Answer the Call!

John 15:16. You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.

God’s way of saving the world has always been through the few people He called for His eternal purpose. Throughout every age, those who changed the world were people who heard God’s heavenly mandate and answered His calling by faith.

When Jesus called His disciples, He did not call them because they were qualified, powerful, or extraordinary. He called them because He wanted them. In the same way, He has called you. You did not choose Him first, but He chose and appointed you (John 15:16).

This calling was part of God’s eternal plan hidden before the ages began: “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations” (Jeremiah 1:5).

God called you first to be with Him. Christianity is not merely following a religion or trying to become a better person. It is enjoying Immanuel—God with you. It is living every day with the living Christ who reigns over all things.

How does God reveal that He is with you? He confirms His Word in your life. He carries out the work of Christ over the powers of Satan, sin, and hell. He works powerfully through the Holy Spirit and places you as Christ’s witness.

Through Christ, the presence of the Triune God in you has become a reality. The kingdom of God has come upon you. Heaven’s authority and blessings are now yours through the gospel. When you truly believe and enjoy this covenant, you begin to experience every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms.

Do not be deceived by your weaknesses, scars, or limitations. God has never used perfect people. He uses those who remain with Jesus. For example, Peter and John were ordinary men without worldly status or education, yet the people around them were amazed because they could not deny the evidence of God in their lives:

“When they saw the courage of Peter and John and realized that they were unschooled, ordinary men, they were astonished, and they took note that these men had been with Jesus” (Acts 4:13).

When you are with Jesus, God will open your eyes to see the spiritual reality behind the world. You will begin to understand why the gospel is not merely one message among many, but the only answer for mankind. The world suffers under sin, darkness, and separation from God, and only Christ can solve the fundamental problem of humanity.

Make this gospel your own, just as Paul did. The gospel must move beyond knowledge and become the confession of your life:

“I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me” (Galatians 2:20).

Do not be discouraged by your present circumstances, hardships, or limitations. God often reveals His greatest answers in the midst of weakness, confinement, and crisis. Jeremiah discovered this while imprisoned in the courtyard of the guard:

“While Jeremiah was still confined in the courtyard of the guard, the word of the Lord came to him a second time: ‘This is what the Lord says, he who made the earth, the Lord who formed it and established it—the Lord is his name: Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know’” (Jeremiah 33:1–3).

Discover your prayer within your circumstances. Hold to God’s covenant and call upon Him. God is not limited by your reality. Even now, He is preparing answers, doors, and works that you cannot yet see.

Jesus did not call you only to receive grace. He also called you to be sent into the world to proclaim the gospel. Evangelism is simply telling others how God has been with you through Christ. It is sharing the life, hope, and salvation you have received through Him.

Many believers misunderstand evangelism. Some think it is only for specially gifted people or for those with theological training. But evangelism is the natural movement of the life of Christ within a believer. When the gospel becomes your life, sharing Christ becomes a natural part of who you are.

If the blood of Christ has truly saved you, then evangelism is simply introducing Jesus to those still living under the bondage of darkness. That is why evangelism is one of the greatest blessings and privileges God has given to His people. Satan fears evangelism because the gospel destroys the works of the devil and sets captives free. For this reason, he continually tries to discourage believers, distract the church, and silence the proclamation of the gospel.

The Early Church understood this spiritual reality. Even under persecution, they did not retreat or ask God merely to remove their hardships. Instead, they prayed for boldness to continue proclaiming the gospel: “Now, Lord, consider their threats and enable your servants to speak your word with great boldness” (Acts 4:29). As they prayed, the Holy Spirit filled them anew, and the gospel continued to spread with power throughout the world.

It is important to discover and enjoy the evangelism God has prepared for your life and situation. Begin by praying for doors to open for the gospel: “Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ” (Colossians 4:2–3).

Discover your evangelism the way the workers in Romans 16 did. Some supported financially. Some opened their homes. Some encouraged the church. Some protected God’s servants. Others traveled and preached. Yet all of them participated in world evangelization together.

Connect every person, every field, and every meeting in your life to evangelism. Live prepared to share the reason for the hope within you: “Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have” (1 Peter 3:15).

Closely follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Do not force things according to your own timing. When God opens the door, proclaim the gospel with gentleness, wisdom, and respect.

God has also given you spiritual authority in the name of Jesus Christ because the whole world lies under the control of the evil one (1 John 5:19). Through the authority of Christ, the powers of darkness are broken. In Jesus’ name, you will confront the spiritual forces that have captured people’s minds, families, cultures, and nations.

God will enable you to communicate the gospel across languages, cultures, and generations. He will expose the lies and deceptions of Satan and reveal Christ as the true answer for all people.

Jesus has given His people authority “to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy” (Luke 10:19). He will protect you, guide you, and deliver you according to His covenant. Through the gospel, God desires to bring healing and restoration to those suffering spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Jesus is calling you even now to follow Him with urgency. The world is searching for answers, and countless souls are living without the gospel. When you answer His calling, God will use your life to impact the world with the power of Christ just as He did through the disciples and the Early Church.

Nothing is more urgent than leading people to Christ. Nothing is more important than praying for evangelism disciples who will save the nations. Nothing is more fulfilling than participating in the Great Commission of our Lord for this generation and the generations to come.

You have been given the authority of Jesus’ name—the name above every name. Through Christ, you now approach God not as a stranger, but as His child. Heaven’s throne backs your prayers, and God’s angel armies surround and protect you.

God will bring healing, restoration, and life to the world through you. The Lord Himself will go before you: “Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it” (Mark 16:20).

Wherever the gospel is proclaimed, God will work: “Pray that the message of the Lord may spread rapidly and be honored” (2 Thessalonians 3:1).

When you hear the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?”

May your answer also be: “Here am I. Send me!” (Isaiah 6:8).

Prayer. Father, thank You for calling me by Your grace. Open my eyes to see the spiritual reality of this age and the absolute necessity of the gospel. Fill me with the Holy Spirit and use my life for evangelism and world salvation. Give me boldness to proclaim Christ wherever You send me. Here am I, Lord. Send me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Watchman of Spiritual Re-Creation

Lecture 1: 【 Watchman of Spiritual Re-Creation 】

As you all know well, what is passed down to prenatal and infants is important because it lasts forever. That is why the theme for this time is “Guardians of Re-creation.” The scripture is 2 Corinthians 5:17. It is because re-creation is spoken of in the Bible. I will explain this simply and clearly so that you can remember it, as much as possible.

The first is “Guardians of Spiritual Re-creation.” The text is the same, but the first thing you must hold onto today is the parents. The parents become guardians first. Now, for that to happen, there are three things you must remember.

Introduction – Passing Down So you need to make a decision this time. Because the opportunity is now, and because prenatal and infants are 100% passed down through you. Whether good or bad, it is passed down 100%. How is it passed down? Because it is passed down spiritually, it is not a matter of whether they understand or do not understand. When you hold onto the covenant, it is not a matter of whether prenatal and infants understand it or not. It is passed down spiritually.

  1. Prayer – Within Life ▶Now, this is what most people do not know. What is prayer? The answer to this must come first before anything can be passed down. Now, how do most of you think about prayer? Fathers of prenatal and infants need to go to work, or run a business, or work — when and where do they go to pray? No — the question is, when do you have time to pray the kind of prayer that moves the world? You are already struggling just raising children. There is so much to do. Sometimes it is hard — when do you pray? This must be remembered. This prayer, true prayer, comes from within life. Enjoying three things within life is prayer.

