Praise — Great Thy Faithfulness

Confession of Faith
I believe in God, the Father Almighty,
Maker of heaven and earth;
And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, Our Lord,
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
Born of the Virgin Mary,
Suffered under Pontius Pilate ,
Was crucified, dead, and buried.
He descended into hell.
The third day He rose again from the dead.
He ascended into heaven,
And is seated at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty;
From there He will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
The holy universal Church,
The communion of saints,
The forgiveness of sins,
The resurrection of the body
And life everlasting. Amen.

Prayer of the Week: August 16, 2026

Heavenly Father, help me build a definite bartizan of Your throne and see Your plan in every field as natural, inevitable, and absolute. Keep me from being deceived by worldly success, money, or circumstances, and teach me to prepare 300% for the mission You have given me.

Like Joseph, let me enjoy secret prayer alone, in suffering, in false accusations, and in every incident, knowing that You are working through all things. Let Your eternal covenant become reality in me, enabling me to save my family, my field, and the nations.

I give You my tithes and offerings. Bless me with everything needed to accomplish world mission, save the next generation, and preach the gospel to nations that have not yet received it.

 The Seven Bartizans

1 May the Triune God work powerfully within me; take full control of my thoughts, heart, soul, and body.
2 Let the power of the throne come on me.
May Your kingdom be established in my life.
May the power that transcends time and space—the power to reach 237 nations and 5,000 tribes—rest on me.
Let this power dwell within my life, my soul, and my daily living.
May unprecedented and never-repeated answers be revealed in my studies, work, church, and mission field.
3 May Your power work within my past, present, and future.
4 Fill me with the Five Powers from above.
5 Grant me the power that transcends time and space to overcome the ruler of the kingdom of the air.
6 Enable me to see the blessing of the CVDIP in advance.
7 May the power to build the Three Courtyards—for the Ages of the Three-Day Weekend and the Holy Meditation—come upon me.

The Seven Journeys
1 Lord, come upon me and lead me on the path guided by the Triune God.
2 I have many difficulties.
Help me enjoy the Ten Mysteries so I can find the path that You are leading me on.
3 People speak according to what they have heard, what they think, what they assume, and they even add to it.
May the Ten Foundations be firmly established in me.
4 No hardship can overcome the Gospel.
May the Five Assurances be my answer.
5 I must change [your mission field].
Help me enjoy the Nine Streams of the throne.
6 Grant me the answer I can enjoy for the rest of my life.
7 I am going to [your mission field].
May every place and meeting become the camp of the throne.

The Seven Guideposts
1 May the power of the blood of the cross at Calvary come upon every place I go.
2 May the covenant of the Mount of Olives, the things pertaining to God’s kingdom, be fulfilled wherever I go,
3 May the work of God that took place in Mark’s Upper Room come upon me.
4 May the time schedule of God that was manifested in Antioch be given to me.
5 Grant me the very work that took place in Asia, Paul’s first mission field, where all the answers were discovered.
6 Help me find the life-turning point that Paul’s team discovered [Macedonia].
7And, allow me to see Rome.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Joseph’s Bartizan

2026.08.16 Sunday 1st Service
“Joseph’s Bartizan” (Genesis 37:1-11)

Genesis 37:1-11

Jacob lived in the land where his father had stayed, the land of Canaan.

This is the account of Jacob’s family line.

Joseph, a young man of seventeen, was tending the flocks with his brothers, the sons of Bilhah and the sons of Zilpah, his father’s wives, and he brought their father a bad report about them.

Now Israel loved Joseph more than any of his other sons, because he had been born to him in his old age; and he made an ornate[a] robe for him. When his brothers saw that their father loved him more than any of them, they hated him and could not speak a kind word to him.

Joseph had a dream, and when he told it to his brothers, they hated him all the more. He said to them, “Listen to this dream I had: We were binding sheaves of grain out in the field when suddenly my sheaf rose and stood upright, while your sheaves gathered around mine and bowed down to it.”

His brothers said to him, “Do you intend to reign over us? Will you actually rule us?” And they hated him all the more because of his dream and what he had said.

Then he had another dream, and he told it to his brothers. “Listen,” he said, “I had another dream, and this time the sun and moon and eleven stars were bowing down to me.”

10 When he told his father as well as his brothers, his father rebuked him and said, “What is this dream you had? Will your mother and I and your brothers actually come and bow down to the ground before you?” 11 His brothers were jealous of him, but his father kept the matter in mind.

▣ Introduction

※ Build a certain bartizan of God.
Not many months remain this year. We must build a certain bartizan. Also, the Remnants finished the convention and went each to their own places. We must build God’s bartizan.

1) Remnant
There are things Remnants hear the most. You’ve probably heard the question, “Who should I meet in order to succeed?” Don’t be deceived by such talk — prepare what you are bound to become. People will keep telling you to study, study. Don’t be deceived — you must find what and how you should study.

When I was studying, there were about six hundred students in my class alone. Some studied hard to receive scholarships. Others just studied as a matter of course. I didn’t do that. I thought, “I must do evangelism to save the world in the future,” and I connected all my studying to that. I made 300% preparation. There’s nothing more to say after that. The Remnant must find what and how to study. As you go through life, people around you will keep talking about money, money. Don’t chase after money. That is a disaster. You must make money come to you. That is the blessing. The Remnant must not be deceived. From now on, there will be great changes. This is the AI era —

there will be shocking developments. And so you’ll hear people here and there saying, “Invest here! Do this! Do that!” A lot of it will come flying at you. And in the end, most of it will collapse. But you must not follow it. The Remnant, I tell you, must prepare 300%. Do not live like Joseph’s brothers. Joseph’s brothers spent their whole lives begging.

2) New believers
Those who first come to faith will love this word “blessing.” The Bible isn’t written that way, and the gospel isn’t that. It’s that I will turn every field of your life into a blessing. That is the gospel and God’s plan.

3) Foreigners
Also, many foreigners are here. You will have your hearts taken up much by present difficulties. That is being deceived. You must think of this as your own home and prepare for the future. You must think of the church as your home and prepare for the future.

4) Those who have no helper
There will be some who say, “I have no one to help me.” Good news. John 14:16 says the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, will guide you. It said He would remind you of everything. It promised He would be with you forever.

5) The elderly
Nationally there’s not much that can be done about it, but the elderly are often told the word “prepare for retirement” over and over. I don’t think that way. The Bible doesn’t say that. It’s not retirement preparation, but a calling for old age. In the Bible there are many people who accomplished great works in old age. That kind of word keeps killing people.

