Thank you. When our Remnants lead the worship in song, it is clearly different.

The Civil Servants World Mission Conference is taking place. We all should be like this, but because God uses civil servants in a special way, you must prepare in a special way. So there are several messages I have given to you.

1 Today (Throne)

Enjoy today to the fullest. Why? Only today — only what you pray for today — becomes imprinted on the throne. The answer comes after that. People make a mistake here. Those who cannot wait will miss it even when the answer has fully arrived. All believers should be this way, but civil servants especially so.

2 Meeting (7P)

Make meetings the greatest blessing. Why is that? Inside there are 7 points. Inside this are included the Remnant and the pilgrim, I tell you. Because we don’t know who they are, we make meetings the best.

3 Field (7·7·7 work)

Today the third message that our global civil servants must take with them. Make the field the best. Why? In the field, this (7·7·7) work comes out. In the end, what Christ has given — that bartizan of the throne, the journey, the guidepost — is not just floating in the air, but is applied in the field.

I always tell new members this when I meet them. Because new members face hardship, not knowing how things will turn out. I tell them the Schwab story. He took a job as a janitor. He became the greatest janitor of all who had ever lived in the world. He later became the president of a steel company that moves the world. What he did was make the field a blessing.

I tell them the Wanamaker story. Wanamaker came from a poor family, so he took a job as a store clerk. He became the king of department stores worldwide. He didn’t do anything especially unusual. He just kept making meetings and the field a blessing. He wrote down thousands of customers and remembered all of their characteristics, dates, and birthdays. So naturally, great world-level things came of it.

“Hidden Missionary”

Why? Especially civil servants are like this. Because they are hidden missionaries. Of course they can do visible missions as well, but civil servants are hidden missionaries. A hidden missionary must hold several secrets.

▣ Introduction

1. Spiritual secret [Textbook]

You must hold a spiritual secret. That is precisely what Christ has given us — this part must become a complete textbook. Life is the same, yet you are a different person. All spiritual blessings are fulfilled through you. Because you hold the secret. The forces of darkness, because of you, crumble even while you are just staying still. It is not about fighting darkness. When you shine the light, darkness flees. This must completely settle into your heart to become a textbook.

1) 3 concentrations
Comfortably do 3 concentrations. It is a secret. Nobody knows. When you wake up in the morning, comfortably turn all your thoughts and messages into prayer. The places you must go today — especially 7·7·7. During the day, turn all the thoughts that come to you, all the things you see, into prayer. At night, you begin to leave works of a lifetime. Do it little by little.

2) Every day, every hour, every matter
Enjoy this every day. And every hour. Civil servants cannot go somewhere and hold a special evangelism meeting. Every matter. Turn all of this into prayer. You cannot underestimate this. What happens then? The Remnant finally study not with study separate from prayer, but with prayer and study together. This is formidable. In the civil servant field, keeping work and prayer separate is very difficult. You go to work within the power of prayer. You must first receive this.

3) 24, 25, 00
This is what is called 24. So when difficulty suddenly arises, the answer comes first. You take that with you. When crisis comes, an enormous opportunity is already visible. You take that with you.

Then finally, the invisible begins to become visible — but before that, something happens. Before that, for those who are perishing, disaster already descends on them. Before that — what is it? Much spiritual background is being built. This is what is called 25.

Works are inevitably made. One day the answer begins to visibly arrive. That is eternity.

Civil servants enjoy this as a secret. Being special? Don’t worry about that. That is what people of a lower level do. “What should I do going forward?” Don’t worry about that. Those are people who don’t know this (Introduction section 1). People who don’t know the way keep asking, “Which way do I go?” A person who knows the way — why would they carry a map every day on the way to their own home?

2. Work secret — 300%

And then, what is the next thing a civil servant must have? The second thing that comes — a tremendous work secret.

Now, once you first have the spiritual secret, nobody knows this, I tell you. It looks like something abstract. To someone with darkened spiritual sight, it looks like, “What is this, what does this mean?” But this is the most real thing there is. Why? A certain person had a severe seizure disorder come upon his body. Because he went to the battlefield and received a shock. The invisible comes first. Conversely, for you to bring about a great history of answered prayer, this (the spiritual secret) comes first, I tell you.

1) My work
From this point, my work. You unconditionally make this 300%.

We are the people who make this (300%). It is not about working and receiving a little wage and coming home — that kind of thing. We are the people who make this. Make my work 300%. That is what it means to be a gospel-holding civil servant.

2) Essentializing, fielding, objectifying
This is completely invisible. This word “300%” means finding the essence of anything. And then fielding it. Seeing what the field is. One of the most important things is objectifying it. If you lack objectivity, people who look at you will say you are lacking. Objectivity.

3) Individualizing, specializing, globalizing
And then individualizing, specializing, globalizing. This is not going to school to study. This (Introduction) must be studied every day. Going to school to study is a different matter. This is not what you learn in school. This is what you learn in actual prayer. Of course, studying and accumulating much knowledge is also good.

3. Evangelism (missions) secret

This is the secret of evangelism and missions that civil servants must hold and enjoy. You hold these three secrets firmly. Nobody can help you with this.

1) Those with spiritual problems
Those with spiritual problems — this is your evangelism and mission.

2) Those who are suffering
Do not miss the opportunity — those who are suffering.

3) When crisis comes
Whether in the field, at a company, or for an individual — when crisis comes, this is when all of it happens. As you know, crisis came to Babylon. Every time, the Remnant who were civil servants gave the answer. It comes, I tell you. Because of spiritual problems, disaster had to come upon Egypt. It came. They blocked all of it. Actually, it’s not even that they blocked it — they just gave the answer and it was blocked. Such a difference comes of it.

▣ Main — Obadiah

So now, you just need to be within this blessing. Let me give the example of one person, Obadiah.

1. Spiritual Power

If it becomes this way, you will become a civil servant with spiritual power. You become a civil servant who holds spiritual strength. This person is a minister of King Ahab, and a disciple of Elijah. If you have spiritual strength, what do you not need? You don’t need to worry about the future. It is already laid out. The most evil king, Ahab; the most important prophet, Elijah. He himself was between those two people. All the answers are there. What is there to worry about for the future?

We, surprisingly, have many church-going people who carry something like folk religion. There are many who thoughtlessly ask for blessings — a blessing-seeking faith. There are many who thoughtlessly seek opportunities — an opportunity-seeking faith. None of that. God has prepared everything.

1) Future
So if we just hold this answer, we see the most important future.

2) Crisis — absolute plan
And then — what? We confront crisis. This strength exists. What is the reason? Others do not know. Because we know God’s absolute plan. Obadiah was like that. This civil servant called Obadiah already knew the absolute crisis. So he went ahead and hid one hundred prophets. Because he knew.

3) Two things first
God always gave the Remnant — the civil servants who must carry the gospel — two things first.

He gave answers that the people living together with you and the elders do not know. They don’t know. Those people working alongside you don’t know. The answer comes precisely to you.

And the other thing? Going into the field, there are answers that the people there and the leaders don’t know. This is it. Every single one was like that.

Joseph had answers that his brothers did not have. He went before the king and had answers that the king did not have. When asked “How do you know this?” he said, “The Lord made it known to me.”

This is the spiritual power of hidden missionary civil servants.

2. Supporter

The second is what? The supporter of the Mt. Carmel and Mt. Horeb events. You are someone who saves many people. What did he do? He was completely a civil servant yet played the role of intermediary. What did he do?

1) Ahab — Elijah
He connected King Ahab and Elijah. Remarkable, isn’t it?

2) Folk religion — God
He connected folk religion and God. Who will win?

3) False — true prophet
He connected false prophets and true prophets.

This important role is what Obadiah played. Because you are in these two fields, you know all of it, don’t you?

3. Hidden Background

And then, what? He is the hidden background of the Dotan City Movement. You are the background for what will happen in the future. So the Dotan City Movement happened, and at that time the future was already seen — what was seen?

1) Ahab’s end
The end of King Ahab. God revealed it.

2) Elijah, Elisha
The end of Elijah and Elisha. This was all revealed at Mt. Horeb. Obadiah is the background who plays the hidden role here.

3) Aram
The end of the nation of Aram. He already knew this. This is not something difficult — God revealed everything to Elijah at Mt. Horeb. Obadiah knew this and served as the background. So the great Dotan City Movement took place. There is nothing to be afraid of.

