level. Simply put, in the eyes of Christians who don’t properly enjoy the gospel, he is a role model (Role Model). This person was not at ease. Nobody knew. He had everything, but he was not at ease.

3. The purpose for which Nicodemus came and Jesus’ unrelated answer

He came to Jesus. He came and said “Teacher,” saying, “If it were not one who came from heaven, such power could not appear.” That’s great praise, right? “If God were not with you, these signs could not appear.” At that time Jesus gave an unrelated answer. Shouldn’t He have said something like “Is that so?” or “Thank you” or “Why have you come?” Right away, what did Jesus answer? “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a person is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” “No, how can one be born again? Can I, old as I am, go back into my mother’s womb and come out?” From our point of view, this leader asked an almost foolish question. Right?

Jesus said this. “You are a leader of the Jews, and you don’t know what these words mean? How could you go into your mother’s womb and come out again? Even if you went back in and came out, could you enter the kingdom of God? If I tell you all about worldly things, would you understand? Much less, if I tell you about the kingdom of God, would you understand?” And then, “The wind is not seen by the eyes, but the wind blows. So is the Holy Spirit.” Jesus said, “The Son of Man will be lifted up just as the bronze serpent was lifted up in the time of Moses.” Now He began to speak about the main point. What that means is, in the wilderness period, everyone who was bitten by snakes and looked at the lifted bronze serpent lived, right? “I too must be lifted up like that.” He doesn’t understand. “God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes shall not perish but have eternal life. Whoever does not believe will be condemned.” What is that condemnation? “It is being in darkness.” You don’t know when you’ll be ruined. It is being in darkness now. A tremendously staggering message came out.

1) The real purpose for which Nicodemus came to Jesus was that he wanted to ask the question, “How can I have power and escape from my limitations?”

But did Nicodemus, who had so much, had learned so much, and was so capable, not understand Jesus’ basic words, “You must be born again”? Here is the key (Key) that you and I must know. It’s not that he didn’t understand. The purpose for which Nicodemus came to Jesus was not to hear those words. That’s how we live our lives of faith, don’t we? We aren’t trying to listen to what Jesus truly says. It’s not that he didn’t understand those words; that wasn’t the question he asked. He doesn’t want to hear that answer. The problem is here. You must catch it quickly.

Since Jesus performs tremendous signs, how can I too have that kind of power? It’s not at that level. Why doesn’t it work for me? I’m telling you it’s not at that level. Why have limitations come to me? How can I escape from these limitations? He asked this question. Jesus gave a completely different answer.

2) People’s interest is elsewhere! – This is the reason for the wars, destruction, and church problems of the Middle Ages. It is the reason churches are closing their doors today and the reason mental illness is rapidly increasing.

Look carefully at God’s Word. If we hold on to it, answers can come with just a single word of prayer. Right? The answer has come. Why did so much war, destruction, and church problems come in the Middle Ages? Those people’s interest was elsewhere. Because they don’t know what the real answer is. Why have churches in developed countries closed their doors today, and why are they swarming with mentally ill people? Too many churches are closing now. Too many churches will close in the future. It’s serious. People who know this have a reason to live in America, and people who don’t know this are in big trouble. I’m telling you, their interest is elsewhere.

3) If the servants of the Lord are interested in other things, they die.

Today is RTS Sunday. Simply put, it’s a school that raises pastors who will evangelize in the future, and it’s a day when the whole nation prays for that. If the servants of the Lord are interested in other things, they die. Isn’t that right? That’s why Jesus spoke today about what can block this darkness.

▣ Main_ The Way to Block Darkness

2) Being born again with the power of being born from above as a child of God – The heavenly throne, the Triune God, and that tremendous power have come to me. You must hold on to this power.

Here it said salvation; it’s the same thing, but why did it call salvation ‘being born again’? Everyone, you must be born again with that power of being born from above as a child of God.

RTS must remember this. I told you before, right? Two incidents happened in the Philippines. A missionary worked hard. He did so many things, worked a lot, and built buildings to the point that if you saw them, you’d say, “Wow!” It happened in the Philippines. As far as I know, he was a Tonghap-side pastor, and one day a Filipino who worked under him brought gangsters and threatened the pastor. “Will you go to prison or hand all of this over?” like that. As far as I know, he handed everything over. In the nearby Philippines.