(1) WIOS – Only God is here with me right now, the system of Oneness in which Emmanuel accomplishes all things working together — the system that creates this is prayer. Of course, it is good to go to the church sanctuary to pray. That requires having time. Right? But I am telling you there is a prayer even better than that. Within life, it is unstoppable. Of course, going to the mountain to cry out in prayer can be special. Fasting and praying — that is good. However, a prayer far superior to that is the WIO system that is accomplished within life. This is precisely the answer that Joseph, who moved his age, gave. He said: God was with me. Right? Through slavery and prison, he said: God was with us as Emmanuel, God led me to this point — Oneness. He had and spoke of that system. Do you understand? Then even now, you must have the center of prayer established.

(2) OURS – And when within life you pray while raising children, you pray while working, and you enjoy this — the system of the only, the uniqueness, of re-creation is built.

(3) Always With – And then what is important comes. The system of always being With is built right there. This is prayer. Of course, prayer during worship time is also important. Special prayer is important. Scheduled prayer is important. But the prayer more important than those is this. Especially for you, that is the case.

  1. Holy Meditation. In trying to do this, the question is how you can pray this prayer with concentration. No — the question is how I can concentrate on this prayer. That is why the word most frequently used in the Bible is holy meditation. In particular, it is the word most used by David, who received answers more than anyone else. It even says: blessed is the one who meditates on the Lord day and night. What you must remember here is that holy meditation revives three things. Concentration must be on those three things.

No matter how busy you are, there are times when you rest alone, right? There are times when you want to rest comfortably, right? That is a state of holy meditation. Right? And the point is to put this into life. When you go to a mountain and look at a beautiful mountain and feel, ah, how wonderful — you can feel that, right? And when you see a beautiful ocean, you feel good. And when you see a very bright moon at night, you feel good — you feel that, right? That state is the state that revives the brain. Without it, the brain does not come alive. Right now, the brain cells of those of you sitting here are breaking down rapidly. What is very important — this must be remembered. Pray with that. It revives the brain. And the most important part of what revives the brain — when you enter this comfortable state of holy meditation, your breathing becomes comfortable. Right? When you are angry, it quickens. When you are sick, it quickens even more. Your breath becomes short. When there are too many hard things piling up, your breathing becomes like North Korea’s Kim Jong-un. You die. The brain gets sick. Then things go very wrong. Nothing works. This prayer does not work. So when you enter the deepest state of holy meditation, your breathing becomes 6 times per minute. Fathers need to understand this well. Even just 5 minutes a day, history happens. This has been proven scientifically. This is what the person who won the Nobel Prize for breathing research in 2019 said. Now, breathing 6 times per minute means one breath takes 10 seconds, right? That comfortable — so breathe in comfortably and slowly, it takes about 4 seconds to inhale. You need to exhale a lot. That is how toxins are removed from the brain. If those are not removed, you get dementia, right? Exhale it all out slowly. Do this habitually — do this for at least 5 minutes a day. I do it for 24 hours. I said do it for 5 minutes. Do it whenever your eyes are open.

(1) Brain – The brain comes alive. And while doing that, you pray. (2) Spirit – What else comes alive? My spirit comes alive. Together with the Word… (3) Body (Root) – And then as you continue praying this, this is what comes as the conclusion. My body comes alive. The root of the body comes alive. Where it hurts disappears. The whole body just becomes healthy. That is the result. If you keep receiving shock after shock, eventually problems come to your body, right? This must be remembered.

  1. Guardian. With this, you become a guardian. How does one become a guardian?

(1) Daily Bartizan – With this, concentrate on 3 things daily. There is no need to go anywhere. You begin when your eyes open. While washing dishes, while cooking — the key to it is long breathing. ①3 Concentration – Just do this a little bit in the morning, at noon, and in the evening. ②3 Setting – Then without you even realizing it, something is built. Right? A platform is also built, and it is built like this. This daily building — this becomes the bartizan. When the bartizan is established, the platform comes out, the watchtower comes out, and the antenna comes out. ③3 Answer – Then the 3 answers come. This must be remembered. You must do the last one. Fathers, do this deliberately together with your children. World evangelization will certainly happen. Before this, it will not happen. Your illness will not be healed either. Taking medicine is not being healed. Right? It suppresses what is urgent — it is not healing. Blood pressure medicine does not cure blood pressure. It suppresses blood pressure. Diabetes medicine does not cure diabetes. It just suppresses the blood sugar, right? Revive the root. This is holy meditation.

(2) Every Hour (Journey) – And then what? Every hour — this is called the journey. ①Confirmation – Every hour, now confirm and enjoy this. I do this breathing for 24 hours. During a conference it is even better. After I speak, there is interpretation, right? So I breathe in again. When it ends, I speak. It takes no energy at all. So I can hold a conference all day long. And every hour you confirm what is important. You confirm. You confirm God’s answer. ②Exercise – And what is included in every hour? Exercise is included. You need to briefly exercise every hour. Especially for women — leaving your children behind and going to the gym is impossible. Maybe for one month. If you appear on TV in a special feature, you have to be completely obsessed with it while doing nothing else. We need to be obsessed with Jesus — we cannot be obsessed with that. Right? Then what should you do? You have to go back to the original. Adam and Eve had to go out and work to eat. Right? And go out and work again to eat dinner. That is it. Every hour — I make sure, one way or another, that your blood sugar does not drop, and your illness will not be healed otherwise. Exercise for 5 minutes every hour. This is possible anywhere. You can do it even on an airplane. If I stand up and sit down about 30 times on a plane, it becomes tremendous exercise. There are armrests on both sides, right? Hold those and do push-ups. You must do it. ③Food – Food — you need to study. I mentioned this yesterday as well, but let me give just one example. Garlic has turned out to be the best food for curing cancer. Right? The food Koreans eat the most is garlic. And yet Korea ranks number one in cancer rates, including stomach cancer. Why is that? This is all something that has come about because of mothers. Once garlic is peeled, it has absolutely no effect. You must peel it right when you eat it. If garlic is left in the refrigerator for more than a day, toxins form. I gave just one example. You keep doing only things that kill your body. Of course you will die — I gave just one example. And going somewhere to do some unusual exercise to your heart’s content, then one day hiking up a mountain, then one day resting — none of that helps. Put it into life. Just comfortably within life…

(3) In All Things (Guidepost / 300%) – And then what? In all things — this is the guidepost. What does it create? It creates 300%. The blessing that parents of prenatal and infants must find first — this is the end of it. Where? Within life. Joseph had no time to go pray. He prayed while sweeping floors as a slave. Right? Joseph had no time to go to a revival meeting. He had to pray in prison. And from there he recovered something tremendous. There he revived his brain, his spirit, his body — he did all of it. He restored the root. This strength is passed down directly to your prenatal and infants. Passed down exactly as it is. Because this is spiritual, it is not a matter of whether they understand the words or not. If you are enjoying this blessing, it is even passed down to a foreigner whose language you do not speak. This must be remembered. This is the first thing you must hold onto at this prenatal and infants retreat. Parents of prenatal and infants must gain strength first in order to save their children, right? If you have no power of prayer at all and are missing everything — there is no prayer within my life, everything has been lost — yet you wish for your child to grow up well, that is a rather difficult situation. On top of that, when you have no gospel, the spiritual problems that entered you, the spiritual problems that were in your family line — all of those come touching you. Are there no problems in your family line? There are, right? All of those come attaching themselves. Why? Because all of it passes on to the next generation. All of this must be eliminated. The first way to save prenatal and infants is the parents.