Hidden missionary civil servants — hold the blessing of the throne and enjoy today. Because the greatest blessing, the 7 points, remains, make your meetings a blessing. Make the field the best.

▣ Conclusion

The last, fourth one. You — leave just one absolute disciple. This is the hidden card. Only if you do that will you see the scattered disciples. This becomes the exact conclusion.

Today, the second thing we need to think about is that there will be Remnant who will become civil servants in the future, right?

“Remnant Senior-Level Civil Servant”

Among these Remnant, not all, but quite a few very high-level civil servants have come out. You need to raise them. This is the second message for civil servants. What is the second message worthy of being a genuine Text, Hand, Notebook — mentioned earlier?

2 Make meetings the best (genuine strength)

Make meetings the best. This is not about doing something special in a meeting. When the seven Remnant had meetings, what happened? They ran errands, I tell you. Through meetings, genuine divine strength is transmitted to that person. Once you begin to pray, this (genuine strength) comes out. Because it comes out, other people look at you and gain strength. And it doesn’t show on the outside. Civil servants don’t show it on the outside. They cannot show it, right? They don’t show spiritual problems on the outside, I tell you. But when they meet you, that person gains strength and shows it. Every single one — from the king of Egypt to the king of Babylon — when they faced great difficulty, they gave them strength. That’s right, isn’t it? This is not a greatly difficult thing, is it? Some people, with every word, trouble others. Those are cursed people. Some people with every word pick at others’ statements, nitpicking. But you — with every word, you must give strength to others and save them. What about when someone does something wrong? That comes next. A person must first be alive to be corrected; you cannot correct the dead.

So now that it is already known that civil servants are important — for our Remnant to become civil servants, what must they start with? There are three things to do.

▣ Introduction

1. Individualization — Talent

Individualization. Talent. Finding one’s talent precisely is the first thing.

2. Specialization

Specializing this talent.

3. Globalization

Globalizing this specialization.

This must be done first.

1. Individualization — Talent (Bar Mitzvah)

The Jewish people have dominated the world — and the Jewish people call the discovery of one’s talent a bar mitzvah. The Remnant need to take note of this. People just say on their own, “I’m going to do this.” Of course it is up to themselves, but when Remnant do the Jewish bar mitzvah, all the experts gather and hold a forum. Right? “Is this right? Is this really what you are going to do? What do you want to do?” They go through everything. You have to pass that forum for it to become a bar mitzvah. For us, we just pick up whatever is at hand and call it ours. Does that work? No matter how hard you try, it will only reach your level, your parents’ level, your friends’ level. Of course that matters too.

2. Specialization (Synagogue)

Once that is done, you don’t just specialize it randomly. You connect it to the synagogue. And keep specializing it that way. You cannot help but win.

3. Globalization (Lodge)

You globalize it. The lodge. You need to know that the places in the world today where money is made — the Jewish people dominate them. That’s right? The important gold, the jewels, the economy in America — the Jewish people dominate them, as you know. They build a station in the very downtown, put in a department store, and put in a hotel alongside it. That is the Jewish strategy. No matter how much you borrow money, it’s fine. Why? Because the money will definitely come. In the very downtown, people cannot help but come. At the bottom is the station. Above that is the department store. And up above, they built residences — hotels. It cannot fail.

So it is a fact that they individualized, specialized, and globalized in this way. This must absolutely be remembered. Elders too need to remember, church work also needs to be done this way, pastors and missionaries need to remember this.

▣ Main — Civil Servant Prepared 300%

Looking at this is a civil servant prepared 300%. Of course there are procedures. You take tests, you have to pass everything, there are all the procedures. That is not what I am talking about right now. You know those procedures better than I do. What I am saying is that there is a different kind of strength that unbelievers do not have.

1. Genesis 45:1-5

Let me give a biblical example. It is the time of becoming prime minister and evangelizing the world.

1) Before going
Joseph already knew before he went.

2) At the field
Because he knew before going — because his talent and everything were truly precise — everything was fulfilled in the field. If this is lacking, you go to the field and miss everything.

3) Future
And within this is the future contained.

2. Exodus 5:1-12:12

Exodus chapter 5 verse 1 through chapter 12 verse 12 is the day of coming out of Egypt through the exodus.

1) Exodus 2:1-10
Moses already had it from childhood. Already.

2) Exodus 3:1-20
And now, while living in the palace, there were also many hardships, but finally the meeting comes. Finally the work happens at Mt. Horeb. It is the word to go to Pharaoh, king of Egypt. To take the Israelite people and bring them out. I will be with you. This is unmistakably God’s will.

3) Exodus 12:12
This is where it happens. Exodus chapter 12 verse 12. On that final morning, the work takes place. At this point, they come out of Egypt. They put the blood of the lamb on and come out.

Moses was in fact a civil servant. Joseph was also a civil servant. So once they were already 300% prepared, it was easy.

To some degree, when you were placed and assigned, the nation would have assigned you appropriately, right? The problem is that it must be completely made 300%. The person who meets you must receive genuine strength. You already have that strength, I tell you. You enjoy it. When? Today. Now. While you are doing that, the day of this (making meetings the best) comes. Because I am enjoying this, the meetings come, I tell you. And during civil service life, there isn’t much we can do freely, is there? This meeting comes about exactly. But there are people who have spiritual problems and have nowhere to say them. Something hidden is going on in our household and there is nowhere to speak of it. So they don’t go to a Christian — do you know where they go? They go to a fortune teller. Why? Because Christians won’t speak to them. It feels like even if I speak to the Christian next to me, it probably won’t work. Because of that feeling, they go to those possessed by spirits, I tell you. Someone with such a problem must be able to speak up right there beside you. It’s not difficult.

This is the second message civil servants must hold on to. When you are 300% prepared, true meetings come forth. The day Joseph was 300% prepared, God had him meet Pharaoh. That’s right? Up until then, it didn’t happen. Moses was not yet prepared until he was of age. The day he was 300% prepared, God had him meet Pharaoh. The word “300%” is extremely important. Meetings are in God’s hands.

3. 1 Samuel 17:1-47

As you know, the meeting of David and Goliath.

1) Psalms 78:70-72
David already had the strength to defeat Goliath beforehand. That’s right? He had it beforehand.

2) 1 Samuel 16:13
One day the schedule comes. Before that, this happened. David came to have a tremendous hidden strength. This is important. No one knows this. He was greatly moved by the Spirit of the Lord.

Isn’t prayer the happiest thing for you? “He was greatly moved.” Prayer must be the easiest thing. Prayer is difficult? That is the hard part now.

3) Goliath
This is when he met Goliath. As you know, when he met Goliath, important words were exchanged. What is the most important part? What Goliath did the moment he saw David. That’s what I want to talk about. He cursed David in the name of his own nation’s god. At this point what did David answer? “I need no sword, spear, or javelin; I come in the name of the Lord whom you have mocked.” That’s what he said. This became (completely reversed), didn’t it? Could there even be a fight? “Today the Lord has delivered your neck into my hand. Life is not in the sword but in the Lord’s hand.” That’s right. And with that he finished it. Even if they clashed again, he would win. In a hundred battles, a hundred victories. David throwing — he is a master, simply put. When you go to catch an animal, you cannot miss the target. A skilled person always strikes the vital point precisely. But that lion is carrying a sheep in its mouth — to strike the lion’s vital point with a stone requires no ordinary skill. As for Goliath — well, that’s not even a contest.

He was prepared. 300%. Especially our Remnant absolutely must remember this.

4. 1 Kings 18:1-5

Look at how a civil servant prepared 300%.

1) Official
This person is a trusted official. Yes, Ahab the king is evil, and whatever else — that comes next. The more evil a person, what do they like? The more evil, the more they like someone who is beneficial to them. That’s right? “At my workplace, they look down on me.” That’s because you’re not yet beneficial to them. Ahab trusted him. He had the ability.

2) Disciple
And also he was Elijah’s disciple.

3) 100 people
And also he hid one hundred prophets. He was a civil servant prepared 300%.

5. Babylon

Now, in Babylon. This was a time of crisis, wasn’t it? What is the characteristic of these people?

1) Prophecy
It was prophesied. The reason was all explained in the prophecy, yet the fact that they failed to hold on to it is ridiculous.