Also, there was someone like that in the Philippines, right? A certain pastor did mission work and came to retire. He appointed a successor. On the day of the retirement ceremony, the successor would give a greeting, right? In his greeting he said something astounding. “I respect our predecessor missionary very, very much, and this is the first time I’ve seen such a great person.” He said this. He explained the reason. “Seeing that he brought so much money from who knows where and built such tremendous buildings, I respect the pastor so much.” He said this. At that moment, this predecessor pastor thought, ‘Ah, I have failed.’

3) When you open your eyes in the morning – Slowly, with your breathing, begin the prayer (3·9·3) in which the Triune God, the power of the throne, and the mission that changes the age come upon you. Then you will completely escape from darkness.

Pastors must remember. Everyone, you must truly pray. The heavenly throne, the Triune God, and that tremendous power that changes the age have come to you, I’m saying. Right? You must hold on to that first. Everyone, don’t worry, and try starting.

This morning I woke up at 5 a.m., and at 7 I had to leave. From 5 to 7 it doesn’t matter. I kept praying. It’s so good. “God, give me the Word You need today, and work directly through the Holy Spirit upon God’s people.” Try it, everyone. We sit somewhere, sit in a corner and pray, and don’t even turn on the TV……. There’s no need for that. I do everything I do. I keep praying. Among you, there may be people who say, ‘I’m especially depressed.’ These people, when you open your eyes in the morning, pray slowly. Don’t just do it; pray slowly while breathing. This is because people suffering from depression have a slight lack of oxygen in the brain. If it continues like that, it absolutely won’t work. Salvation is salvation, but the brain completely collapses.

There are people who talk a lot, aren’t there? You must be careful. Originally, speech — the mouth should be heavy and the heart should be light. The mouth is light and the heart is heavy? You die. You can’t keep the mouth still. But the heart is heavy. But when the heart is very light and comfortable while the mouth is heavy, that is a person of prayer. Try it, in the morning. Works are bound to happen.

4) The Jews who had no interest at all in this blessing – A horrific thing happened in which their future generations were beaten to death for 2,000 years.

Missing all of this blessing, Nicodemus had no interest at all in this. He just went back. And in exactly the year 30 years later, Israel was destroyed. His, that great man’s sons, grandsons, and granddaughters went all over the world as wanderers. Because they are in darkness, they don’t even know what disaster is and can’t escape it. Everyone, you must know how blessed you are. What should you enjoy? It’s completely escaping from this darkness, completely escaping from this darkness of Satan, so it’s tremendous. Just do it. When you open your eyes in the morning, do this prayer first. You are born-again, saved people of God. What does that mean? It means it’s the time when the Triune God is with you, the power of the throne comes upon you, and the mission that changes the age comes upon you. Enjoy that, I’m saying.

Those of you who are getting older, you must do it. You don’t need to do it well, just slowly. Even while hiking, or in your room, breathing slowly, pray slowly, like this. I do it that way.

I pray that this blessing of 3.9.3 comes upon me when I breathe in, and I pray that it is delivered when I breathe out. Try it. This isn’t some religious talk or anything like that. Scientifically, medically, I’ve done it for 40 years. It’s very scientific. You must do it. You must pray. You must actually pray. Since I live by breathing, I must actually pray in time with it. Try it. Almost all your illnesses will disappear. Older people will be in big trouble if you don’t do it. Everyone, your lungs keep shrinking. Your diaphragm has stopped, your intestines don’t move, and your ribs are completely shrinking right now. You must keep doing it. It’s easy.

These Jews had no interest in what God truly gave. It’s obvious. How to succeed in the world? Do it. Who’s saying anything? But because you miss what is important, it becomes a problem. It’s all in vain. The lesson of Nicodemus is a tremendous lesson; the Jews had tremendous things, didn’t they? The nation was completely ruined, and the future generations were beaten to death for 2,000 years. Wandering around. Why? Because they were given the gospel but became arrogant and did not spread it. Right now there are hardly any countries where the gospel is being witnessed and done properly. Only our Korea. You must come to your senses.

2. Being with us and working through the Holy Spirit – Restoring the true power

This is the second. What did Jesus say? “It’s not seen by the eyes, but isn’t the wind invisible to the eyes? But doesn’t the wind blow?” Jesus asked a question. And then what did He say? He explained the work of the Holy Spirit. This is the blessing you will enjoy. The work of the Holy Spirit, God who, though invisible to the eyes, works in you and accomplishes the power of re-creation.

1) People who have learned a little and think they are successful do not believe in this work of the Holy Spirit and regard it as worthless. That is why spiritual problems come.

They don’t believe. People who think they’ve learned a little don’t believe. So problems come. Spiritual problems come. People who think they’ve succeeded a little, people who make some money, these people see this as worthless. So spiritual problems come.