Main – Let us look at how it is passed down. Looking at three places in the Bible — if you have the Introduction down, you do not even need to know this part.

  1. Exodus 2:1-10 (The Age of Egypt). The prenatal and infants age — this is the age of Egypt. Moses’ mother had already begun praying during the prenatal and infants stage.
  1. Gospel, Covenant, Prayer (Imprinting). So during this time, the gospel and covenant and prayer were imprinted. Everything you are currently enjoying is imprinted onto prenatal and infants. Everything else is worthless. Doing it with worthless things is of no use whatsoever. You must hold firmly onto this.
  2. Exodus 3:1-20. Then what result comes? This prenatal and infant grows up and something beyond imagination takes place. Go to Pharaoh — bring my people out.
  3. Exodus 5:1-12:46. No — all that happened was that this was passed down, and yet in Exodus 5:1-12:46 we see that Egypt was overturned through 10 miracles. More precisely, Egypt was blessed through 10 works of power. This news spread throughout the entire world — even if it is not happening for you right now, you must begin. Even just 5 minutes of this produces results. If you do it for 24 hours, what happens? It becomes extraordinary.
  1. 1 Samuel 1:9-11 (The Age of the Philistines). This is Hannah. The age of the Philistines. The covenant that this parent Hannah held onto is passed down directly to Samuel.
  1. 1 Samuel 2:1-10. Chapter 2 is the content of Hannah sending Samuel to the temple and giving thanks, praise, and prayer to God.
  2. 1 Samuel 3:1-19. Then the Word came upon the young Samuel. Not one word of Samuel’s fell to the ground.
  3. 1 Samuel 7:1-5. And then Samuel raised up the Mizpah movement. This is the result that comes. Everyone, prenatal and infants cannot understand words — that is fine. They can make noise — that is fine. They can cry — that is fine. Everything is passed down. The spiritual — it is tremendous, is it not?
  1. John 21:15-18 (The Age of Rome). This is what Jesus said. He came to Peter who had betrayed Him, and rather than rebuking him for the betrayal, He asked: do you love me? When Peter said yes, He said: feed my lambs — this was in preparation for the age of Rome.
  1. Family Worship. Even if you hold this covenant and offer it just once, this family worship becomes something tremendously important.
  2. Synagogue Worship. And the synagogue worship was transformed into something tremendous.
  3. The Age of the Wanderers. And through this, they met the age of the wanderers. The Remnant you raised grew up and is within all of this. It is an astounding thing. From God’s perspective, it is an exact timetable. This is the blessing you have received. There are actually quite a few fathers here right now — if the fathers begin by holding onto this covenant, the answer for a lifetime comes out. You must experience it.

Conclusion: “The Image of the Guardian”. Then this is the only way it can be, right? The image of the guardian — this is your image. What happens?

  1. Daily – Strength. Strength comes every day. Now, because God’s strength comes upon you, you are able to overcome everything. Because you are supplied with and always enjoying the strength that God has given you, there is strength even in raising the next generation.
  2. Daily – Happiness. That is why you are happy every day. You cannot force happiness, can you? You are happy every day.
  3. Daily – 300%. Your small prayer for the next generation, that one thing you do every day, will remain as 300%. It will leave behind a figure like Moses. That is how it works.

Just wait and see. Pastors are also participating here, and I see this continuing to open toward world evangelization among 5,000 tribes. Just wait and see. World evangelization is not something just anyone does. Right? It is done by those who are within God’s covenant, not by method. What was passed down at home in childhood lasts forever. That is why, no matter how many good things you pass down to your family line, if you cannot pass on this blessing, that Remnant will struggle for the rest of their life on the road ahead. Let us draw the conclusion one more time. Did Joseph suffer a great deal? No. Joseph simply went to the site of hardship — he was happy there. Even unbelievers saw it and said, the Lord is always with you, and that was it. Did David suffer a great deal? That is a misunderstanding. He was such a great figure that he simply happened to be at sites of hardship — it was not suffering. That is why, in the midst of pain, what he said was: because the Lord is my shepherd, I shall lack nothing. Yes. That was not a forced confession — it was real.

Parents of prenatal and infants, it has always been this way, but especially after this retreat, in order for you to truly gain strength — what must you do? Why isn’t my husband’s work going well? Change your thinking. When you get it right, it gets passed on. Right? You need to change a great many things. When you receive this answer, it is okay even if your husband falls a little short. And when our fathers receive this answer, it is okay even if the wife seems a little strange. Otherwise, you end up saying all kinds of things. We are not compatible in personality — but does compatibility mean being identical? Do, Re, Mi, Fa, Sol, La, Si, Do — if they are all the same note, it does not work. Can a woman and a man be the same? No. Even if you died and came back, a woman and a man are different. And yet trying to forcibly match what God made — right now, the most important schedule for you who are raising prenatal and infants is this. If you cannot realize this now, conflict will keep coming. Conflict will keep coming. I mentioned this a few times before. There was a woman doctor, and her husband was a civil servant who came home drunk every day. And not just slightly drunk — he would come in at 2 or 3 in the morning. Every single day. This deaconess was not even just angry — they fought every day. The home was in a terrible state. The children would wake up from sleep and witness it all. Does anything work like that? Both of them were accomplished people. Deaconess, your husband is not just out drinking — he is longing for something. For now, the bar feels more comfortable than home. That is why he went there. But the only person who can pray for him is one person alone — and that is you, deaconess. From the next day she was struck by that, and she came to early morning prayer. How many times has she not given her testimony? It is quite a well-known family. Both children are also geniuses.

So the garbage you have in your family right now — throw all of it out before you go. Stockpiling garbage inside the home helps no one. Everything goes wrong. “Please let me meet a good husband” — if you are good, a good husband will come. People keep saying the wrong things. A good wife, a good husband, how did I end up with a woman like this — that is the wrong thinking. Originally, two halves come together to become one. That is why you were joined together. Some people say: my wife interferes with me too much, she is too difficult, I cannot live like this. What I told that person was: if I had given you a free-spirited wife, you would have been ruined. Throw out all the garbage. When you receive the answer, your husband lives; when your husband receives the answer, your wife lives; when you are within the answer, the next generation lives. This is the first, the last, and the eternal opportunity.

So because this conference is quite important, sessions 2 and 3 are all important. So I will speak briefly on this. If you do this, everything else follows.

Prayer. We give thanks to God. We give thanks to God who has blessed the parents of our prenatal and infants. We thank you for giving us the true answer that saves the next generation. May we recover the strength, happiness, and true power that God gives. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Listen to the Heavenly Mandate!

Genesis 6:11-14. Now the earth was corrupt in God’s sight and was full of violence. 12 God saw how corrupt the earth had become, for all the people on earth had corrupted their ways. 13 So God said to Noah, “I am going to put an end to all people, for the earth is filled with violence because of them. I am surely going to destroy both them and the earth. 14 So make yourself an ark of cypress wood; make rooms in it and coat it with pitch inside and out.

God directs the flow of every age by revealing His plans through His Word. Throughout history, whenever darkness covered the earth and people lost hold of the gospel, God raised up individuals who received His covenant and held onto it as their heavenly mandate.

