Samaria Evangelism

2024.11.23 Core Message
Scripture Reading: Acts 8:4-8

▣ Introduction – 24
Thank you. I heard that the deaconesses of our church have organized a 24-hour prayer team. So, you can also recover your health and comfortably do 24 in the way that works best for you.

1. Morning (1:1) (Continuous) – 10 seconds, 7.7.7
As I mentioned earlier, in the morning, simply open your eyes and keep praying as you move about. For your health, breathe 1:1 while continuing to pray. This has a tremendous effect. Morning is about continuous prayer and breathing in a 1:1 rhythm. Those who have had cancer must do this. And we never know when we might get sick, so we do this also to guard our health.

Continuous means to keep inhaling deeply and exhaling continuously. One inhale and one exhale will take about 10 seconds—that is the standard. Even without counting, if you inhale slowly, it will take about 5 seconds, and if you exhale slowly, about 5 or 6 seconds. That means about 6 breaths per minute, which is best for your health. Try doing this continuously while in prayer.
When inhaling, pray through each item (7〮7〮7), and when exhaling, pray for me, for the pastors, and for North Korea—whatever is on your 24-hour prayer list. The important point is this (continuous – 10 seconds, 7〮7〮7). Do it so that it becomes true prayer.

2. Everything
During the day, turn everything into prayer. Because you have to be active during the day, set your focus on your lower abdomen.  If you are sitting now and place your focus slightly on your lower abdomen, your breathing will naturally become longer. At the same time, turn everything into prayer. This is very beneficial to your health. Doing this (Introduction 1) will revive your brain and your lungs as well.

3. Night – Deep prayer (1:2:4)
At night, breathe so slowly it is almost like not breathing—like an animal in hibernation. They stay still, yet they are breathing. Breathe that slowly as you go deep into prayer. At this time, use the 1:2:4 method—inhaling slowly for about 1 second, holding for 2 seconds, and exhaling for 4 seconds. Do this very slowly. Then your prayer will deepen, your health will revive, and everything will connect together.

(1) Disaster
Right now, this age is under 24 disasters. This is why you must pray—especially for North Korea. Being under disaster means the powerful nations are continually at war. So far, there have been about 12,000 wars. Added to that are dictators and wrong ideologies, so conflicts keep breaking out. We never know when disaster will strike.

(2) Curse
This is why people are living their lives entirely under curses.

(3) Darkness
They are completely in darkness. Young people don’t even know why they live. They suffer to the point where they have no clear reason for life. Looking at many young people—those newly married, for example—you see they often have wounds from their parents, and their spiritual lives are shaken. If you live like that now, it will be a disaster for the next generation. You’ve seen older people struggling; that same thing will come to the future generation unless you completely turn it into prayer.

Gospel peace unification
There is only one way for North Korea: unification through the gospel.

1. Spiritual wind
If you hold on to this mystery (Introduction), a great spiritual wind will first blow. When you, especially the 24-hour prayer teams, pray, a tremendous spiritual wind rises.

2. Victory without fighting
And you win without fighting. The 7 remnants all won without fighting.

3. Binding the darkness
Each time you pray, the forces of darkness are bound.

“The Samaritan Evangelism”
Thus, evangelism to North Korea is like evangelism to Samaria.

▣ Main message

1. History
You know the history of Samaria. After David became king and prepared for the temple, Solomon became king. Israel became so developed that neighboring nations dreamed of seeing Solomon. In the past, one way to make peace was to take a family member—often the king’s daughter—in marriage. Thousands came to Solomon in this way because Israel was so powerful at that time.

These women had nothing to do, so they asked Solomon to let them worship the gods they had served back home, because they missed their homeland and were bored. Solomon should have said no, but he allowed it. Israel became a land of idols. At that time, Israel split into two—Israel and Judah. Israel’s capital was Samaria, and Judah’s was Jerusalem—just like North and South Korea today.
Around B.C. 722, Assyria invaded. They took all the men of Israel and sold them as slaves in the markets. They brought in foreign slaves and scattered them throughout Israel. Over time, the women married these foreign men, and the Samaritans were despised and considered non-people.

Later, around B.C. 586, Babylon took the people of Judah into captivity. The south returned from Babylon and maintained themselves, but the north did not. On top of that, the Samaritans worshiped idols, so they became a troubled people. Their historical background was this: when traveling north, people would go around Samaria to avoid it, considering it cursed. That is why, when Jesus asked the Samaritan woman for water, she said, “You are a Jew. How can you ask me for a drink?”—meaning Jews did not associate with Samaritans. This is similar to how North and South Korea are divided today.

2. Need (Gospel)
What North Korea needs most:

1) Evangelism disciples
They need disciples who will only proclaim the gospel—not those aiming to build their own revival or seek personal gain. You must never exploit North Koreans; only give them the gospel.

2) Only Christ
North Korea needs only Christ—not just Christ in name, but only Christ in reality.

3) Only healing
North Korea needs massive healing—true, complete healing. When this is prepared, God will open the doors to North Korea peacefully. There is no other way but the gospel. What else could unify North and South? Only the gospel.

If war breaks out, it will be completely disastrous on both sides. We cannot predict what they might do. This is why we must pray.

3. Method
There is only one method for North Korea missions: through the future generations—those who have come out of North Korea or our remnant generations.

1) Acts 17:1

2) Acts 18:4

3) Acts 19:8

Paul staked his life on breaking into these places. Those doing North Korea missions must establish absolute bartizans here and give their lives to it. It will be resolved only when remnants rise within North Korea or go into North Korea and begin a gospel movement.

Ephesians 6:12
Why do we need a 24-hour prayer team? Ephesians 6:12 says our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against Satan—rulers, authorities, and spiritual forces of evil. Satan holds the governments, the rulers, false religions, and criminal organizations in his grip. This is why we must truly put North Korea in our 24-hour prayers.

In some ways, there is no place more urgent than our nation right now. Sometimes leaders start wars when cornered or desperate—history has many examples. This is why you must pray for North Korea. While preparing this message, I realized, “I haven’t been praying for North Korea in 24-hour prayer.” I felt sorry to the North Korea team and decided to start today, praying in the name of Jesus Christ for the complete binding of the darkness over North Korea.

John 16:11–14
Satan invisibly controls everything, ruling as a false king.

2 Corinthians 4:4–5
He is called the god of this age.

2 Corinthians 10:4–5
He builds bartizans and strongholds in people’s lives.

Matthew 12:26–30
He completely possesses individuals and takes them captive.

Receiving the gospel is an immeasurably great thing. The moment you receive salvation, everything changes.

John 14:16
At the moment of salvation, the Holy Spirit begins to work in you.

1 Corinthians 3:16
Paul said, “Don’t you know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?”

When you are filled with the Spirit, you will receive power and be Christ’s witnesses to the ends of the earth.

I am thankful for our prayer teams. Especially you who hear this message—find your 24-hour prayer. Include North Korea in it. Until last week, I hadn’t thought of it, but now I will. I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ that the darkness over North Korea will be completely bound.

How Precious Is Our Salvation?

Ephesians 1:9-14. He made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, 10 to be put into effect when the times reach their fulfillment—to bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Christ.

11 In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, 12 in order that we, who were the first to put our hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory. 13 And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, 14 who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession—to the praise of his glory.

Scripture declares that God chose you in Christ before the creation of the world—even before you had done anything right or wrong (Ephesians 1:4). His choice was not based on your works, merit, or ability, but solely on His eternal love and purpose.

Yes, even before Adam and Eve broke the covenant and fell under the curse of Satan, sin, and hell, God had already determined to save you. He knew you from eternity past. Long before you took your first breath, He called your name while you were still in your mother’s womb (Isaiah 49:1).

From the moment humanity became enslaved to the enemy, God revealed His salvation plan. He gave the first promise of the gospel in Genesis 3:15: “And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel.” This was God’s declaration to Satan that the Christ would come to destroy his work.

When the fullness of time came, God sent His Son, Jesus, to fulfill this promise: “He made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death—even death on a cross!” (Philippians 2:7–8).

For thousands of years, the Old Testament recorded the preparation for Christ’s coming—through prophecies, covenants, sacrifices, and the history of Israel. Then, in the New Testament, God fulfilled His promise, and those who believed in Christ, God’s chosen, bore witness to the Christ who came, died, and rose again. As Jesus Himself said, “These are the very Scriptures that testify about me” (John 5:39).

