The Temple Where Multi-Ethnic Talent Will Stay

Church Construction Devotional Worship
Scripture Reading: Acts 8:26-40

When you know what happens during worship and when you pray, you can pray easily. When certainty comes in that area, you can also gain strength. Among these, there is the most important word in the Bible. Why was this Word given from the beginning?

Multiethnic peoples—especially among them, talents who can preach the Gospel to the multiethnic. A temple where such talents will remain must be prepared. Now, what happens when we do this?

▣ Introduction: Past failures [today’s bartizan]
All past failures—you must surely know this. All past failures are completely changed into today’s bartizan. I will give the evidence.

1. What was stolen [future generations]
Now, everything that was stolen—future generations went and found them all. That field is precisely the multiethnic field.
1) Slaves
They went as slaves, but the remnants restored everything. Your past entirely changes into today’s bartizan; we call that a stepping stone. Do not worry—when all your past is turned into God’s bartizan, answers come even if you tell them not to. In one sense, we do not even need to use words like “answers come or not.” For today’s remnants, of course, since they are only beginning, prayer may not come well. That is not because it “doesn’t work,” but because it is the beginning. If prayer comes easily right away when remnants are very young—that could be a bit strange. You would almost need a slight “psycho” tendency for that. Prayer does not come so easily. You must regard this as natural.
[God’s bartizan]
Simply put, at this very time today, God’s bartizan is set—then prayer begins to take place.
2) Wars
3) Captivity
4) Vassal state
5) Wanderers
These are well-known—war, captivity, vassal state, wanderers. If we do not know this, the next generation will end up like this; but if we know this fact (the temple where multiethnic talents will remain), restoration will take place here.

2. Idols [Mason War]
Second, in the past we lost to idols. This is completely turned into victory in the Mason War.
1) The tabernacle
The evidences are the tabernacle. And all of this is now changed into bartizans. We call this Mason War the “blessing of temple construction.” Temple construction is something we build unto God, but it is also the Mason War. Simply put, it is a war between the Freemasons and the Holy Masons. Do you understand? The answers that come are not merely “answers for today.” Though your past was entirely failures, these are changed into stepping stones—every one of them. We thought being taken as captives was failure—that is because we did not know this (the temple where multiethnic talents will remain). Therefore, those who knew the term “multiethnic” in the captive field all saw restoration. This is certain evidence. Therefore, do not entertain complicated thoughts—those all get imprinted in the brain. Just hold the covenant and pray. A feature of those who do not receive answers is that their minds are complicated. There is nothing to complicate—hold the covenant. From meeting successful people, when you talk with them, they are truly simple and sincere. Those who are not successful talk a lot. Even if you go to temples, eminent monks do not talk much; the noisy ones are the lower monks. We must certainly find this out—why are we now waging the Mason War for world evangelization?
2) The temple
David was the one who gave the answer here. Problems came merely because this (the temple where multiethnic talents will remain) was lost.
3) The church
The tabernacle was changed into the temple, and the early church arose that could make a universe-wide impact. All this blessing must be restored. This becomes today’s bartizan.

3. Camp
Not only that—every past failure was changed into today’s camp.
1) Satan’s 12 strategies (1st camp)
Until then Satan established 12 strategies. At that time, the early church and Paul’s team toppled them entirely with the 1st camp. Right? Do not miss this, because you must receive answers. What is the 1st camp? It is to be completely led by the Holy Spirit.
2) The three organizations (2nd camp)
The three organizations exist now and existed then. They produced idols, shamanism, and the Nephilim. All this was solved with the 2nd camp. The statement that “your past becomes blessing” is something unintelligible if one does not know the Gospel.
3) Culture (3rd camp)
Thus the entire culture they made was solved with the 3rd camp.

Therefore, the seven remnants who received this covenant were not “special.” We might say, “Wow, special—miraculous,” but before God it was natural, necessary, and absolute. Though a bit difficult, take this and verify in the Bible.
Each year I write lyrics that ride the current of the message, and the lyrics are difficult; but I cannot change them, because historically there will be evidences among your future generations and remnants. In some sense my sermons are extremely difficult—if the unsaved hear, they are worthless sermons. Especially those who do not evangelize cannot understand: “What on earth is this?” Do not some people say so? They cannot understand. “Why are there so many terms?” Of course there are many—if you travel a lot, many terms appear; if you have many sons, you must make many names.