When we receive God’s Word not merely as information, but as His covenant spoken personally to us, that Word becomes our heavenly mandate—the lifelong mission and direction given from heaven.

In the age of the Nephilim, when the earth was filled with corruption, violence, and spiritual darkness, Noah received such a heavenly mandate: “So God said to Noah, ‘Make yourself an ark’” (Genesis 6:14).

Noah realized that the problem of his age could not be solved through human effort, morality, or civilization. The only solution was the mystery of Christ, foreshadowed through the ark. Inside the ark was salvation; outside the ark was destruction.

For the next 120 years, Noah devoted his life to fulfilling that heavenly mandate despite mockery and unbelief from the world around him: “Noah did everything just as God commanded him” (Genesis 6:22).

At the age of eighty, after years in the wilderness of Midian, Moses heard a heavenly mandate at Mount Horeb:

“The Lord said, ‘I have indeed seen the misery of my people in Egypt. I have heard them crying out because of their slave drivers, and I am concerned about their suffering. So I have come down to rescue them from the hand of the Egyptians… So now, go. I am sending you to Pharaoh to bring my people the Israelites out of Egypt’” (Exodus 3:7–10).

That day, Moses discovered both the cause of Israel’s suffering and the only way to freedom from Satan, sin, and judgment—the blood of the Passover lamb (Exodus 3:18; First Corinthians 5:7). God revealed that deliverance would not come through military strength or political power, but through the covenant blood.

From that moment on, Moses’ life was no longer centered on himself. He lived entirely within the covenant journey God had given him. Because he held onto the heavenly mandate, no circumstance could ultimately become a problem. God split the Red Sea, provided manna in the wilderness, brought water from the rock, and continually confirmed His presence through miracles and signs.

Most importantly, God revealed the mystery of Christ through Moses: the Ark of the Covenant, the Tabernacle, the sacrificial system, and the Three Festivals—all pointing to the coming Messiah and the work of salvation.

Likewise, on the road to Damascus, Paul received a heavenly mandate that completely changed the direction of his life. While he was on his way to persecute believers, the risen Christ intervened. Through Ananias, God declared:

“Go! This man is my chosen instrument to proclaim my name to the Gentiles and their kings and to the people of Israel. I will show him how much he must suffer for my name” (Acts 9:15–16).

From that day forward, Paul never looked back. The heavenly mandate he received became the absolute reason for his life. No persecution, imprisonment, rejection, or hardship could stop him because he knew the purpose for which God had called him.

Years later, Paul continued to hold onto the same covenant: “After all this had happened, Paul decided to go to Jerusalem, passing through Macedonia and Achaia. ‘After I have been there,’ he said, ‘I must visit Rome also’” (Acts 19:21).

Even when Paul stood before the Sanhedrin under intense opposition, the Lord personally reminded him of his heavenly mandate: “Take courage! As you have testified about me in Jerusalem, so you must also testify in Rome” (Acts 23:11).

Later, while being carried to Rome through a violent storm at sea, God again confirmed His covenant through an angel: “Do not be afraid, Paul. You must stand trial before Caesar” (Acts 27:24).

A heavenly mandate always comes from above. It begins with God’s heart to save the world. It is not centered on human ambition, personal success, or earthly recognition. God’s heavenly mandate is always connected to the restoration of the gospel: only Christ (Acts 1:1), only the kingdom of God (Acts 1:3), and only the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8).

When we receive this heavenly mandate and experience the power of the gospel in every circumstance, God leads us as witnesses of Christ to the ends of the earth. This is the fulfillment of His covenant and the purpose of our lives.

God still speaks today through His Word. He is still calling His people. The question is not whether God is speaking, but whether we are listening.

Discover your heavenly mandate. Hold onto God’s covenant for this age. Then your life, no matter how ordinary it may seem, will become part of God’s eternal plan to save the nations.

Prayer. Father, open my eyes to see the mystery of Christ throughout Your Word and open my ears to hear Your heavenly mandate for this age. Help me not to live for temporary things, but for Your eternal covenant. Lead me by the Holy Spirit so that my life may become a witness of Christ to the world. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Come to Mark's Upper Room, Again and Again

Acts 2:16-17. No, this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel:

17 “‘In the last days, God says,
    I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy,
    your young men will see visions,
    your old men will dream dreams.

Many believers strive to live upright and moral lives. That is certainly commendable. Yet what matters even more is living within the covenant of God. A person may appear religious outwardly and still miss the very reason God created and called them.

Without understanding what mattered most to God, the Jews, Pharisees, and religious leaders lived exactly like that, as Jesus said, “For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven” (Matthew 5:20).

They devoted themselves to religion, tradition, and external righteousness, yet they missed the essence of the gospel—the only way to meet God and receive true life: “Jesus answered, ‘Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit’” (John 3:5).

They had “a form of godliness,” but denied its power. In the end, they became lovers of themselves, lovers of money, and lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God (2 Timothy 3:1–5). Outward religion without the covenant always leads to spiritual emptiness.

What then is the covenant of God? It is Christ (Acts 1:1), the kingdom of God (Acts 1:3), and the filling of the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8). This is the covenant Jesus gave to His disciples before He ascended. It is not merely a doctrine to believe intellectually, but the direction, purpose, and power of our entire lives.

Even if you failed in the past, as long as you remain in this covenant, all is well. God does not work according to human conditions, but according to His covenant. Nothing is impossible within the covenant of God.

On the other hand, even if someone achieves great success in the world apart from the covenant, it can lead to dangerous consequences. Success without God often strengthens pride and spiritual bondage. True success is found only inside the covenant of God.

Why? Because there is power in the covenant. Without spiritual power, no one can overcome Satan, sin, or the world. This was the secret of the young church in Jerusalem (Acts 2:1–47). They were not powerful according to worldly standards, but they possessed the covenant of God and the filling of the Holy Spirit.

When a person experiences the mystery of the kingdom of God, nothing becomes impossible on earth: “I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven” (Matthew 16:19).

This is your present spiritual address—in the gospel, the absolute covenant of God. This is the privilege God gave you the moment you believed in Christ. No one can change your permanent identity and citizenship in Him.

Who were the people gathered in Mark’s upper room? They were people who saw the covenant of God. They placed their lives under the covenant of God. They lived to proclaim the covenant of God.

For this reason, they considered their lives worth nothing compared to the glory of the gospel. They gladly shared their possessions with those in need. They lived for the mission God had entrusted to them—to take the gospel to the ends of the earth.

They did not possess wealth, political influence, or worldly recognition. Many were ridiculed, rejected, and persecuted. Yet in the sight of God, their lives were truly successful because they lived for what was eternal.

Let us remember: living only for what to eat, what to drink, or what to wear will eventually leave a person with many regrets. But living for Christ, His kingdom, and the Holy Spirit leads to a life without regret (2 Corinthians 7:10).

When you come to Mark’s upper room again and again through prayer and worship, you will experience the blessing of the Passover—salvation; the blessing of Pentecost—power; and the blessing of Ingathering—the heavenly background and eternal inheritance. You will receive strength from above:

“When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting” (Acts 2:1-2).

You will witness God opening doors of evangelism to the nations. People from every background and culture will hear the wonders of God proclaimed through your life—the mystery of Christ revealed by the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:5–12). God called us to become witnesses who testify to His grace to the world.

