– Bartizan 23 of the 3-day Weekend Age –
Scripture Reading: Acts 8:26-40

▣ Introduction
We should all live this way, but especially public servants must always remember three things.

[Unseen Eyes – Bartizan]
Earlier, when Elder Yoon Woongjang shared a report about public servants, I mentioned this: public servants must have an unseen bartizan. Only then can they walk the unseen journey. This is the most important thing.

I know an elder in Korea who is a well-known businessman. He fled from North Korea with nothing and eventually became wealthy. As he entered the business world, he noticed that influential people and major companies would often meet on Saturdays and Sundays. They would gather privately and make important decisions. But this elder couldn’t participate in those meetings.

He simply accepted it and worked hard in his own way. But there was a moment when he deeply missed the son and daughter he had left behind in North Korea. He wondered, “Are they living well?” Naturally, as a parent, he had such concerns.

Since this elder was a man of prayer, he decided, “I should offer scholarships to the children of my business partners.” He investigated and obtained a list of names. He gave scholarships with no conditions attached.

The people in those companies were moved by his sincerity. Though there were no requirements, they were touched. As a result, they began to approach him, ask questions, and seek his advice. He eventually became a businessman recognized throughout Korea.

To put it simply, even the wealthy sought him out when they urgently needed to borrow money. That was the level he reached.

As public servants, you can’t go around loudly proclaiming, “Only Jesus!” all the time. But among public servants, there are people with personal struggles, family issues, and concerns about their children. You should become someone they feel comfortable approaching for help.

People will know you attend church. Through conversations, they will sense, “Ah, I can talk to this person about my problems.” You may not be actively evangelizing, but those with spiritual struggles should think, “I can talk to that person.” That’s how it begins—with the unseen bartizan, the journey, and the guidepost.

[Visible Eyes – Bartizan]
Eventually, you can also build visible bartizans—two, in fact—through healing and education. Not just anyone can enter these fields. You must boldly engage in them. There are so many addicted, mentally ill, and suffering individuals. In these areas, you can visibly and openly make a difference.

[Missions – Disciples]
Even more importantly, public servants are in the best position for missions. All you have to do is find disciples. For example, Elder Kim Giho’s military missions work connects with foreign military forces. As a result, influential individuals from those countries come. They are all believers holding the gospel. Naturally, military missions open up easily.

You must remember this clearly. You are field missionaries and field healers.

“The 5000 Tribes – Public Servants”
So, what should those involved in work awaken to? The most important way to save the 5000 tribes is through public servants. Those involved in work must open their eyes to this and pray accordingly.

▣ Main

How do we do this?

1. Remnants – TCK, CCK, NCK
The TCKs (Third Culture Kids) among the 5000 tribes, children facing severe difficulties (CCK), and children completely outside their cultural context (NCK)—we must boldly engage to find and reach them.

2. Children of Public Servants
An accessible group is the children of public servants. That’s why, at our Remnant Conferences, we invited remnants from island nations in Oceania. Most of them were the children of public servants.

We also built a school—a kindergarten—and when it opened, one of the first students was the granddaughter of the president. These connections were not ordinary.

When they come to Korea, we take them for thorough medical examinations. Almost all of them are found to be suffering from health issues.

Even the Speaker of the National Assembly—a high-ranking figure—was critically ill. Doctors wondered how he managed to fly to Korea. He was near death, but through treatment, he recovered.

They are sincerely grateful. In fact, he was so thankful that he wanted to call me his older brother. That’s how we engage. Public servant missions are the best avenue for this. Other teams often struggle to meet such individuals.

When we evangelize on the streets, that’s about as much contact as we get. But how else do we reach them?

3. Children of Politicians
The children of politicians are also easy to engage. They are all public servants.

4. Children of Teachers and Professors
The children of teachers and professors. Reaching the 5000 tribes is difficult, but if you simply extend your hand to these individuals, they can be saved. Otherwise, you can’t even enter the world of the 5000 tribes.

This is what those involved in work must recognize. With work alone, it’s hard to reach the 5000 tribes. Why? Because it requires unconditional help that often brings no return.

For example, China strategically built a large hall in Vanuatu. I wish I had known earlier, but by the time I found out, China had completed the project, and Vanuatu couldn’t even manage the facility.

Eventually, someone else took over. We tried to help, but by then, it had already been handed over.

This shows how difficult it is to engage in missions through work alone. Public servants are the first to engage. Never lose sight of this. Public servants are the most accurate path to saving the 5000 tribes. Of course, others can enter as well, but this is the clearest way.

5. Medical Missions
Medical missions can also have tremendous influence. That’s why God used Luke, the physician.

Whom did God connect Luke with? A public servant. Theophilus was a public official.

In the Gospel of Luke, it says, “Most excellent Theophilus”—meaning he was still in office. But in the Book of Acts, it simply says, “O Theophilus”—indicating he was no longer serving.

In modern terms, he may have become a lawyer. He continued to support Luke and Paul’s team. I believe Theophilus influenced Paul’s journey to Rome because the Book of Acts was written specifically for him.

▣ Conclusion – One Person

Even if you simply set your heart in the right direction, God’s work will happen. Remember this: it only takes one person to save the 5000 tribes.

In the field of the 5000 tribes, only one remnant needs to go.

When those involved in public servant missions open their eyes and say, “We should save the mission field overseas,” God works when they meet just one person.

It doesn’t depend on large numbers. Even through one person, God can work.

So, always keep these three things in your heart: Unseen Eyes – Bartizan, Visible Eyes – Bartizan, Missions – Disciples. In some ways, this is a blessing that only public servants can enjoy.

[Disciples Who Were Used]
As I will share during the Core meeting, everyone used by God in the Bible was a public servant.

They all had specific characteristics:

1. The Gospel
They held onto the gospel.

2. The Secret of Prayer
Not only did they possess the gospel, but they also had the secret of prayer, filled with the Holy Spirit. That’s how one person influenced many.

3. Healing (Healing the Problems of the Age)
Healing always took place—not just physical healing, but healing the problems of the nation. That’s why history was changed.

I believe the same answers will come to you.

[Unseen Eyes – Bartizan] – Light (For Those in Darkness)
You are the hidden bartizan. Always remember that you carry the light.

As long as you don’t misunderstand this, it’s clear: you possess the light. Though darkness hates the light, those trapped in darkness are drawn to the light. Always remember this.

If you ever face persecution simply for believing in Jesus, that is not true persecution—it’s confirmation.

For example, in a household where no one believes, if one daughter-in-law comes to faith, the family will not remain quiet.

They’ll say things like, “Why do you go to church? Our family doesn’t do that.” That’s what they call persecution, but in reality, it’s confirmation.

At some point, when the family recognizes the truth, they are being influenced. That’s the light at work.

[Visible Eyes – Bartizan] – Absolute Impossibility
We will explain this bartizan further later, but honestly, visible healing in these fields is absolutely impossible without the gospel.

Can other public servants heal those with spiritual problems? Those struggling with addiction already have spiritual problems, even before the addiction.

Before drug addiction, the spiritual problem is already there. Without the gospel, no one can bring true healing. But you can. That’s extremely important.

[Missions – Disciples] – Confirmation
As our overseas missions teams move forward, the Public Servant Missions Department must always check: “Are there public servants we can meet?”

In some cases, it’s good to invite them to conferences in advance. You never know how God will work.

One driver I know simply needed to use the restroom and had nowhere to go. So, he pulled into a church parking lot. He planned to go straight to the restroom but saw people watching him.