1. What to see first when you arrive at the field
When the Remnant goes to the field, confusion comes right away. At those times you must see three things. There’s no need to be tested or misunderstand anything. What’s the first thing you should do?
1) Natural
You think, “Why is my family like this?” What’s the first thing you must see? Natural. “Why are Joseph’s brothers like this?” Natural. There’s no need to be tested. You cannot change your brothers — you must change yourself. You cannot change your father — you must change yourself and save your father. That’s exactly what Joseph did. Do the brothers ever change? They never change to the very end. Of course not.
2) Inevitable
But why did this happen to me? Inevitable. Right? It was shown to me. Inevitable.
3) Absolute
What is God’s plan? See it as absolute.
This must always be in you — natural, inevitable, absolute. “Why did such a problem come to my family?” It’s natural, of course. Then why? Why me? Inevitable. For what purpose? Absolute. This is what Joseph saw.

99.9% of people speak something that is actually wrong and out of line with Scripture. If you’re deceived by that, you’ll suffer your whole life. You must go forward with the answer.

A junior who was always idle and jobless came to me once. I said to him, “Don’t look for a job. Look for who God made you to be. That’s far quicker. Right now you’ve lost yourself. You’re not that kind of person, but you’ve completely lost your way. The job isn’t the problem.” That’s all I said, and he burst into tears. “No one has ever said that to me.” “It’s not my own words — it’s what the Bible says.” You must never be deceived — hold onto the covenant.

2. The secret of world evangelization that Joseph had
There was one important secret within Joseph. What was it? A secret of world evangelization — what was it? God gave it to Abraham and passed it to Isaac. But Jacob actually missed that part. Naturally, Jacob’s sons, the brothers, all missed it too. Joseph took hold of it. What was it? He took hold of the secret that saves the world. “The offspring of the woman will crush the head of the serpent.” That is the message passed down to that family.

3. Joseph, who went as a spiritual emperor giving answers to the emperor who moves the world with this
With this, Joseph went as a spiritual emperor. But wait — is “spiritual emperor” even a biblical term? We must confirm this first. We really must confirm it. All seven Remnants, without exception, are not merely kings. They went and gave answers to the emperor who moves the world.
1) The sheaves bowed.
The sheaves bowing meant a message that saves the family. The ten brothers couldn’t understand it.
2) The sun, moon, and stars bowed.
“The stars bowed, and the moon and sun bowed” — this means world evangelization will happen. 99.9% cannot understand it. But the covenant Joseph held was fulfilled.
3) Enter into absolute impossibility, nobody, and nothing with this covenant.
You must go forward with this. So enter into absolute impossibility, nobody, and nothing.

▣ Main — What the Remnant Must Take

1. Enjoy the emperor’s secret prayer you can do alone (Genesis 37:1-11).
This is first. What the Remnant must take with them. Enjoy the emperor’s secret prayer you can do alone. Alone. This is the first point. You must be able to do it alone. That is today’s passage.
1) Prayer 300% — Joseph, who learned to pray amid life’s greatest suffering
Joseph’s greatest life suffering came. His mother died. That was the greatest suffering. Benjamin, who never even saw his mother’s face at birth, was actually better off. Joseph was at the exact age when he most loved and needed his mother, and she died. And he had so many older brothers above him. These brothers kept tormenting him. At this point, Joseph learned prayer. Today’s message is Prayer 300%.
2) Build the strength to pray alone.
The Remnant must build the strength to pray alone. Then it’s finished. That’s the most important thing. Where is the worldwide Remnant right now? You must be able to pray. You must check this.
3) The key to the bartizan, journey, and guidepost of the Throne is Christ
The key to the bartizan, journey, and guidepost of the Throne is Christ, and you must be enjoying that blessing. No one needs to help you. You truly must enjoy this in reality. Just a little effort, and the door opens. In fact, just five minutes a day opens the door. In some ways, if Remnants simply attend worship well on Sunday, the door opens.

2. Enjoy the emperor’s secret prayer in the midst of hardship (Genesis 39:1-6).
This is second. Enjoy the emperor’s secret prayer in the midst of hardship.
1) The road being dragged off as a slave
Genesis 39:1-6. He was suddenly dragged away. Suddenly. He was being dragged away, this. It wasn’t like being put in a car and taken. He was dragged. When you’re dragged, you don’t get to eat on time or wash your face. He was dragged. But Joseph clearly held onto the dream he had told his brothers. He knew that this was the road leading there. Later he told his brothers about it.
2) Potiphar’s house
You must have an emperor’s prayer that can be exercised in the midst of hardship. And so the place he arrived was Potiphar’s house. In Potiphar’s house he began cleaning and running errands.
3) Work, economy 300%
How great was the secret of prayer he held? Blessing from God began to come upon that house. And so, instead of being a slave, his status changed — he became household steward.
That’s the point — He himself received grace there, and that house was blessed. Later his status was changed. He became household steward. Absolutely.

3. Enjoy the emperor’s secret prayer in the midst of false accusation (Genesis 40).
This is third. There will be times you suffer unjust things too. To others, it may look like you are ruined. This is the emperor’s prayer amid false accusation. It’s recorded in Genesis chapter 40.
1) The Remnant’s precise path is “nobody”
There was no one to help. He was falsely accused and thrown into prison, and there was no one to help. This is important. The Remnant’s precise path is nobody. Understand?
2) Nothing
Because the Remnant’s true place of answered prayer is elsewhere, it is nothing.
3) Politics 300%
There was no one at all to help — he was thrown into prison. But it turned out that this was the place where political prisoners were held. There too God’s work happened again. That means he did not collapse there either, and he gained the power of prayer. This time he was changed into the chief of the prison. Politics 300%. He gained it all. And these weren’t ordinary political prisoners — they were politicians held under a mighty emperor.

4. Enjoy the emperor’s secret prayer that sees the secret of God at work within events.
This is fourth. What must the Remnant do? You must have the emperor’s prayer that sees the secret of God working within events. Within events.
1) The chief cupbearer’s incident of forgetting Joseph (Genesis 40:23)
Genesis 40:23 says, “Yet the chief cupbearer did not remember Joseph.” What kind of betrayal is that? Why? He interpreted the dream so well, ensuring that man’s survival, and yet he was forgotten. The Remnant need not feel betrayed over such things. Understand? God’s absolute plan was contained there. Joseph was imprisoned until he was thirty. He was thrown in as a teenager and held until thirty.
2) Joseph, who became a spiritual emperor who saved the emperor because of the dream Pharaoh dreamed
Then something happened to the king of Egypt. As you know, this king kept having a strange, recurring dream that could not be interpreted. There were famous sorcerers and diviners surrounding that emperor. As you know, Joseph gets to meet Pharaoh. That is what makes him a spiritual emperor who saves the emperor.
3) Evangelism 300% — “The Lord God will make it known.”
There he says something important. He was asked, “Can you interpret dreams?” He said, “I cannot.” How surprised the king must have been. And then he said something even more important. “The Lord God will make it known.” He said this. He said something extremely important. What do we call that? Evangelism 300%. Everything was already prepared.

