Scripture Reading: 2 Timothy 2:1-7

“Graduation – The Start”
Our graduation is the start. This character 졸(卒) can also mean “the end,” and in the military it is used for the lowest-ranking soldier—because it is the start. So what must we begin?

[Spiritual Summit Prayer Meeting, Skills Summit, Cultural Summit]
Remnants must hold onto three things. From now on, you must have a prayer meeting that makes you a spiritual summit—whether alone or together. Then you will become a skills summit and a cultural summit. You must begin now. Especially adults—spiritual businesspeople and people like that—must raise the remnants well.

[Worship – Healing, Summit Festival]
Make worship into a healing, summit festival. In reality, on Wednesdays, you may need something like a healing prayer meeting. On Fridays, it must become a complete festival. In Seoul and in Busan, Wednesday worship and Friday gatherings—since we are already gathered—must be made alive. Saturdays are a time when we stand as tremendous witnesses. Sundays are the time when you imprint it completely.

[Incompetence → Witness (Power)]
So we must change our incompetence. He said we will receive power and become witnesses. Remnants must become like this.

I know someone who has a mission for Taekwondo missions. But he does not know how. What does not work? His Taekwondo studio does not work. Most Taekwondo studios probably do not work. It is extremely important for missions, but it does not work in Korea. So I taught him the Word that is in the Bible. In the Bible, they opened upper rooms in every region, right? “Go around every region, go around your area, and hold a Taekwondo festival. One disciple will definitely come out.” This friend understood what I was saying. History takes place.

I know another person—he supplies medicine to pharmacies. He says it is difficult. He supplies medicine to pharmacies, and also supplies medicine to hospitals. I said to him, “I will teach you what is in the Bible. If you do what is in the Bible, you will succeed. Why do you go around trying to sell medicine? There is plenty of medicine. Make pharmacies. Make about 10 pharmacies.” If you have a lot of medicine, just put it in—no decorations are needed. “If it does not work, make 100 in the city of Seoul.” In the past, pharmacies sold like that very easily, right? If you do what is in the Bible, you can win. Remnants must now go immediately in this direction (the introduction).

▣ Introduction – The Timetable to Change
So now is the timetable to change a few things. What must we change?

1. Wrong imprint
You have wrong imprints, right? You must change them. They are imprinted incorrectly.

1. Satan’s 12 strategies → 7 bartizans
   Satan’s 12 strategies are imprinted, right? You must change them into the 7 bartizans. This is the time to change—by this.
2. Root → 7 journeys
   Your roots have taken hold in something else. Your roots have taken hold in many things in your family line. So now you must take root in the 7 journeys.
3. Problems → 7 guideposts
   And you have many problems that are already here. Change all of them into the 7 guideposts. Because the remnant age becomes the eternal start, it is an opportunity. What must you change? Change the wrong imprint. Then it works.

2. Brain, spirit
Also, your brain and spirit are scattered. You must change this. What do you do?

1. Start the 3 concentrations
   From now on, start the 3 concentrations. You must not listen to wrong words. You must listen to God’s Word.
2. Start the 3 settings
   From now on, start the 3 settings that must come.
3. Start the 3 answers
   Start the 3 answers that can give answers wherever you go. Every problem has an answer. Every conflict and crisis has points that must be renewed. Every crisis is an opportunity. Take that with you. But your brain and spirit are scattered so you cannot pray. You must quickly bring focus.

Teachers at school, inevitably, must teach you studies, right? Then they cannot teach you truth. When spiritual problems come, what should you do? They cannot teach you. They also do not know how to make money. They do not teach you how to make money. Jews teach it. So for remnants, this is the time to change from now. And what else must you change?

3. What was taken
What was taken—you must recover it. What is it?

1. Prayer 300%
   From now on, remnants must prepare prayer 300%. What does prayer 300% mean? 100% receiving the guidance of the Holy Spirit completely—because He guides you. And 100% of the Holy Spirit’s work in the field—because you cannot win the field. To win, the Holy Spirit’s work must take place. And 100% of preparation for the future—because it continues only when there is the fruit of the Spirit. Prayer 300%. Prepare it during the remnant age.
2. Studies 300%
   Studies 300%. It must be 300%. Expertise, fieldness, future-orientedness. And it does not end there.
3. Future 300%
   Everyone, prepare the future 300%. This is much easier. So on the path the remnants go, many people will live. Do not worry about studies—prepare this (the introduction). Even if someone studied extremely well, if they did not prepare 300%, they just get a job. Even if someone studied poorly, for a person prepared with 300%, things come. No need to compete. 300% is completely what God gives. If someone asks me what it means to be filled with the Holy Spirit, I can explain it like this: 300% is being filled with the Holy Spirit. Put this firmly in your heart, remnants.