To avoid suspicion, he pretended to attend the service—and while sitting there, he was so impacted by the message that he completely forgot about the restroom.

Salvation begins with God’s sovereign plan. That’s why we were saved by grace: “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God” (Ephesians 2:8).

You never know whom you will meet. That’s why, for future overseas gatherings, always invite public servants.

Elder Kim Giho’s team does this well—they invite military personnel when they travel overseas.

Today, I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ, that the covenant most pleasing to God will be firmly delivered.

Prayer
May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, who is the Lord of all, the great love of God our Father, who desires to save us, and the power of the Holy Spirit, who gives us the strength for world evangelization, be with all public servant missionaries and those involved in work, from now and forever, for all eternity. Amen.

The Word Became Flesh

John 1:14. The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

It had to be the Son of God who died on the cross because only the Savior who is perfectly sinless and free from original sin could save humanity. No descendant of Adam, marked by the fallen nature and living under the power of Satan, sin, and hell, could qualify. That is why Jesus came into the world as “the offspring of the woman” promised in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3:15).

To accomplish this, God planned the virgin birth—a miracle that would bypass human sinfulness entirely:

“She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins. All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: “The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel” (which means “God with us”) (Matthew 1:21–23).

To save us from the darkness, God did the unimaginable—He stepped into human history, took on human flesh, and lived among us, all because of His infinite love and mercy. God didn’t merely say, “I love you.” He demonstrated the depth of His love by sending His one and only Son to die for us (Romans 5:8). He did this because we were utterly powerless, enslaved by sin, trapped under the dominion of Satan, and separated from Him.

When Jesus came to be baptized by John at the Jordan River, the Holy Spirit descended upon Him in power:

“As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on him. And a voice from heaven said, ‘This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased'” (Matthew 3:16–17).

In that moment, as John laid his hand on Jesus, it was a symbolic act—the hand of the priest resting upon the head of the sacrificial Lamb who would carry the sins of the world. It was God’s public declaration that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God, the one sent to fulfill the promise of salvation.

John’s message was clear and urgent: “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near” (Matthew 3:2). Why did John call the arrival of Jesus the coming of the kingdom of heaven? Because with Jesus came the very presence of the King—the King of kings entering our world to reclaim His people and establish His rule of grace and truth.

Thanks be to God, who did not hold back His only Son but willingly gave Him up for us all, so that through His sacrifice, we could be rescued from the kingdom of darkness! The Son of God became the Son of Man for us. We were once trapped in sin, enslaved by fear, and bound for destruction, but God, in His mercy, brought us into the glorious kingdom of His Son—a kingdom overflowing with life, hope, peace, and true freedom.

In Christ, we are no longer strangers or outsiders but citizens of God’s eternal kingdom, adopted as His beloved children, and called to live every day in His love, power, and victory. This incredible reality was made possible through the coming of Jesus, His sacrificial death on the cross, and His glorious resurrection. These are not merely historical events—they are the greatest, most life-changing, and most significant moments in all of human history. Through them, the power of sin and death was broken, the gates of heaven were opened, and the way was made for all who believe to be restored to God forever.

Are you burdened by the struggles and problems of life? Are you still clinging to the temporary things of the world—“the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life” (1 John 2:16)? Remember this unshakable truth: our Lord Jesus shattered the power of the devil, opened a new and living way to God, and set us free from the chains of sin and the fear of death.

Do not be deceived or discouraged. You are already aboard “the salvation ship,” commanded by our Lord Jesus Christ, who loves you and gave His life for you. Even when you stumble, you will not be abandoned. No storm, no trial, no attack from the enemy can destroy you. Stay with Him, trust Him, and continue this journey of faith!

Prayer. Lord Jesus, I thank You for coming to be with me. You are the Christ, the Son of the living God, who loved me and gave Your life for me. I desire to walk with You and live as Your witness for the rest of my days. In Your mighty name I pray, Amen.

God Prepared the Death of His Son

Genesis 3:15. And I will put enmity between you [the serpent] and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel.

From the very beginning, God knew the source of all the suffering and problems that would plague the world—the ancient serpent, called the devil or Satan (Revelation 12:9). This enemy of humanity has been working behind the scenes ever since, deceiving, dividing, and destroying wherever he can. He operates by controlling evil spirits and demons, unleashing disasters, calamities, and confusion throughout the earth.

When exactly did Satan first appear? The Bible reveals that Lucifer, once a magnificent angel adorned with beauty and splendor, became proud and rebelled against God (Ezekiel 28:14–19). His pride led to a cosmic rebellion that escalated into war in heaven. The archangel Michael and his angels fought against him and the rebellious angels who followed him. Satan was defeated and cast down to the earth with his followers. From that moment on, he has relentlessly worked to lead the whole world astray (Revelation 12:7–9). His mission has never changed: to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10).

But God, in His perfect wisdom and love, had already prepared the solution to undo all the destruction caused by the devil. From the very moment sin entered the world, God declared the promise of salvation—the promise of His Son’s sacrifice. Speaking to the serpent in the Garden, God foretold both the suffering and the ultimate victory of Christ: “You will strike his heel” referring to the crucifixion, and “He will crush your head” pointing to the resurrection and complete defeat of Satan (Genesis 3:15).

This promise is found throughout the Old Testament, evident in its events, prophecies, and covenants. Those who believed in this promise were saved by faith. Abel trusted in God’s way of salvation and offered a blood sacrifice, foreshadowing the work of Christ. In contrast, those who dismissed or distorted God’s promise perished. Tragically, Cain rejected God’s way of salvation and instead relied on his own works, leading to his downfall (Genesis 4:1–9).

For over 400 years, the Israelites were helpless under the oppressive rule of Pharaoh in Egypt. They were enslaved, burdened, and without hope of escape. But when they obeyed God’s command and applied the blood of the Passover Lamb to the doorframes of their homes, the power of death passed over them. No deadly plague touched them, and they were delivered by God’s mighty hand (Exodus 12:1–30).

In the same way, Jesus Christ, our eternal Passover Lamb, was sacrificed for us (1 Corinthians 5:7). Just as the blood of the lamb protected the Israelites from destruction in Egypt, the blood of Jesus now saves us from the power of sin and eternal separation from God. Through His precious blood, He secured eternal redemption for us — a redemption that can never be lost or taken away. He purchased complete forgiveness for all our sins — past, present, and future — and He won total victory over sin, death, and the devil for everyone who believes in Him.

This is why Jesus declared, “Your father Abraham rejoiced at the thought of seeing my day; he saw it and was glad” (John 8:56). Abraham was saved, not by his works, but by believing in the promise of the coming Messiah: “Abram believed the Lord, and he credited it to him as righteousness” (Genesis 15:6). It was only by God’s grace that Abraham understood the significance of the blood sacrifice, pointing to Christ.

Yet, sadly, most people throughout history have failed to see the mystery of the Lamb. Relying on their own righteousness or good works, they perished, missing the only way of salvation. Everything we are, and all that we have, is because of God’s amazing grace. Even the faith to believe is not something we can boast about—it is the free gift of God, not a result of our own effort (Ephesians 2:8–9).

While we were still trapped in sin and hopelessness, God, in His mercy, sent His only Son to bring us back to Himself. He was under no obligation to save us, yet He did. Though we did not deserve His love, He poured out His grace upon us through the cross. On that cross, Jesus dealt with every problem of our past, present, and future, once and for all.