5. Enjoy the emperor’s secret prayer that enters into the blessing of accomplished world evangelization.
Finally, that day came. That’s the fifth point. That day is sure to come.
1) World salvation
The king personally recommended him and made him prime minister. If anyone else had recommended him, the king could have said okay. But it was the king who recommended him. Who could stop it? And he said, “Do with Egypt as you please.” The emperor said this. “Do as you please with the land of Egypt.” So, world salvation, world evangelization began to take place. As Joseph said, the whole world had to come to Egypt to buy grain.
2) Family salvation
At last, he saves his family. So 70 family members are received in Egypt as honored guests and made to move there.
3) Joseph, who promised to take responsibility for his brothers and future generations to the end, to the anxious brothers
That’s not all. Because Joseph’s brothers knew what they had done to Joseph, they were always uneasy. After Jacob passed away, Joseph wept loudly. As prime minister, if the prime minister weeps loudly, it will be known throughout the whole palace. His brothers heard that weeping and were afraid again. Then Joseph said something. He speaks honestly then. “My brothers meant evil toward me. But God turned it to good for me. I will take responsibility for my brothers and future generations to the end.” He said this. He completely enjoyed this blessing of accomplished world evangelization.

▣ Conclusion

1. Hold this covenant firmly and build a bartizan until prayer is answered.
Remnants across the nation and the world today, hold this covenant firmly and build a bartizan until you are answered in prayer.
1) Hold onto the Throne’s bartizan, journey, and guidepost, and pray
Hold onto the Throne’s covenant bartizan, journey, and guidepost, and if you pray just a little, a bartizan rises in you.
2) 24, 25, 00 become possible.
Once the bartizan is established, then 24, 25, eternity become possible.
3) A Summit prayer that conquers the world comes out.
From this point, a Summit prayer that conquers the world comes out. It’s the same for everyone. God has prepared the same thing equally for you. Otherwise you’ll suffer your whole life and die.

2. Because the covenant is eternal, Joseph’s faith was the same when he was a slave, when he was prime minister, and when he met his brothers.
What was Joseph’s distinguishing feature? When he was dragged off as a slave, his faith was the same. When he became prime minister, his faith was the same. When his brothers came and met him, his faith was the same. Why? Because the covenant is eternal. I truly hope believers will find this blessing. Honestly, from what I see, most people never find it. And so they end up suffering greatly through life. It’s not even suffering because of gospel work — it’s suffering just to make a living. It’s hard even to keep up with unbelievers. That’s why people live such difficult lives all the time.

※ Young adults — finish everything within 10 years. When you get older, you must do evangelism and missions.
I said this at the young adults retreat this time. Finish everything within 10 years. When you get older, you must do evangelism and missions, like a doctor who has already made his mark. There was a famous businessman from America who came to Korea. What was his name? “I retire at 45,” he said. “Why?” someone asked. “Because after 45 you should be spending money. That’s how successful you should be by then,” he said. And it really turned out that way for him. So I tell young adults, “Finish everything within 10 years.” God has already prepared that blessing. We are simply the ones who missed it.

3. The bartizan, journey, and guidepost of the Throne — they must be heard as reality, not as empty or abstract talk.
The bartizan of the Throne might sound like empty talk. It must be seen as reality. Anyone who has not seen it is the one living in empty talk. The journey and guidepost of the Throne might sound like some abstract talk. It must be heard as reality. Anyone who doesn’t know this is truly living and dying in abstraction. Why? “Who is God? Where is He?” — living and dying in abstraction like a dream. “What is the answer? How does world evangelization happen?” — everything becomes abstract. This must become reality. You are now seeing this blessing, both at the Remnant Convention and right now.

Today our former National Assembly Speaker Esmon is the last one remaining. He’s here to attend worship and then leave. He’s a man who has connections across all 14 islands. So I told him to do world evangelization. He himself received so much grace that this kind of preparation is now happening so that he can do world evangelization. How much grace he has received — I’ve seen it directly.

He said he would treat me as his older brother. So I said, “Listen to your older brother.” “Exercise, and pray,” I told him. He does exactly that.

World evangelization is a matter of course. Will you receive the blessing of the Throne? It’s a matter of course. May Remnants around the nation and the world enjoy this blessing, in the name of Jesus Christ, I bless you.

Prayer

Thank You, God. Let this hour also be a time of that grace. Let all day today be a time to gain that strength. Let it become the beginning of saving the world by God’s power. We pray in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

Joseph Who Saw the Future

2026.08.16 Sunday 2nd Service
Remnant Summit Committee Dedicational Service
“Joseph Who Saw the Future” (Genesis 45:1-5)

Genesis 45:1-5

Then Joseph could no longer control himself before all his attendants, and he cried out, “Have everyone leave my presence!” So there was no one with Joseph when he made himself known to his brothers. And he wept so loudly that the Egyptians heard him, and Pharaoh’s household heard about it.

Joseph said to his brothers, “I am Joseph! Is my father still living?” But his brothers were not able to answer him, because they were terrified at his presence.

Then Joseph said to his brothers, “Come close to me.” When they had done so, he said, “I am your brother Joseph, the one you sold into Egypt! And now, do not be distressed and do not be angry with yourselves for selling me here, because it was to save lives that God sent me ahead of you.

Summary

The Remnant we are raising is the future.
Today Joseph confessed the future he had seen to his brothers.

▣ Introduction — Three Things — Three things we must know first
The great powers have invaded and are devouring many nations. The 5,000 people groups are enslaved. To solve this, the gospel was given to Israel, but they did not spread the gospel. They were struck by seven plagues. They lost their nation for two thousand years.
An explanation of JX — the Throne was given at the very end. The answer must come out of this.
There must be a 7·7·7 that Christ has given.
1. Daily (5 minutes) — if you enjoy it morning, noon, and evening, a bartizan rises within you.
2. 24, 25, 00 come to be.
3. 3 Camps — When led by the Holy Spirit, they moved (1st Camp). The Nephilim collapsed and the light was transmitted (2nd Camp). It is building a system for future reproduction, re-creation, and re-challenge (3rd Camp).