But why did it have to be the Christ? Because no one can free themselves from the three fundamental curses: the power of Satan (Revelation 12:9), the curse of original sin (Romans 3:23), and eternal separation from God in hell (Ephesians 2:1). From birth, every person is spiritually dead, cut off from the glory of God.

Throughout life, people are trapped in three patterns of destruction: self-reliance and self-centeredness (Genesis 3), corruption and pursuit of worldly pleasure (Genesis 6, and pride in human achievement and success (Genesis 11). On top of that, Satan binds people inside three unbreakable frames: the power structures of the world (Acts 13:4–12), the economic systems that enslave (Acts 16:16–24), and the culture of darkness that dominates society (Acts 19:8–41).

Because of this, all are destined to live as children of the devil (John 8:44), worshiping idols (Exodus 20:4–5), suffering mental torment (Matthew 11:28) and physical affliction (Acts 8:4–8), facing eternal condemnation in hell (Luke 16:19–31), and passing down the same spiritual curses to future generations (Matthew 27:25).

This is why it is critical to understand the purpose for which God sent His Son—to bring salvation (1 Peter 1:9). Salvation is not a small, temporary, external change; it is the ultimate reason and goal of our faith.

Salvation means complete freedom from your past. Because Jesus, your True King, lives in you, Satan no longer has power over you. You are no longer his servant, and you no longer have to obey his commands. This is the blessing of the Passover (Leviticus 23:4–8). On that night in Egypt, God’s judgment passed over every house marked by the blood of the lamb. The blood of Jesus once and for all set you free from the bondage of your past.

Salvation means victory in your present. You now possess the position, status, and authority of a child of God. Because Jesus, your True Priest, lives in you, the curse of sin has no claim on your life. This is the blessing of Pentecost (Leviticus 23:15–22). God will empower you with the Holy Spirit so you may be victorious in all circumstances.

Salvation means absolute certainty for your future. God has already seated you with Christ in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 2:6). Because Jesus, your True Prophet, lives in you, your eternal destination is secure—you are on your way home to heaven. This is the blessing of Ingathering (Leviticus 23:33–43). Your background is the kingdom of God, who will cause all things pertaining to His kingdom to be fulfilled on your covenant journey.

For this reason, every step you take in the work of evangelism and world missions is connected to God’s eternal plan, formed before the foundation of the world. Nothing about your calling is ordinary. Every prayer you lift, every soul you share the gospel with, and every act of obedience is a continuation of His work from eternity past.

Prayer. Father, I thank You for calling me as Your evangelist to carry the message of the cross. Open my spiritual eyes to see Your eternal plans for the world and my part in them. Let my life be fully aligned with the mission You prepared from before creation. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The Remnants Who Saved the 237 Nations and the 5000 Tribes

2024.11.23 Remnant and TCK Study of Evangelism)
Scripture Reading: John 21:14

How can we save the 237 nations and the 5000 tribes? It must be done by the remnants. When will the doors of North Korea open? One day, they will open. But we do not know the exact date. However, we can discern the situation.

Introduction – Future generations (RT–TCK)
Among the future generations who hold real power, there must be those whose spiritual eyes are opened. Not future generations like Kim Jong-un, but people in power whose eyes are spiritually opened—these are the ones who will save North Korea. If so, our RT–TCK have a very deep connection with this. In reality, the first generation plants much of the gospel and prayer. But in practice, it is the future generations who carry it out.

[Historical evidence]
This is historical evidence. Those who tried to fight against the actual power of Rome could not succeed. One day, the future generations arose, and this was fulfilled. Constantine, who declared Christianity as the state religion of Rome, had already felt something of this even as a child. As you know, a soldier once came, had a child, and left the child behind. When the child turned twenty years old, he went to find his father. His father, who was acting as the ruler of a certain region, was a sub-emperor. When the father saw him, he raised him and eventually appointed him as a sub-emperor. Among the sub-emperors, one would be chosen as emperor. At that time, Rome was developed to such an extent. And in this way, he became emperor. Astonishingly, during difficult times, Constantine’s mother was a Christian and a woman of prayer. This is no coincidence—it is remarkable.

  1. Covenant
We must hold firmly to the sure covenant.
  2. Evidence
    When the evidence comes,
  3. Witness
    We go as witnesses.

We must plant the covenant in many of North Korea’s future generations so that they will have evidence. One day, the work will break forth.

Main message

  1. 237 – RT
Thus, the answer for saving the 237 nations lies with the remnants.
  2. 5000 – TCK
The answer for saving the 5000 tribes lies with the TCK. This is why we must watch carefully and pray. We may be a stepping stone for the 237 nations, but in reality, we cannot do it ourselves. However, when the remnants arise, they will save the 237 nations.

1. 237 – RT

1) Genesis 41:38
This is the kind of situation a remnant can be in. Joseph stood before Pharaoh, and Pharaoh appointed him as prime minister. At such a time, events like this break out. No one can stop this in history, because it is God who works. Who would have thought that Constantine, who grew up as a Christian through his mother’s prayers, would become emperor? But one day, God did exactly this—to save the 237 nations.

2) Exodus 5:1–12:46
Through one remnant, such an event took place (Exodus 5:1–12:46). When the ten plagues struck Egypt, the whole world came to know. The miracles were tremendous. The Nile River, such an important and life-giving river, turned to blood. Everyone knew about it, because it flowed from the upper regions through Egypt. That river was like a god to the Egyptians. From that beginning, the plagues continued until the final day, when the firstborn were struck down.

3) 1 Samuel 17:1–47
In every age, a nation would arise as the greatest problem. Even now there are problem nations. In that day, it was the Philistines. Palestine is still a problem today. David single-handedly struck them down completely. This is the kind of work that takes place. This is why raising remnants is not a short-term effort—it produces fruit that remains for eternity.

4) Daniel 1:8–9
Even when taken as captives, if there are such remnants, an amazing work of world evangelization will arise. This is why we must raise remnants who know world evangelization and the 237 nations.

5) John 21:15–18
At the very end, Jesus said one thing: “Feed my lambs.” Even as He carried the cross, He said, “Weep for your children.” What is more important is the 5000 tribes. Our organization is now seeking to evangelize the 5000 tribes. We must send missionaries to them, but we are also seeking to bring them directly here. Surely, because God has planned this, amazing disciples will come. Remember the Ethiopian eunuch—he had not come as a tourist but for worship. He came to Jerusalem to worship. This is a miracle. Because he had wealth, he was able to purchase a scroll of Scripture, which in today’s terms would cost around fifty million won. He was reading it, unrolling it as he went, and came to the prophecy concerning Christ. At that moment, God, through the Holy Spirit, sent Philip to him. The eunuch asked, “What does this mean?” and Philip explained the gospel—Christ—to him. God worked so powerfully that the eunuch himself asked to be baptized. Such works happen.

2. 5000 – TCK

1) Acts 17:1

2) Acts 18:4

3) Acts 19:8

Paul, looking far ahead, did this work. He foresaw it and raised disciples in the synagogues. Even if we do nothing, these people (the 5000 – TCK) will surely go into the midst of the diaspora and come out.

Conclusion

[CCK], [NCK]
An even more important conclusion is this: North Korea is in this condition. It is filled with future generations (CCK, NCK) who hold to a completely dark, opposing culture. And 90% of them are entirely without any culture at all. This is the situation. Those who have escaped from North Korea are truly remarkable people, because the vast majority are simply bound. If they opened the door, they could live, but they have locked all the doors. The strange thing is, they do not realize this. If the door is opened, North Korea will live. But they will not open it.

If China opened its doors, it would become a tremendous nation. But they keep them closed. Long ago, when Britain invaded China, they presented certain conditions—build harbors in certain locations, open communications, and lend Hong Kong for one hundred years. They said this because they saw that China’s eyes were closed. As a result, Hong Kong became an international hub. See the difference? Closing the doors makes that much of a difference.

In our own nation, during the Yi Dynasty up to Daewon-gun, the doors were continually shut. There is a term we have used: “our people.” This is not a good expression. The Jews use a similar term: “our nation,” “only our nation.” But this is not God’s will. God’s will is for all peoples. In a sense, it is not about being multiethnic, but about being one people in Christ. If we do not realize this, disaster will continually strike. We must open our eyes and go to save the 5000 tribes. God will continue to work through you in the coming year.

Let us pray.