When you believe that Jesus is your True Priest who lives in you, you are no longer bound by guilt, shame, or fear. When you trust that the work of your True Priest was completed on the cross, demolishing the power of sin over you, you can boldly declare your freedom in Christ, no matter what situation you face.

Do not rely on your emotions, which can change, but cling to the unchanging truth of the cross of Jesus Christ (Romans 7:14–25; Romans 8:1). Fix your eyes on Jesus, your True Priest, and you will not grow weary or lose heart (Hebrews 12:3). Live every day enjoying and proclaiming the Good News that Jesus is the Christ!

Prayer. Father, I thank You for preparing the perfect Lamb for me, Your Son, Jesus Christ. By His own blood, He obtained eternal redemption for me. Therefore, I declare there is no condemnation for me because I am in Him. I declare that I have been set free from the law of sin and death. I declare that I am Your child forever, and sin will no longer have dominion over me. I declare that as far as the east is from the west, You have removed all my sins from me, and You remember them no more. I declare that the Lord Jesus, my True Priest, lives in me now and will be with me until the end of the age. In Jesus’ wonderful name, Amen.

Praise
Down at the Cross
Written by E. A. Hoffman (1878)
Performed by Phillips, Craig & Dean

Down at the cross where my Savior died
Down where for cleansing from sin I cried
There to my heart was the blood applied
Glory to His Name!

Glory to His Name, glory to His Name
There to my heart was the blood applied
Glory to His Name!

I am so wondrously saved from sin
Jesus so sweetly abides within
There at the cross where He took me in
Glory to His Name!

Glory to His Name, glory to His Name
There to my heart was the blood applied
Glory to His Name!

Hallelujah what a saviour
Hallelujah bring Him praise
Hallelujah my redeemer
Glory to His name

Come to this fountain so rich and sweet
Cast thy poor soul at the Savior’s feet
Plunge in today, and be made complete
Glory to His Name!

Glory to His Name, glory to His Name
There to my heart was the blood applied
Glory to His Name!
Glory to His Name!
Glory to His Name!

Oh Oh Oh!
Glory to His name
We will bring Him praise

Scripture Reading
Exodus 14:1-13

Then the Lord said to Moses, “Tell the Israelites to turn back and encamp near Pi Hahiroth, between Migdol and the sea. They are to encamp by the sea, directly opposite Baal Zephon. Pharaoh will think, ‘The Israelites are wandering around the land in confusion, hemmed in by the desert.’ And I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and he will pursue them. But I will gain glory for myself through Pharaoh and all his army, and the Egyptians will know that I am the Lord.” So the Israelites did this.

When the king of Egypt was told that the people had fled, Pharaoh and his officials changed their minds about them and said, “What have we done? We have let the Israelites go and have lost their services!” So he had his chariot made ready and took his army with him. He took six hundred of the best chariots, along with all the other chariots of Egypt, with officers over all of them. The Lord hardened the heart of Pharaoh king of Egypt, so that he pursued the Israelites, who were marching out boldly. The Egyptians—all Pharaoh’s horses and chariots, horsemen and troops—pursued the Israelites and overtook them as they camped by the sea near Pi Hahiroth, opposite Baal Zephon.

10 As Pharaoh approached, the Israelites looked up, and there were the Egyptians, marching after them. They were terrified and cried out to the Lord. 11 They said to Moses, “Was it because there were no graves in Egypt that you brought us to the desert to die? What have you done to us by bringing us out of Egypt? 12 Didn’t we say to you in Egypt, ‘Leave us alone; let us serve the Egyptians’? It would have been better for us to serve the Egyptians than to die in the desert!”

13 Moses answered the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again.

Message
The Temple That Overcomes the Wilderness
Pastor Ryu Kwang Su
full transcript

From the very beginning of the wilderness journey, God designed the temple and tabernacle movement that overcomes the wilderness. He commanded them to bring everything they had and build the tabernacle in the wilderness.

The incident of Eden, the incident of the Nephilim, the incident of the Tower of Babel
All of these are essentially saying, “Do not believe in God.” They said, “You will become like God.” This is always the method Satan uses to destroy people. The Nephilim were people possessed by evil spirits. This is the cause of destruction. People strive to succeed by any means necessary. But that path has completely collapsed. Even now, this is the continuous method of Satan.

Passover (the blood – liberation), Pentecost (the Holy Spirit), the Feast of Ingathering (the throne)
The Passover was the day they were liberated by applying the blood. Pentecost is God’s promise to be with them through the power of the Holy Spirit. The Feast of Ingathering explains the power of the throne. This is the background. Because there is only one way to signify this, God commanded them to build the tabernacle, the temple, and the church.

▣ Introduction – The experience of world evangelization is important (your life itself must become the temple)
1) Genesis 37:1-11 – Joseph, who dreamed of world evangelization
Exodus 3:1-20 – God gave the covenant to Moses and made him experience it
The temple within me – this is the greatest mystery: the temple of God comes upon me.

2) Exodus 5:1-12:46 – People – The temple comes upon the meetings, and the temple of God appears before people

3) Exodus 14:1-13 – The temple came upon the field

▷ You are the temple, and the place where you are is the temple. It is about building the temple in the outside world. Prayer must lead everything.

▣ Main point – Three things happened
1) The tabernacle – Start with the tabernacle movement. This was the method for journeying through the wilderness
(1) Live centered on the tabernacle in your daily life
(2) Live your life of faith centered on the tent of meeting
(3) Center your dwelling – every tent entrance was positioned toward the tabernacle

2) The temple – Bringing people to it
(1) Prepare the three courtyards
(2) Open the three-day weekend age. Spiritual problems must be healed
(3) The holy meditation age is finding what is hidden

3) The church – Saving the world (becoming globalized)
(1) Establish the bartizan of the throne
(2) Lead them on the journey
(3) Set up the guidepost

▣ Conclusion – Solving the three things that are not working
1) Poverty – Israel, who gave the most offerings, received the greatest economic blessings. Israel, who worshiped the most, conquered the intellect of the world. Restore offering through true prayer

2) Disease – “Cross the Red Sea.” “Cross the Jordan with the tabernacle at the center, with the Ark of the Covenant.” “Destroy Jericho.” When the allied forces attacked, God gave an unprecedented answer. Caleb alone conquered the hill country of the Anakites, which no one else could enter

3) Incompetence – Evangelism is not happening, and the church is not coming alive. Remnants have no strength, and if they remain as slaves to the world, they cannot save it. You must receive answers

▷ You must stake your life and leave behind something for your lifetime. You must not pass down poverty, disease, and incompetence to the next generation.

Forum & Prayer

The Mystery of the Cross

Romans 6:6-7. For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body ruled by sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin— because anyone who has died has been set free from sin.

Only Scripture reveals the most critical and often overlooked events that every person on earth should know about—the appearance of Satan. The Bible alone exposes the truth about who he is, how he came to be, and what he has done to humanity.

The fallen angel, described in Scripture as “the great dragon,” “the ancient serpent,” and “the devil” (Revelation 12:9), once rebelled against God in pride and defiance. He deceived the first man and woman in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3:1-7), and ever since, he has been relentlessly leading the whole world astray, spreading lies, confusion, and destruction.

It was through this deception that sin entered the world, severing mankind from God and bringing about eternal separation. The devil, whom Jesus Himself called “the father of lies” (John 8:44), whispered a message that sounded enticing but was spiritually deadly: “You will be like God” (Genesis 3:5). This same lie continues to echo throughout history, corrupting the hearts and minds of countless people.