Best of all, you will see the Word of God being fulfilled before your eyes (Acts 2:16–21). The Word of God is living and active. When the covenant takes root in your heart, the Word gains power, revives the soul, heals lives, and changes entire fields. As He promised, God will establish His church wherever the gospel is proclaimed, and prayer continues:

“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer” (Acts 2:42).

The experience of Mark’s upper room will transform you into a true witness for Christ. That is why Jesus commanded His disciples:

“Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about. For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit” (Acts 1:4–5).

Because the covenant of God is absolute, we can wait with confidence. We do not need to be anxious or shaken by circumstances. God works according to His perfect timetable. In every situation, He leaves behind undeniable evidence of His presence so that people may see that He is alive and at work in our lives.

Do not be mistaken. You are a person of the covenant. Do not be deceived by the voices of the world, temporary success, or outward appearances. Your true identity and citizenship are in heaven. God has called you, set you apart, and placed His eternal covenant within you. Therefore, continue to remain in Christ and hold firmly to the covenant no matter what happens.

Prayer. Father, fill me with Your Holy Spirit as I come to Mark’s upper room today. Let Your Word gain power within me and change everything according to Your will. Open doors for the gospel through my life, and make me the kind of witness for Christ You desire. Help me remain in Your absolute covenant and trust in Your perfect plan until the end. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Come to the Mount of Olives, Again and Again

Acts 1:3. After his suffering, he presented himself to them and gave many convincing proofs that he was alive. He appeared to them over a period of forty days and spoke about the kingdom of God.

Are you facing hardships or crises in your life? Are you discouraged by your present reality? Or are you suffering physically, emotionally, or spiritually?

Then come and meet Jesus on the Mount of Olives. There, He will open your eyes to see your problems from an entirely different perspective. You will begin to understand why God allowed those things in your life, and you will discover the mission He has prepared for you.

As you continue to meet the Lord on the Mount of Olives, you will experience the reality of the kingdom of God where you are, and your life will never remain the same.

Throughout His earthly ministry, Jesus continually sought to open the eyes of His disciples to the reality of God’s kingdom. On one occasion, He said:

“But if it is by the Spirit of God that I drive out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you. Or again, how can anyone enter a strong man’s house and carry off his possessions unless he first ties up the strong man? Then he can plunder his house” (Matthew 12:28–29).

Then, on the Mount of Olives before His ascension, Jesus spent forty days speaking about the kingdom of God. Why was this so important?

Because there is another kingdom at work in this world—a kingdom of darkness that brings curses, disasters, confusion, and destruction. Without experiencing the kingdom of God and discovering your mission within it, nothing can truly prepare you for the future.

Jesus knew that the fall of Israel was near and that the Jewish people would wander the earth for nearly two thousand years without a homeland. That is why He called His disciples to the Mount of Olives.

There, He explained why the gospel—that Jesus is the Christ—is the only answer to mankind’s fundamental problems (Acts 1:1). He taught them that living in the reality of God’s kingdom is the only way to overcome the world (Acts 1:3). And He commissioned them to be His witnesses to the ends of the earth through the promised power of the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8).

Today, God has also called us to stand in this age and block the disasters coming upon the world. That is why He has entrusted us with the gospel even in the midst of hardships and crises. Therefore, today’s problems are not truly problems. God still has hope and a future prepared for us (Jeremiah 29:11).

To prepare us for that future, God desires to change what has been imprinted, rooted, and established within us by replacing it with the blessings of the gospel.

Whenever God allows hardships in our lives, it is often because He is preparing to do something new and begin something new (Isaiah 43:19). He has an important mission for us to fulfill.

That is why the Mount of Olives became a place of healing, empowerment, and commission.

Whenever the scars and failures of your past begin to haunt you, meet Jesus on the Mount of Olives. He not only resolved all of them at the cross, but He will also use them to bless both you and others. There is nothing your True Priest Jesus cannot heal (Mark 10:45). There, you will begin to understand why certain things happened in your life.

Whenever you feel pressed on every side, meet Jesus on the Mount of Olives, the One who shattered the power of Satan through His resurrection from the dead (1 John 3:8). Nothing can stand against your True King Jesus. He will remind you of the spiritual authority and the keys of the kingdom of heaven He has entrusted to you (Matthew 16:18–19).

Whenever you lose focus and forget what matters most, meet Jesus on the Mount of Olives, the One who became the new and living way to the Father (John 14:6). Your True Prophet Jesus will remind you to seek first His kingdom and His righteousness (Matthew 6:33). He will fill you with the Holy Spirit so that you may testify to the gospel of God’s grace (Acts 20:24).

Do not worry about anything. Take time each day to meet Jesus on the Mount of Olives again and again. There you will find grace, mercy, rest, and strength in your time of need (Hebrews 4:16).

Meet with Him in the morning (Psalm 5:3), throughout the day (Ephesians 6:18), in the daytime (Psalm 23:1–6), and in the evening (Psalm 17:3). As you do, you will be revived, healed, and strengthened. God will reveal His mission for your day and for the rest of your life.

Start small, but stay focused: “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth” (Acts 1:8).

There is only one method: the power of the Holy Spirit. There is only one destination: the ends of the earth.

About one hundred and twenty people began with something very small: “They all joined together constantly in prayer, along with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brothers” (Acts 1:14).

That was all they could do, yet that simple act of faith and obedience changed the world.

So stop focusing on your weaknesses and present circumstances. Come to the Mount of Olives today.

Prayer. Lord Jesus, on the Mount of Olives, remind me of who I am and of all that You have given me to fulfill the mission of proclaiming the gospel to all nations. Fill me with the power of the Holy Spirit so that I may carry Your gospel to the ends of the earth. In Your mighty name, Amen.

Come to Calvary, Again and Again

John 19:30. When he had received the drink, Jesus said, “It is finished.” With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.

Without truly knowing who Christ is and why He came, many believers continue to live like unbelievers—still bound by guilt, shame, scars, and failures from the past.

Unable to enjoy the blessings of salvation, their hearts and minds become consumed by the things of the world: “the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life” (1 John 2:16).

Without understanding God’s plan for their lives, they struggle to overcome life’s problems and challenges. They wander aimlessly, unknowingly running errands for the world and for the devil, the enemy of God.

But Jesus declared on the cross, “It is finished.” What was finished? The power of Satan, curses, sin, and hell. How did He finish it? Through His death on the cross and His resurrection from the dead.

As the True King, Jesus destroyed the works of the devil. As the True Priest, He broke the power of the curse brought by original sin. As the True Prophet, He opened the way from the background of hell to the living God. That is why Jesus is the Christ—the complete and eternal solution to mankind’s fundamental problems.

Scripture says that everyone who believes Jesus is the Christ is born of God (1 John 5:1). You no longer have to live like an orphan. Through Jesus, your True Prophet, God has brought you home and restored your identity and authority as His child.

God has already blessed you with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms in Christ (Ephesians 1:3–14). In Him there is rest, peace, joy, hope, and abundance. Your Father delights in you.

So approach His throne with confidence and enjoy His presence. Because you are a child of God, you do not need to live in fear or anxiety about your life. Stop praying like a beggar. Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness (Matthew 6:33).

Are you still struggling with the wounds and sins of the past? Then meet Jesus, your True Priest, at Calvary—the One who loved you and gave Himself for you, the One who cut away your sinful nature through His sacrifice.

At Calvary, Jesus endured unspeakable suffering to set you free from the law of sin and death (Romans 8:2). He fulfilled every requirement of the law. Therefore, there is now no condemnation, guilt, or shame for those who are in Christ.