“Joseph Who Saw the Future” (Genesis 37:1-11 – Genesis 45:1-5)
Your future is world evangelization. If you do not reach that, it is a failure. If your studies are used for world evangelization, then you are enjoying a proper future.

▣ Main — What to Always Enjoy — You must believe that God has prepared this.

1. The Way to Live Within the Fulfillment of the Word
1) Discover the “only.”
2) Go forward holding uniqueness.
3) Re-creation happens when you go to the field.

2. The Fulfillment of Prayer
1) I (WITH) — Prayer is enjoying that God is with me.
2) We (Immanuel) — It becomes visible that He is with us.
3) Oneness — All things work together to accomplish God’s will.

3. Make Your Work 300%. Only then can world evangelization happen.
1) Always — Always enjoying these (WIO).
2) WITH — This work (WIO) happens with every person I meet.
3) Healing — Healing occurs wherever I go.
▷ You must enjoy this blessing as a matter of course. As long as you are not deceived, it is fine. The power above all powers is not being deceived.

4. Because you have 300% Background, never waver.
1) Heavenly — Seizing the authority of the air that Satan has taken.
2) Thronely — By what power? By the power of the Throne.
3) Eternaly — Of what? Of the eternal covenant.

5. Time — The time to become a spiritual emperor
1) 24 (Now) — Many people ask about methods, but you must be in prayer right now.
2) 25 (Assurance) — The work of God’s kingdom is coming.
3) 00 (Guarantee) — Eternity is guaranteed. This is your timetable.

▣ Conclusion — Spiritual Emperor, RT 7, Acts 9:15, 1 Peter 2:9
Then you become a spiritual emperor. All seven Remnants stood before the emperors of the great powers.
“You are a chosen vessel of Mine to bear before kings.” “You are a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a chosen people. I have called you to show forth this light.”
▷ You must hold this posture. When the Remnant’s circumstances are not good, if you do not fall into that, it becomes a great springboard. This is because you are a spiritual emperor.
1. Healing comes automatically.
2. You become Summit.
3. You become a witness. A witness is one who speaks of what he knows, what he has seen, and what he has.

Thank you. This is our Remnant Summit Committee Dedication Service. This time we need to thoroughly organize the message given to the Remnant. You must hold on to it now. And you must hold on to it always. And you must pass it on. The people who work among us may face difficulty and conflict at times. You must know that because of that, our next generation is growing. Because our forefathers and elders suffered, our country stood in the ranks of advanced nations. Because our parents suffered, we are in this place today. Because the Remnant we are raising is the future.

“Joseph Who Saw the Future”
Today Joseph confessed to his brothers the future he had seen.

▣ Introduction — Three Things
That is why we must first know three things. The great powers are now invading and devouring many nations. It is the same today. The weak nations, the 5,000 people groups, are being sold and enslaved. To solve that, the gospel was given to Israel. But strangely, Israel did not spread the gospel. They never spread it even once. They even sent Jonah by force. Jonah even ran away. He was forced to go to Nineveh and preach, and Nineveh repented. Even that they resented. This is Israel. So Israel met seven plagues. And they lost their nation for two thousand years. What will happen from now on? Many scholars have predicted that a war will break out in the Middle East and the earth will be destroyed. Personally, I think the ends of the earth is Israel. But sometimes there are pastors who keep teaching an “Israel ideology.” That is very dangerous. There is a distinguished kibbutz ideology. They succeeded because of it, but they also fell because of it. They die without ever sharing the gospel. It’s not that they don’t share it — they cannot share it. That’s the problem. You must know that first. So there is something we must teach our Remnant first.

[JX – The Throne]
Jesus gave His explanation about the Throne at the very end. The answer must come here first.

[7·7·7]
As for what answer came out, this is how I put it: Bartizan, journey, and guidepost. Only then can you enjoy it. Each of you, in your own way — you don’t need to follow me. In your own way, what Christ has given must be in you. So there are three kinds of prayer.

1. Daily
With this, Remnants gradually enjoy it every day. To enjoy it even better, enjoy it morning, noon, and evening. This is the first prayer. As you keep doing this, one day an important answer comes. A bartizan is established within you. As you keep praying. But you do everything else, yet you don’t do this. As you keep doing this, a journey appears within you and a guidepost is set.

2. 24, 25, 00
What comes out at this point is 24. Right? Because the bartizan has been established. Then naturally 25, eternity follows.
This is the prayer that enjoys the gospel. Joseph prayed even as he went as a slave. 24. David prayed even while being chased. He prayed to the point of enjoying happiness.

3. 3 Camps
Prayer does not end there. Peter fell a bit short of this, so God called Paul. Paul’s prayer was the 3 Camps. He waited for the work of the Holy Spirit to happen. He received the leading of the Holy Spirit first. Before that, he did not move. When the Spirit’s leading came, he moved. This is Camp 1 of our life. And in the field he was sure to see the Nephilim collapse and the light transmitted. That is Camp 2. And he was sure to build a system for the future, reproduction, re-creation, and re-challenge. That is Camp 3.
This is prayer. What kind of prayer enjoys the gospel must be taught to the Remnant first.

(5 minutes)
If the Remnant invests just five minutes a day here (daily), it changes the world. Because it reaches all the way to here (3 Camps).

“Joseph Who Saw the Future”
(Genesis 37:1-11 – 45:1-5)
This morning (1st service) we took up Joseph’s bartizan (Genesis 37:1-11). This (Genesis 37:1-11) was fulfilled (45:1-5). This is what he said to his brothers at the site of its fulfillment. His brothers were astonished. They could not possibly imagine it was Joseph. When he says he is Joseph, they look — it really is Joseph. Today’s text says the brothers were very startled. This is what he said then. “Do not be afraid or filled with regret because my brothers sold me. God sent me ahead to save lives.” He spoke of the future he had seen. Our Remnants must see the future, but many people make a mistake here again. “What is my future? What will happen?” Your future is world evangelization. If that does not come to pass, you have not seen your future. If you do not reach it, you have failed. If your studies are used for world evangelization, you have enjoyed a proper future. If you merely managed to eat, you have failed. Joseph showed exactly this, a completed thing. That is why we looked at 1st service (Genesis 37:1-11) this morning, and today at 2nd service we looked at this (Genesis 45:1-5).

▣ Main — Always
Once again we must teach what is to be always enjoyed. That is the message for this time’s leaders and the Remnant Convention. It must absolutely be conveyed. If we have committed the greatest crime, it is not telling this. So our next generation lives double lives. Even though it’s very hard, they pretend it isn’t hard and just endure. Some children don’t want to go to school, don’t want to go home. They just endure. Can they go out into the world like that? That is our fault. It is the church’s fault. Because we did not teach what is in the Bible and did not speak of it. So this time you must think together about five things. Now, among these 66 living books of the Word, which one is mine? Nothing could be more vague than that. Then must we memorize all the sermons? That’s impossible. And there’s no need to.