▣ Main:  Today’s journey
Now, what happens at this time? At this time, today’s journey is fulfilled. And a very important phrase appears here today. What does it say?

1. [The angel of the Lord]
In verse 26, “The angel of the Lord….” God sends His angel of the Lord to you.

2. [The Holy Spirit]
Also, see: “The Holy Spirit said to Philip….” This is today’s journey. If one knows nothing spiritually, what use is this to beastlike people? It is of no use.

3. [The Spirit of the Lord]
Again in verse 39 a crucial phrase appears: “The Spirit of the Lord….” This means: when you go your journey holding the covenant, God sends to you “the angel of the Lord, the Holy Spirit, and the Spirit of the Lord.”

1. [The angel of the Lord] [v.26 angels]
This appears in verse 26. In reality, because God sends His angels to inform us, the Scripture expresses it as “messenger.” In every major biblical event He appears. When Moses had extremely important tasks, “the angel of the Lord went before Moses,” and, “the angel of the Lord went behind Moses.” When Daniel bowed, God sent the archangel to make God’s matters known. We know nothing of this. So how does He guide?
1) Road
God guided the road. What did He say? “Go on the road from Jerusalem to Gaza.” That is verse 26.
2) Person (v.27), worship
God prepared the person to meet—verse 27. What does it say? When he went, a powerful eunuch of the famous Queen Candace of Ethiopia had come. And how did he come? Not for travel—we often say, “Let’s travel and see,” don’t we? It was not that; it says he came to worship. It may sound ordinary, but among the multiethnic people here, many have come to worship. Right? They did not come seeking some gain—they came to worship. If there are people who have come saying, “We will live for Christ,” this is a miracle of miracles. Right? We do not know what will happen ahead.
3) Word (v.28)
And on the way back he was reading the Word—that, as you know, is verse 28. Thus, in order to make this known, the angel of the Lord appeared to Philip.

What do you think? If you remove such things from Scripture, you cannot grasp anything real. You truly become at the level of an animal—knowing only eating and sleeping. “Since we eat anyway, let’s eat well; since we sleep anyway, let’s sleep well.” By those standards these days, dogs are far happier than you. I once stopped at a rest area where there was a park behind it. I went to see the park, and a young couple was pushing strollers. I thought they were baby strollers, but when I came closer, both strollers were carrying dogs. Wow. Shouldn’t they carry babies, but they were carrying dogs like that. If you remove the spiritual, dogs are happier than you. There are even laws now saying not to eat dogs. How happy are dogs—people clothe them, feed them; nowadays they even wear shoes and suits. If you know nothing of the spiritual world, you are the same as a dog.

2. [The Holy Spirit] [the Counselor]
At that time the Holy Spirit worked—that is, the Holy Spirit appeared to us as the Counselor and worked.
1) To the chariot (v.29)
In order to fulfill the Word, He said, “Go to the chariot.” That is verse 29. At that crucial hour—a time of concern—He said, “Go to the chariot.”
2) Ran up (v.30), the one who teaches (v.31)
It says Philip ran up. He asked, “Do you understand what you are reading?” Consider the situation—how could they meet like this? The angel of the Lord made it known; the Holy Spirit… he ran up and asked.
Then he answered like this—verse 31: “How can I unless someone teaches me?” This shows that the Holy Spirit guides your steps—though we did not know, we must know it. So the eunuch asked, “About whom does the prophet say this? He is like a lamb led to the slaughter and like a lamb that is still while its wool is being shorn; he did not open his mouth. He did not even receive a fair trial and died on the cross. About whom is this speaking?”
[Christ]
At that time he opened the Scriptures and explained the important Christ.
3) Baptism
The man was so moved—it was not merely what Philip said—he received such grace that he said, “Then give me baptism.” That is baptism. He came to receive baptism—this is recorded in verse 36. It is important—you must believe. In your journey, not only is God with you, but He sends the angel of the Lord; the Holy Spirit guides; and the Spirit of the Lord is with you.