We still see this deception at work today, particularly through movements like the New Age Movement, a modern instrument of the devil. Though it disguises itself as spirituality and enlightenment, its core message remains unchanged: “You can also be a god.” This false promise may be wrapped in new language and trends, but in reality, it is the same ancient lie that first led humanity away from God.

Yet, from the very beginning, God did not leave mankind in our hopeless state. Throughout the Old Testament, God revealed His unchanging plan to destroy the power of Satan and restore fallen humanity. He made a promise that through the sacrifice of His Son, the enemy would be crushed:

“And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; He will crush your head, and you will strike His heel” (Genesis 3:15).

In the fullness of time, Jesus of Nazareth, the promised Savior, came to fulfill that ancient prophecy. The Apostle John wrote these powerful words:

“The one who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work” (1 John 3:8).

This is why the enemy trembles whenever the mighty name of Jesus is declared. Through His life, death, and resurrection, Jesus stripped Satan of his authority and shattered his dominion over the saints. Though the enemy may still prowl and scheme, he no longer holds power over those who belong to Christ: “The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet” (Romans 16:20).

Knowing that we were utterly helpless to escape the grip of sin and the hopelessness of hell, Jesus opened a new and living way back to the Father (Hebrews 10:20). We could not ascend to Him, so He descended to us. In fulfillment of Isaiah’s prophecy, He came to dwell with us: “Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call Him Immanuel” (Isaiah 7:14), which means “God with us.”

Jesus made it unmistakably clear when He declared: “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6). Through His sacrifice on the cross, He tore His own body—symbolically represented as the curtain to the Most Holy Place—so that we could freely enter into God’s presence (Hebrews 10:20). Rising again from the grave, He shattered the gates of death and hell (Revelation 1:18), proving once and for all that He alone holds the keys to life and eternity.

Jesus accomplished what no one else could. Motivated by divine love, He did the unthinkable to reconcile us to the Holy God. He was under no obligation—but His love compelled Him to bear the penalty of our sin, providing the only way for us to be made right with God (Romans 5:1, 2 Corinthians 5:21).

On the cross, Jesus not only paid the price for our sins but also put to death our old, sinful nature. As the Apostle Paul declared: “For we know that our old self was crucified with Him so that the body ruled by sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin—because anyone who has died has been set free from sin” (Romans 6:6-7).

Amazingly, Jesus even addressed every future problem we would ever face. We no longer live as spiritual debtors weighed down by guilt, fear, or shame. He paid our ransom in full when He triumphantly declared: “It is finished” (John 19:30). The cross changed everything. The power of Satan has been utterly broken. The way to the Father stands wide open. Sin no longer holds dominion over our lives. We are no longer captives to fear, shame, or the enemy’s lies.

When you are fully convinced of this eternal reality, the devil himself trembles before you. Your life becomes filled with unshakable assurance, deep gratitude, and overflowing joy. You will find yourself unable to stay silent—you will boldly proclaim the life-changing message of the cross to a world desperate for hope.

Prayer. Lord Jesus, thank You for opening a new and living way to God. Because You live in me, I boldly declare that I no longer live under the power of sin, hell, or Satan. Your finished work on the cross has set me free. From this day forward, I will live to tell the world about the victory and hope found in the message of the cross. In Your precious and powerful name, Amen.

The Courtyard of 237 – The 5000 Tribes – The Eternal Answer

2024.08.04 District Message
Scripture: Acts 2:10

When we were young, Korea was in extreme poverty. It was a situation unimaginable to you now. These days, you can easily buy clothes and live comfortably. But back then, we received relief goods from other countries. Those clothes didn’t fit properly, so we had to sort through them to find ones that roughly suited us. Also, in every neighborhood, milk, cornmeal, and other food were distributed. But when you looked into who was doing all that, it turned out it was churches from overseas sending missionaries. That’s how desperate and miserable Korea was at that time. But when those missionaries came, the gospel movement began to arise all over our country. Churches began to spring up everywhere. Sudden, remarkable change came to Korea. Of course, many scientists, businesspeople, and politicians worked hard. But almost all the national leaders at the time were believers with the gospel. From the president to people like Dosan Ahn Chang-ho, nearly all of them were Christians. Though they were a small number, they played a critical role in saving Korea.

Today’s message is especially significant because after the WRC, many of our multiethnic members will be worshiping in different places. The title is The courtyard of 237. We’ve added one more: The 5000 tribes. In a sense, anyone can reach the 237 nations. But you must pray with special focus for this. The large nations within the 237 are accessible by plane. But here—the 5000 tribes—that’s the real problem. So our goal is to evangelize these 5000 tribes. Realistically, we can’t go there ourselves. That’s why we must raise and send people, or connect with those already there. These people are in South America, Oceania, Southeast Asia, Africa. This is a tremendous answer to prayer. Meeting these individuals is a great path to evangelizing the 5000 tribes.

So how can we accomplish this?

1. Covenant
You simply need to hold firmly to the accurate covenant. The covenant is God’s Word, and that’s why works take place.

2. 237 – 5000 prayer
You must become a person of prayer connected to the 237 nations and the 5000 tribes.

3. Field disciples
Then God will surely raise disciples in the field.

1. Covenant

The phrase that appears most frequently in the Bible is, “The Word of the Lord came to…” That is the covenant. The most repeated expression in Scripture. “The Word of the Lord came to so-and-so.” For example, “The Word of the Lord came to Jeremiah a second time.” At Horeb Mountain, God gave His Word to Moses. This covenant is more powerful than the chip inside your smartphone. Scientific advancement was unimaginable back then, but today, you can view the whole world through your phone. Soon, they’ll develop technology that connects to space. But even greater than that is when God’s Word comes upon you.

1) Genesis 12:1-3
In Genesis 12:1-3, God spoke to Abraham. At first, Abraham took it lightly. “Leave your country, your people, and your father’s household.” This isn’t just about moving—it means to look to the whole world. “Go to the land I will show you.” But at the time, Abraham didn’t think it applied to him. When God said, “Through your offspring all nations will be blessed,” Abraham struggled to believe it. He didn’t even have a child, yet God spoke of offspring blessing the nations. It was impossible to believe. So, Abraham faced many hardships throughout his life. But later, when he came to believe this, God accomplished many great works through him.

2) Genesis 39:1-6
Another example is Joseph in Genesis 39:1-6. God’s Word came upon Joseph, and what was that Word? It was this—the courtyard of 237, the 5000 tribes, and the eternal answer. What seemed like small matters transformed into eternal answers. Who could have imagined? The place we lived wasn’t even considered livable due to a massive fire. Older people may remember—it was one of Korea’s most devastating fires. The port still exists in Busan. A fuel tank exploded, engulfing the whole area in flames. Many died instantly. The government, in desperation, told us to wait—there was nowhere to send us. They set up a tent in a vacant field on a mountain and told us to wait there. But someone built a church there. It was an Australian missionary who came all the way to Korea and built a church on that mountain. At the time, it seemed insignificant, but that gospel work turned into an eternal answer.

3) 1 Samuel 1:9-11
Similarly, even though Hannah had no visible answers to prayer, the Word of God came upon her.

4) 1 Kings 18:1-15
When you accurately hold to the covenant, as Obadiah did in 1 Kings 18:1-15, the Word of the Lord comes upon you. That covenant is everything. When you hold to the covenant during worship, especially on Sunday, everything changes.