The blood of Christ changed everything. Through His blood, God canceled every charge against you and remembers your sins no more. Because Jesus died on the cross, you have become the righteousness of God in Him (2 Corinthians 5:21). You have been justified, and God now sees you as holy and blameless.

Your old self was crucified with Christ. Therefore, do not live according to your feelings, failures, or human standards. Do not let anything hold you captive. Hold firmly to who God says you are.

In your spiritual battles, rely on Jesus, your True King, who destroyed the devil, the one who held the power of death (Hebrews 2:14). When you stand in this assurance, you will overcome the accuser by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of your testimony (Revelation 12:11).

The devil’s purpose is only to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). He deceives the whole world and continually accuses God’s people. Knowing his time is short, he seeks to spread as much fear, confusion, and destruction as possible.

Therefore, put on the full armor of God and stand firm in Christ. Do not be shaken. Continually apply the blood of the Lamb over yourself, your family, and your community in prayer.

God has already given you everything necessary to overcome the schemes of the devil: truth, righteousness, peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God (Ephesians 6:10–17).

Always remain spiritually alert. Do not lower your guard. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). Do not grow discouraged or weary, for the God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet (Romans 16:20).

God has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. You are a new creation in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17). Jesus Christ finished everything on the cross. Therefore, God calls you to forget the former things and no longer dwell on the past. He desires to begin new things in your life.

God is able to do the impossible—“making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland” (Isaiah 43:18–19). He can turn even your scars, failures, and suffering into testimonies of His grace. He will fill you with His power and use your life to save others.

Prayer. Lord Jesus, You declared on the cross that everything was finished. Help me stand firmly on this covenant and boldly proclaim the message of the cross to those living in darkness. In Your mighty name, Amen.

Our teams are now at that field. At first I told the Immanuel Seoul Church music team to go and see, but they didn’t quite understand. So the main team went and is now making its rounds. All those who went confirmed that everything is being fulfilled exactly as the Word says, and were astonished.

What we must consider is that the nation right now is the Solomon Islands. We must not look lightly at those people. They are people of great caliber. And they have the gospel. As one example — in the Greater East Asia War, the Japanese brought 3,000 Korean youths and used them in warfare, and that is where they died. Of course Japanese people died too. Our young Korean youths — you could call them young adults — 3,000 died there. That is how much Solomon Islands can be considered the core of the Pacific War. Even now it is important. And remarkably, many answers are happening there.

Japan has been continually saying to the Solomon Islands: we want to build and construct a war memorial there, and made the request. They found and presented the best land in the Solomon Islands for it. At that time, in order to make that request, members of our nation’s National Assembly also went and we met together. The Solomon Islands is no ordinary nation. They said “No.” So then Korea asked — many Koreans died, so we would like to build a memorial, they said. To that too they did not say yes. Those people are not ordinary. The remarkable thing is that they gave the land to me personally. That shows deep thought. Giving it to Korea would be one thing, giving it to Japan would be another. So they gave it to an individual. I thanked them for it, and they registered it completely in my name.

So I am in the midst of praying about it. The question of whether to discuss this with our national government and put up a memorial there or not. You may not have known this, but there has been a political dimension to it all along. When people from the conservative camp are in power, they tend to get a bit close with Japan. And when people from the progressive camp are in power, they dislike the Japanese. So now it becomes an opportunity to build it — those from the conservative camp didn’t want to build a memorial. Because they’d have to clash with Japan.

In the midst of all this, that land was given to me. The last time there were five or six members of the National Assembly who came and were astonished. “What on earth is the Darakbang World Evangelization Association? Who is Pastor Ryu Kwang-su? Why are those people giving him something like that?” Then one of the leaders among them asked me to pray for them. Of course, I prayed that this person would become an outstanding prime minister. And yesterday this person became prime minister. And so they gathered all the photos of our meeting together and sent them asking me to send a congratulatory message. And the one who said they would give me the land has become Deputy Prime Minister. As I see it, the doors of world evangelization are now opening rapidly. Of all times, our team happened to be at the Solomon Islands then. Right now those friends are being treated as distinguished guests. After finishing there, they will go to Vanuatu. This is how the Word of God is being fulfilled.

There are people thinking “Why don’t I receive answers to prayer?” And in some cases, they don’t even know what an answer looks like. The answer may have come and they don’t realize it. Right?

So please take a good look at the theme. Right now it is “1st, 2nd, 3rd RUTC Eternal Answer’s Bartizan of the Kingdom of God.” And what I had in mind is that next year I intend to do “The Journey of the Kingdom of God.” The year after that I intend to do “The Guidepost of the Kingdom of God.” So we now have about 6 months remaining. With what remains, what should we do? We now need to engrave within ourselves what the bartizan of the Kingdom of God means. So today is that beginning.

The reason for “Beginning of the Work Mission Person’s Bartizan 1” is to engrave this. What does 1 mean? It means 2 will come next. We must follow the flow of the Word well like this. We must watch the flow of answers well and position ourselves within it — otherwise, the answer may have come and you won’t know it.

“Abraham’s Bartizan”
We must look at Abraham’s bartizan first. One day, one day it dawned on Abraham. “Ah. I’m going to have descendants.” “Ah, they came.” One day he promised to make a great nation. And he heard the word of world evangelization — that all nations would be blessed through his seed. That is when Abraham came to have certainty. Right? That is the bartizan. So the three things must be seen quickly.

1. Genesis 12:1-10
God told Abraham about five blessings.

1) Five blessings
Right away: “Go to the land I will show you.” A covenantal blessing. And then what? “Through you” — a representative blessing. Through you. “I will make you able to overcome all.” A foundational blessing, an irresistible blessing. And “through your seed” — this is a monumental blessing. He spoke of these things.

2) Unbelief
But Abraham was unbelieving. “Surely not.” He simply could not understand it. You must not try to understand the Word of God. That is only possible when God and I have a similar IQ. Why do we try to understand another person’s words? That is only possible when that person and I are at a similar level. God’s IQ surpasses all of humanity and all of time combined. Abraham inevitably was unbelieving. He has no child, yet “through your seed” — and so He kept promising a son. Isaac was born. At that time Abraham received a definite shock.

3) Failure
And so he kept on failing.

2. Genesis 13:1-18
In the midst of this, this thing happens. Now conflict keeps arising with his nephew Lot.

1) Conflict
At this point Abraham already began to understand.

2) Concession (Decision)
So he concedes. And makes a decision. This is now the bartizan beginning to be built.

3) [Altar]
At this point Abraham began to build an altar. Without a bartizan, I cannot be a watchman. Right? Without my bartizan, I cannot build an altar. So this is what you need to completely build — your own bartizan — before the year ends in December. There is no need to rush. From now you need to search for it while praying.

With this, Abraham essentially had it all completed. “Look to the north, south, east, and west. Walk the length and breadth of it. I will give it to you forever.” And then looking at chapter 15: “I am your shield and your reward,” he said. Everything was said. From the point this (the altar) began, everything was said.

3. Genesis 22:1-23
And through this God is now testing Abraham in order to truly give him the bartizan. It is a passage you know well, isn’t it. “God tested Abraham,” it says.