These days, as churches become difficult—because of various international situations too—churches suffer because of budgets. Revive worship. Earlier, at Immanuel Seoul, I saw that the president and prime minister of Vanuatu are all sick. This time they came and entered on Sunday and received treatment. So even though the budget is already difficult, it looks like several hundred million won will go in. A call came saying they would receive directions. I said, “Proceed as it is.” “Since Imseo is in charge, proceed.” If we just do one special prayer, it is finished, right?

Revive worship. Do not complain about the budget. Revive Wednesday worship. Revive Friday all-night prayer. On Sundays, since we have the whole worship service, it is difficult. Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday are extremely important. So today I told the elders, “Try making a planning team.” What I am praying for is this: I am looking for scouts, a special evangelism team, and a special forces team. Places to be saved are full. Places for you to receive blessings are full. You must not miss them all. Through you, let re-challenge arise. Where remnants go, reproduction arises. Re-creation arises.

So before I met you in the evangelism field, I ran for a long time. I ask evangelists: not even once have I used the church budget. I have to eat anyway, so why should I eat with church money? Right? If I went to evangelize, should I receive church money? That is not it. So God gave blessings in the evangelism field. The blessings I received are not one or two. I am deeply thankful. It works. Try it. With God, nothing is impossible. Are your churches difficult? Revive worship. When worship is revived, miracles like Acts chapter 2 take place. When worship is revived, works like Acts chapter 4 take place. People who are healed while praying do not spare money, right? People who had spiritual problems and were solved dedicate anything. At this time today, you must firmly hold onto that blessing as the covenant. Remnants—change.

▣ Main Message – Preparation
This is the main message. What the remnants must prepare—I will speak simply.

1. Spiritual soldier
He said, “You as a spiritual soldier.” This does not mean become a soldier. He used Timothy as an analogy—it does not mean “become a soldier,” right? Then what does it mean?

1. Remaining one – one who will leave behind
   You are the remaining one who must gain strength—go as the one who will leave behind. Go as the one who will leave behind in that region.
2. 7 bartizans
   What is the method? Establish the 7 bartizans. Let the power of the throne—the power of the Triune God—become your bartizan. The throne is your bartizan. “It is finished”—the power of the cross that finished the past, present, and future is your bartizan. Right? Having the power that overcomes the ruler of the air is the bartizan. Having CVDIP that sees the future is the bartizan. The three ages—that is the bartizan. If you do that, what comes out?
3. Footing 300%
   Remnants must remember. Then your past footing becomes entirely the footing of blessing—300%. If this (300%) does not happen, it does not work. If this does not happen, you must follow your parents—your difficult parents. You must not follow them. In the field, there are many confusing seniors. You must not follow them. You must help them. If you are complaining because life is hard because of your parents, you must not follow that. 300%. No reason. Try it like this.

2. One who competes
He said, “one who competes.” This is an analogy—it does not mean “become an athlete,” right? What is it?

1. Pilgrim
   Become a pilgrim who goes to save the world.
2. Journey
   And go the absolute journey. Follow the path where the Triune God works. Follow the power of the throne, the 10 mysteries. Follow the 10 footings. Follow the 5 assurances of the throne. Right? Follow the 9 flows that God changes. Go with the lifelong answer and give the lifelong answer. Today is the camp of the throne. I spoke about the 7 journeys.
3. Studies 300%
   Then what definitely comes out is this: studies 300% comes out. Only then does work happen. Remnants, do not worry about anything. Do not worry by listening to lies. Your parents’ worries and your teachers’ worries are not entirely wrong, but they do not help you. You must go beyond them. The 7 remnants all went beyond them. Beyond—do not follow.

When I attended church long ago, if you follow the adults, you cannot evangelize. It does not work. My specialty is just pretending unconditionally like I am good. I do that. You must not follow that. If you follow that, you cannot pray, you cannot evangelize, you cannot do missions your whole life, and you must die after suffering poverty every day. Can you follow that? You must follow the Word. You are one who competes.

3. Farmer
You are a farmer. Does this mean farm?

1. Watchman
   You are a watchman who looks at and raises the world.
2. 7 guideposts
   Now make the 7 guideposts. Set up the guidepost of “It is finished” at Mt Calvary. Set up the guidepost of the throne’s power that was spoken for 40 days at Mt Olive. Set up the guidepost of the power given at Mark’s Upper Room. Works that change the age take place. Set up the guidepost of Antioch. Set up the guidepost of Asia where you receive the guidance of the Holy Spirit perfectly. Make the guidepost of going to Macedonia. Make the guidepost of Rome. Right?
3. Work 300%
   Then your work becomes 300%. It is not only studies. Your work must become 300%. History cannot help but take place.

