Today, the second thing we need to think about is that there will be Remnant who will become civil servants in the future, right?

“Remnant Senior-Level Civil Servant”

Among these Remnant, not all, but quite a few very high-level civil servants have come out. You need to raise them. This is the second message for civil servants. What is the second message worthy of being a genuine Text, Hand, Notebook — mentioned earlier?

2 Make meetings the best (genuine strength)

Make meetings the best. This is not about doing something special in a meeting. When the seven Remnant had meetings, what happened? They ran errands, I tell you. Through meetings, genuine divine strength is transmitted to that person. Once you begin to pray, this (genuine strength) comes out. Because it comes out, other people look at you and gain strength. And it doesn’t show on the outside. Civil servants don’t show it on the outside. They cannot show it, right? They don’t show spiritual problems on the outside, I tell you. But when they meet you, that person gains strength and shows it. Every single one — from the king of Egypt to the king of Babylon — when they faced great difficulty, they gave them strength. That’s right, isn’t it? This is not a greatly difficult thing, is it? Some people, with every word, trouble others. Those are cursed people. Some people with every word pick at others’ statements, nitpicking. But you — with every word, you must give strength to others and save them. What about when someone does something wrong? That comes next. A person must first be alive to be corrected; you cannot correct the dead.

So now that it is already known that civil servants are important — for our Remnant to become civil servants, what must they start with? There are three things to do.

▣ Introduction

1. Individualization — Talent

Individualization. Talent. Finding one’s talent precisely is the first thing.

2. Specialization

Specializing this talent.

3. Globalization

Globalizing this specialization.

This must be done first.

1. Individualization — Talent (Bar Mitzvah)

The Jewish people have dominated the world — and the Jewish people call the discovery of one’s talent a bar mitzvah. The Remnant need to take note of this. People just say on their own, “I’m going to do this.” Of course it is up to themselves, but when Remnant do the Jewish bar mitzvah, all the experts gather and hold a forum. Right? “Is this right? Is this really what you are going to do? What do you want to do?” They go through everything. You have to pass that forum for it to become a bar mitzvah. For us, we just pick up whatever is at hand and call it ours. Does that work? No matter how hard you try, it will only reach your level, your parents’ level, your friends’ level. Of course that matters too.

2. Specialization (Synagogue)

Once that is done, you don’t just specialize it randomly. You connect it to the synagogue. And keep specializing it that way. You cannot help but win.

3. Globalization (Lodge)

You globalize it. The lodge. You need to know that the places in the world today where money is made — the Jewish people dominate them. That’s right? The important gold, the jewels, the economy in America — the Jewish people dominate them, as you know. They build a station in the very downtown, put in a department store, and put in a hotel alongside it. That is the Jewish strategy. No matter how much you borrow money, it’s fine. Why? Because the money will definitely come. In the very downtown, people cannot help but come. At the bottom is the station. Above that is the department store. And up above, they built residences — hotels. It cannot fail.

So it is a fact that they individualized, specialized, and globalized in this way. This must absolutely be remembered. Elders too need to remember, church work also needs to be done this way, pastors and missionaries need to remember this.

▣ Main — Civil Servant Prepared 300%

Looking at this is a civil servant prepared 300%. Of course there are procedures. You take tests, you have to pass everything, there are all the procedures. That is not what I am talking about right now. You know those procedures better than I do. What I am saying is that there is a different kind of strength that unbelievers do not have.

1. Genesis 45:1-5

Let me give a biblical example. It is the time of becoming prime minister and evangelizing the world.

1) Before going
Joseph already knew before he went.

2) At the field
Because he knew before going — because his talent and everything were truly precise — everything was fulfilled in the field. If this is lacking, you go to the field and miss everything.

3) Future
And within this is the future contained.

2. Exodus 5:1-12:12

Exodus chapter 5 verse 1 through chapter 12 verse 12 is the day of coming out of Egypt through the exodus.

1) Exodus 2:1-10
Moses already had it from childhood. Already.

2) Exodus 3:1-20
And now, while living in the palace, there were also many hardships, but finally the meeting comes. Finally the work happens at Mt. Horeb. It is the word to go to Pharaoh, king of Egypt. To take the Israelite people and bring them out. I will be with you. This is unmistakably God’s will.

3) Exodus 12:12
This is where it happens. Exodus chapter 12 verse 12. On that final morning, the work takes place. At this point, they come out of Egypt. They put the blood of the lamb on and come out.

Moses was in fact a civil servant. Joseph was also a civil servant. So once they were already 300% prepared, it was easy.

To some degree, when you were placed and assigned, the nation would have assigned you appropriately, right? The problem is that it must be completely made 300%. The person who meets you must receive genuine strength. You already have that strength, I tell you. You enjoy it. When? Today. Now. While you are doing that, the day of this (making meetings the best) comes. Because I am enjoying this, the meetings come, I tell you. And during civil service life, there isn’t much we can do freely, is there? This meeting comes about exactly. But there are people who have spiritual problems and have nowhere to say them. Something hidden is going on in our household and there is nowhere to speak of it. So they don’t go to a Christian — do you know where they go? They go to a fortune teller. Why? Because Christians won’t speak to them. It feels like even if I speak to the Christian next to me, it probably won’t work. Because of that feeling, they go to those possessed by spirits, I tell you. Someone with such a problem must be able to speak up right there beside you. It’s not difficult.