Prayer. We give thanks and praise to God. Let the light shine upon the 5000 tribes. Darkness is covering the whole world. Among the 5000 tribes, all kinds of diseases and spiritual difficulties are arising. Let us stand as witnesses who shine the light of the gospel to them. Especially, let the timetable for God’s light to shine upon North Korea come quickly. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

God’s Presence in Your Prayer

Exodus 33:9-11. As Moses went into the tent, the pillar of cloud would come down and stay at the entrance, while the Lord spoke with Moses. 10 Whenever the people saw the pillar of cloud standing at the entrance to the tent, they all stood and worshiped, each at the entrance to their tent. 11 The Lord would speak to Moses face to face, as one speaks to a friend. Then Moses would return to the camp, but his young aide Joshua son of Nun did not leave the tent.

What is your relationship with God like? That relationship shapes the way you speak to Him and the way He speaks to you.

In Today’s Word, we see an extraordinary reality: the Lord would speak to Moses face to face, as one speaks to a friend. Their conversation was not distant or formal. It was marked by trust, openness, and deep understanding of one another’s heart. Moses could talk to God about anything, and God would reveal His plans to him.

Because Moses knew God’s heart, he prayed with boldness. He interceded for the people of Israel when they had sinned, and God responded to his prayers and relented from the judgment He had spoken (Exodus 32:14). This was not because Moses altered God’s eternal plan, but because God delights to work through the prayers of His friends, inviting them to participate in His purposes.

Moses’ encounter with God at the burning bush on Mount Horeb marked a turning point in his life. Having experienced the awesome presence of the Lord, meeting with God became his highest priority. Prayer was not an occasional religious activity for him—it was his life. His leadership, decisions, and identity all flowed from the time he spent with God. When he returned from these meetings, his face shone with the glory of God, and the people bowed down and worshiped the Lord.

Through his relationship with God, Moses came to understand the ultimate purpose of all God’s work—the fulfillment of His covenant of Christ and world evangelization. This understanding became his reason for living. Every moment with God brought him deeper into the reality of that purpose.

He was an ordinary man, saved and chosen by God’s grace, just as you are. In Christ, you are washed in His blood, adopted into His family, and called His friend. Jesus said, “I no longer call you servants… Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you.” (John 15:15). God wants to meet with you personally and reveal His heart to you.

His invitation is clear: “Call to me, and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know” (Jeremiah 33:3). As He did with Moses, God can open your spiritual eyes to see the world through the lens of the gospel. As He did with Joseph, He can give you wisdom and solutions to meet the needs of a hurting world (Genesis 43:38-40). As He did with David, He can form in you the integrity and skill to lead others according to His heart (Psalm 78:70-72).

All of these servants of God shared one thing in common—they were people of prayer. For them, prayer was not merely pleading for help in crisis or presenting requests to God, but the daily joy of living in His presence. It was a continual fellowship with the One they loved most.

Do not leave His presence, even for a moment. You may not always be speaking words of prayer, but you can live with your heart in constant fellowship with Him before His throne. In that place, you will find the strength to overcome the ruler of the kingdom of the air and the ways of the world. You will see the kingdom of God advancing in every task, every decision, and every circumstance.

Prayer. Father, I thank You for calling me Your child and Your friend. Draw me nearer to You every day. Let me enjoy Your presence as Moses did, face to face. Teach me to listen to Your voice and to pray with boldness. May my life reflect Your heart so that others may see Christ in me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The Watchman Who Prepares for the Future – Young Adults of the Age of Crisis (The Early Church)

2024.08.15 World Young Adult Conference
Theme: The Watchman Who Prepares in Advance (Isaiah 62:6–12)

Message 3: “The Watchman Who Prepares for the Future – Young Adults of the Age of Crisis (The Early Church)”

Introduction: Prepare for what comes after success (300% completion)
24, 25, eternity, execution, secret → three courtyards

▶ At last, God has prepared for the future and has set you up as watchmen. So let me state the title from the start: “Young Adults of the Age of Crisis.” In the future, an age of crisis will come. That is why we must prepare for the future. You must remember Lectures 1, 2, and 3 well. Because an age of crisis will come, you must be young adults of the age of crisis. Here are a few things you must certainly take note of. This (Lecture 3) is about the early church. The previous one (Lecture 2) was about the era of the monarchy.

▶ Prepare for what comes after success (300% completion) → 24/25/eternity/execution/secret – three courtyards
Here’s something you must think about. What did the older generation miss? This is how you must pray. It is about preparing for what comes after success. Success is not our goal. That is a given, but we prepare for what comes after success. That is the difference. If you prepare for what comes after success, you will be 300% ready. This is not difficult at all. Why is that? Here it is again: 24/25/eternity and execution are the very completion of 300%. You must not just hold onto this secret; you must make it into something. Make it so that you become the main figures of the three-day weekend age. There are three things this time. The second is the three courtyards, right? The first one (Lecture 1) was about firmly establishing the prayer bartizan and the movement of holy meditation. That is how it must be done.

▶ If you pray with the three courtyards as your goal, God will certainly complete the 300% for you. I have experienced this for over 30 years. I was very poor and had no background. Others were in a better position than I was. I wanted to study more, but I was in no situation to do so. My friend went abroad to study, but I couldn’t go. At that time, I discovered something important. If God does not let me go, then I will not go; I will go somewhere better. Where did I go? Two places. At that time, riding the bus was wonderful for me—it was books and the field. Every day, fortunately, on my way home from school, our church was in the middle. I would drop off my bag and go to the field every day, carrying my books. I received tremendous grace. That’s when I saw this (300%). So it’s possible. It’s never difficult. While I was between university and graduate school, this was my target. This is what Christ promised—not just 24, but the three courtyards: the courtyard of the Gentiles, the courtyard of children, and the prayer and healing courtyard. You must find this.

Introduction – The Three Stages of the Bartizan of Light
Now, an important answer comes. What is it? A three-stage bartizan of light will emerge. Are there really stages? No. Why does Pastor Ryu have so many terms? Sorry, but when you have many children, you must give them names. If no one is born, there’s nothing to name. When you go to many fields, you need to know the names of those places. What does this mean? You must do your best, work hard, challenge yourself, and study. That is the first stage. Right? That is stage one. But don’t get stuck there. You should not live your walk of faith like that. That, too, is God’s grace, but it is still the first stage. What is the second stage? Our thoughts, ideas, and convictions. These are important, right? But this is not the ultimate answer either. It is the second stage. You must see this.

When you see this, the third stage of the bartizan of light emerges.

  1. The seven remnants (young adults)
▶ This is what the seven remnants saw. They surely saw it. When these remnants became young adults, they saved the world.
  2. Mt Olive (Acts 1:1–14)
▶ But Jesus summed up this blessing and delivered it on Mt Olive.
  3. Paul (Philippians 3:1–21)
▶ Who caught this the best? It was Paul. That’s why God entrusted the world to him. In Philippians 3, he made his full confession. He spoke about his upbringing. None of it was wrong. He also explained how he had joined Judaism and had a deep life of faith. But that’s not the main point here; it’s about this third stage. From there came the statement, “Our citizenship is in heaven…”

▶ So now, even when you worship, you must make it a habit to enter into deep prayer and deep breathing for your health. If you do that, it’s amazing. When I read a book, I’m looking down. I’m also looking down at my phone and my computer. The tremendous aftereffects of this were revealed in a paper by a certain doctor. As long as your lower abdomen is engaged, it’s okay to read even in this position. If you always pray and, for older people, keep the lower abdomen engaged, your blood pressure may rise a bit. For younger people, it doesn’t rise. So it’s fine. Always gain strength and enter into the level of prayer. Don’t worry about the future; it’s certain.

Main Message – At This Time, Three Things Will Come

1. Standard for your work
▶ The bartizan of light will come upon your work. It will be connected like this. This is very important; it will come upon your work. Then the five secrets will begin to appear. This work will also have standards.

1) 237 nations – It must align with the 237. This will be even more so in the future.

2) 5000 tribes – It must align with the 5000 tribes.

3) Kings – It must align with kings.
▶ Right now, there’s no need to meet kings. In the age of the internet, that will come naturally when the time comes. This is the standard for your work. Without a doubt, it’s true. A certain female student once sent a letter to the Queen of England long ago, saying, “I love England, I want to go to England, and I want to study in England.” Usually, such letters don’t reach the Queen, but it reached her hand. The Queen was moved and sent an invitation, instructing her staff to help this girl study in England. Why? Because the Queen was pleased—if we love God and love the gospel, this will surely happen.

2. Church (the three-day weekend age)
▶ Then this comes. The light will now come upon the church, and you will begin to carry out ministry. This is called the three-day weekend age. In the three-day weekend age, you must have the answer, right? That’s the church. In the three-day weekend age, what comes from here?

