The Bartizan that Overcame the Wilderness (Exodus 23:14-17)

Summary

▣ Introduction_ The bartizan of the three feasts and the resolve

To pass on to the next generation an ability capable of world evangelization, a spiritual bartizan must be built.

1. The bartizan of bartizans – the bartizan of the three feasts
1) Passover bartizan – The bartizan that reversed destiny from disaster, Satan, and the power of hell
2) Pentecost bartizan – The power of God needed for the journey
3) Tabernacles bartizan – The bartizan that enjoys the throne, His kingdom, and His work

2. Grasp the exact covenant and make the resolve to build the bartizan.
1) Joseph, who began the work that could evangelize the world
2) David, who fled King Saul who tried to kill him
3) Elisha, who asked for a double portion of the spirit
4) The three young men who said, “We can go into the fire, we cannot bow to idols.”

3. The moment you correctly grasp the covenant, the answer begins. Fulfillment is done by God. World evangelization, the result, is also done by God.

▣ Main_ Three things that happen after the resolve

1. The bartizan of the three feasts must be within me.
1) Jochebed, who correctly grasped the covenant
2) Jethro, who established the covenant as a bartizan and held it
3) Moses, in whom the bartizan of the three feasts was established at age 80
4) Joshua
5) Caleb
6) It was passed on to Rahab.

▷ Build within you the Passover bartizan that overcomes darkness, the Pentecost bartizan of the Holy Spirit’s power, and the Tabernacles bartizan that is the backdrop of the throne. When you breathe in, receive the bartizan, journey, and guidepost; when you breathe out, pass them on. In the beginning God breathed in the breath of life. Jesus breathed out and said, “Receive the Holy Spirit.” “Prophesy to the breath.”

2. The bartizan of the three feasts must appear in the field.
1) Whenever the tabernacle containing the ark of the covenant, the bartizan, moved, it appeared as pillar of cloud and pillar of fire.
2) At the Red Sea, the angel of the LORD went before Moses, then behind Moses.
3) This bartizan appeared as the next generation was born, at the Jordan, at Jericho, and in the territory of the Anakim.

3. Pass on the bartizan of the three feasts to the next generation.
1) “Love God with all your heart. Impress the evidence you have on the next generation.”
2) The young Samuel was brought to the temple and this covenant was passed on – the Mizpah movement, no war.
3) Raise up the next generation as watchmen: “Give the LORD no rest. Build up the highway. Raise a banner for the nations.”
4) Paul, who entered the synagogue every time he met important people – evangelized the world in the age of the diaspora.
5) Caleb who kept the synagogue – God used the Remnant with the gospel from the synagogue to change the world.

▷ God will use you and the next generation to block darkness.

▣ Conclusion_ Life camp – Always enjoy the three feasts

1. Begin the 7·7·7 life restoration prayer – Challenge the throne 24, 25, 00 (2 Corinthians 12).
2. Build this bartizan before you get sick.
3. No reasons, conditions, or calculations. Build this bartizan.

▷ Pass on the bartizan of the three feasts through prayer, into yourself, into the field, and to the next generation.

Transcript

There are people who attend church. There are also people who attend church and succeed. But there are also believers whose descendants seek to pass on the ability for world evangelization. This choice is yours to make. To do that, you must build a bartizan. Without a bartizan, one cannot become a watchman.

Government offices, or the military, police stations in our country — these are all bartizans that protect the citizens. In the old days there were bartizans protecting cities. There they protected the nation, watched for danger, helped needy travelers, held gatherings, held special worship and offered sacrifices. Important, right?

So David built a thousand bartizans. He became a king who protected the nation. But David did more than that. Throughout his life, he prayed and prepared for the temple. In simple terms, he built a spiritual bartizan. There are many successful people in the world. But there is no spiritual bartizan. Today, you must go with the covenant of receiving the answer to prayer.

1. The bartizan of bartizans – the bartizan of the three feasts
So what is the bartizan of bartizans? This must be built first.
1) Passover bartizan – The bartizan that reversed destiny from disaster, Satan, and the power of hell
This is the Passover bartizan that completely reversed destiny from darkness and disaster, Satan, and the power of hell. Important, right? The place where this bartizan is, was formerly the tabernacle.
2) Pentecost bartizan – The power of God needed for the journey
Also, for the rest of the journey, this power of God is needed. This is called the Pentecost bartizan. It must not be missed.
3) Tabernacles bartizan – The bartizan that enjoys the throne, His kingdom, and His work
Also, build the Tabernacles bartizan that always enjoys the throne, His kingdom, and His work. This must be built.