2) High position
Though they became captives, what is their characteristic? They completely settled into high positions. At times like this, we get confused. High positions are good, right?

3) Decision
This is the decision they made. What kind of decision? The answer comes quickly. Why did God put them in this position? Why did we become captives? When will our nation be restored? The answer is obvious, isn’t it? They made their decision. From here they showed evidence. Nothing else. Day by day in their lives, the king looked at Daniel and thought, “Ah, truly God is with him.” That’s how it was. So when Daniel was about to be unjustly killed, the king said, “May the God whom you always serve protect you.”

▣ Conclusion — Monument

RT — TCK, CCK, NCK

In conclusion, among the disciples who will become civil servants, the most important are the Remnant, but also TCK. Raise CCK. They will come in great numbers in the future. NCK. The word “300%” — people truly cannot understand it well. You have gone to many fields, haven’t you? But seeing the field is 100%, and that is something extremely important within the 300%.

I called a musician from Immanuel Seoul Church and told them: “For 5,000 tribes, meet musicians in countries like Vanuatu.” They could not understand it. So inevitably I sent headquarters personnel. They had to go together and praise with them to understand the level of music. Right? Otherwise you cannot know what to help with. Otherwise you cannot do missions. Well, if you’re not going to do missions there’s not much need for it, but for those who will — it is necessary. And what do you call what was done this time when they came back? It is not a simple matter. That is the beginning of field 100%. You cannot fully see the field at 100%. That is what matters. Everything is like that.

So right now we need to raise and meet TCK, CCK, NCK civil servants. That’s right? There is no other way. So what did God send the Remnant as? Civil servants, I tell you. Because that’s how things get done. You are simply resting in blessing, but this is not an ordinary matter. So you — especially the Remnant — need to prepare; and our current civil servants must not try to do great things. In small things, 300%. Let us pray.

Prayer. Thank God who even now answers. May the power of the throne descend right now; may God’s kingdom come during the time we pray; and may the work of God’s kingdom come to pass in the places we have gone. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ I pray. Amen.

Although this is a work mission time, because today is the Civil Servants Mission Conference, I would like to first look at the prayer topic of the church leader in work who raised civil servants. You must consider it important and pray. In fact, all seven Remnant were civil servants. So the two things our people in work must pray for are: first, the strategy is to continuously and persistently raise civil servants spiritually. How so? I will give just one example. It is the physician Luke continuously sending messages to Theophilus, who was a civil servant. That turned into an influence that changed the world. Writing the Gospel of Luke and sending it to an individual is different from today. At today’s prices, it would cost about fifty million won to produce that book. Writing these scrolls — the difficulty involved is beyond words. And the content also had to be important, right? He sent two of them. He sent the Gospel of Luke, and he sent the Acts of the Apostles. The world was turned upside down in a completely invisible way. Civil servants are that important. From your perspective, it may look like you are within some kind of limitation, but from God’s perspective, because you exist in eternity as today, it is extremely important. Also, our church leaders in work must raise civil servants who are overseas. I will give just one example. The church leader Philip met the Ethiopian eunuch. Because the time was short, he gave him an eternal message. What kind of influence that had, we do not know.

(Genesis 37:11)

For that reason, simply put, Joseph went to Egypt as a civil servant. At first it appeared as though he went as a slave, but the purpose was elsewhere.

So I will give four messages to our civil servant team and mission team.

1 Text, Hand, Notebook — Today = the Best (throne, kingdom, work)

The first message. The textbook, handbook, and notebook that you must first make — what are they? It is making today the best. What will happen? It is impossible to know. For civil servants, everything is already fixed, and you cannot do things as you please. That’s right, isn’t it? Because there is a hierarchy of superiors and subordinates, it is not a place where you live as you like. The only freedom given to me is one thing. It is making today the best.

How do you make it so? You need to know a few things. Praying to make today the best — three things happen from this. You become imprinted on the throne. Every person. For believers, this means God’s kingdom is being realized. This is invisible. But it is precise. If as a child you set your mind to kill your father, you become imprinted in eternity. Simply put, it gets imprinted in complete darkness, in hell. After that happens, one day that situation comes. That is the kingdom. It is bound to come to pass. Work. For this reason, this day called today looks the same but it is not. One civil servant was a military civil servant, and he raised young people. Because it seems the area assigned to him was close to that. He raised young people — anyone and everyone raises young people. But why did only this person’s work draw attention? Later it spread to 200 countries. What did he do? What organization was it? Boy Scouts. The Boy Scouts — that spreads to 200 countries. A soldier made it. A civil servant. When I asked why he made it, he said that by the time someone enters the army it is already too late. That’s something he felt while being a soldier himself. So what on earth is the point, then? What does he do that it spreads to 200 countries? I honestly looked into it. As I observed it, I felt something — “Ah, I see.” Many various things are done. There is one common thread. What is it? It is opening the eyes of children. So I thought, “Ah, that’s important.” What a child sees and suddenly grasps at a young age — that is extremely important, you see. Receiving a great impression about something good as a child is extremely important. Because it lasts a lifetime. Receiving a tremendous wound as a child — that also lasts a lifetime. And so this person kept doing that, and it spread to 200 countries.

But what we are trying to do is not that. Among the things happening in your field, it is not opening the eyes of many people, but correcting them. Because their eyes are diseased, no matter how much they look, it is of no use.

[Eyes]

Because of you, someone else in the field has something corrected — the way they see things.

▣ Introduction

1. Those who know the secret (Acts 1:3)

What is it? Are you not those who know the secret? Others do not know. You enjoy that today. Today looks like nothing, doesn’t it? But this is everything, I tell you. No, you just came back from work. That’s right. But that’s what matters. I will provide some evidence for that, but especially for civil servants — you have to do the fixed, obvious things; what can you do freely? In some respects, a civil servant running around doing evangelism everywhere — that too is out of place. There needs to be something. For that reason, we know this secret called the throne. We know it. When do we enjoy it? Right now. When? Today.

2. Those who know the reason (the gospel)

And we know the reason, don’t we? We know the reason. Right now, in the whole world — we also keep missing it ourselves, actually. We miss today. We always miss it in the field. But what does the whole world lack? The gospel. So because of this, we have lived until now, and we continue to live.

3. Those who know the problem (disaster)

And the civil servants in this Bible — what did they know? They were those who knew the problem. They knew what the problem was. So they saw disasters that others could not see, and they blocked them. All seven Remnant, every one of them, went into the field as civil servants and blocked disasters.

So what in the world does it mean to have made today the best? For a civil servant, saying you make today the best sounds like a vague statement, doesn’t it? For example, Elder Kim Yong-gi from Hana Church — he is a prison guard. He was probably hired because he was athletic and capable, or something like that. Then the whole place is full of prisoners, isn’t it? What does making today the best mean there? It does not mean nothing. Something must happen — someone must be moved by that prison guard Kim Yong-gi. We don’t know what will happen later. The first chaebol of our country — what is his name? This person before Chung Ju-young, in the old days. He went to China to sell ginseng. And not as his own business, but as a worker for someone else. A young girl was about to die — simply put, she was being trafficked and sold into prostitution. He saw this and helped her. He gave all the money from selling the ginseng and freed that child. She ran away. She remembered only this person’s name. This person came back to Korea and told his employer that he had encountered a child in danger and given away all the ginseng sales money. The employer called him a fool and fired him. The girl went into service as a maid in the most prestigious household in China. This child was no ordinary girl. She did everything exceedingly well. The chairman saw her and thought she was a truly remarkable child. The chairman’s wife saw her and thought the same. Then a strange thing happened. The chairman’s wife fell ill. So she pleaded and pleaded with the girl: “Do not marry; when I die, you tend to my husband.” That is how it came about. Simply put, she became the wife of China’s foremost chaebol. And so that woman came looking for this man. She spoke with her husband. The man who had saved her — a Korean man. And so that person took his hand and they started a business. A film was made, a book was written, and he became our country’s first chaebol.

For people, today matters. Doesn’t it? It is not about calculation.