▣ Conclusion
Then what becomes your standard in the future? This is the conclusion. What standard comes out?

1. Transcending time and space, 237–5000, unprecedented
The secret of prayer that transcends time and space comes out. Without this, you cannot do 237. If you do not know transcending time and space, you cannot do 237 nations when you have not gone. If you know transcending time and space, you can enjoy it even without going. What is it? 237–5000 tribes. At this time there is an unprecedented blessing given only to you. No one can stop it. Do not worry. At this time, what comes out to you—what comes out?

2. WIOS, OURS, Always WITH
Finally, what is it? A WITH—Immanuel—Oneness system comes out. It comes out to our remnants. Anywhere is fine. An Only—Uniqueness—Re-creation system comes out. Always—being with God, the field, and work—comes out. An Always with system comes out. And it does not end with this.

3. Red Diamond
Be sure to remember. Through our remnants, the Red Diamond team will come out. Why “red”? At Harvard, there is a Black Diamond team. They are mostly students, and they learn business. So if you go to Wall Street, everything—finance—gathers there. They almost dominated it. They are extremely busy. When I saw how they live, I thought, “Wow, it’s dizzy.” With computers that the whole world watches, they run while holding food like bread. “So this is how the world turns,” I thought.

Our member asked: there is no time to receive evangelism. So I told Eddie, “Make an evangelism tract that you can read in the bathroom and put it there.” We really did it. What will we do from now on? A monumental evangelism movement will take place for us.

I told you before—why are remnants important? In Ungcheon there is a deacon, and he is a little… like that. So people in the neighborhood call his name. Even little children call his name. Since he cannot do anything, if something happens in the neighborhood he goes and runs errands, brings food, and so on. There is only one place that speaks to him with respect—church. In church they call him “deacon,” like that. But he has no daughters—only three sons. These three sons, the remnants, have strong faith. They do not take it personally at all that their father is being insulted. They made it a prayer topic. The neighborhood became uproarious, right? When the neighborhood has a feast, do they need someone to clean anytime? Then they call him and give him work. Much time passed. The first general that came out in that neighborhood was that deacon’s son. Another became a doctor, and another became a legal professional. Now that man has passed away, but when he was alive—when a neighborhood feast was held, they would honor him as a distinguished guest, like that.

So as I saw that, I realized how important remnants are. When one remnant is blessed, many people live. When Joseph alone received answers, Egypt and the world lived. You must remember. If you alone receive answers, your family line, your church—everything will receive God’s blessing. There is no reason.

You must make the footing 300%. Studies 300%. Your business—your work—300%. With what do you make it? You make it with the 7 bartizans, the journeys, and the guideposts. This conclusion comes out clearly. May the whole world live through the remnants, in the name of Jesus Christ, I bless you.

Prayer. God, we thank You. Grant us the power to reproduce. Grant us the power to re-create. Grant us faith to re-challenge. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Scripture Reading: Acts 27:24

Christ said, “It is finished.” That was His final word. Then, on Mt Olive, He explained the power of the throne for forty days and said, “You will go to the ends of the earth.” As I listened to this gospel, many paths began to open up to me. Here I could see my heavenly mandate, calling, and mission. I could see what is inevitable, what is necessary, and what is absolute. I could see single-heartedness, wholeheartedness, and perseverance—and all of these become one. It is only, uniqueness, and re-creation. It is 24, 25, and eternity. Through this, imprinting, rooting, and nature are formed. In this way, the twenty-one paths became visible.

The beginning of the twenty-one is “inevitable, necessary, absolute.” But new believers and many workers in the church keep getting the start wrong. How should we begin? When I entered Yeongdo, there was no church building—nothing. How should we start? That start matters. From a tiny 12-pyeong place and then 35 pyeong, what did we do? We spread the Word movement to 300 places. Soon, more than 1,000 disciples began to rise. It is not difficult.

When I was serving as an assistant pastor, I was in charge of the children’s department. What should I do? Children cannot worship well. At that time, what I realized was the upper room. The Word has to enter them.

Then I was in charge of the middle and high school department. What should we do? Teenagers have many conflicts. They do not want to talk with adults. Back then there were no cell phones. I went to find them. I wrote letters to the students—letters like our gospel letters. “Last week a certain celebrity committed suicide. Why did they do that?” I wrote the answer to that. The students became very interested. In other words, I wrote a gospel letter. But I did not know it would be delivered to the students like that.