2. Grasp the exact covenant and make the resolve to build the bartizan.
Today, you just need to make the resolve. It doesn’t require much effort. It’s simple. The 7 Remnants made this bartizan resolve.
1) Joseph, who began the work that could evangelize the world
One day, he became prime minister. He became prime minister, but Joseph did not think about Potiphar’s house. He took direct action. He completely began the work that could witness to the covenant capable of world evangelization. The important thing — knowing Scripture is important, but you must receive the answer.
2) David, who fled King Saul who tried to kill him
David is different. Even though King Saul risked his life for his own benefit, David was not like that. What’s important is that though Saul tried to kill David, David fled. Each time, he said one thing: “You must not kill Saul. God does not allow anyone to touch the one He anointed.” He said that.
3) Elisha, who asked for a double portion of the spirit
You know the Dothan movement started by Elisha. Many servants of the LORD like Gilgal, like Jericho. Elisha said no. “I need a double portion of the spirit.” He said that. Different, right? It begins the moment you make the resolve about the exact covenant. Experience it — today is simple, right?
4) The three young men who said, “We can go into the fire, we cannot bow to idols.”
“We can go into the fire — this is fine.” Amazing, right? “Even if You don’t save us, it’s fine.” This is what’s unstoppable. You must grasp the covenant well. “Even though we may die, the next generation must go to Canaan.” You must speak this way. “We feel like we’re starving right now, so let’s turn back.” That’s already ruined. So you must grasp the covenant God has given and make the resolve today at worship. Not difficult at all. “If I die because of this, I will die.” Nothing difficult about it.

I saw my parents and elders suffer during the war. I made my resolve. “God’s power is not this. I will save my family line.” Simple. Not pride. Make your resolve.

I attended church a lot. I realized I wasn’t like that. A church where the word isn’t alive, where evangelism doesn’t happen, where prayer doesn’t happen isn’t a church. “I will make a church that does evangelism.” Make your resolve. Not difficult at all. Today, you must make the right resolve for it to be a covenant. You must make the resolve of Immanuel.

Our associate pastors are all important people. You must make your resolve at any time. Going forward, “I will not pastor in order to succeed.” Too many people are like that. Many pastor in order to succeed. Even among excellent people. That kind of pastor fails. Cannot achieve world evangelization. “For the church, only for the gospel, only for the flock, I will stake my life.” You must make that resolve. Then history will happen.

Many of you — are you using the church? No. You can name names. There’s a friend named Eddie in America — as I see it, that friend is very promising, someone with a future. He came to me and said the first thing. “I will do this and this.” “So, what?” I asked. “If I make this and this at headquarters, I could do this great work.” Since I knew this friend understood what I was saying, I told him directly: “Don’t use headquarters to try to make money.” I said. “If you truly want to evangelize the world, earn money and give it as an offering. Don’t use the church or headquarters. You mustn’t become such a small vessel.” I said that. He immediately understood from the first word. So now, as we build in Busan, he asked me first himself. “Pastor, how can I evangelize the world?” “Do you really want to?” “Do two things. One, build the three courtyards model in Busan. Build one dispatch site in America.” So this friend made that resolve.

We must properly grasp the covenant. I explained it to him clearly so he’d understand. Those in the fellowship hall who tried to use headquarters to make money all left. They’re out there cursing now. That’s fine. They already received the wrong answer. So you must grasp the covenant precisely.

“If we go into the fire, the LORD will save us. We cannot bow to idols.” That’s not a fight. “We cannot bow to idols.” It’s not a power game. “We cannot bow to idols. Even if we die, that’s fine.” That’s grasping the covenant properly.

Please understand — many people outside try to persuade my kind wife to approach me. I have never once let them, never once met with them. Right? If you try to use that connection to make money, that’s already a dead vessel. Right?

3. The moment you correctly grasp the covenant, the answer begins. Fulfillment is done by God. World evangelization, the result, is also done by God.
There are people set apart to receive the answer. “I will not resent my family, I will save my family line” — that’s the right covenant. Not about whether the church is this or that. “I will become a person of faith who saves the church” — that’s grasping the covenant correctly. Right? You must remember this. The moment you grasp the covenant, the answer begins. That is the answer. Right? Fulfillment is what God brings about. The result — world evangelization — God does.