1) Synagogue, lecture hall, marketplace
▶ Why did Paul go to the synagogue? Here’s another thing. Why did he go to the lecture hall? That’s a slightly higher level. Why did he go to the marketplace? These important points emerge. The marketplace is related to the economy.

2) Healing, summit, flow
▶ What must you do during the three-day weekend? Healing, raising remnants as the summit. What about Sunday? Ride the flow of saving the 237 and the 5000 tribes. This is the answer you will receive. In a sense, it will be confirmed.

3) Works (heritage)
▶ If you try to do this properly in the church, it’s hard, right? There are elders above you, so you can’t do as you please. If young adults try to do everything, they’ll say, “Why are these kids acting up?” So you can’t do it. And you don’t have a lot of money prepared. Nor do you have remnants following you. But you are in an important position. That’s why I say—create works. Then it’s over. This is what you must make into your eternal heritage. Turn works into heritage.

▶ You can do this now. If a musician has great works, no one can stop them. So if you truly create works in prayer, they will go global. You just haven’t seized this part, but it can be done easily. In a way, because the older generation has all missed this, you must not miss it. Our older generation couldn’t help it; they had to succeed. That’s unavoidable, right? But you must not be like that. Prepare for what comes after success. People may not understand this well, but you must. Right now, I’m preparing for how to carry on this movement when the first generation steps back. Right? When the first generation steps back, how will you young adults and our future generations carry on this movement? I’m preparing for that step by step. You must prepare for what comes next.

3. Future
▶ From this point, this emerges. The economy of light and the three stages of the bartizan will come before your future. If you fall too far behind, you can’t catch up. Through prayer, God promised to show you what is to come. If I truly pray, I can see the future. This is the future Paul saw.

1) Christ
▶ In the synagogue, he explained why this term “Christ” was the answer.

2) Sabbath
▶ In the synagogue, he explained what the Sabbath truly meant—true worship and prayer.

3) Kingdom
▶ In the synagogue, he explained what the Kingdom of God was. This began to spread worldwide to the scattered peoples.

▶ If you are enjoying this answer, you will go out to the world. It’s certain. You must be doing this even now. You can do it when times are hard and also easily when times are good. Because this is missed, many important people spend their 24 hours worrying about the world, and then when problems come, it’s too late. When a serious problem comes and I face destruction, then it’s too late. Of course, even then, through prayer, you can change it by God’s power. But unbelievers collapse at that time. Since you already have all the answers, you must be different from middle and high school students. You are already people of the field.

Conclusion: Always
▶ What is the conclusion? It goes back to the same point. Always—this is the conclusion. It’s the start and the conclusion. It’s something you do always.

  1. Prayer 24/25/eternity
▶ Always—no one can take it from you. If you are doing it now, that’s enough. If it’s taken away, it’s because you let Satan take it. But otherwise, it won’t be taken. Always do it.
  2. Healing 24/25/eternity
▶ Healing of myself and the field—24/25/eternity. This must be done always.
  3. Globalization/Evangelization – 24/25/eternity
▶ Globalization—possible through prayer. Evangelization—these two must be combined for world evangelization. You can’t have world evangelization without globalization, and you can’t have globalization without evangelization. The combination of the two is world evangelization. Always—one day it will come. “I, the Lord, will do it swiftly in its time” (Isaiah 60:20–22), “The least of you will become a thousand, the smallest a mighty nation. I am the Lord; in its time I will do this swiftly!”

▶ This is the covenant that you young adults must seriously hold onto. You must not fail to hold it. If you don’t, later in life you will end up working errands for unbelievers. That must not happen, right? After all the messages you’ve heard and after you’ve guarded the gospel, if later in life you end up running errands for unbelievers or Satan, does that make sense? Because of you, churches will be revived. Because of you, evangelists will gain strength—that’s the Romans 16 people. Because of you, future generations will gain strength—that’s the three-day weekend age. Because of you, the multiethnic peoples of the world will gain strength—that’s the three courtyards. Let us give a round of applause to glorify our Triune God. Let us pray.

Prayer. May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the King of kings, the infinite love of God, and the working of the power of the Holy Spirit be with all our young adults who will fulfill 24/25/eternity, with the young adults who will save the world, with the young adults who will revive the church and future generations, now and forevermore. Amen.

Hymn
Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing
Robert Robinson · Chris Tomlin

Come thou fount of ev’ry blessing, tune my heart to sing Thy grace
Streams of mercy never ceasing, call for songs of loudest praise
Teach me some melodious sonnet, sung by flaming tongues above
Praise the mount I’m fixed upon it, mount of Thy redeeming love

Here I raise my Ebenezer, hither by Thy help I’m come
And I hope by Thy good pleasure, safely to arrive at home
Jesus sought me when a stranger, wond’ring from the fold of God
He, to rescue me from danger, interposed His precious blood

How Your kindness yet pursues me, how Your mercy never fails me
Till the day that death shall lose me, I will sing, oh, I will sing

Oh to grace, how great a debtor, daily I’m constrained to be
Let thy goodness like a fetter, bind my wand’ring heart to Thee
Prone to wander, Lord, I feel it, prone to leave the God I love
Here’s my heart, Lord, take and seal it, seal it for Thy courts above

How Your kindness yet pursues me, how Your mercy never fails me
Till the day that death shall lose me, I will sing, oh, I will sing

How Your kindness yet pursues me, how Your mercy never fails me
Till the day that death shall lose me, I will sing, oh, I will sing
Till the day that death shall lose me, I will sing, oh, I will sing

Prone to wander, Lord I feel it, prone to leave the God I love
Here’s my heart, Lord, take and seal it, seal it for Thy courts above
Here’s my heart, Lord, take and seal it, seal it for Thy courts above

Confession of Faith
The Apostles’ Creed

I believe in God, the Father Almighty,
Maker of heaven and earth;

And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, Our Lord,
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
Born of the Virgin Mary,
Suffered under Pontius Pilate,
Was crucified, dead, and buried.
He descended into hell.
The third day He rose again from the dead.
He ascended into heaven,
And is seated at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty;
From thence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit,
The holy universal Church,
The communion of saints,
The forgiveness of sins,
The resurrection of the body
And life everlasting. Amen.

You may have learned to do your best, to become the best, and to fight to win. As a result, almost everyone lives this way—and then becomes sick.
Matthew 11:28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
Matthew 4:19 “Come, follow me, and I will send you out to fish for people.”
Mark 3:13–15 “I called you so that you might be with me, and that I might send you out to preach and to have authority to drive out demons.”
John 16:33 “Take heart! I have overcome the world.”
Acts 1:8 “When the Holy Spirit comes on you, you will receive power; and you will be my witnesses to the ends of the earth.”
Philippians 3:1–21 Paul, who realized this, confessed, “I consider what I have gained so far to be loss because I did not know the gospel because of it. I have done nothing. I have accomplished nothing. I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward. Our citizenship is in heaven. It is okay even if I have nothing. He has given us the name that makes all things subject to him.”

▣ Introduction – God has set you as watchmen.

  1. Bartizan, journey, guidepost – You must establish the bartizan given by the Lord, then walk that journey and set up the guidepost.

  2. Change your imprint, root, and nature. If not, you cannot do spiritual healing or world evangelization.

  3. Only, uniqueness, re-creation – Begin with only, go with uniqueness, and leave behind the works of re-creation.

  4. The remnant, the pilgrim, the conqueror – As a remnant and pilgrim, go as a conqueror to block the darkness.

  5. Beginning, process, end – Begin with only, the pilgrim’s path is the process, and the end is to go as a conqueror.

  6. 24, 25, eternity – If you do not know this, you cannot truly pray.

  7. The one who guards, the one who proclaims, the one who saves – The watchman is the one who guards, the one who proclaims, and the one who saves.

▷ If you do not understand what it means to begin with only, you will end up running errands for the world and for Satan. I only checked prayer, the Word, evangelism, the field, and the flow of the nation—and it was the God who works.

▣ Main Message
Whichever nation opens the multiethnic age first will win. It is about making it so that the 5000 tribes can be trained.

1. The bartizan of only (discovery) – my 300% – Establish the bartizan of only. This is about discovering.

1) Acts 1:1 – Only Christ

2) Acts 1:3 – Only the Kingdom of God

3) Acts 1:8 – Only the Holy Spirit

2. The journey of uniqueness (pre-possessing) – the field 300% – Walk the journey of uniqueness. This is about pre-possessing.

1) Acts 13:1–4 – Go being completely led by the Holy Spirit. He revealed the person, the place, and the work.