1. Fulfillment of the Word
But there is a method by which Remnants can always be within the fulfillment of the Word. What is it, I ask?
1) Only
Discover the “only.” That’s it. Joseph discovered his “only.” Right? That’s what he spoke of this morning. His brothers grew angry and hated him. Joseph spoke of the “only” he had seen. Joseph should have reflected that it would have been better not to say it, but because he did, he was hated. Joseph must have regretted it greatly. He shouldn’t have said it. So when he was falsely accused by Potiphar’s wife and taken away, he said nothing. Joseph, who spoke so well, said nothing then. Only. If this morning as you worshiped you discovered, “Ah, what must I absolutely do?” then the fulfillment of the Word has occurred. You cannot memorize it all.
2) Uniqueness
At this point you go forward with uniqueness. Joseph looks like he is going as a slave, but he goes as a missionary. Right? It looks like he is going to prison, but Joseph goes on the road to success. He already had the answer.
3) Re-creation
There is something that happens when you go to the field. It is re-creation. This is what happens. The Remnant must take hold of this and enjoy it. Re-creation is not something we do — it is what God does. Seeing this is what is called 300% fulfillment of the Word.

2. Fulfillment of Prayer
And you must know what prayer is, and what the fulfillment of prayer is. What is prayer?
1) I (WITH)
It is enjoying that God is with me. It is position. A famous evangelist in America said this: “I can go into the fire. I can go into the water. Because God is there with me.” That’s it. Right. This is prayer.
2) We (Immanuel)
As you go on, you begin to see that He is with us. This is Immanuel.
3) Oneness
It does not end there. Everything is an answer to prayer. This is Oneness. So a person who knows prayer does not judge easily. Why? Because all things work together to accomplish God’s will. This must be made known to the Remnant. “You may encounter unimaginable hardship along the way. But God is with you invisibly. So go by Immanuel, by Oneness.” Isn’t that right? Everything Joseph suffered was entirely Oneness. Not one thing happened that was unnecessary. What his brothers did to him was evil, but it was accomplishing God’s great purpose. Truly the most ridiculous figure is Potiphar’s wife, but even that was accomplishing God’s purpose.

3. Work 300%
Your work must absolutely become 300%. Only then is world evangelization possible. What do you do?
1) Always
All of these are always. Always. This is where something important comes out.
2) WITH
The work happens wherever I go. WITH. It happens to whomever I meet.
3) Healing
And healing happens wherever I go.
This is the 300% effect of your Remnant work. The mystery of God I am always enjoying appears in others too. Potiphar’s house is healed. Even when he goes to prison, the prison is healed. When he meets Pharaoh, Pharaoh is healed. Right? You must enjoy this blessing as a matter of course. So as long as you are not deceived, it’s fine. It seems unreal. You keep getting deceived. As you live, problems arise. Then you get deceived again. When you see people, conflicts arise and fights break out. That’s when you get deceived again. You keep getting deceived by Satan.
Remnant, do not be deceived. The power above all powers is not being deceived. A con artist is bad, but the person who falls for the con artist is a little worse. Right? If you have no greed, you won’t be conned. A con artist comes and says, “If you do this, you’ll really get something out of it.” And as you think about it quietly, greed arises, doesn’t it? That’s how you get conned. You should say, “I don’t need that.” But if you open your eyes and ears just a little, it slips right in. So you get deceived.

4. Background
This is the fourth point. Never waver. There is 300% Background. What is it?
1) Heavenly
It is the authority of the air that Satan has seized. This is about seizing it. Heavenly.
2) Thronely
By what power? Thronely. By the power of the Throne.
3) Eternaly
Of what? By the eternal covenant.
This is it. So we made it into a song, so the Remnant would keep singing it. Why? Because once it is imprinted now, one day it happens in history. Did I talk about this last Sunday’s sermon? What we had thought — one day it is contained in the Throne, contained in my brain, contained in my soul, in my spirit. This is what happens in history.

5. Time
This is Time. It is the time to become a spiritual emperor. What is that time? Many people ask how.
1) 24 (Now)
You must be praying right now, this very moment. That is 24. Now. The Remnant must be praying wherever they currently are. 24. A Remnant undergoing hardship must be in prayer. That is 24.
2) 25 (Assurance)
Then you must have one certain assurance. 25. This is coming. Because Christ has promised it. “He explained the work of God’s kingdom for forty days.” It comes. That has been there from of old. Originally.
3) 00 (Guarantee)
And eternity is guaranteed. This is your timetable. Now, I have just summarized this.

▣ Conclusion
So then what result comes out?
[Spiritual Emperor]
Without fail, you become a spiritual emperor.
[RT 7]
This is what all seven Remnants experienced. It’s not even a matter of being kings. They stood before the emperors of the great powers. Not one was left out.
[Acts 9:15]
Acts 9:15 says, “He is a chosen vessel to be set before kings.”
[1 Peter 2:9]
1 Peter 2:9 says this: “You are a king.” It says. “You are like a king.” If it had ended there it would have been enough, but it says, “You are like a royal priest.” An overwhelming statement. “You are a holy nation. A chosen people. I called you to show forth this light.”
We must use a word even bigger than “spiritual emperor.” I used that word because of the limits of language. Why? To explain it to the Remnant. So you must have this posture. “Ah, our family’s circumstances aren’t good?” That’s fine. The Remnant is this (a spiritual emperor). Then why are our circumstances like this? That becomes a help.
When I was young, a certain pastor preached like this. A grandfather took his grandson to find a handle for a hammer, going up into the mountains. He gave up all the fine-looking wood and this grandfather chose a piece that didn’t look very good at all. “Ah, this is good,” he said. But the grandson asked his grandfather, “There was so much good-looking wood earlier — why did you choose this one?” The grandfather answered like this: “This tree endured the wind, endured the lightning, endured the rain, endured the snow on the mountaintop… This kind of tree. Only a tree like this can become a hammer handle.” “Ah, I see.” In truth, a tree grown in a greenhouse isn’t really a tree. It’s only there briefly for show. When the Remnant’s circumstances are not good, it becomes a great springboard. If you do not fall into that trap, it becomes a tremendous benefit. Why? Because you are a spiritual emperor. You must always remember this.

1. Healing
At this point, healing happens even if you leave it be. Now, would you give up all this blessing and say, “I must receive healing”? It’s better not to receive it that way.