Especially you young adults here, you must grasp the covenant and make the resolve well. Then, just by holding onto that covenant, God will accomplish it. Why? We are not church-goers. We are not people with our eyes fixed on worldly success. We are people who must evangelize the world. Right? What should you give your children as a gift then? “Eat well and succeed” — that’s cursing your children. “You must receive the blessing of being able to evangelize the world. You must become a witness.” You must teach them that. “Your tithe must be used to keep the church alive. The missionaries you send must be used to evangelize the world.” Even if you can’t, even if it’s hard, you must grasp the covenant correctly.

▣ Main_ Three things that happen after the resolve

There are three things that happen after the resolve.

1. The bartizan of the three feasts must be within me.
The three feasts must be within you. Understood? You must remember this.
1) Jochebed
Everyone said it was impossible. One woman who correctly grasped the covenant appeared. Jochebed. An unbelievable thing happened. Right? This person held that covenant within herself.
2) Jethro
As you know, Moses had a problem after living in Egypt. At that time, one who established God’s covenant as a bartizan and held it appeared. That is Jethro. Right? Not difficult.
3) Moses
God’s exact covenant — Passover, Pentecost, Tabernacles — this enormous background is held within oneself. This is what came upon Moses. Until age 80, Moses had the covenant but had not built it as a bartizan in his heart. Try it — on the day he turned 80, the bartizan was built within him. You know better than I do how things turned out from there.
4) Joshua
This bartizan was passed on to Joshua. God told Joshua, “I will be with you as I was with Moses.” He said that.
5) Caleb
This was passed on to Caleb.
6) Rahab
This was passed on to Rahab. This is today’s second service scripture, the women’s devotional service second service scripture. Without fail.

※ Build within you the Passover bartizan that overcomes darkness, the Pentecost bartizan of the Holy Spirit’s power, and the Tabernacles bartizan that is the backdrop of the throne.
Build within you the Passover bartizan, the power that overcomes darkness after escaping it. You can win no matter what happens. Build the Pentecost bartizan of power, the Holy Spirit’s power, within you. Your background is not hell. Build the throne bartizan, Tabernacles. How? Through prayer. Nothing difficult about it.

※ When you breathe in, receive the bartizan, journey, and guidepost; when you breathe out, pass them on. In the beginning God breathed in the breath of life. Jesus breathed out and said, receive the Holy Spirit. Prophesy to the breath.
This morning I told our elders something important. I enjoy the seven bartizans, journeys, and guideposts all day happily. When I breathe in, that’s me receiving. When I breathe out, that’s passing it on. Try it. The first thing God did was “breathe in the breath of life.” He said that, right? Jesus at the very end said “breathe out and receive the Holy Spirit.” That’s what He said. In Ezekiel, since we have no power ourselves, “prophesy to this breath.” Just through prayer. I prayed that as I came this morning too. Perhaps in your life, “Ah, this is truly how God works” — you must go through that kind of experience. Right? How excellent, how unaccomplished, how much you’ve learned — those things matter, but that’s not the real goal.

2. The bartizan of the three feasts must appear in the field.
Second point. Where must this bartizan of the three feasts appear? In the wilderness. You must believe this.
1) Whenever the tabernacle containing the ark of the covenant, the bartizan, moved, it appeared as pillar of cloud and pillar of fire.
Whenever this tabernacle, holding this bartizan-ark, moved, what did God do? By day, pillar of cloud; by night, pillar of fire.
2) At the Red Sea, the angel of the LORD went before Moses, then behind Moses.
The angel of the LORD went before Moses, then behind Moses. At the Red Sea. Right?
3) This bartizan appeared as the next generation was born, at the Jordan, at Jericho, and in the territory of the Anakim.
Then afterward, when the next generation was born, again at the Jordan. In front of Jericho. In the territory of the Anakim. It appeared this way. Exactly so.

Today, you go to the field with the covenant you grasp, with the covenant you grasp.