Nicodemus had money, had status, had all honor. He had everything, but he himself was not at ease. He’s trying to resolve something, but this person’s thoughts are elsewhere. Jesus pierced right into it. “You must be born again. You are not saved. You are a servant of Satan.” That’s what it means. “You are caught in darkness. What sign are you seeking? What are you going to do with that money of yours? Is being one of the 70 Sanhedrin council members everything? You will die.” That’s what it means. “Your future generations, just wait a little. They’ll be ruined. Come to your senses.” That’s what it means. He doesn’t understand, you know.

So what was the second thing He talked about? He explained the work of the Holy Spirit. Right? Every time they were ruined, in Egypt they said to Joseph, “We have never seen anyone this filled with the Spirit of the Lord.” What about you? Hold on firmly. This power must be delivered to our future generations. This power must be delivered to the Remnant. From now on, open the three-day weekend age, call our Remnant together, and let them rest a bit. Let them gain strength. If you look at the mothers of Gangnam, children’s studies are everything. That’s why your children are going astray. So problems come and they fall into drugs. You must do it. He just can’t understand. This smart man just can’t understand Jesus’ words……. He’s saying, “What do you mean by that?”

Zechariah 4:6 says, “Not by might nor by power, but by the Spirit of the Lord.” Even at the end, Jesus said, “Only when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, you will receive power.” That’s right. That power is what we need. That’s why we are worshiping today. If it’s worldly power, you can just go to the world. Here God said, “I will be with you with the power of the Spirit of the Lord.” I believe this fact. From now on, world evangelization will happen through you.

So what you should take note of is, during the day, there are many things we see, right? Many things we hear. If we’re not careful, we miss everything spiritual. Going into the world is hard. Going to the workplace is hard. Right? There are many swindlers. There are many people who only know themselves. If it’s profitable, they’ll do anything. They even lie. Right? Change everything into prayer. Works are bound to happen.

3. Light is needed in the midst of darkness – Delivering the true light

Jesus talked about the last, third thing.

1) John 3:20 People who do not come to this light and are in darkness

What is in verse 20? Because we are in darkness, light is needed; that’s what it’s saying. No, light is needed; that’s the Word. But it said people don’t come into the light. Everyone, how much is light needed for those who are in darkness? You must shine that light.

2) We need the light of creation

This light is not just light. The light of creation! Right now this (fluorescent) light is also needed. But the light of creation. When we walk a dark road, we need that lamp, right? More important than that, the light of creation.

3) Receiving this light through prayer and delivering it through prayer

Right now, at this time, you can receive it through prayer, and you can deliver it through prayer. In whose name? In the name of Jesus. Try praying for the sick. Nothing else is needed. Lay your hands and pray in the name of Jesus Christ. “Heal me with the Holy Spirit of the Lord. Heal me with the light of creation of the Lord.” Pray. Try it once. Keep doing it. See what happens. I’m saying don’t miss this. Everyone, it’s not saying don’t do other things, right? It’s saying don’t miss what is important. Don’t even watch television? No, right? I pray with the television on. That way there’s a lot to see. Right? No problem at all.

▣ Conclusion_ Where Is the Last Mission Field?

I will conclude. RTS everyone, where might the last mission field be? There are three places.

1. ‘Israel,’ the main players of the three organizations, which will become the cause of World War III

First is Israel. Everyone, why did Israel lose its nation for 2,000 years? They still don’t know themselves. Why? Because they didn’t spread this light, even though it was given. Right? Because they didn’t spread it. Scattered for 2,000 years. So that it would be delivered. But now in America and Europe, there are the three organizations, the forces of darkness, and the main players of these are Jews. Now. What will happen in the future? Many people see it that way. They see that the cause of World War III will be the Jews.

2. ‘Christians’ who are interested in other things without the gospel

Where is your second last mission? Christians. Christians don’t have the gospel. They are interested in other things.

3. ‘Pastors’ who enjoy worldly things when they should be enjoying the gospel

Where is the last, third mission field? Pastors. You must enjoy the gospel properly. While you’re enjoying all those worldly things, you must enjoy the gospel properly.

Today, even in a short time, you can receive answers. You really must start this prayer. Do you know why? While I’m receiving answers to prayer, receiving answers while praying, among receiving much, when is the time I receive the most? It’s when I prepare sermons. That’s when I receive the most. It’s true. Almost — other people don’t know. I’m hardly interested in anything else. I have a lot of sermon preparation. Especially Sunday sermon preparation takes a great deal of time. I hardly sleep. Sleep doesn’t come. I just keep holding on to the message and praying. So then I get sleepy during the day. That’s sleeping too. It’s fine.