2. Summit
From this point you become Summit.
Without this blessing — spiritual emperor, RT 7, Acts 9:15, 1 Peter 2:9 — it becomes hard to become Summit. The Remnant must know this and study now using this strength. Then you don’t need to worry about your studies — if you do 300%, it’s done. In a few years everything will change again. So the adults must practice this now. You must learn to handle everything through your phone, to handle money and so on. Before long, the whole system will change and there will be no people, robots will speak to you, and if you get it wrong you won’t even be able to eat. Things are shifting rapidly.
I told our team about this 10, 15 years ago. “Hey, the age of personal broadcasting is coming, get ready.” And within a few years, it comes. Buildings like this will no longer be needed. There’s no need to gather and work like this. And hospitals and such will soon need to change their systems too. This situation has already arrived. And jobs will nearly disappear. And right now people worry a lot about real estate. Before long, real estate will become an age with little power. No one will buy, so it won’t sell either. No matter how much you have, you’ll become a pauper. A real estate pauper. That situation is coming. So the Remnant must prepare the important 300% now, or you will have no answer to hold onto. You must be able to heal. Then you become Summit.

3. Witness
So then what are you? You become a witness. A witness is not one who speaks of what he doesn’t know. He is one who speaks of what he knows. A witness does not speak of what he hasn’t seen. He speaks of what he has seen. He speaks of what he has. So, “I give you what I have” — this must absolutely be conveyed to the Remnant.

So this time, from the leaders’ retreat all the way through to the whole body, I have continued to explain this in order to make it known. But for those who think it’s difficult, it isn’t difficult. This — not doing it this way — is what’s difficult. Even though you attend worship every day, have you failed to discover this (fulfillment of the Word — only, uniqueness, re-creation)? That is what’s difficult. Then you might as well not attend worship. There are many people who don’t attend worship. Is it okay not to attend worship? Do you know what God says inwardly? It’s the same as saying, “You don’t need to exist.” Right? It means God’s Word is unnecessary to me. Then worship becomes unnecessary. Then God is saying, “I don’t need you.” That’s an extremely important statement. You should be thinking, “Ah, I am holding onto God’s covenant, which is so important to me each and every week.” That is the right attitude.

It is right for the Remnant to go forward holding the power of prayer. If you agonize only after a problem arises and then pray — that’s too late.

And while you’re studying, until you enter university, your work must be 300% without exception. If you start something that’s only 30% ready, of course it won’t work. It won’t. So you suffer to death. And there’s no stopping it.

There was a certain deaconess who opened a restaurant. This person had real skill, so she opened the restaurant, but as I see it, she was only 30% prepared. She needed to study the restaurant business more. Right? Since it was less than 30% ready, that’s how she started. It turns out she even borrowed money to do it. And she brought in people to work, and this wasn’t something that should have been done. She had done no analysis of the location at all. So of course the business didn’t do well. Then the suffering became no ordinary suffering. She has to pay rent every month. And she has to pay salaries too. So she had no choice but to let people go. On top of the struggle to pay rent, she also has to pay interest, again. This is a complete living hell. Naturally, then, you have to close the doors. You give up. “Ah, this isn’t going to work.”

That must not happen. If it’s faith, then this (Main point) is faith. You must believe that God has prepared this (Main point). That is faith. Right? Believing while bringing in something random — that’s not it. It means believing what God has prepared for me.

So Remnants across the whole world must remember this even more. Especially the island nations, including Vanuatu — this is a bit difficult there. If the Remnant there cannot achieve 300% development, evangelization there will be absolutely impossible. If 300% comes out from there, things will change. In fact, those nations have many resources too. The reason I don’t speak of this carelessly is because I don’t want to be suspected of having some other motive, but those nations have plenty. We must go step by step as we receive answers to prayer. There are many talented people within those nations too. So those talented people are unable to look outward, to move, right now. We must make it so they can see. I will come again quickly, but I am waiting for the age of space to arrive. Because once the age of space comes, we will be able to communicate directly with the 5,000 people groups. Right now, direct communication isn’t possible. There are so many regions with no phone service. There are so many places without internet. So the 5,000 people groups are completely cut off in darkness. Once the space age comes, phones will change and other things will happen. I’m waiting for that.

“You will be my witnesses to the ends of the earth.” That was said. You must be in prayer right now. Right? You must not be merely in your thoughts. In prayer. Many of you, when you’re listening to the message, are thinking about other things. Right? When you’re listening to the message, you must be in prayer. That’s why Sunday is so important. That is when God’s Word begins to come alive and work. May this coming week be another day of grace, in the name of Jesus Christ, I bless you. Let us pray.

Prayer

We give glory to God. May Remnants around the world come to understand the gospel, may You give them strength to pray, and grant them the power to re-create at 300%. So we pray that darkness would be bound. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

God Tested Abraham

2026.08.16 District Message Week 33
“God Tested Abraham” (Genesis 22:1-19)

Genesis 22:1-19

Some time later God tested Abraham. He said to him, “Abraham!”

“Here I am,” he replied.

Then God said, “Take your son, your only son, whom you love—Isaac—and go to the region of Moriah. Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on a mountain I will show you.”

Early the next morning Abraham got up and loaded his donkey. He took with him two of his servants and his son Isaac. When he had cut enough wood for the burnt offering, he set out for the place God had told him about. On the third day Abraham looked up and saw the place in the distance. He said to his servants, “Stay here with the donkey while I and the boy go over there. We will worship and then we will come back to you.”

Abraham took the wood for the burnt offering and placed it on his son Isaac, and he himself carried the fire and the knife. As the two of them went on together, Isaac spoke up and said to his father Abraham, “Father?”

“Yes, my son?” Abraham replied.

“The fire and wood are here,” Isaac said, “but where is the lamb for the burnt offering?”

Abraham answered, “God himself will provide the lamb for the burnt offering, my son.” And the two of them went on together.

When they reached the place God had told him about, Abraham built an altar there and arranged the wood on it. He bound his son Isaac and laid him on the altar, on top of the wood. 10 Then he reached out his hand and took the knife to slay his son. 11 But the angel of the Lord called out to him from heaven, “Abraham! Abraham!”

“Here I am,” he replied.

12 “Do not lay a hand on the boy,” he said. “Do not do anything to him. Now I know that you fear God, because you have not withheld from me your son, your only son.”

13 Abraham looked up and there in a thicket he saw a ram caught by its horns. He went over and took the ram and sacrificed it as a burnt offering instead of his son. 14 So Abraham called that place The Lord Will Provide. And to this day it is said, “On the mountain of the Lord it will be provided.”