▣ Main

1. Genesis 37:1-11 Slave → Prime Minister

Joseph. Joseph went as a slave. But when he went as a slave, he had already known the dream in Genesis chapter 37. So he went while enjoying the best prayer. Sure enough, he went as a slave to a powerful household. Obviously he would do the lowest work. But he made it the best right there. And so he was made household administrator. He went to prison. He moved the minister deeply. And then finally he met the king. Joseph did not try to advance himself. Looking at soldiers, their characteristic seems to be a strong interest in how to rise in rank; and looking at civil servants, their characteristic also seems to be a strong interest in promotion. That would be the case, naturally. But in some sense if that is truly everything — then what should you do? You need to live today. While you are a civil servant, while you are where you are now, someone must feel something because of you. It is not difficult at all. Because you already know this (the secret, the reason, the problem). Why? Because the eyes with which you see are different.

The way it is with us — when a problem like this arises, we say it’s a catastrophe. No. After a legal battle, Joseph went to prison, and the wife won, didn’t she? Did she win? No. Joseph went to prison. Did he lose? No. Because the way people look at things is so fixed like that, we miss what is truly real and barely eat and come out. And after coming out, we have to worry about food again. That’s natural, but still — that’s not quite right, is it?

What is the first message for you as civil servants? It is making today the best. It is invisible. But it will certainly come later.

2. Exodus 2:1-10 Adopted Son → World Leader

Who is it? Moses. Actually, he went as an adopted son. At first Moses missed it somewhat. Later he found it. Later he found this (the secret, the reason, the problem). His eyes were opened. He was transformed into a world leader. This was not something Joseph chose, nor was it something Moses chose. In some sense, true success is like that. I heard that a certain Remnant’s dream is to become president. So I gave him one piece of advice: “Do not try to become president. If many people tell you to do it, then do it.” These days politicians — everyone is telling them to stop, yet they themselves want to do it. You must not become that kind of politician. Many people keep telling you to do it, and you think it over carefully before doing it — that’s how it should be. Many people tell you to quit, but you cling to it stubbornly — those are strange people.

You need to remember. It is not about doing or not doing something. This is our faith and conviction. Civil service is not a place where you do as you please. That’s right, isn’t it? It is different from being a merchant. And so because you have spiritual eyes, you make today the best.

3. Psalms 78:70-72 Shepherd → King

David. He was a shepherd, then became a soldier, and while a soldier, became king. When he was a shepherd — there are many shepherds — when he was a shepherd, he made it the best. That’s right. He faced a crisis. Every shepherd throws a stone. It is not only David who throws. A national crisis came, and that is when he went out. So because he hit the lion’s vital point, hitting Goliath’s forehead is a simple matter. He became king. This is what we call true success — when David was being chased around, many loyal followers gathered around him and made David into a king, and so on.

4. 1 Kings 18:1-15 Official → Evangelizing Disciple

Obadiah. He is simply a high-level civil servant. He served as the king’s official. He completely hid one hundred prophets, disciples of evangelism who would save the world. That’s how it came about.

5. Esther 2:1-10, Esther 4:1-16 Queen → Missionary

And look at this. A fascinating story comes out. Esther became queen. She is a special-class civil servant. She became queen and completely saved Israel, and became a missionary who saves that nation. Truly a hidden missionary. That is what a civil servant is.

Looking at the characteristic here — in Esther chapter 2, something Mordecai said is recorded. “When you enter the palace, absolutely do not reveal that you are Jewish.” That is what he said. There is a real secret in that. Later, Israel was about to be entirely wiped out. Then comes the word: “Speak now. You are there for just such a time as this.” That’s right. You must become that kind of person. You exist for just such a time. At that point Esther answers simply. She said that if she dies, she dies. There is no greater answer than that. She is saying she will do it, even if she dies. And so amazing things happen.

And so this time’s Civil Servants Mission Conference is important. So because the whole world is listening, these four messages need to be taken. The first of them — what is it? — it is making today the best. What is the way to make today the best? There must be many ways. It would differ by situation. Even today, as I was coming here thinking of you, I prayed the 7·7·7 prayer earnestly. Because you need it.

▣ Conclusion → Darkness

Then what conclusion emerges? People are living in darkness like this, in reality.

Light → Darkness

You are shining forth a light that is invisible to the eyes. Christ is the light. So it is said of you that you are the light. You only need to shine this light.

(Hidden Bartizan)

So it is not simply a hidden missionary, but a hidden bartizan. And a bartizan is one who guards. What? Blocking crisis, blocking death so that people do not die, and when a great problem comes, sounding the alarm. This is the bartizan. Therefore you are a hidden bartizan.

To put it in a slightly strange way — you don’t need to do anything. Simply being a civil servant as you are is the blessing. You need to know that. Moment by moment, you make today the best. Tomorrow when you worship on Sunday, you pray, right? That is the best time. Don’t ruin it. If you ruin that, you ruin the next day and the day after and everything. What is eternity? Eternity is not something separate. Today connects and links forward, and that is where eternity exists. Isn’t that so? It is not that eternity just appears out of nowhere. Now is what matters. What you are thinking, what covenant you are holding — that is everything.

All church leaders in work nationwide and throughout the world — today must become a day of praying for civil servants. Civil servants must take this message with them. Not just casually — as a complete text. The word “text” means you are embedded in the message. The word “hand” means it is always present in daily life. What is a “note”? It is something recorded. This word “book” does not necessarily mean a literal book. Meetings, reservations, and various things. In English, when making a restaurant reservation, you use this word. “I’m calling to book a table at your restaurant.” That’s how it’s used. So it is an extremely important word. You need to firmly hold onto this. Then that’s all. What about the rest? God takes care of it. Because this does not happen, many people are errand-running under unbelievers and getting broken. Not to even mention pastors and missionaries. This needs to happen. Because it doesn’t, people go in the opposite direction. They end up making today the worst. That won’t do.

Let us pray.

Prayer. May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, King of kings, and God’s eternal love, and the working of the Holy Spirit always be with all civil servants across the nation and the world, from now until eternity. Amen.

Happy Day

Hymn
Happy Day
Philip Doddridge

O happy day that fixed my choice
On Thee, my Savior and my God!
Well may this glowing heart rejoice,
And tell its raptures all abroad.

Happy day, happy day,
When Jesus washed my sins away!
He taught me how to watch and pray,
And live rejoicing every day;
Happy day, happy day,
When Jesus washed my sins away!

’Tis done—the great transaction’s done;
I am my Lord’s, and He is mine;
He drew me and I followed on,
Rejoiced to own the call divine.  Refrain

Now rest, my long-divided heart,
Fixed on this blissful center, rest;
Here have I found a nobler part,
Here heav’nly pleasures fill my breast.  Refrain

High heav’n that hears the solemn vow,
That vow renewed shall daily hear!
Till in life’s latest hour I bow,
And bless, in death, a bond so dear.  Refrain

Hymn
Perfect You Are My God
Rose Park

Perfect You are my God
Righteous and Holy
In all of Your ways
Revealing Your glory
In all that You do
All men will worship You

I will worship You
I will praise Your name
For You are the only Lord and King
I will worship You
I will praise Your name
My desire is to honor You Lord

Confession of Faith
The Apostles’ Creed

I believe in God, the Father Almighty,
Maker of heaven and earth;

And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, Our Lord,
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
Born of the Virgin Mary,
Suffered under Pontius Pilate,
Was crucified, dead, and buried.
He descended into hell.
The third day He rose again from the dead.
He ascended into heaven,
And is seated at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty;
From thence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit,
The holy universal Church,
The communion of saints,
The forgiveness of sins,
The resurrection of the body
And life everlasting. Amen.

Hymn
O Day of Rest and Gladness
Christopher Wordsworth

O day of rest and gladness,
O day of joy and light,
O balm of care and sadness,
Most beautiful, most bright;
On thee the high and lowly,
Through ages joined in tune,
Sing “Holy, holy, holy,”
To the great God Triune.

On thee, at the creation,
The light first had its birth;
On thee, for our salvation,
Christ rose from depths of earth;
On thee, our Lord victorious,
The Spirit sent from heav’n;
And thus on thee, most glorious,
A triple light was given.

Today on weary nations
The heav’nly manna falls;
To holy convocations
The silver trumpet calls,
Where gospel light is glowing
With pure and radiant beams,
And living water flowing
With soul-refreshing streams.

New graces ever gaining
From this our day of rest,
We reach the rest remaining
To spirits of the blest;
To Holy Ghost be praises,
To Father, and to Son;
The church her voice upraises
To Thee, blest Three in One.