2) Acts 13:5–11 – By the work of the Holy Spirit, the Nephilim were healed.

3) Acts 13:12 – The proconsul became a disciple
▷ This is how you must do business and study. There is no need to worry about the future.

3. The guidepost of re-creation (challenge) – the future 300% – Challenge the guidepost of re-creation. Only then can you do world missions.

1) The path of the 237

2) The path of the 5000 must be seen—they will come to you.

3) Your path must align with that of TCK, CCK, and NCK.

▣ Conclusion – What you will see

  1. John 19:30 – You will see the covenant of Calvary that completely resolved the past, present, and future.

  2. Acts 1:3 – You will see the works of the Kingdom of God that He spoke about for forty days.

  3. Acts 2:1–13 – “When the day of Pentecost came,” in the Mark’s upper room, you will see the five flows (the Word, prayer, evangelism, the field, one nation).

  4. Acts 11:19 – Those who had been scattered gathered in Antioch. This is a tremendous path.

  5. Acts 13:1 – For the first time on earth, the sending of missionaries to testify to Christ took place.

  6. Acts 16:6–10 – From Troas to Macedonia

  7. Acts 19:21 – “I must also see Rome.”

▷ The true answer is when the fulfillment of the Word, the life movement, and the evangelism movement take place. You must be the main figure here. Your work and your life must be used for world evangelization.

Forum & Prayer

God’s Presence in His Word

Revelation 1:1-3. The revelation from Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show his servants what must soon take place. He made it known by sending his angel to his servant John, who testifies to everything he saw—that is, the word of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ. Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near.

The most profound, enduring, and tangible way that God is present in our lives is through His Word. It is the means by which He reveals His heart, His will, and His promises to us. Yet tragically, many hear the Word of God but never allow it to take root in their hearts. They treat it lightly, as if God’s promises were mere suggestions rather than the very foundation of life.

When God speaks, He is not giving us optional advice—He is declaring eternal truth. If we do not take His promise seriously, we inevitably slip into unbelief. This robs us of the joy of answered prayer and leaves us spiritually dry. Some even replace the unchanging authority of God’s Word with fleeting spiritual sensations or mystical experiences, forgetting that only His Word is a sure foundation.

Jesus explained this truth through a parable, saying that the seed sown by the farmer represents the Word of God. Some fall along the path—these hear the Word, but the devil quickly snatches it from their hearts so they cannot believe and be saved. Others are like seed on rocky ground—they receive the Word with joy at first, but because it has no root, their faith lasts only for a short time, and when testing comes, they fall away. Still others are like seed that falls among thorns—they hear the Word, but as they go on in life, worries, the pursuit of wealth, and the desire for pleasure choke it, keeping them from growing to maturity (Luke 8:4–14).

Scripture is not a collection of religious sayings. It is alive. “The Word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart” (Hebrews 4:12).

The Word is living, breathing, and working in every corner of your life. It has the power to examine, confront, heal, and restore you. The promises it contains do not expire, for “the word of our God endures forever” (Isaiah 40:8). And what God has spoken will not fail: “It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.” (Isaiah 55:11)

Whenever you hear the Word preached in your church, do not merely register it as the voice of a human messenger. Listen beyond the sermon to hear the voice of the living God speaking directly to your heart. Seek to read His heart in the Scriptures. Ask the Holy Spirit to make His Word burn within you, just as it did for the two disciples on the road to Emmaus: “They asked each other, ‘Were not our hearts burning within us while he talked with us on the road and opened the Scriptures to us?’” (Luke 24:32)

Anchor your life to the promise of His Word—a promise that is unshakable, unchanging, and able to withstand every storm you will ever face. It is a promise that transcends all your circumstances, reaching beyond the limits of what you can see or understand. When you stand firmly on this foundation, you will discover that God is faithful to fulfill what He has spoken.

Throughout the week, confirm the fulfillment of the Word you have received at your local church. Let your mornings be shaped by the promises you meditate on, and let each day be guided by the truth God has already spoken into your life. This is how you continually enjoy His presence—by living in, with, and through His Word.

You are deeply blessed because God Himself is speaking to you through Scripture. So read it. Hear it. Treasure it. Obey it. And watch as it transforms your life.

Prayer. Father, I thank You for being with me through Your Word. Open my ears to truly hear You, and open my eyes to see the mystery of Christ in every page of Scripture. Let Your Word burn within my heart, guiding my steps and strengthening my faith. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The Watchman Who Prepares for the Age: The Young Adults of the Monarchical Age

Message 2: Watchman Who Prepares for the Age – Young Adults of the Monarchical Era (Esther 4:1–16)

Introduction
The work of God’s kingdom – the throne (40 days) → 24/25/00/300%/secret
Bartizan – Journey – Guidepost
→ The absolute bartizan of the three courtyards

The overall theme of this conference has been “Watchman Who Prepares in Advance.”
Every year, as we hold the World Young Adults Conference, we gain strength. We also enjoy various festivals and give presentations. However, because your time is limited, you must prepare with a calm heart.

What must you prepare? I will give two lectures in a row. In this second lecture, although each of you has personal difficulties, the truth remains: you are watchmen who prepare for the age. You are not simply remnants preparing for the future — you are watchmen who go beyond that.

In the first lecture, we looked at watchmen who guarded biblical history.

What is the thing that the older generation most easily overlooks? If you do not prepare now, you will end up the same way. I’m not saying all older believers are like this — in fact, because of them you are receiving answers. But generally speaking, when they fail to hold on to what Christ has given, they inevitably end up living by the ways of the world. They have no choice — they must live in the world. But by living according to worldly methods, their core naturally shifts.

It may sound lofty to say they have fallen into Genesis 3, 6, and 11, but in reality, this is what happens: life becomes increasingly difficult. It is as if this (worldly method) becomes the main subject. Even when going to church, instead of hearing God’s voice and His amazing works, people mostly hear about urgent physical concerns.

We don’t intentionally choose to live by the ways of the world — it just happens. But do you know what a completely heretical group like Shincheonji says in criticism of today’s traditional churches? They point at us and say, “They don’t live the life of faith — they live for the flesh!” Of course they are wrong, but we must admit there are lessons even in the words of those who are wrong.

They have even gone as far as to say something extreme — that pastors in Korean churches have not studied theology. Instead, they studied “humanology” — human-centered learning — knowing only about people and not about God. While it is a serious problem for anyone to be deceived by such falsehood, it is also a problem if we ourselves fail to hold on to the truth. We must know exactly what is wrong — both in the enemy and in ourselves.

If you trace this problem back to its root, you find yourself in Judaism, where the gospel began. Judaism was focused on keeping the law but did not understand what original sin was. Original sin means that humanity has been separated from God, fallen into destruction, and become slaves to Satan. God has provided only one way of salvation — Christ — the lifeline of salvation. He tells us to believe this because we cannot obtain or create salvation ourselves.

But the idea of “being saved by faith” made no sense to them. They thought, “Shouldn’t you live correctly to be saved?” Of course we should live rightly — but everyone has problems. The Jews pointed at those problems and criticized. So when Christ came and said He would forgive their sins, they thought, “How can You forgive sins? You need to repent yourself!” To an unbeliever, the Pharisees’ words sounded more reasonable.

This is how spiritual disaster struck the nation of Israel. The Bible records only the disasters that befell them — and the few who survived when they realized the gospel. Despite such clear revelation, they lost hold of all things spiritual. That is why you must not miss this point while you are still young.

The work of God’s kingdom (40 days – the throne) → Bartizan / Journey / Guidepost
After Jesus declared, “It is finished,” He called the disciples to the Mount of Olives. There, for 40 days, He spoke about this. Why do we lose hold of this? If something is important, we must not miss it — and He spoke about it for 40 days.

The disciples could not fully understand it at the time. If a spiritual problem comes, and you don’t even know why it is happening, what will happen to you when you become an adult? You will be shaken. And when you are shaken, you will start blaming the church, or attacking others when they make mistakes, or criticizing your spouse when family problems arise.

On the Mount of Olives, Jesus gave an incredible message. In one word, it was this: the throne — how it comes, and how to set your eyes upon it. He told them to build an unshakable bartizan in their hearts, to journey with that bartizan, and to set up key bartizans in various places to save each era — these are the guideposts. In Acts 1:8, He explained it in detail.

If you lose hold of this, you will never make it.

Introduction – The Ends of the Earth (5000 tribes)
Why did Jesus specifically say “to the ends of the earth”? We must listen carefully to His words and set our direction accordingly. Paul understood “the ends of the earth” to mean going as far as Spain — and that was fine. But for us today, the ends of the earth means the places we cannot reach.