3. [The Spirit of the Lord] [with] (v.39)
Why is it put differently from “the angel of the Lord”? To inform and to be with are different—the Spirit of the Lord was with him.
After they came up from baptism, verse 39 records something crucial. Our multiethnic brothers and sisters have passed through so much to come to our church. If we do not bring such precious people to the answer of Christ and talk about other things, that is to be cursed, right? If Philip had failed to explain Christ at that time, what would have happened? The man received great grace and understanding and asked me for baptism; I give him baptism. But then in verse 39, the two parted—“he saw him no more.” From this phrase I received the greatest grace—“Ah, I see!”
1) First opportunity
The person we meet is a first opportunity.
2) Last opportunity
We will see him no more. It is a last opportunity. Right?
3) Eternal opportunity
We must dedicate ourselves so that it becomes an eternal opportunity for that person.

Because this is what the Gospel is. “Here the Spirit of the Lord was with him.” To save one multiethnic person is not merely about that one person—at that time he was the powerful eunuch under Queen Candace. This one person is great. We can quickly see this, can’t we? Often workers try to show off, but when we evangelized those island nations, we could see that they truly wanted to spread the Gospel. When we went, the speaker of the National Assembly gathered all the presidents of each nation. He kept overextending himself, pushing the schedule, making it stretch. But it did not look bad—what was he doing by overextending? By any pretext, he gathered the presidents and said, “Please have Pastor Ryu proclaim the Gospel once.” He was asking for the message. Watching him from start to finish, I saw he was earnest. Who knows what will happen? If it was the first and the last opportunity and you spoke of something else—it must not be so.

▣ Conclusion [guidepost, future]
So how does the conclusion come out? While you are holding the covenant at this time, a guidepost is made. Today’s guidepost is made, but this is for the future. Thus bartizan, journey, and guidepost were woven as the introduction, main message, and conclusion. At such times, important things occur.
1. The Triune, the army, the darkness
Simply put, invisibly, the Triune God works together with you. At this time—look here—God sends the heavenly army to help you and to serve you. At this very time the darkness is bound. Thus the Lord Jesus Himself said, “When Satan is bound and the Holy Spirit comes, the kingdom of God has come.”
2. 3 John 1:2
Thus, in 3 John 1:2, “Beloved, as your soul prospers….” This is the order of receiving answers. It means, “If you first become a spiritual summit.” Because we are human, it means, “If the spiritual world is first formed.” Then “you will prosper in all things.” It follows. “And be in good health, I pray.” Do not miss this. What you are seeking here now—the spiritual world—will surely appear in all things and in soundness. You must believe this. There is only one thing you have to do.
3. Preparation of the vessel
It is to prepare the vessel. That alone is needed—because it must be poured into a vessel. This has nothing to do with academic background or age. If the vessel is prepared, it will be filled. Even at this time, though you are sitting here now, the kingdom of God is coming upon the places you must go. Though it looks like you are praying here and praying alone, a work takes place in which all your past is changed into God’s bartizan. Your future is changed into the throne’s guidepost that will save the future.

Now, if a remnant is inside this (the whole message), what will happen? Though it may sound unintelligible, if a remnant is inside this (the whole message), then what happens? History changes depending on where Joseph is. Right? Where is Joseph? Where are our remnants? History changes according to that. Then look at your work—look at Obadiah; what was Obadiah doing? All the historic works happened then. So at this time, during the time of worship, and your daily time of enjoying prayer—gaining strength then becomes everything.

So from now on, remnants, if possible do not use words like “it works” or “it doesn’t work.” If evangelism goes a little well, you get excited; if not, you get discouraged. That is not evangelism. Evangelism is that we are inside the work that God accomplishes. There lies your field of work. Right? There lies your study. I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ to receive yet another new grace this week. Pray for six days. You can confirm it. Let us pray.

Prayer. God, we thank You. Today, let this be a new beginning that restores all things by holding onto God’s mystery. Let our past set up the throne’s bartizan; let our today become a marvelous time walking the throne’s journey; and let our future set up the throne’s guidepost. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