5) Daniel 1:8-9
When Daniel was taken captive, he didn’t hold onto anything else—just the accurate covenant. He understood why they were taken captive. Fortunately, he was selected as a high-ranking official. At that moment, Daniel resolved firmly in his heart, holding tightly to the accurate covenant.

Most people don’t truly understand the power of the Word. But when you hold to the accurate covenant, it is always fulfilled. The question is: what is the accurate covenant? Many people don’t understand what it means to hold to the accurate covenant. What is it? It’s this—the courtyard of 237, the 5000 tribes, the eternal answer. You must pray with this covenant.

At first, Abraham couldn’t understand. That’s why hardships kept coming. Not small hardships, but situations that felt like death. Even worse, the nephew he brought along using humanism became a source of trouble.

Genesis 13:14-18
One day, Abraham finally realized, “I’ve held to the wrong covenant.” He told Lot, “We are relatives—how can we fight? From today, we separate.” He didn’t demand money. He said, “You choose first. If you go east, I’ll go west. If you choose the plains, I’ll go to the mountains.” Lot naturally chose the more prosperous land, which turned out to be Sodom and Gomorrah—leading to great disaster. Genesis 13:14 says, “After Lot had separated from Abraham…” Simply put, after breaking off unbelief and holding to the covenant.

It may seem distant to you, so you fail to hold to the covenant. Abraham must have thought, “I’m too old for this.” But you hold to the covenant through prayer. Once the covenant comes upon you, you move through prayer.

6) 1 Peter 2:9
That’s why 1 Peter 2:9 says, “You are a royal priesthood.”

Covenant – Light
You weren’t called for anything else but to shine the light. This light isn’t mere electricity—it’s the light of creation. You were called to shine this light to Oceania. To shine this light in dark places. It’s not difficult—just shine the light. “Arise, shine.” The following words are crucial: “For the glory of the Lord rises upon you.” If you don’t shine the light, people in darkness will perish. Understanding this is accurately holding the covenant.

2. 237 – 5000 prayer
From that moment, God begins to work.

1) Acts 2:10
Especially among the early church at Mark’s upper room, Acts 2:10 mentions “visitors from Rome.” I find that term extremely important.

(2) 237 nations – 5000 tribes
In Rome, there were people from 237 nations. They brought 5000 tribes as slaves. The disciples came from among them. I believe Aquila and Priscilla were such people. There’s much evidence for this. Though the “visitors from Rome” aren’t named, it was likely people like them.

(3) Acts 18:24-28
Why do I believe it’s Priscilla and Aquila? In Acts 18:24-28, they asked Apollos, “Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?” They asked him about the baptism of the Holy Spirit—the very event that happened at Mark’s upper room. After hearing this, Apollos was greatly strengthened and boldly proclaimed the Word.

(4) Acts 2:17-18 (Future)
In Acts 2:17-18, as they held to God’s Word and prayed, God clearly revealed the future: “Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.” God reveals the future when you accurately hold the covenant and pray for the courtyard of 237, the 5000 tribes, and the eternal answer.

3. Field disciples

What happens next?

(1) Acts 13:1-12
They finally went to the field—the first mission field of Paul.

(1) Acts 13:1-5
They had no worries because Acts 13:1-5 shows they prayed for complete guidance of the Holy Spirit. On Sunday, pray not for other things, but for complete guidance of the Holy Spirit.

(2) Acts 13:6-11
The moment they did, the forces of darkness were broken. Those who practiced sorcery and caused confusion were defeated. You must truly believe this. As you hold to the covenant and pray, darkness is broken instantly.

(3) Acts 13:12
Even the proconsul believed the gospel. Just as national leaders in Korea once received the gospel, the proconsul did as well. It happened at the first mission field. This means God had already prepared such disciples because you hold to the covenant. God prepared disciples everywhere.

(2) Acts 14:14-20
In Lystra, Paul was stoned and left for dead, but he survived. Instead of fleeing, Paul went back to preach the gospel. From Lystra came Timothy—a disciple from that region.

Don’t worry. There are prepared disciples everywhere—in Oceania, on every island. Not seeking them is a tremendous loss. World-changing individuals exist among their future generations.

(3) Acts 16:6-40
Acts 16 contains critical events. As they tried to evangelize, the way was blocked. Most people give up or choose alternatives. But they waited in deep prayer. In a vision, they saw a Macedonian man pleading, “Come to Macedonia and help us.” They met Lydia—a field disciple. While praying together, they healed a demon-possessed girl. Though imprisoned for it, God worked even there.

Philippi (Acts 16), Lystra (Acts 14), Asia (Acts 13)—everywhere, God had prepared people. I’ve seen it on the evangelism field. There are always prepared people—disciples, called workers. We just wait for them to appear. Even on the islands of Oceania, God has hidden many disciples.

(4) Acts 17:6
In Thessalonica, Jason appeared. That became the Thessalonian church—a crucial area with roads connecting to Rome. Thessalonica wasn’t merely conquered—it was interconnected with Rome.

(5) Acts 18:1-4 (Corinth)
There, Paul met Priscilla and Aquila—a miraculous meeting in Corinth.

(6) Acts 19:1-3 (Ephesus)
In Acts 19, they experienced the same work that happened at Mark’s upper room. The sick were healed. They realized they had to see Rome. This was Ephesus.

Conclusion – Concentrated prayer

What’s the conclusion? During worship today, engage in concentrated prayer. During the six days, confirm the covenant. Then again on Sunday, concentrate in prayer, hold the covenant, and confirm it throughout the week. This allows you to see:

1. Absolute covenant
You’ll discover the absolute covenant—the essential covenant you must hold to. That’s how you establish the absolute bartizan.

For me, I held this easily and clearly. There are countless seminaries worldwide, thousands of pastors emerging every year. Yet, the number of churches and believers is decreasing. Future generations fail to understand the gospel. So I held to this one thing—to plant the gospel properly in children, youth, and young adults.

2. 300%
Find the absolute covenant today and, especially for remnants and those in work, receive 300% answers: specialization, field focus, and system establishment. Prepare with 300%. Many struggle by starting carelessly. Don’t follow the world’s way. Prepare properly. Before graduating, remnants must prepare with 300%.

3. 237 – 5000
The standard is this—237 and 5000.

I bless you in the name of the Lord that today will be a deep time of prayer where you gain great strength.

Prayer
Father, we thank You. May today be a day of healing. May it be a day of renewed strength. Let this be a day when the Word is deeply rooted within us. Grant us the strength to hold to the covenant and pray. Bless us to shine the light to the 237 nations and the 5000 tribes. In Jesus Christ’s name, Amen.

What Did the Death of Jesus Bring?

2 Corinthians 5:21. God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

Why did Jesus, who knew no sin, have to become sin for us? This question goes straight to the core of the gospel message. The answer is found in the devastating truth about sin. Sin brought us not only physical death but eternal separation from God—the source of life. Sin killed our spirits, distorted our hearts, darkened our minds, and made us enemies of God (Ephesians 2:1, Romans 5:10, Colossians 21:21-22). Worse still, sin placed us under the dominion of Satan and the background of hell (Acts 10:38). Without intervention, we were completely powerless, unable to free ourselves from this spiritual prison.

The death of God’s only Son, Jesus Christ, was not an accident. It was the only way to save us from this hopeless condition. God, in His justice, could not overlook sin, but in His love, He provided a way to break the power and curse of sin, hell, and Satan. Only the sinless Son of God could settle the wages of sin—death (Romans 6:23). Through His death, Jesus opened the way for us to be reconciled to our heavenly Father—a relationship broken since the fall of mankind.