We must open our eyes to the 5000 tribes that remain unreached. The 237 nations can be reached — even if we ourselves don’t go, there are missionaries there. But these 5000 tribes are covered in darkness and are shaking the entire world. If we don’t go, the Nephilim will completely consume them. The great powers have taken over these tribes and use them at will.

This is the reality you must quickly discern.

1. David – 1 Samuel 17:1–47
David received more than one or two answers from God, but let us look at one specific example. He stood as a witness before King Saul — this is the kind of blessing you must catch.

When Goliath attacked Israel, he proposed a challenge — a condition for battle. In history, some wars break out suddenly, but often conditions are set first. Most commonly, it is over disputed land: “That land belongs to us — give it to us or we will attack.” This is happening now between Ukraine and Russia — “Donbas belongs to us because our people live there.”

Goliath’s condition was to avoid wasting manpower and resources: “Let’s fight one-on-one. If I lose, we Philistines will serve you; if you lose, you serve us.” And he mocked Israel for 40 days. Not a single person stepped forward to fight — not even King Saul. Even offering wealth and his daughter in marriage to the man who would defeat Goliath changed nothing.

David came, bringing food from his father to his brothers, and heard Goliath’s mockery. He decided on his own to fight. When he told his brothers, they scolded him harshly: “You arrogant boy!” When he told the commander, the man reluctantly passed the message to Saul.

Saul was incredulous: “He is a warrior and you are just a youth.” But David replied, “The Lord rescued me from the paw of the lion and the bear; He will rescue me from this Philistine who defies Him. Let me go.” Saul agreed, though even his armor did not fit David.

David ran to the battlefield with only a sling and a staff. Goliath scoffed: “Do you think I am a dog, coming at me with sticks?” But David made a crucial confession of faith:
“You come against me with sword, spear, and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the Lord Almighty, whom you have defied. I will prove that life and victory are in the hand of the Lord, and all the earth will know that the Lord is God.”

Before Goliath could react, David slung a stone that struck his forehead. Then, without a sword of his own, he took Goliath’s sword and cut off his head. Carrying the head, David went before the king. Saul, astonished, asked, “Whose son are you?” — not because he didn’t know, but because the feat was so remarkable. David answered, “I am the son of your servant Jesse of Bethlehem.”

This is the kind of blessing God has prepared for you — to stand before kings and save the 5000 tribes.

2. Obadiah – 1 Kings 18:1–15
Because of Obadiah, Elijah survived. Because of him, Elisha arose, and the Dothan Movement took place. In the midst of an overwhelming crisis, Obadiah hid 100 prophets that King Ahab had ordered to be killed — an incredible act.

It is still a mystery how Ahab did not find out. Could he truly have been ignorant? Or did he know and choose not to act? The Bible gives no clear answer. Perhaps one day in heaven we can ask Obadiah directly.

3. Elisha – 2 Kings 2:9–11
Elisha, in my view, did something even greater than the Dothan Movement. What you must hold onto is this:
“Let a double portion of your spirit be upon me.” He was not asking for Bethel or Jericho, but for double the spiritual power Elijah had.

If this prayer is established in you now while you are young, you will surely save the 237 nations and the 5000 tribes. This gathering here is not man-made or accidental — God is raising remnants worldwide. You must open your eyes to see it.

4. Babylon – Daniel 1:8–9; Esther 2:10; 4:1–16
In Babylon, all the Israelites taken captive rose to high positions. Two verses are particularly important. In Daniel 1:8, Daniel “resolved” — he set his heart. You must be such people. Decide firmly; God will do the rest.

In Esther 2:10, Mordecai told Esther, who had become queen, “Do not reveal that you are a Jew.” Strangely, in Esther 4, when the Jews were about to be annihilated, Mordecai told her, “Now, reveal that you are a Jew.” He added, “If you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?”

Esther replied, “If I perish, I perish.” This is historical fact. Whenever the church faces difficulty, remember: for such a time as this — you are called to save.

Conclusion – Even Now
Your most important task is always the same: enjoy prayer (the covenant diagram) even now. This is both the beginning and the conclusion. Many people lose hold of it. It is right to pray when a problem arises, but more important is to see the world from within prayer.

When a great crisis comes — even something like a terminal diagnosis — yes, pray then. But far more important is to have already gained strength through prayer before the crisis comes. That is the greater preparation.

Called to Be with Him

Mark 3:13-15. Jesus went up on a mountainside and called to him those he wanted, and they came to him. 14 He appointed twelve that they might be with him and that he might send them out to preach 15 and to have authority to drive out demons.

The most important reason for God’s calling is not the tasks He assigns, but the relationship He desires. He did not call us primarily to give us work to do. He called us because He wanted to be with us.

From the beginning, God’s purpose has been to restore our broken fellowship with Him. He wants us to delight in His presence—the only true answer to every problem in life. He desires that we experience His power, His peace, and His joy in a way that transforms our entire being.

It is only after we have been with Him that He sends us out to do His work—preaching the good news, healing the brokenhearted, and driving out the darkness. Without first knowing and enjoying His presence, all our ministry efforts, no matter how impressive, will be empty and powerless.

Thus, do not rush to fill your life with activity. Do not measure your calling by how much you do. Learn to be with God first. Sit at His feet like Mary did (Luke 10:39). Listen to Him. Obey what He says. In doing so, you will find that His presence equips you far more than any human preparation could.

Only then will everything you do have eternal value. As Jesus said, “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in Me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from Me you can do nothing” (John 15:5).

When Jesus first called His disciples, His invitation was simple yet profound: “Come, follow Me.” Their first task was not to preach or perform miracles—it was to walk with Him. Only after that did He reveal the purpose: “I will send you out to fish for people” (Matthew 4:19).

Even after His resurrection, as He prepared to ascend into heaven, Jesus gave His disciples this unshakable promise: “And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age” (Matthew 28:20). This is not a vague encouragement—it is the ongoing reality of the risen Christ with His evangelists today.

Jesus does not promise to be with us in some distant, abstract way. He offers a personal, intimate presence in every area of life: “Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with Me” (Rev 3:20).

King David understood this truth well. He declared, “The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing” (Psalm 23:1). David’s assurance did not rest on “the green pastures” or “the quiet waters.” It was not grounded in finding “the right paths” or in the absence of enemies. His peace came from one thing—his Shepherd was with him. That was enough, because in God is everything.

Today, will you seek the greatest blessing—the presence of God Himself? Let His kingdom be your first priority, your deepest joy, and your greatest treasure.

Prayer. Father, I thank You for being with me in every area of my life. Teach me to follow You closely and to obey without hesitation. May Your presence be evident in my thoughts, my words, my actions, and in every meeting I have today. Let my life be rooted in You, so that all I do may bear fruit that lasts. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

▶ “The watchman who prepares in advance”—what must we prepare?
First, there are three things that cannot be done once a person becomes the older generation. If these are missed, it becomes difficult. Since you will also one day be the older generation, you may ask, “Then can’t we grow old with God’s power?” That’s another question. You simply need to know why it doesn’t work when one becomes the older generation. Mental illness doesn’t heal easily, right? If you know why it doesn’t heal, then you can address it. It’s just that people don’t realize why it doesn’t heal. When someone has a mental illness, they get trapped in their own world and keep obsessing over what is wrong. And those around them contribute to it. Going to church once and attending a service doesn’t fix it either. If the two are combined, the person will never be healed for the rest of their life. But if you understand this fact, then healing becomes possible. When you reach the stage of being the older generation, you will also be in that position and may not be able to do well. This is why it’s so important that you know this now.

▶ Mechanism of prayer – what must be prepared? Let me first give the conclusion.
Prayer = Thought (My thoughts – Genesis 3, 6, 11) → Prayer is very important for us right now. But everyone has thoughts. That’s important. Everyone has thoughts, but usually they are our own thoughts. And we often don’t realize it. When we operate on our own thoughts, we fall into Genesis 3. This happens to anyone. Even those who are saved, if they proceed based on their own thoughts, they will end up on that path. Later they realize they’ve been caught by something entirely different—that’s the Nephilim. Without even realizing it, everyone here judges according to their own thoughts. But if you change just this, tremendous things will happen. In simple terms, I am talking about the mechanism of prayer. There are three conditions for receiving answers in prayer. If we miss this, we end up in Genesis 11—the Tower of Babel. It hardly ever works out.