Revelation 21

Leader: Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth,
People: for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea.

Leader: I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God,
People: prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband.

Leader: And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying,
People: Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people,

Leader: and he will dwell with them. They will be his people,
People: and God himself will be with them and be their God. ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes.

Leader: There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain,
People: for the old order of things has passed away.”

Leader: He who was seated on the throne said,
People: “I am making everything new!”

Scripture Reading
Isaiah 66:12-24
Carmetta Williams

For this is what the Lord says:

“I will extend peace to her like a river,
    and the wealth of nations like a flooding stream;
you will nurse and be carried on her arm
    and dandled on her knees.
13 As a mother comforts her child,
    so will I comfort you;
and you will be comforted over Jerusalem.”

14 When you see this, your heart will rejoice
    and you will flourish like grass;
the hand of the Lord will be made known to his servants,
but his fury will be shown to his foes.
15 See, the Lord is coming with fire,
    and his chariots are like a whirlwind;
he will bring down his anger with fury,
and his rebuke with flames of fire.
16 For with fire and with his sword
the Lord will execute judgment on all people,
and many will be those slain by the Lord.

17 “Those who consecrate and purify themselves to go into the gardens, following one who is among those who eat the flesh of pigs, rats and other unclean things—they will meet their end together with the one they follow,” declares the Lord.

18 “And I, because of what they have planned and done, am about to come and gather the people of all nations and languages, and they will come and see my glory.

19 “I will set a sign among them, and I will send some of those who survive to the nations—to Tarshish, to the Libyans and Lydians (famous as archers), to Tubal and Greece, and to the distant islands that have not heard of my fame or seen my glory. They will proclaim my glory among the nations. 20 And they will bring all your people, from all the nations, to my holy mountain in Jerusalem as an offering to the Lord—on horses, in chariots and wagons, and on mules and camels,” says the Lord. “They will bring them, as the Israelites bring their grain offerings, to the temple of the Lord in ceremonially clean vessels. 21 And I will select some of them also to be priests and Levites,” says the Lord.

22 “As the new heavens and the new earth that I make will endure before me,” declares the Lord, “so will your name and descendants endure. 23 From one New Moon to another and from one Sabbath to another, all mankind will come and bow down before me,” says the Lord. 24 “And they will go out and look on the dead bodies of those who rebelled against me; the worms that eat them will not die, the fire that burns them will not be quenched, and they will be loathsome to all mankind.”

Message
The Promise Given to Those Who Remain
Pastor Ryu Kwang Su

▣ Introduction
1. The covenant to hold onto when a crisis comes and there is no one to help: the Remnant
1) The Babylonian invasion and the situation of Israel taken captive
2) What is natural – 99% who left God for a reason, and 1% who remained without a reason (world evangelization)
3) Those whom God has kept (Remnant) – “I am the Remnant who will save my family line, my field, and my region.”

2. The blessings God gave to the Remnant
1) He will make peace flow like a river and overflow to the nations.
2) As a mother comforts her child, so will I comfort you.
3) When the time comes, He will gather the nations and all peoples. He will reveal His glory to the nations through you. He will reveal this light of glory.
(1) Those who have fallen into darkness – mental illness, increasing suicide
(2) Be resolved: “God has established me as a Remnant to shine light into the darkness.”
▷ Not knowing the gospel and offering cattle and sheep and burning incense is the same as murder and idol worship.

3. The Bible – three categories
1) What even unbelievers can understand.
2) What only the saved can understand – the blood covenant, Christ
3) The message given to those who will move the world = today’s message (just believe.)

▣ Main
1. Secret
1) You will survive on your own.
2) You must see the spiritual reality.
3) God’s plan is in a place you have not thought of, on the opposite side.
4) No competition – victory without fighting.
5) Nobody – there is no one to help, but God is leading me.

2. Background
1) The power of the throne is yours (Is 6)
2) Only the power of the gospel overcomes darkness (Is 7:14).
3) The power of the Word – those who wait only on the eternal Word will receive new strength (Is 40).
4) The power of prayer – when you pray, He will do a new thing (Is 43).
5) The power of restoration – He will restore the world and those fallen into darkness with light (Is 60).
6) The watchman – He has established you as a watchman who moves the throne (Is 62).

Hymn
Jesus Is My Way, Truth, and Life

Jesus is my way,
And He is my truth,
Jesus is the life in me
Since I met the Lord,
Asked Him in my heart
My life’s never been the same

When I am in Him,
And He is in me
He will answer all my prayers
What I have is something
That the world can’t offer
What I have in Jesus is true peace

In this life, I live for Jesus Christ
With His covenant rooted in my heart
When the Lord gives me His power
He will use my life to share
His gospel to the world.

Prayer · Lord’s Prayer

Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name;
thy kingdom come;
thy will be done;
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation;
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
the power and the glory,
forever and ever.
Amen.

Hymn
We Will Keep Our Faith Alive!
Don Besig · Nancy Price

Gathered here, within this place,
We can share in God’s redeeming grace.
There’s no room for doubt or fear;
We can feel His presence here.
As we face each passing day,
We will serve and honor and obey;
And if hope should start to dim,
We will know our trust is in Him.

And we will keep our faith alive,
God will always be our guide.
Through the darkest night,
We will see God’s light.
We will keep our faith alive!

We will live as God has planned,
Though at times we may not understand.
Many things we may not see,
But our faith will help us believe.
From His Word we learn the truth;
Through His love we all are born anew.
With His help, we will not fail
For we know our God will prevail.  Chorus

Benediction

Watchman of Re-Creation of the Soul

Prayer Journal: May 23, 2026
21. Nov. 2025 Prenatal/Infant Parents and Ministers Retreat, Lecture 3
Theme:  Watchman of Re-Creation  』 (2 Corinthians 5:17)
Lecture 3: 【 Watchman of Re-Creation of the Soul 】

Lecture 1 was about how our parents must become watchmen.
Lecture 2 was about how teachers must become watchmen.
Today, our Lecture 3 is about how, if we want to save the world, we must become united watchmen — only then do we become watchmen who save souls.
When missionaries first came to Busan, what did they do? They established a hospital for delivering babies. Simply put, they used a prenatal-infant strategy. To put it more plainly, they used a birth mother strategy. So, at this final hour when our eyes must be opened wide, even a small thing becomes a great blessing. Therefore, the final strategy our prenatal-infant mission department must use is the pregnant-mother strategy. The birth mother has already given birth to a child, so the child becomes an infant, but in reality, we need to have a prenatal strategy. We need a pregnant-mother strategy. They say that when these missionaries arrived, there were no beds in the wards, so they went to a US military base and got old beds. That missionary was a missionary named McKenzie. He had been in Vanuatu. He fell ill there and came out. When his body had somewhat recovered, he came to Korea. So the place they arrived at was Busan. And so they established Ilsin Women’s Hospital. And they built a small church, which was our mother church, Ilsin Church. In a sense, it was just one among many churches. But the family that began their faith life there — me — I have received the blessing of doing only evangelism work up to this day. Naturally, I went to Australia to evangelize, and things like that. Even more amazing is that Missionary McKenzie had been in Vanuatu, and we became connected to that place. Despite extreme opposition, Vanuatu, as a nation, recognized our gospel. One of the many reasons for this is that the politicians of Vanuatu are almost all pastors. They know theology. These people, with their lives on the line, recognized us. It was essentially established by national law. When they come to visit, they bring some kind of medal or insignia and present it to me, don’t they? What that means is they are giving, at the national level, something their nation has been holding in reserve. Even more amazing — it is the complete stepping stone for opening the door to 5,000 tribess. In some respects, for opening the door to 5,000 tribes, it is not America but Vanuatu.

Pregnant mother (birth mother) strategy — Moses, Samuel, David, the synagogue
So we must become united watchmen who save the world. Look carefully at one word: the pregnant mother strategy was used. Moses’ mother did that. That’s right. A great work of history took place. A response came that was beyond understanding. Samuel’s mother did that. It was completely the pregnant mother’s strategy given by God. In fact, the person called David was also raised that way. And so Paul went into the synagogue — which no one could have imagined — bringing key figures with him. Now, what is the situation for infants in developed nations? From the very beginning, they have been receiving their education from three organizations. What about underdeveloped nations? The prenatal-infants of underdeveloped nations are receiving completely superstitious education. What about the prenatal-infants in Korea today? There is almost no plan at all. People simply think it is enough to give birth and raise children well. So they go to kindergarten. They go through elementary school to university. Not a single opportunity to receive training as a watchman. Not once have they heard the accurate gospel. This is the situation. And so God has given all manner of blessings to these people.