15 The angel of the Lord called to Abraham from heaven a second time 16 and said, “I swear by myself, declares the Lord, that because you have done this and have not withheld your son, your only son, 17 I will surely bless you and make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as the sand on the seashore. Your descendants will take possession of the cities of their enemies, 18 and through your offspring all nations on earth will be blessed, because you have obeyed me.”

19 Then Abraham returned to his servants, and they set off together for Beersheba. And Abraham stayed in Beersheba.

Summary

Prayer 300%, land — fertile soil, well — later generations (100-fold, source)
We finished the Remnant Convention well, but starting anew is even more important. The Remnant must not use shortcuts in studying, nor invest by chasing money-making methods. Abraham lived that way. Although God told him to go to the promised land, he thought it would be better to go live in Egypt after all. He nearly died along the way, kept trying to use his nephew, even lost his wife, and came to the point of nearly dying himself. Only then did Abraham come to his senses, yield everything to his nephew, and start anew, beginning to build altars. He recovered his faith. With the bartizan, journey, and guidepost of the Throne, he thoroughly prepared 300% through prayer, turned an abandoned mountain into fertile soil, and dug wells in many places. He prepared the fundamental 300%.

▣ Introduction — Throne — Altar
Building an altar is connecting with the Throne. Abraham, who had always lived by focusing on food and money and had nothing work out, began to build altars. Abraham passed this down through prayer to future generations. Isaac farmed for one year and reaped a hundredfold harvest, and obtained a source of springs.

▣ Main — Test
At this point God tested Abraham once again. There are two kinds of tests — the test the devil gives, and the test God gives. Neither one causes us any real loss. But the test the devil gives is meant to tear us down, while God tests us in order to bless us. What He tested Abraham with was to offer up his only son Isaac.

1. Only son
Every year they offered a sheep sacrifice, but this time he was told to offer his only son Isaac as the sacrifice.

2. Response
Hebrews 11:8-12 records that he went to the land God pointed out to him, and believed that if his son died, God would raise him back to life. He obeyed exactly as told. Abraham had ten reasons he could have refused, but because he truly obeyed, God spoke to him then. It confirmed Abraham’s faith.

3. True faith
It confirmed his true faith. At that time, in Genesis 22:15, God sent an angel to deliver a message. And in Genesis 22:16 He said, “God has sworn by Himself to Abraham. I will multiply your descendants greatly. And I will open the door of world evangelization.” This was conveyed again by the angel.

▣ Conclusion — Later generations
This fact was passed down to future generations. This faith was passed down to Isaac. So the person who lived the cleanest faith-filled life was Isaac.
1. 100 years — He received the blessing of farming for 100 years. That’s how he could raise servants and accomplish world evangelization.
2. Source of springs — Because they kept blocking his wells, He caused him to obtain a source of springs.
3. Rehoboth — When trouble arises, He gives an even broader place — the blessing of Rehoboth.
▷ Our Remnants over a lifetime bring in much unbelief because of other people. There is too much lying, and that makes evangelism difficult. Saying that living in the world is hard — that’s all false. Not only the Remnant but adults too must gain strength as they age. We must study English and build physical strength for the sake of the 5,000 people groups. Remnants, prepare your future firmly. Prepare 300%.

Transcript

We finished our Remnant Convention well. Finishing is important, but starting anew is even more important.

Our Remnants will often learn various study methods from outside. “Do it this way and this way and you’ll get good grades,” people will say. “Do it this way and it’ll help.” Some people even write things down in their dreams. And that way, they end up passing exams too. The Remnant must not become that kind of person. Also, “There’s a way to make money — invest here,” you’ll hear such talk. Going forward that kind of talk will multiply tenfold. You must not do such things. It will get even worse ahead.

Abraham lived that way too. Before this, he nearly died. He had lived like that before. “No matter how much God tells me to go to the blessed land, wouldn’t it be far better to go live in Egypt?” He nearly died going that way. Everywhere he went, it seemed to go well at first, but death kept approaching. He was clearly told to leave his homeland, relatives, and father’s house, but he kept trying to use his nephew — kept doing this. This became the problem. How far did it go? He lost his wife, and things nearly got to the point of him dying. If a person dies, they can’t do anything after that. It got to that point for Abraham. Only then did Abraham finally come to his senses. He yielded everything to his nephew and started fresh. He began to build altars. And so he recovered a firm faith.

You might think, “He recovered his faith, so now we can just do anything and it’ll work out.” That’s not it. That’s Don Quixote thinking, not real faith. How did Abraham recover his faith?

Prayer 300%, land — fertile soil, well
With the bartizan, journey, and guidepost of the Throne, he thoroughly prepared 300% through prayer. And it’s more than that. He turned an abandoned mountain into fertile soil. Abraham did this himself. It’s not about where to go live. In the very land given to him, he made that land into fertile soil. He found what would become the most economically valuable thing. He dug wells in many places. Now wells may not be necessary, but back then, that was everything. He prepared this fundamental 300% thoroughly.

Remnants must remember this well. We tend to keep avoiding what is right to do and keep pursuing what won’t work. Even church members do this. There are people who consult me. “Should I do this?” they ask. I tell them not to. “Don’t do that. You’ll fail within six months, so don’t.” I even explained why it would fail. That’s really unfortunate. And so they go and borrow money and start anyway, and then can’t repay the debt or the interest — how hard is that? Abraham kept doing that until he suffered for it.

▣ Introduction — Throne — Altar
“Abraham built an altar” — truly by God’s grace — this means he saw the bartizan, journey, and guidepost of the Throne. Building an altar connects to the Throne, doesn’t it? He came to realize this belatedly. Why? Because food was right in front of him. So he thought food was everything. He thought money was needed first — that money was everything, this way of thinking.

I know you’re praying about this right now, but some among our small groups have attacked me over money issues — well, that’s just their own habitual assumptions. We have nothing like that. I’ve said we’re doing fine. Please wait.

If you live that way, it doesn’t work. Abraham always lived that way. In the end, nothing worked. No — he began to build altars. To someone without true faith, this sounds absurd. “You need money. You need food. What throne?” That’s what everyone around Abraham thought. It’s a mistaken idea.

Prayer 300%, land — fertile soil, well — later generations (100-fold, source)
As Abraham prayed, he passed this (prayer 300%, land-fertile soil, well) down to later generations. And how fertile was the land for Isaac? He farmed the land his father gave him and reaped a hundredfold harvest. That is what must be done. That’s obtaining a source of springs.