Small answers, trap of doctrine → This leads to another problem. People focus on small answers from the past—“Let’s do this, let’s do that, this is how it should be.” They also have doctrines, which could be considered theology. These are good in themselves, but they can become traps. You may receive real answers, but if they become a trap, that’s when it won’t connect with the older generation. When your black hair starts turning white…

Chosen people, Yahweh, Messiah, Law, tradition, system → This mindset leads to ruin. “We are the chosen people”—it sounds good, but people die spiritually because of this. You can die because of the answers you’ve received, so you must beware. Young people often don’t understand this, and older people don’t either. The time to understand this is in your youth. Many elders in the church make sacrifices and serve with their own thoughts without realizing this. A pastor is supposed to lead elders and the church in God’s direction. But when these merge, the work doesn’t go well. That’s why young people must rise up knowing what prayer, the Word, and evangelism really are. The danger is seen in the Jews: they received many answers, but ended up claiming, “Our God is the God of our nation.” Their Messiah was not the Savior of all nations, but one who would save only their own nation and destroy the others. And they were convinced of this. The wrong convictions of the older generation—even with evidence—are dangerous. Do you know why Israel fell? It was because of the Kibbutz movement, which moved the world at one time. Because of it, they rejected the gospel. Rejection is one thing, but they dismissed it outright, which is far worse. Young people, the little answers you have now are not the important thing—you must be in the important path. Think carefully about this. The Jews had more than 100 rules for keeping just one Sabbath. They insisted on traditions that had nothing to do with God’s Word, and even created systems. Because of this, the next generation suffered disaster seven times. Yet, in each such time, young people arose with the gospel to save the world. When remnants grew up into young adults, changes happened. If you become a church leader, you can bring change.

▶ But if you don’t know this, whether you become a church leader or not, you’ll still act on your own thoughts. The best gift God gave man over animals is thought, but the most dangerous thing is my own thought. Even with answers and many blessings, your own thoughts can still ruin things. This is why many pastors calculate—“Is this profitable? Is that profitable?”—and then make moves accordingly. Han Feizi once told his king, “Your Majesty, all people live for one word—profit. If something is profitable for them, they will do anything. If someone seems too strong, you must cut them down early. If you leave them alone, when the time comes they will turn against you. If someone does wrong, punish them severely so that others will not dare to act for their own profit.” It sounds reasonable, but Han Feizi also died that way.

Bartizan + Journey + Guidepost / 24 + 25 + Eternity + Practice + Mystery / Enjoyment + Waiting + Challenge – Absolute enterprise → Replace your own thoughts with what God has already prophesied and established long ago: His bartizan, journey, and guidepost. In this conference, if you complete the 300% work of enjoying the blessings of 24, 25, and eternity, and keep the mystery, then great things happen. But why is it not working? Because people do not truly understand this. For example, before Mark’s Upper Room Church, there was Dongkwang Church. One pastor there was arrested by police on the way home from leading dawn prayer—caught stealing from someone’s house. Imagine the shock for the congregation—it was a total mental collapse. The pastor’s messages were reportedly excellent, but spiritually he was undone, leading him to commit theft. This is not to excuse him, but to understand what really happened spiritually.

▶ The world is full of these things. That’s why you young people must realize, “Ah, this is the first thing the older generation cannot do.” That’s why they constantly talk about the past—they are trapped there. The most difficult people to deal with are the self-made people. When they think of success, they live their faith based on that self-made success. Beyond that, there is no other answer. It must be changed.

Last Sunday in the first service I said this: Paul was a remarkable man. He was proud of having graduated from the highest university, trained under the greatest leader, gained the highest position, and been in line to be an important national representative in the future. That satisfaction is what made a Pharisee. But Paul was not satisfied with that—he began the Jewish movement. Many influential figures emerged from that movement, but that still was not the answer. Paul realized this. He said, “I consider it all rubbish, I count it as loss,” and looked toward what lay ahead. “I never knew the word ‘Christ.’ Up until now I only thought about what I would accomplish—but I realize I have not already obtained it, I have been taken hold of by Christ. I only knew earthly things, but now I understand the prize of the upward call. I once thought Roman citizenship was great, but now I know what heavenly citizenship is. I consider everything loss.” What a tremendous message.

▶ Everything must be torn down. Of all who heard what Jesus taught on Mt Olive, only one person actually put it into practice—Paul. Jesus spent 40 days explaining about the kingdom of God, and in Acts 19:8, the only one who boldly proclaimed the kingdom of God was Paul. That’s why, to our remnants, I said in this conference: hold on to two real lifelines—hold on to the lifeline of prayer that saves yourself, and the lifeline that saves your brain, body, and life. That is 24. Then God will surely work—that is 25. Then you will see the eternal and challenge toward it.

That’s why people find it hard to enjoy, to wait, and to challenge. These don’t come easily. In recent years, God’s plan permitting, there were those who tried to destroy us with more than 100 lies over several years—inciting other organizations to spread them. They said that young people were the ones most shaken. I was shocked—“The young people are shaken?” If your church truly does the evangelism movement, there will be many things that happen. But you must not be shaken. You must enjoy, wait, and challenge.

Waiting is the thing Koreans do worst—this is why we have never won a Nobel Prize and why we cannot dominate the global market. Among the world’s top 100 economic leaders, there is no Korean. Japan, for example, has Honda. People fail to wait because they cannot enjoy. If you are truly enjoying something real, then waiting becomes possible, and you can challenge toward the eternal.

▶ Remember this: I am giving the conclusion in the introduction—so don’t miss it. This is not my own word—look at the Bible. The biggest problem is that the answers we have received become the problem. Israel always said, “Do you know who we are? We are the chosen people. We defeated Egypt. We survived the wilderness.” They were stuck in that, but lost the gospel. Do not be such people. The youth stage is the most important time. Whether you will become the pastor’s arms and pillars in the future is in your hands. When you become a church leader, don’t talk about how much the pastor spends—give him a card and say, “Pastor, use this freely for evangelism and missions.” Such church leaders must arise. I’m not saying this because I love money—I don’t need money. I’ve traveled to so many conference sites, always well-fed, often too full to eat. But most pastors cannot do evangelism or missions—not because they don’t want to, but because they lack money. When they see someone in crisis, they want to help but cannot.

So in this first message, what should you see? The overall title is not just “preparation”—there is always History in the covenant. You are the watchman who guards this. If you miss this, it is disastrous. Israel lost not only the covenant but also the History of the covenant. But among them arose young people who rediscovered the covenant. I will highlight just three important parts today—the young adults of the Patriarchal Age. The Bible is divided into three eras: the Patriarchal Age with many important figures; the Monarchical Age, beginning with King Saul; and finally the Early Church Age.

Introduction – History
In this first session, we must see how the young adults of the Patriarchal Age lived.

  1. Flow
▶ This is why I use the word “history”—because there is always a flow. You must hold this and judge history accordingly. No matter how much you work, if you are in a different flow, you are in a different place.
  2. Reformation
▶ These young people did not focus on “revolution” but on finding the original, what belongs to God. In some ways, it was not “information,” nor was it “ex-formation” that spreads outward. You must find this original thing.
  3. Baton
▶ They took hold of the baton to pass it on.

▶ Young people must know this—if this truly becomes the answer in your prayer, then what you receive is not just any enterprise but an absolute enterprise. This blessing will bring it. It’s very easy—hold on to just two lifelines: the lifeline of prayer and the lifeline of life. Just these two will suffice. It’s almost certain.

Main – What did the young adults of the Patriarchal Age do?
The most important point: ① The start of Nobody. This is important. This was not just a word I knew—one young person who prayed with me used this expression: “The start of Nobody.” More precisely, you must be Nobody. I once thought, “It would have been nice if my parents could have helped me,” but if they had, I would have ended up doing something worthless. Second: the predictable word—② Go toward Nothing. Third: always remember this—young people must become this way. “Don’t we have to eat and live?” Yes, that’s true. “Don’t we have to succeed in the world?” Even more true. But the Bible is not telling you to aim for such small things. The Bible’s plan for you is world evangelization. You must receive answers big enough for that. If you haven’t received it, something is wrong. And no one else can give it to you—no one else can help you discover it. That’s why ③ Get out of your own thoughts and hold the most important promise—make the power of the throne your own. This is the summary of the Bible: “Leave your thoughts, leave what’s yours, and take the power from above.” It may seem abstract, but the day you see it as reality, works will happen. If you see this merely as something in the Bible, you won’t move. But when you see it as your story, you can conquer the world. Once you know this answer, you will understand the verse, “Believe that you have received what you asked for in prayer.” Joseph prayed and received answers. David prayed as a boy and received answers. The Early Church had no power but went to the ends of the earth—and they did it.