Introduction — Unity
There are things we must do and things we must first know.

1) Bartizan — global prenatal-infant mission organization
So it is naturally something our parents must do as watchmen — building the bartizan — and it is naturally something teachers must do. This final strategy must not be missed.

2) Church (journey) — global prenatal-infant mission organization (communication)
So, what work must the mission department and the church do together in unity? The real bartizan you must build — what is it? Build a prenatal-infant organization worldwide. This is the bartizan. And let every church communicate with this global prenatal-infant organization. It is possible. This is the journey.

3) Guidepost — global prenatal-infant mission organization (relay prayer group)
Then what is the guidepost that prenatal-infant ministry must pursue — the answer you must receive? Create a relay prayer group that remains continuously connected worldwide. I see this as extremely important. Wherever I go in any region, as soon as a disciple emerges, this is the first thing I build. I build it even where people do not pray. In reality, they do not know prayer. Still, I built it. Yet amazingly, responses come. So when I went to Busan, the very first thing I built was this. People were free to fast as they chose, and I formed a fasting relay group — but most people did not fast. Within three years, the preparation to turn the world upside down was fully in place. You must do this. The prenatal-infant gathering is very important, but this part is extremely important.

Main — So what is the answer you must first receive? There is an answer to receive first before doing any of this.

1. Revive prenatal-infant worship — “individual church strategy.”
Revive prenatal-infant worship. Reviving prenatal-infant worship means an individual church strategy. When you return, numbers are not the issue — you must regard prenatal-infant worship as the most precious thing.

1) prenatal-infant centered
What has been done up to now has been well done, but look even a little for prenatal-infant centered worship. Because the message mostly needs to go out, gatherings are formed accordingly. Then parents attend, and children come as well. Among them, the children — the very young prenatal-infants who do not yet know anything — those children need some small program. I have served at several churches, and whenever I moved, there was always an empty time. During that empty time, I went to the US military chapel. There is a base somewhere in Busan. I went to the church there. Since the fetus is still in the womb, they hold worship for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers very meaningfully. They hold an 11 o’clock service, and all those children gather up front. Whether they understand or not, the pastor gives a simple message. Then he prays a blessing over the children. And after that, it is the general service — the main worship. I thought that was really well done. Building on the important point from the introduction earlier, you do not need a large gathering.

2) Dad’s class
Dad’s class — this is essential.

3) Mom’s class
Mom’s class. Combining the two, one might also call it a couple’s class. That is fine. What you must keep in mind is that there is a lot of father education and mother education that has come out in the world so far. I can say clearly: I consider it good education. However, it is not necessary for education. It is not the education necessary for those children’s souls. It is not the education that will overcome darkness and accomplish world evangelization in the days ahead. So this is the very first blessing you must receive.

2. Revive prenatal-infant ministry in non-self-supporting churches — “synagogue-centered”
The second. Non-self-supporting churches — revive prenatal-infant worship.

1) Acts 17:1-9
2) Acts 18:1-4
3) Acts 19:8-20

This is as it is in the Bible, and from that the synagogue-centered approach emerged. In the synagogue it is not only older children. Of course, there are adults. But the greatest central focus of this synagogue — yes, the gospel, Christ, and all the content are there — is the children. A very important point here is that Jewish people regard prenatal-infant education as extremely important. The birth mothers, the pregnant mothers, participate. Priscilla, who understood this importance, continued to enter the synagogue together with Paul. Before going to Rome, the synagogue…

3. Multi-ethnic prenatal-infants — “new strategy.”
The third thing to remember. This is the answer you will receive. Save multi-ethnic prenatal-infants. This, as you know, uses a completely new mission strategy. Not just saving multi-ethnic people, but using a prenatal-infant strategy for multi-ethnic people. This is something that absolutely must be done.

1) Marriage mission class
Restore the marriage mission class.

2) Pregnant mother class
Restore the pregnant mother class. Even if you do not meet every week, gather regularly and give an accurate message. God’s covenant does not bring about a work of history just because many people hear it. It is when it is accurately conveyed to one person that a historical work takes place. What you have shared once — that brings about a work of history. This is prenatal-infant ministry. There are many organizations doing prenatal-infant ministry without understanding its importance. Look at the Bible. The people who moved the ages all did prenatal-infant ministry. And truly, even in Busan, the mission movement began with prenatal and infant ministry.

3) Multi-ethnic couples’ class
Having done all this, as you know, open a class for multi-ethnic couples. Right now, multi-ethnic couples are in disarray. They do not know when they might separate. There is more than one or two things that do not fit, and the most important thing is that they do not know spiritually. There is nothing to say about whether it fits or not. They simply do not know. In your mission department, in your church — even if only one person does this, a world-overturning work of history takes place. One multi-ethnic couple grasped the gospel. They turned the world upside down. Who was that? The couple, Priscilla and Aquila.

You must do this. There are truly many important things you must do. Why? Because for prenatal infants, there is no more opportunity. In a certain sense, personally, once a child is born, it is effectively over. Prenatal education is even more important. Life has already come into being, and all the prenatal education has been missed. The pregnant mother knows nothing spiritual, knows no gospel, and simply gives birth. So to put it precisely, all the problems that existed before birth come along with the child. The timetable in which this can be done perfectly is the prenatal-infant stage. The next opportunity is the toddler-preschool age. And the last remaining opportunity is elementary school. Middle school — it is over. Whether children study well or not is determined in middle school. You must take this with you. Even more important: if you are doing what God most desires, God responds centered on the place where you are. Right? That is how important the work you are doing right now is. So if you truly hold on to this covenant, God works according to where you are. From now on, dads — do not just run errands but become the main players in these three today’s sessions. Why? Because if you let go of this opportunity now and enter middle age, there is no more chance. When you have prenatal-infants, you have 300% opportunity. It is alright even if it is hard. Because I started studying a bit late, I was studying when our children were still very young, prenatal-infants. It was very difficult. But do not be deceived. I was preparing 300% for evangelism. As soon as I came out, a historical event took place. You must remember this. Take it to heart and go home with it.

Conclusion
Among all this, there will be areas that especially need attention.

1) Problem families
What do we do about truly troubled children? Very young children do not yet understand. But there are families with problems. You must engage proactively.

2) Talented families
Next, there are talented families. For example, right in front of our church in Busan is Korea Maritime University. Across the water is Pukyong National University. Many talented foreign individuals come to these two places. Mostly doctoral students and people studying at that level. These people have children, preschoolers, and newborns. These people bring those children — the parents have nowhere to go. You must catch this. And there are many problem families as well. There is no one to even understand their situation, let alone resolve it. You must quickly catch these things in your prenatal-infant department. There are talented people, too, I am telling you.

3) Throw out the garbage, change what is wrong, and hold on to the cord of covenant and prayer
So, what conclusion are you drawing today? It is the same. Throw out all the garbage. Garbage does not bring value. What does not align with the gospel is wrong. Change it. It is alright even if you are weak. It is alright even if you have made mistakes. It is alright even if you have fallen. Right? But if you are holding onto what is contrary to the gospel, you will perish. Hold on to the cord of the covenant and prayer. This is the most important thing. Hold on to the cord of the covenant and prayer. Grab hold of the cord that communicates with the throne. Make it so that the next generation may enjoy that.

So this prenatal-infant retreat is extremely important, but it is an extremely important timetable. Because those who have been dedicated to prenatal-infant ministry all along have gathered mainly here. And now this is the timetable in which those appointed today begin as a new organization. There are many who have taken on overall responsibility, but among them, in the case of Elder Kwak’s wife, as I see it, she has no other motive. A person with other motives cannot accomplish world evangelization. In the end, God makes it so they cannot. We must preach only the gospel. Engrave the accurate bartizan, journey, and guidepost into these prenatal infants who go on into eternity. So make this — not a delusion but a firm conviction. When things were very difficult for me, I said, “I am not in difficulty.” Why? Because that is not something I need. The reason is that what I truly need is something else entirely. That is right. So I am a person who has received tremendous blessings, a person who has received God’s great grace — that is right, isn’t it? Not having money — I do not need money. Does God want money from me as a student? Look squarely at the field. We must accomplish world evangelization, so look squarely at evangelism. Is that not right? Church members cannot pray, cannot evangelize, have no strength — 90% are effectively failing, and even the successful 10% cannot serve the church; they are running errands for the world — it is a state of total collapse. At least you — pull yourselves together and hold on to the cord of the covenant. Do not let go of the cord of prayer. This is it.