Why am I saying this? When I prepare sermons, I receive the greatest grace before God. It has all been fulfilled, I’m saying. The important words. Why am I saying this? You receive the greatest answers when you worship. That’s what I mean. On this Sunday today, I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ that it will be a Sunday of receiving truly the greatest grace, of receiving new grace. Let us pray.

God, we thank You. Let us restore the true gospel. Let us restore the true power. Let us deliver the true light. Let our future generations, the Republic of Korea, and the future generations of the world be revived. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Summary

This week, you must renew your prayer experience. What you need to be careful about is, when we say we received grace, what is the standard? It must be what God wants. God’s actual Word and power must come into me. Because we keep doing it wrong, the world church is quietly closing its doors. Rather, Buddhism and the three groups tell people to abandon everything. We keep trying to possess and tell people to achieve goals and run. In reality, the three groups possess a lot. Just for one week, really pray. Make a memo of what prayer you prayed and what answer came.

The thing to be most careful about is, if God’s Word and I do not match, who must change? What Jesus said did not match the Pharisees at all. The Pharisees only see the physical. Everything Jesus taught made no sense at all. But which one was right? When God gave a special command, there was not a single one that matched our situation.

Prison, death penalty, severance, 250 years – In the early church, if you went to church you had to go to prison. Even so, if you testified, they executed you. They severed you from society and work. The word ‘Lord’ means ‘master,’ and because of this word Rome persecuted for 250 years. Only the real ones remained. Only people who would change the world remained.

▣ Introduction_ How did these people survive?

1. My Master – They continually enjoyed that Christ, the Triune God, is my Master and that the throne is my background.

2. Master of the church – Christ, the Triune God, is the Master of the church.

3. Master of the Word – Christ is the Master of the Word. Wherever the Word was given, works happened.

▷ When things are hard and when I feel wronged, I do this (Introduction 1-3) and wait unconditionally. 99% is resolved after it passes.

4. Master of history – Christ is the Master of history who fulfills the Word. He said He could destroy this temple and build it in three days. He was saying that He Himself is the Master. He said He was referring to His body, which would die and resurrect in three days. It says the disciples believed only later. As Jesus said, the temple collapsed. Even now it has not been restored.

5. Master of prayer answers – Jesus is the Master of prayer answers. Because Jesus came, He said the kingdom of God had come, and He said you seek His kingdom.

▷ When Christ becomes the Master of the church, we can win.

▷ Background of the text – Animals bought from outside were rejected so that people had to buy the ones inside the temple, and the temple tax and coins also had to be exchanged, and they attached a commission to it. That is why Jesus made a whip, overturned the tables, and drove out the animals.

▣ Main_ The whip Jesus swung

1. Life-giving whip Time to change the master – You must change the master to live.

1) Priests, scribes, Pharisees – God should be the Master, but these people became the masters of the temple.

2) Money – Money gathered in enormously.

3) Position – To do this, position was important.

2. Restoring whip – It was a whip that restores what is important.

1) Three courtyards – It was a whip that restores three courtyards. He overturned the tables in the children’s courtyard. He drove out the animals in the Gentiles’ courtyard, the courtyard of healing where many people must pray.

2) Resurrection – He prophesied the resurrection. Because Christ, the King of kings and Lord of lords, resurrected and is now with us, we must experience that we can pray in that name.

▷ We must know who the Master of the church is and what the Master wants.

3) Restoration of worship – Christ strongly spoke of the restoration of worship. It ends with worship.

Matthew 21:13 “My house is a house of prayer. But you have made it a den of robbers.”

Mark 11:17 “My house is a house of prayer for all peoples.”

▷ Think carefully in the Introduction about what you should pray for.

3. Future guidepost whip – It is a whip that becomes the guidepost of the future. No matter how strong they are, they cannot do as they please with the future. Something tremendous remains. The Master of life is Christ, the Triune God.

1) 237 – It is the house of prayer for all peoples that will save the 237.

2) Transcending time and space – To do that, there must be the power to transcend time and space. That is prayer.

3) Church – True temple – The church that can do this is the true temple.

▷ For one week, really pray ‘Who is Christ?’ Really hold on to the covenant and pray.

▣ Conclusion_ Temple (Life building) – Temple building is building my life. While continuing to pray, experience five things.