Through His suffering and death on the cross, Jesus completed the work of the True Priest, the only one qualified to intercede on our behalf (Hebrews 9:11-15). His sacrifice did what no human effort could ever accomplish—it set us free from the bondage of sin that inevitably led to death, including original sin we inherited from Adam (Romans 3:23), the sins passed down through generations (Exodus 20:4-5), and the countless sinful acts we have personally committed.

Jesus dealt with all of it through the law of grace: “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death” (Romans 8:1-2). His grace has brought salvation to us, not because we deserved it, but because He chose to love us.

God was under no obligation to save us. He is the Creator, we are His creation. Yet, because of His immeasurable love, He willingly gave His Son for us. This sacrifice was not temporary or incomplete—it was final and absolute. “So Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him” (Hebrews 9:28).

Just as the father in Jesus’ parable waited patiently for his lost son to return home, God has been waiting for us. His forgiveness is not based on our performance, but on His unconditional love. When we come to Him through Jesus Christ, He not only forgives our sins but chooses to remember them no more (Luke 15:11-32, Isaiah 43:25). We don’t have to carry the weight of guilt and shame any longer. God welcomes us home with open arms.

Through the death of His Son, God made us righteous in His sight. This righteousness is not something we earned—it is a gift given to us by grace. “And by that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all” (Hebrews 10:10). Our holiness, our right standing with God, is sealed by the blood of Jesus. We no longer need to strive to be accepted by God. Through Christ, we have already been made acceptable.

We are no longer slaves to sin or fear. Before Christ, we were bound by sinful desires and tormented by fear of judgment. But now, because of the blood of Jesus, God sees us as holy and blameless. We have become His righteousness: “God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God” (2 Corinthians 5:21).

We are no longer just God’s creation—we are His children. Through Christ, we have been adopted into God’s family. We have the right to call upon our Father in heaven, and He promises to hear and answer us. We can approach Him, knowing we are loved and accepted: “Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need” (Hebrews 4:16).

We no longer have to live in spiritual darkness. The death of Jesus has brought us into the marvelous light of God’s presence. He has opened our eyes, illuminated our hearts, and set us free from the shadows of sin and despair. As Scripture declares: “For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive in the Spirit” (1 Peter 3:18). Through His suffering, Jesus made it possible for us to be reconciled to God and live in the light of His truth.

The ultimate reason Jesus came to this world was to destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8). Sin, death, and Satan no longer hold dominion over those who belong to Christ. On the cross, Jesus finished everything required for our salvation (John 19:30). He endured unimaginable suffering and shame so that we would not lose heart or give up (Hebrews 12:3). His victory is now our victory.

Even now, Jesus is with us through the Holy Spirit, who is actively guiding, comforting, and strengthening those who have been saved (John 14:26-27). No matter what we face in this world, we can take heart because Jesus has already overcome it: “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery” (Galatians 5:1).

Always remember that you are under God’s grace. You have been set free from the chains of sin and the lies of Satan. Declare it boldly—you are no longer a slave, but a beloved child of God. Live in that freedom, walk in that victory, and proclaim His grace to the world.

Prayer. Father, I thank You for giving Your Son, Jesus, to bring me back to You. You have forgiven me, not because of anything I have done, but because the blood of Jesus paid the full price for my sins. Help me to live every day under Your grace, to walk in the freedom You have given me, and to proclaim this good news to the world. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The CVDIP Seen in Advance and the Eternal Answer

District Message, 7/28/2024
Scripture Reading: Acts 9:15, 19:21, 23:11, 27:24

Remnants are coming from all over the world. The question is, what should they take with them?
The CVDIP seen in advance—the eternal answer.
The same goes for adults, but they must be made to see this in advance. They must be made to take this with them. This is the eternal answer.

▣ Introduction: 7.7.7
This time, I shared something important with the leaders. You must also remember this.

1. [Prayer Happiness 24] – The compass
When prayer is truly happiness to you, that means you have come to know prayer. Only then can 24 be established. Prayer doesn’t mean doing nothing and just praying all the time. It’s like a compass that is always with us. A ship must always have a compass to sail. That is prayer.

(300%)
When you have this, you will absolutely receive 300% answers. That’s the only way to overcome the world. What does 300% mean? Joseph received 100% answers in his work. Another 100% of God’s works arose in the field. And 100% of God’s works arose in every system. This is an undeniable fact, so remnants must absolutely hold onto this. You also must do this.

Why? Because when you pray properly like this (7.7.7), this (Prayer Happiness 24) naturally happens. It cannot help but happen. And that’s not the end.

2. Prayer Power 25 – The chip – The kingdom
The power of prayer 25 arises. This is like the chip inside your cell phone that connects you to the entire world. Through this, the work of God’s kingdom is fulfilled. This is extremely important for remnants and they must absolutely take this with them.

3. Prayer Completion – Eternity – Globalization
Finally, everything can be completed through prayer. This is called eternity. To those who hold to the covenant of eternity, globalization will surely take place. The studies of the remnants, your work, must be aligned with the 237 nations and the 5,000 people groups, and must be able to save them.

4. Prayer Practice – Transcending time and space
Now, holding onto this covenant, you begin to pray and put small things into practice one by one. At this time, works that transcend time and space arise. At this time, eternal businesses, masterpieces, and inheritances arise.

5. The 10 secrets of answered prayer
Finally, there are 10 secrets to receiving answers to prayer. Our remnants must absolutely take these with them. As for adults, there’s really nothing more to say. Just pray this (7.7.7) without reason. Simply do this (Prayer Happiness 24). Then, nothing can stand in your way. Answers will come. When important incidents arise, the power of God 25 will appear. Jesus spoke about this on the Mount of Olives. And because the answer of eternity arises, world evangelization takes place.

What is the content of absolute answers?
1:1
It is Christ. What is the method?
1:3
The kingdom of God. What is the power?
1:8
Only the Holy Spirit. That’s how it works.

▣ Main
So, during the remnant period, all you need to do is discover. You must help them discover five things.

1. Absolute sovereignty – Seeing the covenant in advance
It’s within God’s absolute sovereignty. You must believe this. The fact that you were born as a Korean is God’s absolute sovereignty. You must realize the covenant within this. Those who see the covenant in advance will succeed. You take this and go. While attending conferences, you come to see the accurate covenant given to you. Forty years ago, I clearly saw, “Ah, I must only do evangelism.” I realized that everything else is in vain. It’s all in vain.

2. Absolute plan – Vision – Possessing it in advance
From this point on, you begin to see God’s absolute plan. This is called vision. It means possessing it in advance. You must possess it and take it with you. Joseph took the vision of world evangelization with him. Answers will continue to come over time, so you don’t need to worry. Remnants must take this covenant with them.

3. Absolute covenant – Dream – Enjoying it in advance
From this point on, God’s absolute covenant comes. This is called Dream. What is it? It’s not the dream that worldly people speak of. It’s enjoying in advance. You are sitting here, but you must already be enjoying world evangelization. Isn’t that so? You are seated in the field of world evangelization. But if you come to worship and sit there dozing off with no strength, you lose everything. Our remnants must firmly hold onto this.

4. Absolute journey – Image – Conquering in advance
From this point on, as you walk the journey, the absolute journey becomes visible. This journey is not walked by human strength, but by the power of God’s creation. You’ve already conquered it before even starting. Isn’t that right? Joseph had already conquered. The answers come afterward. You must firmly hold onto this.