A certain Remnant went to work at an insurance company. There’s nothing wrong with that. But I told this friend, “Prepare your future now. Don’t prepare money — prepare your future.” How unfortunate it is. If you live that way, later when things don’t work out, you resent God, you resent the church. You go to this church, then that one. Wherever you go, it’s the same God. You go from church to church doing this same thing.

This is what I’m telling the Remnant. The Remnant must not grow up that way. Even if you’re a bit poor right now, that’s not really being poor. Even if your parents made mistakes, that has nothing to do with it. That is a springboard. So Abraham finally realized this, and God blessed Abraham this much (Prayer 300%, land-fertile soil, well-later generations (100-fold, source)). Isaac never even needed to dig wells. Why? Because he had already obtained the source of springs.

“Test”
At this point God tests Abraham again. There are two kinds of tests. There is the test the devil gives, and the test God gives. Neither will cause us loss. But the test the devil gives is meant to tear us down. If we don’t fall, it becomes a great help. But this test is not from the devil. God tests to bless us. He tested Abraham. What was it?

1. Only son
He is told to offer his only son Isaac. This is the sheep offering made every year — he is told to do this to Isaac instead. Scripture says, “Offer your only son Isaac as a burnt offering.”

2. Response
This is God now testing Abraham, and this is Abraham’s response. Hebrews 11:8, 12 says that God let him go to the land he pointed out, and he believed that if his son died, God would raise him. He obeyed exactly as told.

Someone once analyzed this. They said Abraham had ten conditions he could have used to refuse. “Wait, God made a promise and now is doing something completely contrary?” — one could raise this. “You said blessing would come through my son, and now you tell me to offer him up? Does that make sense?” Also — “If this happens, my wife will collapse. Let me persuade her first, then I’ll do it.” He could have responded this way. “Wait, what is this all of a sudden? Won’t people laugh at me?” There were many things he could have said. “Until now I offered sheep — why suddenly demand my son? And I’m too old now to travel all the way to Moriah.” That, too, would take a three-day journey. People can change their minds within three days — there’s a saying about resolve lasting only three days.

But notice — whenever he went, he always brought a servant. Before Abraham went up the mountain, he told the servant to wait there. Why? Because this master was old, and he thought the man might act strangely and try to stop him, so he told him to wait there. As they went, his son asked him. “Father, why is there no sheep this time?” he asked. At that point Abraham needed only to say, “God’s tastes must have changed — He wants you instead.” If he had said that, Isaac would have been shocked and thought, “Father has gone mad,” and probably would have run away. Instead he said, “God Himself will provide it.” Because he truly obeyed, God spoke to him then. It confirmed Abraham’s faith.

3. True faith
So this confirmed his true faith. At that time, Genesis 20:15 (a reference in the original text, meaning the passage) — it says God sent His angel. This is something many believers don’t believe or don’t understand — even now, God invisibly sends His angel to us, blesses us, and gives us His word. And Genesis 20:16 (the original citation) — what does it say? It says God swore by Himself. He said everything possible. “Abraham, I swear by Myself to you.” That fact was delivered by the angel. “I will multiply your descendants. And I will open the door of world evangelization.” With this, God made His promise once again.

▣ Conclusion — Later generations
So this fact was passed to future generations. This faith was passed to Isaac. So the one who lived the cleanest life of faith is Isaac.

1. 100 years
The blessing of farming — no, of farming for a hundred years. Wouldn’t one good harvest year be enough? Why a hundred years? So that he could raise servants and accomplish world evangelization.

2. Source of springs
Because they kept blocking the wells, this made him obtain a source of springs.

3. Rehoboth
An even broader place. The more trouble arises, the broader place — the blessing of Rehoboth.

You must remember this. Our Remnants, throughout their lives, will bring in much unbelief because of other people. There’s too much lying, which makes evangelism hard. Seeing people who suffer in the world groaning and saying life is hard — all of that is false. There’s just no money, no power. Things are just that hard. It’s people flailing about. Watching them and thinking life is hard — that’s not true at all.

So we, the Remnant, and not only the Remnant but adults too — you must gain more strength as you age. I told a certain Remnant this recently — that I studied English hard when I was young, but these friends were so good at it that I felt I had no reason to bother anymore. But then I thought, “As I pray these days about reaching the 5,000 people groups, I should probably do this.” So I newly started studying English. I’m doing it every day. And also, then, shouldn’t I build up my physical strength more? This is a funny thing to say, but I told the Remnant this. I’ve tried every other kind of exercise, but there was one I hadn’t tried. So now I’ve registered to try that. There’s simply no time, but I made a promise with a friend anyway — that whenever I do have time, I’ll do it. What is it? I registered at a boxing gym. So that friend recognized me and said, “Whenever it is, midnight or dawn, if you call, I’ll come running.” “Okay, got it.” Why? Because we must prepare for the future.

Remnants must not keep seeking after gain, seeking money first — that must not happen. The older you get, the more strength you need to gain. Don’t just think, “Oh, I’m old now,” but you must exercise and stay active, do things this way. Not long ago on TV there was someone who had colon cancer and had part of it removed. It then spread completely to the colon, so they removed that too. Then it spread to the liver, so they removed part of that too. Now he’s living perfectly fine and treating friends to meals, and he’s healthier than his friends. What’s his secret? From the day he was diagnosed with cancer, he started exercising. He said he’d do it until he died, and just started. He didn’t follow any particular diet — no “eat this, don’t eat that.” He simply ate a lot. Now he’s completely recovered. Simply put, his immune system regenerated. That tells me — that person really has some kind of substantial faith, from what I could see. He actually appeared on a broadcast a few days ago.

So we, the older ones among us, must gain even more strength and pray harder. Remnants must firmly prepare for the future. Prepare 300%. Today I’ll share a bit more during 1st service as well. Let us pray.

Prayer

We thank You, God. Open our spiritual eyes so we can enjoy what You have given us. Let today be a day of receiving grace. We pray in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

My Hope Is Built on Nothing Less

Hymn
My Hope Is Built on Nothing Less
Edward Mote

My hope is built on nothing less
than Jesus’ blood and righteousness;
I dare not trust the sweetest frame,
but wholly lean on Jesus’ name.

On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand:
all other ground is sinking sand;
all other ground is sinking sand.

When darkness veils his lovely face,
I rest on his unchanging grace;
in every high and stormy gale,
my anchor holds within the veil. [Refrain]

His oath, his covenant, his blood,
support me in the whelming flood;
when all around my soul gives way,
he then is all my hope and stay. [Refrain]

When he shall come with trumpet sound,
O may I then in him be found:
dressed in his righteousness alone,
faultless to stand before the throne. [Refrain]