1. The start of Nobody
▶ Let’s look briefly at some figures.

1) Noah (Genesis 6:14, 18, 20)
▶ In Noah’s time, there was no one else to help—make yourself an ark, for the age of the Nephilim has come. Make an ark to save your descendants and preserve life.

2) Abraham (Genesis 22:1–21)
▶ Later God called Abraham. God gave him many promises, but perhaps the most important was Genesis 22:1–21. What was it? To offer the miraculous son he had received on Mount Moriah. Verse 1 says, “God tested Abraham.” This was not temptation from Satan but a test from God—like a school test to raise his skill. The key is that God provided a ram in place of his son and promised, “Through your seed all nations will be blessed.”

3) Isaac (Genesis 26:10–24)
▶ Another patriarchal figure was Isaac. He farmed and reaped a hundredfold. Why? You must know the reason. In that time, to have many wells was to be rich. His father had dug many wells, but enemies kept blocking them—yet he found the spring source itself. Despite constant attacks, he received the greater blessing of Rehoboth. Why Nobody? Because God was giving him something the world did not have, for him to enjoy.

4) Jacob (Genesis 32:23–32)
▶ Jacob wrestled at the Jabbok River. God said, “Your name will no longer be Jacob but Israel,” meaning “one who wrestles with God and prevails.” How does one prevail with God? Like a child who keeps asking until the father says, “I have lost to you!”—not literally losing, but granting the request. From that point, answers began.

5) Joseph (Genesis 37:1–11)
▶ Joseph inherited the covenant in the Patriarchal Age—dreaming of world evangelization. Whether he was sold as a slave or not didn’t matter. Joseph never made excuses—never in any record of Scripture. In trouble, he spoke of God; in blessing, he spoke of God; before Pharaoh, he spoke of God.

Alright — here’s Part 3, starting from 2. The start of Nothing (Egyptian Age) and continuing in your exact requested format.

2. The start of Nothing (Egyptian Age)
▶ If you hold on to just this answer and begin to enjoy it, you can go anywhere—even to a place with nothing. What is that? At last, the Egyptian Age opened.

1) Slavery (Absolute impossibility)
▶ The entire Israelite nation became slaves. This is what happened—they were all enslaved. What could be done? They were facing death, but at that time, Jochebed discovered one thing. This is the realm of absolute impossibility. You must remember this: people say “Don’t despair,” but in reality, you must see the despair clearly. You must correctly identify absolute impossibility wherever it exists.

2) Exodus 2:1–10 (Absolute possibility)
▶ Then comes Exodus 2:1–10. The mother thought, “There is only one place where my son can survive—the palace.” There was only one thing her son must carry—the covenant. That was enough. This is what we call “absolute possibility.” You must be able to find this at any time, and enjoy it at any time. Do not worry about the future. It is not about “doing” but about making other preparations. If you do not have what is in (Diagram ④) and are instead trapped in (Diagram ①), you will grow old without realizing it. And if you lack (Diagram ④), you will end up like (Diagram ①)—satisfied with small answers, talking only about the past. That’s what older people do—they have no future to talk about, so they talk only about the past. That is dangerous.

3) The 40 years in the wilderness
▶ So God led them into an important 40 years in the wilderness. Three important things were given.

(1) Three feasts, the ark of the covenant, and the tabernacle – In the 40-year wilderness journey, God gave the three feasts and the ark of the covenant—not that the ark itself was important, but that the covenant was inside. And the tabernacle was at the center. This is what God made known to them.

(2) Joshua and Caleb – The second important point is that God left behind two figures—Joshua and Caleb. You must receive this blessing. Joshua crossed the Jordan holding the covenant and brought down Jericho. He won a war that was unprecedented in history. And each time, a man who had been hidden appeared—Caleb. He was Joshua’s friend, and when Joshua became leader, Caleb said, “Just as I served Moses, I will serve you. I will not tolerate anyone who opposes you.” Even in the last conquest of the Anakim hill country, Caleb appeared again.

(3) Rahab (Joshua 2:1–16) – Do not miss this: in Joshua 2:1–16 we see Rahab. This was a precious moment—just by hearing the news and holding on to the covenant, works arose.

3. My thoughts – The throne (Judges era)
▶ You must take note of this: in the Judges era, people truly failed to obey. They wandered and drifted. The “judge” was someone who acted in place of a king, prophet, and priest. But more importantly, it became a complete Philistine era. Even in this time, a few important people appeared.

1) Othniel
▶ Othniel became the first judge and did well. He was Caleb’s son-in-law—in our terms, like becoming president.

2) Gideon (Judges 7:1–9)
▶ Then came Gideon. Most did not succeed, but Judges 7:1–8 records an interesting account. Israel went to war with the Midianites, whose forces were like swarms of locusts. God told Gideon, “Tell anyone who is fearful to go home.” Twenty-two thousand left, and ten thousand remained—meaning they had started with thirty-two thousand. Then God said, “Ten thousand is still too many. Take them to the water to drink.” Some drank while staying alert—only three hundred. God commanded Gideon, “Bring those three hundred.” Gideon could have protested—“They’re trembling with fear!”—but God said, “Bring them.” Why? To show that the victory and the power for this battle do not come from you. That is how unbelief was dealt with.

3) Samson (Judges 13:1–25)
▶ Another figure was Samson. Though God gave him great strength, he ultimately failed—being used by Delilah and dying as a result.

Judges 21:25 (One’s own opinion) – The Book of Judges ends with this conclusion, and you must remember it: “In those days Israel had no king” —that’s the situation. But the real point is: “Everyone did what was right in his own eyes.” This is the problem—acting according to one’s own thoughts. We often try to do great works to receive answers. No—that is God’s work. The most important thing for us, the real way to live, is that this mindset must be broken. If it is not, problems will continue. That is why this first lecture is about the first mechanism of prayer—it connects directly to us.

Conclusion: The historical bartizan of holy meditation
▶ So what conclusion must you draw? You must do this without fail. For young people, it is not a matter of “being able to do it” — you must build the historical bartizan of holy meditation. This is the task of young people. Build it without fail. Then you will overcome—overcome everything. Because of you, homes will be revived, churches will be revived, workplaces will be revived, and all places will be revived. Build the historical bartizan of holy meditation. Why? Because many of today’s three organizations and the Nephilim are raising up meditation movements. This is a very important message for us.

Become the main figures of the holy meditation movement…

  1. John 14:16
▶ Jesus said, “I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may be with you forever.”
  2. John 14:26
▶ In verse 26, He said, “The Helper, the Holy Spirit, will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you.” Is that not an amazing blessing?
  3. John 16:13
▶ In John 16:13, “He will disclose to you what is to come.” This is certain.
  4. John 20:22
▶ The reason I cite this is to show you how to pray: “He breathed on them and said, ‘Receive the Holy Spirit.’” Let the Holy Spirit enter you like life itself—just as the breath of life was breathed in—receive the Holy Spirit. From there I began to enjoy breath prayer. Never lose this. If not you, then who? Young people—if you wait until you are older, it will not work. You must take hold of this now. Then you need not worry about the future—He said He will make known the future. He said He will bring to remembrance what He has taught you. He said He will send the Helper to be with you forever. This is the difference between a believer and an unbeliever—you must enjoy this.

▶ Haven’t I told you this before? Wherever you go—whether you visit a region or not—go to a famous fortune-teller’s house to evangelize. Ask them questions. You will be surprised. First, they will immediately recognize you—they will know you are a child of God. The Bible says we are sealed with the Holy Spirit. Some people, though demon-possessed, are spiritually sensitive—they recognize this. I once preached this message, and my daughter actually went to a fortune-teller’s place. When she came back, she told me, “The fortune-teller couldn’t recognize me.” I told her, “Then that fortune-teller is fake.” There are fortune-tellers who are truly demon-possessed and those who just make things up. The demon-possessed ones will recognize you right away. The reason I am saying this is because you do not realize how tremendous the blessing you have received is. It is enormous. We have the background of the throne. This is what we fight with.

▶ Among the three things the older generation easily loses, I have spoken today about the first. I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ that you will become the main figures who will save the church with the second and third points to come. I will pray.

(Prayer)
God, we give You thanks. The most important young people are gathered here. May these young people rise and become the foundation for the remnants. May these young people rise and become the hosts, protectors, and co-workers of evangelists and missionaries. May they hold firmly to the covenant that is able to save the world.

In the name of Jesus Christ we pray.
Amen.