This is the second message civil servants must hold on to. When you are 300% prepared, true meetings come forth. The day Joseph was 300% prepared, God had him meet Pharaoh. That’s right? Up until then, it didn’t happen. Moses was not yet prepared until he was of age. The day he was 300% prepared, God had him meet Pharaoh. The word “300%” is extremely important. Meetings are in God’s hands.

3. 1 Samuel 17:1-47

As you know, the meeting of David and Goliath.

1) Psalms 78:70-72
David already had the strength to defeat Goliath beforehand. That’s right? He had it beforehand.

2) 1 Samuel 16:13
One day the schedule comes. Before that, this happened. David came to have a tremendous hidden strength. This is important. No one knows this. He was greatly moved by the Spirit of the Lord.

Isn’t prayer the happiest thing for you? “He was greatly moved.” Prayer must be the easiest thing. Prayer is difficult? That is the hard part now.

3) Goliath
This is when he met Goliath. As you know, when he met Goliath, important words were exchanged. What is the most important part? What Goliath did the moment he saw David. That’s what I want to talk about. He cursed David in the name of his own nation’s god. At this point what did David answer? “I need no sword, spear, or javelin; I come in the name of the Lord whom you have mocked.” That’s what he said. This became (completely reversed), didn’t it? Could there even be a fight? “Today the Lord has delivered your neck into my hand. Life is not in the sword but in the Lord’s hand.” That’s right. And with that he finished it. Even if they clashed again, he would win. In a hundred battles, a hundred victories. David throwing — he is a master, simply put. When you go to catch an animal, you cannot miss the target. A skilled person always strikes the vital point precisely. But that lion is carrying a sheep in its mouth — to strike the lion’s vital point with a stone requires no ordinary skill. As for Goliath — well, that’s not even a contest.

He was prepared. 300%. Especially our Remnant absolutely must remember this.

4. 1 Kings 18:1-5

Look at how a civil servant prepared 300%.

1) Official
This person is a trusted official. Yes, Ahab the king is evil, and whatever else — that comes next. The more evil a person, what do they like? The more evil, the more they like someone who is beneficial to them. That’s right? “At my workplace, they look down on me.” That’s because you’re not yet beneficial to them. Ahab trusted him. He had the ability.

2) Disciple
And also he was Elijah’s disciple.

3) 100 people
And also he hid one hundred prophets. He was a civil servant prepared 300%.

5. Babylon

Now, in Babylon. This was a time of crisis, wasn’t it? What is the characteristic of these people?

1) Prophecy
It was prophesied. The reason was all explained in the prophecy, yet the fact that they failed to hold on to it is ridiculous.

2) High position
Though they became captives, what is their characteristic? They completely settled into high positions. At times like this, we get confused. High positions are good, right?

3) Decision
This is the decision they made. What kind of decision? The answer comes quickly. Why did God put them in this position? Why did we become captives? When will our nation be restored? The answer is obvious, isn’t it? They made their decision. From here they showed evidence. Nothing else. Day by day in their lives, the king looked at Daniel and thought, “Ah, truly God is with him.” That’s how it was. So when Daniel was about to be unjustly killed, the king said, “May the God whom you always serve protect you.”

▣ Conclusion — Monument

RT — TCK, CCK, NCK

In conclusion, among the disciples who will become civil servants, the most important are the Remnant, but also TCK. Raise CCK. They will come in great numbers in the future. NCK. The word “300%” — people truly cannot understand it well. You have gone to many fields, haven’t you? But seeing the field is 100%, and that is something extremely important within the 300%.

I called a musician from Immanuel Seoul Church and told them: “For 5,000 tribes, meet musicians in countries like Vanuatu.” They could not understand it. So inevitably I sent headquarters personnel. They had to go together and praise with them to understand the level of music. Right? Otherwise you cannot know what to help with. Otherwise you cannot do missions. Well, if you’re not going to do missions there’s not much need for it, but for those who will — it is necessary. And what do you call what was done this time when they came back? It is not a simple matter. That is the beginning of field 100%. You cannot fully see the field at 100%. That is what matters. Everything is like that.

So right now we need to raise and meet TCK, CCK, NCK civil servants. That’s right? There is no other way. So what did God send the Remnant as? Civil servants, I tell you. Because that’s how things get done. You are simply resting in blessing, but this is not an ordinary matter. So you — especially the Remnant — need to prepare; and our current civil servants must not try to do great things. In small things, 300%. Let us pray.

Prayer. Thank God who even now answers. May the power of the throne descend right now; may God’s kingdom come during the time we pray; and may the work of God’s kingdom come to pass in the places we have gone. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ I pray. Amen.