When we began this church here, people said evangelism was difficult. It is not difficult. So I gathered them and said, “Read it. Read it.” We did that eight times. That is the gospel letter. Two lessons were later supplemented by me when the people began to move.

In the church where I served as an associate pastor before coming here, they fought day and night. What did I do then? I reported to the senior pastor and started an evangelism school. Later, even among just the young adults, 300 workers who dedicated themselves arose. There is nothing difficult about it.

What did I do? I did what was inevitable. I did what was necessary. And I did what must be done—what is absolute. That must be our starting point. I said there are twenty-one paths, but the start is inevitable, necessary, absolute. If you combine these three words, it becomes the word “must.”

When a problem comes, do not panic or think it is too hard. First, look at three things. Today’s Scripture passage is a familiar one. The ship Paul was on encountered a storm. A violent wind came, and the ship began to sink. What should we do?

I have a friend who went to Vietnam and had a serious accident there. He could not forget it and developed seizures. Look at the 9/11 incident in the United States—those who survived struggle. On mission fields, there were cases where people were kidnapped by armed men. One died, and the rest lived in constant anxiety. Often, when people develop spiritual problems, they have wounds and trauma like that.

I know someone whose mother committed suicide early. It became such a wound that he could not function. I understand. He is always in hardship. There are many people like this. How should we, who have the gospel, give them an answer?

As I said, when a problem comes, there is no need to be discouraged. In the introduction, I will first speak of three things.

Introduction: Three things to see first

1. Inevitable (what inevitably comes has come).
   What inevitably comes has come. This is the eye you must have whenever you solve problems. The Jews had no gospel at all. They hated the preaching of Christ. They lied, arrested people, and made Paul into a criminal. Paul had no crime, but he was made into a criminal and was on his way to be tried. He transferred to an Alexandrian ship and was traveling.

Paul, who prayed, said, “I think this ship will meet a storm. It would be better to stay here for a while, avoid the crisis, and then go.” But no one listened. “No, let’s go rest in Phoenix.” In the Bible it is written “Phoenice.” “Let’s rest in Phoenix. It is better.” No one listened to Paul. Many people said, “Phoenix is better than here.” Even though they were on the way to trial, they wanted to go somewhere nice.

The leader of the ship was a centurion named Julius. Because he felt uneasy, he asked. He asked the captain: “Is it true that this man says we will meet a storm and die?” The captain said, “Now is not the season for storms.” Then he asked the ship owner: “Is this okay?” The owner said, “In such good weather, what storm? It is not storm season.”

People will listen to the words of demons, but they will not believe the Word of God. They believe wrong words, but they do not believe the words of an evangelist. So they decided, “Let’s go.” “Look—such good weather. What storm?” And the ship sailed well.

Then suddenly it struck. When a storm and strong wind come, human strength cannot stop it. It hit them. For about fourteen days. How long those days and hours were. That is what happened. In the end, the ship began to sink. There was no strength left.

What inevitably came, came. People do not believe the Word of God. People do not listen to the word you proclaim. And they follow what is wrong. That is why it began to sink. That is the moment.

2. Necessary (what you must do within it).
   What did Paul do then? He entered into such deep prayer in the bottom of the ship that the angel of the Lord came and spoke. That is what is necessary.
3. Absolute (God’s plan).
   Then, as he prayed, at night, he said, “Last night, the angel of the Lord stood beside me and said, ‘Do not be afraid, Paul. You must stand before Caesar.’” He delivered a very important message. After he delivered it, the storm began to calm. This is the absolute. The inevitable, the necessary, and the absolute are all there.

When problems come, there is no need to be discouraged. What inevitably comes is what God has allowed. But within it, there is what you must do—what is necessary. And you must find God’s plan—the absolute. Among the twenty-one paths, the start must always be like that.

There are many remnants who resent their parents. Today, throw all of that away. God gave them to you because it was necessary. “Why are my parents like this?” God inevitably gave what He needed for His work. If you do not see that, wounds and spiritual problems keep coming. You must counsel properly. Only then can healing happen. Even if you cry together and talk, you may feel relief, but healing will not come.

When I was young, my father died, and I suffered much. When did answers begin? When I realized: “God gave me what was necessary—what was inevitable—because I must do world evangelization.” Then many doors of answers began to open.

Main message: “Do not be afraid, Paul.”

First, one who has an absolute mission does not die.