5. Absolute goal – Practice – Fulfilling in advance
Then, the absolute goal comes. This is called Practice, which becomes the masterpiece. This is fulfilling it in advance.

Look closely at the seven remnants. Without exception, every one of them already possessed these things in advance. It’s okay if you are wrong. You only change by holding onto it. If you don’t hold onto it, you don’t even know you’re wrong. Ah, you only know whether you’re right or wrong after taking the test. The moment you hold onto the covenant, God’s works begin.

This year, a great door opened. Next year, truly astonishing things will happen. Next year, you must prepare so that people can come on their own.

▣ Conclusion

1. Bartizan
So, ultimately, a bartizan is established. You must have a bartizan to watch and guard.

2. Watchman
Only then can you become a watchman. You must have a bartizan to become a watchman.

3. 24, 25, Eternity
Thus come the words: 24, 25, eternity. You enjoy these answers. No one can change time. Because this is time that God alone controls, we cannot change it. The one thing fair to all people is 24—it is given equally. The key is how you enjoy this 24.

25 is not fair. It specially comes upon those who hold to God’s covenant. Eternity remains as a masterpiece. You must absolutely receive these answers.

Our elders and deaconesses have aged, haven’t they? You must simply do it—24. Just do it. You don’t even need to calculate when answers will come. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego—they could have died, but it didn’t matter. Daniel was about to die. It didn’t matter. Esther was about to die. It didn’t matter.

This (Introduction) is unstoppable. This (Introduction) breaks down all darkness. You must have no excuses, no reasons. Isn’t that so? The fact that your children already make excuses and give reasons while attending school—this itself is a failure. Isn’t that right? As students, they simply need to pray in good health and study.

We have been given this perfect (Introduction) blessing, so we must seek this (Introduction). This is the message from this leaders’ retreat. You must completely make this your own. Everything is within this (Prayer Happiness 24). As you enjoy this, special answers come. As you enjoy this, you discover the eternal things.

As you put even small things into practice, as you take even a small step forward, everything turns toward world evangelization.

You can be victorious under any circumstance because you have the 10 secrets.

Prayer
Father God, we thank You. Let today be a day of healing as we pray all day long. Let today be a day when all pastors and church leaders receive power. Let unknown diseases be healed as we pray all day long. As we pray all day long, may the forces of darkness be bound. As we pray all day long, may the kingdom of God be established in all places connected to us. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

The Crucifixion and You

Romans 5:19. For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous.

The moment we disobeyed God and fell into the hands of Satan, God initiated His plan for our salvation—the death of His Son for our redemption. As it is written: “And I will put enmity between you [the serpent] and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he [the Christ] will crush your head, and you will strike his heel” (Genesis 3:15). This was the only way to free us from the curse of sin, hell, and Satan.

To remind Adam and Eve of this mystery, God made garments of animal skin for them (Genesis 3:21). Unlike the garments of fig leaves they had made for themselves, this was God’s solution—the blood of Christ. Only through His death would we experience true, fundamental change: new life and heavenly power.

Tragically, over time, their firstborn son, Cain, lost hold of this blood covenant (Genesis 4:1–20). As a result, Adam’s family fell into turmoil, leading to the first murder in human history. The consequences of losing God’s way of salvation are severe.

Abraham also made a grave mistake. He killed the sacrificial animals and cut them in two, but failed to do so with the birds (Genesis 15:10–13). As a result, thick darkness came over him, and God told him that his descendants would be enslaved in a foreign land for four hundred years. The consequence of holding onto God’s blood covenant halfheartedly is just as severe. Yet, as God promised, He punished the nation that enslaved Abraham’s descendants, and they eventually left the land, carrying with them many good things.

The Word of God is bound to be fulfilled. Nothing and no one can block it. During the Exodus, the power of the blood of the Lamb was displayed through the Passover (Exodus 12:29–32). What seemed impossible became possible when the Israelites believed in the blood of Christ.

Through Moses, God reminded His people of the long-forgotten blood covenant. When they believed in that covenant, they were freed from the hand of Satan, symbolized by Pharaoh, spared from disasters represented by the ten plagues, and delivered from the background of hell, symbolized by slavery in Egypt.

They crossed the Red Sea and witnessed astonishing miracles, yet they continued to lose hold of the covenant. Their hearts were filled with unbelief, and as a result, they wandered in the wilderness for forty years. Only the new generation, led by Joshua and Caleb, entered the land of promise.

Over time, the Israelites once again abandoned the covenant and turned to idols. Everyone did whatever seemed right in their own eyes (Judges 21:25). Throughout the Old Testament, God continually reminded His people of His blood covenant.

Finally, in the New Testament, John the Baptist recognized the mystery of Christ: “Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!” (John 1:29). It is no wonder that Jesus declared him the greatest among those born of women (Matthew 11:11). Because of his premature death, John the Baptist did not live to see the covenant fulfilled at the cross. But by God’s grace, we have been given the finished covenant of Christ. Anyone who realizes this mystery is considered significant in the sight of God.

Has the event of the Crucifixion become your event? Has the gospel that came to you become your gospel? When you truly realize, believe, and confirm that Jesus is the Christ, the gospel will become your own. The death of Jesus on the cross will become personal. You will recognize that you have been crucified with Christ when He was crucified. You cannot help but preach the gospel that Jesus is the Christ (1 Corinthians 9:16).

You will have a burning heart to testify to what you have seen and heard (Acts 4:20). You will proclaim it not only with words, but with power, with the Holy Spirit, and with deep conviction (1 Thessalonians 1:5). The Holy Spirit will enable you to go to the ends of the earth to bear witness for Christ (Acts 1:8).

God is looking for a few who will give their lives to explain and prove that Jesus is the Christ. He is looking for a church that proclaims nothing but this gospel.

Prayer. Father, help me to realize, believe, and confirm the gospel that Jesus is the Christ. May Your gospel become my gospel, so I may stand as Christ’s witness to the ends of the earth. Thank You for the cross. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The Temple That Overcomes the Wilderness

2025.06.29 Sunday 2nd Service
Church Construction Devotional Worship
Scripture Reading: Ex 14:1-13

You are about to begin the special prayer for the construction of the temple. You must know how to receive answers. And even when scattered in the field, you must be able to start prayers that receive answers.

“The Temple That Overcomes the Wilderness”
From the beginning, God explained the tabernacle and temple movement that overcomes the wilderness. At first, it was hard to understand, but He said, “Bring everything you have and build the tabernacle in the wilderness.” That is the temple that overcomes the wilderness. Therefore, you must receive answers. As you offer special prayer or participate in the construction of the temple, you must receive important answers from God. To do that, you must first understand these two major points:

[ The Incident of Eden ]
There are three major problems in the Bible that continue to this day. The incident of Eden. It is the message, “Do not believe in God.” That is what happened in the Garden of Eden. The same thing happens even now. “If you eat this, you will become like God.” The same message. “If you become a Buddha, you will be fine.” Same message. “If you receive spiritual power, you will be fine.” Same message. Satan always destroys people this way.

[ The Incident of the Nephilim ]
Then came the incident of the Nephilim in Noah’s flood era. Simply put, people were completely seized by evil spirits. People often say, “They are possessed by gods.” That is the cause of destruction, and this continues even now.

[ The Incident of the Tower of Babel ]
In addition, people try to succeed by any means, whether they believe in God or not. That is the incident of the Tower of Babel. It completely collapsed. Even now, people are doing these same three things. Remnants must not be deceived. You must overcome these things. These are Satan’s methods continuing to this day.