1. Only – Organizing the Word – Pray, organizing the Word until “only” is seen. Not the Word I like, but the Word God wants.

2. Uniqueness – Organizing prayer – Hold on to the Word and organize prayer until uniqueness is seen.

3. Re-creation – Organizing – Continue the organizing that aligns the Word, prayer, and my life until re-creation takes place.

4. OURS (24) (WIO) – Do 24 so that Only, Uniqueness, and Re-creation become my system. It is continuing the prayer of WITH, Immanuel, and Oneness 24. This is what we must hold most closely. God is with me, is Immanuel, and is Oneness, so we ask why this thing came to me. Then the system of Only, Uniqueness, and Re-creation is made.

5. 237, Healing, Summit (24) – We need people and a church that can do this 24.

▷ Anyone who has these five things receives answers.

During this one week, you all must renew your prayer experience a bit. What you need to be a little careful about is, we received grace? When we say this, what is the standard? It probably means, ‘Ah, there was a lot that I realized.’ Then it must be what God wants. If you are just careful about that and pray, reasons will come out, enough to record. This is not criticizing, but I say it because it causes too much aversion. Seeing pastors come out on broadcasts and struggle so hard to make people laugh with words that don’t even fit, I feel pity. Of course, if you do that, your popularity will go up. You all, if perhaps, what, I, what, do counseling, that helps too, but spiritually it does not help at all. God’s Word and power must actually come into me. And because we keep doing it wrong, the world church is quietly, quietly closing its doors, now.

So it’s big trouble. Rather, Buddhism, which is getting ahead these days, even though it is not the truth, tells people to abandon everything. We just keep trying to possess. Who actually has a lot? Those people have more. The three groups tell people to empty and abandon everything. I’m telling you they’re getting ahead. We tell people to run to achieve goals. Then who actually has a lot? The three groups have a lot, don’t they? We are suffering this sad thing. Now, just for one week, really try praying once. And try writing memos. What prayer you prayed and what answer came. So for people who pray normally, so many answers come that it is normal to carry around a ≪Prayer Notebook≫. I always carry memo paper. Otherwise I just miss things. “Someone says they won’t come to church.” So I asked, “Why?” and they said, “Something frustrating happened at church, a conflict arose, so that’s why.” “I see.” That could be.

Prison, death penalty, severance, 250 years

In the early church, if you go to church you have to go to prison. Then what happens? What Jesus says and what the Pharisee church has now just don’t match. Then who is right? You know the result, don’t you? Everyone, that is what you must be most careful about. God’s Word and I don’t match, who must change? Must we change God? Must we fix the Word? No, right? What Jesus is saying now doesn’t match the Pharisees at all, now. Who must change? When the Pharisees look, they only see the physical. What, you know, he comes claiming to be the Messiah, you know, making wine to drink, you know, at a feast house, you know, making a ruckus, it looks like this. When they look. This time, you know, not even a gangster, you know, holding a whip, you know, he showed up in the temple, what on earth is this, what is this. They see it this way, now. Is that all? Everything Jesus taught made no sense at all. But which one was right? This is what is important.

Everyone, in the Bible, when God gave a special command, is there any that matched our situation? Not even one. He should have said it when Moses was young, but He told the completely old Moses to lead the people of Israel out now, so Moses was so dumbfounded he said no. If you go to church you have to go here (prison) like this? Even so, if you testify, they execute you. I’m telling you this situation came, okay? Then did they lose? No, right? That is what I’m saying now. You must pray properly. It didn’t end with this. They sever you from all society and work. In the early church, for the reason of going out there, even children’s weddings were not allowed. Why? Because they keep severing you. It wasn’t just this much. This Lord Jesus Christ, this word Lord (主), as it appears here today, means ‘master.’ Because of this word, Rome persecuted for 250 years. Ten emperors. Kyrios (κυριος), “The word ‘Lord (主)’ is used only for the emperor, so why do you use it?” That’s it. They told them not to use it, legally. It’s absurd. So when they said, “No. Christ is the Lord of lords and becomes our Lord,” they said don’t use it. The problem is, if they trample it for 250 years, would there be any believers left? The real ones remain. To be precise, only the real ones remain. Only people who will change the world remain. How did these people become like this?

▣ Introduction

There are a few things you must know. When you pray this week, you must think about it. How did they survive in this, I mean?

1. My Master

Christ is my Master. The Triune God is my Master and the throne is the background. They continually enjoyed this. From the Jews’ view it made no sense. But this is the answer. I’m telling you they overcame this (prison, death penalty, severance, 250 years).