3. Pass on the bartizan of the three feasts to the next generation.
Pass on this bartizan of the three feasts to the next generation. This is the third thing you must do. How do you pass it on?
1) “Love God with all your heart. Impress the evidence you have on the next generation.”
Love God with all your strength, heart, and might, first yourself. Isn’t there evidence up until now? Impress this fact on the next generation. Do that. Why? Because it takes root through being impressed. Pass this on to the next generation.
2) The young Samuel was brought to the temple and this covenant was passed on – the Mizpah movement, no war.
As you know, what happened after passing this on? The young Samuel’s mother brought him to the temple and passed on this covenant. As you know, a problem that had gone unresolved for hundreds of years was resolved through Samuel. “As long as Samuel lived, there was no war.” Just passing on that one thing — that was the Mizpah movement. You must carry this covenant with you. What is the bartizan of bartizans? The three feasts. The Passover bartizan that overcomes Satan. The Pentecost bartizan that shows God’s power. Your background is the throne, the Tabernacles bartizan. Put this within yourself. In order. This is the field for your work. The wilderness, enjoyed in your studies. And pass it on to the next generation.
3) Raise up the next generation as watchmen: “Give the LORD no rest. Build up the highway. Raise a banner for the nations.”
God told Isaiah, “Don’t just raise up the next generation, raise them as watchmen. Set them as watchmen to give the LORD no rest day and night. Build up the highway. And raise a banner for the nations.” Just pass this on to the next generation.
4) Paul, who entered the synagogue every time he met important people – evangelized the world in the age of the diaspora.
As you know, wherever Paul went to meet important people, there was a place he entered. Where? The synagogue. Do you know what this caused? He completely evangelized the world during the age of the diaspora.
5) Caleb who kept the synagogue – God used the Remnant with the gospel from the synagogue to change the world.
In 70 AD, Israel fell as prophesied. The temple was destroyed. Right? Even now it cannot be found. Jesus said it wouldn’t be found. It was completely destroyed. At that time there was a rabbi named Caleb. He deceived them. “Announce that I have died, put me in a coffin, and take me out of the city.” “Why? What should I do?” “Once outside, at the very end, open the coffin before the general called Titus.” He did exactly that. As they carried the coffin out, Roman soldiers guarding it said, “What is this?” “Ah, our teacher has died.” “Open the lid.” They said, “Ah, by custom we don’t open a body.” “Then can we stab it with a spear?” “No.” They let it through. He got out. He got outside the wall. He opened it before the general standing guard outside. How surprised the general must have been. “What in the world is this?” “I have a solemn resolve and one request.” “What is it?” “You may kill all of us. But please don’t do one thing.” “What is it?” “Don’t destroy the synagogue where our next generation is growing up.” General Titus said, “Okay.” That changed the times. Later, when the diaspora scattered, the Remnants from that synagogue who held the gospel changed the world. To be precise, God changed the world.

※ God will use you and the next generation to block darkness.
More precisely, God will use you and the next generation to block darkness. This is the evidence.

▣ Conclusion_ Life camp – Always enjoy the three feasts

So it’s not difficult at all. These three feasts were gathered every year. That’s because it was a commemoration. We must enjoy this every day. Right? We must always enjoy it even now. This is our important life camp. You should enjoy the 3 life camps, three camps.

1. Begin the 7·7·7 life restoration prayer – Challenge the throne 24, 25, 00 (2 Corinthians 12).
If any of you are sick or ill in body, don’t be discouraged. Start the 7·7·7 life restoration prayer. Challenge the throne 24, 25, eternity. Like Paul in 2 Corinthians 12, “whether in the body or out of the body, I do not know” — challenge to this degree.

2. Build this bartizan before you get sick.
More important — many of you should build this bartizan before getting sick. This is what Jesus said after 40 days, so you don’t even need to listen to me on this.

3. No reasons, conditions, or calculations. Build this bartizan.
More important — build it without any conditions. Those who will evangelize the world have no reasons or conditions. Remnants must remember. On the path you take, there are no calculations, reasons, or conditions. It’s about the covenant. It’s a relationship with the covenant. Just carry that and go.

※ Pass on the bartizan of the three feasts through prayer, into yourself, into the field, and to the next generation.
This is important today because continuing from last week, this is about building the bartizan within yourself. What is the bartizan of bartizans? The bartizan of the three feasts. Very simple. Through prayer, within myself. People are wandering right now. In the field. Having passed it on to the next generation except for this one thing — that’s truly evil. To the next generation. Can we let our next generation live like animals just eating and living? That’s the fault of us adults, the parents. So statistics have already come out — more than 40% of children now have mental health issues. May today be the day you firmly grasp the covenant, in the name of Jesus Christ. May you be a day of gaining strength all day. I will pray.

Prayer

God, may today be an important beginning where Your covenant is experienced. Let the greatest bartizan be established. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
