This is a term used at a world-class American university, Harvard, for some time now. Careers will change almost entirely going forward. Through elementary, middle, and high school, students should learn to study with the power of prayer. At university, they must produce answers. At Harvard, they open their eyes and learn actual business at the Black Diamond stage. What was prepared through elementary, middle, and high school gets completely built up at university. So we save the whole world through the blood of Christ (Red Diamond). So through elementary, middle, and high school, all that’s needed is to learn how to study through prayer. If you can study through prayer, it’s fine to come in last place. If I study well but cannot pray at all, a great problem awaits in the future. An even bigger problem is having no power at all to save unbelievers. Now we must make everything 300%, without exception.

You must finish this work before graduating from university. Elementary, middle, and high school are your opportunity. You must discover your exact talent. That’s why you must pray. Your talent will emerge once you catch a bit of rhythm in prayer, since God gives it. Then at university, it must be turned into complete 300% expertise. Adults must call the children together during the three-day weekend age and tell them what they must do. So our Remnant must be raised into people of clear ability, and multi-ethnic believers into clear warriors of prayer.

Long ago. The moment I saw it, I simply understood. In the future, it will only intensify further. Now, most of your careers are likely to change completely. In the old days, photographers were popular. Now people hardly go to have pictures taken — they take selfies themselves. So even with all the prayer in the world, I find myself thinking photography studios might have to close. This was just an example from real life. So many things are going to change going forward. What should we do then? Through elementary, middle, and high school, all you need is to learn to study with the power of prayer. At university, you must produce answers. What have you been doing up to this point? For a long time now, Harvard has had students open their eyes and learn actual business here (Black Diamond). Going forward, things will change so drastically that our Remnant will struggle if they don’t do this. What was prepared in elementary, middle, and high school must be completely built up at university.

“Time to Create a Masterpiece”
This must be done. To save time, through elementary, middle, and high school, all you need to learn is how to study through prayer. Let me be clear — it’s fine to come in last. If you can study through prayer, it’s fine to come in last. If I study well but cannot pray at all — a great problem awaits in the future. If only a great problem came, that would be fortunate — but an even bigger problem than that is what? Having no power at all left to save unbelievers.
Now, our Remnant, our TCKs, must find the answer here (Black Diamond –> Red Diamond). Successful people have always done this from long ago, you know. The three [tech] conglomerates started long ago. We are already late as a result. As a consequence, everything profitable has already been taken by the three conglomerates. It brings a terrifying result. So realizing how much we failed to grasp, God sent COVID to quickly make us aware of this contactless era, that is what happened. Because of COVID, we needed to make vaccines, didn’t we? And that’s another way the three conglomerates made all the money. Most people have no money and are struggling, but these companies made so much money it’s absurd, now. That’s the difference (Black diamond –> Red Diamond). So Remnant must remember this well. “What should I do once I get into some university?” — that’s old thinking now. Now you must produce 300%, or it won’t do.

Set that aside — in church we must move forward together with the children. We must hold theme forums.

You know what you must do during the three-day weekend age, but in reality it probably doesn’t feel real to you yet. The day it becomes real will come. That’s where we need the industry forum. Many of your children are dreaming empty dreams. What must they do—
they don’t know. This (theme forum) must come first. Am I doing what I should be doing? You must start with the theme forum. Then, when I go out into the field, what industry should I go into? What industry should I go into? This must be finished during the Remnant years — how difficult would it be to figure this out only once you’re older?

And since we are the ones who will save the field, we hold the field forum. You must absolutely do this through prayer.