1. Joseph—No matter how much they tried to kill Joseph, they could not. He had to become governor in the place where 237 nations and 5,000 tribes would gather. His brothers tried to kill him but could not. Potiphar tried to destroy him by putting him in prison but could not.
2. Moses—A new king arose and commanded, “Kill all Israelite baby boys.” But they could not kill Moses. Moses had an absolute mission.
3. David—King Saul tried to kill David. He attempted murder six or seven times. But David could not die. He carried an enormous absolute mission.
4. The early church—It was the same. They could not kill them. The early church was completely surrounded by laws. They even imposed economic blockades. Yet they could not kill them. The early church carried out world evangelization.

So even your problems must be viewed through inevitable, necessary, absolute. God may be training you and blessing you for real. A big tree grown in a greenhouse will die if it is taken outside. It must face wind and sunlight. A tree that stays only in a greenhouse does not truly become a tree.

A grandfather made hammer handles with his grandson. He threw away the good pieces. He used the twisted, ugly pieces for the hammer handle. The grandson asked, “Why do you throw away the good ones and use these?” He answered, “To become a hammer handle, it must have faced wind, snow, sunlight, and rain.” The storm that happened here was not a random event. It was a very important event. “Do not be afraid, Paul. You must stand before Caesar.”

Second, one who has a heavenly mandate, calling, and mission cannot die.

1. When Christ struck Paul down on the road to Damascus, He already said Paul was a chosen instrument to stand before kings, the nations, and the Gentiles. A year is ending.

This week you must ask in prayer: “What is my absolute bartizan? How can I establish my absolute bartizan? How will I fulfill ‘You must stand before Caesar’?”

2. Paul met Barnabas and saw many covenants.
3. He was sent as the first missionary and went to Asia, Macedonia, and Rome. He could not die.

So, as you enter the new year, you must ask: “What is my heavenly mandate, calling, and mission?” If you get the answer, every problem is resolved. Truly.

Third, if you still have a remaining mission, there is no need to fear crisis.

You must ask: What is my absolute mission—my absolute bartizan? What are the heavenly mandate, calling, and mission God has given me? What is my remaining mission? Your direction must match God’s direction. So this week, three prayers: my absolute bartizan, my mandate/calling/mission, and my remaining mission.

Moses said, “I cannot.” He meant, “I am old. If I go, I will be captured and die.” He was eighty. God said, “I will be with you. Go and say that the LORD has sent you. With a mighty hand I will be with you.” Those who are older must take more courage—we must do world evangelization.

Elijah said, “I am old. I cannot. Everyone is dead and only I remain.” The moment someone thinks, “I cannot,” they become like that. He even said, “Take my life.” But God brought him and spoke in a gentle whisper: “Do not fear Ahab. I will change him. Find Elisha.” He even told him the name. “There are still 7,000 disciples left.” He had not even started.

So ask: What is my absolute bartizan? When you ask, doors open. When I realized my mandate, calling, and mission, answers began to come exactly as they were. And the remaining mission is 237 nations and 5,000 tribes—to testify to those who have never heard. Jesus said, “When the gospel is preached to all nations, then the end will come.” Many people try to end the world unnecessarily, but it does not end so easily. The gospel has not yet been testified to all. Jesus said: “Go to all nations. Go to all people. Go to the ends of the earth. I will be with you.”

Conclusion

Your difficulties will turn into evidence.

1. The news about Paul was delivered to Caesar and to 237 nations and 5,000 tribes.
2. When the kings living in Canaan heard the report from the wilderness, their hearts melted.

Now is not the time to “do something.” As the year ends and a new year begins, you must correct the covenant and correct the direction. Do not just work hard. If you work hard in the wrong direction, you become more wrong.

Ask:

1. “God, what is the absolute bartizan You have given me?”
2. “What is the heavenly mandate, calling, and mission You have given me?”
3. “What is my remaining mission?”

When you hold to the exact covenant, God will be with you with all authority in heaven and on earth.

Remnants, I ask you: pray this. If you miss this, you may graduate from a good school, get a job, and even marry. But you will just eat and live and die. You will not do world evangelization. Power will not come. God said He will be with you with all authority when you hold the accurate covenant. How can you miss this? If you just study, succeed a little, eat, and die—your tombstone will say: “ate, slept, died.” Is that all?

1. The remnants’ studies and work, and the church leaders’ work, must match world evangelization.
2. The church must open the three courtyards, the three-day weekend age, and the holy meditation age.
3. Young adults must go out after preparing 300%.

In October 1987 I was appointed here. My first sermon was this passage: “Do not be afraid, Paul. You must stand before Caesar.” May you enjoy the answers you must find, in the name of Jesus Christ.

Prayer. God, we thank You. Let us find our absolute bartizan. Let us see the heavenly mandate, calling, and mission You have given us. Let us confirm our remaining mission. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