For you especially, beginning from next year, God’s accurate covenant will be fulfilled. I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ that your next generation will enter into this line of blessing. Let us pray.

Prayer. We give thanks to God. We give praise. We give sincere thanks to God who has saved our prenatal infants. We believe You will grant to these people the most wondrous responses found in the Bible. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

The Mission Worth Living and Dying For

Acts 20:24. However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace.

God has given every one of us a mission in life. A life without a mission eventually loses its meaning and direction. It becomes like a ship drifting without a destination—carried here and there by the waves of circumstances, filled with confusion, insecurity, emptiness, and regret.

Our life on earth is too short to spend on temporary things alone. We were created for something eternal. Knowing this, Paul confessed that he considered his own life worth nothing compared to completing the mission God had entrusted to him (Acts 20:24).

What, then, is the task that matters most to God?

The greatest purpose of our lives is to testify of the gospel of God’s grace—Jesus Christ—to those who do not know Him. Nothing in this world can give people the true answer they are desperately searching for. Wealth, success, pleasure, knowledge, and human effort cannot solve the fundamental problems of mankind.

Scripture reveals that all people are under the power of sin and Satan. As a result, mankind lives separated from God, trapped in spiritual darkness, fear, suffering, and eternal judgment. Jesus said that unbelievers live under the influence of the devil (John 8:44). People worship idols and things created by human hands instead of the Creator (Exodus 20:4–5).

Many are suffering mentally, emotionally, and spiritually under heavy burdens (Matthew 11:28), while others experience physical affliction and oppression (Acts 8:4–8). Without Christ, humanity remains condemned apart from God eternally (Luke 16:19–31), and even passes spiritual suffering and unbelief down to future generations (Matthew 27:25).

But God did not abandon mankind. He sent Jesus Christ as the only solution to sin, Satan, and hell. Through the cross and resurrection, Christ completely broke the power of the devil and opened the way for mankind to meet God again. Scripture declares that Jesus “went around doing good and healing all who were under the power of the devil” (Acts 10:38).

Only the gospel has the power to truly save and heal people.

God has revealed this mystery of salvation to us through Christ. And now He has called us as ambassadors of Christ to carry His message of reconciliation to the world that is dying without the gospel (2 Corinthians 5:20). This is our primary mission in life.

God desires us to devote ourselves to the life movement that saves people from the power of Satan, sin, and hell. Even now, there are countless souls whom God has prepared for salvation (Acts 13:48). Therefore, His work of saving lives continues throughout the world today.

God desires you, your family, and your church to become part of this life movement. There is no greater calling or blessing than participating in the work that is eternal.

God already knows our weaknesses, failures, and limitations. Yet He looks at the center of our hearts. He desires to see whether we possess “godly sorrow” or merely “worldly sorrow” (2 Corinthians 7:10). He wants to know what truly breaks our hearts. Do we grieve over temporary losses alone, or do we grieve over the souls who are perishing without Christ? God desires us to pray for the things that break His heart.

Therefore, take hold of your God-given mission by following Christ. Jesus said, “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men” (Matthew 4:19).

Continue to enjoy Christ daily—the blessing of the gospel. Enjoy the kingdom of God and experience the power of the Holy Spirit that Jesus promised (Acts 1:1–8). Pray for the unbelievers God has placed around you—your family members, relatives, friends, coworkers, neighbors, and the nations. Together with the church and fellow believers, restore the glory of God’s church and pray earnestly for the Lord to send workers into His harvest field (Matthew 9:38).

When your heart is set on God’s kingdom and His righteousness, God Himself will provide everything necessary for your mission. Jesus promised:

But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well” (Matthew 6:33).

One day, when God’s appointed time is fulfilled, He will call you home after you complete the mission He entrusted to you. And on that day, may we hear the words of the Lord:

Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!” (Matthew 25:21).

Open your eyes to see the urgency of the gospel, evangelism, and world missions. Do not live merely for temporary success or comfort. Give your life wholly to God’s kingdom and His righteousness. The only life that will never be regretted is the life lived for what is eternal.

Prayer. Father, thank You for calling me to participate in Your eternal mission. Open my eyes to see the spiritual reality of this world and the urgency of the gospel. Fill me with the Holy Spirit so that I may boldly testify of Christ and save lives for Your glory. Help me not to live for temporary things, but to devote my life to Your kingdom and Your righteousness. Use my life, my family, and my church for the work of evangelism and missions until the day I stand before You. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Watchman of Re-Creation of the Brain

Prayer Journal: May 22, 2026
21. Nov. 2025 Prenatal/Infant Parents and Ministers Retreat, Lecture 2
Theme:  Watchman of Re-Creation  』 (2 Corinthians 5:17)
Lecture 2: 【 Watchman of Re-Creation of the Brain】

A drug addict spent five years in prison. All the drugs had left his body. And yet he still could not quit. Why is that? Because it had been imprinted on the brain. That is how it becomes something permanent. So in Lecture 2, what you are doing right now is this very work. Among all that you are doing, it is especially this covenant that gets imprinted on the brain. It is not simply transmitted — it is imprinted on the brain, and so it becomes something profoundly permanent. Here is the bartizan watchman.

Now, Lecture 1 was about parents, because parents are extremely important. But Lecture 2 is about teachers — the ministers. So all of you just need to let everything else go and focus solely on this one thing.

But that is easy to say and hard to actually find. From the early days, from 1991 up until now, as I have been doing evangelism, there have been those among the work people, among the church leaders, even among pastors, who have left without continuing. They share common characteristics. They were tested and felt hurt, or a great deal of conflict arose between people, and when you look at it, they mostly blame others. That is their characteristic. And then there is, “Look how much work I did” — that kind of attitude.

Simply put, the strongest devil on earth is the devil of feeling hurt and resentful. Then there is the devil of blaming others. And then there is the devil of always wanting credit and recognition. People like this will not be able to carry out the evangelism movement and will eventually leave — and have already left. It is fine to be lacking or to make mistakes. But if those three things take hold, one cannot be used.

Introduction – Rhythm
1) 24 (prayer), 25 (answer), eternity (fruit – 300%)
So for teachers, to know prayer from this point on means to know 24. You must know 24 to know the 25 answer. Then through you, something called eternity is left as a fruit. This is now the time to deliver this to our Tae-young-ah, who cannot yet understand any of these words, and yet is the most important.

2) Daily life
So to know prayer means it happens within daily life. Therefore all of you must always enjoy (1) the 3 concentrations, (2) the 3 settings, and (3) the 3 answers through prayer. If you do this, the 25 answer will certainly come.
(1) Brain – Finally, works that revive the brain begin to happen. The messages you are delivering right now are almost entirely delivered to the brain before they are delivered to the soul.
(2) Soul – And after that, they are delivered to the soul.
(3) Body – This part then manifests in the body.

So find the happiest rhythm through prayer. You must find this rhythm. The rhythm of prayer — it is not about praying a lot. It is about finding the rhythm of my life through prayer. Because there is nothing more important than the ministry you have been entrusted with right now, and the people you are ministering to. In truth, all spiritual problems begin from the time of infancy. So you are transmitting and imprinting this. This is what is called the power of the throne. Now, it does not end there. From this point on, what is called eternity — truly 300% — is transmitted. This is the prayer that creates that.

3) Bartizan (platform), journey (watchtower), guidepost (antenna)
When that happens, this becomes the bartizan for the teachers. The act of teaching your children becomes the journey. This becomes the guidepost. So the answer comes to you first. At that point, this becomes the platform. It is content you know well, but once you understand what prayer is, the platform is built.