1) Test
That testing is this (a test). The test the devil gives is not this. In English it is called “temptation.” That is what the devil gives. That is what people give. God tested Abraham. Why? To bless him. To give him the covenant. When a school teacher gives a test, is it to make the students fail? It is to improve their ability. “Whatever it takes, I’ll torment those kids and destroy them” — that’s not it. “Whatever it takes, I need to keep improving their ability.” That is what a test is. God tested Abraham. To make him into a vessel worthy of receiving this blessing. So then He gave a major test. Bring your son and offer him. An enormous major test. Abraham obeyed accordingly.

2) Original sin – Ram
Why must the son die? Why, for what reason? There is no reason. Original sin is dying without reason. “What did I do wrong?” “I don’t know, you just die.” That is original sin. Right? Departing from God. “What sin have I committed?” It has nothing to do with it. “What sin did the parents commit?” Nothing to do with it. You simply die. You are ruined. Just like that. That is original sin. He made this known. He prepared a ram. This is an enormously significant message. Someone asked me once: “But then, if God says to bring your son and kill him, what would happen?” Don’t ask — you die too. You die. The world is ruined. No matter how much you struggle, it won’t work. That is original sin. There is only one path. He gave that answer. So then simultaneously, right now, both Abraham and Isaac became engraved simultaneously. The bartizan stood simultaneously.

3) Promise
He promises an enormous future. Right? The reason God tests us is to give us a promise. God prepared an enormous promise and gave it to Abraham.

This is Abraham’s bartizan. What we absolutely need. What is the first thing we need? It is not “I believed well in Jesus and lived my faith well.” We are humans who had no choice but to die. God saved us. So all believers must come to understand. “I came to know God because I was ill.” That may be true, but it is not the full picture. That is merely one occasion. God says he saved you by grace. Why? To shine this light. What is the reason he established royal priests? To shine the light. And you get deceived again. You must not be deceived. “With no child, how can my seed save the world?” It makes no sense. Yet Abraham believed it. And then when told to offer his son, he believed that too.

Hebrews chapter 11 says he believed God would bring him back to life. But what God gives is not that. It has to be this (the ram). “Your descendants shall multiply. And the nations shall be saved. You shall possess the gate of your enemies.” Enormous, isn’t it? It will be fulfilled exactly as it says. You must now prepare your definite bartizan.

▣ Conclusion_ Isaac
And how did Abraham prepare? What preparation did he make? He transmitted all these blessings to Isaac. After Isaac received the transmission of this covenant, God blessed him 100-fold. What should bring one year’s harvest brought a hundred years’ worth. Why? Because he had to do world evangelization. Enemies came and covered and destroyed the wells. God caused Isaac to obtain the source of springs — the original source itself. God built it so that he would obtain the original source. Because he had to do world evangelization. After that the Israelites don’t understand. God unconditionally blessed Israel. Why? Because they had to do world evangelization. Israel still has not come to understand that. They think their own nation is great. Still, even now. They are actually remarkable. Nobel Prize recipients — their photos are posted in a row, you see them in hospitals in America, don’t you. A third of those are Jewish people.

So before this year ends, we truly need the bartizan of God standing firm within us — this is right. There is no need to rush and build it. There is no need to try to do something. You need to hold the covenant and keep praying, continually moving forward with the throne’s bartizan, journey, and guidepost that God has given. That is when it becomes built exactly right.

It would be nice to build it a little early. In my case, I built the bartizan when I was in school. I attended church for a long time, but I never saw someone who properly prayed. I saw some who practiced mysticism a bit, but I didn’t think that was right. Others thought that way, but I thought differently. I came to think a great deal about prayer. And I came to think about evangelism. I couldn’t do evangelism. So I thought — well, the Bible says to do it a lot. I made that my bartizan, and from that point I began to see the Word working and moving. And now finally we have come all the way to the 5,000 peoples. The doors are opening right now.

Even this year and next year, just staying in prayer within this is sufficient. If your heart is truly where God wants it to be, that is enough. All the believers, all the work mission people must be that way. “What can I do a lot at church” — that is important too, but church leaders and work mission people — the question is: how can our church preach the gospel, and how can I stand on the side of saving people? If that’s where you are — if that is truly where you are — even the eyes with which you worship change. The eyes with which you see the pastor change first. Right? The way you receive the message changes. Why? Because this bartizan is correct. “How do I eat and live well” — that is already the wrong bartizan. Right? Always worrying about the world while going about — that is already the wrong bartizan. The question is how to give your life to saving these dying people. Then your occupation becomes your secondary work. Not your primary work. So how did David understand it? “The Lord God’s covenant is to be proclaimed throughout the entire world, and for that purpose I was given an occupation, and that occupation is king. Then what is my work?” He grasped both things. “First, it is to save the nation.” And so he built 1,000 bartizans. And what is the true thing? The world must be saved. So he prepared to build the temple. Well done, right? God blessed all of David’s steps.

May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, King of kings, and the eternal love of God, and the working of the Holy Spirit — may they be always with all of God’s people who will build the bartizan of the Lord, especially with the work mission people, especially with the church leaders, from now to eternity. “Beginning of the Bartizan – Joseph”
Among these, we must look at Joseph first. There is a first introduction that the Remnant must absolutely do, must begin with.

▣ Introduction_ Stepping Stone
Your circumstances, problems, conflicts, and crises will not disappear. If you think “I need to forget that,” it becomes a problem instead. And if “that area is too much of a wound for me” — then you truly die from it right there. So you must go until this (the stepping stone) comes out completely. Until it becomes a solid stepping stone. This is the beginning of the bartizan.

▣ Main_ Path
When this happens, everything becomes a path for you. Why? Because the stepping stone is solid.

Where did I obtain the accurate stepping stone? Mainly you need to obtain it at home. So if a child in your household is a bit unusual — that is a tremendous stepping stone. “Our house has someone with a disability.” That too becomes a tremendous stepping stone. Looking at the children in the special needs ministry, I felt: “The parents must be incredibly burdened.” But that person has one tremendous opportunity.

Introduction_ Stepping Stone (24)
There are many things, but it is an opportunity to enjoy this (24) more than anyone else. You actually can’t do prayer 24, can you? You are in the only field where you can do prayer 24. All kinds of things will happen. All blessings will come. This is important.

Joseph obtained this blessing from early on. Joseph faced an extremely difficult time. From birth he was already troubled. When he was young, right at the age when he loved his mother most, his mother died. And the era was such, and his brothers were not ordinary people. They were not from the same mother. He had every reason to be tormented. He literally didn’t know when he might die. Were there police around then? Was there CCTV? There was nothing. You simply died, just like that. Here Joseph found the stepping stone of 24. This is important. So if during the Remnant period you discover this (the stepping stone), everything becomes a path.

1. Genesis 37:1-11
Now, while going along, this incident with the brothers happened.

[Human trafficking]
At this point, the brothers completely human trafficked him, and he is now being taken away, captured by those people. Here you must find the answer. Truly, you must find the answer. Joseph completely found the answer. Right?

– Missions
It is the path of going to do missions. It was practically certain, so no difficulty could be overcome otherwise. Remnant, you must absolutely remember this. If there is an unspeakable hardship around you, that means there is an unspeakable blessing. Most people miss it. Most people just endure. So it becomes illness. Being dragged away like this (human trafficking) — and just enduring? That immediately becomes illness. Right? “I must endure, I must bear it.” To some extent that takes courage. But enormous problems come. So while you can overcome it and come through, you can come through. Then you can succeed. But the spiritual problem is enormous. He completely found it. This is what must happen.