Therefore, from the beginning, God gave us something:

[ Passover (The Blood – Liberation) ]
The Passover. On the day the blood was applied, they were set free. This is not an ordinary message. It continues to this day.

[ Pentecost (Holy Spirit) ]
Pentecost. This is God promising to be with us through the power of the Holy Spirit.

[ Feast of Ingathering (Throne) ]
The Feast of Ingathering. It means storing things in the storehouse. It represents the power of the throne—this is our background.

As this covenant was given, God commanded one way to mark it. “Build the tabernacle.” And later, He said it differently but with the same meaning: “Build the temple.” And again, with slight variations, He said, “Build the church.” This was the command.

▣ Introduction_ The Experience of World Evangelization
When you do this, the experience of world evangelization comes. That experience is crucial.

1. Genesis 37:1–11 / Exodus 3:1–20
I’ll introduce just two passages. In Genesis 37:1–11, Joseph dreams of world evangelization. In Exodus 3:1–20, God gives Moses this covenant and lets him experience it.

What is the greatest mystery here?

[ The Temple Within Me ]
The temple of God comes upon me. This is the first and most important point. The temple of God comes upon me.

I’ve seen many remnants, but today I spoke with Chanmi. I told her, “Don’t depend on adults. You establish your regional church. If you receive answers, others who receive answers will appear. That is the beginning. Do this wherever you go. So don’t ask, ‘How should I pray?’ That is not your level anymore. Your prayer must lead everything.” That is prayer. The temple of God must first be established within me. All remnants experienced this.

Don’t worry about depression. If you understand this—the temple of God within—you can become a much greater vessel. In fact, those with a background in shamanism may realize this faster. When the Holy Spirit comes upon me, the temple of God comes upon me.

2. Exodus 5:1–12:46 [ The Temple Before People ]
In Exodus 5:1–12:46, God’s temple appears before people and meetings.

3. Exodus 14:1–13 [ The Temple in the Field ]
Today’s passage, Exodus 14:1–13. What happens? As world evangelization begins, the temple of God appears in the field.

These three things:

The bartizan of God was established within me. When we gather like this, the bartizan of God is established. In the field of darkness, at the Red Sea, the bartizan of God appeared. This is the experience of world evangelization. You must never lose hold of this.

▣ Main Point
Three things happened.

1. Tabernacle
With this blessing, hold tightly to the things above. As you walk through the wilderness, begin with the tabernacle movement.

1) Centered on the Tabernacle
It may seem like nothing, but it’s important. Live your life centered on the tabernacle.

2) Centered on the Tent of Meeting
Since they gathered at the tabernacle, it became the tent of meeting. Live your life of faith centered on the tent of meeting.

3) Centered on the Tent
Everyone positioned the entrance of their tents to face the tabernacle. Live your life of faith centered on the tent.

This was the way and the method for traveling through the wilderness. They had no choice back then but to follow the tabernacle.

2. Temple
This later developed into the temple. Why?

1) Three Courtyards
It wasn’t just a simple structure—the temple prepared the three courtyards. For world evangelization, the three courtyards are necessary. Building the temple is for the purpose of having the three courtyards.

2) The Three-day Weekend Age
Spiritual problems must be healed. Open the age of the three-day weekend. Whether remnants, Chanmi going to America, or anyone—it’s all the same. You must enjoy this blessing at your regional church. You must show the evidence. Nothing else matters.

3) The Age of Holy Meditation
Find what is hidden through the age of holy meditation. That is the temple.

3. Church – World
Why use the term “church”? It is essentially the same meaning, but why?

1) Bartizan of the Throne
The church establishes the bartizan that saves the world. The temple is about gathering, but the church is about establishing the bartizan that saves the world.

2) Journey
The church enables us to go on the journey of the throne to globalize.

3) Guidepost
The church establishes the guidepost of the throne.

When you pray this time, hold onto this entire message. Our spiritual battle is this. The entire world is under the same three problems: the incident of Eden—people only care about themselves. The incident of the Nephilim—people only care about their own desires. The incident of Babel—people only care about their own group. Destruction is inevitable. The world is fighting under this condition, naturally falling into darkness.

At this time, you and our remnants must see these: the Passover—the blood and liberation, Pentecost—the Holy Spirit, the Feast of Ingathering—the throne. Liberation must come—Passover. True power is needed—Pentecost. True background exists—the Feast of Ingathering.

To head in this direction, your life itself must become the temple. Don’t be concerned if you go abroad and there’s no church building nearby—establish it yourself. You and our remnants are the temple. Where you are is the temple. And in the field of darkness, establish the temple. That is what was shown from the beginning.

God already showed ten miracles to Moses. What remained? Crossing the Red Sea. Look carefully—God told them to go toward the Red Sea. Look again—God stirred Pharaoh to send them. And then God showed Israel something important—to crush the darkness of the world and reveal God’s glory.

The tabernacle, temple, church—they all mean the same thing. Pray for this. Pray for answers.

▣ Conclusion
There are three things our members must resolve.

1. Poverty
The biggest problem? Economy. Poverty. You must pray. Throughout history, one nation has given the most offerings. Which nation? Israel. They have received the greatest economic blessings—Israel. It’s undeniable. Evidence exists. Israel’s entire culture revolves around giving to God. It seems unbelievable, but it’s true.

Though somewhat embarrassing to say, world economics are dominated by America, and America’s economy is dominated by the Jews. It’s a fact. If the Jews truly reshuffled things, America would be shaken. That’s how wealthy the Jews became, just as promised in the Bible.

They worship the most, they keep the most festivals—Israel. The world’s intellectual leaders? The Jews. It’s remarkable. They hold over a third of the Nobel Prizes—not in literature or peace prizes, but in scientific, evidence-based fields. Over a third belong to the Jews. This must be resolved.

2. Disease
What appears most among us? Disease. This must be resolved. Cross the Red Sea. Center your life on the tabernacle and the ark of the covenant. Cross the Jordan. Break down Jericho. Evidence already exists. The united armies attacked. God gave an unprecedented answer. The Anakim, whom everyone said couldn’t be defeated—Caleb alone overthrew them with the covenant.

This is not only the world’s problem—it’s also the church’s problem.

3. Incompetence
The third? Incompetence. The church cannot evangelize. That’s incompetence. The church is not being revived. Instead, there is only endless talk. That is incompetence. No matter how great your theories, if your work closes, if the church closes, you can do nothing. No matter how correct your logic, if remnants have no strength, the world dies. You cannot save it.

You must receive answers. You must pray seriously and restore your offering. It’s not about how much—it’s about restoration. You don’t need to say anything to others.

When did I start receiving answers? Since I was young, I’ve seen poverty firsthand. So I thought, “Something’s wrong.” Now, I am most meticulous when it comes to offering. I always prepare in advance. In both my cars in Busan and Seoul, I keep offering envelopes ready. That’s how important this is to me. Because of that, God has given me abundant material blessings and health everywhere I go. Some people misunderstand and mock me for it—but God has overturned everything.

We have continued world evangelization in good health until now. This year, leaders from the 5,000 tribes have begun to rise. History is happening.

Therefore, like David, you must stake your life and consider your lifetime calling. We must not pass down poverty, disease, and incompetence to the next generation. I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ, that this answer begins in your life this week.

Let us pray.

Prayer
God, we thank You. May we experience true answers this week. Open our eyes to see properly. Let the remainder of our lives be filled with answers—answers that we experience and pass on. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