Imprint this spiritual blessing — though it belongs to all Remnants — upon the infants. Is that possible? It says John the Baptist was filled with the Holy Spirit in the womb. Right? Already, in Jochebed’s prayer, it says a Levite man married a Levite woman. Right? What is that? A work had already happened in the womb. That is how important the infant is. Already imprinted into the brain and soul. This is the ministry being carried out. So if you look at it simply, is it not Hannah praying, “Give me a son, give me a Nazirite”? In actuality, that is not what it means. What happened through Hannah’s prayer? The covenant had already worked upon the child in the womb. Right? Already, before sending him to the temple, the work had already happened when he was in the womb. Now, why must it be done this way? This becomes a watchtower that shines with light. Now your children, as they grow up, develop an antenna that connects to the power of the throne. Plant this in them.

You must carry even greater conviction. Something fearsome is happening.
① 12 dark strategies – The 12 dark strategies created by Satan are transmitted to the next generation.
② 5 dark strategies – The 5 dark strategies created by the church — even going to church does no good. They are transmitted to the next generation.
③ Family line – It does not end there. You may have simply gotten married, but the spiritual problems within the family line are absolutely transmitted to the next generation.
④ Home – Now, amidst all this, you are building your home. Right?
⑤ Spiritual illness – Remarkably, it is transmitted. This must be eliminated through the gospel alone — imprint it. So if you look carefully at Deuteronomy 6:4-9, what does it say? Imprint it.

Main – Then what must you carry in your heart to imprint? What must you transmit?
This is content you already know. ① Acts 17:1-2. Looking far ahead, this is a message aimed at the infants. ② Acts 18:1-4 — parents must remember this as well. But the teacher must have a definite platform/watchtower/antenna for this. ③ Paul went to the synagogue and proclaimed the kingdom of God — and what plan did God have? Already calculated into the preparation for world evangelization were the Remnants who had not yet been born.

When? During infancy. After that is, in truth, already late. The time for real transformation — when? Infancy and early childhood. Because from the moment of birth, knowingly or unknowingly, one is born with spiritual problems. It must be done. During infancy, see to it that this tremendous power of the throne is transmitted. Your children have already received these blessings. That is cause for gratitude. People talk about the gospel without really knowing its value. The gospel entered a certain disabled person. Did that person get healed? They did not. But through that person’s descendants and family line, tremendous works of God arise.

1. Acts 17:1-2 (The Completeness of Christ)
So the most important thing you must teach is this: transmit the completeness of Christ. You must not miss this. Transmit the completeness of worship and prayer. If perhaps the parents of the infants, the teachers here, cannot truly find the answer through the pastor’s sermon on Sunday, then you will fail. Whether the pastor does well or not has nothing to do with it. What did I do when I was an associate minister? I did not give lectures. When I was an associate pastor, our senior pastor had so many problems — it stirred things up, caused fights in the church, and simply put, he was someone who was driven out. I had nothing to do with that. What I did was take the flow of the Word that I caught through the pastor’s sermons and hold forums with the young adults. I was amazed. It was not the pastor’s sermon. It was the Word of God. So this covenant must absolutely be transmitted to your next generation. All of it is transmission. It is imprinted precisely. Something that will leave you astonished. There was an infant whose parents fought terribly. What does an infant know? The parents fought constantly. And this child was born spiritually deformed. Looking at that, I thought — wow, this is a fearful thing. It is transmitted. You must remember this. You must carry this and transmit it. Always remember. What is the truly complete answer? Completeness in everything.

1) The Way, the Truth, the Life
Christ is said to be the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

2) The Triune God
The Way, the Truth, and the Life — to where? To the Triune God.

3) 5 convictions
What must absolutely be remembered is the 5 aspects of Christ’s completeness — you must be convinced of them. Christ before the ages — the spiritual problems that arose before the ages were finished apart from you. If you do not understand this, you will be completely unable to block what comes down through the family line to your infant. Because they receive it the moment they are born. That is why it was eliminated through the completeness of Christ. Christ who took on flesh — what is that? Salvation today. Christ who was resurrected — what is that? Praying in that name. The returning Lord, the Lord of judgment — what is that? Christ who resolved the problems of the future. You must be convinced. Because of your covenant and prayer today, may the longstanding problems of the family line be bound! People pass over this lightly, but it is not like that. It is absolutely so. When I meet people of other ethnicities, I have so much to do. It is overwhelming. These people are completely in the introduction. I will speak about it in Lecture 3. You need to take care of even the multi-ethnic people. There are those who have come over from North Korea. I feel sorry for them, but truly they are not in a right state of mind. They cannot come over in a right state of mind. They crossed over having gone through all of that. They are hiding everything. We must quickly change them — starting with their next generation.

2. Acts 18:1-4 (The Completeness of Worship and Prayer)
You must enjoy it yourself for it to be transmitted.

1) Worship (Acts 2:1-13)
What happens during worship? What happens during worship time? The events of Acts 2:1-13 take place, do they not?

2) Prayer (Acts 2:42)
What happens when you pray? The events of Acts 2:42 take place. The Word works and moves. During worship, when you pray, prayer works and moves. What happens during the time of worship?

3) Praise (Psalms 78:70-72)
What happens during the time of praise? In Psalms 78:70-72, when David was a shepherd, he did not only excel as a shepherd. It was praise and prayer. Something tremendous happens. This is transmitted intact to the infant. So your children have, if I were to put it in words, received blessings beyond words.

3. Acts 19:8 (The Completeness of the Answer)
From this point it comes forth. What is the completeness of the answer?

1) Background – the throne
A work begins where even our background changes. The background of you and your next generation is the throne. That is tremendous.

2) The invisible answer – the kingdom
And in reality, the invisible answer comes first. You must remember this. And so people think there is no answer. So they miss everything. What is your first answer? It is that your background — the infant’s background — is overturned and becomes the throne. So the invisible answer comes first. Looking at that — the kingdom of God!

3) Fulfillment – the work
Finally the visible answer comes. Fulfillment — right? The work of the kingdom of God — this is transmitted. This time, there are three things. You absolutely must not miss them.

♠Conclusion: “As they live, root and disposition”
So when you imprint this, something even more important comes out. Because this was imprinted, your next generation takes root as they live. Then when they go to the field, they become completely formed in disposition. The 7 Remnants — as you know well, just looking at the three you know best — Joseph, David, the synagogue — you can understand it from just these three.

1) Joseph
When Joseph was young, these three things were imprinted in him. Now there is suffering, there are difficulties — it does not matter. As he goes forward, this begins to take root. When he reaches the field, it is fulfilled. Otherwise, because of you, your next generation will suffer until they die of old age. So studying hard and doing well — that is fine, but it has nothing to do with it. Just make it 300%. You must not fall behind the times. When it becomes 300%, you win unconditionally. So do not fear hardship — that is why God said do not be afraid.

2) David
Look at David. When he was a shepherd, already as a young boy, he had been imprinted by his parents. Every path David walked was not a path of suffering — it was a path of fulfillment. Right? The fruit came at the field — he built a thousand bartizans. He prepared the temple.

3) The synagogue
Paul understood this. That is why he went there. He saw the future of the Remnants.

Right now, all of you are seeing the future of the Remnants in your households, in the field, in the family line — let it all go. I told you not to worry about it. In Lecture 1, I said to throw out all the garbage and move on, but what is Lecture 2? It is not just a matter of throwing out garbage. Change everything and move forward. Parents, you absolutely must do this. All of that becomes the answer. Our parents were too poor, could not evangelize, were sick — I saw that. I took hold of that as a covenant. “I cannot live like that. That is not God’s will. We must evangelize.” Right? “We must be strong and accomplish world evangelization. We must restore the economy of light.” I made up my mind clearly. I changed it. It is true. Because all of you are still young, you can do it now. One day the answer will be there. I have always said before — I attended six churches and served as an associate minister for a long time. Everything I did was the kind that could not receive an answer. There was no way to receive it. I decided not to follow that way. I took hold of this covenant exactly.

The completeness of Christ — this must be transmitted to our next generation. The completeness of worship and prayer — the true answer is not something found on earth. It transcends that. The throne, the kingdom, the work of the kingdom of God — though it may feel urgent, this must be transmitted to all the saints. I truly hope that it will be so, and what is imprinted upon an infant is eternal. So look carefully at Scripture. Every person who changed an era — without exception, their parents took hold of the covenant when they were in infancy. Let us pray.

Prayer. We give thanks to God. We thank You for giving us blessings beyond our imagination. Please let this covenant be imprinted upon our next generation. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