2. Genesis 39:1-6
Without any will of his own, he goes here (Genesis 39:1-6). Without any will of his own, that is where he went.

He ended up at Potiphar’s house. That too, as a slave. Now, we all miss this at this point. Is this a normal thing? Joseph is not a slave, yet he has been made a slave. He’s fortunate to be alive, yet here he is (at Potiphar’s house as a slave). You must be careful. Joseph finds the true thing even here. Here, many answers of course came, and —

– Economy
He came to learn the economy of managing the entire household. Of course God’s works happening is natural, because he is doing this (24). Joseph, wherever he is, things happen — but that is not what I mean. He truly found the answer. More than enough to become Prime Minister, he learned to properly manage a household. Why? “You take charge of all the household management.” Right? Later Potiphar set him up as household manager and said: “Take care of everything on your own.”

3. Genesis 40:1-23
[Prison – False accusation]
And then, as you know — you know, don’t you — he goes to prison. Under a false accusation. Because he is human, it would be hard. As evidence that it was hard, when the official was leaving he told him to please be sure to remember him. Those words mean “it is hard.” But Joseph cannot say the hard thing is not hard. He saw something even greater than that.

– Politics
He learned what true politics is. Of all places, that is where political prisoners are kept. And there, he came to see the politics that God truly desires. This kind of thing is important. This is all answers. “Oh, our house…” At that point you’ve already lost. You must see something in your home.

In my own home I saw three things: what the power of economy is, what physical illness or health is, and what true power and prayer are. I saw them in my own home. Not because my parents taught me. My parents always talked about having no money — what was there to learn from that? Our mother rarely said much else, but she worried a lot about money. Did that strengthen me? No. But I discovered something else. This is important. From Joseph alone, you can discover everything about your life.

4. Genesis 41:1-30
[King]
He finally comes to meet the king. You must absolutely remember this. God called the Remnant and you as leaders who teach kings. Leaders who teach kings. So all seven Remnant figures, without exception, were like that. Simply put, the ones who save kings. Seeing this, they are called summit — truly the summit.

– Emperor
Not just any kings. The ones who save emperors. In tiny nations, even where a few people gather, there is a king. Not that kind of king — these people are kings who govern the world. Why? Because they taught these people. Remember this.

5. Genesis 45:1-5
[Prime Minister]
He became Prime Minister. But this is not the important thing. You must find the true thing here. What is it finally?

– World healing (evangelization)
Evangelization that heals the world occurs.

This is exactly it. This is how you find it. How do you receive answers? Don’t worry about that. While missing everything you are actually enjoying, “how do I do well?” is not the answer. Remnant must not become that kind of person. A problem came? Of course it comes. That is not a problem. You must discover what is important. And so in the end, you have left something eternal. Leaving a monument.

▣ Conclusion_ Monument
It will remain in the records of Egypt. What Joseph did as Prime Minister of Egypt for however many generations will remain in the record. He left a monument. Not only in the palace — he did so in prison too, and in Potiphar’s house too. Later he also leaves a monument to his brothers. He said to them at the very end: “You meant evil against me. But God meant it for good.” Right? Other people —

“Evangelist’s Bartizan” (Exodus 3:18)
Today is about the bartizan that we evangelism disciples must build. All our Remnant who sang the special number are evangelism disciples.

How can we build it accurately? The question is how you can actually build this bartizan.

▣ Int._ Crisis
I’ll give the conclusion first. Crisis. It is built at this time. The bartizan an evangelism disciple builds is different. In today’s passage too, it was built in a time of great crisis. It is Exodus chapter 3, verse 18.

Sometimes you go to someone who has met personal crisis. Or you build a bridge and go to someone who is sick. Or you go to someone who has a spiritual problem. Some people have been in actual accidents. Paul mainly went to the sick. This bartizan will without fail become an important bartizan. If there is none, you go and find one. Sometimes you go to places that seem likely to encounter crisis.

For example, God sent Joseph there. He sent Joseph to Egypt where a great crisis would occur. And in Moses’s time, the crisis actually came. The crisis came, and Moses and the people around Moses chose this (the crisis). In some ways it can be the easiest thing. Because the problem has come. When there is no problem it is hard to find; when it has come, it is easy.

Evangelism disciples, go to those who have met crisis. Regardless of fruit, you receive blessing. Evangelism disciples, choose the side of crisis. Then you can absolutely build a bartizan.

▣ Main
How should you find it?

1. Heavenly, Thronely, Eternaly – Order
These are the words we are using now. Heavenly calling. God gives a heavenly, thronely, eternally-ordered command. It is a matter of seeing that. Understanding the heavenly calling. This is the path you are going. An evangelism disciple does not walk a trivial path made by people — an evangelism disciple walks the heavenly calling.

2. Calling
There, where the children just sang praise — there, a vocation is received. This is an important part of the bartizan.

3. Duty
There is always a mission that must be done there. Looking at these three things — it doesn’t matter if you can’t find them. You are standing on the path of looking for them. Then even while standing still, answers will come. You have received this blessing. Right now there are teams moving toward Samoa, Vanuatu, and Solomon. They are the ones who have received this blessing. You must always think about it. It is not just a heavenly calling. It is a command given heavenly, thronely, eternally. Then in the field this will certainly be visible. The vocation becomes visible. It must absolutely be done. And then the mission becomes visible. This is the bartizan of an evangelism disciple.

So let me briefly introduce the Scriptures.

1. Heavenly, Thronely, Eternaly – Order
1) Genesis 37:1-11
Joseph received the heavenly calling. Joseph had already received the heavenly calling to go to Egypt.

2) Exodus 3:1-20
Exodus chapter 3, verses 1 through 20. The heavenly calling came upon Moses. “I will be with you, so go to Pharaoh. Go to Pharaoh and tell him to let my people go. Not simply, but ask him to let them go so they may offer sacrifices. The king will not listen to you. I will strike him with my mighty hand. This shall be the sign.” The heavenly calling was received. In a time of crisis. Do you understand?

So, you must find it then. What is the greatest crisis in our nation right now? Find that. What is the greatest crisis for the world’s churches right now? Isn’t it that they are closing their doors? It is a crisis. More than a crisis — it is a curse. A curse. And yet you grab hold of this. The answer has to come. And there it is everywhere you go. Crisis. It may look like there’s nothing there on the surface. But it’s there. And the actual crisis has come. This is where works happen.

2. Calling
1) Genesis 39:1-6
What is the vocation? When you go to the field, you see it. Already. When you go to the field: “Ah, I see.” Having already received the heavenly calling to save Egypt, you see it. When you go to the field.

2) Genesis 40:1-23
He went to prison, and there you see it. Within the heavenly calling God gave, the vocation becomes visible. Why did I come here? That is the vocation. Why am I here? That is the question.

3) Genesis 41:1-38
Why is he at the place where he meets Pharaoh? That is the vocation. The heavenly calling was already received. This is the blessing that evangelism disciples receive, the blessing you receive.

3. Duty
1) Genesis 45:1-5
What is the mission? Already, the entire world is to be saved. Egypt is to be saved. Later, the household is also to be saved. Everything is saved. Works like these happen.

2) Parents
Through Joseph this happens, and in particular, their parents are saved.

3) RT
In particular, holding this covenant, the Remnant and the future generations are saved.

This is the bartizan of an evangelism disciple. The bartizan of an evangelism disciple is not something you may or may not do. Heavenly calling, vocation, mission.