2. Master of the Church

Look closely. Christ, the Triune God, is the Master of the church. No one can stop it. The word master means the master does as he wishes. Right? The master is the master, I mean. My master is not me, but Christ, the Triune God, is my Master, that’s what I mean.

3. Master of the Word

It’s not just that; if you read from John chapter 1, “The Word is God, and Christ is the Master of the Word.” Why? Everywhere the Word was given, works happened. You must know this and pray. What do you all do? In my case, there are times it’s hard and times I feel wronged, a lot, right? At such times I wait unconditionally. While doing this (My Master, Master of the church, Master of the Word). 99% is resolved once it passes. Why? Because it’s wrong. I’m telling you people who heard what Christ said survived. Right now He is throwing something tremendous with the Word, with events.

4. Master of History

It’s not just that, right? Christ did not only become the Master of the Word but is the Master of history who fulfills, where the works of the Word happen. He said that word today. “I can destroy this temple in 3 days.” He said this. “And I can build it,” He said that, didn’t He? He was saying that He Himself is the Master. “What, that makes no sense. It was built in 46 years and you’ll destroy and build it in 3 days?” I’m telling you they said that. This is a tremendous message. What did Jesus say? “I was referring to My body that will die and resurrect in 3 days.” He said this. It says that only later did the disciples believe. “Oh, so that’s it!” Because they saw the resurrection. Finally, not long after, as Jesus said, that temple began to collapse. It came soon. I’m telling you it completely collapsed and the temple was wiped out. And Rome took all the tools inside, of course. It was a bother, so I was going to read it in detail but didn’t, but in the commentary of a man called William Barclay, it records that a tremendous amount of money came out of there. It would, right? Because they had collected a lot. That temple has not been restored even now. The Master of history said it. They can’t build it. Now, if so, before this fact, the answer of how we should pray comes out easily, but we keep not having this (I, church, Word, history – Master), I mean.

5. Master of Prayer Answers

Jesus taught prayer properly too. He is the Master of prayer answers. He said when Jesus came, the kingdom of God came, and He said you seek His kingdom. Right? This (Introduction) is the early church.

「Christ is the Master of the Church」

Today, among these, it is that when Christ completely becomes the Master of the church, we can win. It is certain evidence. You all know the text well, so there’s no need to hear it many times. Animals, they bring them and, if you buy animals from somewhere else, they reject them. Simply put, they used a trick. Because they have to sell what’s inside to make money, but if people buy outside ones, the inside ones don’t sell. So they reject them. And those people have no choice but to buy the inside ones. And then next, the temple tax, coins must be exchanged too. They take a commission on it. It was packed full with these things. So Jesus made a whip out of cords, overturned the tables, and drove out the animals. Now, think about that scene once. Jesus, who never once got angry, I’m telling you, swung that whip. That whip is actually not a whip.

▣ Main

1. Life-giving Whip [Time to Change the Master]

This is first. It is a life-giving whip. It’s not like He hit people either. He overturned tables and showed a tremendous anger that couldn’t be contained. What does this mean? It was a time to completely change the master. You must change the master. That is how you live.

1) Priests, Scribes, Pharisees

Who became these people’s master here now? The priests, scribes, Pharisees, these people were the masters. Everyone, if we are not careful, when we take charge of church work, there are many times we think as if we are the master, right? It’s easy to become that. Usually when I give work at the headquarters too, when I entrust it, they work as if it’s surely their own. People with an IQ under 150 cannot help but become like that. That has nothing to do with faith. But there aren’t many people with an IQ over 150, right? You need at least an IQ over 150 to have a brain that knows ‘This is not mine,’ that’s the point. Otherwise, people whose master has completely changed are fine. It’s hard. These (priests, scribes, Pharisees) people are the masters themselves. If it becomes like that. God must become the Master, but the temple completely has these people as master. These people do it all as they please.

2) Money

Here money gathers enormously. Think about it. I’m telling you they made it into law ingeniously. All the people of Israel must come once a year, at Passover. They must pay all the temple tax. I’m telling you they must give all the offerings and do all the events. I’m telling you they must keep the feasts. Uniquely, Rome doesn’t even interfere with this money. Why? Because it’s the church’s.

3) Position

To do this, position is important. Because they had been fighting this fight for so long, it was pathetic, so Jesus overturned everything. What kind of temple should we build?

2. Restoring Whip

Second, this whip Jesus held was a whip that completely restores what is important. What did He talk about?

1) Three Courtyards

Put most simply, it was a whip that restores three courtyards. He struck the whip right at that place. He overturned the tables in the children’s courtyard, where the children must be raised as Remnants. He drove out the animals in the place where Gentiles must come to worship and receive grace. The courtyard of healing, where many people must come day and night to pray, there were doves and whatnot, all sorts of things there, and He drove those out. What temple should we build? Everyone, the answer is out, and God will surely pour it on you, even to your future generations. Spiritual grace, I mean. Watch and see.

2) Resurrection

There He said this word. “I will resurrect. Die and in three days.” I’m telling you He prophesied it at this time, okay? So what must be restored? Christ, who is the King of kings and Lord of lords, resurrected and is now with us, so we can pray in that name, that’s the point. You must experience it.

You must look at this (Introduction) well. What people trying to do a lot of work must be most careful of: doing a lot of church work is good, right? But you must know who the Master of the church is and what the Master wants. You might hear it casually. But later you can’t change it. That’s why a problem has come upon the world church now. Rather, a somewhat dumb pastor is better. But a pastor whose head turns a bit does strange things, I mean. Right. Back then too, you know. When coming out in the wilderness, the somewhat dumb people just followed. But ones who think they know a bit babbled, so things kept going strangely. In that wilderness you must go. But they keep talking when there’s no need to talk.

It’s a tremendous story. The church, everyone, when you confess the Apostles’ Creed, you passed by without knowing, but it appears. In the confession of faith, “I believe in God who created heaven and earth,” appears, right? “I believe in His only Son, Christ Jesus. I believe He bore the cross, resurrected, and will come as the returning Lord. I believe in the Holy Spirit.” And do you know what it says then? “I believe in the holy catholic church.” It’s in the Apostles’ Creed. That’s the church. It’s tremendous. It’s because we just pass over so many blessings, but when you look at it meaningfully, there’s much that’s tremendous.

3) Restoration of Worship

What did this Christ say? He strongly spoke of the restoration of worship. It ends with worship, everyone. In today’s text He said, “You have made it this den of robbers,” right?

Matthew 21:13

In Matthew chapter 21 verse 13, it says this. “My house,” He said. Jesus. “My house is a house of prayer. But you have made it a den of robbers.” Not even a den of thieves. You have made it a den of robbers. Why did He write robbers? One who sneaks into someone else’s house and steals is a thief, and one who goes in with a knife and takes by threatening is a robber. Right? These people (Pharisees) made it into law precisely so that you can’t not do it, and took from people. Here (Matthew 21:13) He said this.

Mark 17:11

Also in Mark chapter 17 verse 11, it is recorded like this. There too He said, “My house.” “My house is a house of prayer for all peoples.” He expressed it that way. This whip places tremendous meaning. Think well once in the Introduction about what you should pray for. Even if it’s short, it will come to you as tremendous answers.

3. Future Guidepost Whip

Also, what is this whip? The more important thing, what remains, is the future, isn’t it? It is a whip that becomes the guidepost of the future. No matter how strong Rome is, it cannot do as it pleases with the future. No matter how smart and wise the Pharisees and Jews are, they cannot do as they please with the future. In this future, tremendous things, now, persecution and enormous things remain, so the point is who is the Master. It is that the Master of this life is God. So, ‘Christ, the Triune God.’ It’s explaining that.

The reason Jesus spoke of resurrection, this part, it is a temple that will save the 237. It is a house of prayer for all peoples, that’s it.

2) Transcending Time and Space

To do that, there must be the power to transcend time and space, right? That is prayer.

3) Church – True Temple

The church that can do this is the true temple, that’s what I mean. Now this is not the true temple. He gave that word. Just for one week, really, who is Christ? Try it without listening to people’s words. Listening to people’s words doesn’t really help. Really hold on to the covenant and pray once.

▣ Conclusion_ Temple (Life Building)

How, I mean? Set a few standards in praying. Think, ‘Temple building is my life building.’ While continuing to pray, experience five things.

1. Only – Organizing the Word

Pray, organizing the Word until “only,” until “only” is seen. This is real prayer. The Word too, not the Word I like, but the Word God wants. Now we, these many people, the building committee members worked hard. I’m very thankful.

So these people will hold a launching ceremony as the 1,000 bartizan committee members and now go into full-scale construction, and for 2 years I kept asking before God in 24 prayer. For 2 years. After that Word was clearly organized, doors began to open. I truly experience that for sure. Here the atmosphere seemed like it would never work, but once the Word was clearly organized in me, God, through you, opened doors, opened ways, opened laws, did it all. Would it be ‘coincidence,’ in unbelievers’ words? No, right? This is necessity. Starting today, pray for one week.

2. Uniqueness – Organizing Prayer

Hold on to the Word and organize prayer until uniqueness is seen. This is all prayer too, but organize it like this.

3. Re-creation – Organizing

Continue the organizing that aligns the Word, prayer, and my life until re-creation takes place. If the Word and I don’t match, I must organize me; I can’t organize God, right? You keep going while organizing. So I’m like this. ‘Hey, we are so poor and have no strength, how could we do such a big thing in Busan?’ Such a thought. That is my thought, I mean. That is my thought. The gospel movement started here; would God have no plan here where it started? No, right? There must be God’s absolute plan. Then who is wrong? I am wrong. I must change my thought, this.

What, most people who are praying properly now, even from abroad, when they come to Korea, come to Immanuel Seoul or Busan. All the people who pray come. So you must know why they come. It’s all a spiritual journey. So someone like our Pastor Kim Cheol-yeon, when he comes to Korea, always comes to Busan. It must be hard to match the timing, yet he comes on purpose? That means he is someone who knows the journey, that’s what it is.

4. [ OURS (24) (WIO) ]

This is fourth. What is more important is, Only, Uniqueness, and Re-creation came out, right? Do 24 so that this becomes my system. It’s very important. At this time, here 24, 25 come out, right? 24. This is all you need. 25 is what God does, so just pray comfortably. Wait for what doesn’t work out. What doesn’t come, you just don’t receive. Right? There’s no need to say “Give it to me” to the end; just keep doing prayer, just this (Conclusion 1~4). Just keep doing WITH, Immanuel, Oneness, that’s what I mean.

5. 237, Healing, Summit (24)

So finally, what you keep praying for during the week is that 237, healing, and summit are three courtyards now, and we need people who can do this 24 and we need a church. Having just one of these five would be fine, but people who don’t have these five cannot receive answers. Anyone who has these five receives answers. Right? Pray for this this week, I mean.

So, what, my thoughts aren’t needed either. Just only. If changing the order, it’s continuing this prayer of WITH, Immanuel, Oneness 24, like this. What we must hold most closely is this (Conclusion 4). God is with me, invisibly, right? He is Immanuel and is Oneness, right? Then why did this suffering come to me? Why did this thing come to me? How did a good answer come to me? You ask. Then this system (OUR) begins to be made precisely. When the system of Only, Uniqueness, and system begins to be made, from then on “only” is seen, you wait, and you go. It’s easy, in a way. Our elders, kwonsas, and ordained deacons must surely do this prayer. That’s how you can gain health too. On Sunday when you worship at church, don’t just do it; worship while slowly, comfortably continuing healing breathing. That’s how health comes too. So what is it? Why must we build the temple? 237, healing, and summit must come and be able to do 24. Hold on to this covenant and pray.

If you’re Korean, you all will know this. I can’t say the name. He killed about twenty people. A person. And very pitiful children at that. How anxious they must have been. Children, he grabbed and killed. Women, he took and killed. Twenty people at that. He is in prison to this day. I examined that fellow a bit. Something went in when he was young. How would a judge know this? They don’t know. Something went in when he was young, and the environment was already somewhat bad, something that could wound him went in, so to speak.

We enjoy this blessing of the Triune God being with us, but this fellow, simply put, he just doesn’t know it himself, is being dragged around by Satan. Because he is captured and dragged around by Satan, killing people is tremendously, to him, what do you call it, there is something he feels, I mean, like this.

The spiritual problem one person received in that one moment like this causes such a big problem. So there is nothing at the church where these people can come and receive help invisibly. Let’s make that. The church is where the gospel is, a very good place, but actually they can’t come and receive that help. Right? So when they come in, there should be something where they quietly go into a resource room somewhere and pray, look at materials, receive grace alone, right? There isn’t. Our Remnants should come and pray, you know, learn prayer, find the paths to go to the summit, what books they must read, what they must see; there should be that, right? That isn’t there. Let’s do this.

As the work remaining in my life, I am organizing materials and messages about 237, healing, and summit. If you begin prayer that receives deep grace for one week, God will also revise it and make it right. Let’s pray.

Prayer

God, may this week be a week of receiving God’s great grace. Give us, who are powerless, the grace of the throne’s background being revealed. And God, heal the saints suffering difficulties with the power of heaven. There are many people suffering spiritually. May it be a week in which God heals with the power of the Holy Spirit. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
